  1. Let's give that to the Lord. Come on.

  2. He's worthy. He is worthy.

  3. He is worthy. Hallelujah.

  4. It's good to be in the presence of God.

  5. Amen. Good to be in the presence of

  6. God. It's good to be here with you.

  7. Give great honor to brother and Sister McGee and of course elder

  8. Brother McGee. We honor this family and I tell

  9. you what, if I was as talented as the Mcgee's and Masons, I

  10. wouldn't have to be so good looking.

  11. Easy, easy laughing there and I'm just kidding, but what a

  12. blessing it is. I I want to compliment you on

  13. something the Lord has has blessed me to travel a lot of

  14. places just like your pastor and I want to compliment the

  15. authenticity of your worship, the authenticity of your worship

  16. team. That's not everywhere there.

  17. There may be somewhere that has more instruments or more volume

  18. or whatever, but there was a a sweetness that appointed that

  19. worship today. But I don't think we need to

  20. take lightly. And this is just what we do

  21. here. This is anointed authenticity I

  22. think. We ought to just thank the Lord

  23. for. It thank you, Jesus.

  24. Thank you Jesus. Hallelujah.

  25. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus.

  26. Thank you Jesus. I I'll, I'll get to preach in a

  27. moment, but I do want to say sincerely that I honor brother

  28. and sister McGee so much, and it's interesting to.

  29. Sort of grow. Up in the same district and tend

  30. a lot of functions, but not always get to know each other.

  31. And so we're thankful we got back to our hotel last night.

  32. We're very thankful that we had a few moments with them.

  33. And through the years, brother, me, McGee and I have been teamed

  34. up preaching things. And I always tell people, I said

  35. I don't know if it's the joke's on him or me, but we're we're

  36. two different animals. The Bible says not to hook two

  37. different kind of animals up. I don't know.

  38. I don't know who's the ox and who's the, but we're just.

  39. But I I say that as I'm. Saying it in jest, but truly

  40. that's always challenged me because he's such a student of

  41. the Word and I know you know this and he doesn't need me to

  42. say this, but you have a pastor that is also a great preacher

  43. and that's not always common either.

  44. And I'm thankful for their ministry and Sister McGee and

  45. all that they've done and just appreciative to be here with you

  46. today, brother. Cook, I'm so sorry.

  47. I know we met a few weeks ago in Kentucky.

  48. When I walked in, I looked at you, I thought.

  49. That guy looks like that guy. I met in Kentucky and turns out

  50. it is you. I'm going to preach about.

  51. Vision today you can see I need help with it but Amen Mark

  52. chapter #10 I greet this church family and say thank you to all

  53. of you that are here. I know the Mcgee's feel this

  54. way, I feel this way back home. I don't take it lightly when

  55. anybody walks in the doors, anybody that's got up and made a

  56. choice to be in church with us, it's it's an honor.

  57. And so I'm honored that you're here with us today.

  58. And the good news is it'll be over soon.

  59. Mark, Chapter 10, verse 49. Familiar passage.

    Mark 10:49

  60. I wouldn't dare try to be revelatory this morning, not

  61. with the preaching you've heard. I didn't say it, but Elder

  62. Mcgee's no slouch when it comes to preaching either, that's for

  63. sure. Yeah, he preached a meeting in

  64. North Vernon years ago. I'd never heard him preach.

  65. I didn't know what to expect. And about the third or fourth

  66. time he took off running, I didn't know if he's going to

  67. fall over dead or what. But I can, Brother McGee.

  68. I ain't going to do no running today, I can assure you that.

  69. Mark, chapter 10, verse 49, Jesus stood still and commanded

    Mark 10:49

  70. him to be called. And they called the blind man,

  71. saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rides he calleth thee.

  72. And he, casting away his garments, rose and came to

  73. Jesus. There's a sermon all and all of

  74. that Jesus answered and said unto him, What will thou that I

  75. should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him,

  76. Lord, that I might receive my sight.

  77. Jesus said unto him, Go thy way, thy faith have made thee whole.

  78. And immediately, somebody say immediately he received his

  79. sight and followed Jesus in the way I.

  80. I want to. Preach for a few moments today

  81. on this thought. Heal me that I may see Heal me

  82. that I may see if I I I went back to try to change my title

  83. but I was afraid it was going to mess with too much stuff.

  84. But I, I went back there and said if we could change it, I

  85. would change it to the restoration of sight.

  86. And, and I truly believe, I truly believe that God wants to

  87. let there be a recovery of sight in this room so that we walk out

  88. of here seeing our God and seeing our world a little

  89. different than when we came in. Could we worship him one more

  90. time together today? Could you lift your voice and

  91. just magnify him? Thank you Jesus.

  92. Thank you. Oh, clap your.

  93. Hands and praise him one more time, man, you can be seated.

  94. Heal me that I may see I, I, I. Don't think that.

  95. There's any of us? Would disagree this morning with

  96. this thought. This carpet's real soft.

  97. That's why I asked him. I said can I go?

  98. Out there it feels good on my foot.

  99. We all understand the importance of sight.

  100. It's been over a decade ago now. I've, I've wore glasses since I

  101. was a kid, but I woke up 1 morning and it felt like, or it

  102. seemed like I had something in my eye.

  103. And so I went to the restroom and begin to wash my eye out And

  104. it was like, like I had sleep or something in my eye and, and

  105. just, I, I couldn't see everything was blurry.

  106. And you know the, the quick way to know that is you, you look at

  107. your phone and I, I couldn't read none of the messages.

  108. And so I went and kept washing my eyes out, never improved.

  109. And over the course of time, I went to a few different

  110. specialist and what what they discovered was somewhere in the

  111. night, a blood vessel had burst in my eye.

  112. The problem is, Brother McGee, it was in the the only good I

  113. had and that blood had pulled behind my retina.

  114. And I'll never forget when the specialist said to us, he said

  115. there's nothing we can do about that.

  116. Maybe in time it'll clear up, maybe it won't and we can go in

  117. here and do a surgery and, and, and prevent further bleeding,

  118. but there's nothing we can do about the damage that's done.

  119. And so boy, that started me on a journey.

  120. I should have turned my license in.

  121. Not my preaching license, my driving license.

  122. You might think I should turn them in when I get done today,

  123. but it's early. Give me a chance.

  124. But I, I couldn't hardly see and, and, but you can, you can

  125. drive without seeing on this, on this side.

  126. They got bumps to let you know you're getting too far.

  127. There's the reflectors in the middle, you know, But my, our

  128. assistant pastor, I grew up with him and he'd come to church

  129. early and I would tell him, I'd say, I think over there in, in

  130. Leviticus, there's a scripture about such and such.

  131. That's what. I want to preach on tonight.

  132. You're going to have to read it to him.

  133. This was. This was right around the.

  134. The time that iPads and digital Bibles were getting popular, but

  135. there was really no way at that time to manipulate the text.

  136. And so I I never preach at a Leviticus.

  137. I just was trying to see what your face would say when I said

  138. that. But but but.

  139. That went on for some time and thank God through surge a couple

  140. different things with my eyes, my vision has improved.

  141. So you you could ride with me after church and you'd pretty

  142. well. Be safe, but vision and sight is

  143. very important. But I I don't believe today that

  144. there's any sight more important than the vision of the soul.

  145. And and I want to deal today if the Lord will help me with three

  146. or four areas of sight that I believe God wants to let this

  147. church experience a recovering of sight to.

  148. So if you'll help me with the first couple, I don't want to

  149. insult you in any way. So just just act like it's the

  150. first time you're hearing some of this.

  151. But I think that number one, there needs to be the recovering

  152. of how we see God. They they, they set me up to get

  153. excited when they ended worship with who is like the Lord,

  154. because I'll tell you today, there's nobody like the Lord.

  155. Unto him be all glory and honor and power.

  156. He's worthy of it. And I, I will tell you that

  157. there's nothing the enemy of your soul and mine would like

  158. more than for us to dumb down God, to be like one of us.

  159. I believe you're great people, but nobody's like God.

  160. I believe you're faithful people, but nobody's as faithful

  161. as God. There is no body like God.

  162. In Deuteronomy there's a scripture and I won't read it

  163. all, but he can. Expose you to it today.

  164. It simply ends with this. It says he will not fail thee.

  165. Can I tell you there's not another human?

  166. And he's not a human, but, but there's not another person on

  167. the planet. To which you can say, He will

  168. not fail thee. You've you've got a good pastor,

  169. but you can't say it's impossible for him to fail you

  170. because there's error in all of us humans.

  171. But when it comes to God, he cannot fail you.

  172. He cannot disappoint you. He can't let you down.

  173. He can't walk away from you. He can't give up on you.

  174. He can't give in on you. There's nobody like God.

  175. See the problem? The problem often is this.

  176. Is that if you don't know God, you'll make him like the people

  177. you do know. And we can't have you going

  178. around making God like your mother-in-law.

  179. We can't have you going around making God like the guy on the

  180. job that's done your wrong 50 times.

  181. We can't make God like the people.

  182. We do know that there is nobody. Like him?

  183. There's no one that that that moves and operate.

  184. Listen to me. Every one of us is subject to

  185. time. It's about 10:50.

  186. Your your hostage situation will be over shortly.

  187. We're we're all stuck right here about 10:50.

  188. But God's not stuck there. He stands outside of time.

  189. He moves outside of time. He sees the past, the present.

  190. And the future in one glance. There ain't nobody else can do

  191. that. The good news of that is, is

  192. when you're in a struggle, God's not in the struggle with you.

  193. He stands on the outside of it. And while you're in pain, they

  194. mentioned it singing today, while you're in the middle of

  195. your pain, God is standing at the day of your deliverance.

  196. Oh, somebody magnify him with me.

  197. There's, there's a, a principle or a law, if you could say it

  198. that way of first mention in the Bible, and I love that.

  199. And, and that has disproved a few sermons of mine through the

  200. years. But but if you, if you want to

  201. think about the law first mention, let's talk about where

  202. do we first see God in the in the beginning, God created the

  203. heavens and the earth. The earth was dark and void

  204. without form and darkness is upon the face of the, the spirit

  205. of the Lord moved. What, what, what's the point of

  206. you reading Genesis to his preacher?

  207. It's to tell you that before there was anything, there was

  208. the faithfulness of God. That means you can't go through

  209. anything that the faithful of faithfulness of God will not

  210. stand true if you're sick in the hospital.

  211. The faithfulness of. God is there.

  212. If you're being blessed, the faithfulness of God is there.

  213. It does not matter it heads or tails, the faithfulness of God

  214. is there. And it's important that you know

  215. that because the devil would love for you and I to see our

  216. God through the lens of our struggle.

  217. But I'm telling you, God is greater than my struggle.

  218. He's greater than my pain. He's greater than my difficulty.

  219. He's greater than what I go through.

  220. He's greater than my disease. He's greater than my injury.

  221. He's greater than my family trouble.

  222. He's greater than my There's nobody like my God.

  223. Oh, clap your hands and love him with me.

  224. You come by. Too late to tell me God will

  225. fail you. I'm not going to go into.

  226. Details. But about a year ago I had a

  227. accident. That's why I strut the way I do

  228. when I saw you watching me walk. It's a strut, not a limp.

  229. Don't go telling people that Preacher had a limp.

  230. The strut. You're too young for this.

  231. But it ain't quite the George Jefferson Walk.

  232. But it is a strut. I would tell you, I have people

  233. come, well, many people come to me after that accident and say,

  234. I know, I know your faith is tested and it's weary and, and

  235. and you're wondering why is God letting all this happen to you?

  236. And I thought, I want to say to him, well, I wasn't wondering

  237. about none of that to you said it to me.

  238. And thank you for helping me go into a trial of my faith.

  239. I never one time thought that. When I was stuck laying up under

  240. that machine in my field begging for help, I knew God was with

  241. me. When I walked into or when I was

  242. wheeled in off a helicopter into U of L hospital, I knew God was

  243. with me. When I was trying to recover, I

  244. knew God was with me. When I got infection and got

  245. sick again, I knew God was with me.

  246. When I got a third infection and had another surgery, I knew God

  247. was with me. You come by too late to tell me

  248. my God will not fail you. My God will not disappoint you.

  249. My. God, he was faithful in Genesis

  250. and he will be faithful now. Oh, clap your hands and praise

  251. Him tonight. So I'm not going to let the

  252. devil change my view of God. I say there ought to be a

  253. recovering of sight to the body of Christ right now if there was

  254. ever an hour. We understood the answer to all

  255. of the world's problems is Jesus.

  256. It is the answer to it all. And I'm not going to see my God

  257. less than I'm going to lift him up as high as I can lift him up.

  258. Oh, let's praise him together. Well, how should we see him?

  259. I'll tell you how Prophet Isaiah told us.

  260. He said in the year that King Isaiah died, I saw the Lord.

  261. How did he seem? Hi.

  262. And lifted up, He said. I saw him high and lifted up.

  263. And his train filled the temple, He said, He said when I got a

  264. new view of God, he said when something died, I got a new view

  265. of God and I realized he was high and lifted up.

  266. I don't know this region very well, but I can tell you the

  267. highest thing in Mount Carmel is God.

  268. The greatest thing in Mount Carmel is.

  269. God. Come on, you come by too late to

  270. tell me that God's not high and lifted up.

  271. Do you believe today that your God is greater?

  272. He's greater, He's greater, He's greater.

  273. Hallelujah, I wasn't planning on even mentioning any of this

  274. today, but when I was going through all this mess with my

  275. foot, I couldn't hardly sleep at night.

  276. And there would be moments, Sister McGee, where it was like

  277. somebody opened the door of my home.

  278. I was sleeping in a recliner right by the door.

  279. I made a move, my recliner. It was freaking me out a little

  280. bit. I'm going to be honest with you.

  281. But I could feel a presence walk in my house and and Elder McGee,

  282. I would feel a fear come over me.

  283. And I would feel a darkness come over me, and I was so feeble of

  284. body at that time. I couldn't get up and stomp and

  285. praise God. But I'd lift my feeble hands and

  286. all I could get out was God, I love you.

  287. And I would feel that presence immediately.

  288. Leave my home. Don't let anything stop your

  289. praise because praise invites the presence.

  290. And if you can get the presence of God there, it's.

  291. Greater than anything else. Why don't we praise Him right

  292. now? Why don't you clap your hands

  293. and magnify him? I'd be embarrassed elder, I'd be

  294. embarrassed if y'all would have saw me in that condition and all

  295. I could do was lift him feeble hands and and through a broken

  296. spirit and for whatever reason I felt like a broken heart, I'd

  297. say God I love you. Oh God, I love you.

  298. And immediately, a few days later, I got to thinking about

  299. that and God put it in my spirit.

  300. He said, don't you realize the greatest attack even on the body

  301. of Christ right now is fear and anxiety?

  302. But you learn just a simple mention of my name causes that

  303. to flee and causes that to leave.

  304. Somebody ought to shout Jesus over Mount Carmel.

  305. Somebody ought to shout Jesus at first Apostolic.

  306. Somebody ought to believe that if I praise him, the enemy will

  307. be driven out. Oh, let's love the Lord

  308. together. So I hope, I hope to the body of

  309. Christ there comes a recovering of sight to how we see our God.

  310. If there's not, we're going to die in life's dilemmas.

  311. And so as we move this morning, I say let there be a recovering

  312. of our sight about God. The next dimension of sight I'd

  313. like to talk about for a moment is this.

  314. It's how we see ourselves. Now don't worry, I'm not going

  315. to preach into a narcissistic fit of any kind, but I want to

  316. tell you today that if we don't get an image of ourselves that

  317. we are children of the resurrection, we are going to be

  318. stuck living a life. In the very chains that God has

  319. broken off of us, somebody said Amen.

  320. Uzziah said in the year king Uziah, he said I saw or Isaiah

  321. said I saw the Lord high and lifted up when he got a good

  322. vision of God. Then he describes what he saw in

  323. himself. He said, woe is me from I'm a

  324. man of unclean lips, I'm undone. He says I'm done, I'm undone.

  325. He said, well, preacher, why would I want to recovering of a

  326. sight to see myself that way? Well, you got to keep reading

  327. because if you keep reading, he started seeing angels, he

  328. started seeing the Seraphim, he started seeing them having

  329. getting getting hot coals off the altar.

  330. And if you read on a little further, he said.

  331. And then my iniquity was purged. You see, the devil don't want

  332. you to see yourself in the light of who God is in your life.

  333. Listen, if if we don't see ourselves in the light of what

  334. God has done for us through His name, through His blood, through

  335. the infilling of His Spirit, if we don't see that we are going

  336. to be stuck living a life that is based upon our DNA.

  337. And you may come from a good family, but I'm telling you, in

  338. every family there is some dysfunction in that family.

  339. Come on. But when we see ourselves in the

  340. light of Jesus Christ, we can understand we're not a beat down

  341. body. We're not less than.

  342. You. See, that's what the enemy wants

  343. you to do. He wants to see yourself so

  344. inferior that you never step into your purpose.

  345. But I'm telling this church, you're about to move from just

  346. meeting on this end of town, having services to affecting

  347. this community in a way that maybe you never have.

  348. God has prepared a great foundation under you, but there

  349. are seeds of revival that are ready to spring forth.

  350. But God does not need a body with a bowed head and a bent

  351. spirit. He needs God's wealthy walk in

  352. warriors to understand. God has redeemed me.

  353. God has saved me. God has made me whole.

  354. I was a Sinner, but I'm not now. I was.

  355. Rejected, but I'm not. Now God has done something.

  356. In my life, we ought to take a praise break right here.

  357. Are you thankful for the blood? Are you thankful for his name?

  358. Are you thankful for His washing power?

  359. Hallelujah, we I'll tell you what we don't need.

  360. We don't need a Gideon spirit hitting our churches.

  361. Says who? Me, I'll never forget back in

  362. 2006, we had a Sunday night service that would arrive on any

  363. camp meeting. I mean, God was moving.

  364. It was powerful. That was Sunday night.

  365. Tuesday I was at work and my mom rang my phone.

  366. She was crying. She said can you come to the

  367. house? And so I got with my bosses and

  368. left and and went to the house by Wednesday or by Thursday.

  369. We had church on Thursdays that at that time, by Thursday night,

  370. I was the pastor. And it sent our church into a

  371. confluence of calamities that to this day I don't understand.

  372. But there was a man in our church who I trusted and loved

  373. and cared for and, and, and I had leaned on him.

  374. My, my father was my pastor. And this guy, this guy and I

  375. both served in ministry together.

  376. And he said to me, the day I became pastor, he said, you are

  377. not the man for the job. And, and, and I've lived my life

  378. saying sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will

  379. never hurt me. But it wounded me.

  380. And I'll never forget every Sunday when it was time to walk

  381. out to that office, I would hear that voice.

  382. You're not the man for the job. You let me tell you what I did.

  383. Again, you're not going to fully understand this.

  384. You're not old enough. I put my Bible up under my arm

  385. and I did my best George Jefferson out there and I got up

  386. and preached. Anyways, can I tell you I'm not

  387. going to let no devil in hell or out of hell tell me God is not

  388. going to work in my life. Greater is he that's in me than

  389. He that's in the world. We need a recovering of sight.

  390. That sees ourselves in the. Light of Jesus Christ, somebody

  391. ought to help me worship right here.

  392. Come on, lift up your eyes and see what the Lord has for you.

  393. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. You know why?

  394. Sis, when I let the Lord peel back the layers of revelation

  395. over my eyes and I know what all God's done for me, that old song

  396. rings true to me today. You don't know like I know what

  397. the Lord has done for me. I was a Sinner and He saved me.

  398. I was broken and He made me whole.

  399. I fell down and he picked me up. You don't know like I know what

  400. the Lord has done for me. And He didn't bring me this far

  401. to be done with me. Yet He didn't bring you this far

  402. to be done with you. Yeah, open up your eyes and see

  403. what the lie Will somebody help me praise him?

  404. Somebody. Help me praise him.

  405. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. I'm not talking about I'm not

  406. talking about being arrogant. I'm not talking about being

  407. cocky within. Ourselves, can I tell you, I

  408. believe God wants to put his church on parade.

  409. I believe he wants everybody in Mount Carmel to know where first

  410. Apostolic Church he is. Somebody said, well, they do

  411. know preacher. Well, I'm going to talk about it

  412. at the end, but what happens when God changes their view of

  413. how they see the church? Somebody said Amen.

  414. I feel like making the devil mad in here.

  415. There are gifts and callings on the people of this church that

  416. the enemy wants to water down and make you feel like you're

  417. the people across the track somewhere that nobody cares

  418. about. I come to jerk the cover off the

  419. devil's lie and tell you that God wants to open up your eyes

  420. so you can see how mighty He is in you, how strong He is in you,

  421. how powerful He is. Come on, I know there's nobody

  422. like God. But you got that God living on

  423. the inside of you. Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

  424. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. I'm not I'm not just saying this

  425. for response since I know you're in grandma mode.

  426. They said you're the best grandma here.

  427. But I'm going to tell you something.

  428. When I when the Holy Ghost filled people, when our.

  429. Feet hit the. Floor in the morning we become

  430. instantly the devil's worst nightmare I'm sick and tired of

  431. the church being depressed I'm sick and tired of the church

  432. having nightmares it's. Time we rain on the devil's

  433. parade. It's time we give hell some

  434. nightmares. It's time he realizes, Oh,

  435. they're up again. Their feet hit the floor.

  436. They're going to pray again. They're going to worship again.

  437. They're going to believe again. I I want to move on to the next

  438. thing but I feel something in the Holy Ghost right here.

  439. I feel a war cry coming to this church.

  440. I I may be missing it by 1,000,000 miles.

  441. Don't ever tell me I'm very insecure but I feel the Holy

  442. Ghost even off your first family ripping insecurity off the top

  443. of them and getting them to realize there is a calling in

  444. you. There is a.

  445. Power in you. God wants to invest a harvest in

  446. this child. I need somebody that will

  447. receive that right now. I was watching I was watching

  448. Mariah almost messed her name up that would proved I wasn't in

  449. the spirit. I was watching her up there

  450. singing and I was going to tell her this after the church.

  451. Do you know the angels of the Lord are watching you?

  452. Do you know they're watching over you?

  453. Can I tell you why do you want to say that to her?

  454. Because I know the enemy loves to take young people that want

  455. to dedicate their life to God. And girl, this is not going to

  456. make sense, but I'll explain it to you later.

  457. Don't worry that you don't fit in anywhere, because God's going

  458. to make your calling fit in everywhere.

  459. Come on, can I tell you God doesn't answer inferior

  460. expectations, but he wants a church that'll rise up and say I

  461. see who I am through the Lord. Come on, clap your hands and

  462. praise He. Come on, would you help me

  463. worship right here? The Holy Ghost is in this room.

  464. Let's see what the Lord wouldn't say to us right now.

  465. I believe that's a principle, Brother McGee.

  466. I believe that's a principle of separation.

  467. We've never tapped into that part of separation is not just

  468. about what we see necessarily. It's God doesn't want us.

  469. Fitting into a. World that he's called us to be

  470. greater than. We're not better than people,

  471. but we got something on the inside of us that's greater.

  472. I refuse to let Mariah suffer with depression.

  473. I refuse to let her suffer with anxiety.

  474. I refuse to let her ever suffer with the things of this world.

  475. There's a calling of God on her. There's a calling of God on you.

  476. Greater, greater, greater. Greater, greater is He that's in

  477. me. Somebody praise Him with me.

  478. Come on, you want to praise Him right now?

  479. Let God magnify the call of God in you.

  480. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

  481. Go ahead, go ahead, try it out till you feel it break.

  482. I said, I said pray till you feel it break.

  483. Pray till you feel the chain loosen.

  484. Pray till you know God is moving in your spirit.

  485. Pray till you feel the enemy run.

  486. Pray till you feel the feathers break.

  487. Pray till you know God has liberated you.

  488. I'm. Going to tell you what what's

  489. happening. In the Holy Ghost right now.

  490. My dad couldn't sing worth a lick, but he didn't care.

  491. He'd get a mic, sing anyways. He definitely couldn't write

  492. songs, but he'd try to write them anyways.

  493. But we get to having a Holy Ghost time around there and he'd

  494. get the mic. I'm not definitely going to sing

  495. in front of the Masons and I. Learned today your pastor can

  496. sing too but I will tell you here's what my dad would get to

  497. singing we got the Devil on the run church look at the devil run

  498. I know it's a Sunday morning and I know there's a lot more day to

  499. live but I'm telling you I think we got the devil on the run in

  500. this house right now and I don't know what the.

  501. The devil's been bothering in your world.

  502. I don't know what the enemy's been telling you, but somebody

  503. better open the back door because I feel the devil getting

  504. ready to run up out of this house.

  505. I feel a releasing, I feel a power.

  506. I feel an overflow of God's Spirit.

  507. Somebody help me, shout. Somebody help me.

  508. Rejoice. Somebody help me.

  509. Pray. I really cook.

  510. I'll tell you why. We better see ourselves in the

  511. light of how God sees us, because if not my brother, we're

  512. going to be subject to live according to what they say.

  513. It don't matter what they say about you, it's what does God

  514. say about you? I, I, I don't want to embarrass

  515. Brother Cook, but I felt the Holy Ghost right there.

  516. I'm telling you, it doesn't matter what the whole world says

  517. about us if we're walking with Jesus.

  518. I say keep on walking, keep on believing.

  519. She done got lost in the Holy Ghost.

  520. You're going to have to tell her.

  521. All this stuff, I said. But you know why I want to get a

  522. hold of young people and let God, I felt God tell me to tell

  523. her that. You know why?

  524. Because if she. Can get something way down in

  525. her soul. Her critics will become

  526. promoters. Slander will become advertising.

  527. Because we'll know who we are, I said.

  528. We'll know who we. Are we'll know?

  529. Come on 1st Apostolic, do you know who you are?

  530. Do you know who you are? And God, do you know who you

  531. are? Hallelujah.

  532. Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

  533. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

  534. I don't know why I feel to say this, and I don't want to put

  535. none of you ladies into fear. So hear out what?

  536. Hear me out what I'm saying. There are some of the ladies in

  537. this church in this room right now.

  538. When you get up tomorrow, you're going to feel a heaviness and

  539. the enemy is going to want you to own what you discerned.

  540. That heaviness is meeting you in the morning specifically because

  541. it does not want you to receive what God is trying to put into

  542. you right now. When you feel that heaviness in

  543. the morning, you ought to shout because that's a sign that the

  544. devil knows that God is up to something in your world.

  545. This end in my message, I wasn't planning to say, but I want to

  546. just tell you something. We're when we're spirit filled

  547. people, we can discern things. Stop owning everything you

  548. discern. Stop owning every feeling you

  549. have. I walked this morning down into

  550. the lobby of that hotel and that it was crowded in there,

  551. thought, man, what in the world's going on?

  552. But it didn't take me very long to pick up on my radar that

  553. whatever they were involved in last night.

  554. I have wanted no part of. But I didn't walk out of there

  555. saying, man, I'm struggling wanting to go get a beer.

  556. I'm struggling with lust. I'm I'm struggling with

  557. perversion. You can't own everything you

  558. feel. Excuse me for being a little

  559. caustic with my language right here, but that the enemy of our

  560. soul wants to create Apostolic bipolar Christians that were

  561. subject to every wind that blows and we're subject to every

  562. feeling that comes in. Fear would come in my house, but

  563. I told it to go. Depression would come in my

  564. house, but I would tell it to go.

  565. You know why? Because I got the power.

  566. Of the resurrected Christ on the inside of.

  567. I've spent too long there. I'm going to move through this

  568. next one quick because I want to get to the end of this.

  569. There's how we see God, There's how we see ourselves in the

  570. light of God. And then there's how we see our

  571. brothers and sisters in the Lord.

  572. Don't make me preach on it long. It'd be a good Wednesday night

  573. series on Unity. Your pastor could do a much

  574. better job breaking down Scripture.

  575. But can I tell you, if you study, you study the life of

  576. Isaac. And when his eyes were dimmed,

  577. he was willing to give his birthright to one of his

  578. children. In a move of deception, Jacob

  579. slid in and he stole Esau's birthright.

  580. And so the story goes, Jacob flees, Jacob leaves.

  581. He goes to work on a farm to get a girl.

  582. There's your good idea. I'm learning back home though,

  583. buddy. You don't have to actually have

  584. to work on the farm back home. They just dress like they work

  585. on a farm. Two of my three boys, they walk

  586. in, look like Cowboys sometimes. Ain't got a horse, ain't got a

  587. cow, barely take care of a dog. I'm like, I'm like, what in the

  588. world's going on here? Boy, that that derailed me right

  589. there. So Jacob, he flees, he leaves.

  590. He doesn't care what he's done to his brother, doesn't bother.

  591. He wanted that birthright. He was interested in what he

  592. wanted. He had no desire for

  593. reconciliation until God says I'm going to bless.

  594. You. But the only way I'm going to

  595. bless you. Is if you go back home and it

  596. and it. Would seem like, Jacob said.

  597. Oh man, finally I'm going to go back home and reconcile with my

  598. brother. No, he wanted the blessing and

  599. so he's he's willing to send messengers to say, hey, tell my

  600. brother my big day's coming and I'm coming back home.

  601. I want him to know, but I'm coming back to get my blessing.

  602. Those guys come back and tell Jacob.

  603. They said, hey, he's not only coming, but he's got 400 men

  604. with him. It ain't looking good.

  605. And Jacob some somewhere in between all that he has a

  606. wrestling. Match with God and walks away

  607. with a strut. See how I helped you there

  608. again? He walks away with a limp,

  609. walking different, thinking different, and here comes his

  610. brother. He's scared to death to see Esau

  611. face to face. But when they finally meet, and

  612. they finally embrace and reconciliation happens, there's

  613. this. Powerful scriptures.

  614. It's in one of those I gave you where he literally says to his

  615. brother, when I saw you, it's though I saw the face of God.

  616. Come on, there's sometimes the only God you're going to see is

  617. through the eyes of a brother. It's through the eye.

  618. That's why Brother McGee and I know you're the same way.

  619. That's why when I go to camps, I I don't mark time and say I

  620. wonder when we'll get to fellowship afterwards.

  621. I want to be preached to. I want to see the glory of God

  622. on somebody's face. I know I need my brother.

  623. I know I've got the power of God inside of me, but want to put

  624. 1000 to a put 10,000. It's more than multiplication

  625. when we let God bring unity to the body of Christ.

  626. If you'll clap. Real good.

  627. I'll move on through that one pretty quick.

  628. You see, because what a what a damaging thing you could be for

  629. us to see God high and lifted up and let's see him powerful

  630. within us, but we can't stand one another.

  631. Somebody said to me one time said so and so thanks.

  632. You don't like him? I said, well, he's pretty smart.

  633. That's exactly right. I said that not to make myself

  634. look bad, but you can't live life without getting some

  635. issues. You can't go to church and do

  636. life with people without there being something you don't agree

  637. with, something that rubs you. Oh, I promise I'm still

  638. preaching good and I'll make it palatable to you.

  639. But can I tell you, we cannot let the devil stop revival, and

  640. we can't let strife win within us.

  641. Stop revival. Brother, Brother Mason, you are

  642. not been studying enough, so I'm going to give you.

  643. I'm talking to you, Alex. I wouldn't, I wouldn't rebuke

  644. the elder Mason. You know I've been studying.

  645. If I'm going to give you something to study, go study.

  646. Why when Gideon we got ready to harvest, why every time he did,

  647. the Midianites would rise up and take the harvest?

  648. Go study Why the Amalekites would take the harvest?

  649. I don't have time to preach at all.

  650. Midian literally means strife. I, I wish I could go into this

  651. further. He's going to study it.

  652. You'll, you'll be impressed with what all he knows.

  653. But listen to me. It's not just strife.

  654. It wasn't just strife. It wasn't just trouble.

  655. It was to it was to damage their sight of the harvest.

  656. Go study where it would. Happen at it had to do with the

  657. eye of trembling. It's about sight, and when we

  658. can learn to see God through our brother and sister, there'll be

  659. a recovering of sight that comes to the Church of God.

  660. Clap your hands and love him. What you'll find out is there's

  661. people you might not like. Maybe your personalities don't

  662. click, but if you start to see the hand of God on them.

  663. Some of the some preachers messages that have changed my

  664. life, I don't even know if I'd want to have dinner with them,

  665. but I've seen the glory of God on them.

  666. I felt the power of God on them. Can I tell you when God goes

  667. into the harvest field of this church in the next few months

  668. and years, what God wants to do around here, it's got to become

  669. more than one or two or three or four.

  670. It's got to take all hands in the harvest and listen.

  671. We may not agree with each other on everything, but we can agree

  672. on the glory of God. We can agree on the power of God

  673. on their life. I'm saying God don't just use

  674. me, but use my brother, use my sister, use the church across

  675. town. We need a revival of unity.

  676. I know none of you would ever fall prey to this, but I'm just

  677. using an example for the sake of the sermon.

  678. Talk about losing your vision. That same man sis that told me I

  679. wouldn't cut out for the job he stayed around for for a few

  680. weeks in our church few months. Wounded me at every chance he

  681. could. Finally he went about a mile

  682. down the road started his own church and and and and that that

  683. come to naughty. But that's not the story.

  684. That's not the principle of of the story.

  685. I was in our sanctuary praying one day because that's what good

  686. preachers do. Oh Jesus bless these people.

  687. He's bless these carnal people. God, I'm embellishing.

  688. I got about right over here where my wife sitting in our

  689. sanctuary and the and the Lord spoke to me if I ever heard him,

  690. I heard him. Then he said, if that man died,

  691. you'd want him to be lost. And I said, at least, you know,

  692. not really. I didn't say that to God.

  693. I'm going to tell you what I did.

  694. I fell on that Pew and said, God, get this mess out of me.

  695. God, I hate him. It's over words, but God, it's,

  696. it's, it's messing with me. When I see him out, I want to

  697. lash out. I want to tell people what he's

  698. done. God, get this mess out of me.

  699. You know why? Because it wasn't Him.

  700. What I felt wasn't hurting him, but I was losing my vision of

  701. the harvest it was getting. This I'm not saying you've got

  702. an issue with. Anybody.

  703. But why don't we lift our hands all over this house and say,

  704. God, give me clean hands, give me a pure heart.

  705. Let me not lift my voice against anybody, God.

  706. Hallelujah. Here's where I want to end.

  707. There's recovering of sight, how we see God.

  708. There's how we see ourselves in the light of God.

  709. There's how we see our brothers and sisters.

  710. Then lastly, there's how we see the harvest.

  711. I told somebody the other day, I said.

  712. Evidently I don't love myself because why would you?

  713. First of all, I never miss 2 Sundays in a row back home.

  714. Not not because they'll miss me because I'm afraid they'll fire

  715. me, but but I I said why would you preach for Brother Vasquez

  716. one Sunday and Brother McGee the next, two of the greatest

  717. preachers in our movement. Evidently I don't love myself.

  718. I was driving here yesterday and, and it's seriously how my

  719. mom was thinking. I was like, hey man, what am I

  720. going on? I'm going to have to go watch

  721. their webcast for the last two years and try to find something

  722. he ain't preached on in a little familiar voice.

  723. Got in that Bronco with me. And he said, tell the Mcgees and

  724. tell FAC their season's about to change.

  725. I. Put that on the back burner in

  726. my mind when I got up this morning said, God, I know what

  727. you I feel to preach, but I don't see where it fits.

  728. And then I got up here on this front row this and God said,

  729. tell them I want to change their lens of how they see the harvest

  730. to which I have placed them in. So you can think I'm crazy and I

  731. hope I'm not making you feel spooky, but I'm just going to

  732. tell you what I know. In the Holy Ghost, Elder McGee,

  733. I saw 20 years as I stood up there, I saw 20 years of you

  734. throwing seed out of you throwing seed out.

  735. Then I watched and I could see brother and sister McGee and the

  736. Holy Ghost. And and I maybe because we

  737. talked about the trailer last night, but I saw them Criss

  738. crossing this country. They're going to be in Idaho

  739. this week, but I saw them from Michigan to Florida and from

  740. east to West and they were sowing seeds.

  741. All over this country and the enemy at times has made them

  742. think what about Mount Carmel? What about FAC.

  743. But I come to tell them the seasons are about to change, the

  744. clouds about to break and the rain's about to fall.

  745. And the seed that's in the ground is about to spring forth

  746. with the mighty revival, with the mighty harvest.

  747. I need you to get a hold of this.

  748. I'm not got no other preaching today but to tell you it's about

  749. to change. Come on, let's take a praise

  750. break right here. Pastor and Sister McGee, I tell

  751. you in the Holy Ghost today, you've not seen your greatest

  752. revival in the city. You've not seen your greatest

  753. outpouring. You've not seen your greatest

  754. breakthrough. God has seen your labor.

  755. He's seen you. Toil he see you try to remain

  756. faithful and God's about to open the door God's about to change

  757. the season. There's a dawning of a new day.

  758. There's about to be a break forth.

  759. There's about to be a bringing forth.

  760. There's about to be seed that come up out of the ground.

  761. Come on. It's not falling on Stony

  762. ground. It's not went by the way of the

  763. wayside. It's been in the soil.

  764. It's been waiting on the rain. It's been waiting on a

  765. breakthrough. It's been waiting on the moment.

  766. Hear me, hear me, hear me today, FAC.

  767. You guys call yourself that if okay well really I was saying

  768. 1st and I thought, I hope it ain't faith, hear me?

  769. And the Holy Ghost right here. There's enemies you've had in

  770. generations, gone before that. God has silenced them.

  771. God has muted them. He has bound them with 1000

  772. chains. There's a new day and a new.

  773. Breakthrough that's coming to you.

  774. He has cleared the way. He has made a door that's about

  775. to be open to you. It's a great and effectual door

  776. that no man's going to be able to shut.

  777. I say run through it. I say run through it knowing who

  778. he is, knowing who you are in him, knowing what he can do with

  779. your brother and sister. I say walk home through the

  780. door. Let every devil be bound.

  781. Let revival be loosed. Let there be miracles, signs and

  782. wonders. Come on.

  783. See. See Elder, if the devil could

  784. have stopped this church, he would have a long time ago.

  785. So his only hope is to distort your vision so that you buy into

  786. the lie. That maybe this is all God has

  787. for me. I come to tell you the Reaper

  788. can overtake the planter. I'm come to tell you, blinded

  789. eyes can be open. Deaf ears can be unstopped.

  790. The lane could walk. The dead could rise.

  791. It's still all possible. Come on.

  792. Do you believe it's possible here?

  793. I feel a release in the Holy Ghost right here.

  794. I said. I feel a release in the Holy

  795. Ghost right here. God's ready to do something in

  796. this house right now. God said come on, come on

  797. somebody will you let God use you.

  798. Right now there is a release in the Holy Ghost.

  799. Hallelujah, I'm not trying to be corny or cliche, I'm just

  800. telling you what I feel in the Holy Ghost.

  801. And I'm sorry, it's an old song too.

  802. But Satan, your Kingdom must come.

  803. Down. It must come down.

  804. God's words not going to return void.

  805. Come on, Brother McGee, I'm not just trying to preach because

  806. you're my friend. I've always loved your spirit.

  807. But you got 20 years of His word not being able to return void.

  808. Brother Mcgee's got all of his years where that word cannot

  809. return void. I'm going to tell you it's time

  810. to preach faith like you've never preached.

  811. Preach miracles like you've never really.

  812. Come on. You know why this church, I feel

  813. it in the Holy Ghost. I hope I'm not messing nothing

  814. up, but God is shifting you from belief to demonstration.

  815. He is moving you from belief to demonstration.

  816. It's time for the outpouring of the Holy Ghost.

  817. I say let the river flow. Let the power flow.

  818. Let there be a demonstration of God's spirit and power.

  819. Why don't you lift up your voice?

  820. Why don't you lift up your hands and release yourself into the

  821. supernatural power? Of God.

  822. I promise you, I promise you by the Mason or somebody can come

  823. to the keys. I'm trying to get out of the

  824. way, but I want you to hear me. I'm not saying this on accident.

  825. Here's what God wants me to tell you and don't just stare at me,

  826. but let's operate together in the Holy Ghost.

  827. Can we do that? Here's what God is saying.

  828. I'm about to change their season.

  829. Tell them I'm going to change their season.

  830. But when seasons change, there are things you cannot take into

  831. the next season. I, I believe it was Mariah.

  832. If it wasn't, I'm sorry, but Mariah said to my wife when

  833. she'd come in, something about her outfit, she said it looks

  834. very fall. And the reason is, is because my

  835. wife has been ready for fall for three months.

  836. Somebody said, hey man, can I tell you there are hurts you

  837. can't take into a new season. I'm not talking about holiness

  838. or a tire. That's not my job.

  839. But there's garments that's got to be changed.

  840. Just like that man, the blind man that Jesus healed, the Bible

  841. said he cast his garments aside. There's some things you can't

  842. take into this revival. There's some things you can't

  843. take into this delivers. But I've got good news for you.

  844. God will heal you today. God will deliver you today.

  845. God will set you free today. Go ahead, Sister Mason, help me

  846. shout. Help me rejoice.

  847. See, there's a reason Sister McGee, that that the McGee fan,

  848. the Masons that have had the toil so long, because what God

  849. wants to give you, I feel this in the Holy Ghost, what God

  850. wants to give you, if it is not grounded with a good foundation,

  851. it moves into sensationalism and goofiness.

  852. I feel a release in the Holy Ghost of visions and dreams to

  853. this church. But if we are not grounded with

  854. truth and a foundation, we'll get silly.

  855. We'll start painting the walls colors to match the dreams.

  856. That's not what God's doing. But I'm telling you, there are

  857. open doors in this community you've never seen before.

  858. It's not because you're carnal. It wasn't time yet.

  859. But God's about to open the door.

  860. God's about to breakthrough for you.

  861. God's about somebody ought to help me preach right now.

  862. Do you believe in revival? Do you believe it can happen

  863. here? Would you stand with me all over

  864. this house and let there be a praise in your spirit?

  865. Come on, lift up your voice. See when God opens your eyes to

  866. the harvest. I know you're not a real, real

  867. large town, and I'm not saying that derogatory.

  868. We're even smaller. But there's going to be

  869. businesses, Brother McGee. When you drive by, something's

  870. going to say go in there today because harvest don't have to.

  871. Nothing to do with extrovert or introvert.

  872. It's about can you see where God's at you?

  873. You say, why are you staying in that vein?

  874. I'm telling you, I feel open doors for this church.

  875. I'm telling you, there's a reason God blessed you to move

  876. from pews to chairs. It's not not just for the look.

  877. They look good. I'm not saying that, but you can

  878. put more seats in, You can put more people in.

  879. Come on, we're not going to let God.

  880. We're not going to let the devil limit what we think God can do.

  881. It's time for breakthrough. Can I tell you where it starts?

  882. Often. Once we've got our eyes on God

  883. again, once we see who we are, once we see the gift of God on

  884. our brother, can I tell you what happens?

  885. It's those closest to us because what God spoke to me that I

  886. tried to get my my title changed, but it was too late.

  887. No fault to them. It was me.

  888. It was that there's a recovering of sight.

  889. There are people that aren't at church today.

  890. There are people who've walked away from God in this region and

  891. they've lost their sight. But I'm telling you, when the

  892. church. Starts driving the Midianites

  893. off. There's a recovering of sight

  894. that comes. You better get ready for

  895. prodigals. Maybe not even prodigals out of

  896. this church, but prodigals that come looking for sight.

  897. Something that they finally see again.

  898. Come on. From front to back, sooner to

  899. circumference. Could we just praise him all

  900. over this house? Come on.

  901. Praise Him, Praise Him. Hallelujah.

  902. Who? This I don't want this to come

  903. off in any way disrespectful but but some men live so that they

  904. leave. A large inheritance or.

  905. Then they spend their latter years so concerned with legacy

  906. that often times they tarnish it themselves in an attempt to

  907. preserve it. Elder McGee, God's going to let

  908. you live and see inheritance and legacy being poured out in a

  909. fashion that you've dreamed of, that you've believed for, that

  910. you hoped. For come on, we need to receive

  911. what God is putting into this church.

  912. Come on, these altars are open. Would you come receive with us

  913. today? Let there be a cry.

  914. Come out of the womb of this church today.
