I love you Jesus. Oh ya Mama Shiah.

Hallelujah. Oh we love him.

Where the word of a king is there is power, speaks into our

lives, brings harmony out of the chaos.

Amen. Love him tonight and want to

thank everybody for being on Church Sunday and inviting

people over the past four weeks and of course, continuing in

that vein of doing so. Amen.

From here on, of course, it's not just a four week endeavor,

it's a constant endeavor, Amen. So just be mindful of that.

and those that are listening online, the 19th, also of this

month, we'll have a missionary service in our PM service that

Sunday. Missionary, the Rhodes family

Cannon's church and guest Tim Hammond from Georgia will be

Also, the 26th of this month, which is a Sunday, is a All in

Camp Focus Sunday, which basically means we plan to pray

for and pay for camp, pray and pay.

Amen. And so we're going to take an

offering that Sunday for camp meeting.

And then the 27th important date for all those that are going to

camp. The 27th is camp registration

day. All right, so that's very

important to remember. We're going to be turning to the

book of Romans chapter #8 Romans chapter #8 I'm going to read a

few verses of Scripture here to get started.

Night We're glad to have Mr. Earl with us tonight as he comes

Romans chapter 8 verse #5 The apostle Paul Speaking of the

Romans 8 · chapter mention

Church of Rome, says, For they that are after the flesh do mind

the things of the flesh, they that are after the Spirit, the

things of the Spirit. Or to be carnally minded is

death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Because the carnal mind is enmity or hostility against God.

But it is not subject to the law of God.

Neither indeed can be. Verse 8.

So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

We're continuing talking about from a couple weeks ago, we've

been talking about the identity principle a little bit.

I'm continuing to talk about that with a little bit of the

application of that. We talked about a couple weeks

ago that basically if you don't, if you don't have a right idea

or understanding of who God is, it will just muttle everything

else in your Christian living. It's important to know who he is

that that that principle of identity is a distinction of

identity. So we want to talk a little bit

about that tonight. Ask the Lord's help.

We're going to pray. Father, we're thankful tonight,

Oh Jesus, for your spirit Lord, that we have felt, Lord, in just

a little bit of time, that we have sung praises this evening.

Oh Lord Jesus, you're nigh and you're near God.

We want to entertain that. We want to work in tandem God

with that today I pray Jesus anoint every mind, every heart.

God anoint Lord Jesus, this lump of clay.

Your word is already anointed, but God help us to lift it up

Lord, and exalt your word, Lord Jesus in this place.

And beloved, the name of Jesus Christ that I pray Hallelujah

and Amen and the church say Amen.

You may be seated tonight in Jesus name.

So Paul's writing here to the Church of Rome, and he's

explaining some things that basically spiritual people are

those who set their minds on, on the things of the Spirit and,

and carnal people are those who set their mind or mind the

things of the flesh. And verse number six tells us

plainly that to be currently minded as death and, and to have

hostility toward God and verse #7 or enmity against God is to

also have enmity against God. And that verse #8 those that are

in the flesh cannot please God. And so with all these things in

mind, then it should be pressed upon us that every believer

should be striving to set their mind on spiritual things or the

things of the Spirit, since the things contrary to that are not

pleasing to God. It's death, it's all these other

things, enmity or hostility toward God.

Then we should want to mind the things of the Spirit.

And so it knows without saying, we've looked at these verses of

Scripture a little bit. I got a lot of scripture up

there, but Alex can attest to it.

I'll reference it a lot. I don't know if we'll go to

every verse. He might just flash it up there

for me if he just follows along. But the Bible tells us we've

looked at these phrases before. It's in the Old Testament, in

the book of Leviticus. To be ye holy, for I am the Lord

your God, Peter, he echoes that in the New Testament in first

Peter chapter #1 and he says be holy, for I am holy.

And so if we just even take those two concepts and ideas,

Old Testament and New Testament, then we should start to

understand that God's holiness should.

And I, that's the operative word should influence our thoughts

and our ideas and the state of our minds.

And that should be the case. And although that should be the

case, you and I understand that humanity still has a will.

Humanity still has a will that we must direct.

God is such a gentleman. He's not going to overpower your

personal will. He wants us to relinquish our

will to Him or bring our will in alignment with His desire and

purpose. And the reason why I say that,

that's the reason why we have other phrases in Scripture.

For instance, in first Peter chapter #1 that states, Brother

Fred, gird up the loins of your mind.

Or there's another verse that's found in Colossians 3 and two

that says set your affection, which is your mind on things

above, not on things on the earth.

And both of those phrases, if you read them, if you had

somebody in here that was somewhat of an English major,

they would tell you that those phrases, those phrases are

imperative. What that means is the subject

is understood to be you who's supposed to gird up the loins?

You are. Who's supposed to set the

affection you are. In other words, we're

responsible for the girding up and we're responsible for the

setting of the affection. In other words, no one's going

to do it for you. It's up to you, your will, your

choice, your decision. And so it's telling us we must

do this, the powers within our will, within our choice, within

our decision to gird our mind and set our affection.

And so we, we are an integral player in this dynamic.

You'll remember the passage and it's a popular passage from

Hebrews chapter #12 and we've already looked at it in this

series that's already went on for some time and we'll probably

still yet, but nonetheless, the passage that said follow peace

with all men and holiness that we're follows also interpreted

as pursue peace with all men and holiness.

So we're pursuing peace with men and we're pursuing holiness.

The word they're follower pursue in the Greek is a very strong

word. It's a word that implies this.

It means seeking to possess something with the strongest

possible effort, determination and zeal.

And so man, that really kind of opens up the panorama of things.

When we talk about following peace with men and holiness, it

is a very strong possible effort, zeal, determination.

It is quite a pursuit. It's not a casual walk, all

right. It's not a little linger behind

typing. No, it's a pursuit.

The Bible tells us in Colossians 3 and 1, and this is what it

devises. I love the the the opening of

this phrase in this verse. It says if ye be risen with

Christ, if the condition, if ye be risen with Christ, seek those

things which are above. If you've been risen with him,

then the advice is based upon the, the the condition seek the

things which are from above. And it's from there.

It leads to that verse we've already looked at where he tells

us then to set our affection on things that are above and not on

things that are below, right? But we just take like

Scripture's wonderful, right? Because Scripture interprets

Scripture, right? It's like symbols, you hit them

together and they make noise. It, it, it just happens.

And so when in order to accomplish this, that we have

other information from the Apostle Paul's, he wrote to the

Church of Corinth, for instance, in 2nd Corinthians 5, he says in

order to accomplish this whole idea of seeking those things

that are above or said even our affection on those things above,

we must be able or we must bring into captivity every thought to

the obedience of Christ. So when we're talking about

setting our mind on spiritual things, that's, that's our goal.

That's what we want to do. In order to do that, Brother

Fred, then as an individual, I got to be able to identify

between which ideas that come into Paul Mcgee's head that are

of the Spirit and which ones are of the flesh.

I'm going to have a hard time setting my mind if I can't

distinguish what's his thought and what's man's thought, Amen.

And so with that, I got to understand this distinguishable

trait like this, this principle of identity, this principle by

distinction, even in the thought processes of my mind, this is

foundational to my holy living. This is foundational, Amen to a

part of the principle of identity.

If we could, because when we know who God is Bishop and we

know what his nature entails when we know it.

When I say know it, I'm I'm talking about knowing it on 2

levels. People can have an intellectual

knowledge about something and that's one thing, but it's

another thing to have an experiential or an experiencing

type knowledge of something because you've been there, done

that and bought the T-shirt, right?

It it's just like today I, I hear people talk about all the

time, you know, they're in the workplace and Joe Blow, he just

got his degree. He comes in, he has a working

textbook understanding of how things go.

And then you have someone that's worked in the practice for 2530

years and they have an experience type of knowledge of

everything goes well. Whenever we know God and his

nature both not just intelligently but be by

experience, we can begin to identify what is God's thoughts

and what is not God's ideas All right and the reason why this is

important because we live in the real world and we're inundated

with false teachings. The New Testament speaks in

their days still yet happening in ours, some that are coming

and and proclaiming what was called in the New Testament

damnable heresies or destructive heresies.

He said there was some that were teaching doctrines of devils.

That's pretty strong in it, doctrines of devils that there

were some that were pushing the agenda of the philosophies and

the traditions of men. This is all in your New

Testament. And so you you could hear them.

It was happening in that day. We still hear them today.

They're on the radio, they're on television, they're in churches.

Amen. And so we have all these things

that we're contended with. They're on the Internet.

I mean, Google's God, if you can find an article to support it,

it must be true. If ChatGPT agrees with you, it's

got to be true. Oh Lord, I'm not, I'm not

supposed to be getting in this thick right now.

But there's all these deceptive words and they're not just found

in per Southeast quote UN quote worldly places.

There's there's all of these deceptive words that can even be

found in your Christian bookstore.

Oh, Lord, help me Jesus, because today we have all kinds of

different forms of quote UN quote Christianity.

But as the last days approach, we can stand on God's word.

This situation is not going to get better, it's going to get

worse. And the disciples thinking about

a time of the end, they even questioned the Lord in Matthew

24 and said what? What shall be the sign of thy

coming? What shall be the end of the

world? And Jesus first warning number

one on the list was take heed that no man deceive you.

That's what he led with, That's what he led with.

He warned them that they would not be deceived, that no man.

Well then I would think knowing then what are is a God idea and

what isn't a God idea is pretty important.

If we're coming on the landscape of the end of time and Christ is

saying be careful about what you hear about what's taught by

what's under the label of being mine, then I would deem it's

pretty important that I know because this what he's, this is

not 4th or 5th tier information. He said this is #1 watch out for

the deceivers. Why?

Why is this so important? Because in the end, the world

overall, the Book of Revelation, tells us it's going to be

upended by a false prophet, a false religious system, and a

false Christ. It's pretty important to

distinguish between what is his and what is not his when we come

to thoughts and doctrines and concepts and ideas, right?

Because New Test Scripture also tells us there are what so many.

There is a wind of doctrine that blows the wind of doctrine that

blows and dogma going through the minds of of the people.

And and so we're asking ourselves, and no doubt they

were in their day too. How do we sort all of this house

out? How can I keep from the truth

from the false, especially in our day, folks, even more so in

our day. Reese, I don't know how many

Times Now and I'm not on Facebook very often.

You can probably guess that I don't know how often now, even

when you read a article that is on a social media thing, that I

take it and Fact Check it because I've been duped.

Videos, huh. Oh, they just totally duped,

fabricated, or just got enough truth in there to make it

believable. See, that's the best way to

deceive and have a lie, have a little bit of truth all wrapped

up in fabrication. Oh, Lord, help me right now,

Jesus. So how, how do we do this?

How do we do this? Well, number one, we got to

according to the Scripture and according as they did in the

Scripture in Acts chapter #17 I'll state it like this.

We must be Berean God. The people of Berea are spoken

of in Acts chapter 17 and verse #11 It's Speaking of them and it

Acts 17 · chapter mention

says this concerning them, that these were more noble than those

in Thessalonica and that they received the Word with all

readiness of mind and searched the Scriptures daily.

Whether those things were so way that they distinguish or knew

what was God really spoken of God about God and what was not

is that they went to the word of God and they tried what was

said. They tried what was spoken and

they said let me see where that is in here because if it don't

say that if it can't be founded supported with this, then it

don't have a leg to stand on. So they would take everything

the Bible says they were they were noble more noble than those

in Thessalonica that the Greek word for noble means well born.

But this is speaking more than just about their nobility as as

their ancestry or their birth. Thayer's Bible Dictionary

defines it that they were noble minded.

In other words, these these were a kind of people that were noble

minded. They were keen Amen concerning

the things of God and the things of Scripture.

They were the kinds of people, and I did see a brother, Bishop

Brandon, back there in his dissertation on topsoil a little

bit today on Facebook. And they were a kind of people

that Jesus described in the parable of the sower.

The Bible talks about the sower having a honest and good heart,

another word for the word honest.

There is a noble and good heart, and here's what happened with

them. They were the ones who heard the

word and kept the word and the parable.

They were the ones that heard the word and kept the word and

then brought forth fruit. The Bible says with patience, we

need that type of nobility here that don't just hear, keep,

apply, repeat, huh and bring forth fruit for fruit.

He says they're they're they're contrast with those of

Thessalonica who in Thessalonica, the Bible says

when they heard the word of the Lord, some of them believed,

some of them did not Some of them rejected the word and then

they threatened the apostle. They threatened to take his

life. The Bible says that those of

Berea were more open minded than them of the Thessalonica.

And so second of all, not only were they noble brother Reese,

but the Bible says Paul says that that they received.

His teaching with all readiness of mine.

The NLT says it like this. They listened eagerly to Paul's

message. Praise God, praise God when

people get on the edge of their seat to hear what thus say of

the word of the Lord. Everybody doing OK.

I don't know what's going on with me.

I remember years ago I was evangelizing.

There was a there's a latest SEC on the SEC.

If you she not my wife will remember this totally.

And man that the whole time I'm preaching, she's just writing.

I'm thinking, my God, here's a great saying of ode.

She's she's writing down almost every word, probably verbatim.

I'm preaching. She's just I mean, tearing up

those pens and pencils, smoke flying.

She's just doing it. And she left her voter one night

whenever she left service and we were just snooped, had to go

over and see what she was writing the whole time.

She was doing like multiplication, division,

addition and subtraction the whole time that that might have

been her stem thing in order to pay attention.

I don't know, but she was. I mean, it's better than

clipping your fingernails, I guess.

You know, I thought God was really touching her and she was

going to fill up those pages with the revival that week.

No, she was trying to find out what 32 / 8 was.

I thought she was ready, Bishop. I thought she was eager to hear

the message. Maybe she was.

I'm not going to discount she wasn't.

She was a precious St. But these people were generally

interested in what what the preacher had to say because they

knew he wasn't Speaking of himself.

He was speaking from the authority of this book in a

world where preaching has just come to a good story that's

personal. I'm feeling like I'm just

getting out in my deep. Wild Lord, what's going on?

Had a bad being, I guess, or something.

But these, these Bereans, they weren't just bored Pew sitters.

They, they had a zeal for the things of God.

The hearts were open. They were ready to receive Amen.

But with that, that doesn't mean brother Fred, that they were

just willing to swallow anything that come across the plate.

Just take a hook, line and sinker, right.

Let me tell you something and the book of Jude and also

Timothy in there. They warn of this because you

got to be careful where you fall in love with a personality.

Come on, rather than falling in love with the word because

people and personalities change, Bible talks about it.

I believe it's in Timothy or Jude right in there.

Talks about how they carried some away because they began as

a truthful voice. But somewhere along the way

there was a switch. But the people had their

allegiance to the person and not to the word.

Men will rise and fall, will fail.

You need to be sewn up in the Word because as personalities

come and go, the grass may wither and the flower may fade,

but the word of God, it's going to stand forever.

It is forever settled. The psalmist said men.

So it's it's not. Oh, well, Pastor McGee says it's

no. You better see if Pastor McGee

is saying what the Bible says, how do you do that?

We got to search the scriptures. Don't just take my word for Acts

238. Search the scriptures.

Amen. A word that needs not be

ashamed. So McGee is up here quote

Scripture praise God, Amen. And so they they knew this about

Paul and so the Bible says they searched the Scriptures daily

what to find out whether whether these things that were being

spoken were so they searched them because they knew the

authoritative truth was the Bible truth.

So they checked everything that Paul had to say according and

against the scriptures. Paul buys something very similar

everybody doing OK in the book of Galatians.

He writes to the Church of Galatians, Galatians 1, and

verse #6 Notice what he says. He says, I marvel that ye are so

soon removed from him that called you into the grace of

Christ unto another gospel which he puts in which is not another,

but there be some that trouble you and would pervert the gospel

of Christ. He says, but the we or an Angel

from heaven preach any other gospel which he already told us

there's not another unto you that which we have preached unto

you. Let him be a curse.

The word literally means excommunicated.

He says you don't need to have no dealings with that and I just

I'm just walking on water here tonight.

The Bible talks about one place scripture in New Testament.

We got to be careful what we bid godspeed.

Be careful what we bid godspeed give our blessing and

endorsement to we just had just just here recently over the

weekend. I was in a board meeting for a,

a mission that that gives funds to people who are aspiring to go

on the mission field, perhaps for a trip.

And there was someone there and we were doing an interview and,

and such. And they were still somewhat

young in the Lord, but they, they desired God and to grow in

God. And they were, but they were

going to a lot of their campus ministries at their university,

probably more so than they were going to their church.

There was just a lot of campus ministry because the other days

of the week, they could fill their life with that.

And if we listen to everything, and I told the people that that

said on the board with me, I said, I appreciate the hunger.

I said, But for someone that is inexperienced concerning the

truth of God's Word, I said there could come some things

across the table that they'll just accept with open arms and

be indoctrinated by something that is false.

You got to be careful what you just bid Godspeed in your life.

It kind of goes back to the the old counterfeit story, right?

The only way that they know the counterfeits in the bank, as

they say, they keep them familiar with the renal honey.

It's going to slide underneath your nose if you're not

familiar. And listen, I I read all kinds

of different versions of the Bible, but if you've never read

the King James Version all the way through, you need to just

steer clear because you won't know when a verse is missing.

Listen, I read almost a different version every year,

but I read the King James Version year after year after

year after year after year for several years and still make it

a company, a part of my yearly stuff.

So I don't know what's God's thought and what's not his

thought since sometime after, after he had fled from

Thessalonica, Paul wrote to those who accepted his teachings

and he reminded them this. This is in 2nd Thessalonians

213. He reminded this.

He says your salvation, you were saved through the sanctification

of the Spirit and belief of the truth and belief of the truth.

And so it is today our truth listen.

Our truth consists more than just the oneness of God and the

Acts 238 message this whole council of God.

Paul said he shall not to declare unto them the all of the

council of God. Listen, you're riding the

guardrail when you just want to cherry pick certain scriptures

and say, well, I'll take that one and that one.

That one supports what I believe in that.

No, no, no, no. You take Genesis 11.

You go all the way back to Revelation, the last verse and

the whole counsel of God, because there's going to be

harmony from Genesis to Revelation.

There's going to be enlightenment.

It's going to be brick upon brick and stone upon stone.

Somebody, OK, I mean, you don't want to get, you know, 3 legged

stool out there. And so in the book of

Philippians, he gives us a sample, right?

And I say a sample because I do not believe a Philippians 4IN

chapter #8 was to be an exhaustive list, but a sample

list that finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true,

whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just,

whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely,

whatsoever things are of a good report.

If there be any virtue, if there be any price, think on these

things. That's a good starting place.

Think on these things. True, honest, huh?

Is, is this true? Is this honest?

Is it pure? I'm talking about qualifying.

Is it a God idea, huh? And when he summed it up, is it,

is it virtuous, right. Is it virtuous?

Is it praiseworthy? Think on these things.

And someone say men. So pick up the identity

principle and, and applying that then to the distinction of our

ideas, the distinction of our thoughts.

But then there's this distinction of our identity.

I'm trying to check time here because I frogged through the

path there a little bit. The principle of identity also

helps us identify what is distinctly male and female in

humanity. Prizes provides a framework how

God expects each sex to act and the roles that they serve in we

go back to the beginning, Genesis 127.

So God created man in his own image in the image of God

created he him male and female created he them.

And so while there's distinctions between each, they

were both created in the image of God, thus representing God.

And so when we start to muddle the distinctions of male and

female, we begin to misrepresent God.

I just want to pause here for a moment.

We misrepresent God. No other creature in creation

was given the privilege of being made in the image of God except

male and female made He and created He.

And so with this there's there's an equal value that they have.

They have a dignity in the worth, yes.

But when we look at the story in Genesis in the beginning and we

talk about headship, that's even within a marriage context.

Headship isn't something that was introduced after the fall.

Headship of Adam and marriage happened before the fall ever

took place. It was not the result of sin.

It was there before sin ever happened.

It was at the origin place in the creative order.

Just walk with me OK? In the creative order.

According to Genesis, God created Adam first, then Eve.

The apostle Paul even affirms this in New Testament scripture

of first Timothy chapter 213. The Bible says for Adam was

first formed, then Eve. Now while that is true, and

please watch my wording here, that doesn't necessarily make

Adam superior to Eve, but it doesn't make him responsible

because we have a genesis. Interesting.

We have a genesis in the narrative that Eve sins first by

eating of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, of eating of

the forbidden tree, brother Fred, and then she gave to Adam

who was with her. But according to the book of

Corinthians, first Corinthians 15, we humanity inherits the

sinful nature and becomes guilty because of Adam.

The Bible says for as in Adam all died.

It didn't say an Eve although she ate first.

It says an Adam. Why headship, Responsible party.

And then later in Genesis chapter #3 God comes down after

the first transgression, His voice in the cool of the day,

and he speaks. Who does he call for first?

He says where art thou? He's speaking to Adam.

He's responsible. He didn't ask Eve, although she

was the first in the transgression.

He went looking for Adam. Adam had said whenever that

woman was brought to him, he said in Genesis chapter 2 verse

Genesis 2:23

23, she shall be called woman. He calls that title of woman

over her. And when we take that

consideration, the grand panorama of Genesis 1 and

Genesis 2 and Genesis 3, everything that God called or

everything that God named in the first two chapters of Genesis,

the readers of that day and time would identify that this naming

business, this calling business, the one who's doing the name in

the calling is the one that's responsible for what he's

naming, responsible for what he is calling.

And so this is the very same idea of headship that we see in

First Corinthians Chapter 11. The Bible tells us in First

1 Corinthians 11 · chapter mention

Corinthians 11 that God is the head of Christ.

Christ is the head of the man, Man is the head of the woman

from. Let's even go this way.

You want to know how much your adversary wants to mess up the

distinction. It's because in the very

beginning, who did the serpent talk to?

Who did the serpent talk to? He addressed Eve, the Bible says

in Genesis 31. He's Speaking of the servant.

He said unto the woman. He spoke to Eve instead of Adam.

Why? Because he's wanting to tamper

with the creative order right from the start.

He's trying to circumvent the creative order of responsibility

and accountability by talking to her rather than the headship of

her. Everybody doing OK Genesis 128

and God blessed after create them male and female created he

them and God bless them and God send them.

Be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth and subdue

it and have dominion over the fish and seat, over the fowl of

the air and over every living thing that move up on the earth.

Then again that refers back to verse 27, the male and the

female of the previous verse. God created male and female and

blessed them, blessed them to be fruitful, multiply and

replenish. God made everything right.

He's making this so all it was good.

So all it was good. First thing that God didn't see

was good was what Brother Reese? That man was alone.

So God takes a rib. It indicates we've looked at

this in our Genesis study. Rib bone and flesh from the side

took a rib, made a woman, brought her to man.

And so God's answer to Adam's aloneness was this woman, And I

say this respectfully, God's answer to man's aloneness was

this woman. Not another man, not a group of

women, not animals, not anything else.

And God said concerning this dilemma of His aloneness in

Genesis 218, He said that I will make him and help meet for him.

The classic Amplified amplified Bible says it like this, a

helper meet or suitable adapted complementary for him.

When Grudman says the word meet means a help corresponding to

him, he says and I quote she was created as one who differed from

him in ways that would exactly compliment who Adam was.

I footnote that with this, that applies not only

psychologically, but physiologically.

In other words, that didn't just apply to to the emotional mental

constructs, but to the anatomical.

That's right. So in that the Bible supports

the idea that men should be masculine, women should be

feminine, and when a woman acts in a masculine way, she is

failing to live out her God-given identity as a woman.

This is unholy according to scripture.

Likewise, if a man acts in a feminine way, he's failing to

live out his God-given identity as a man.

That too is unholy. Not only and everybody.

OK, I can feel the tension in the air right now.

But he's also putting his and they are putting their salvation

in jeopardy. Now, listen, I speak with love

here tonight. But the Bible says, and we'll

read it, the Bible says that both of those who are

effeminate, those who make make women of themselves, so to

speak, and those who are abusers of themselves with mankind,

they, and I'm just going to be forthright, all right, that they

practice homosexuality. The Bible says that they will

not inherit the Kingdom of God. Your Bible, listen, this is not

Pastor McGee, this is Bible, Your Bible says in First

Corinthians 6 and 9, Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not

inherit the Kingdom of God. Be not deceived, neither

fornicators, nor adulterers, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor

abusers of themselves with mankind, verse 10 nor thieves,

nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners,

shall inherit the Kingdom of God.

A note, you are a fornicator if you are presently practicing

fornication. Someone hear me right now

whenever we talk about. Thieves are those who presently

practice thievery. So these verses are referring to

anyone who is presently practicing whatever it may be

listed in this context, those who presently practice idultery

or idolaters. Right.

So with that being said, the reason why I'm saying that if

any of these things are in your past, then you're not presently

functioning as a fornicator, an effeminate.

If you have availed yourself of the blood of Christ, this has

covered the old practice. That's no longer a practice.

You're not guilty. You're redeemed.

And heaven's doors swing just as open wide to you as it is

anybody else. OK, Years ago, Jordan Fry said

this. I read a book.

It was years ago. Jesus the pastor, George George

John W Fry said this and I've I've adopted as my own since

then saying and it's leading into what I'm about ready to say

next. Issues are issues and people are

people. You got to deal with each issues

and love people. So I'm dealing with an issue,

right? Talking about issue

homosexuality is a violation of the principle of identity set

from the beginning. God told the Israelites in

Leviticus 1822, thou shalt not lie with mankind as with

womankind. It is an abomination.

In the next verse, he goes on to talk about how an individual

mating with an animal, it says we shouldn't have to talk about.

They had to talk about them. We got to talk about now,

beastiality, that a person mating with an animal, it's

confusion. One of the other Bible

dictionaries calls it. It's perversion.

But a homosexual union he calls an abomination.

OK, because a mate with an animal is perverting a natural,

normal human function, whereas a homosexual act completely

overthrows the plan of God for revealing Himself to mankind.

And the reason why I stated like that, the reason why I stated

like that, and we'll get to it later.

Feel like I'm all over the place.

But Ephesians 5 And God begins to talk about the merit

relationship of a husband and a wife, and the love that that

husband has for his wife, and the respect that that wife has

for a husband. He says this I speak is a

mystery of Christ in the church. God ordained the unit of husband

and wife, male and female, to be the very model for Christ in His

church. And when you tamper with the

marriage, the male and the female, you tamper with the

model. You confuse what it represents.

That's the reason why not long from Genesis 3, we got polygamy,

we got incest, we got adultery, we got fornication, we got

everything homosexual, everything underneath the sun.

Why enemy already had something targeted.

What I got to destroy people's concept of the model?

Because if so, I can skew their mindset about the principle.

It's pointing toward. Everybody doing OK.

Paul explains the New Testament Romans chapter one verse 26.

For this cause God gave them up into vile affections.

These are people that didn't even want to retain God in their

knowledge. The Bible says they went to the

place that instead of worship, and you'd read all of Romans

chapter #1 instead of worship the creator, they worship the

creation. And so they got to this, this

downward spiral, to a place for this, 'cause then God gave them

over unto vile affections. For even their women did not did

change rather the natural use into that which is against

nature. And likewise also the men

leaving the natural use of the woman burned in their lust one

toward another, men with men working that which is unseemly

or that which is shameful, and receiving in themselves that

recompense or that penalty of their air which was me or which

was due. And so notice what the Apostle

Paul's doing here. We looked at this maybe a couple

weeks ago. It was just a couple weeks ago,

Paul appealed again. He appeals to nature as a

teacher. You remember this, the Eden

model. He appears to nature as a

teacher. A few weeks ago we looked at

that word nature in the Greek fusus.

That's the that's the Greek word fusus.

Again, it's where we get our word physical.

Let me just re re remind you what all of that meant.

That word refers to that which is brought forth and therefore

means the original or inherent constitution of a thing.

In other words, it pertains to created things in the original

state before they were corrupted by mankind.

He says they left their natural natural use.

What was the original constitution?

One man, one woman joined together in one flesh as the

original constitution. And so here we have it.

In this pre fallen condition, Adam was serving as a good

representation of the image of God.

Eve on the other hand was serving as a great

representation of all humanity. The Bible says that she was even

the mother of all living. That's what Genesis says.

So in one respect, watch me here, one respect Eve.

Eve is kind of demonstrating the reproductive aspect of the image

of God. She was she was designed to

receive Adam's seed and bring forth offspring.

But on the other hand, there is Adam who is representing the

generative aspect of God's image and he was designed to give seed

and provide for children that were to be brought.

And so together, male and female, giver and receiver, they

these complementary aspects, they are in one the image the

male and female created. He them to be the image of God.

In other words, you can't get two women and get his image or

two men in his image must be male and female to house and

represent the image of God. So again, I get the Ephesians.

We're we're we're doing all right.

Don't sweat it, we're going to go to Ephesians 5.

So why do you say that? Because I'm saying then the

issue of homosexuality obliterates this fundamental

purpose of mankind in these two sexes.

Why? Because with that number one, it

doesn't provide for procreation. It does not provide for

offspring that God bless them for.

It don't happen again. Another thing then it doesn't

allow a male and a female to complement one another in the

union. And I'm not saying always, but

there's a lot of times it doesn't provide them for a

single relationship, a monogamous relationship.

And God said an abomination. Listen, in the Old Testament,

there were things that were abomination into Israel in the

ceremonial law, but then there are other things that were

abomination unto the Lord. If you look back the Old

Testament, what I'm talking to you about tonight is something

that wasn't just abomination to Israel, it was abomination into

God. It wasn't ceremonial.

It doesn't change. What's that mean?

It's still an abomination. Ephesians 531 For this cause

shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to

his wife. They too shall be 1 flesh.

That's Genesis, that's Genesis wording, that's Genesis book.

This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ in the

church. Again, folks, in Ephesians 5,

Paul spends about the last 11 verses of Ephesians 5.

He's discussing the family, and especially he's discussing

marriage. And through these verses, he

begins to draw parallels between Christ and the church.

And so while he's talking about all the family dynamics, he's

telling them this is a mystery. I'm really, I'm talking to you

about the family, but what I'm really talking to you about is

Christ in his church, the head and the body.

All right. And so from the very beginning,

we know, we've looked at it. Remember, before the foundation

of the world, God had his church in mind.

He created a small scale visible model that was tangible and

representative of that in the beginning with Adam and Eve's

union, Christ and his church mirrored by Adam and Eve's

relationship. So again, you begin to blur the

marital union and you misrepresent what it represents.

Is already doing OK, stand with me.

I know it's the. I wish all we ever had to talk

about was just, you know, singing from Zion's Hill and how

beautiful are the feet of them that carry the gospel.

But if I'm going to be a full gospel preacher, I got to talk

to you about all of it. And I'm not skipping any of it.

It's whether you don't lose sleep overnight.

I got to answer to God. I'm going to go sleep with clear

conscience. So Paul makes it unmistakably

clear 2 directions. There's flesh, there's spirit

things that are governing our minds, but it's not just our

inward thoughts alone. It's, it's, it's how, how we

live, how we identify, right? What is God's, what isn't God's?

I don't want a mind that's surrendered to the flesh because

it's just going to produce confusion in my life, right?

Not just in my behavior, but in my identity.

Uh huh. But whenever I can yield to the

Spirit and yield to the things of the Spirit, and align with

the truth of God's Word and be as we sing what He called us to

be, then something happens. I begin to discern that don't

sound quite right and even if it's not in the words, my spirit

bears witness and something just don't feel right about this.

Have you ever had that time before when something didn't

feel right and you didn't even understand it till it was all

said and done and then they all? That's the reason.

Just as much as we want that, we need the others as well.

The identity folks, we could have spent a whole lot more time

here and I did this all a favor by not just keep pouring over

everything that we could have poured over in this because we

got to finish this up sometime. What about keeping the identity

of His church and himself online in order and doing it in such a

way that we go back to the beginning and we pattern after

that, which was to be even that which was before even the fall.

And to see Bishop that the enemy was already rearing his head

then to try to put a monkey wrench and everything.

Then do I think that that's gotten better in all these

thousands of years? No, Sir, Because as we hasten to

the finish line, he said. Only got a little bit more time

to try to mess this up. We can just bow our heads all

across this place today. Father, I love you tonight.

God, I pray, I pray, we'll pray. Lord, we cannot.

Lord, I pray God, the people that are listening online are

not just taking this solitary message.

God, they're going to have to go back to the other 10 messages

that even lead up to this one. Lord, the whole panorama of

everything. I pray Jesus tonight, Lord, to

be able to see, Lord, that the weaving.

Lord Jesus of your word, God, you are a holy God.

Lord, we submit ourselves to a holy God.

Lord, it affects every area and aspect of our life getting Lord

Jesus, your identity right God it helps us the Lord to discern

Lord Jesus distinctions the Lord between right and wrong, true

and false, Lord and even identity Lord Jesus aspects Lord

in our own everyday lives. I pray O God tonight Lord, we

want to humbly Lord bow before you God.

There is nothing Lord God that was spoken about tonight.

God that a heart of repentance God cannot influence and alter

in change. God that a heart Lord of

submission to the divine God cannot alter Lord Jesus in

change God we can come Lord Jesus before you and the blood

that you shed can become applied to our life and we can become

new creatures in Christ Jesus. God.

We can get the mind of Christ Lord inside of us and operated

inside of us. We, O Lord Jesus can walk Lord

God in the dimension Lord with you God as they from the

beginning God I know there's so many concepts and ideas Lord in

constructs Lord in our world today, God that it's vying Lord

for people to identify with them join with them jump on the boat

the bandwagon, whatever it is, but Lord help us to take the

authority of your word God to daily Lord look at it to daily

measure Lord things we come in contact with by the word of God.

I pray, O Lord, it's going to stand.

It's sure, it's steadfast, it's unmovable.

I pray, O Lord God, bless you people tonight.

Help them, Lord, to be Bereans. Lord Jesus, ready to hear God,

to keep Lord Jesus to be fruitful God with the seed of

the word of God in our hearts and lives.

God will not fail to thank you and praise you, Lord Jesus, for

what you accomplished. We honor you and treasure you

And the lovely name of Jesus Christ that I pray Hallelujah

and Amen and the church say Amen, Amen.
