to help you understand better about

first fruits. Uh we celebrate first

fruits every year at Free Life Chapel

and uh but we always want to bring

understanding so that there's not just

blind uh obedience, blind just running

with it. We want you to get your

fingers, get your heart into it so you

understand the power and the principle

behind what we're talking about today. I

have got Pastor Caleb Thomas with us,

sir.

>> My man, my boy, my son, flesh of my

flesh, bone of my bone, all that good

stuff.

>> Uh, Caleb, thank you for jumping on as

we have this just quick conversation on

first free.

>> Uh, this is a principle that quite

honestly a lot of Christians are really

not aware of. Man, that's right. Like,

so even myself, I grew up, as long as I

can remember, it's been something that

you have been teaching on, right?

>> But it's not been something that I was

educated on, right?

>> You were educating. I just I wasn't

listening or I wasn't even aware of it.

So, it wasn't until uh man, probably

about 10 years ago where I started

getting a little bit more to grips as to

what is first fruits, find out what it

is for myself. I know you and mom, you

and Pastor Cindy have been doing it for

decades now.

>> Yeah. Over 25 years. We've been

celebrating first fruit at the beginning

of every year. It's just become a

principle. Once I saw this in the Bible,

it really hit me when I was studying my

my passion for the Hebrew roots of the

Christian faith. Yeah.

>> And I began to see it in one of those

books that quite honestly, okay, I saw

first fruit mentioned several places in

the Bible, but then I had to go all the

way back to that one book of the Bible

nobody reads, Leviticus. And I I I found

in Leviticus chapter 23,

Leviticus 23 · chapter mention

like bam, there it is amongst

>> the seven major festivals called the

Lord's feasts that that God says this is

to be to be something that happen

annually to honor me.

>> Yes, sir.

>> And so, Leviticus chapter 23 is where

Leviticus 23 · chapter mention

this chapter is that mentions all seven

of these major festivals. And I'm not

going to read through all of them for

time's sake, but I will draw all those

who are listening their their attention

to verses 9 through uh verse 14. Okay?

>> And just a couple of verses here I will

read. The Lord spoke to Moses saying,

"Speak to the people of Israel and say

to them, when you come into the land

that I give you and reap its harvest,

you shall bring the sheath of the first

fruits of your harvest to the priests.

and he shall wave the sheath before the

Lord so that you may be accepted on the

day after the Sabbath the priest shall

wave it. Verse 14 says, "And you shall

eat neither bread nor grain parched nor

fresh until the selfsame day until you

have brought the offering of your God.

It is a statute forever throughout your

generations in all your dwellings."

>> He was kind of nailing that part down of

don't lose this principle. Don't lose

this idea.

>> Yeah. continue to pass this down. Like

this is something that this isn't just

good for y'all, but this is going to be

good through the end of time. That's

right.

>> Cuz it's not a man-made idea.

>> That's right.

>> It's a God-made idea.

>> And a lot of folks make the mistake of

calling these Jewish festivals, but the

Bible says, Leviticus 23 says, they're

the Lord's festivals,

>> which means it's not owned by a people

group. It's not owned by generation.

That's right. It's not owned by a

demographic.

>> If you're owned by the Lord, then this

is for you. So we need to I think it's

important we're we're not legalistic in

throwing elbows so folks say we're not

doing this.

>> Everything that I've found Caleb you

know this we've talked about this

growing up every place in the Bible that

we find that we can follow it and act

out live out our faith we need those

handles in our faith life.

>> That's right. And that's what one of

these cool parts of getting back to this

root system, if you will, when it comes

to this is there's always a the next

step in our faith for us to be able to

take. Exactly.

>> And if we only look so surface level,

maybe to what we've already been exposed

to, then we might look up and like,

well, what's my next step? Acting as if

I've arrived when I know that I have I

know that there has to be something

more. And so, this gives us a great next

step that I'm excited for this season

because we're coming into it here at

Free Life. Yeah, this has been a

gamecher for so many folks that have

discovered it, bought into it, have

lived it out, and they're watching the

results happen. And that's why we want

to continue to bring this information.

So, first fruit literally in the Hebrew

means a promise to come.

>> It's it it's when you participate in

first fruit, what God is saying, you are

literally initiating a promise that it's

up to me to to hold it true in your

life. I must bring it to pass. So I am,

it's almost like saying, God, I'm going

to trust your resume.

>> Right.

>> This is before you act on my behalf.

>> I will honor and celebrate you ahead of

time.

>> That's right.

>> And so it's a promise to come that we're

getting involved in. That's what the

actual word first fruit means. It's

crazy because it's like the Bible said

his word will never return void. That's

right. He's the same yesterday, today,

forever. Again, bringing it back to this

is a Lord's feast, not anything else.

Because if he did it before, he could do

it again.

>> No, completely. That that's exactly

right. Uh Proverbs 3 uh is is a verse

that is is quite often quoted and and it

says this in verse 9. Proverbs 3:9,

Proverbs 3:9

"Honor the Lord with your wealth and

with the first fruit of all your

produce, then your barns will be filled

with plenty and your vats will be

bursting with wine." So there's a then

right statement there. So if then it

created a a it's a clause that says you

get to initiate. Y

>> you do your part, I'll do mine. But it

says honor the Lord with your wealth and

with the first fruit of your increase.

>> So what's the difference there then

between like a first fruit and a tithe?

>> Because the tithe is the first that we

bring about the first 10%.

>> Yes. So so this is a big conversation

that for years in fact when I was

growing up I heard it mixed. There

wasn't an understanding as to what first

fruit was. So let's talk about this

first of all uh to show the difference

between a first fruit and a tithe. First

fruit in the Bible is considered the

best part.

>> Okay?

>> And your tithe is considered the set

10%.

>> Okay?

>> So there there's a there's a different

in fact the very first first fruit we

have is the is the gift the the offering

that Abel brought to God in Genesis

Genesis 4 · chapter mention

chapter 4. Yes sir. That was a first

fruit offering, okay, that he brought,

>> okay?

>> Uh and so it's it was we don't we're not

allocated a certain number. It's

different in different arenas. And we're

going to talk about how that plays out

in our lives.

>> That's cool. Cuz even with that Abel

one, I said he said it it was pleasing

to the Lord.

>> That's Oh yes. Oh, it's a

>> So it wasn't even just something that it

was accepted because of the set value.

That's right. It was something that was

pleasing because of how it touched his

heart.

>> Exactly. Exactly. Second thing is first

fruit is seasonal. Tithe is ongoing.

>> Okay. Yeah.

>> So this first fruit we celebrate it once

a year

>> beginning of the brand new year.

>> But the but the tithe is every every

time you gain in

>> the harvest. Yeah.

>> You you bring a first fruit and and then

the the you bring a tithe, I should say.

And then the the third and the final

difference is the first fruit is given

before the harvest comes in. The tithe

is given after

>> the harvest has come in.

>> One is in anticipation or expectation

and the other is in response to what you

have done.

>> That's right. I give it back.

>> First fruit is saying, "God, I trust you

to be my supplier and I will give on a

full trust that you're able to do what

you said." And the tithe is saying, "I

got a paycheck this week. I want to

thank you for the ability to work for

the job and I return the tithe." See,

the tithe is returned to God. He owns it

all,

>> right?

>> We return the time. But the first fruit

is me saying, "I trust you. I'm I'm

placing it all on the line." So there

are differences. And this this carries

throughout the Bible. First fruit is

mentioned both in the Old Testament and

New Testament. Multiple books. We don't

have time to get into all that. This

will be an hour podcast. We don't want

to don't want to run down that line. But

the in the Old Testament, it means a

promise to come. In the New Testament,

first fruit literally means a sacrifice

in the beginning. And and it really

begins to relate to especially giving a

picture of Jesus becoming our first

fruit.

>> Yeah.

>> And we'll talk more about that in just a

minute. But this idea of first fruit

comes from an agricultural mindset.

That's that's exactly who Israel was.

They were an agricultural people. They

grew their food.

>> And in fact, something really

interesting when when I was growing up,

my dad had he loved to have a garden. I

think we grew more weeds than we did

plants or or or any any any vegetables.

But he would plant peas and and and and

tomatoes and lettuce and carrots and

onions and green peppers and d

one thing that continually came up was

whenever we would have a row of

something planted, there was always one

or two that always seemed to produce

before anything else did.

>> And then the bulk caught up later,

>> right?

>> But these like y'all are the earlier

man. Look at you. you know, big

achievers. Let's go.

>> But that is literally a picture of first

fruit being wired into

agriculture.

>> Wow.

>> In fact, rabbis and and and farmers have

studied this for a long time. Like why

are these why do these produce so early?

>> It is if God is saying, I'm going to

show you what the first fruit is now.

Will you be faithful with it?

>> So even though I did, he's helping us

>> Yes.

>> initiate even though we're the ones

initiating. He's like, "We need all the

help we can get. So, let me at least

show it to you. And here's your sign.

Big neon Las Vegas lights. It's the only

thing that's grown. Are you willing to

trust me?" And that's exactly what

Israel did. Israel would go through a

long winter. And then all of a sudden,

when they were ready for the harvest

because the first fruit happens in the

spring. It's right after the winter, the

brand new year, the first month of the

year. And when that hit, finally, the

wheat is growing. Well, they've been

through a long winter. They're ready for

some fresh grain,

>> but the first grain that produced that

was going to be the first fruit and it

would get marked

>> and they would say that has been set

aside for God. And as they would mark

that and the Bible calls it a sheath uh

s h e af especially as we read in

Leviticus chapter 23 it because it's not

Leviticus 23 · chapter mention

a specific it's just a first growing uh

group and that's why it's not a specific

number like the tithe added to it. It's

not a specific thing. Uh but the rabbis

say that state that it was approximately

150th of the total harvest is what was

coming in. That's that's what they

identified it as. So they marked that.

that they would bring it to the priest,

present it, and the priest would wave it

as a wave offering on and declaring the

promises of God that he makes over that

man, over his family, and as all of

Israel would do that, it was over the

nation of Israel. And so, this is how

the first fruit was celebrated,

identified, and brought in. If there was

an uh we'll just say a fig tree, figs

are big in Israel, fig trees growing,

they would mark the first figs that

would ripen with little strings and tie

those on. and those will be brought in

honor of God. So everything was always

whatever ripened first, take that to

God. And that was a sacrifice because

>> you know when that is your livelihood.

We have no capacity to live beyond this.

We got to grow our food. We can't just

run to Publix and pick something up if

our tree goes dead, right? I mean we

we're going to need this.

>> You're literally stating my dependence

our dependence is on you. And that's

very different than where they came from

in ex out of the Egypt, right? Because

Egypt was was was just, you know, they

were there for 400 years. They had all

kinds of gods that they were taught to

depend on.

>> Exactly. So that this idea of

>> total dependency, this idea of there is

no other option. Yeah.

>> It's I'm making it happen on my own or

God, I put my life in your hands. Yes.

Where this first fruit comes from. So

now

>> the cool thing about first fruits though

was uh there's a lot of things that

happen on the day of first fruits. Yeah.

>> Throughout the Bible. Yeah, for sure.

>> Like it wasn't just like a one hit

wonder that you got the top of the

billboards only one time. Like there

there was an I'll use what we use at NYE

an encore that God kept doing on the day

of first fruits throughout the Bible.

>> Right. Completely. And for all of our

free lifers uh who have gotten the uh

the brochure. That's right. Uh these

brochures are available to everybody uh

throughout this month that you'll have

as a great resource to look through it.

Uh they're actually listed here. And I

just want us to hit them real quickly.

Yes, sir.

>> Uh and move through these. Notice, and

here's the important thing,

>> that all of these events that we're

about to mention all happened on the

same day of the calendar.

Nissan is the first month in the Hebrew

on the Hebrew calendar. Nissan, the

17th. The 17th day of the month of

Nissan is when all of these took place.

Not on the exact same year over the

years, but that same day. Uh Noah's ark

came to rest on Mount Arat. That's okay.

So, pretty cool event. We all are aware

of that. Genesis chapter 8 lays that

Genesis 8 · chapter mention

out.

>> Uh Moses led the children of Israel

through the Red Sea.

>> Kind of a big deal.

>> Think they came out of the Red Sea on

the day of first fruit

>> sprouted.

>> Yes. They they they they and and we will

we'll talk about that. It's a picture of

baptism. The whole nation was baptized.

They were immersed. They didn't get wet,

>> right?

>> But they were immersed under the water

because it was above them.

>> And they came out the other side. God

literally baptized the entire nation at

one time on the day of first fruit.

>> That's dope.

>> And that'll have significance more in

just a second. Yeah.

>> Israel ate the first fruit. Uh Israel

ate the fruit of the promised land. Yes.

Joshua 5,

>> which is which is powerful because

remember this in Joshua 5 when they went

into the promised land. The enemy had

been there before they were there,

>> right?

>> So the enemy had planted the trees, had

grown the fruit. Israel walked in and it

was already waiting on them. They didn't

have to do the work, right?

>> It was already provided.

>> More than what they had ever seen

before.

>> Exactly. Bigger and better.

>> That's right.

>> Hezekiah Y

>> cleansed the temple. That that was a big

thing. It had been defiled and it was a

mess and rebellion of Israel. But it was

a time to just turn things back around

and over to God. And Hezekiah had a

passion for that. But it happened on the

day of first fruit.

>> Right. Queen Esther saved the Hebrews

from annihilation.

>> Yes.

>> Being able to save an entire nation,

entire people group from from hatred.

Yes. And it happened on this day of

first fruit.

>> That's exactly right. That that's that's

a big one. For such a time as this,

right? That's it. And and that's when

Hmon had built the gallows to hang every

Jew on, but instead he got hung. That's

right. And then this this one obviously

Christ followers. This becomes the

calling card. Jesus resurrected from the

dead. Not on a random day. Right.

>> Not just whenever he got kicked out or

he finished his stay at the Airbnb hell.

Airbnb hell.

>> Right. Right.

>> He he did it on first fruits.

>> On the day of first fruit. And so when

you look at the series of these events,

all of them happening on the exact same

calendar day of the year, here's what's

really interesting.

When you look at the numbers, the

mathematicians have looked at this. The

Bible has so many mathematical

Yeah. brain straining ideas behind it.

The odds of just two of these events

happening on the exact same day of the

Hebrew calendar are one in 129,000. Wow.

One in 20 one in 129.

>> In order for all of these events that we

just mentioned

>> to happen on the same day, all of them,

not just two, all of these is one in 587

quadrillion.

Now, I'm glad you said that number, sir,

because that's right here on the paper.

And I didn't know how to say that one.

>> I wasn't going to go I wasn't going to

trillion, billion, million, and

hundreds. I wasn't doing that. It's just

the quadrat. Now, think about that. Do

you know what that tells me? Number one,

these odds are impossible, right?

>> It's absolutely impossible. Number two,

it also tells me it must be by

intelligent design. There is a message

behind this. This is not random. This is

for us to search out and realize God is

trying to tell us something behind this.

>> That's it. Why would God waste his time,

his effort? Yes. Or these signs. And so

just for like you said, for one or two

of them to happen, coincidence, happen

stance, somebody might say, but for

these certain things, if he's so

intentional to create us, to create all

that we see around us, right?

>> Why can't we believe that this is a sign

that he's given us to try to help us

live the best life that he intended for

us?

>> Completely. It's on purpose. even to the

point of connecting Jesus's resurrection

on the day of first. Exactly. So, here

comes the question. What is the message?

>> All of these the what are they telling

us? And that's what I want us to look

at. And again, it's all right here in

your in your brochures. I hope I hope

you'll pick this up and check this out

and read it and study it all for

yourself. But, but let's let's talk

these through again real quickly then.

So, Noah's arc came to rest on Mount

Arat, right? We we we know that. In

other words, the storm ended.

>> Mhm.

>> It's over. Rest hit the people. In fact,

Arat literally means the curse is

reversed.

>> That's what Mount Arat means. In in in

other words, on the day of first fruits,

the curse was reversed. Great.

>> Rest is here. The storm is over.

>> That's great.

>> Okay. Sign me up for that one right

there.

>> No. Exactly. Exactly. And and as if that

wasn't enough, right, the Moses uh

leading the Israelites through uh the

Red Sea. Yeah. What does that have to

say? That God can get you through the

impossible. That there's literally

nothing that you or I can go through

that handcuffs, that limits, that makes

God scratch his head, makes a way where

there seems to be no way. Yeah. And is

able to do it still in our lives today.

>> You're not stuck. That's it. God's got

you, boo.

>> He's got you, boo.

Ex. Don't preach my message back at me.

That No, that's exactly right. We're not

stuck. And where he's led you, even

though you can hear the enemy coming

behind you, he will not be able to lay a

hand on you.

>> That's it. It's good. I like this next

one as well. Uh Israel uh ate the fruit

of the promised land. Uh supernatural

provision

>> that the he he's he's leading you to

places that the provision is waiting on

you. You're not going to have to go

begin to work that. And there's nothing

wrong with work and there's a lot of

things that God does in our life that

there is delay, but everything doesn't

come with delay. Sometimes you walk into

a a promise that's already mature.

That's right. Something that I love. I

know I need this reminder just like

Hezekiah cleansing the temple. God will

restore and renew our life. That I don't

have to walk around busted and disgusted

based off of what I have done, what has

been done to me. But there's this

renewal, this rejuvenation that I'm able

to have because of God.

>> And first fruit does that, Caleb. When

we when we bring a first fruit, you are

required to set your mind and your

attention, your awareness on him.

>> And it demands a renewal of my faith in

him, too. That's right. Like, you know

what?

>> I'm going all in. I'm trusting him in

this.

>> It's like in Matthew, seek first the

kingdom of heaven. Keep that on the

forefront. So, we fix our minds not on

what's seen, but what's unseen. That's

right. Because what's seen is temporal.

What's unseen is everlasting.

>> That's exactly right. Yeah. Yeah.

>> Queen Esther, uh, saving the Hebrews, I

I I love this here because, uh, he

literally God shut down the enemy's

plan.

>> Yes, sir.

>> No weapon

>> formed against me.

>> Now, a weapon will be formed.

>> That's right.

>> The gallows were built, but it it won't

be successful. And it literally was in

in uh in living color right there.

>> That's right. and then Jesus

resurrection from the dead. How does

that play out in our life today that God

is going to give you a new life, a free

life, but only through this relationship

with Jesus? But it happens through this

idea. God uses first fruits to continue

to show us his goodness, his

faithfulness. That's right. And how he

wants to be active in our life.

>> Well, Jesus becomes a picture of the

Bible says uh that that that first fruit

is that that precedes the whole.

>> Right. So, we give 150th of what is yet

to come. Jesus is a picture of what is

to come because he rose from the dead.

We will have a resurrection as well. And

we are a picture of the greater harvest

that is on the way. So these become

exciting days that us and links us into

it as well as awakening, bringing back

to life dead dreams, dead hopes,

believing again something can change.

We're not stuck and limited. The fact

that Jesus got up, we can too. So

basically what you're saying is there's

more reasons for us to lean into first

fruit. Yes. Than there is for us to stay

back. And and and I get it there.

There's questions and I I don't

understand it and what's going on. And

this is why we at Free Life created this

brochure. Yeah. So that uh one of my

favorite phrases that we use here at

Free Life, you say it all the time, sir,

is uh God gave you a brain.

>> Yeah.

>> Use it.

>> Yep. It's not just following whatever,

right? Whatever somebody says from a

microphone or whatever somebody says

because God says it. Do research for

yourself. We're blessed enough to have

our own Bible. That's right. That we can

look, by the way, Bob. That's right. In

this month, look it up for yourself. And

so this kind of resourcing to show this

isn't a man-made idea. This is not a

free life chapel idea or dance. This is

a God a feast of the Lord.

>> That's right.

>> And because of that, it's something that

he's going to bring to fruition. not

because of a man. And God says, "What? I

hold no strings attached and I do not

give as the world gives."

>> Right. Right.

>> And he so excited.

>> And he fulfills his word for his name's

sake.

>> That's it.

>> His reputation is what's on the line.

And so that's what we're talking about

here. Let me let me read this one last

passage to you as if we need any

anything else to convince us to get

involved in this. Exodus 23 verse 19 is

Exodus 23:19

a verse that creates a lot of huh. It's

almost like that dog that kind of looks

sideways, you know, when he hears a

certain song. Here's here's what Exodus

Exodus 23:19

23:19 says. The best of the first fruits

of your ground you shall bring into the

house of the Lord your God.

Straightforward. Yeah. Boom. All right.

And this is throughout the Bible. But

then the second half of that verse says

this, "You shall not boil a young goat

in its mother's milk."

>> Okay, please tell me how this all goes

together. That doesn't

>> on PK County, not down P.

>> Yeah. And unless you understand the

context, it would not it would not

click. Go back and put this back in its

order. Think before Exodus 23. The

nation of Israel was locked up in Egypt.

400 years of bondage.

>> While they were there, they were taught

paganism. They were taught cultic

rituals. They were taught all kinds of

incantations. Say this, do this. They

were just like we are. They were just

people trying to get by and try every

superstition of culture that they could

lock into

>> one of the one of the cultural uh uh the

cultic uh activities that were used for

harvest because everything was

agriculture in those days. If it didn't

rain, if the ground didn't produce, they

didn't eat. Uh, one of the big things

that happened in Egypt, many scholars

and common commentary writers all

understand and believe this that what

was going on was Israel as a nation had

learned from e Egypt that they would

take a a a mother ram, a a mother goat

and boil her baby in that milk and then

take the broth and take the ashes and

scatter it, spread it on the field and

that it would produce and promise us a

greater harvest in the next year

>> almost sacrifice in the field

>> basically. Yes. And so it was looking to

another God in order to provide.

>> So with that in mind when you hear this

passage, bring the first fruit of your

ground. You shall bring it to the house

of the Lord your God. Do not boil a

young goat and its mother's milk.

>> Yeah.

>> It's like, okay.

>> So you you're rescripting where my

resource comes from. Culture says one

thing. You're saying another. And listen

to how he follows it up in verse 20,

Caleb. I love this. Behold, I send an

angel before you to guard you on the way

and to bring you to the place that I

have prepared.

>> Wow.

>> What?

>> That behold. Look out. It's coming. It's

there.

>> Making announcement. That's right.

>> That you don't need any magical

incantations. And culture may not

understand this cuz I know all of Egypt

does it this way. My people do it

different. You trust me. Don't jump into

the mess that they do. I'm sending an

angel ahead of you that's going to lead

you, guard you, protect you, and get you

to the place that I've already prepared

for you.

>> That's right.

>> It's waiting on you. That's right.

>> I'm not deciding what trying to figure

out what to do with you. I already have

a place prepared that I know I want you

to be. So, all of this is locked and

loaded, son, into our faith, into our

practice of our faith regarding the

first fruit.

>> That's right. And so this is how we play

it out at Free Life Chapel. We challenge

every person, every family. And this is

something that we're putting out there

based on what the rabbis say it being

150th,

>> right,

>> of what uh the harvest was. What your

mother and I began to do. Pastor S and I

began to decide, okay, for 150th, well,

we have 52 weeks in a year. Yeah. Not

50. Let's take one week's salary.

>> Yes, sir.

>> We get 52 of those a year. Let's take

one week's salary and let's bring that

to God in January in the beginning of

the brand new year, which is exactly

when first fruit was celebrated, the

beginning of the brand new year. Let's

honor him there and declare a promise to

come. That's right. Over the rest of the

year,

>> man, I remember um my first time

participating with First Fruits. Uh I

was not able to do a first week salary

or like an entire week salary. That's

right.

>> And I remember I had brought it up to

you and I was feeling down. I was like,

"Right,

>> dad, I I can't do it." Like, I literally

just couldn't. And uh you said, "Caleb,

that's fine. It's it's not a matter of

uh it wasn't a matter of this is what

was required. It's what is the sacrifice

from your heart to God's heart." That

just you to you to him. He knows that

you're treating him as the provider.

That I'm not trying to stash someone

underneath the mattress. I'm not trying

to hold some back just in case God

doesn't come through. not creating a pad

for. He doesn't need any help. He

doesn't need any pad.

>> No. Exactly. And and this is not us

buying a miracle. You're not you're not

purchasing. Miracles are not for sales.

We could not afford them. They're not

that cheap. Yes. They're whole. This is

a holy principle that we're operating

in. And all you're doing is presenting

your heart and saying, "God, I'm trying

to get away with nothing. I bring you

the best that I can in this moment. The

tithe is decided 10%."

>> Yes, sir.

>> This this first fruit is free will. So I

bring you the best. We've decided that

we're shooting for that 152nd of our

year. But maybe somebody wants to bring

a day's wage, two days wage, four days

wage. That's right.

>> Whatever that looks like. We have

settled on that one week's wage, but

bringing something to honor God from my

for the rest of this year the promise to

come. God's a blesser. Yes, he is. But

there's this next season that we get our

hands in it. and Caleb, the testimonies.

>> I was about to go there. The the the

testimonies that we've had, I I shared

with you. I've already gotten text

messages from folk from the church. Yes.

Just saying, "Hey, I didn't need When is

first? When can we start giving the

first fruit?" Cuz I'm ready. We had

somebody send in their first fruit

before December the 31st.

>> Already ready.

>> Yes. Yes. But when you

>> when you've been a part of it, when you

see it where it's laid out that this

isn't a good investment,

>> this is principle. This is foundational.

This is a God idea.

>> What other response can I have? But like

I'm expect God said, like you said

earlier, it's on his resume. So he's

only going to do what he has already

been doing. That's right. Which is be a

man of his word. And so I'm excited

about it. and free life. I'm so excited

for you to be able to take this next

step in your faith. This is the year

that you do it. This is the year where

you take that step forward. This is the

year where you pat yourself on the back

for doing what God's word said to do.

I'm excited for you to be a part of it.

>> Exactly. It's going to be so good. Pick

up a first fruit brochure. This is not

just a brochure. This is a resource

guide. Yeah. It's got a lot of scripture

in here, uh, verses for you to look at,

reference, Old Testament, New Testament,

explain to you how to play this out. The

way this works, uh, the last two Sundays

of January for us at Free Life is

everyone will bring forward. The Bible

says they brought their first fruit.

It'll be placed in my hands and we will

stand and we will I'll wave it as the

priest did above his head and pray over

your house, your first fruit offering

and declare God's blessing over the rest

of this year for your life because of

how you've acted out your trust in his

fidelity, his credibility over your

life. It's going to be an exciting

another exciting year with more

testimonies coming and I want you to add

your name to it. So, we're starting it

right now. Pick this up. I think it's

going to empower your life and we'll
