-
Right?
-
I thought that's what the scripture said, when he rolls victoriously,
-
he rolls in a new body.
-
Aren't you the body of Christ? I thought that it
-
was the last time I heard. Well, we're a type
-
of Christ. No, you're either Christ or you're not.
-
He said, you're either one of mine you're not, So
-
you better figure out what side you're off.
-
That's right, There is no in between the God. He said,
-
you're either hot. Don't get me, you're either hot or cold.
-
But the Bible says if you're lukewarm, I will spell
-
you out of my presence.
-
I don't do in between. Well, I'm gonna say something wrong.
-
Well, all the transcest sites almost sexuals. I'm sorry, God,
-
don't do you You got to be one or the other.
-
You can't put on a costume.
-
I'm sorry. I'm going in a certain direction.
-
You can. You can play woman and play man if
-
you want, because at the end of the day, it's
-
only a costume.
-
Honey, you ain't got the dana. You ain't got the
-
d n A. You'll never know what a I better.
-
Stop a period at an exclamation point. You'll never know
-
what that's like. Okay, you won't know.
-
What what? What is the other one? Menopause? I know
-
that's what some of the single women are going through. Menopause.
-
Your men are on pause for reason, and the men
-
need to do women.
-
Oh pause, women on pause. You won't know what a
-
what that menstruation is?
-
Okay?
-
You will never carry a baby? Well, they insimated you
-
ain't got the parts to carry. Are they gonna cut
-
off a part to remove the spout?
-
Now, get out of head. The baby's got to come
-
out of the wound. Somebody that's right?
-
Now?
-
Dare you talk about them? Well, God knows, he knows
-
abomination when he sees it. You know, it's funny. I
-
don't see bamby getting with I don't. I don't see
-
the animals out of place? What Jesus a woman.
-
Jesus, but my child.
-
You don't understand he's a transgender. Did you check your
-
spouse this morning? Did you check your spout this morning?
-
You can't attach something onto something that's not there. And
-
then they want to switch when the crime comes. Are
-
you want to take off your costume with Thatcca, Well,
-
you must be a Republican.
-
You must be with Donald Trump. I'm not with anybody.
-
I'm with the Word of God.
-
M hm. Homosexuality is a sin, yes it is, yes,
-
and so it's pornography, Yes, it is sexual immorality. Yeah,
-
what about my snooks? What about my cigarette habit? Well,
-
if it goes against God, it's sin. If you're smoking
-
ten packs a day, don't you think you got a problem.
-
If you're smelling drunk, don't you think you have a problem. Oh,
-
don't worry, I got the cover of the bases. Are
-
even over eating as a sin? It's called a slackful spirit,
-
over indulging. So I know we ain't No, we need
-
to just stop talking about that. Now, you need to
-
stop judging folk. No, the Bible says we're to judge righteously.
-
That's right. We judge according to the word. Yes.
-
That's why every I'll take I take something from my
-
sister every time, thinking Harry can't.
-
Come in your church and do what it wants, because.
-
No, I don't want to judge, because you know she
-
did come from a prostitution family. Jesus like our old
-
saying is our new sing and our everyday saying is
-
you can come as you are, but you're not going
-
to stay the where you are.
-
That's okay. I'm gonna talk about you tonight. That's all right.
-
This evening, I want to talk about an iodim or
-
an idem a saying. A phrase with a symbolic rather
-
than a literal meaning what is widely used everyday language.
-
This phrase is used when someone or something is not
-
visible or present. They are quickly forgotten or not thought about.
-
It suggests that human focus is driven by what is
-
directly in view, making it easy to ignore forget distant problems.
-
People are obligations. Wow, this is a common phrase that's
-
always used. I want to talk about what we envision
-
when we are looking at situations and problems before us.
-
Yeah, I'm gonna take a poll.
-
How many of us are trying to ignore or look
-
at a particular problem in its fullness?
-
M hmm.
-
We focus our attention more on finding solutions of how
-
to get rid of what we see, rushing to clear
-
our minds so we can't face the reality of our Oh,
-
we don't have any denials in here.
-
See no evil here, no evil, see no evil here.
-
That must be that, you know, that must be the Apostolics.
-
They don't see any evil and find the true solution
-
to our circumstances.
-
It's gonna get tight, y'all. Hold on, hold on to
-
your belt. I'm gonna help you.
-
Now.
-
Look, i'ma I'm gonna rate this, maybe rate x because
-
this is a word of examination, you know how I am.
-
I'm always the one that likes to give those tough
-
words and you know, those tough things sometimes.
-
But this is really a sermon about me.
-
I mean, I'm just testing it out on me, and
-
then if it relates to you, you can, you know,
-
grab whatever you want and then you can, you know,
-
like my sister says, eat the meat and spit out
-
the bones. You can take whatever you like, and you
-
can do whatever you want.
-
To do with the rest.
-
But I want to talk to a people that when
-
life situations are so imperiling, that there's so almost to
-
the point where you've been handicapped. I don't want to
-
really say that word, but maybe we lack in our
-
vision and in our sights that sometimes we want to
-
cover it up. We want to go in the room
-
and hide. I want to talk to these people. This
-
is part one because I know I don't know how
-
far I'm a get with. I'm just gonna go to
-
the holy goal say stuff. The title of the message
-
is out of sight, out of mind, okay, mm hmm, yeah.
-
I want to talk about this in two pieces.
-
Out of mind and then I'm gonna go out of
-
sight because both actuality works synonymously with each other.
-
You know that old saying the mind is the devil's playground.
-
But see what's happening in your mind projects into your
-
eyesight and helps you to understand what you are seeing.
-
The beauty about God is is that when we look
-
at this.
-
Based upon faith faith sometimes I won't say sometimes, but
-
faith is the opposite of what we see.
-
Faith is also the opposite of what we think. Oh,
-
I'm not going.
-
Now. You know when they came after your house and
-
you knew you were late with that payment, okay, quiet.
-
I made my payments every day on time, and I
-
never missed a payment. You're lying, and I know you are.
-
But when you missed that payment.
-
And by rights, they should have took your house the
-
first I'll tell you a story.
-
My mother had five children and she had a house
-
by her first husband, and my mother.
-
Went a whole year without paying a mortgage because the
-
house was still in her first husband's name.
-
After she got married, the foreclosure cave papers came. Wow,
-
oh yeah, okay, ye, nobody's in that place.
-
Sometimes our faith, I won't say sometimes all the time,
-
faith triumphs what we think and what we see.
-
And I'm gonna start off with the mind first. I'm
-
gonna start off.
-
With what we're thinking, because in order for us to
-
be out of sight of what we see, we have
-
to clear our mind.
-
But I'm also gonna talk about situations where we are facing.
-
I'll say cruc show decisions, and sometimes we want to
-
take a deaf fear.
-
That I see the bank statements, but I ain't trying
-
to look at I see the Negati report that the
-
doctor gave me, but I'm trying to ignore it. We're
-
gonna talk about those things out of mine, out of sight,
-
out of mind.
-
All right, I'm gonna go to a scripture that you're
-
all familiar with. I want you to go to Hoseiah
-
chapter six.
-
Now, I just want to let you know. I'm let
-
up the Holy Spirit.
-
So we got a title.
-
I've got everything put together. But honey, if I go left,
-
y'all gotta go with me. If I go left, you
-
got to go with me. Well, he moneyven stay on topic. Listen,
-
I'm trying to stay on topic of the Holy Ghost
-
because I want to talk about something else.
-
Oh God, where did you get your learning from? You
-
know where got my learning from the same Bible? You
-
got Hosea chapter? What chapter did I sing?
-
Lord?
-
Y'all help me? And today has been a long day.
-
It's Hoseiah chapter four, verse six. Now, when you get older,
-
let me stop. I won't say that excuse See.
-
Joseiah chapter four, verse six. Aren't we familiar with this verse?
-
I'll say it all the time.
-
God help you.
-
My people.
-
Are destroyed for lack of knowledge. But look why because
-
you rejected my knowledge. Let me go to the first
-
verse because I'm just gonna tell you what the problem
-
is here Verse.
-
One, hear the word of the Lord. Oh, I lost you.
-
Right there there it is.
-
I'm gonna stop right there. I'm gonna go somewhere.
-
I tell you.
-
If I go left and getting your draws, it's too bad.
-
Everybody has knowledge, but nobody understands the knowledge of his spirit.
-
And we got quiet. Is that gonna happen? We have
-
to think about this.
-
It says, hear the word of the Lord, you children
-
of Israel, for the Lord brings a charge against the
-
inhabitants of the land.
-
Look at this right here, sound like where we're at
-
right now. There is no truth or mercy or knowledge
-
of God in the land. You see what I'm saying.
-
Sound like right now, isn't it? By swearing and lying
-
and killing and stealing.
-
And committing adultery, they break all all restraints with bloodshed
-
upon bloodshed. Now, let's go to verse six. I'm skipping down.
-
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you
-
have rejected knowledge.
-
I also will reject you from being priest to me.
-
Uh oh, because you have forgotten the law of your God,
-
I will also forget your children. But I want to
-
focus on my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
-
I want to focus right there. There is a deficit,
-
as we can see, of understanding.
-
His people were destroyed because they rejected the knowledge of God.
-
How many people in this room? Come on, time to
-
be real? Now listen, I don't do fakes up in here,
-
because I'll desern you and call you out. But how
-
many people when God told you to do something that
-
you voluntarily went and did it?
-
Okay?
-
How much I'm gonna count one, four, five and none
-
of you and none of you rebelled against what he said?
-
Okay, podcast, I hang out all night. I'm trying to
-
find some hands.
-
Why did they reject the knowledge of God? I'm gonna
-
tell you why. I'm gonna tell why some of you
-
reject the knowledge of God because they knew they would
-
no longer have any excuse.
-
Oh God, I know I'm gonna get this. I can feel,
-
I can feel it. I can feel about to talk
-
about me. Don't worry I talking about you. Because they knew.
-
That they or because they knew they would no longer
-
have any excuse to lack information.
-
They would be fully accountable to it.
-
Shut up, HM, that's why they rejected God's because they
-
knew that they would be accountable for it. Now, let
-
me help you with accountability, because I know some of
-
you think you know, but I'm gonna.
-
Give you what God gave me.
-
When you are accountable to the truth, it means you
-
are now accountable.
-
To your lives. Go ahead and laughing off, Go ahead
-
and laugh off.
-
Go ahead, take a moment, because I know that that
-
was a major blow. See, we don't want to be
-
accountable to our lives. You can never be accountable to
-
you tell the truth. That's right, that's right, that's right.
-
But see where my old Lord God, I don't want
-
to go. Now. We're dealing with a person in a
-
high office that keeps lying to themselves and says.
-
There's something great, and then puts the country with him
-
and says that we are great. But yet when you
-
look at the roads down the street, when you look
-
at the two hands that he has, and it seems like.
-
Somebody you know what.
-
We went last night to go see Devilware's product, and
-
I was watching, you know, we saw the designers, the
-
d Ore and and and and what else Louis.
-
Vauton, and we saw the makeup.
-
You know you can, you can cover up a stain,
-
but eventually it's gonna show through.
-
Will I had to laugh at that.
-
There's only so much makeup that can cover that up.
-
And I'm sorry, eventually it's gonna come out.
-
Why didn't he get m See, when you're.
-
Accountable to your truth, you can't come into truth until
-
you deal with the lines because the lie lies to
-
you so much that it camouflages that you're ugly. But see,
-
you said to yourself that you're beautiful, even though when
-
you look in the mirrorcause the mirror is gonna reflect anyhow.
-
You see that ugly face sitting. But why do the
-
people of God.
-
Lie to themselves?
-
Yes, and then you bring God into your lie and say,
-
let me give this phrase right, I'm gonna jump ahead.
-
I'm gonna jump ahead right here because I know that
-
even though I'm in the midst of this trouble, I
-
know that.
-
God is going to make away. That's a lie from
-
the pit of hell. God ain't gonna help you. You
-
got into this mess and you are going.
-
To get out of it.
-
She is funny. How, oh Lord, I know somebody. I
-
know somebody listening on podcasts. I hope you better listen good.
-
You see, sometimes when we make a mistake, even though
-
I taught a couple of days ago that miss are predestinated,
-
it doesn't mean that.
-
You're not going to go through the consequence.
-
You know. I heard them all online talking about the prophet.
-
I won't say his name to keep him confidential, And
-
it was amazing how.
-
The church said, pray for grace, pray that God had grace.
-
If he's a prophet, why didn't he see this coming?
-
Out of sight? Out of mind? Why didn't he see
-
this coming?
-
Where's the We gotta stop bashing the man of God.
-
He's a man, but we gotta pray grace. You see,
-
our lie is really supposed to be our truth.
-
But see, we take so much time coddling our lives
-
that when the Lord would.
-
Speak and saying that I'm a vessel, I'm a man
-
of God, Gold, I gotta be dignified with this, and
-
that God is speaking to us, Gold is speaking to
-
I was up all night talking to God.
-
I was up all night and the Lord and I've
-
been praying and talking to him about myself. And so
-
when Gold sends a messenger and says, where are you
-
amongst the people?
-
Did you exact and say, well, you know this to
-
do and that to do.
-
But the Bible says, do not forsake your assembling together
-
as the brethren.
-
Yep.
-
But see you eject the people that are actually walking
-
in truth because your lie told you that it's not necessary.
-
One thing I know about God, watch this and you
-
know what you're We can fly your mascar Two. Let
-
me tell you something.
-
God will never go against his word. Help individual. I'm
-
trying to help you individually. What is the word he
-
gave you? Yep. God is not going to speak anything
-
against what he's already specsed to me. But there is
-
a collective understanding.
-
That the Bible says, when two or three are gathered
-
in my name, I am already there. But see that
-
lying spirit keeps telling you not to have yourself in
-
company with those people.
-
Because what it is is your lie.
-
Don't want to be held accountable to the truth. So
-
what do we do?
-
We reach it God, When you're accountable to the truth,
-
it means you are accountable to your lies. You can't
-
be accountable unless the other is accountable, because full truth
-
don't have lies. That's why God said to Satan.
-
I know that you are the You are a liar,
-
and you are the father of all liars.
-
That means that there are some coming in this time
-
and act of that time that are gonna put on
-
a form of godliness and reject his power because there
-
are a bunch of liars.
-
God.
-
Mm hm.
-
My sister said, they don't even know that, no, because
-
what they do is they rejected. If I say I.
-
Love you Lord, Wait, that was supposed to be part two.
-
If I say I love you, but I'm rejecting the gesture.
-
Of you showing me that I love you, that means
-
you don't love me, because love is not words, it's action.
-
Thank you.
-
Yes, she can't say you have truth. That truth must
-
be demonstrated. I want to demonstrated in the temple.
-
See. Accountability simply means.
-
You can account for the thing or account for this
-
thing as being accurate. It means you can account for
-
all the things that you got to the place of
-
lack and prosperity. You can account for those things. What
-
it's saying is about people are destroyed by lack of
-
accountability because knowledge means you're accountable to it. They didn't
-
want to be accountable to God because it means that
-
their standard's gonna have to be checked as well. And
-
in that timing, because nobody wanted to be accountable to truth,
-
there was no knowledge of God in the land.
-
That's because nobody wanted to be the minority.
-
Mm hm.
-
Oh, let's talk about Let's think about out of mind
-
and out of sight, out of side and out of mind.
-
The objective.
-
Is, if I don't think about it, then it can't
-
mililtrate my thought process.
-
If I don't see it, then it must not be there.
-
Oh my god.
-
That if a tree falls in the middle of the
-
you always get those kind of the mind when saw
-
me problems.
-
Yes, the mind is conditioned to rely on past experiences
-
social conditioning.
-
Through patterns to find solutions.
-
The mind likes to look at past problems to see
-
if there's a pattern, to retrace our steps to point to.
-
The problem and find the solution. Let me help you
-
with something. Right now, you're saying a male pride thing.
-
This is a human pride thing. Okay, the mind, I'll
-
just speak for myself The mind is like a can
-
full of marbles, and we've got so many things in
-
our thinking.
-
That when a problem comes, especially a problem, we're not
-
prepared for.
-
The first thing our mind does is the word that
-
a lot of us are familiar with. We react.
-
It is the human condition to solve the problem, unless
-
you I won't say that, unless you have a child's mind.
-
And I am willing to do anything that it takes
-
to solve this sickness, to solve this cut that I
-
have on here, to take this.
-
Stupid tooth out of my mouth, because it's got so
-
much I don't care what you do.
-
Take it out.
-
The mind likes to look at past problems to see
-
if there is a solution. I want to and I'm
-
we made this statement a thousand times and I know
-
I'm going all over the place, but God is doing something.
-
I want to find the root cause to this problem.
-
Mm hmmm mm hmmm.
-
You know I've said, Lord, I think I think I'm
-
the I think you want me to be the the
-
experiment tonight, don't you? Because I've said that a thousand times.
-
I want to find the root. Awesome? How did I
-
get here? I know? Podcast awesome liars. I can't say
-
it for them, but awesome liar, got the hell did
-
I get here? I'll say one that some of you
-
are familiar with. Did I make the wrong turn? Mm hmmm.
-
Do you realize there are many minor roots that attach
-
themselves to different sources of life.
-
When you're pulling up a root outside, you don't just.
-
Pull up the main roots multiple Sometimes you got to
-
get to the little roots before you get to the
-
big ones. When God is dealing with your roots, You're
-
going to pull up other roots that are attached to
-
the main problems. By talking about the reaction of the mind.
-
What causes us in our minds to say I don't
-
see it? So let me give you an example. Here
-
is the root to our solution your mind.
-
God says something righteous.
-
When God begins to speak to your mind, God will
-
say something righteous to you. And this is dealing with
-
roots because in any main route, you've got to get
-
to the smaller ones. And even in our relationship with God,
-
you're asking God, Lord.
-
Why are you telling me this? I'll give you. I'll
-
talk about me.
-
I woke up this morning and God has really been
-
dealing with me about my health.
-
As you can see the truth tells you that there's
-
some fat in my stomach.
-
Is they're not listen. You worry about your own truth.
-
I'm talking about mind. See what you don't realize is
-
I'm gonna help you with something. I'm gonna help somebody.
-
Let me get off topic for it. Well, let me
-
stay out of the notes and just flow. Your temple
-
is the reflection of your mind.
-
That's the truth. And God has been dealing with me
-
heavily about my health. And I woke up this morning
-
and God said, I want you to start drinking tea. Okay,
-
mm want me to do I want to start drinking tea.
-
I want you to look into now, don't start.
-
Writing stuff down, eryl, don't start writing put the notes away.
-
They get close it up, close it up. He said,
-
for me to start drinking tea.
-
Now, I'm gonna get a disclosure to podcasts and to
-
be don't you start drinking tea.
-
Because I'm gonna know you copy in.
-
It may not be for you.
-
You find out what's going on with yourbody, and I'll
-
find out what's going on with mine.
-
See, there are some things that God laid out just
-
for you. You know when people trying to take people's
-
demons on. Now you'll take Now, you'll drink the tea,
-
but you won't take the demons. I'll let you leave
-
the demons. But when God starts saying it's time to content,
-
oh I'm.
-
Gonna come with that, I'll leave that one. Oh no, no, no,
-
you want all of it, don't do all of it.
-
If you want all of it, then do all of it.
-
He started dealing with me about tea and herbs and
-
going into eating natural food. Now, why is God saying that?
-
Now we know this is righteous. You don't see God saying,
-
gobble up a two pound bag of chips, okay, because
-
the salt content. God help you, what is righteous and
-
true about what he speaks is also gonna be righteous
-
and true in what you partake and what you eat.
-
I'm in the grocery store and God was dealing with me.
-
I'm telling you, dealing with me in a different way.
-
And I see all the beautiful cakes and pop. Now
-
there was a honey.
-
The last time. I ain't gonna lie, ain't gonna look
-
at nobody knew anything.
-
But I'm gonna tell podcast listen, I haven't had chocolate
-
in a while. So I was niggling on those eminems,
-
but she they didn't know because I might have had
-
to share some of them with flipping, and I didn't
-
want her to know I had that.
-
Chocolate when I was saying, I don't know, but I
-
was trying to hide out my secret to them because
-
I don't like to share my chocolate. And I had
-
a bag of child I hadn't had chocolate, and god
-
knows how life. But when I began to taste it,
-
the taste wasn't there. I said, God, wait a minute,
-
how are you gonna take my taste like this? Now?
-
My flesh is eating it, but the taste ain't then.
-
And I was in the grocery store today and I
-
began to look at things.
-
He said, the grocery store is like my spirit. Oh,
-
you're just still super technical and all that. You just
-
go to the grocery store to go shopping.
-
But it's the same thing when you getting the word
-
what are you shopping for? Are you shopping for something
-
to make your flesh feel good? Or are you shopping
-
for the food of life? Do you notice how all
-
the good food is on the outside of the store
-
and all the bad stuff they got plenty of aisles
-
on the middle of the store. And then, of course
-
students you come in. The cupcakes are right now trying
-
to show me something that's righteous, because he's trying to
-
deal with a little root.
-
I grew up in a household that sugar was god.
-
Little Debbie was god, Hostess was god, soda was god.
-
My mom loved Hostess. Let me tell you something. She said,
-
don't messle with my snow cones. Now you can touch
-
everything with my soub cones, and my and my cupcakes,
-
and my singers and my whole hose.
-
I ain't talk. I'll talk my whole hose. I ain't
-
talking about your hose. I ain't touching that anyways. But
-
I'm talking about whole hose. As far as I knew
-
that was coming, I knew it was. I tried to
-
go around it, but I couldn't. But sugar was my god.
-
But see, sugar also became a friend to me.
-
I used to sit I'm gonna tell my test of money.
-
You did lie and talk about shorties anyway, Sugar was
-
my god. I would sit and eat boxes a little Debbie.
-
I'm not talking about little cakes. I'm talking about boxes.
-
Sugar became my friend because I was.
-
So isolated and an introvert that.
-
I found little things to keep me safe that I
-
did not have to deal with outside people.
-
I told you that was a serious introvert.
-
And I would eat boxes and boxes and boxes, a
-
little debbie.
-
And cakes and cookies and all kinds of things because
-
of what was in party tipsies, because of what was
-
in part.
-
It to me I thought as being true. Now, don't
-
get it twisted. I mean we had our vegetables, but
-
we lived on the processed food.
-
We had the TV dinners, and when I'm feeling depressed,
-
I would eat my candy, I mean bags of candy.
-
Until the point that I got older, when we start
-
talking about our dentists dentistry, that I started losing a
-
couple of teeth.
-
Oh y'all can see here and shouting, man, half the
-
country is dealing with dental problems. And soda was my wine.
-
I don't get me started about my coc honey, I
-
ain't talking about sniffing. I'm talking about coc Even though
-
they might have they put coc in therey. Coc and
-
soda was my god until it burned my teeth out.
-
Do you understand what I'm talking about here. See, truth
-
is gonna make you hold.
-
It's like you just took a left turn. I know,
-
and I'm just going in this direction. Good.
-
But when God starts saying righteous things, when he's saying
-
things that are right to our spirit man, he's trying
-
to deal with the little roots to show you the
-
full revelation to how you got sick in the first place,
-
because you know our old saying. I'm believing God, God
-
for human I'm believing God that this weight is coming off. Hollyloo,
-
your God. That's out of mind, out of sight. I
-
don't see the fat. I ain't looking at the fat.
-
My arms are.
-
Look at your fat was waving on your arms. I
-
wonder how that got do well anyway, hollelujah.
-
Go God, He's going to do it well. Let me
-
help you with God for a minute.
-
God lives in you, and God is sick of the
-
fats of his temple, the mind, the spoken word, go
-
with the temple.
-
If I'm sitting here fat as a house, I'm telling
-
I guess I'm gonna talk about fat people today. I'm
-
talking about me too. I'm to listen.
-
When I got here, I was.
-
Two hundred and fifteen pounds. Now I'm two forty.
-
Thank you, Seryl, thank you, thank you so much. Why
-
are you thinking them? They know why? But some of
-
it is not because of what was cooked.
-
It's because of the circumstances of life that caused you
-
to come to a place where you find anything to try.
-
To block, even food. And by the time you look up,
-
you got an extra hip that you didn't have before
-
you got here. But there's a route to this.
-
Let's go to Romans chapter two. I know I'm talking
-
about a lot of things.
-
Romans chapter two. Ok uh oh, y'all, I did it again. Lord,
-
I'm having a longing. Tell y'all Romans twelve. Maybe my
-
mind going somewhere else.
-
M oh, here we go home.
-
God, So let me just.
-
Put some respective to what I'm talking about, cause I
-
know you'll like, Well, Dad, you're supposed to be talking
-
about out of mind and out of sight.
-
We're dealing with the mind. Mm oh yeah, out of
-
the mind.
-
The mind is a world in itself, yep. It has thoughts,
-
and some of those thoughts come with lies, and we
-
have to be accountable to the lie. Oh yeah, and
-
we have to be accountable to the truth. Yes, and
-
those lies and truths are thoughts. And so sometimes when
-
the mind is so overwhelmed, we tend to block out
-
what we see.
-
And we act like it's not there because we're coping.
-
That's right.
-
I know some of you have never coped with failure.
-
I can write a book, ye, But see, God allows
-
you to be there so that he can show you
-
the fullness thereof to help somebody else get out of it.
-
Nobody said you'll staying there. You'll stay there because you decide.
-
To stay there.
-
But the Bible says they that walk through the valley
-
of the It didn't say you were staying there. But
-
I gotta walk through this so I can see the
-
revelation of the shadow of death.
-
And then I would be able.
-
To say that Thou Fearest, no even but I see,
-
I can't say that to you till I walk through
-
this thing.
-
So let's talk about the mind.
-
I beseek you there, for brethren, by the mercies of
-
God that you present. Your body's a living not a
-
dead sacrifice, a living sacrifice.
-
Holy Comma. See this to this holy.
-
Acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
-
And here's where the struggle is now I can give
-
my body to God. Hold God, I give you my will.
-
Hold God, use me as you want to use me. Hollelujah.
-
I don't care if you take all the money on
-
my baker.
-
Just use me.
-
How now she said that, I didn't say them use
-
me and I just want to be used by God.
-
I want to go where God tells me to go.
-
I want to do what God wants me to do.
-
Despite of it, everybody can say whatever they want to say,
-
But I'm ana go be with my God. Okay, you
-
gave your body, You've offered it up to him. You
-
offered up your services to him. But here's the problem
-
that we have and do not be conformed to this world.
-
Oh se, you can't have a body and then be
-
conforming your body to the things of this world. See,
-
because God, like I said a couple of days ago,
-
God is the owner of your body, of your temple.
-
God reigns and lives in you, it says, But to
-
be transformed by the renewing, Oh God, by the renewing
-
of your mind that watches that you may prove not God. See,
-
God ain't gotta do nothing.
-
You have to prove to him.
-
What is that good and acceptable and half perfect. Fake
-
it till I make it. God knows my heart and
-
he knows that I'm gonna make mistakes.
-
And that's not what it says here. It says good
-
and acceptable and perfect will of God. Let's talk about conforming.
-
Let me tell you what you're conforming to. It means
-
to act with accepted standards, rules, or social norms, bringing
-
one's attitude and behavior into harmony with a group. I
-
want to ask a question podcast and maybe some people
-
in this room. How many people want to fit in?
-
Oh? Everybody should have everybody should raise their hand. How
-
many people want to fit in?
-
Yes?
-
You do, of course you do.
-
I don't want to fit in because no, I don't
-
want to be like the crowd, because because.
-
No, you want to fit in? Honey, Oh, yes you do.
-
You know how many times you've been trying to go
-
to that church you want the passor to see what
-
you got on get out of here. You know you
-
want to conform to the group. You don't want to
-
be the minority.
-
When everybody's praising and you sitting there lifting your hands
-
while praise is going, you don't want to You just
-
want to go with everybody else. Even though God said
-
it's worship time, I ain't talking over your phone.
-
Listen, it's a true fact.
-
When the church one day, they will I be shouting
-
and screaming. God said, I'm not in it. Worship me. Hey,
-
I was a fool and I'm sitting there and they're
-
looking at me like I'm crazy.
-
He said, you don't go by the tone of the people.
-
You go by the tone of the spirit. I've walked
-
in churches several times people are screaming and hollering and
-
falling out, and God said, I'm not in that. Well,
-
he wasn't in it. No, he hid it in your shouting.
-
Just because the woman in the front began to shout,
-
don't mean everybody else got a shout.
-
No.
-
Half the time, you don't know what it's shouting about.
-
How many people like culture? M you like culture?
-
Okay, watch this, God's got something for you. Jesus is
-
not a culture.
-
He's a king. Here we go.
-
Now, we're gonna go to work. The problem is your
-
culture affects your mind.
-
You conform to the fact that you say I'm African American.
-
You are not African Americans. You are a spirit.
-
Let me get you weakbulate your thinking here. So your
-
ancestors they my ancestors are your ancestors. Because I'm an alien,
-
I don't belong here. When I gave my life to Christ,
-
don't you get me started.
-
I'm trying to I know that people go quiet. Ye.
-
When I gave my life to Christ, I became a
-
new creation named Christ Jesus.
-
Former ways of living have passed. Mm hmm. I ain't
-
got on day podcasts. I a' got on day.
-
And so you're saying you're not an African American, I'm not.
-
But your face is black?
-
Where right? When I look in the mirror, I don't
-
see a black person. I don't even see a white person.
-
I see a spirit person. The Bible says there is
-
no Jew gentile. But that's the culture you took on. See,
-
some of you are trying to be in God and
-
live a culture. Jesus is the Jesus culture. And when
-
Jesus was here, he welcomed everyone.
-
That is a lie.
-
He said, whosoever will let him come, But there were
-
requirements to your coming.
-
Did he not just say in the word holy inacceptable
-
onto God acceptable? That means that I have to accept
-
that sacrifice. But as I said earlier today, if you're
-
hot in your lukewarm, I'm not accepting your sacrifice because
-
you play two parts, and I can't deal with two parts.
-
It's gotta be the fullness. I'd rather deal with you into.
-
If you're completely cold, I can deal with you because
-
I can cause you to be warm.
-
I can cause you to be hot. If you're too hot,
-
I can cool you off. But when you look warm
-
and you're double money, oh, I can't accept that sacrifice.
-
Jesus is not a culture.
-
Jesus is not black white, his staff or Puerto Rican
-
God is a spirit. I told them a tears and
-
some that. And you may not want to turn me
-
back on. Well, don't you have a bunch of women.
-
I got a bunch of spirits up in here. They
-
just got a bunch of clothing bodies. See, that's why
-
you can't look past a person, because you're looking at
-
the culture.
-
Let me help you with something.
-
Yesterday I was at the house working every day is
-
a new experience. I tell you, when you clean out
-
a house, and I said to myself last week, I
-
don't know how the hell I'm gonna get all this
-
stuff out of this house. I think I'm gonna have
-
to hire a dumpster. I had all I remember, I
-
had my plan, and I'm gonna get my dumpster. And
-
and so one of the inhabitants was Hispanic, and he came.
-
Out, here we go, Jesus, what do you want?
-
He said, you know, I have a free dumpster pass
-
and if you've got me junking that uh garage yours,
-
I'll take it for you for free.
-
But he's Puerto Rican. Who cares? But he told he
-
stole stuff, he stole the battery out of her. I
-
don't care.
-
God is saying to you that beyond the face of
-
the body that knew that they did wrong, guess what.
-
I'm in charge of the color of the spry. I
-
just need to know if your spirit is will to
-
accept what I have manipulated another spirit to do. Look
-
past the color, past the faults.
-
Look at oh y'all. Some of you are Christians and
-
you're racist. That's true.
-
But see the white woman got your blessing. The Italian
-
has your blessing. Some of you won't sit next to
-
people because they're too fat for you. She checks up
-
too many seats. Yeah, but guess what while you're sitting
-
there homeless. She got the keys to your house. Jesus,
-
I think you're going a little extreme.
-
No, I'm not truth.
-
Stop looking at the face and start looking at the spirit.
-
That's why you got a con artist in office, because
-
you looked at.
-
The face and not the spirit. Anybody can say they're
-
a Christian. The devil can say he's a Christian. You know,
-
he've been saying that. God, But out of him saying
-
he's a Christian, where is his fruits? Jesus is not
-
what's her culture? He's a king. See culture the way
-
of life, traditions, customs.
-
That a group of people share, including their beliefs, norms,
-
and how they treat each other. Every group has its
-
own way of life, Every group has its own food.
-
You know, the person that I used to be friends
-
with was very ignorant of black people. She was white,
-
and she would say, I don't understand why African Americans
-
are so angry. Now I'm gonna sit here and say
-
I'm not gonna throw every I look at spirit first.
-
But we still live in this world and there is
-
such a thing called racism.
-
There is also spiritual racism, and there's also spiritual bigotry too,
-
and so she couldn't understand why black people were so angry,
-
or African American or I'll say minorities are so angry,
-
they just need to get over it.
-
But when you understand the history.
-
Of someone that was in their own country, minding their
-
own business, and then decided that they were going to
-
do imperialism and somebody aody else's country which they're doing now,
-
are shocked and.
-
The genocide and the genoeside.
-
Honey, you know how much genocide was done in Africa
-
and how many was done in your in Europe with
-
the Jews.
-
Minor own business, and they decide that they're gonna.
-
Ransack families, kill children and women, and take them as
-
slaves and bring them over fourteen hundred miles across the
-
ocean into a land that's not theirs. And some of
-
us will sit here and say that we are dealing
-
with generation of god curses of anger because our ancestors
-
or their ancestors were angry about the treatment of slavery,
-
and that seed passed from them to you.
-
And so they can't seem to understand why they're voting rights.
-
Why are they so angry because people.
-
Bled and died for you to have a vote. And
-
it's sad because the young people don't understand. They've been
-
so educated and intoxicated by culture that I guess every
-
black man that goes into the household is supposed to
-
shoot people. How they have taken culture and they have,
-
through media, have presented an image of what they think
-
the black family should be. But see, once you get
-
caught up in those stereotypes, once you get caught up
-
in those norms in those groups, you begin to miss
-
the bigger picture that when you wake up in the morning, everybody.
-
Poops the same.
-
Mm hmm.
-
In this sub God is not the god of color.
-
He is a god of the spirit. Now, I want
-
you to look at the three words very carefully with culture.
-
What are the first letters of culture?
-
Oh? Yeah, and that's what you're following.
-
When you conform to this world, you are conforming to
-
a culture.
-
You are conforming to a cult that takes over your mind,
-
your way of how you eat.
-
She said, every black person has to eat watermelon and
-
fried chicken. I said, I don't even like fried chicken.
-
But you see the ignorance because your culture thinks that
-
every black person or African American person and eats high
-
fat and fatty foods. And see that's not the case.
-
But see, you couldn't look past the spirit, nor could
-
operate in the gifting for people that needed your ministry
-
because I don't want.
-
To go to the city.
-
You don't want to go to the city because you're
-
afraid there are minorities there that she would have to
-
take your little white dress and get dirty for to
-
talk to them about Jesus.
-
So what do you do?
-
You become racial with your gift. I'll only minister to
-
the Oh, I know somebody. I'm only going to minister
-
to the white people because they are connected and we
-
share the same values. That's not the God that you served.
-
God came from the jew, the gentile, the bond, and
-
the free.
-
He came for the whosoever will let them come.
-
But when you come, you better come holy, you better
-
come reserved and surrendered.
-
Yeah.
-
I'm gonna stop right here, Spotify, But I'm gonna end
-
with this last part about conforming. It says not to
-
conform conform. If you look at the first three words,
-
it means con means against something. For most of us,
-
we are cons we're false to what God is trying
-
to form.
-
You're a con in your forming means you're fake.
-
That's why you have to transform, make a thorough and
-
dramatic change in.
-
The appearance or character of so Spotify Radio. It's been
-
a pleasure. I know.
-
I went on a tangent. I talked about many things.
-
We will pick up this a little bit later, maybe
-
when we.
-
Come back, but.
-
I want to encourage you to like us on Facebook,
-
follow us on YouTube, and all of our other platforms
-
that we're on.
-
Well, when will you be back. I'll be back when
-
the spirit says to be back.
-
But we have extended our last day to I believe
-
made the twenty second, so we've got some twenty seventh.
-
It will be till the end of the month. Hallelilia.
-
The person gave us access to the twenty seventh of
-
the month, and so I got some other things in
-
store that I must get out. I did not forget
-
about the sermon entitled Recipe for Disaster.
-
I'm waiting for God to reveal some things to me
-
so I may put that together. It might be this month,
-
it might be while I'm on vacation.
-
But I want to thank you for listening and until
-
I hear from you again, have a blessed rest of
-
your week, and God bless you.
