Brother Jim: duo here to hopefully bring a

Brother Jim: little joy, a little truth, and

Brother Jim: a whole lot of Jesus into your

Brother Jim: day.

Brother Jim: We've got just enough madness,

Brother Jim: questionable wisdom, and high

Brother Jim: odd, odd, odd humor to keep

Brother Jim: things interesting.

Brother Jim: That's right.

Brother Jim: I know it's hard to believe we've got it all right here on

Brother Jim: Bible bibs and bras.

Brother Jim: And it's just waiting for you.

Brother Jim: Now, you know, we know you've got plenty of options out there.

Brother Jim: But you know what, David?

Brother Jim: I have yet to find one that matches us.

Brother Jim: And I do listen to a lot of podcasts.

Brother Jim: I think we are by far the best.

Brother Jim: We are simply the best and unique.

Brother Jim: Maybe that's a better word, unique, but the fact that you've

Brother Jim: tuned in to listen to us, that means a lot.

Brother Jim: So settle in, wake up, laugh a little, and join us as we talk

Brother Jim: Yes, the God who walks with us through it all through the

Brother Jim: Now you notice I'm not wearing my bibs today because the boss

Brother Jim: and that is Miss Carrie Buck told me we need to be out of

Brother Jim: here at a certain time.

Brother Jim: And she had that look, David,

Brother Jim: that only a wife or mother can

Brother Jim: give.

David: I know it well.

Brother Jim: Yes. So, uh.

Brother Jim: Yeah. So there was no time to change into the bibs.

Brother Jim: So I got my new global Methodist church going on.

David: Very nice.

Brother Jim: Rocking it. Yes. And I said, dude, I was here last year.

Brother Jim: Your four X's ain't quite four X's.

Brother Jim: Well, here, try this one.

Brother Jim: I wanted to say David, and I

Brother Jim: know this is wrong, but there's

Brother Jim: a lot of big Methodists around,

Brother Jim: you know, a lot of big

Brother Jim: Methodists.

Brother Jim: Because if you're a Methodist, you know, we like to eat.

Brother Jim: Uh, but let's get this day started, shall we?

Brother Jim: What did a patriot put on his dry skin?

David: I don't know, Revo.

Brother Jim: And I don't know if you've heard this one.

Brother Jim: Being a functional adult every

Brother Jim: single day seems a bit

Brother Jim: excessive.

Brother Jim: Don't you think So let's you and

Brother Jim: morning.

Brother Jim: Let us thank God for another day that we are blessed to be alive.

Brother Jim: Yes, we are live.

Brother Jim: We are moving and grooving.

Brother Jim: And now let's turn this from a conversation into an experience.

Brother Jim: But before we become invested, it is time to bring out the best

David: I don't know what you're talking about.

Brother Jim: Uh-uh.

Brother Jim: Somebody has a birthday and an anniversary.

Brother Jim: So, uh, but, you know, I would

Brother Jim: like to issue a public service

Brother Jim: announcement.

Brother Jim: And this is so true.

Brother Jim: It is true.

Brother Jim: Yes it is.

Brother Jim: If you hear unusual noises

Brother Jim: It's probably just David trying to explain one of my jokes.

David: I'm battling technology.

David: The TV's not working right, so

David: we shut that off for the time

Brother Jim: I tell you, technology has been a thorn in our.

David: Side. It has.

David: It really has been.

Brother Jim: Yes. I had to call David once

Brother Jim: again last night on a Saturday

Brother Jim: night.

Brother Jim: David, my sound is not working.

Brother Jim: So, uh, a simple.

Brother Jim: Just restart the computer.

Brother Jim: Jim.

Brother Jim: And guess what?

David: Did you try turning it off and turning it on again?

Brother Jim: When in doubt, just restart it.

Brother Jim: Yep.

Brother Jim: But folks, here's a little friendly tip.

Brother Jim: Don't be like Brother Jim.

Brother Jim: Make sure you save everything before you restart.

David: That usually only happens one time.

David: Yes.

David: And then you realize.

Brother Jim: Well, unfortunately, David, it happens a lot with.

David: Me.

Brother Jim: Uh, that old saying goes, the

Brother Jim: lights are on, but nobody's

Brother Jim: home.

Brother Jim: Or we could say, I am a couple a

Brother Jim: couple fries short of a Happy

Brother Jim: Meal.

Brother Jim: So anything exciting going on?

David: Not too much, except, you know,

David: I was getting ready this morning

David: and I was spraying that axe body

David: spray, and I got some in my

David: mouth.

David: And now everything I say, I talk with an accent.

Brother Jim: Bang!

Brother Jim: Booyah!

Brother Jim: Yes. I thought I noticed you

Brother Jim: smelling very, you know, manly

Brother Jim: today.

Brother Jim: Kind of an outdoorsy woodsman scent.

Brother Jim: Yes, yes, yes.

Brother Jim: With a little bit of beaver mixed in.

Brother Jim: Uh, have you ever smelled beaver?

David: I have not, but I have heard

David: that they don't smell that

David: great.

Brother Jim: They do not smell good, and people do eat them, so.

Brother Jim: Wow.

Brother Jim: How about it, folks?

Brother Jim: If we had a nice beaver buffet going on, would you enjoy it?

David: Or muskrat might have to pass.

Brother Jim: Yeah. Uh, definitely.

Brother Jim: Uh, so, uh, how was the weekend?

David: It was good.

David: Uh, you might recall last weekend we went to Monster Jam

David: over in Pittsburgh.

David: That was, uh, quite the the event.

David: Uh, we got rained on, and, uh, I don't know if we have we

David: discussed this yet or not?

David: I don't remember if we did or not because.

Brother Jim: I think we did a little.

David: Bit. Okay, so I did bring some

David: highlights for the ladies and

David: gentlemen.

David: If they've never partaken in,

David: uh, in Monster Jam, you can see

David: what that looks like here, but

David: it's, uh, it's quite the event

David: now.

David: They couldn't, uh, they couldn't do all the fun stuff.

David: They were just doing spins and things like that.

David: But, uh, it's it this, this guy here, he lost his entire shell

David: of his body.

David: The whole thing came off.

David: So. Yeah, he was getting.

Brother Jim: You out there driving.

David: Man. No, no, I was, I was in the back.

David: But the nice thing was, because it was muddy, it wasn't dusty.

David: So we we escaped all that.

David: So that was nice.

David: But, uh.

Brother Jim: Just hose the family off when you got.

David: Yeah, yeah, just hosed them off and I'm good to go.

David: So.

Brother Jim: Yes.

David: But no, that's about it.

David: Uh, not too much else going on.

David: Um, did some grilling as always.

David: Enjoy that and, uh, some landscaping and I am off for the

David: next two weeks.

Brother Jim: Really?

David: Yeah. Our, the place where of my employment is closed this week

David: for the holiday.

David: And then I wisely took a week of vacation the next week.

Brother Jim: He is a wise and smart man, my friends.

Brother Jim: Yes.

Brother Jim: Listen to that.

Brother Jim: Turning one week into two.

David: That's right.

Brother Jim: Yes. Stay home.

Brother Jim: Yeah. Okay.

David: Well, we might try.

David: We may try and go.

David: I'm gonna get drugged to the pool.

David: The public pool are Dover.

David: Yeah.

David: Now I have problems with the public pool.

Brother Jim: Okay. Do tell.

David: I don't mind.

David: You know, I enjoy.

David: I actually really enjoy spending

David: time in the pool with my

David: children.

David: I just wish it was a private pool or a hotel pool, you know,

David: where there's less people and less things to worry about.

David: But I'm not a big public pool fan.

David: There's just too many people.

David: It's too crowded.

Brother Jim: Yeah. Uh, but yeah, Dover is out of the ones, I think one of the

Brother Jim: nicest public pools.

Brother Jim: Yeah.

Brother Jim: It's about, I think, two or three years.

Brother Jim: But it doesn't break the bank either.

Brother Jim: Yeah.

David: Yeah, it's pretty cheap.

Brother Jim: Tuscarora.

Brother Jim: I think it's a little pricey.

Brother Jim: Yeah.

Brother Jim: Yes.

David: It was like three bucks a person or something like that.

David: It's cheap.

Brother Jim: Yeah. Can't beat that.

Brother Jim: Yeah. So especially if you're there first.

Brother Jim: Yeah.

Brother Jim: Yes.

Brother Jim: Uh, yes.

Brother Jim: I will be, uh, here in the middle of July.

Brother Jim: Probably in the pool too.

Brother Jim: And probably ninety degree pool water down in Fort Myers.

Brother Jim: So. Woo hoo!

Brother Jim: Nothing like Florida pools.

David: Brother Jim stew.

Brother Jim: Yeah, that's what it's going to be.

Brother Jim: I'll be sweating in the pool.

Brother Jim: Oh, my.

Brother Jim: I'll be hitting the cold.

Brother Jim: Well, who knows if I'll even be cool.

Brother Jim: Water coming out of you.

Brother Jim: You know, there's little showers.

Brother Jim: They have all the sand off.

Brother Jim: Yeah.

Brother Jim: So, uh.

Brother Jim: But, yes, another sunrise means another chance to shine.

Brother Jim: Another opportunity to smile.

Brother Jim: So get those cheeks mouth loosened up.

Brother Jim: And let's give God and everybody you encounter a big old smile

Brother Jim: because there's another opportunity to encourage someone

Brother Jim: who may need just a little bit of hope today.

Brother Jim: A little bit of sunshine.

Brother Jim: So lift your head up, grab that rocket fuel if you need it, and

Brother Jim: let's get ready to make this day count together here on Bible

Brother Jim: We know from our own personal

Brother Jim: experience that life can get

Brother Jim: chaotic, messy, and let's be

Brother Jim: honest, just a little bit crazy

Brother Jim: sometimes.

Brother Jim: But we also know this you never have to face life alone because

Brother Jim: you know what?

Brother Jim: Bonus you got Jesus.

Brother Jim: And when you've got Jesus,

Brother Jim: you've got everything you truly

Brother Jim: need.

Brother Jim: Hey.

Brother Jim: Plus, on the bright side, you got David and myself, along with

Brother Jim: the entire barnyard crew here cheering you on along the way.

Brother Jim: bald guys down there too.

Brother Jim: Yes, I was still the minority, but I felt pretty good.

Brother Jim: And my shout out to my brother from another mother.

Brother Jim: Brother in Christ, Mister Eddie.

Brother Jim: And I was trying to find him the other day in the conference and

Brother Jim: I thought I had him.

Brother Jim: But again, there's a lot of

Brother Jim: short bald guys with glasses

Brother Jim: down there.

Brother Jim: So Good morning Eddie.

Brother Jim: Hopefully you're listening in

Brother Jim: and I would love to get you on

Brother Jim: peas in a pod and you put us

Brother Jim: Oh my goodness, David, who knows what would happen.

Brother Jim: But remember this you are beautifully created by God.

Brother Jim: You matter in this world.

Brother Jim: Your life does have purpose.

Brother Jim: And you, my friends, yes, you were created for a reason.

Brother Jim: And most of all, oh my goodness.

Brother Jim: Never, never forget this truth.

Brother Jim: You are loved.

Brother Jim: Loved by family, loved by friends, loved by people you may

Brother Jim: not even realize that are watching and cheering you on.

Brother Jim: But above all else, you are

Brother Jim: loved by Jesus, Jesus Christ

Brother Jim: alone.

Brother Jim: Now let's get this day started here on Bible bibs and prayer.

Brother Jim: Now here's a little story for you.

Brother Jim: The only survivor of a shipwreck

Brother Jim: was washed up on a small,

Brother Jim: uninhabited island.

Brother Jim: He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him, and every day he

Brother Jim: scanned the horizon for help, but none seem to come his way.

Brother Jim: Exhausted, he eventually managed

Brother Jim: to build a little hut out of

Brother Jim: driftwood to protect him from

Brother Jim: the elements and to store his

Brother Jim: few possessions.

Brother Jim: But then one day, after

Brother Jim: scavenging for food, he arrived

Brother Jim: home to find his little hut in

Brother Jim: flames.

Brother Jim: The smoke was rolling up to the sky.

Brother Jim: The worst had happened.

Brother Jim: Everything was lost.

Brother Jim: He was stunned with grief and also anger.

Brother Jim: God, how could you let this happen to me?

Brother Jim: He cried.

Brother Jim: Early the next day, however, he

Brother Jim: was awakened by the sound of a

Brother Jim: ship that was approaching the

Brother Jim: island.

Brother Jim: It had come to rescue him.

Brother Jim: How did you know I was here?

Brother Jim: Asked the weary man of his rescuers.

Brother Jim: We saw your smoke signal, they replied.

Brother Jim: Haha!

Brother Jim: Think about that one.

Brother Jim: Uh, you know, David, I was almost envious of that guy as I

Brother Jim: was reading that joke.

Brother Jim: Just a few days on an island would be nice.

David: Oh yeah.

Brother Jim: But one, you know wouldn't have.

Brother Jim: All of our things we are accustomed to, you know, like

Brother Jim: our water, our pop, our snacks.

David: Air conditioning.

Brother Jim: Air conditioning. Yes. Nice mattress.

Brother Jim: Pillow.

Brother Jim: So, yeah.

Brother Jim: Now, our thought of the day keeping with the American theme.

Brother Jim: America will never be destroyed from the outside.

Brother Jim: If we falter and lose our

Brother Jim: freedoms, it will be because we

Brother Jim: destroyed ourselves.

Brother Jim: Abraham Lincoln now, a lot of people have used these quotes

Brother Jim: over the years.

Brother Jim: But how true it is, Mr. Lincoln.

Brother Jim: President Lincoln gets the shout out to that.

Brother Jim: But it makes you wonder, doesn't it, folks?

Brother Jim: What is going on in America today?

Brother Jim: We could go on and on and on about all the evil, but yet also

Brother Jim: all the goodness of God we have in our country.

Brother Jim: But why America?

Brother Jim: Why has he ever asked this?

Brother Jim: My friends, why has America failed?

Brother Jim: Why are we failing as a country?

Brother Jim: Now we could break that down.

Brother Jim: Why are we failing as the country?

Brother Jim: Why are we failing as families?

Brother Jim: Why are we failing as a church?

Brother Jim: Why is our society failing?

Brother Jim: Is it possible to return to God's foundation?

Brother Jim: Now, according to Scripture,

Brother Jim: when a nation turns from God's

Brother Jim: way, it Experiences spiritual

Brother Jim: decline.

Brother Jim: Now, Mr. David, would you agree

Brother Jim: that we have some decline in our

Brother Jim: country?

David: Absolutely.

Brother Jim: For example, would you mind shooting off one or two?

Brother Jim: I'm putting you on the spot today.

David: Uh, well, I mean, decline in religion.

David: We don't we don't attend church and worship like we used to.

David: For sure.

David: We have decline in morality.

David: I mean, how much time you got?

David: There's a decline in lots of things.

Brother Jim: How about the value of life?

David: Yes, absolutely.

Brother Jim: The value of life.

Brother Jim: Life. I hate to say it in a lot of ways.

Brother Jim: We've come in, we've turned into a third world nation.

Brother Jim: Yeah.

Brother Jim: I mean, the value of life, especially with our youth today.

Brother Jim: Uh, it's just crazy.

Brother Jim: Uh, my daughter Kelsey, she dates a gentleman from Alabama

Brother Jim: and he's close to Birmingham.

Brother Jim: The other day, two kids were out playing fake wrestling.

Brother Jim: Used to do that.

Brother Jim: Yeah, well, something happened.

Brother Jim: The kid pulled out a gun and shot him.

Brother Jim: Killed him?

Brother Jim: What?

Brother Jim: Yeah, for no rhyme or reason.

Brother Jim: Now, I'm going to say this one.

Brother Jim: You can agree or disagree, but you know that whole fiasco down

Brother Jim: in Texas, you know you have racial all kinds of the the pot

Brother Jim: just getting stirred.

Brother Jim: And Stephen Smith, you know who Stephen Smith is a guy.

Brother Jim: Uh, sometimes he.

Brother Jim: I don't really like to listen to him, but he hit it on the head.

Brother Jim: America, what is your problem?

Brother Jim: Especially to the black, uh, community.

Brother Jim: You're down there.

Brother Jim: You're all upset that this black man took.

Brother Jim: And I hate to use color terms here.

Brother Jim: A white man to me, a young man, took another man's life.

Brother Jim: But Stephen Smith hit it on

Brother Jim: point in Chicago just that past

Brother Jim: weekend, forty two or forty nine

Brother Jim: young black people were

Brother Jim: murdered.

Brother Jim: Where's your cry for that?

Brother Jim: Where's your cry for justice on that one?

Brother Jim: Yeah.

Brother Jim: You know, we are killing one another.

Brother Jim: For what reason?

Brother Jim: For what reason?

Brother Jim: Tell me that, my friends.

Brother Jim: Why are we killing one another?

Brother Jim: Why is our youth.

Brother Jim: They have no value of life.

Brother Jim: Could it be our music?

Brother Jim: Could it be our movies?

Brother Jim: Could it be our entertainment?

Brother Jim: David?

Brother Jim: I mean, there's no restart in life, is there?

David: No.

Brother Jim: We glorify going out and whacking people.

Brother Jim: You get extra points?

David: Yeah.

Brother Jim: I mean, I've played the game, the sniper game, you know.

David: You know there's no respawn in life.

Brother Jim: Exactly.

Brother Jim: Could that be part of a problem.

Brother Jim: But David hit it on the head.

Brother Jim: Could it be from us turning from God.

Brother Jim: MM. Down in conference.

Brother Jim: They said in the next ten years

Brother Jim: expect this is what they're

Brother Jim: forecasting.

Brother Jim: Over one hundred thousand churches in the US to close in

Brother Jim: the next ten years.

Brother Jim: One hundred thousand churches.

Brother Jim: Now, I read this report a while

Brother Jim: back, but to be considered full

Brother Jim: time.

Brother Jim: And again, this is just one report I read where if you

Brother Jim: attend church one time a month, you are considered full time.

Brother Jim: Now, David, if you would show up one week out of the month for

Brother Jim: work, would they be very happy?

David: I'm going to say no. No.

Brother Jim: You'd probably lose your job, right?

Brother Jim: But what has happened to our church?

Brother Jim: Church?

Brother Jim: What has happened to us in America?

Brother Jim: Uh, could it be all the distractions, my friend?

Brother Jim: Distractions in the good old US of a created by Satan himself to

Brother Jim: keep us away from God.

Brother Jim: Something to think on.

Brother Jim: Yet God continues to offer hope

Brother Jim: through repentance and renewed

Brother Jim: faithfulness.

Brother Jim: Yes he does.

Brother Jim: Whether America has failed

Brother Jim: depends on what is meant by the

Brother Jim: term.

Brother Jim: Now we could talk about economics.

Brother Jim: We could talk political.

Brother Jim: We could talk about our cultural people hold different views,

Brother Jim: which is great.

Brother Jim: We have opinions.

Brother Jim: But today we approach this

Brother Jim: subject from a biblical

Brother Jim: perspective, and we're just

Brother Jim: going to scratch the surface

Brother Jim: asking the nation, asking you,

Brother Jim: have we drifted spiritually from

Brother Jim: God's standards?

Brother Jim: Yes.

Brother Jim: Now, David, I assume you have standards at your place of work.

David: Absolutely.

Brother Jim: You have standards in your home?

Brother Jim: Yes, yes.

Brother Jim: I would say we all have standards, do we not?

Brother Jim: America is a nation of remarkable achievements.

Brother Jim: Yes we have, yes we are.

Brother Jim: It has contributed greatly to science, medicine, education,

Brother Jim: humanitarian aid, and the defense of liberty.

Brother Jim: And yes, these are real

Brother Jim: accomplishments for which we are

Brother Jim: so grateful.

Brother Jim: Yet many Christians look at the

Brother Jim: nation's spiritual condition and

Brother Jim: ask, why is there so much

Brother Jim: division?

Brother Jim: Why is there growing distrust?

Brother Jim: Distrust?

Brother Jim: Why do so many feel spiritually empty?

Brother Jim: Why does our culture often seem

Brother Jim: disconnected from biblical

Brother Jim: values?

Brother Jim: Why do we have no hope?

Brother Jim: Now, Scripture reminds us that a

Brother Jim: nation's greatest strength is

Brother Jim: not its wealth or military

Brother Jim: power, but its relationship to

Brother Jim: and righteous to righteousness

Brother Jim: and justice.

Brother Jim: Righteousness exalts a nation,

Brother Jim: but sin is a reproach to any

Brother Jim: people.

Brother Jim: Proverbs fourteen thirty four.

Brother Jim: America.

Brother Jim: Would you agree with me or not?

Brother Jim: America has drifted from God.

Brother Jim: God told Israel in Jeremiah two thirteen, for my people have

Brother Jim: committed two evils.

Brother Jim: Two they have forsaken me, the

Brother Jim: fountain of living waters and

Brother Jim: themselves, cisterns, broken

Brother Jim: cisterns that cannot hold no

Brother Jim: water.

Brother Jim: Are we holding water or are we?

Brother Jim: Are we leaking it badly?

David: I think we're leaking.

Brother Jim: Yes, I think we went from just a little pinhole to a large crack.

Brother Jim: Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil, that put

Brother Jim: darkness for light, and light for darkness, and put bitter for

Brother Jim: sweet and sweet for bitter.

Brother Jim: Again, my friends, I ask you, is that America today?

Brother Jim: Or for our friends viewing joining in from other countries?

Brother Jim: Do you have that in your own country?

Brother Jim: Scripture calls believers to anchor.

Brother Jim: Anchor their conviction in God's revealed truth while treating

Brother Jim: others with dignity and love.

Brother Jim: Where is our dignity?

Brother Jim: Where is our respect?

Brother Jim: And where is our love?

Brother Jim: Come on America, where is it?

Brother Jim: Because we have become so entitled.

Brother Jim: race to gender.

Brother Jim: We argue about everything, don't we?

Brother Jim: Everybody's got an opinion, but do we ever take the time to look

Brother Jim: for the truth in God's Word?

Brother Jim: Material prosperity cannot replace spiritual health.

Brother Jim: Matthew sixteen twenty six.

Brother Jim: For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and

Brother Jim: forfeits his soul?

Brother Jim: Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?

Brother Jim: Wow!

Brother Jim: Have we sold out America?

Brother Jim: Have you sold out?

Brother Jim: Good question to ask.

Brother Jim: Has our churches sold out for political correctness to make

Brother Jim: sure them numbers on the board look good for attendance?

Brother Jim: Make sure the money is being

Brother Jim: meant in tithes and offering to

Brother Jim: make sure we have all our social

Brother Jim: check box, social media, check

Brother Jim: box, all this and that all in

Brother Jim: line.

Brother Jim: But let me ask you something, my friends.

Brother Jim: What about saving souls?

Brother Jim: Where does that fall into our own personal agenda?

Brother Jim: Where does that fall into the church agenda?

Brother Jim: A nation may grow in wealth while declining in compassion,

Brother Jim: integrity, or dependence on God.

Brother Jim: Again.

Brother Jim: Winner, winner.

Brother Jim: I wish we had a buzzer.

Brother Jim: Ding ding ding ding.

Brother Jim: We got a winner, folks.

Brother Jim: God measures success differently than the world.

Brother Jim: Did you hear me that on that one?

Brother Jim: My friends, God measures success differently than the world.

Brother Jim: He values holiness.

Brother Jim: He values humility.

Brother Jim: He values justice, and he values mercy and faithfulness.

Brother Jim: Now we all like our freebies, don't we?

Brother Jim: We all like our coupons.

Brother Jim: God gave us the greatest coupon, the greatest get out of jail

Brother Jim: Have you repented?

Brother Jim: And are you truly sincere seeking him now?

Brother Jim: Scripture, through repeatedly

Brother Jim: Let me back that up.

Brother Jim: God and only God can restore people who turn back to him.

Brother Jim: Think about it.

Brother Jim: Think about all the times in the Bible You got Jonah.

Brother Jim: You got Judah.

Brother Jim: During reforms under Josiah.

Brother Jim: The early church after Pentecost.

Brother Jim: God delights in showing mercy.

Brother Jim: Did you hear me?

Brother Jim: God delights in showing mercy to those who repent.

Brother Jim: So can you repent?

Brother Jim: Can I repent?

Brother Jim: Can America repent?

Brother Jim: Yes we can.

Brother Jim: But are we willing to.

Brother Jim: America.

Brother Jim: Are we willing to.

Brother Jim: Brothers and sisters, the

Brother Jim: greatest need in America is not

Brother Jim: simply better politics, stronger

Brother Jim: institutions, or greater

Brother Jim: prosperity.

Brother Jim: From a biblical perspective, the

Brother Jim: deepest need is transformed

Brother Jim: hearts.

Brother Jim: Real renewal begins when individuals repent, trust God,

Brother Jim: and live according to His Word.

Brother Jim: As believers, our calling is not merely to diagnose problems, but

Brother Jim: to be faithful witnesses, loving God, loving our neighbors,

Brother Jim: praying for our leaders.

Brother Jim: Oh, even if you don't like them, still pray for them.

Brother Jim: Serving our communities and

Brother Jim: proclaiming the hope of the

Brother Jim: gospel.

Brother Jim: Second Chronicles seven fourteen

Brother Jim: if my people, which are called

Brother Jim: by my name, shall humble

Brother Jim: themselves, and pray, and seek
