Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus.

I mean, he's thankful to be in the House of the Lord tonight.

There's no place I'd rather be than in His presence.

I've been a lot of places. I've seen a lot of things.

I know I don't look that old. I get it.

But there's no place I'd rather be in the presence of an

almighty God and I feel. Him in this place tonight.

If you would right now with me, I feel.

The Holy Ghost. Moving.

Would you just put your Bibles down and lift your hands right

now to the Lord? God, we just.

Want your way tonight, God? We want to hear your voice, God.

We want to hear what you would have to say to this congregation

tonight. Lord, I pray God that you would

help us. God, anoint us.

God, I pray that you would anoint every person in this

house tonight, God, that you would anoint our ears to hear

God, anoint our heart to receive your word.

I pray God that you would speak to us in this place.

God, you've already moved already in this service.

Lord, you've already worked to work.

God, Lord, but we know that you're not finished yet.

And Lord, I pray right now, God, that you would move across this

congregation. Lord, sweep through this house.

God, continue. Finish the word, God, that

you've come to do in this place. God, I pray that every heart

receive it. I pray that every mind, God,

Lord, would surrender as was so spoken this morning.

God, the word that you sent this morning, help us to surrender

our hearts and our minds to you, God, Lord, that your perfect

will would be done in this sanctuary before we leave this

house tonight. Hallelujah, Jesus, Hallelujah,

Jesus, Hallelujah, Jesus, thank you, Jesus, thank you, Jesus.

Somebody said thank you, Jesus, thank you, Jesus, Hallelujah,

Hallelujah. If God has not done anything for

you. I give you the opportunity right

now to go ahead and sit down. He's not done anything for you.

You can sit down and you can stay there the remainder of this

service, but if God's been good to you.

Hallelujah, Jesus, if he's. Been good to you?

Then I ask you tonight, will you help me preach?

I want to thank before we get started tonight, I give my honor

to Pastor and Sister McGee. So thankful for the trust that

they put in us to stand behind this sacred desk.

We don't take it lightly. We're honored to be here with

this fine group of people. Had such a wonderful time last

year, and when he asked me to do it again this year, there was no

hesitation. We were honored to be able to do

it and we're so thankful. And if it becomes an annual

thing, he told me this morning, he said was maybe annual.

I don't know. If it becomes an annual thing,

then we're just going to join you guys one week out of the

year and we're going to worship the Lord together.

Amen. Thankful for that opportunity.

I'm thankful. I'm honored tonight to have my

mother-in-law, my first lady, here tonight, Sister Scott.

I was telling Ethan this morning that my wife whenever I won't, I

won't keep you standing alone. I was telling Ethan this morning

that my wife, whenever I was interested in her at 7 years

old, I think it was, she was not interested in me.

And so most of my teenage years that was still a crush that had

never been fulfilled. And we seen them one time at a

restaurant. We were teenagers at this point

and I asked her to go to a youth rally with me and her mom said

you ought to go to that. I like that boy, something about

him. I like that.

So I appreciate it. mother-in-law, I thank you,

thank you for your help. I thank God for his help.

I needed God's help. Amen.

I did not know this until just recently, but one of my cousins,

I was in conversation with her actually over over Facebook and

she said whenever I brought my my girlfriend at the time to our

first family function, she said, I thought, what in the world is

he doing with her? She's out of his league and she

was out of my league. But she's made me a better man.

And I'm thankful for my wife. I'm thankful for my daughter

tonight to have her with us. 18 years ago, we dreamed of this

moment. Her mother and I would sing out

and sing places and thought what would if we had?

And we had Ryland. And we thought, wait, I wonder

if she'll sing with us. I wonder if she'll be a part of

the ministry and wonder what her voice will sound like.

And now we know, and I'm honored.

I'm thankful a man that she's a part of our family and a part of

our ministry. What I'm trying to say.

Tonight is I'm a blessed man. I'm a blessed man.

God has been so good to me. I don't deserve to be here.

The devil didn't have plans of me being here.

He had other plans for my life. But I'm so thankful that God's

mercy Scripture says it's new every morning.

I found out you can't outrun. His mercy.

Pastor said it this. Morning.

You can't go far. Enough.

To get away from his mercy because we're sin abound grace.

Doth much more abound When you woke up this morning, you didn't

have to live in. Yesterday's mercy and

yesterday's. Grace.

But when you got up this morning, it was fresh.

And it was new. For you, Hallelujah.

I like what I feel in this house.

Tonight, I'm thankful. I'm thankful.

If you turn with me in your bibles.

To the Book of Second Kings. Chapter #5 Familiar story in the

Bible. I told my wife I've preached

from this before, but I felt like this is where God took me

this week. I want to deliver what's been

laid upon my heart. Second Kings 5 and beginning

with verse #1. Now Naaman, captain of the host.

Of the king of Syria was a great.

Man with his master, and honorable, because by him the

Lord had. Given deliverance unto Syria.

He was also a mighty man in valor but someone say but but.

He was a leper. He was a leper.

And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away

captives out of the land of Israel, and a little maid and

she waited on Naaman's wife. And she said unto her mistress,

With God, my Lord, we're with the prophet that is in Samaria,

for he would recover him of his leprosy.

And one went in and told his Lord, saying Thus.

And thus saith the maid, that is, of the land of Israel.

And the king of Syria said, Go, go to go, and I will send a

letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with

him 10 talents of silver, 6000 pieces of gold, and 10 changes

of raiment. And he brought the letter to the

king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is coming to thee,

behold, I have there with sent Naman my servant unto thee, that

thou mayest recover him of his leprosy.

And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the

letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, Am I God to

kill and to make alive, that this man does sin unto me to

recover a man of his leprosy? Wherefore consider I pray you,

and see how he seeketh the quarrel against me.

And it was so when Elijah the man of God, heard that the king

of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king,

saying, there, wherefore thus thou rent thy clothes.

Let this come now to me, and he shall know that there is a

prophet in Israel. I'm not done reading tonight,

but I want to pause right here for just a minute and point out

what the king saw was the threat.

I want to talk about your perspective for just a moment.

What the king saw was a threat. The prophet Saul is an

opportunity. What may look like a threat to

you, what may seem like an attack, Pastor preached it this

morning. What may feel like an attack

upon your life is nothing more to God than an opportunity to

work and an opportunity to move. And I believe tonight with all

of my heart that if we can get our minds upon God and what He's

come to do in this place, I felt it this morning in my spirit,

and I feel it again here tonight in this house.

There's a moving of the holy. Ghost, there's somebody in this?

Place tonight that God has stepped into this building and

what you've seen as an attack on your life is nothing more than

an opportunity. For the.

Lord to work a miracle. What you seen is your demise.

What looked like would be your end.

I've come to preach to somebody. Tonight, it's just an

opportunity. For a miracle.

Verse 9 So Naaman came with his horses and with his Chariots,

and stood at the door the House of Elisha.

Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in

Jordan 7 times, and thy flesh shall come again unto thee, and

thou shall be clean. But naman you got to love when

there's a bud. But Naman was wroth and went

away, and said, Behold, I thought he would surely come out

to me, and stand to call upon the name of the Lord his God,

and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.

Arnot, Abner, and the part rivers of Damascus, better than

all the waters of Israel. May I not wash in them and be

clean? So he turned and went away in

rage. Can I say right here, when you

don't have the mind of God, the things that God may ask of you

seem ridiculous? Yeah.

All you got to do name it is go wash.

It's that easy. It's that.

Simple when you don't have. The mind of God.

Hallelujah, what God ask of you may come across as ridiculous

and his. Servant came near, and spake

unto him, and said, My Father, if the prophet had bid thee to

do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it?

If God was asking something great of you, would you not have

jumped to it? Would you not have done it?

How much rather than when he saith unto thee, Wash and be

clean? Then went he down and dipped

himself 7 times. In Jordan, according to the.

Saying of the man of God, and his flesh came again like unto

the flesh. Of a little child and.

He was clean. There are those in this place

tonight that God has asked. Of you something, I feel it in

the holy. Ghost.

There's those. Tonight in this House.

That God desires something of you.

He's come across and he's asked it before.

But you hang on because it seems ridiculous.

You hang on. This is the only thing you've

ever known. You hang on.

Because it seems like your comfort.

It seems like a place. When all hell is breaking loose.

Pastor that you preached about this.

Morning. It's a place.

I can go that I'm familiar with, but God's asking.

Somebody in this place? Will you let go?

Will you let go? I want to preach for just a

little while tonight with the. Help of the.

Lord, on this thought and I. Promise not to keep you any.

Longer than the Lord moves. Doing the ridiculous, expecting

the miraculous. Doing the ridiculous and

expecting the miraculous. Would you put your Bibles down

right now with me? Lift your hands and your voices.

Unto the. Lord and ask him to.

Speak and to move. In this place, Lord, I pray God

that you have your divine way and your divine will.

God, I want to get myself tonight out of the way.

God, I want to crucify this flesh tonight.

God, I'm asking love that you would help me, God, Lord, to

have my mind and my heart and my eyes where they need to be fixed

on you, Jesus. I pray, God, Lord, that you

would touch every heart and every mind in this house

tonight, God, that you would speak the words that you've come

to speak, God. Help us, Lord, to hear what your

spirit is speaking, God, but help us not only to be hearers

of the word, God, because it's not enough just to hear the

word, God, but I've got to be a doer of the word.

I've got to live the word. I've got to desire the word.

And I pray tonight, God, that your word would come alive in

each and every heart, every mind, and every life in this

place. Jesus, I pray God, that you

speak one more time. God, that you would move one

more time. God, that you would anoint one

more time. Let your blessing, your stamp,

and your seal of approval be upon this service tonight.

And Lord, we give you all the glory, all the honor, and all

the praise in the house tonight. Would you shout Hallelujah?

You may be seated. Have you ever been asked to do

something that you thought might be a little bit ridiculous?

Has anybody ever asked something of you that really didn't make

sense in your mind? It really didn't add up the way

that you thought it was going to add up.

It really didn't. You didn't know how the outcome

was going to, how it was going to happen, what it was going to

be as he preached this morning. I hate to keep keep rehashing

what pastor preached this morning, but I believe it was

confirmation for tonight. And I think that there's times

that God asked of us and the sound of our giving up, the

sound of giving up. Hallelujah.

I wrote it down so I remember and I've already forgot.

I can't get back to that page. The sound of surrender, giving

up, letting go, trusting God, putting it in his hands.

Someone asked something of you that didn't seem to be

necessary. That's where Naaman found

himself. On this particular day, Naaman

had a sickness that would ruin his life.

It was a disease called leprosy. It was going to change his

social status and what others thought about him.

His condition was going to separate him from everything and

everyone that he had ever known. And if he did not receive a

miracle in his life, the path that he was headed down was a

path of destruction. It was a path of separation.

It was a path of loneliness. It was a path of bitterness.

Pastor preached this morning about how the limbs and the

members would fall off and it would inform the body and it

would affect so many things in your life.

One of the requirements of leprosy was that you left.

You went outside. This, you wasn't allowed to

associate with your family. You wasn't allowed to be with

your family. You couldn't see your wife and

your children anymore. You had to leave and tell

everyone that I'm unclean. I'm unclean.

That was your life. You were separated from

everything that you'd ever known.

You were separated from everything that you'd ever

worked for. You were separated from

everything that you had done in your life.

It's amazing how much that resembles sin.

It's amazing how much that story resembles sin, how sin will

separate you. I talked to pastor this morning

before we left and I said as a young person, I had trouble

fitting in. I had trouble being a part.

I had I struggled within myself of being a part of the in crowd.

I struggled. There was one time then during

high school, there was one week I went with cowboy boots on and

western shirts. In the next week I wore black

pants with a black shirt. In the next week, I I wore

sports pants, the Nike shoes and the Nike pants and and the Nike

sweatshirt and I had trouble fitting in.

That was my story. That was my life.

But what I found out is God really wasn't separating.

Me. He was bringing me in.

He was trying to take me from a world of sin, from a life.

Of destruction he was. Trying to save me from something

and while I pushed so hard to fit in in the crowd, why I

pushed so hard to fit in with those around me.

God said no. He was fighting Brother McGee,

just as it was hard. He was fighting for a soul.

He was fighting for a life, and he continued to work and he

continued to move. His Christ was sufficient.

It was sufficient for my life. I stand here today not because

of anything I've done, but because of the mercy of an

almighty God. I stand here today because I

gave up. I stand here today because I

surrendered. I stand here today because there

was a moment in my life, just as there will be a moment in every

one of your lives where you've got to make a decision.

Am I going to live for God? Or am I going to keep on chasing

the? Things of the.

World. But I'm here to tell somebody

there's a life that is for you. There's a promise that is for

you. There's a blessing that is for

you. Hallelujah, Jesus willing to do

ridiculous expecting the miraculous, His condition would

not stop, but just separation. Although it would separate him

from his friends and family, it would not be satisfied at simply

destroying his social status. Although this is exactly what

was going to happen before it was all said and done, but his

condition was going to eat at his body until he became

dismembered. Limbs would deteriorate, sores

would form and destroy his flesh, and eventually his

condition would lead to his demise, meaning death as an end

result. Hallelujah Jesus.

This is the story of a man that needed a miracle.

It didn't matter the things that he had ever done.

It didn't matter the things that he had accomplished throughout

his life. His condition was no respecter

of persons. It didn't make any difference

and eventually don't name and knew the path that his future

would lead him down. The prophet's answer?

Go wash in the Jordan River 7 times seemed ridiculous.

It was ridiculous. There's no way it could be that

simple. There's no way that washing in

that dirty old river could cure the condition or the disease

that Naman had. There's no way.

But it wasn't really the fact that it was the Tordan River, or

the fact that there was cleaner rivers for him to wash in that

kept Naman from being obedient that day.

But it was his pride that kept him from doing what the man of

God had asked of him. It was his flesh, it was

himself. Hallelujah.

He thought the prophet would make his way out to where he was

and lay hands on him and cure him of his disease.

But the audacity of the prophet to send out his servant, and

then to tell him go wash in the Jordan River.

Seemed ridiculous. He began to question and make

excuses for why it seemed out of sorts.

He struggled with the words that have been spoken to him from the

Prophet and the promise that awaited just on the other side.

Of obedience. The promise that waited just on

the other side of obedience. I don't believe the miracle.

I don't believe the healing was in the Jordan River.

I don't believe the healing was in the prophet speaking to him.

But the miracle, I said the miracle was in the obedience.

There's people in this room tonight.

I've already spoken it. There's people in this room

tonight that God has asked something of you, and the

miracle is not in what God asked you to do.

If he's asked you to come up front, it's not in coming up

front. The miracle's not in the

worship. It's not in if he tells you to

run around the building and you run around three times, The

miracles not in the running, the miracles not in the dance.

It's not in the shout. But the miracle is in the

obedience. The miracle is in the obedience.

I'm here to preach to somebody tonight in this house.

Are you willing to do the ridiculous and expect the

miraculous you struggled for so long?

You fought against demons for SO.

Long you struggled with things in your.

Life from your past. For so long.

And really, all God's waiting on it's for you to be obedient.

Yeah, your dance may be where your miracle.

Comes from. It may be in hands lifted at an

altar, but I'm telling somebody it's in your obedience.

It's not in the action, it's not in whatever it takes, it's not

in the ridiculous act, The Bible said the foolishness of

preaching is what reaches people.

But I'm here to tell you it's not in how ignorant or how

stupid the preacher looks, but it's in the obedience when you

stand up and preach the unadulterated word of God, that

God is laid on his heart. Hallelujah.

Would you lift your hands all across this house right now?

Come on, somebody you know you can relate to what I'm preaching

about. You set through this service and

God's been moving on your heart. You set through this service and

God's asked. You to do something and in your

mind you thought that's ridiculous and all God's.

Waiting on You've been praying for a miracle, you've been

praying for a breakthrough, you've been.

Praying for a blessing. There's people in this place.

Tonight. That's been seeking the Holy

Ghost. You've wanted the Holy Ghost.

There's people in this house tonight that needs a miracle in

your life, a healing in your life.

And I'm here to tell you your miracle is in the obedience.

It's not in what you do. It's in the fact that you give

up. It's in the fact you quit

running. It's in the fact you quit

fighting. It's in the fact you say, all

right, God, I've tried it my way.

Naman thought the prophet would come out and lay hands on him.

He had it all figured out. He had it all worked out.

But the healing wasn't in the prophet's hands.

The healing wasn't in the man of God.

It was in the obedience. Would you lift your hands across

this house right now? Hallelujah, Jesus, Come on

somebody, your miracles in the obedience.

Come on somebody, your miracles in your obedience.

Your family coming back to God's in the obedience your.

Unsaved. Child coming back to God.

Is in the obedience that spouse you've been praying for.

It's in the obedience. That grandchild you've been

seeking God for. It's in the obedience.

In our mind, in our mind right now, we struggle with the fact

that we didn't obey. I've been there.

I've been there. And I thought, you know what?

I'm never going to receive it because I didn't.

I missed it. I missed that opportunity, but

Naaman, the prophet told him go wash.

He left in rage. I'm not washing in that dirty

old Jordan River. There's cleaner rivers.

There's other prophets, there's other churches, Pastor, I'll

just go somewhere that preaches it the way I like it.

But there was a. Man, somebody said Naman.

I've known you for a long time, Naman.

I know you're committed, Naman. And I know if the if the prophet

asked you to do something. Great, you'd have went and done

it. Yeah, if the man of God would

ask you to get on the roof and dance when the song played,

you'd have climbed right up there.

Yeah, for your miracle, sis, for your healing.

If the man of God, if he promised you, if you go out here

in the driveway in front of the church and you'll scream to the

top of your lungs and spin 8 times, you know Damon, you'd

have done it. There was a man.

That talked some sense into him, he said.

Damon, I know you, Damon, you're no fool.

You're no fool. But naman all he asked you to

do. Is anybody hearing me tonight?

All he wanted you to do was make a commitment.

Come on, come on. All he asked you to do was lay

it down at an altar. And we walk away saying all no,

it'll never happen. And then a preacher comes on a

Sunday night and preaches a word about doing the ridiculous and

expecting the miraculous. And all the sudden the devil

jumps on our shoulder and says, you remember when pastor

preached this morning about giving up and you didn't do it?

You can just forget it. It's done, it's over with.

I've come today as one of the men that was with Naman.

It sells. As long as there's breath in

your body, as long as there's strength, and as long as God

allows you to step back in the House of God, you're in luck

because tonight's your night. I said tonight's your night.

Damon. Missed an opportunity, but let

me tell you what happened. Even though it was delayed.

Even though the word had passed. Even though the moment had

already taken place. I don't know if you know it or

not, but worship service is already done.

But I'm here to preach to somebody right now in this

house. If God's telling you to get up

and go to an altar, my God, you better get up and go to an

altar. If God's.

Telling you to run around. This building to receive your

then I ought to see some people running around this building.

If God lays it on your heart to dance a new dance, to dance a

new jig, to break loose in this house, then you ought to break

loose. Are you willing to do the

ridiculous? To expect the miraculous?

How bad do you want it? What are you willing to give up?

What are you willing to lay down?

There's nothing in this world worth missing heaven for.

What I understand in this house tonight is it wasn't about the

name of the river that he washed in.

It wasn't about the condition of the water that float down the

Jordan River. Apparently, the Jordan River was

not the cleanest. River around, but his.

Miracle and his deliverance was simply hinged upon his obedience

to the word of God. I want everybody in this house

to understand that your salvation isn't based upon your

social status. It's not hinged upon how many

mistakes you've made in the past.

Somebody ought to shout Hallelujah.

Thank. God, my salvation is not hinged

upon the mistakes I've made in the past, but the blood of Jesus

in that water grave, a baptism. It's still powerful enough that

when I mess up today and if I mess up tomorrow, it's still

going to wash clean as snow. It's still going to make right

everything that's wrong. It's still going to fix every

mistake I've made. There are things that we do in

worship, there are ways that we act as Apostolic, not because

we're better than anyone else, but because it's our obedience

to the Word of God that brings deliverance and freedom.

You want to know why I preach the way I do?

I got a cousin right now sitting in a prison cell.

I got another cousin right now that's been through a divorce

and his mind lost his children. She took the children, married

another man. And in his mind, he's so torn.

He got addicted to drugs, pills and prescription drugs,

medication from an injury that he had.

And he's so messed up, he talks out of his head.

You want to know why I shout the way I do?

You want to know why I worship the way that I do?

Because he's been too good to me.

I shout because he's been too good to me.

I preach because he's been too good to me.

It's not by my actions. But my obedience.

To the word of God, it's my obedience to a king, it's my

obedience to a higher power. That brings my deliverance and

my freedom. Hallelujah.

Can you just? Lift your hands again in this

house. I don't deserve to be here.

The Devil. Had other plans for me.

Addiction to pornography. This runs in my family.

I got a grandfather there at Christmas one year, was handing

out cigars to the grandkids. Cousins that received the same

dirty cigar that I received. Not in church today.

Went to a Bible college, said they were called to preach.

I'm telling somebody. I don't have any reason.

You're looking at a miracle. Come on.

Is there anybody in here that's kind of testimony?

Is there anybody in here that knows what I'm preaching about?

You're not supposed to be here, but I'm here to tell somebody.

But by the mercy and the grace of an almighty God.

Come on, come on. That's it.

Come on, that's it. Somebody's tapping into it.

Somebody's making. Up in their mind right now, I'm

willing to do the. Ridiculous.

If it's going to bring my miracle somebody'd making up in

your mind, somebody'd letting it get settled in your heart right

now. God, if you ask it of me, God,

I'm going to give it. God, If you ask it of me, God,

if you desire it of me, I'm going to give it.

I wish I could get about six or eight people that come walk with

me across the front of this sanctuary just begin to speak it

out. Come on, somebody.

We're not looking for custom. We're not.

Looking for routine. I got more to preach, but I feel

like God's moving right now in our midst and somebody just

needs to yield to the Holy Ghost.

Somebody needs to come to the understanding that hanging on is

a lot harder than letting go. He preached about it this

morning. Somebody needs to let your

surrendering sound as a mighty. Army.

In this place right now. Come on, is there anybody else

that would join us around the front?

Is there anybody else that's willing to say God if that's

what you want? That's what I'll do, God, if you

want. I'll give it all.

God, it seems ridiculous. I can't see the outcome.

It don't make sense in my mind. God.

But if that's what you're asking.

Of me. If that's what you're asking.

Of me. God, I'm not going to hold it

back. I give it to you right now.

Can I surrender it right now? Can I give it right now?

Can I relinquish control? Come on, God's moving.

God's moving God's. Moving.

If you can't feel him, why? Don't you come up here to the

front. If you're still struggling in

your spirit, if you're still hanging on, why don't you come

on up? Here to the front.

God, if you're asking, I relinquish control, can I give

you control right now? Can I'm willing to do the

ridiculous for the miraculous? Come on, it's in your obedience.

Can I give it to? You right now can I?

Surrender right now. Can I give it to you, Jesus?

Come that you will be. Come on somebody.

Can I surrender right now, Jesus?

I've tried my way God. I've hung on long enough.

Jesus, God, right now I relinquish control.

Right now, God. I give it to you.

Lord God, I'm willing to do. What may seem ridiculous God, I

want my miracle. God, I want my miracle.

God, I'm willing. The things.

The things, Lord God, that I've wrestled with, The things God,

Lord that I've not let go of right now in the name of Jesus.

Come on, somebody, come on. Somebody.

I need some prayer warriors. Come on somebody, it's time for

a miracle. But you've got to be willing to

do the ridiculous for the miraculous.

Can I surrender? Can I give it to you, Jesus?

Lord, I relinquish control. I surrender right now.

God, I give it to you. Lord Jesus called the work that

you. Desire in my.

Life called the work that you desire to do.

God, Lord, it's. By your grace.

And by your mercy, right now called that, I'm here and I

pray, Lord God, I'm willing. God, I'm willing.

God, I'm willing to give it to you tonight.

Jesus, God, would you touch me? God, would you change me?

God, it's by your grace and your mercy love that I'm here

tonight. God, it's by your mercy.

God, I should have been gone a long time ago.

God, I should have been. Destroyed a long time ago.

God been by your mercy. Come on, if he'd asked the hard

thing of you, you'd have done it.

Can I give it to you, Jesus? Can I surrender to you, Jesus?

How bad do you want it? How bad do you want it?

How bad do you want it? Are you willing to lay?

Pride? Are you willing to lay?
