Give him some praise. Hallelujah.
-
I love you Jesus. Amen.
-
Rich lyrics Rich lyrics. The song just takes me back to
-
being a boy on a Pew. And I was a young boy at South
-
Gibson. Pastor Sizemore is my pastor.
-
Just a little, just a boy on the Pew.
-
They used to sing that song. So it takes me back to those
-
moments of just being a real young and now having a few more
-
years added on my life. And I can look over my shoulder,
-
understand what those elders were smiling about, what those
-
wrinkled hands up in the air was testifying to.
-
He's been so good to me, so good to me.
-
Hallelujah, thank you, Jesus, Hallelujah.
-
If you'll stand with me tonight and meet me in the book of
-
Second Chronicles. Second Chronicles, Amen.
-
Tonight we're branching out of the Book of Genesis.
-
We've gone to Second Chronicles chapter #12 we need the Lord to
-
help us tonight. Lord woke me up this morning at
-
3:00. I tried to go back to sleep, it
-
didn't work. He woke me up with this passage
-
on my mind, and so I got up and started working on it and worked
-
on it some more this afternoon, and I pray that it works on us.
-
Second Chronicles chapter #12 starting with verse #1 came to
-
pass when Rio Bone had established the Kingdom and had
-
strengthened himself. He forsook the law of the Lord,
-
and all Israel with him. Came to pass that in the fifth
-
year of King Rio, Bone Shishak, king of Egypt, came up against
-
Jerusalem, because they had transgressed against the Lord
-
with 1200 Chariots and three score 1000 horsemen, and the
-
people were without number. That came with him out of Egypt,
-
the Lubin's and the Sukiens and The Ethiopians.
-
And he took the fence cities which pertained to Judah and
-
came to Jerusalem. Then came Shamaya, prophet to
-
Rehoboam to the Princess of Judah, that were gathered
-
together to Jerusalem. Because of Sheeshak said unto
-
them, Let's say, if the Lord ye have forsaken me, therefore have
-
I also left you in the hand, Sheeshak.
-
Whereupon the Princess of Israel, the king, humbled
-
themselves, and they said, the Lord is righteous.
-
And when the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, the word of
-
the Lord came to Jamaiah saying, They have humbled themselves.
-
Therefore I will not destroy them.
-
And Please note this next phrase.
-
But I will grant them everybody say some, some deliverance.
-
My wrath shall not be poured out upon Jerusalem by the hand, the
-
Shishak, the help of the Holy Ghost.
-
Tonight I want to minister this the danger of some deliverance
-
of some deliverance. Let's pray together tonight.
-
Lord, I thank you, God, your spirit has been here with us
-
today. Lord, we have felt it.
-
We have experienced it. God, it's come alongside us.
-
The Lord, in each service, through song, through word, I'm
-
praying God it would meet us here again.
-
God to the ministry of your word, I'll take these lips of
-
clay, this mind. I pray, O Lord, God, open the
-
mark any air, Lord, for my words right now.
-
God help me, Lord, to speak with passion, conviction.
-
I pray Jesus in this house, God, and we'll give you the glory and
-
the praise God for what you accomplish in this place in the
-
lovely night name of Jesus Christ that we pray Hallelujah
-
and Amen. Everybody say Amen, Amen.
-
You may be seated tonight in Jesus name.
-
I want to start here this evening by reminding you what
-
total deliverance looks like. I know within my title was some
-
deliverance, but I want to remind you what total
-
deliverance looks like. It looks like whenever the
-
Israelites came through the Red Sea and that the waters didn't
-
just part halfway. They walked through on dry
-
ground from the beginning of their journey in until they
-
exited the Red Sea. They didn't have to swim part of
-
the way or the last part. Not a sandal of theirs was
-
muddy, so to speak. Not an enemy remained among them
-
that were following them. The Bible even says that they
-
turned and saw the Egyptians dead upon the seashore.
-
Total deliverance. It's whenever the walls of
-
Jericho fell down that they didn't fall halfway as scripture
-
describes to us. But God brought them completely
-
down flat, just like the word had described.
-
It's total deliverance. Speaking of, whenever the
-
prodigal son even came back to his father's house and his
-
father seen him afar off, that his father didn't run out there
-
and meet him and say go to the servants quarters buddy.
-
No, but he ran out to meet him and put a robe around his neck
-
and shoes on his feet and restored him to a status of
-
sonship within his household. Total deliverance.
-
It's it's the Jesus that we witness and read about and our
-
eyes peruse the scriptures, the Jesus that that heals that that
-
didn't give people partial relief that, that the blind,
-
whenever he touched them, they saw clearly the leper whenever
-
he touched them, they were made clean and many of them were even
-
made whole, not just patched up. The dead didn't come out of the
-
grave just staggering, but they stood up walking with with
-
confidence in their step. Total deliverance.
-
Total deliverance is whenever God brings you out of something,
-
but he also brings you into something better.
-
And deep down, that's perhaps what every one of us long for in
-
this house tonight is total deliverance.
-
We, we don't want to be caught as the testimony that's just
-
surviving the storm, but we want to be able to walk in peace as
-
we journey along this road. We, we don't want to have the
-
testimony that we just escaped sin, but we want to be filled
-
with the purpose that the Lord has for life.
-
And we're for sure not in this mode of avoiding hell, but we
-
also want to taste a little bit of heaven on earth as we walk.
-
Amen here below. And if you've ever been there,
-
if you've ever felt that God had pulled you out sometime in your
-
past, then you know what I'm talking about when I talk about
-
total deliverance. But not every rescue feels like
-
a victory. You may remember the story years
-
ago of Apollo 13, NASA's third attempt to the the land men upon
-
the moon. And the mission launched with
-
hope, and they had expectation, and they launched with precision
-
and it was meant to be something very historic.
-
But about 56 hours or so into their voyage and oxygen tank
-
exploded and the state crap was very quickly crippled.
-
And dreams of walking up on the moon had just disintegrated in a
-
in a matter of minutes. And the crew and NASA engineers
-
were scrambling to survive. They they, they used duct tape,
-
they used ingenuity, they used prayer, if you will, all these
-
things holding it together. And after six days of tension,
-
they narrowly just escaped. And they made it back to Earth.
-
And it's what they called even among the news media as a
-
successful failure. A success because they survived,
-
but a failure because they never reached the destination.
-
They made it home, but they never fulfilled the mission.
-
They didn't walk on the moon in that mode.
-
And that's what deliverance, some deliverance looks like
-
sometime. You didn't crash.
-
You didn't die. You, you made it back, but you
-
never made it to where you were supposed to go either.
-
Rio bums, Rio bums life and trajectory that we read of in
-
Scripture. He had a very strong start.
-
As a matter of fact, what was given to him whenever he came to
-
the place of kingship, it was uncompared with anything else of
-
another king. He inherited quite a great deal
-
of wealth of resources from his family.
-
He had a very deep rooted spiritual heritage in his life.
-
He he inherited A unified Kingdom of the 12 tribes of
-
Israel and they were a great fortified nation of all things.
-
He could tell that David was his grandfather and that Solomon was
-
his father. He had a rich heritage that he
-
had inherited. And in all of this, it just
-
seems like he had it all. He's a man now, a position.
-
He's a man of power. He's a man of potential.
-
As a matter of fact, at his coronation and Shechem, the
-
people asked him to ease the heavy burden that his father
-
Solomon had placed upon them. You'll remember the story.
-
He went to get some advice from the elders, but he also got some
-
advice from his peers. And he wanted to know what he
-
should do in this matter. And the, the, the advice of the
-
elders was, well, you just need to serve the people.
-
And if you will serve them, they will reciprocate.
-
They will serve you. And then he went to his peers,
-
those that were younger, and asked him what he should do.
-
And they told him, you just go and tell them that your, your
-
little finger will be thicker than your father's loins.
-
And that's just a modern day of saying it's going to get bad.
-
All right. It's going to be worse than what
-
it was with Daddy. And as a result of that move,
-
Scripture tells us that cost him over 80 percent of the Kingdom.
-
He lost 10 tribes in that moment.
-
He was left now just with the tribes of Judah and the tribes
-
of Benjamin. And so after this nation has
-
been fractured through his leadership, the Bible seems to
-
describe that Rio Bone regrouped a little bit.
-
It it looked like he had some course correction that was
-
taking place in his life. The Bible describes that he
-
fortified cities in Judah and whatever the Levites and the
-
priests that were in the north were expelled from that vicinity
-
and area. He welcomed them down into Judah
-
and Benjamin. It seems as though he's getting
-
his footing again under his legs.
-
The Bible even tells us that he, Rio Bone, walked in the way of
-
David and Solomon, his father for three years, which appeared
-
to be a comeback. He he was getting things
-
positioned right where they needed to be.
-
But once Rio Bone felt very secure.
-
The Bible says that Riabom turned away from God.
-
The first verse that we read in my text today is that when he
-
had established the Kingdom that he strengthened himself and he
-
forsook the law of the Lord and God allowed some consequences to
-
come into the life of Riabom God.
-
Note this, God sent Shishak, king of Egypt, to take the
-
fortified cities of Judah away from Riobomb.
-
He allowed that Egyptian king to make inroads into Jerusalem.
-
For that matter, the Bible describes that God sent a
-
prophet by the name of Shamaya with this message, which is
-
basically this. Hear the words of the Lord
-
Riobomb. You have forsaken me, so I'll
-
forsake you. I'll just leave you to the hands
-
of your or adversary. It all appears to have been a
-
success. What God spoke, what God sent.
-
It seems like everything is well Ria bone the Bible describes he
-
and his leaders at the moment of hearing these things.
-
They humble themselves before the Lord.
-
They humble themselves before God and contrition that the
-
Bible says that God relents but not completely.
-
He says in verse 7, I, I will not destroy them.
-
God said I will grant them some deliverance.
-
But what we must understand and what I thought about a long time
-
ago when I read this was this. We must understand that one step
-
up from total destruction is some deliverance.
-
It's not restoration. Some deliverance isn't total
-
ruin, no, no. But it's a divine concession
-
that leaves people alive to reflect, not to relax.
-
Someone say man, those two words some deliverance should haunt
-
us, not because it lacks God's mercy, but because it stopped
-
short of the full measure of his purpose.
-
It's a mercy, if you will, with a warning label.
-
It's a door that's cracked open Amen.
-
But never walked through. Some deliverance spares us off
-
times from the sword but not from the chains.
-
It keeps us alive, but it doesn't keep us Amen where we
-
need to be in our trajectory for the Lord.
-
The real danger tonight of some deliverance is this.
-
Some deliverance feels good enough to settle into.
-
After all, we could just spout I'm not what I used to be and
-
the worst didn't happen to me and the destruction was averted
-
in my life and the crisis is now past and I've lived to tell the
-
story. But living isn't the same as
-
thriving, breathing isn't the same as walking and purpose.
-
Coming out of Egypt isn't the same as entering the promise
-
because some deliverance gives you enough relief to dull the
-
urgency for the genuine change that God wants.
-
We start to tell when we get some deliverance.
-
We start to tell ourself, well, at least I'm not where I was.
-
And you stop pressing as a result.
-
You stop seeking as a result. You stop growing as a result.
-
And here's the deception that our adversary, Amen, doesn't
-
always have to destroy us. Sometimes He wants us to be
-
satisfied with just survival, just with some deliverance.
-
That's what happened to Rehoboam.
-
When Shishak came and plundered Jerusalem, God eased up his
-
hand. Amen.
-
Because they humbled themselves, Amen.
-
He gave them some deliverance. They were not destroyed
-
according to the Scripture, but verse 8 says nevertheless, Amen.
-
They were made servants unto the King of Egypt.
-
He allowed them not to be destroyed, but they would become
-
servants of Egypt. Now look now I got some of the
-
verses here to read because I think it's important in verse 9.
-
Just read with me. So she Shack king of Egypt, came
-
up against Jerusalem, took away the treasures of the House of
-
the Lord, and the treasures of the King's house.
-
He took all. He carried away also the Shields
-
of gold which Solomon had made, instead of which King Riabom
-
made Shields of brass, and committed them to the hands of
-
the chief of the guard that kept the entrance of the King's
-
house. And when the king entered into
-
the House of the Lord, the game and fetched them, meaning the
-
brass Shields now, and brought them again into the guard
-
chamber. So we have a man that's living
-
in the moment of some deliverance.
-
And the tragedy of it is this. Ria Boma learned how to function
-
as a servant to Egypt. He built, the Bible says his
-
golden Shields are taken, but he builds in their stead brass
-
Shields instead of gold. Shy Shack has come in.
-
He stripped the land of the treasures of the House of God
-
and even the Lord's house and the King's house, including the
-
gold shield Solomon Amen had made.
-
These weren't just military ornaments, these golden Shields.
-
They were the symbols of strength.
-
They were the symbols of honor and divine blessing, that gold
-
represent the glory and the brilliance of that Kingdom which
-
they owed unto their God. Now they were substituted with
-
something brass that still glistened, but it didn't have
-
the same value that the gold had.
-
And so Riabon, what does he do? He's a servant unto Egypt.
-
He has now brazen Shields rather than golden Shields.
-
And the Bible boy basically tells us he just carries on with
-
business as usual whenever he goes out among the public.
-
And they would use to grabbed the golden Shields to go.
-
He just kept the ceremony as the ceremony was.
-
The guard still marched, they still carried Shields, although
-
they were not of the same worth as the golden Shields.
-
They still glisten. He still went through all the
-
motions and all these things, but really what he had was just
-
a imitation of the former glory. Imitation of the former glory
-
had brass instead of gold. What he was in was survival
-
mode. God had granted him just some
-
deliverance, and he was in survival mode rather than
-
victory mode. He had a form, but he had no
-
power. He was just there.
-
That's the danger that when you've been spared just enough,
-
you start even convincing yourself.
-
Sometimes that's complete restoration.
-
Sub deliverance causes me to talk like I'm free, to sing like
-
I'm free when deep down I know I'm not free.
-
Sub deliverance will cause us sometimes to to sit down on the
-
testimony that God has given us because we survived the storm.
-
But surviving the storm isn't the same as conquering the
-
storm. Hey man, sometimes we're
-
carrying brass Shields proudly, but we're forgetting that we
-
once carry gold in it. Shields.
-
Worst of all, sometimes some deliverance can make us immune
-
to conviction. Immune to conviction here,
-
Pastor right now. Because I wasn't destroyed this
-
time. Nothing bad happened this time.
-
I wasn't taken out this time. I didn't lose one of my children
-
this time. Just because it didn't happen
-
this time doesn't mean it won't still happen.
-
If you carry on the same way you're going.
-
Don't allow some deliverance to quell your conviction.
-
We'll count out that as bad as I used to be, I've come a long way
-
or God understands folks, you're flirting with the some division.
-
That's some that's some deliverance.
-
That's not the reason why God gave you some He didn't give you
-
for you to settle on your loyals.
-
He wants you to reflect. He wants you to consider he.
-
Hey, man, I believe it's in the book of Ecclesiastes.
-
The Bible speaks about how that there were people that had done
-
wrong and evil and there was not quick judgement.
-
And as a result of that, there are other people that thought
-
we'll all do the same thing because nothing has happened to
-
these people. You know what that's is?
-
That's a misinterpretation of some deliverance.
-
He had what what ribbon really had was a treasure.
-
It's called a second chance. Yeah.
-
And it's dangerous. It's glorious and dangerous at
-
the same time. And all that really is based
-
upon how we react to it. Glorious and dangerous at the
-
same time. Because sub deliverance
-
sometimes can soften us about whether or not we should be
-
urgent to change anything. It's the got a little reprieve
-
so and say man, like Apollo 13, it's it's getting back to Earth
-
but never reaching the moon. It's Rhea bones still being in
-
the palace, but he's losing some gold For us.
-
Sometimes it's it's it's that we come to church.
-
We've had some deliverance. We come to church, but we never
-
come to God. The story on Rio Bohm is this
-
the final verdict of his life, what he did or did not do with
-
some deliverance found in verse 14?
-
Speaking of Rio Bohm, he did evil because he prepared not his
-
heart to seek the Lord. That's the postscript on Rhea
-
Bohm's life. So much potential, so much
-
handed to him. Strong heritage, strong
-
spiritual family. And yet this is the most
-
sobering line in the story. When you viewed along everything
-
else that had been extended to him, he was spared.
-
But he didn't surrender. He was warned, but we see no
-
transformation. He received mercy, but it was
-
wasted. Nothing he did, nothing he did
-
with what was given to him. He did not seek after this
-
moment, he of of some deliverance.
-
He did not seek God intentionally, though God spared
-
a moment of total destruction. He did not.
-
He did not seek God intentionally.
-
And nothing more. Here's three of them.
-
He's just living in the shadows of what could have been, in the
-
shadow of wasted potential. Really.
-
Someone say Amen. He's a man that has a divided
-
heart. He's a man that has an
-
unfinished story. The Bible gives us the the the
-
the rest of his reign, as it often does with kings.
-
He says that Rio Bom reign for 17 years and his reign would end
-
in division. His reign would end in
-
vulnerability. His reign would end and he would
-
not have found really any true real peace because he did not
-
capitalize up on the little deliverance that God had given
-
him. As a matter of fact, his story
-
Amen is told even in his name. Rehoboam means he enlarges the
-
people, the very thing that identifies him.
-
Amen spoke of expansion and growth and increase, but it in
-
his reign he brought quite the opposite.
-
Instead of enlarging the Kingdom, he oversaw a Kingdom to
-
its fracturing point. Hey man, it was supposed to
-
grow. Hey man.
-
But instead it was divided. Hey man, it diminished.
-
And I'm thinking to myself, oh, Rehoboam, what you could have
-
done differently with some deliverance.
-
It didn't have to turn out like this.
-
There was a pause. There was mercy.
-
There was there was a sparing in that moment for you to take, if
-
you will, inventory and think maybe, perhaps I can go forward
-
differently than the way that I've come to this moment.
-
Because before he got to some deliverance, the Bible says he
-
was putting up, hey man, there were false idols and false
-
altars on high heels that he was giving and to God, God and God
-
gave him some deliverance, a little reprieve when he should
-
have got a heavy consequence. God wanted him to think.
-
God wanted him to consider not walk the same path and not I
-
gotta get real tonight. There's some of us that have
-
stepped on and trampled on over and over again the little
-
amounts of deliverance that God has given to our life.
-
He has been very kind. He's been very long-suffering.
-
He's allowed things not to happen and not take place.
-
That should have happened and should take place.
-
And it's up to us to have the right reaction to the little
-
deliverance, not to continue down that road, not to continue
-
with the things on the altar of Oscars.
-
It's up to us. Some deliverance for some it's
-
just the noose around your neck even becoming less tight, but
-
it's still there and you got to realize in a moment the floor
-
could just go out from under you and you'd be hanging there.
-
Don't allow the loosening of the noose around your neck to cause
-
you to think that this thing is over, that I don't need to try.
-
I just need a if you will get my brass shield instead of my Gold
-
1 and go through all the antics, go through all the ritual, go
-
through all the formalism of just being a church kid, a child
-
of God. No, no, no.
-
If he's giving you some deliverance, it's with purpose.
-
He wants you to succeed, not fail.
-
Hear me right now, it's the some deliverance that we get at camp
-
meeting conference when the right thing is preached in the
-
sermon just hits us just right and we have tears of contrition
-
that's falling down our face. And we're saying to ourself,
-
when I go home, it's going to be different, only for it not to be
-
different as we lived in from conference to conference and
-
camp meeting to camp meeting for all of our little episodes of
-
some. But we're still slaves to Egypt.
-
We're still living below the privilege of what God had in
-
mind. We say, well, Pastor McGinn, I'm
-
not going to hold you long. I'm preaching shorter all the
-
time, and I'm almost liking it. Some deliverance is better than
-
destruction, baby. But is it still far away from
-
what you were destined for? Here's what I know, Ria Bowman.
-
Those guards are always carrying these brass Shields when they
-
should have been gold. The longer you do that, the more
-
you'll forget what it felt like to carry gold.
-
I believe God is calling this back not to a survival mode, but
-
to significance. Not just I'll spare you, but
-
I'll restore you with the Apollo 13.
-
I'm not just I'll get you home, I'll get you to the moon type of
-
thing. We don't want this epitaph upon
-
our lives that they were a successful failure.
-
Don't settle for less than what he died to give you.
-
If you'll stand with me tonight. And we would gloat in a moment,
-
Buddies would jab each other in the ribs.
-
I got some deliverance. I know how it was.
-
You know how it was when you was a kid when you got by with
-
something you shouldn't have got by with, right?
-
We did it. And what that makes you want to
-
do, Raven? Do it again because you got by,
-
do it again. Some of us are in a cycle of
-
constantly getting by and we constantly do it again.
-
And we think there's always going to be some at the
-
beginning of the deliverance, but what happens when there's
-
none left? Folks, I'm telling you, when I
-
preach this morning, I reach for souls.
-
How can how we should reach for souls in the same degree that
-
that is absolute necessary. I'm telling this as a church.
-
It's time to quit playing games. This hokey pokey dab with the
-
Lord of putting the right foot and then taking it out and
-
dependent that some deliverance is going to catch you.
-
We're we're gambling with our souls.
-
We're gambling with the souls of our children.
-
It's all about how we react. Please understand that when God
-
gives that little, He's giving you mercy.
-
Pharaoh's heart. Every time that the hand was
-
lifted for the plague, his heart became harder.
-
Every time. That was some deliverance.
-
That was a reprieve. That was another chance.
-
Flies come, flies go, some deliverance.
-
Hell come, hell go some deliverance.
-
Frogs come, frogs go, some deliverance.
-
All until the first born is taken from the house.
-
Every time his heart's becoming harder.
-
He knew what happens with a hard heart.
-
It gets to the place. It can't even feel the impact of
-
the choice that it's making. Can't.
-
It can't. It can't decipher the impact of
-
the choice because it's too hard now.
-
It doesn't matter what's going on.
-
It doesn't impress the heart, it doesn't impact the heart, it
-
doesn't affect the heart. It doesn't matter because all
-
these times we've had the wrong response to some deliverance.
-
Pastor Pool years ago preached at the First Church.
-
I think it was misunderstanding the mercies of God.
-
What is that opportunity of opportunity, of some
-
deliverance, but not reacting any differently to what's been
-
handed to you? Bow our heads all across this,
-
folks. We can fool ourselves to be
-
carrying around Shields of brass, parading the same old
-
routine, same old parade. At the heart of the issue, you
-
know, you know what's in your hand isn't what ought to be in
-
your hand. And there's only one way to
-
change that. You got to do something with the
-
deliverance that God has given you.
-
You got to do something with the deliverance that God has given
-
you. This is a call tonight to the
-

I'm asking you, what are you going to do with the little
-
deliverance that God has offered you time after time after time
-
after time? I implore you tonight to lay
-
down the brass, come back to an altar, come back to a purpose,
-
come back to total deliverance rather than just some
-
deliverance. It's about how we perceive and
-
how we react to what he's given to us.
-
This altar is open this evening. And Brother Mason, I know this
-
might be a hard one to find a song for.
-
Maybe we don't need one. But nonetheless, I'm asking
-
tonight. There's danger and just getting
-
a little reprieve. There's danger and nothing
-
happening when there should have been a hard, fast consequence.
-
It can if you will harden you and harden your sensitivity and
-
harden your heart and harden your spirit.
-
And when you would used to just whisper from God, you would be
-
so soft and crumble under the whisper of God with his voice of
-
guidance. Now he can be yelling at the top
-
of his lungs and it doesn't impact you.
-
That's what happens when we repetitively refuse and react
-
wrongly to the some deliverance that he gives to our life.
-
I don't want God have to yell. I don't want God have to turn,
-
if you will, the sun back in order to get my attention.
-
I I prayer that I oftentimes pray is God help me to always be
-
easily impressed by your spirit, easily impressed by your spirit.
-
Don't let the epitaph be up on you and your family someday.
-
A successful failure. Don't let the epitaph to be up
-
on you and your family someday. Wasted potential.
-
No, no, no, no. God, I realize what you've given
-
to me tonight is a gift, he said.
-
I won't destroy you right now. I'll just give you some
-
deliverance. We got to understand my feet
-
should be standing where I'm standing right now.
-
I should be a disservice experiencing what I'm
-
experiencing right now, but God has afforded me and my pitfalls
-
and my slip up some deliverance so I could reflect and respond
-
accordingly. Don't like like Ria Bone did.
-
Don't lack and prepare in your heart.
-
Don't lack of preparing your heart.
-
You know what you need. It's just like a callus on the
-
hand, you know, A little boy goes out at a young age with his
-
dad to swing an axe. And boy, it hurts his hands.
-
It causes blisters to come upon them and they're tender and
-
they're aching at night. But the more that little boy
-
does that, it comes in pervy. It becomes impervious to that
-
wooden handle and the sliding of it on his hands.
-
He builds up calluses of thick, thick skin where he doesn't have
-
the same impact on him as it did before.
-
And then the only way that little boy is going to be able
-
to change that if he gets some lotion or he gets some oil and
-
he rubs into those hands to make them pliable again and soften
-
them again. There may be some right here
-
tonight that need the oil. I've got spirit to touch some
-
calluses in your life and rough places in your life so that
-
you'll be sensitive to his touch and sensitive to his voice and
-
sensitive to his guide. It's again some some
-
deliverance. There's danger in it if we
-
respond, if we respond not with him and mine, not with the
-
Kingdom in mind, not with his projected destiny for us in
-
mind. Oh, Kababa Shy, let's talk to
-
the Lord, Let's talk to the Lord.
-
God woke this preacher up at 3:00 today because he wanted
-
someone to know the danger of mishandling that little
-
deliverance God has afforded us at times.
-
Child of God, you know what total deliverance is.
-
Child of God, you know what full restoration is.
-
Child of God, you know what walking confidently in the power
-
of His Spirit is. Don't settle for some.
-
Take that, Capitalize upon it. Use it to your advantage, but
-
don't set idly by as though, well, he understands and I got
-
by with it this time. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
-
I wish somebody. Let's look introspectively
-
tonight. Let's look introspectively
-
tonight. Is there anything in my life,
-
God, is there anything in my life that I need to lay before
-
you tonight? Is there any attitude?
-
God, is there any response? Is there any thought?
-
Is there any activity, Oh God, that I need to lay before you
-
tonight? Oh, Lord, Oh yeah.
-
God, am I skirting around some things that I've just pawned off
-
as being no major issues? But God, they're important to
-
you. But I have listen them.
-
I have cheapened them. Help me.
-
God have the right response coming.
-
God have the right response.
