  1. This is Ronald Hopkins, and thank you for joining the Life Center Church.

  2. All right, you all can't be seated.

  3. Let's jump right into this today.

  4. There's a little ringing in this, Mayanna.

  5. We've been talking about the benefits of holiness.

  6. If your very first time here at the Life Center Church, we'll welcome you at the end, but this is kind of a flow right now.

  7. We're on part four of the benefits of holiness.

  8. So let's go back to 1 Peter chapter 1.

    1 Peter 1 chapter mention

  9. Every month we try to do a new series, and as I inquired of the Lord, um he said a couple of things to me.

  10. He said, Start a new series, am I on?

  11. Start a new series, there you go.

  12. When I tell you to start one, and then number two, don't assume they got it.

  13. Because there was an assumption that what we're gonna talk about today that you already have.

  14. Because if you had it, you would walk in more light of it.

  15. And it would be more clear.

  16. Because God's word is always pregnant with new understanding, new wisdom, new light, a higher way of living.

  17. So 1 Peter chapter 1, verse number 15, it says, But now you must be holy in everything you do.

    1 Peter 1 chapter mention

  18. Just as God, who chose you is holy, for the scriptures say you must be holy.

  19. Why?

  20. Because God says, I am holy.

  21. Now, let's go to 1 Timothy chapter 4, because this is where we kind of started off on.

    1 Timothy 4 chapter mention

  22. 1 Timothy chapter 4, verse number 7 says, Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas.

    1 Timothy 4 chapter mention

  23. That's a word right there.

  24. Because we get involved with folks who don't have the right intention.

  25. And we end up having these conversations that really end up in an argument.

  26. He said, Don't waste your time dealing with folks like that.

  27. Instead, train yourself.

  28. How?

  29. To be godly.

  30. Train yourself to be godly.

  31. This has nothing to do with you pointing a finger at somebody else.

  32. It's everything about you training yourself to be godly.

  33. He says physical training is good.

  34. And you should take care of your body because you only have one body here.

  35. That was one, that's right from Renee.

  36. Let me, you should take care of your body because you only have one body here in the earth.

  37. So physical training is good.

  38. But training for godliness is much better.

  39. That's so good.

  40. But watch this.

  41. Because when you train for godliness, he says, there are promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.

  42. So I want you to understand something that when you train spiritually, there are rewards that you will receive while you are in this physical body.

  43. But I don't want you to lose sight of.

  44. Because if we had lighter, we had revelation about the heavenly rewards, we probably spend more time in prayer.

  45. If you had lighter understanding about this heavenly reward, you probably spend more time being faithful in every area of your life.

  46. Because one of the rewards that you will see that most people miss out on is being faithful.

  47. You're not faithful on your job, you're not faithful to your spouse, you're not faithful to your kids, you're not faithful to coming to church, you're not faithful in giving.

  48. You're not faithful, so therefore you won't get a reward.

  49. We get so caught up in trying to get rewarded from this world system that's going to hell that will ultimately be thrown into the lake of fire and not fully understanding.

  50. God will reward you for how you live your life.

  51. If we get light on that, I can guarantee you your life will be the same.

  52. You don't get a reward for complaining.

  53. It's going to be an eye-opening teaching that's going to revolutionize your thinking.

  54. Help us grow.

  55. And how you serve God.

  56. Because the reality is when we stand on that beamer seat and we stand before him, he's going to rewind everything that you've done.

  57. Some of us are doing things that he didn't tell us to do.

  58. And then it's going to be a flame right next to your works.

  59. Then it's going to be burnt up.

  60. You spend all that time doing for other people, but you didn't do anything for him.

  61. So you get no reward.

  62. So it's important how we live.

  63. Now, last week we started talking about this spiritual training.

  64. And there are levels of this thing called Christianity.

  65. Now, you can be a dry Christian.

  66. Or you can be an inconsistent Christian.

  67. You can be a powerless Christian.

  68. You can be a Christian who understands their authority.

  69. You can be a Christian that's on fire for God.

  70. But it's not based upon your church attendance.

  71. Although we should come to church.

  72. It is necessary that we are in church.

  73. But whether or not you are on fire for God, or whether or not you are a lukewarm Christian, whether or not you are inconsistent in your Christian walk, whether or not you are faithful in your Christian walk, has everything to do with your spiritual engagements.

  74. What are you doing when nobody else is looking?

  75. Because that is going to determine the fruit that people see in your life.

  76. Now, point number one, we're just gonna jump right into this.

  77. No training, no raining.

  78. So if you're not training, you're not reigning.

  79. If you're not training, more than likely you're not walking in victory.

  80. If you're not training, you're not dominating, something is dominating you.

  81. So if you're not putting any spiritual work in, more than likely something is working you.

  82. Now let's jump back into this fourth exercise.

  83. So if you weren't here or you missed out, you might want to go back and re-listen to last week's messages because we talked about exercise number one, exercise number two, exercise number three.

  84. Now we're on exercise number four.

  85. And the question is, how much can you lift?

  86. If we brought some weights in right now, come on, son, and we put some weights up here.

  87. How much would you be able to lift?

  88. Five pounds two pounds eight pounds, ten pounds, fifteen pounds.

  89. How much can you lift?

  90. Well, Holy Spirit would have your back.

  91. Now go to Psalm or yeah, Psalm number one nineteen.

  92. You all came ready today, I see, doing praise and worship.

  93. Now, Psalm number one nineteen stands in number twenty-eight.

  94. I'm gonna read it from the Amplified Classic.

  95. It says it this way.

  96. My life dissolves and weeps itself away from heaviness.

  97. Raise me up and strengthen me according to the promises of your word.

  98. So the only way that you're going to be raised up out of your circumstances is not other people bringing you up.

  99. It's not what other people can do for you.

  100. Because we look for other people to do stuff for us.

  101. But if you live long enough, you should know that people are limited in what they can do and what they can provide.

  102. So the only thing that you and I have to really focus in on, and the only person that can bring us up or raise up out.

  103. Raise us out.

  104. He's gonna raise you up and then he's gonna bring you out.

  105. No matter whatever situation you're in, he's gonna raise you up and then bring you out.

  106. I want you to catch that.

  107. He's gonna raise you up and bring you out.

  108. But notice what's going to do it his word.

  109. So if you don't have the word, if you don't know the word, if you don't understand the word, then you won't be raised up out.

  110. You will just stay in the mess that you're in.

  111. That will explain why you still have the problems that you have right now.

  112. Because maybe you don't know the word about that situation.

  113. So because you don't have the word, you don't know the word or what we really gonna camp in on.

  114. You're not even doing the word.

  115. And that's why the Lord said, don't assume that they know, because what we have now is people who love God, but people who are not willing to do what God said.

  116. So there is no way he can raise you up and bring you out because you're not doing what he's telling you to do.

  117. One of the greatest deceptions in the body of Christ is that we love the word, but we're not doing it, we're not living in what he said.

  118. You know it, you've heard it, you can even quote it, but you're not living it.

  119. It's a great deception in the body of Christ, because all we think do we have to do is confess it.

  120. You're confessing something you don't even believe.

  121. Because if you really believed it, it will be a part of who you are.

  122. And you would experience what he said because now you're in alignment.

  123. Some of us have been out of agreement with God, and you've agreed with the devil.

  124. Well, okay, go to James chapter 1.

    James 1 chapter mention

  125. Help us grow.

  126. James chapter 1, verse number 22.

    James 1 chapter mention

  127. It says, But be ye doers, doers, doers, be ye doers, doers, doers, but be ye doers of the word.

  128. And not hearers only.

  129. Be doers, not hearers.

  130. Be individuals who, when you hear the word, you do what you hear.

  131. Instead of just hearing a word and saying, Oh, that was good, but there's no application.

  132. He says, when you only hear God's word and you don't do it, you're tricking yourself.

  133. You are actually deceived.

  134. The Amplifier reads it this way: And prove yourself.

  135. Prove yourself, prove it to yourself.

  136. You do you actually believe this?

  137. Prove it.

  138. Live like it, act like it, talk like it.

  139. Because when you get to the place where you're doing the word and you don't feel like it, that's when you're gonna get results.

  140. When you say that you are believing God to manifest his promise and it doesn't look like that, and you gotta tell other people, you have to get to the place where you don't care what they believe.

  141. Prove it to yourself.

  142. Do you actually believe what he's saying?

  143. Watch this.

  144. But prove yourselves doers of the word, actively and continually obeying, not just on Sunday.

  145. This has to be a lifestyle that you are continually obeying what he said, even when folks around you in your household are acting contrary to what you are standing on.

  146. Yeah, I need to say that again.

  147. Continually and actively obeying what God said, even when people in your household, you might be quoting the word and declaring the word, but they may not be acting like it.

  148. How are you gonna respond?

  149. Like them?

  150. Because when you act like them and they're not doing the word, you're tricking yourself.

  151. See, the enemy's job is to get you to a place where he can wear you down.

  152. So the question is, how long can you last?

  153. Because he's very patient.

  154. Remember, the Bible describes him as a serpent, and a serpent doesn't kill you right away.

  155. He watches, he slithers, he'll squeeze you, he'll squeeze you over here, just to see how long you can last.

  156. So we have to learn how to be consistent and doing and saying and not wavering off of the promises of God, not merely listeners who hear the word.

  157. Watch this, but fail to internalize.

  158. It's meaning.

  159. This is good.

  160. See, you're you what we're missing of that is that you are not on the inside internalizing what God said.

  161. We are doing it from a mental ascent perspective.

  162. You're memorizing a word, and there's a place for memorization, but we don't sit down and internalize what is God really saying about me and my circumstance and get the understanding on the inside.

  163. Because the understanding on the outside will catch up once you get it on the inside.

  164. It doesn't start here first, it starts here first.

  165. Then your understanding catches up with whatever is happening in here, not up here.

  166. Deluding yourselves by unsound reasoning contrary to the truth.

  167. See, information without application produces an illusion in your life.

  168. So you have to have revelation knowledge of God's word.

  169. If you don't, you're just having spiritual entertainment.

  170. Watch this.

  171. You heard the word about forgiveness, but you're still holding grudges.

  172. No light, it's spiritual entertainment because you refuse to internalize how God forgave you.

  173. And because you didn't internalize that, you're putting and keeping your eyes on somebody else.

  174. And you're not even focused on internalizing how God forgave your raggedy self.

  175. Because you're so busy pointing the finger at them that you don't realize that he forgave your raggedy mouth, your raggedy attitude, your raggedy behavior, but you forgot to internalize what he did for you, so you still keep pointing the finger at that other person while you still stuck.

  176. So now you have spiritual entertainment.

  177. You entertaining yourself.

  178. Internalizing the word.

  179. Oh, what about the subject of love?

  180. You didn't internalize that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him, you won't perish.

  181. But you would have everlasting life with God, but yet you don't love people who talk about you.

  182. You don't pray for them.

  183. I ain't praying for them.

  184. You're not being a blessing to them, you're not taking money out of your account and doing something for them like you would do it for yourself.

  185. No light, no understanding, you have not internalized the meaning of love.

  186. Because if you did, you wouldn't hold records.

  187. You wouldn't remember what they did, you wouldn't rehearse what they did.

  188. Because love erases the past.

  189. You're deceived and don't even know it, and you think that you're okay.

  190. You're deceived, and you're not even messing with a deceiver.

  191. Because he's already defeated.

  192. You just refuse to do what God said.

  193. So, really, we're looking at a bunch of believers who are living a rebellious life.

  194. Rebelling against the word because you refuse to do it.

  195. Okay, go to Luke chapter 6.

    Luke 6 chapter mention

  196. Let me show you another way.

  197. Amen.

  198. Thank you.

  199. For this.

  200. You gotta start applying the word.

  201. Thank you for this.

  202. You gotta start doing the word, not just going through the motions.

  203. Luke chapter 6.

    Luke 6 chapter mention

  204. I saw this translation this morning.

  205. So, Tina, you probably won't have it when I was doing my devotion.

  206. I said, that's a very enlightening translation.

  207. It's the voice translation.

  208. So I know you don't have this one.

  209. I've got a Bible with I don't know how many different translations that I can see it in different ways for light, for understanding.

  210. So, verse number 47, you can follow along with whatever translation that I think I gave you, the King James.

  211. Listen to this.

  212. Verse number 46.

  213. What good is it to mouth the words?

  214. Lord, Lord, if you don't live by my teachings, what matters is that you come to me, hear my words, and actually live by them.

  215. If you do that, you'll be like, if you do that, do what?

  216. Come to him, hear the word, and do what he says.

  217. Then you'll be like this.

  218. Like the man who wanted to build a sturdy house.

  219. He dug down deep and anchored his foundation to a solid rock.

  220. So when you hear the word and you're doing the word, you anchor your life on something that will never be shaken.

  221. No matter what comes your way, when you hear what the purpose of doing, you become solid.

  222. You won't be moved because of how and what you use to anchor your life.

  223. Has nothing to do with emotions either.

  224. Notice the scripture says this person dug deep.

  225. Dug deep.

  226. You won't get things on the surface with God.

  227. Come on now.

  228. You're gonna have to dig.

  229. You're gonna have to spend some time.

  230. You're gonna have to exactly pay a price.

  231. This individual dug deep.

  232. He anchored his foundation to the solid rock.

  233. During a violent storm, the floodwaters slammed against the house, but they couldn't shake it because of the solid craftsman.

  234. It was built on a rock.

  235. This individual became a craftsman in building his house.

  236. Now let me ask you a question.

  237. What have you been building your house on?

  238. What kind of materials have you been using to build your house?

  239. That determines what happens when the flood comes in your life.

  240. That's why you're emotional.

  241. That's why you're in fear.

  242. That's why you don't know what to do.

  243. It's uncertainty.

  244. Because you've been building using the wrong material.

  245. How are you building your house?

  246. Your spiritual house.

  247. Because you also have to understand that when we stand before God, we will also give an account on what materials we used.

  248. He's given us everything to be successful, to build, to grow, to mature, to develop, to walk things out in perfection the way he's already laid it out.

  249. It's just what materials are you using to build?

  250. Verse 49 says, on the other hand, if you hear my teachings, but you don't put them into practice, you have to practice.

  251. Practice doing the word.

  252. You know, this is summertime, so Nick already knows this.

  253. Even though basketball season is not in, he still has to put the work in.

  254. He's still practicing like it's game time.

  255. It's preparation before the storm.

  256. So if you're not preparing, listen to me, a storm is going to show up in your life.

  257. How are you practicing?

  258. Many of God's people, you're not practicing anything other than watching and rehearsing somebody else live their life.

  259. You're watching somebody else put work in.

  260. Now you're sitting back desiring what they did.

  261. But you're not putting no work in.

  262. Practice.

  263. You have to practice the word.

  264. When you come to the house of God, you should have already practiced praise and worship at home.

  265. So when you get here, you're bringing your supply of the Spirit.

  266. You gave me a lot of time today.

  267. That's good.

  268. I'm gonna need all that time.

  269. You don't put them into practice, you'll be like the careless builder who didn't bother to build a foundation under his house.

  270. The flood waters barely touch the pathetic house.

  271. And it crashed in the ruins into the mud.

  272. See, stability in life comes from obedience, not your ability to quote scriptures.

  273. We're quoting, but we're not obeying.

  274. Watch this.

  275. The words you celebrate but don't do will never change your life.

  276. Let me take a drink on that one.

  277. Go to John chapter 14.

    John 14 chapter mention

  278. Now, Tina, this was in the King James right here.

  279. Jesus said it real simple.

  280. If you love me, it's your obedience that will determine how much you love God.

  281. People can talk all day long and say that they love God.

  282. Jesus says, if you actually love me, you do what I tell you to do.

  283. Other than that, you're just talking out of the side of your mouth.

  284. You actually don't love God.

  285. You think you do.

  286. Love is I'm obeying, Father, what you're telling me to do.

  287. Because I know that you know what's best.

  288. That's why you're telling me to do it.

  289. So when you don't do it, you think you know what's best, and you're saying God doesn't know.

  290. Wow.

  291. That's his definition.

  292. You know better than him, so keep doing it your way and get your results.

  293. Obedience is the loudest expression of your faith.

  294. Obey.

  295. Some of you, there's some things that the Lord has been speaking to you about, but you've been neglecting it.

  296. Just obey it.

  297. And when you obey it, you'll see how much freedom that you have.

  298. Not about how you feel, not about what you think, not about what they said, not about what they did.

  299. He already knows what they said.

  300. He already knows what they did, he already knows how they feel about you, but he feels much differently.

  301. Just do what he said.

  302. And when you do what he said, then you get the results of what he said you should have freedom, victory, peace, joy, strength.

  303. Just do what he said.

  304. We make it so complicated.

  305. Just do it.

  306. Nike stole that from the word.

  307. They really did.

  308. They understood that.

  309. Can I add something, honey?

  310. Let me say this and I'll let you add it.

  311. Instead of just doing it, just obey.

  312. Just here's a new slogan.

  313. Just live it.

  314. Put that on a t-shirt.

  315. Just live it.

  316. Just live the word.

  317. In fact, the Bible says we should be a living epistle.

  318. When people look at our lives, there should be no difference between what the word says.

  319. That's why they were so upset with Jesus, because Jesus says, I am my father's child.

  320. And whatever you see the Father doing, that's what you see me doing.

  321. Jesus made a decision to come to this earth and live it despite what other people thought.

  322. Just really quickly to kind of expound on when the scripture says, if you love me, you'll keep my commandments.

  323. That's God's interpretation of love.

  324. And our interpretation could be quite differently because we looking like, well, Lord, you know my heart, even though it might be in direct opposition to the word, you knew my intention, but his interpretation is clear.

  325. But if you love me, how I interpret love is that you would keep my commandments.

  326. So as you're going about your day, think about that when you're looking like, how am I demonstrating love to the Father?

  327. Is he interpreting it as love, or is it just my definition of love?

  328. Because based on what you're doing, that might be your definition of love, but he's not saying it like that because he said, if you love me, then you keep my commandments.

  329. That's how I say love.

  330. Yeah, think about it.

  331. If you love him, then you would do what him tells you to do.

  332. That's your definition.

  333. Exercise number five, because we're talking about training for raining.

  334. Stay hydrated.

  335. Stay hydrated.

  336. Stay hydrated.

  337. Cause how you gonna work out and you don't like to drink water?

  338. I'll take a drink on that.

  339. Think about it, your body is made up of 78% of water, but we're not staying hydrated in the spirit.

  340. Okay, go to John chapter 7.

    John 7 chapter mention

  341. Now I'm beginning, the more and more I'm walking with God, the more and more I'm understanding why there's been so much confusion about what I'm gonna say in a minute.

  342. Now I'm beginning to get it.

  343. Why there's so much confusion about tongues.

  344. Oh yeah.

  345. Uh-huh.

  346. It's been some I understand the deception of the devil and why so many believers have been tricked.

  347. You don't understand what this means.

  348. It loosens your joints.

  349. It's sustaining.

  350. It's sustaining your body.

  351. It makes your bowels function and flow a certain way.

  352. Water actually even heals your body.

  353. It replenishes your body.

  354. So if natural water is doing that to the natural body, what do you think the spiritual living water is going to do?

  355. Now I'm starting.

  356. Oh, that's why they so confused.

  357. Okay, let me show it to you.

  358. John chapter 7.

    John 7 chapter mention

  359. Verse number 37.

  360. It says, In the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, If any man thirst, let him come unto me and let him drink.

  361. He that believeth on me as the scripture said, out of his belly shall flow.

  362. Rivers, rivers should be flowing.

  363. You know what's interesting about this?

  364. That the church of the Lord Jesus Christ has got backwards.

  365. The church of the Lord Jesus Christ, I don't know where this came from, but it's deception because the church believes that you shouldn't talk about the baptism of the Holy Ghost because they don't want to offend people.

  366. You know who the church of the Lord Jesus Christ is for?

  367. It's for the church.

  368. Not unbelievers.

  369. So we watered down the church and we don't want to talk about certain things because we don't want to offend you.

  370. Well, if you want at one of those churches that's being offended, you need to find another church.

  371. He says, if any man thirsts, verse number 39 says, But this he he spake of the Spirit, capital S.

  372. Which they believed on him should receive.

  373. The Holy Ghost was not yet given because Jesus was not yet glorified, or Jesus had not gone to the cross, and Jesus wasn't risen.

  374. But thank God Jesus went to the cross.

  375. And thank God Jesus is risen.

  376. But he said, if anybody thirst, if anybody is craving for the presence of God, if anybody is longing for spiritual satisfaction, he says, if you are to that point, then out of you shall flow.

  377. Now we don't have a devil problem.

  378. We have a development deficiency.

  379. You cannot be spiritually strong without spiritual exercise.

  380. And the highest form of spiritual exercise is praying in other tongues.

  381. Okay, go to First Corinthians chapter four.

  382. Yeah, you gave me enough time to work with this today.

  383. Because he'll refresh you.

  384. He'll cleanse you.

  385. Stuff that you've been struggling with.

  386. This water will flush that right out of you.

  387. You tired.

  388. It'll energize you.

  389. It'll give you supernatural strength.

  390. First Corinthians 4, 2.

  391. This is tongues for personal development.

  392. The New Living Translation says this in verse number 2.

  393. If you have the ability to speak in tongues, you will only be talking to God.

  394. So when you're talking in tongues or praying in tongues, you have the ability to talk to God.

  395. Thank you, Lord.

  396. The New Living Translation uses the word talk only to God.

  397. Since people won't be able to understand you.

  398. You will be speaking by the power, the power of the Spirit, but it will all be mysterious.

  399. The King James says, he that speaketh in an unknown tongue, or if you look at that in the Bible, the word unknown was added.

  400. So he that speaketh in a tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God.

  401. For no man understands him, watch this, howbeit, watch this phrase.

  402. Howbeit in the spirit, he speaks mysteries.

  403. Interesting about this phrase, in the spirit.

  404. Because the moment that you start praying in other tongues, you're talking to God in the spirit.

  405. When you're talking about in the spirit, it's a place that's unknown to your natural surroundings.

  406. It's a place that God has set up that you can meet him there and you can talk to him and he can talk back to you.

  407. Because he says when you're in the spirit, you're praying the mysteries of God.

  408. The mysteries of God are the things that God planned for you to walk in before you were birthed in this planet.

  409. These mysteries are things that are hidden in God.

  410. I want you to settle with that.

  411. There are things that God has for you and I that can be mysterious to us in the natural, but they're hidden in God.

  412. The mystery of healing.

  413. In your mind, you don't know how you're gonna get healed.

  414. But these things are hidden in God to unlock what you don't know that can cause your body to start functioning right.

  415. The mystery of prosperity.

  416. You don't know how you're gonna get your bills paid.

  417. But these things are hidden in God for you.

  418. It's another realm.

  419. It is another serious mysterious ram.

  420. It's another realm that the world and the enemy doesn't want you to get in.

  421. It's a place where you can hear his voice.

  422. Notice you don't hear his voice in here.

  423. You're missing it.

  424. You hear it in your spirit.

  425. Watch this.

  426. You have opened the channel to your own spirit, giving yourself direct contact with the Holy Spirit.

  427. And in your spirit, He creates a supernatural language.

  428. As soon as you open up your mouth, you begin to speak the mysteries of God.

  429. Let me give you a definition of the word mystery.

  430. That which is outside unassisted natural comprehension, which is only known by God.

  431. So these mysteries that are hidden in God, in the Spirit, can only be spoken of by God through the person of Holy Spirit.

  432. But He downloads those mysteries, those things that He's laid up for you.

  433. How you get the blueprint and the instructions on how to follow the blueprint for your life is roshana makese.

  434. Re namasia kanaseke.

  435. It's praying in the Holy Ghost.

  436. He will literally download what you need, when you need it, how you need it.

  437. And he expresses these mysteries through your spirit in sentences, paragraphs, one word in your spirit.

  438. And watch this.

  439. He bypasses your flesh.

  440. Your soul, your mind, your will, and your emotion.

  441. He bypasses circumstances and people.

  442. And he downloads it right on the inside of you.

  443. Tongues is the channel of communication between you and God so you can discern his voice.

  444. And the more you pray in other tongues, the more you pray in the Holy Ghost, the clearer his voice becomes.

  445. So the opposite of that is true too.

  446. The less you pray, the less sensitive you will become in knowing where he's trying to take you.

  447. What to do in this circumstance, how to res how to respond.

  448. You should pray in tongues more than you talk.

  449. Some of you talk too much.

  450. That's why you're in trouble.

  451. You run in your mouth.

  452. Yield your tongue to the Holy Ghost.

  453. He'll tell you what to say, how to say it, so that it builds people up.

  454. Romans chapter 8.

    Romans 8 chapter mention

  455. Man, if you had a prayer partner who knew everything.

  456. Hey! The Holy Ghost, right?

  457. They delayed a bit of a good thing.

  458. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

  459. It was a delay.

  460. Yeah, if you if you had a prayer partner who knew how to pray, come on.

  461. Who knew or knows the shortcuts?

  462. How to bypass time.

  463. How to show you how to get there quicker.

  464. Sir, sir, sir, sir.

  465. Man, you'd be like, you know what?

  466. What time do you need me to get up?

  467. You're missing it because you already have that.

  468. You already got it.

  469. He's living in you.

  470. Romans chapter 8, verse number 26.

    Romans 8 chapter mention

  471. It says, likewise, likewise, the spirit, whoo, capital S, the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities, our weaknesses.

  472. Thank you, Jesus.

  473. He's there to help areas where you are weak in.

  474. There are things that you just don't know.

  475. It doesn't matter how many degrees you have, how many universities you've been to.

  476. You've just been trained secularly.

  477. There's a school called the School of the Holy Ghost.

  478. He's the one who knows all things, sees all things.

  479. He can show you things before they even happen.

  480. So he helps your weaknesses.

  481. You don't even know what you should be praying for at times.

  482. What to pray for?

  483. You don't even know what to pray for.

  484. Then how you gonna pray perfectly when you don't know?

  485. How?

  486. If you don't know, you don't know all the details of every situation and every circumstance.

  487. How?

  488. You don't know all the information because you're limited, because we're human beings.

  489. You don't know.

  490. How?

  491. How?

  492. Tell me how you don't know everything.

  493. They only gonna tell you half the story.

  494. Listen, we counsel folks, and folks are not even telling the truth.

  495. Seriously.

  496. So what do we have to depend on?

  497. Because he's the revealer.

  498. But the spirit himself maketh intercession for us with groanings, articulate speech that cannot be uttered.

  499. But he, he, Holy Spirit, searches the hearts, knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

  500. People quote verse number 28, but you don't start a sentence with and.

  501. It's a conjunction.

  502. So if you are not Roshtana makemor, then all things are not working together for your good.

  503. Why?

  504. Because you are cooperating with the one who knows everything.

  505. Now, when you pray in other tongues, you are building yourself up spiritually.

  506. You're becoming more sensitive to spiritual things.

  507. When you pray in the Holy Ghost, there'll be no spiritual stagnation in your life.

  508. You're stagnated because you're not spending enough time.

  509. I already showed you that the moment that you start praying in the spirit, you automatically you're in the spirit.

  510. You're in another realm.

  511. Praying in tongues, listen, it's discipline.

  512. Most people aren't disciplined, so they don't pray.

  513. Help us out.

  514. This practice produces power.

  515. You want power?

  516. Rokanasa.

  517. You gotta pray.

  518. It's your habits that create your habitat.

  519. You're not in the habit of praying.

  520. So your habitat is hell.

  521. And you have no power to deal with hell because the remedy of dealing with hell is praying in the spirit, so you can get the power.

  522. So you can kick hell out.

  523. But hell is still staying because there's no power.

  524. Because you're not disciplined to get up in the morning, you're not disciplined throughout the day to pray in the Holy Ghost.

  525. So you have no power.

  526. Let me give you the next muscle or the next exercise.

  527. Developing your muscles.

  528. And the biggest muscle that we have to develop is your mouth.

  529. You gotta develop.

  530. Just because you go to the gym doesn't mean you're you know how to lift weights properly.

  531. You can just get in there and do all kind of stuff.

  532. And check off the button and say that you lifted weights.

  533. No, there's there's a squeeze, there's a hole.

  534. Because you're building the muscle.

  535. Not everything needs to be said.

  536. Go to Proverbs chapter 6.

    Proverbs 6 chapter mention

  537. Proverbs chapter 6, it'll be on the screen, verse number 2.

    Proverbs 6 chapter mention

  538. It says, You're snared by the words of your mouth.

  539. That's what the Bible says.

  540. That's what it says.

  541. That's what it said.

  542. You are taken with the words of your mouth.

  543. So many of God's people, you have trapped yourself because of what's been coming out of your mouth.

  544. Tripped up.

  545. Life is moving in the direction of your words.

  546. If you don't like where it's going, change what you're saying.

  547. Let me say this.

  548. You cannot get into the word praying in other tongues and still miss God.

  549. That's right.

  550. That's right.

  551. That's right.

  552. If you are in the word and you are praying, then there's no way you can fall into sin.

  553. That's right.

  554. The reason why many of God's people are falling into sin or missing the mark is because you're not doing both.

  555. You've got to do both.

  556. You're in the word, but you're not yielding your tongue to the Holy Ghost.

  557. So you miss it.

  558. Or you yield your tongue to the Holy Ghost and you're not obeying the word.

  559. You cannot do.

  560. And what you say daily becomes your reality.

  561. I'm just saying.

  562. What are you saying?

  563. Okay, go to Matthew chapter eight.

  564. Your confession will train your mind, and your mouth will build your inner man.

  565. Matthew chapter eight.

  566. Developing the muscle of your mouth.

  567. Matthew chapter eight.

  568. Watch Jesus.

  569. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I'm not worthy that you will come underneath my roof.

  570. Notice what Jesus said.

  571. Speak the word only.

  572. Train in your mouth.

  573. Speak the word only.

  574. Train in your mouth.

  575. Speak the word only.

  576. Train in your mouth.

  577. Speak the word only.

  578. If you don't have any good thing to say, don't say it.

  579. No.

  580. Speak the word only.

  581. If you're not saying the word, keep your mouth closed.

  582. And when he spoke the word, notice what happened.

  583. He got the result.

  584. His servant was healed.

  585. Go to Mark chapter 11.

    Mark 11 chapter mention

  586. Your mouth is the gateway to your destiny.

  587. It's your mouth.

  588. Mark chapter 11, very familiar, verse number 22.

    Mark 11 chapter mention

  589. And Jesus answered and said unto them, have faith in God.

  590. For verily I say unto you that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, he said unto this mountain, be removed, be cast into the sea.

  591. You don't doubt on your heart, but he believed those things which he said.

  592. He believed those things which he said, you shall have whatsoever you say it.

  593. Let me give you another one.

  594. Job chapter 22.

    Job 22 chapter mention

  595. And this will be the last one.

  596. Job chapter 22, verse number 28.

    Job 22 chapter mention

  597. Thou shalt decree a thing.

  598. Thou shalt decree a thing.

  599. It's interesting about this word decree because this word decree means an unchangeable order that's established by God.

  600. So a decree is an unchangeable order that's established by God.

  601. It doesn't change.

  602. So if I say what God said, it's an unchangeable order that's been established by God.

  603. It shall be established.

  604. It'll be settled and secure on your behalf.

  605. And because of that, he says, the light shall shine upon your ways.

  606. Heaven will respond with the word, not your complaints.

  607. And because this is an order by God, when you say it out of your mouth, you'll have light.

  608. Well, what's light?

  609. Clarity.

  610. Success.

  611. Direction, purpose, because now you are in total alignment, your mouth with God's mouth.

  612. And when you are in line with what God said coming out of your mouth, then you get God results every single time.

  613. You can see your way out of the situation.

  614. I'm closing here.

  615. You can see your way out.

  616. If you get in agreement with what God said.

  617. No matter how it looks, no matter how it feels, no matter how long you've been stuck, His word will unstick you.

  618. Say what God said.

  619. Every head is bowed and every eye is closed in prayer.
