Good evening, good evening, good evening, I said, good evening,
-
Glad to.
-
Be here, my God, Thank you, Lord God.
-
I wanna welcome you tonight to Eternal Fire Ministry as
-
the Holy Spirit Ministry and Extinguished.
-
You say, where is everybody else on vacation? Where have
-
you been?
-
Well, I've been doing a little bit of both. You know,
-
when God wants to speak, yes, I have to be obedient.
-
I know a lot of people struggle with that. I
-
struggle with it too, but you know what it is,
-
what it is.
-
I want to.
-
Welcome you tonight to our pot cast, my podcast ministry.
-
The gang is not here, except I got one pigeon,
-
like one pigeon.
-
That wants to stay behind.
-
Well temporarily that is, because in September she'll be gone
-
for two weeks and then I'll be left with the
-
two other pigeons, well whatever they are. April is still
-
down south doing her Southern sabbatical. No, she's in southern
-
Virginia and she'll be leaving for Louisiana in a couple
-
of weeks.
-
And then we have flipping that I.
-
Think she's flipping in her bed because it's been raining
-
up here and Louis is wrapped up in a burrito,
-
relaxing because.
-
We're in a living room marine in the pulping it.
-
We don't have to be in a pulpit because we
-
are the pulpits and we are the sanctuary.
-
I'm sure some of you already turned in say already,
-
not good enough for me if you're not in a building.
-
Well, if we're already the building, why do we have
-
to run to one?
-
All right, go ahead and say, man, someone might be
-
running to the wrong thing.
-
My name is Jonathan Hardwick, the one and only.
-
There are many names my first and last name, but
-
I'm the only one that's got the DNA of my father,
-
which is Jesus. Now it doesn't mean I always act
-
like Jesus, but I know who my father is, and
-
I want to wish all the father's happy Father's Day.
-
I know yesterday you had your day, but for me,
-
every day is Father's Day because I am striving to
-
do his will. And it can be difficult sometimes when
-
you've got a pestive flesh that wants to do its
-
will and its way. But what we found is is
-
that a lot of times we don't quite win when
-
we go in that course. If you'd like to get
-
in contact with this podcast, my number, my personal telephone
-
number is eight six.
-
Zero five zero zero eight three seven. You can call me,
-
leave a message, or text.
-
I know some of you are afraid to make phone
-
calls because for the past three years that we've been
-
on here, I haven't gotten one phone call. Maybe it's
-
because I'm not with an organization. I'm disorganized, and I'm
-
quite organized. I'm stepping out by faith and listening to
-
my father. Nobody said what you had to do was organized.
-
God just said, do you're the one that makes it difficult.
-
We make it difficult when we put our owners and oh,
-
I guess I'm talking.
-
About the wrong.
-
You know, when you made recipes for a disaster, when
-
you thought you knew what you were doing, and then
-
come to find out and steady you riding on the horse,
-
the horse was riding you. I'm only talking from my
-
own experience. I got a flesh man, and the flesh
-
does not want to do what God said needs to
-
be done.
-
I know none of you struggle with yours.
-
M Tonight, I want to talk about the very thing
-
most of us in this room are dealing with it,
-
including me. I want to talk about your death process,
-
and maybe that's why half the people aren't ear.
-
I want to talk about our daily dying to ourselves
-
and the words our flesh will use, or sentences or
-
statements it will use.
-
To let us know that our lifespan in the flesh
-
is coming to an end. Yes, I've made this statement
-
several times here and most of you have heard it,
-
and I pretty much made it a theme here. I said,
-
the funeral is happening, but you have not arrived yet.
-
They have the casket and the people are waiting, but
-
the body's not in it.
-
Oh, some of you don't get it. You'll hit it
-
in a minute.
-
The dying of our flesh is the mandate, that prerequisite
-
for experiencing the full experience of life in the spirit.
-
I've said this before.
-
Flesh and blood cannot inherit the things of the Kingdom.
-
When I talk about.
-
The flesh, I'm not talking about the body. I'm not
-
talking about your blonde hair in blue wig, I mean
-
blue eyes. I'm talking about the mindset of how we
-
think pertaining.
-
To the things of God.
-
I'm talking about the thoughts that when you're in bed
-
at night and they start attacking you in saying that
-
you are never going to amount to anything or get
-
to the destiny or the negativity of your flesh trying
-
to hind you. I'm talking about the thoughts. I'm not
-
talking about necessarily the actions. But in order to experience
-
the fullness of the spirit, your flesh, your thinking has
-
to die.
-
Oh, you thought you were going to take your thoughts
-
with you.
-
You thought you were going to take that carnal mine
-
into spiritual things.
-
There was a man in the Bible named Nicodemus.
-
He was a pharisee who came to Jesus at night,
-
and it asked him a question and said, how is
-
it that you're saying we can be born again? I'm paraphrasing,
-
And Jesus said, unless.
-
You are born again, it means that.
-
In order for you, your spirit man to be renewed,
-
you cannot accept kingdom.
-
And so the pharisee said, so you mean.
-
To tell me I've got to go through the womb
-
of a female and see it. Lets you know the
-
carnal mind that the pharisee had had. When Jesus is
-
really talking about spiritual things today, I'm going to bring
-
us all into the death.
-
Bed of our flesh.
-
The words of our flesh will say or statements when
-
we know we're at death's door. Now, wait a minute,
-
I thought you, when you were at death's door, you
-
were laying in your hospital bed. Well, some of you
-
are on the birds of being in the hospital bed,
-
but you.
-
Have not.
-
Accepted the dying process of your flesh. As a matter
-
of fact, some of you, including me, at times, had
-
found ourselves kicking and screaming at our process because we
-
don't like process. We like quickness without process.
-
See, every time they your food is created.
-
Or manufactured in a factory, some of it is processed.
-
It means that it goes through many different phases to
-
become edible to your mouth. You don't just get food
-
from a store. That food comes from somewhere, and even
-
when it is created, it goes through its own process,
-
through the growing process and the producing process to become
-
a fruit.
-
Oh y'all not trying to hear man.
-
So you thought the banana just arrived at the store
-
and you just came and picked it up. No, that
-
banana and that apple went through a process of growth,
-
and it even has seeds to and it has seeds
-
to accompany the growth of its process.
-
Oh see, that's a right there, o God. I'm going
-
to go into some statements now. Listen.
-
I only wrote down one because I did several, and
-
one of them I ended up shouting and God beat
-
me up with this one, and I didn't get to
-
the rest. But I do have them here, and at
-
some point where we turn back to this, I guess
-
we'll say it's a part one.
-
But I want to go to Proverbs.
-
Chapter fourteen, verse twelve, and the first death we're going
-
to talk about is a statement, and many of us
-
have said it and are still saying in it, and
-
at times I say it, I am not walking over there.
-
When God has a new approach to how we are walking,
-
we start fighting the process because we have different path.
-
But God rerouted us.
-
In another direction.
-
How many people know that when you were going in
-
one direction, God said you ain't going that way. Oh
-
He even caused the storm to come into in front
-
of you, and you thought.
-
You could fight through the storm when you realized that
-
the storm was.
-
Bigger than you, that it rerouted your ship to another place.
-
Proverbs chapter fourteen, verse twelve.
-
I'm just gonna do this the best way I can.
-
I'm gonna take my time, and I'm gonna read this
-
scripture that a lot of us have heard, but we
-
don't quote might understand what it's really saying. And this
-
is a scripture that I'm pretty sure all of us
-
in the room can understand it. Whether we want to
-
agree with it necessarily or not.
-
Is not really the issue. And that's in verse twelve.
-
Oh God help us. There is a way.
-
Which seemeth right onto a man, But the end thereof
-
are the ways of death. Let me go to work.
-
I'm just gonna preach my servant, if that's all right.
-
I'm gonna preach my funeral.
-
That's all right. I don't have to preach your.
-
Funeral, because I know some of you are still hanging
-
on to dear life. Anyhow, the crowd has showed up,
-
They've even got the food at the bank.
-
Hall ready to go.
-
And you picked out the music because you said this
-
is a celebration of life, but in reality, it really
-
is a celebration of death. There is a way that
-
seems right onto a man. I want you to notice
-
that statement. The way is right for the man. That
-
means everything you plan everything you conceptualized is going to
-
be right for man.
-
But when it comes to faith, which I know some
-
of you don't want to live.
-
When it comes to faith, nothing ever goes right, but
-
it is considered righteousness in God. Don't sit here and
-
tell me that everything that God has told you was
-
always right with you.
-
When He's said to give this.
-
Up or sacrifice this, or don't take that promotion or
-
don't take that career. That it didn't make sense to
-
the natural, but to God it made all sense.
-
Because His ways are not our ways.
-
Jesus, well, I'm sorry I didn't quote that scopcept. Jesus,
-
I want you to understand this statement. A way is
-
a fixed position that is rightly planned.
-
He's not talking about the path.
-
You take, but also the concept a way of living
-
that pertains to the righteousness of the flesh.
-
This way seems right, meaning.
-
It lights up with it lines up with everything that
-
is right according to the.
-
Course of this world, the world meaning yours. I'm not
-
talking about the land mass. I'm not talking.
-
About the flowers that you planted last year because Granny
-
decided that she wanted some bulbs in the front of
-
her house. No, I'm talking about your world when you
-
came onto Christ.
-
For some of you, when you came on to Christ,
-
your world ended.
-
I'm not talking about a world that's going to end.
-
Maybe it's got to end for you. But my world
-
ended when I confessed with my mouth and believed of
-
my heart that Jesus is Lord and you shall be saved.
-
That means that my way no.
-
Longer existed, that God was crafting something different in my life,
-
a different course of living. Because Lord knows, when you
-
tried to live according to the world, you made a
-
mess of it. And then when you get into your
-
situation and get into your problem, I mean some of
-
us still have that problem when we get into that situation,
-
when we no longer want to be in control of
-
the situation. Now has taken place to where it is
-
now bigger than what we had managed it to be.
-
Now, all of a sudden, we want to come to
-
God and we want to cry wolf.
-
And then now God's got to get us out of
-
some of the messes and some of the decision making
-
and some of the craftiness of concept of us getting
-
out of some of the mess that we put in.
-
Now we want God to help us. Oh God, maybe.
-
That's why maybe some of you are in some of
-
these messes. See, I told you, I'm preaching my servant.
-
This way seems right because everything in the course of
-
the world lines up with it. This decision lines up right,
-
because my nature says it's right. But guess what, in faith,
-
God says No, Lord, Yes, God, I put all these
-
things together. I am the one that created all of
-
these opportunities.
-
I worked hard. I worked hard on my credits.
-
I got a good salary job, and I even got
-
the down payment for the house.
-
And guess what.
-
Everything looks good according to the bank, everything looks good
-
according to what the natural standpoint would say. And guess what,
-
and you get the house outright. Oh, now, I'm gonna
-
preach your funeral. Let me get to your funeral. But
-
then the thing that started off right led you into
-
worshiping the thing that was supposed to be right, to
-
the point that you forgot about God.
-
Let's take this to another level. Let's take this to
-
another level of education. I'm preaching my sermon. I ain't
-
preaching your sermon.
-
So guess what, you can just back up the side
-
I'm talking about my funeral. Honey, I must have forgot
-
that God is the one that blessed me with the vehicle.
-
God is the one that gave me favor with the bank,
-
and God is the one.
-
That gave me the resources to put a down payment
-
on the car.
-
And then all of a sudden, I began to get
-
off fixated on the car and decide that I'm going
-
to use the car whatever I wanted to use it for.
-
But let me tell you something. God had to remind.
-
Me, said, I did not bless you with that car
-
so you could just work in it. I didn't bless
-
you with the car so that you can go and
-
gallivent everywhere you wanted to go. I blessed you with
-
the car because I said you needed a vehicle to
-
be able to spread my gospel and feed the people.
-
You must have forgotten the favor that I gave you
-
with the banks.
-
You must have forgot about the resources that I allowed
-
to be put into your hands to be able to
-
use this tool, to be able to execute my purpose.
-
God ain't gonna give you nothing until you learn.
-
The understanding the purpose of what God has called you
-
to has.
-
Nothing to do with you, but it has to do
-
with Him. Yes see, you.
-
Got the house, you got the car, you got the money,
-
but then you forgot the purpose that God, the command
-
that God had sent for you to do.
-
When you get said resource, Oh we're gonna act on them.
-
Oh I don't remember that God.
-
So oh we're start gonna crack in the speaker. I
-
guess I must hear the right place.
-
Yes, yes, yes, Lord, yes Lord. See we forgot about God.
-
Yes see, God doesn't matter in the equation. The problem
-
is we really got a God on board that really
-
ain't God.
-
Because I'm gonna tell you something and be real about it.
-
If God were truly talking to you, he'd be talking
-
to the death of your flesh. See, God ain't gonna
-
talk no flesh stuff, and then think that it's okay
-
for your flesh to keep living. No, God's gonna tell
-
you to crucify the flesh. He gonna say, Jonathan, your
-
attitude was a little tight. Yes, today you started going
-
off on people and acting like your pride was in
-
the way. And let me tell you something, I'm gonna
-
have to kill that fleshy. I had to let the
-
devil come into the camp to show you that you
-
were a little prideful in all of this that you
-
must have forgotten that you served God.
-
But guess what, in the midst of all that.
-
There's grace that says, I'm gonna bring you back to
-
the wood said, and I'm gonna correct you go because
-
guess what everything that is meant for evil, God will
-
turn it around.
-
And use it for good. I know what the type
-
of God that I've said, how about you? Do you
-
know the God that you served, the way that was right.
-
According to you, did not lead you to what was righteous.
-
After everything you did, after all the schooling and the
-
education that you got.
-
Out of all the money.
-
And the investments that you made. What type of righteousness
-
did it produce on the inside of your experience? But
-
you say that God is with you. But yet what
-
I find is what is righteous to man is not
-
bringing them further righteousness to God because righteousness doesn't come
-
by obtaining a possession. Watch this, I'm gonna give you
-
this revelation, but it comes when you become its possession.
-
What did you say, I'll say it again.
-
Righteousness doesn't come by obtaining a house. Right, Righteousness doesn't.
-
Become by you obtaining a car.
-
Righteousness does not come by your investments No, you become
-
righteous when righteousness possesses you.
-
What's it.
-
When the way that is right takes you over and
-
your life becomes the right way.
-
That you walk in. What is right?
-
I am talking about the right attitude, the right character,
-
the right righteous ignignation that you don't want to continue
-
the hurt people, but you want to get hit.
-
Now, that's righteousness.
-
That means that through the process of you obtaining something.
-
When I got that car, that car did not make
-
me more carnal. What it did was it made me
-
more respectful to the faith walk that God has got
-
me on to the point where I want to submit
-
myself to.
-
The God that gave it to me. I'm not talking.
-
About the four will listen if you think it's so
-
bad and you think it's so cute outside the title
-
over to you.
-
I don't care about the car. I don't care about
-
my education.
-
I got three degrees sitting in my Stewarde unit and
-
guess what I like.
-
I told my sister.
-
None of it prepared me for me doing what I'm
-
doing right now.
-
So if you want the fame and the glory, I
-
can give it to you.
-
But let me tell you something that's not what determines
-
the faith righteousness by the things that you have. It's
-
about the attitude and the character of you wanting to
-
serve God with all your heart and mind, soul, inspirits.
-
It's about you walking in a way that is contrary
-
sometimes then.
-
You wanted to go in the direction you want to
-
go in.
-
It's about giving yourself up a living sacrifice, holy and
-
a pleasing which is a reasonable service.
-
I'm sorry, I don't have my sear.
-
The way that is right leads you to forgiveness. Yes,
-
we talk about how so righteous we are. We talk
-
about that Jesus is a way maker. That's the only
-
thing we talk about. But while he is the waymaker,
-
he's dealing with the way that you deal with people.
-
Oh y'all missing See. It's not about getting the possession.
-
It's about God's righteousness, possessing a soul that needs redemption
-
to the way of righteousness. Oh boy, got quiet on
-
the line. I don't hear nobody. I don't think we're
-
gonna have a lot of phone calls. The way that
-
is right leads to death. When we start believing that
-
the course of this world or the way that is
-
right leads to death when we start believing that the
-
course of this world is right, even though the ways
-
of men are imperfect without His spirit.
-
That makes them perfect.
-
See, when you start believing that your course is perfect,
-
you're not acting in.
-
A form of righteousness.
-
You're operating in a form of self righteousness. It says,
-
But the end thereof are the ways of death. It
-
is the lifestyle that you live. It is the way
-
that you occupy your living. You always believe that the
-
thing you planned and have plotted out of your course
-
is the right strategy for bringing completion. But out of
-
all the right decisions, out of all the alignments, out
-
of all the hard work that you have done, what
-
has you completed in righteousness?
-
The Bible says, what.
-
Prophet a man that he gained the whole entire world,
-
But your.
-
Soul is losing out.
-
What point is it for you to be going after
-
all the things that are temporary in this world, that
-
are dead in this world? But your soul is taking
-
a deficit the very thing that God is trying to
-
bring in right standing with God.
-
But we got quite a bit God, I thank you,
-
thank you Father.
-
But out of all the decisions, I have a question
-
to ask you.
-
Where has it led you? See? Your way led you
-
to being more bitter.
-
Oh, we got quiet, didn't it.
-
It leads you to allowing your flesh to rule. Oh, Jesus, Jesus.
-
God, y'a'll take a moment for that. I'm sitting here
-
thinking about it myself. Your way didn't bring you into
-
any right standing with God. It brought you into right
-
standing with your flesh, your status, your symbol, what you
-
see on the outside. But the Bible says it's Jesus
-
on the inside working on the outside. No, honey, you
-
can put on all the mask ey you want. You
-
can put all the lips to go a pig all
-
you want, But honey, you'll steal a pig off the
-
inside and on the outside. See what you don't want
-
is you don't want that word to get a hold
-
of real soul. It means that it would have to
-
convict all the areas that aren't right. Oh yeah, see
-
I'm talking about and I ain't talking about you, those you.
-
Are preaching on. I'm a peach rone funeral.
-
Let's go to John chapter fourteen, John chapter fourteen, Thank you. Oh,
-
I know it's getting high. Maybe you need to go
-
back on vacation. I haven't even started. But honey, you
-
know my vacation and turned into ministry. I don't hear
-
nothing about that. I'm trying to live right There are
-
areas in my life right now that God ain't pleased with,
-
and I'm not talking about it. Necessarily me doing things
-
that necessarily doing things that I shouldn't be doing. But
-
my nature needs to come in line with this. God
-
is waiting on me to come. When you start talking
-
about you want to go to the next level, when
-
you start talking about you want to go to another assignment,
-
when you start talking about you don't want to keep
-
doing the same messa and dealing with the same hat
-
Oh are you're not dealing with no habits?
-
I'm sorry for Let me tell you something. The higher
-
you go, the higher.
-
Your flesh gets, and the more it wants to hinder
-
you from getting to the purpose. Because let me tell
-
you something, if your flesh ain't hindering you, then you
-
ain't got nothing to worry about. The devil already got you.
-
But let me tell you something. When you try to
-
act righteous, when you try to put your flesh under subjection,
-
when you try to say no we ain't eating the
-
cake today. When you try to say, no, we ain't
-
doing ice cream, even though I struggled last night and
-
I had a piece of chocolate.
-
Y'all, please forgive me, but there are things going on
-
in my life.
-
But that gives me no excuse to be flacked and
-
to be slopped for about the things of God. It
-
doesn't give me any excuse to say, I ain't gonna
-
read the word tonight because I'm.
-
Dealing with my flesh.
-
No, I gotta put my flesh on that cross, that cross.
-
Everybody's got their own cross to bear. And let me
-
tell you something, cross is getting a little heavy right
-
now because my flesh don't seem to see where the
-
way is. When your faith being stretched, sometimes you don't
-
know when your ending is gonna be and when your
-
beginning is gonna meet so ending.
-
But guess what you've got to do. You've gotta trust
-
in Noah.
-
That God is God, and he is before you.
-
He's besides you.
-
You've gotta be able to trust anyhow and what He's
-
setting to you in the beginning, when you.
-
First started this journey.
-
You got to be able to trust in the world
-
when it looks like you're about to crumble when people
-
start walking off and everything's funny when they start.
-
Leaving you left and right, when.
-
They start leaving your behind and you're seeing them in
-
the rear view mirror.
-
You gotta care with the stuff.
-
Jesus, Jesus, Yes God, Yes God, I tell you.
-
We're saying this, Yes Lord, Yes Lord, Yes Lord. It's
-
like I'm doing aerobics. Oh my father. Heck with the Jim, Jesus,
-
You've been.
-
Through enough stuff can be sweating John Chapter fourteen. I'm
-
just gonna read it at verse one to five to
-
get some context, but I want to focus on verse six.
-
Let not your heart be trouble. You believe in God,
-
believe in me also, or believe also in me.
-
In my father's house are many dwelling places.
-
That's what it means in the original, not mansions, dwelling places.
-
If it were not so, I would have told you
-
I go to prepare a place for you.
-
See, I'm sorry Jesus had to go him coming back.
-
He ain't coming back. He came back already in.
-
A body called the body of Christ, waiting for the
-
Body of Christ to rise up and be the be
-
like Jesus Christ, and stop waiting on some That's sorry,
-
that's the wrong sermon. I go to prepare a place
-
for you. And if I go and prepare a place
-
for you, I will come again and receive you onto myself.
-
If you see that, Ye.
-
See, this is continuum. This is not a one time thing.
-
Jesus is always coming.
-
Oh Jesus, Oh boy, that's the wrong.
-
Say let me get the verse four, because I know
-
some people already mad already And.
-
Whither I go? Ye know? In the way? Ye know?
-
He said, you know the way?
-
Thomas said onto him, Lord, we know not where you go.
-
How can we know the way? See, you had been
-
with me all this time. I sat here and ran
-
my mouth to you about the revelation of who I was.
-
I even read the.
-
Word to you, because I was the Word made flesh,
-
and you were nective. Whip me in the flesh and
-
in the spirits. And I give you revelation knowledge. And
-
you're gonna sit here and tell me you don't know
-
the way in which you're to walk, or lets me
-
know that your card ol' man has been in the
-
way all the time that cannot see the ways of
-
the spiritual.
-
Yes, God.
-
Mmmm, Jesus said, unto him, I am the way, the
-
Truth and the life. No man come unto the Father,
-
but by me. Why do you think Jesus was able
-
to say that? Because he had to become these things way,
-
truth and life. Oh God, quiet, didn't it? Maybe it
-
seemed like Jesus had to go through a process. Yeah,
-
the way and the truth.
-
And the life. He had to become those things. Jesus says, there.
-
Is a way that seamth right on to man. We're
-
talking about this now, look at the two differences. Jesus said,
-
I am the way. Yes, Proverbs fourteen says, or Proverbs fourteen,
-
let me get the rights, because Proverbs fourteen twelve says
-
there is a way that semith right on to man.
-
But Jesus said, I am the way. See, Jesus had
-
to conform himself to the way that his father conformed
-
him to be. Oh, y'all not trying to get because
-
Joe way gonna get a little rough. He might have
-
to pull up some of your stones that you put
-
to make away, you know, like Goldielocks in the Three Bears,
-
when you have to leave a few guns to leave
-
your little trail, and you give your little trail. Let
-
me tell you something, tell it you know how some
-
of you put flat stones down.
-
And you made your path so beautiful.
-
Until the storm came and ate and had to rip
-
up some of the stones.
-
Yes, Jesus had to become.
-
The way because the way is what made him the truth.
-
And guess what when he came into the Truth, that's
-
when he was able to.
-
Emanate the life out of his flesh.
-
Yes, yes, see, you don't just become the way because
-
you created some type of scenario. But there is a
-
way that God has already ordained in your life. Because
-
the Bible says, for your footsteps I ordered by the Lord.
-
See when they're ordered by your flesh. Of all they're
-
gonna do is crash and burn. All your flesh is
-
gonna do is burnout. All your flesh is gonna do
-
is say I give up already. But guess what, there's
-
something in your spirit that sits I know whom.
-
I believe, I know who my trust her.
-
Even though I've been waiting about five years, I've been
-
waiting off the Lord to renew my strength. And in
-
the midst of all that process, and as I've been
-
going through it, my flesh. I know that my strength
-
has been renewed by my Father because I've learned to
-
trust in him. You can't learn to trust in him
-
if you ain't been pulled in your faith. You ain't
-
gone through a couple of trials and tribulations and know
-
that's your faith worketh.
-
Patience, Jesus, Jesus, Sorry, I'm getting lower out. I know
-
it's seven fifteen. Thank you. Lords. There's a way that
-
seemeth rights.
-
That means that that way was created by man, so
-
it can be right in his eyesight, but it doesn't
-
bring him anything in righteousness.
-
It brings me fruit to your tree. Thank you, Father God.
-
Why is this right to man?
-
Because man is the one making the way instead of
-
becoming it. Know what I said you yourself had become
-
the way. But the former way that you once lived
-
is now dead because now we have a different way
-
that we have to live. See, your way was if
-
I can get my finances right, I'm gonna take it. Listen,
-
I told you I'm preaching my own funeral, so you
-
ain't got to worry about you.
-
I thought that if I got my credit right. You know,
-
I was talking to God this morning and I.
-
Said, Lord, you said I was getting a house. I
-
was gonna have a place by the end of the year.
-
So I better start getting my credit in order. Oh,
-
I better start getting my bank account. And there's nothing
-
wrong with that. If he told you, that's the way
-
you're gonna get it right. See, that's the key part.
-
God is the one leader, not you. Yes, well, I
-
have put this mathematically together, and I know that if
-
I moved five hundred dollars into my savings account, and.
-
If I put a thousand.
-
Dollars into my rough savings account, I can get higher
-
interest back on my return.
-
And you've got it all worked out until he sends.
-
You a bill that was unexpected and wipes it all out.
-
Jesus, Jesus, Lord. Oh, y'all gotta love you. You know
-
you gotta love me, Lord God, because I've been through this.
-
And you're sitting here crying and oh my poor oh
-
my credit card. He told me I had to sew
-
accede and it was my last It was a thousand dollars.
-
I had saved it. I had saved it for that house,
-
and I was trying to get prepared, and God said,
-
give it to the ministry God's trying to set your
-
priorities in all right, he said, a new seeky first
-
the kingdom of God. No seek ye first the banker,
-
No force the mortgage or no seeky first? How much
-
money you have in your account? No, they don't sound
-
like faith to me. That sounds like you was trying
-
to save some pennies for a rainy day. And as
-
long as I got there, I can believe Jesus. As
-
long as I see the nail prince in his hands,
-
I believe Jesus. But what happens when you don't see
-
the nail prince? What happens when you don't see the
-
man sitting on the cross? Where is your faith?
-
Then?
-
So I don't say that when he gets silent? Oh,
-
they go crazy. Because I haven't heard God in a
-
couple of days.
-
I think he left me. How can something leave you
-
when it's in you?
-
Maybe he don't want to talk alli them, Maybe he
-
don't want to talk through your bible. Let me tell
-
you something, Let me give you a hint. And I
-
know some of you get upset.
-
I haven't read my Bible in three months.
-
What how dim you ain't no man of God? Because
-
you ain't rich your Bible. You're supposed to take up
-
your cross gently. You're supposed to the sword.
-
Of the spirits.
-
You got to read your Bible every single day. You know,
-
you got to quote every scripture. If that's something that
-
you have to do in the place that you're in
-
because you need to grow, I'm fine with it.
-
But let me take you something. I got my word
-
yesterday when.
-
I see in that green car get in front of
-
me with the scripture that said that Jesus loves you
-
according to John fifteen, verse six. I got my word
-
yesterday and I was sitting there mid taking. Me and
-
God were just a talking, and we were sitting there
-
just a meditating. And I can tell you one thing.
-
While I was sitting there meditating on that word, don't
-
you think the devil didn't come in the flesh and say,
-
how in the world can Jesus love you? And I
-
had to remind my flesh that if it had it
-
up being for God, I would not have woke up
-
this morning another.
-
Day to take Jesus. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Yes God, we
-
live a different way, yes Father, And that's why some
-
of you are struggling. Honey, I know me. I'm struggling
-
with this whole thing.
-
Listen, I USh that me and God we're talking, and
-
I was talking about how I got saved, the day
-
I got saved, the day I got tongues.
-
Listen, I can't get tongues when I got saved. Y'all
-
need to stop pacing, glad, I tell it, hell it, yoh.
-
I need to stop pedal in that line.
-
Because when Jesus got baptized and water, he didn't speak
-
in tongues.
-
Paul Hooks, Sure didn't. Sure didn't. See, I'll need to
-
stop lying with that.
-
My tongues did not come later, until there was some maturity,
-
until God wanted to manifest that in my life. So
-
so you mean to tell me if somebody's not speaking
-
in tongues, they don't have the Holy Spirit.
-
No, I didn't say that.
-
Your tongues do not manifest whether you have the Holy Spirit.
-
I've heard devils speaking tongue, very good, cursed tongues too.
-
Sometimes they come in religious cursed tongues.
-
He does not say in the Word that when you
-
come out of baptism, you will receive tongues.
-
That's right. No, Honey, I'm gonna tell you something.
-
The way that you know that you have got the
-
Holy Ghost is your lifestyle.
-
The whatever the way that hastened.
-
I didn't say sometimes you weren't gonna struggle, but the
-
struggle is the best thing ever, because the struggle is
-
what gives you discipline.
-
Yes, last night I had a piece. I had a
-
kick caat. No, that's not my saying.
-
I had a kick cat last night along with some
-
ice cream. And I was going through something. I think
-
I was doing some emotional leading. Oh shut up. You
-
know you're sitting there right now, listen to me. Just
-
stop it. I didn't say there was anything wrong with that,
-
but God is showing you. He's showing you some things
-
that are manifesting in the flesh. And there comes a
-
time in your life that telling it to go away
-
ain't gonna work, right, telling that And it's always the devil. Oh,
-
the devil attacked the devil. Know it was the devil
-
of your flesh because you didn't put it under subjection, right.
-
So I mean, if you're flushed out put under subjection,
-
of course he's gonna use that. You haven't even fought
-
the principality that's connected to the fuck you're too busy
-
fighting me attitude. You haven't even gotten to the spirit yet.
-
I'm just like, God, yeah, y'all, just human me. I'm
-
talking about I'm not talking about I know what I
-
go through. See, I don't have to be in denial
-
about it.
-
That's why I can get up here on this podcast
-
and have so much material because.
-
I'm talking about me. I'm not talking about you. Now.
-
If you want to receive this about you, then amen.
-
But guess what I'm talking about me? Because I know
-
I'm a trip. You ain't gotta tell me I'm a trip.
-
I already know I'm a trip. You say one thing
-
and the next minute you do another. Well, two of
-
a two thirds of a feather flock together. I guess
-
you're in the same boat.
-
Yes we are. I mean, whatever I judge about you,
-
I'm judging about me. Amen. Amen. Amen. We walk according to.
-
A different way in which we are to live and
-
see that way. Watch this has a way maker.
-
Mm hm.
-
So if we are assigned to a waymaker, why are
-
we still trying to.
-
Make the way? Okay, very good? Interesting huh.
-
If I'm assigned to a foreman, yes, why am I
-
trying to create the path when the foreman knows the
-
plan as to how these stones are to be laid?
-
Yes? Lord, Yes Lord? Why are my fight the foreman?
-
Because your former way of living has not died yet?
-
Mm hmm okay. Ephesians chapter two. We'll just go there.
-
Ephesians chapter two, Verse one.
-
This goes for me too. That's what did not preaching
-
my own thing. Visions chapter two.
-
Verse one.
-
Let me help you out, and you happy quickened? He
-
hath made you alive. That's what quickened means who were
-
dead in trespasses and sins.
-
You don't remember how you came to grass. You don't
-
remember how you came to Christ. You were dead. You
-
were dead spiritually.
-
Where in time past he walked according to the course
-
of this world, At some point in two time beforehand,
-
you walked according to the course to the way, to
-
the plan of this world. I'm not only talking about
-
the world that we live in, but I'm talking about
-
your world.
-
You had your own walk, you had your own.
-
Beads, You had your own style, you had your own swag,
-
You had your own you had your own things, even
-
a certain way you put your wig on, even the
-
way you put your You had your shoes, your boots,
-
the way that you see.
-
You had your own style. Oh come, yes, come on,
-
you know you did.
-
Since you were dead in trespasses and sins. What were
-
the trespasses transgression? What were we transgressing? I'll tell you.
-
It means that before experiencing a spiritual rebirth, we were
-
blind and unresponsive to the things of God, and some
-
of us still are because our flesh is ruling the
-
way and God is trying to get it out of
-
the way. That's why he moved you out of the
-
way that you created.
-
And put you on up. I don't like that. I
-
know you don't like it. I know it because I'm here.
-
You were blind and unresponsive to the things of God.
-
You were in your own world. Some of you still are.
-
God is speaking to you, you know, God is talking.
-
He said, no, I didn't tell you to do that.
-
But yet you in your strong arm in the way
-
that you created, because you spent too much money on
-
those stone bricks that you started making your own bricks
-
and on your own path, and you said, God, I
-
ain't picking up these bricks that I just paid for.
-
I'm not about to tear down the program that I
-
have created.
-
I'm not going to tear down the education. And I
-
spent hundreds of.
-
Dollars on for you to tell me to go in this.
-
I'm not about to do that. I'm not about to
-
give up my credit cards. So what's the name of
-
that ministry you told me to give?
-
How much money? That misery? I'm not about to give
-
any money to this ministry.
-
I just got my credits straightened out to if my
-
credit score is seven hundred to But guess what's up.
-
You don't know the righteousness of your king. You don't
-
even know the path in which God is taking you in.
-
You don't even know the full purpose of what God
-
has ordained. You asked somebody, what's God doing? You said,
-
I don't know, And then all of a sudden you
-
sit there and are paralyzed because you don't know the
-
way and which sure to walk up because you're too
-
busy worried about the ling is fashion.
-
You're too busy worried.
-
About when I'm gonna get my next to pay you,
-
when I'm gonna get my next work out at the Gila,
-
When am I gonna get All those things are according
-
to the course of this world. But yet when you
-
ask them about Jesus, they can't tell you that the
-
difference between lipsticks or pig and the pig with the lipsticks.
-
Mm hmm, Father, it means that before experiencing spirits of birth,
-
we were blinded by the things of the flesh.
-
Yes, yes, unresponsive to things of God, functioning solely.
-
Under the control of our sinful nature. Yes, oh yes,
-
yes on some truth.
-
Maybe that's why you're unsensitive to what God is really
-
saying to you. Isn't it amazing that when God speaks,
-
your flesh is still the same way.
-
That habits still ain't moved. Nowhere I'm talking about me, Jesus, Jesus.
-
Even though I made the commitment that I said that
-
I'm gonna get some things older in my health, I
-
find myself going back to grab that donut.
-
Now. I didn't say there's nothing wrong with the donut.
-
But when you start eating boxes.
-
Of donuts, I ain't gotten to that. Let me get gone,
-
I will say, But God help me.
-
Mm.
-
When you start drinking ten glasses of wine, anything that
-
you're over indulging your time with is a god, he
-
is sin.
-
Or you think the word don't say it. Tell the
-
truth over.
-
Indulging in something means that you've given place to it,
-
and it has become a God. But yet that God
-
that you give all your time to ain't giving you
-
no place of righteousness and ain't bringing you any more
-
right standing with your purpose in God.
-
I'm talking you.
-
Here, Yes, Lord, Yes, Lord God, Yes you are, he
-
says verse two.
-
Yes you are on target.
-
Wherein in times past you walk according to the course
-
of this world, according to the Prince of the power
-
of the air, the spirit that now works in children
-
of disobedience.
-
Now listen. It ain't the sinful folk that are disobedient.
-
It is Christians that are ahead. Not say it. Say it.
-
You know how said yep, you walk according to the
-
course of this world. It means the age, the time,
-
the worldly period. You walked in the full alignment with
-
the things of this world. Mm hmm, thinking only on completing. Yes,
-
the things pertaining to.
-
Your self fulfillment. You were done right, selfish, Yes, ye see, when.
-
You're self fulfilling, you're a self God. And the devil
-
talked to you and said, don't worry about them, worry
-
about yourself.
-
Well, you think he ain't talked to you, I am
-
talking to me.
-
Until we became high minded in ourself.
-
Oh I'm sorry.
-
I mean for some of us we can deliver, but
-
see some of us still on that level.
-
So God say, you know what, I'm gonna bring you
-
in a place where.
-
I'm gonna make you a little humble. I'm gonna bring
-
you in a place where I can bring you down
-
from your heartiness and I can reveal to you.
-
The humilities of my spirits.
-
And that's why when it came time for the death process,
-
you had to come to a place that was humble.
-
You had to lay before God. You had to come
-
in a prostrated prost. You had to lift your hands
-
and surrender that said that I no longer can do this.
-
And guess what, some of you are still living experiences
-
like this where God has to bringing a problem that's
-
bigger than you in order for him to show you
-
that he is God. You walked in the full alignment
-
with the things of this world.
-
In a whole different time frame.
-
That's why when you talk to people that are sinners,
-
they're in a whole different place than where you are.
-
They're so focused on catching up with the joneses, I'm
-
missing the action that's going.
-
On with everything.
-
I'm sorry, but God, you're taking a little too long.
-
I need to hurry up and get this thing done.
-
Hold on, God don't want you to hurry up with nothing.
-
He wants you to catch up with him. He wants
-
you to get in his glory. He wants you to
-
get in his time frame, the place in which you
-
should be living in, because only the things of the
-
time of the flesh is when things slow down. When
-
you get into eternity, that's when things speed up.
-
Jesus, glory, How I do y'a?
-
Thank you Father God. I'm talking to this because I'm
-
living this.
-
Jesus, did it seem like when you tried to do
-
things by.
-
The flesh and flesh time it took forever, But the.
-
Minute that you began to do it in God's time,
-
he opened that door just like that. And when he
-
opened that door, it was no door that man could shut,
-
no door that man could open, no man that could
-
say that it was for me that did it for you.
-
It was only God that could do it for you.
-
And it enhanced your faith and made you go to
-
another level where you said, I worship God in spirited,
-
in truth up.
-
But he shows up and he don't show up. I'm
-
still gonna worship my God because I know what he
-
brought me food.
-
Jesus, Jesus, Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
-
But you found when you did that, you felt no fulfillment,
-
empty on the inside. When you drank enough forty ounce
-
of liquor, when you smoke two packages of cigarettes today,
-
oh I know I'm part of the side. When you
-
had enough sex to laugh for lot, Oh my God,
-
I got to stop. I wanted somebody bed. But you
-
still found no fulfillment. You felt empty on the inside.
-
Something was missing.
-
I know it was he.
-
Before I got saved, I felt empty, I felt meaningless.
-
I was doing things even though I was twelve years old.
-
I still felt empty. I felt lost.
-
But when Jesus came on the inside, I felt like
-
there was a purpose. It felt like everything in the
-
natural made sin because I had somebody up off the fire.
-
Something must be happening. It made sense. Yes, Father God, Yes, yes, yes,
-
because what had been aligned in the flesh had now had.
-
Any eternal purpose in the spirit. See without the spirit
-
your flesh ain't eternal. Mm hmmmm. The Bible says that
-
coming by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
-
But your faith life don't become eternal until it masters
-
over the elements of that tangible right. But when Jesus
-
came on the inside and you changed your course, you
-
felt filled. You sat there weeked all night. Oh, come
-
on you spirit. You didn't feel the joy unspeakable.
-
You didn't feel that. By God, what is this experience
-
that I'm feeling.
-
I feel like I can lift about five thousand tons
-
a bag of rice.
-
You're very good.
-
In your spirits up and all of a sudden that
-
you'd have felt like I wanted to share this, Yes.
-
Yes, yes, Lord God sure did.
-
It didn't matter whether you are black or white, reach
-
her poor, homeless, or had no home. All I wanted
-
to do was so well of the fire. I wanted
-
to find out about him. I want to find out
-
about this Jesus. I want to read the word that
-
he said, to read the word. I better find out
-
about him. Getting the menu and find.
-
Out what this new living life is.
-
Because if it had enough to clean me up from alcohol,
-
if it had enough to get me off of cracked
-
cocaine and out my heroine and getting it off of her.
-
Living a lascivious life. I got to find out who
-
this man is. Awesome, these awesome you walked according to
-
the Prince of the power of the air? What air?
-
It was?
-
The air you breathe, the life of the birth.
-
That was pure carnality.
-
But you didn't realize it was killing you. We served
-
the prince of this world. We served a knockoff king
-
who was only given temporal limited authority. He was a
-
pauper in a princess palace, not realizing we were We
-
weren't serving a king but a pass off king. He's
-
the prince of this world. But let me tell you something.
-
The king gives impartial authority. Or what are you trying
-
to say? Oh, the devil doesn't have all the powers,
-
you know what I'm Jesus has all the power.
-
Hey, he's got the cards. Some of you watch House
-
of Cards.
-
He's got the cards to the house, and he's got
-
the cards to the house and the house to the cards,
-
and he knows every move that you're gonna make. And
-
that's why he said to job when Jobo and when
-
te when God inquired up the devil, He said, have
-
you considered my servant job? That is perfect and upright?
-
He said, you can sick yourself on job, but you
-
cannot take his life. God uses the devil as an
-
instrument because he knows.
-
That if he can get you entrapped himself, he.
-
Knows that by the time his experience is over, you're
-
gonna learn about yourself, and you're gonna realize that you
-
are no greater than the God of the King of
-
kings and Lord of thoughts. That's why you have to
-
surrender yourself to God and realize that you are powerless
-
without her.
-
Oh yeah, that's the truth. That is the truth.
-
Yes, God, ollilujah, Thank you Father. We were with a pauper,
-
Thank you Lord God. He passed as a king. He
-
even tried to put the king's crown on, Yes he did.
-
But see we weren't walking in authority over those things that.
-
It blinded us. It took a king to do that.
-
A king that sees the fullness of who you are,
-
not temporary. See, the flesh can only get you temporarily deliberate.
-
The flesh only sees part of the equation. No, God
-
didn't as sign no aspirin to.
-
Your cases, and he can give you advil for that.
-
Heaven he sat on my heeler. Yes he yes, yes
-
he is, Yes, he is.
-
She the ductor lied to you and told you that
-
she'll be on pain medicine for the rest of you.
-
See the devil. Lets you tell you that, Well, what
-
did your God tell you?
-
He said, I'm gonna heal, I'm gonna break, I'm gonna chain,
-
I'm going to deliver you off of have totally so
-
that you can be a full testimony to the holes
-
that need to know that you serve a complete God.
-
Not I have deranged father.
-
That says that I'm only gonna heal half of you. No,
-
he needn't say that. He said, I'm gonna heal you
-
inside out. I'm gonna heal the emotional aspects of everything
-
that you're dealing with, all of the perfections, and I'm
-
gonna make you perfect according to my spirits.
-
Jesus, Yes, God.
-
He says, a spirit that now works in the children
-
of disobedience.
-
What kind of disobedience the.
-
Ones that go off course and do their own thing
-
and never come to the way of taking them over.
-
Because when you become the way, you will help lead
-
them to the way maker. Yes, disobedience leads those towards
-
disobeying orders, yep.
-
And that means if you.
-
Are a disobeyor, you're gonna make sure that everybody else
-
is out of order. And that is why the way
-
of a man leads to neth.
-
Because when you are the way, your.
-
Way leads to the other towards leading to the way.
-
It means that if you have now become the way,
-
you're gonna lead others to that righteous way. Right, let
-
me go to Second Corinthians chapter fifteen seven, and then
-
I'm through Second Corinthians chapter fifteen. Well, let me see,
-
I might be in the wrong place. Second Corinthians five.
-
I'm sorry. Let me get my bible up. This is
-
acting funny.
-
Second Chrystians, chapter five, trying to get to it.
-
Verse sixteen, let me help all the Jesus coming back folk.
-
Since henceforth, wherefore henceforth we know no man after the flesh. Yay,
-
though we had known Christ after the flesh, we knew
-
him mm hmm. Yet now henceforth and now on know
-
we him no more. See all the Jesus coming back people.
-
He's coming back in the flesh. No he's not.
-
Mm hmm.
-
We no longer know Christ after the flesh. We know
-
him by the spirits. Why do you think you've got
-
the Holy Spirit. Well, he's a comforter. No, he didn't say.
-
He said, the comforter will be with you forever. He's
-
not going anywhere. He is nothing. The spirit of the
-
Holy Ghost is Jesus, and he's not going. He said
-
he will live in you and twelve with you forever.
-
Forever does not.
-
Mean that, Wait a minute, No, he's coming back. No,
-
he said forever.
-
He said.
-
Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a
-
new creation.
-
M m.
-
It means you've.
-
Been reborn by the spirits. All things are passed away,
-
your own way of living, your own way, your own truth,
-
your own life has passed, and you come into the way,
-
truth and life.
-
Behold, all things are become new.
-
They become reborn into a new identity.
-
Of His spirits.
-
Spotify, Heart Radio. It has been a pleasure. I bet
-
you some of you wish I was on vacation. I
-
told you I speak with my God tells me to speak.
-
Some of you need to look at the way you're walking.
-
Some of you are not going the right way. And
-
you are a believer, but you allowed your flesh to
-
have rulership in the decision process of your life. God
-
had told me the other day, he said, you're sitting
-
here whining about a place to live. I already gave
-
you a place to rest. I already gave you a
-
place to rest your flesh. And he said, anywhere that
-
I send you, I will make sure that you've got
-
a place to live.
-
See, Jesus didn't have a way to lay his head.
-
He laid his head wherever his way led him to
-
lay his head. Right.
-
See, some of you are worried about where you're gonna live,
-
what you're gonna eat, what you're gonna have, he said,
-
Fuck have holes, birds have nests. But Jesus has nowhere
-
to lay and rest.
-
Some of you are worried about the natural things.
-
And God has not wanted you to focus on the
-
natural things. He wants you to focus on the spiritual things. Because,
-
as I said in Matthew six thirty three, if you
-
seek you first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness,
-
his right standing, his right will, all these other things
-
will be added to the will that He's ordained for
-
your life. You won't have to worry about a house,
-
you won't have to worry about a car, you will.
-
Not have to work.
-
See listen, I'm not about all those things anyhow.
-
Right now my life.
-
Is a living tabernac or a living testimony of his faith.
-
I want to thank you for listening. This is a
-
free broadcast. I'm not looking for your money. I don't
-
need it. Because I pay for the broadcast. You can
-
keep your money. I'm not a money preacher. If I
-
want money, I'll get a job. I got two of them, amen.
-
I am not looking for money. I never ask about money.
-
As a matter of fact, you look at my podcast,
-
I don't be looking for none. Why would I charge
-
you something when you're already going through the charging process?
-
Or what about your tithe? Well, that's between you and God.
-
I have nothing to do with it. You think tithing
-
is just about money. Tithing is about your time, your resource, whatever,
-
your time, your your prayer life, spending time with God,
-
worshiping God. I don't care what you do whatever, But
-
the biggest point of tithing is to prove Him through faith.
-
And see if God ain't wanting you to prove him.
-
There he may want to prove you in your work
-
life or prove you in your worship.
-
See, you ain't never heard nothing like that.
-
The first thing you gotta do is go to look filthy, lucre, Amen,
-
I'm not looking for that. But what I am looking
-
for you to is to examine your life, examine the
-
way that you're going, and to make sure that God
-
is in right standing or you are in right standing
-
with God.
-
That's what this is all about.
-
I encourage you to listen to all the podcast platforms
-
that we are.
-
We are on Facebook, YouTube.
-
And twenty seven other platforms, Heart Radio, and Spotify.
-
I want you to take the time to spend with God,
-
to talk with him.
-
God is very simplistic. He is not detailed as the
-
church makes it. You know, one thing about the church
-
is you're either not doing it enough or you haven't
-
arrived at the place of where you need to be.
-
So it's always some type of requirement with Him. But
-
I thank God, I've been saved and delivered. I thank God,
-
and I'm free from the church because he says I
-
already am, so I don't have to run to a building.
-
He said, I made a building that is.
-
Made with no hand. That's right. God, I'm thankful.
-
But when I am trying to say, you don't have
-
to go to a church building, I didn't say that.
-
If God said you got to go to one, find
-
But honey, I found my building in his spirit. I
-
found his building that he can He can build up
-
a tamer knack on it don't have to be laid
-
with prayer. Hallelujah, Jesus, Thank you Lord.
-
So until I hear from you again, which I don't
-
know when it will be, I pray that you have
-
a blessed the rest of your week. I pray that
-
you will go out and take some time for yourself
-
and hear the Lord, and maybe fast and pray and
-
God bless
