Do you know the Bible is God's Holy Word? Do you know it is
-
inspired, in errant, and infallible? If so, like, share,
-
subscribe and support this podcast. So we are Maranatha Ministries and now Reduction Draweth
-
Nigh. Welcome, Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the program. We're your
-
host Jose and Matthew. Tonight we're going to talk about a very interesting topic
-
that, as far as I know, has been completely rejected by modern theologians.
-
And I don't mean a little bit. I don't mean it's regulated to
-
some deep dark corner at all. I mean period. I mean this is
-
a topic that God comes out very forcibly and talks about and clearly level threats.
-
But today's clergy completely and absolutely do not touch this with a ten foot
-
pole. So most people probably don't even know what I'm talking about when I
-
say that the slaughter of the shepherds that is coming, because I'm here to
-
tell you, ladies and gentlemen, your clergy they are accountable. Now,
-
I said that for a reason, this goes way beyond a pastor. It
-
takes a whole lot more than a pastor to run any church in any city,
-
in any state, it takes a whole lot more than that you have.
-
Of course, the board members. There's always a secretary that takes care
-
of all the finances. This is a quagmire. This is a literal Leviathan.
-
It's a seven headed dragon, to be sure. And it doesn't matter
-
what church you go to, what denomination, what city, what state,
-
it's done this way. There is a clergy behind every church. Jose,
-
what's your thoughts about that? Now? Before you ran across this ministry,
-
had you ever heard that there was going to be a slaughter of these shepherds,
-
that they were actually going to facilitate a very large, end time entity
-
group. Had you ever heard that before? No, Matthew. When it
-
comes to the specific chapter, we're going to cover all the all the study
-
and the and the preaching. I've heard about this chapter has all beginn has
-
all been about the beginning of the chapter, you know, the parts that
-
talk about this king of Babylon. I don't think I've ever heard anyone continue
-
to the end of the chapter and read about the slaughter of the shepherds,
-
because there's pretty specific, specific when it's going to happen. It's not very
-
forgiving of these shepherds, Matthew. We I mean we have read you know,
-
there's there's various chapters in the detail. There's you know, the Gospels
-
allude to it about how the standards that a shepherd is held to. But
-
boy, this Jeremiah twenty five. Let you know what the endgame is,
-
Matthew, And let you know what God has planned for these bad shepherds.
-
Yes, it does. And like I said, very forciately, and once
-
again we're going to have to deal with this issue that and this is another
-
thing we need to talk about out because anybody who might listen to this audio,
-
they're basically, if they're in the West, they're going to have to
-
be one of two things. They're either going to have to be a rapturist
-
or a prayerist. There really isn't any third option, is there, Jose
-
No. So with that being the case, ladies and gentlemen, you need
-
to know that this is what the Lord God himself says. I mean,
-
I can give you chapter in verses, but there's so many. God is
-
going to start the tribulation, that's how it starts. That's a shock to
-
most people's system. But if I don't tell you that right now, you're
-
not going to understand what's being said. And it's that simple. It's just
-
that simple. You need to understand that the Great Day of the Lord,
-
the sick seal event and Revelation that is not the perusia of Christ, and
-
it never was. The text makes itself perfectly clear. This is the Great
-
Day of Hugh who sitteth upon the throne. And if you don't, you
-
don't realize that before we start reading these verses, it is going to confuse
-
you. But look, ladies and gentlemen, this is what the Lord Jesus
-
Christ promised you. He promised you before the Great Tribulation there was going to
-
be birth pains. If you overlay Matthew chapter twenty four with Revelation chapter six,
-
it overlays perfectly, we are going to go through birth pains until the
-
Great Day of the Lord. And it's the Great Day of the Lord that
-
actually starts the Great Tribulation. And if you have never read these verses,
-
if somebody got you caught up in the prior verse, and I understand that,
-
I understand the great riddle posed by verse twenty six and Jeremiah chapter five,
-
the great riddle of Shi shock. That is an app bash cipher for
-
battlon and you need to know that, you need to know that God is
-
riddling it. To you. This is the Assyrian false prophet, the shishak
-
In of Babylon, and he is running lock stock and barrel everything and everybody.
-
So if you don't realize this, it's quite confusing, if you don't
-
understand what's going on that it's God that's orchestrating. Jose said it correctly on
-
the last broadcast we did. Isaiah is very clear about who the Lord acts.
-
He's very clear about that, and that's what is being described here.
-
So what's your thoughts before we get to reading this? What you read over
-
this once? What what stood out to you? I mean, just very
-
simple verses here, not not very many verses at all. What jumped out
-
at you? Yeah, I think you kind of hit it earlier, Matthew.
-
In verse thirty three, it starts, it starts off, and this
-
is by the Lord on that day, on that day that tribulation trigger that
-
stick seal event. This is this is what God's talking about. This is
-
not oh, this is not you know, mid trib This is not you
-
know, a post trip or anything. Like that, this is right.
-
This is how God kicks it off, and this is this is what happens
-
when it kicks off. So you're not giving much of a chance, Matthew
-
to realize what's going on. And all of a sudden we print because God,
-
God's here, He's stepped he's stepped foot on this earth, and he's
-
gonna set things right. And he's starting to here with these shepherds, Matthew,
-
who have been it's been their charge to lead his flock. That's that's
-
what they that's what He put them to do, and that's what they accepted.
-
And and they've been failing in that in that job. They've been leading
-
his flock astray. And like Jesus says in the in the Gospel of Matthew,
-
it would be better that a millston't be tied around the neck, and
-
they were thrown in the season, that they misled one of his little ones.
-
So that this is where God got tipped that straight. Boy, that's
-
one way to put it. This is where God sets it straight. That's
-
a good way to put it. I think I'm gonna jump right in here
-
and read this from the New American Standard Bible of ninety five update. As
-
is the mainstay of this ministry, Ladies and gentlemen, you might want to
-
get yourself a copy if you're going to be participating in this program. So
-
Garami, Chapter twenty five, starting in verse thirty three, those flame by
-
the Lord on that day will be from one end of the earth to the
-
other. They will not be lamented, gathered, or buried. They will
-
be like dung on the face of the ground. Wail you, shepherds,
-
and cry and wallow in ashes, you masters of the flock, for the
-
days of your slaughter and your dispersions have come, and you will fall like
-
a choice vessel. Flight will perish from the shepherds and escape from the masters
-
of the flock. Hear the sound of the cry of the shepherds and the
-
wailing of the masters of the flock, for the lou Lord is destroying their
-
pasture, and peaceful fools are made silent because of the fierce anger of the
-
Lord. He has left his hiding place like a lion, for their land
-
has become a horror because of the fierceness of the oppressing sword, and because
-
of his fierce anger. Oose your thoughts, boy, God can't be more
-
clear than what he gets said there, Matthew. And this should chill everyone
-
who's in any kind of shepherding position, whether that be a children's ministry,
-
whether that be administration in the church, any type of overseer role in the
-
church. I mean, we should be reading this every day, Matthew,
-
just the gentle reminder for what God is telling us, what the consequences of
-
us strain off the path our Matthew. So we can kind of tide us
-
in through what we're reading on Sunday, Matthew. If I take us back
-
to Matthew chapter three, where John the Baptist references Isaiah chapter forty, and
-
I go again to where he's talking to the Sparencies and the Sadducees, which
-
are the shepherds of the Jews in that time. And so he tells him,
-
you root of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath,
-
to come therefore bear fruit and keeping with repentance. Do not suppose you can
-
say to yourself, we have Abraham for our fathers. For I say to
-
you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to Abraham.
-
The axe is already laid at the root of the tree. Therefore every tree
-
that does not very good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
-
And that to me was a warning that John the baptiss was given giving those
-
shepherds Matthew, and of course the warning that he's given to all shepherds di
-
sence. And and again God repeats himself over and over. But he's really
-
being specific here and really putting the the shepherds on on point of what they're
-
supposed to be doing. They're supposed to be leading his flock. And that
-
doesn't mean that they're gonna be prosperous, that doesn't mean that they're gonna,
-
you know, have all these nice ideas. It means that they're they're they're
-
supposed to put themselves on the line, quite possibly sacrificing themselves for the flock
-
of God, because if they don't Matthew, if they take advantage, and
-
if they feed on his slock. This is what God told them, that
-
He's gonna do them. And you know who who would you hear amongst the
-
clergy that would admit this. I mean, I have barely heard any preachers
-
or teachers ever mentioned James chapter three, verse one. Let not many of
-
you become teachers, my brotherren, knowing that as such we will incur a
-
stricter judgment. They don't let the congregations know that, do they. Nope?
-
Nope, they absolutely do not want the congregations to know this. But
-
let's pull apart the particulars. Ladies and gentlemen. He started out verse thirty
-
three for the standard for a reason. You see, he's telling you that
-
the shepherds are illicitly he's not going to kill on that day. That's what
-
he come out and said. He said, now listen, because you're not
-
one of the ones that gets killed. Listen to what they do. They
-
well and cry and wallow in ashes. It says, for the days of
-
your slaughter and your dispersions have come, and you will fall like a choice
-
vessel. He doesn't kill him quick, does he, Jose, No,
-
Matthew. He promises them that they will be dispersed and they will fall by
-
selection. That's why it states a choice vessel. Ladies and gentlemen go to
-
the sixth seal event. What's the group he's talking about, Jose, There's
-
only one group he could be referencing here. If you go to the to
-
the text in question, Ladies and gentlemen, go to Revelation chapter six and
-
look for yourself. Go to the fifth seal. Go to the fifth seal.
-
These martyrs cry out and say, how long, o Lord, Holy
-
and True, will you refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who
-
dwell on the earth? Verse eleven. And there was given to each of
-
them a white robe, and they were told that they should rest a little
-
while lumbered longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who
-
were to be killed, even as they had been, would be completed.
-
Also, what's the next group, Ladies and gentlemen, you can't turn the
-
page into the book of Revelation from the great day of the now, Look
-
what did Jeremiah just say? On that great day? Everything stops and these
-
shepherds are singled out, and what happens they get numbered. If you were
-
wondering who the one hundred and forty four thousand was from Revelation Chap. Seven,
-
it's the shepherds, and they've been marked for death. We can absolutely
-
prove this because they're sealed. Because verse three of Revelation chapter seven says,
-
do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees. Until we have
-
sealed the bond servants of our God on their foreheads. They're marked for death.
-
Ladies and gentlemen, you can go to Revelation chapter twenty and find out
-
exactly what happens to them. It's very plain to the text what happens.
-
Go to Revelation chapter twenty, verse four. Then I saw thrones, and
-
then that settled them. Judgment was given to them. And I saw the
-
souls who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the
-
word of God, and those who had not worshiped the Beast or his image,
-
and and not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand,
-
and they came to life and rad with Christ for a thousand years. Of
-
course, they couldn't take the mark of the beast. God had sealed them
-
on their foreheads. Correct. Whose correct? So when you realize this is
-
the rhyme to the reason, you're going to see it everywhere. If you
-
think that Jeremiah chapter twenty five is the only time he comes out and talks
-
about, you're seriously mistaken. Has anybody ever bothered to read Ezekiel chapter thirty
-
four, because he comes right out and gives massive details there. There is
-
no mistaking what God's intentions are. But it's just amazing that people won't follow
-
through with eschatology. It really does amaze me. It amazes me that they
-
will not follow suit with eschatology. If he said this and Jeremiah chapter twenty
-
five, you would think that it would behoove people to look for other instances
-
of that, don't you, Josey? Yes, they would, Matthew.
-
So why do you think they don't do it? It's just right now they're
-
caught up in a different doctrine that does repeats that. They're caught up in
-
one saved alway, save they're caught up in some form of justifying Antinomianism.
-
That's the only they wouldn't search it out, because it's very clearly here.
-
If I was the shepherd, Matthew, this would be a chapter that I
-
would I would be breaking down in the Hebrew and the Greek and trying to
-
figure out what God's trying to tell me, because he, like you said,
-
given us a warning. And if you don't take this to heart,
-
and you don't, if you don't, you know, drink of it and
-
eat of it every day, you're you're gonna you're gonna fall, fall,
-
fall to it, Matthew. There's just again that the the devil is aiming
-
at the shepherds and and he's gonna throw every temptation that you, just like
-
you threw all the temptations at Jesus. And so boy, it's a hard
-
it's a hard hell to climb, Matthew, to be a shepherd. And
-
so so like you said, they need to be really they need to be
-
looking. That's what they need to be studied. There's there's just if it's
-
there, there's salvation at that risk, Matthew, if they don't do that.
-
Because yeah, we know a large group of the shepherds are numbered,
-
but I guarantee you, Matthew, there's some that that that aren't gonna be
-
up to task and that and are not fieled, and you you don't want
-
to be in that group. You know what amazes me is what else God
-
says he himself is going to do on this day. And of course we
-
covered it last time with Isaiah chapter forty. He comes right out and tells
-
you what he himself is going to do. So it's not like the woman,
-
well, let's rephrase that it's not like the church, which according to
-
Romans chapter nine, verse eleven, is Israel. Yes, it is.
-
The church has nothing to worry about. The Church is going to be going
-
to be protected, going to be elevated physically. So, ladies and gentlemen,
-
you have to understand what's going on here. God steps in and just
-
like for the forty years in the wilderness, he is personally going to be
-
taking care of you. That is what Isaiah chapter forty said. Correct,
-
hose we did read it last week, yepes he did. So listen to
-
this, ladies and gentlemens. I read a little bit from Isegon chapter thirty
-
four, starting with the top of the chapter. Just listen, just listen.
-
He's going to tell you exactly what He's going to do. Then the
-
word of the Lord came to me, saying, son a man, the
-
PROPHESI against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to those shepherds, says
-
the Lord God, woe shepherds of Israel, who have been feeding themselves.
-
Should not the shepherds feed the flock. You eat the fat and close yourselves
-
with wool. You slaughter the fat sheep without feeding the flock those who are
-
sickly. You not strengthened the disease. You have not healed the broken,
-
You have not bound up the scattered. You have not brought back, nor
-
have you sought the loss. But with force and with severity you have dominated
-
them. They were scattered for lack of a shepherd, and they became food
-
for every beast of the field. And were scattered. My flock wandered through
-
the mountains and on every high hill. My flock was scattered over the surface
-
of the earth, and there was no one to search or sink for them.
-
Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the Lord. As I
-
live, declares the Lord. Surely, because my flock has become prey.
-
My flock has even become food for the beast of the field for lack of
-
a shepherd. And my shepherds did not search for my flock, but rather
-
the shepherds fed themselves and did not feed my flock. Therefore, you shepherds
-
hear the word of the Lord, that says the Lord God. Behold,
-
I am against the shepherds, and I will demand my sheep from them and
-
make them cease from feeding sheep. So the shepherds will not feed themselves anymore,
-
but I will deliver my flock from their mouth, so that they will
-
not be food for them. For them, said the Lord God Behold,
-
I myself will search for my sheep and seek them out as a shepherd cares
-
for his herd in the day when he is among his scattered sheep. So
-
I will take care of my sheep, and I will deliver them from all
-
the places which they were scattered on a cloudy and gloomy day. Now I
-
can keep reading. God just said he's going to do this. He's going
-
to get back and he's going to take all the congregations. He's going to
-
take the congregations from the clergy. Huge different phraseology here. He said he's
-
going to take his flocks from the shepherds. This is what he's going to
-
do. This is exactly what the Book of Revelation says. Well, it's
-
it's what everything says. Everything says this. Now, I mean, I
-
just have a flood of verses coming to my mind right now, and it
-
just reminds me of Ezekiel chapter twenty. And everybody's probably sitting there too,
-
like, what is Matthew talking about ladies and gentlemen. God describes again exactly
-
what he's going to do in Ezekiel chapter twenty, verses thirty three through forty
-
four. We don't have time to cover that. It's enough for you to
-
believe what I just read from Ezel chapter thirty four, and I could keep
-
going. He listen verse thirteen. I will continue. I will bring them
-
out from the people's and gather them from the countries and bring them to their
-
own land, and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel by the
-
streams, and then inhabited places of the land. I will feed them in
-
a good pasture, and their grazing gown will be their grazing ground will be
-
on the mountains of heights of Israel. They will lie down in good grazing
-
ground and feed in Okay, Jose, was there a question about who he
-
was talking about? No, there wasn't the Matthew. The think we said
-
that he's gonna put throw Shepherd out of a job. He's gonna come down
-
and do it himself. And it's no secret when he's done this before.
-
He How is it that the church has amnesia from the forty years of wandering
-
in the wilderness. It blows me away. How they have amnesia? Ladies
-
and gentlemen, God did this very He was there for it. Look,
-
this wasn't just at the Red Sea crossing. Ladies and gentlemen. The pillar
-
of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night was there for forty
-
years. Hose how long did they eat mena old the whole time they were
-
there? Matthew, I don't understand why this is it preached from all the
-
pulpits because God literally says in Revelation chapter fourteen, this is exactly what He's
-
going to do with his with the woman with the bride. This passage is
-
referring to the church as a flock. Revelation chapter twelve states illicitly there's birth
-
pains, and during the birth pains, she flees into the wilderness, and
-
then an event happens and she is taken to a place prepared for her by
-
God. Ladies and gentlemen, did you not hear what I just said?
-
What I just read? Did not God just say, Jose, how He's
-
going to prepare a place for you? Yes? He did? I mean,
-
is that not exactly what he said? Yeah's exactly what he said in
-
Isaiah forty Matthew, like a shepherd. He will attend and slock in his
-
arm. He will gather the lamb and carry them in his bosom. He
-
will gently lead the nursing ews. You know, give us some commentary,
-
jose Well, Matthew, I think I think that when we go back to
-
Revelation twelve, it comes to that that we use to to discuss these antime
-
entities. And we've discussed how you have the male child that's taken up to
-
heaven, and that tells us about Revelations fourteen, and various chapters in the
-
Old Testament tells us that this this group is called the Musha. Those are
-
the ones that are replacing the heavenly hosts that fall with Satan. And we're
-
told about the woman that's taken to a place prepared. That's who this These
-
shepherd are both to be taken care of, but they're not doing their jobs.
-
So God has to step in and take care of that woman himself.
-
Shepherd, shepherd his flock. You know this is sometimes just heard too sometimes
-
just for to have the techno epigelia right. That children of the promise,
-
those that that have given, those that God has given his promises to and
-
he will fulfill those promises. But also in Revelations chapter twelve, you have
-
what's described as the rest of her children, and we're told that the dragon
-
goes after them. We're told that they have to endure until the end.
-
And then from there we jump right into Revelations chapter thirteen, wherefore we see
-
what happened to them, because, like you said, Matthew, they've been
-
sealed by God. But for whatever reason, they were knuckleheads, they fell
-
into whatever whatever reason is they at that point in time, on that great
-
day when the Lord kicks off the stick deal, they were not where they
-
should be. They were not doing what they should be doing, and so
-
therefore they have to endure the tribulation. And we're told in Revelation thirteen that
-
what that is that they do hold of the law and they do hold of
-
the testimony, and because of that they have to lose their head. They're
-
killed by the beast, and of course they have a reward because of that,
-
because they've been sealed by God, and because they do not worship the
-
beast the image of the beast, they do not take the mark. They
-
have their reward in Revelations chapter twenty. You know, Matthew, that's that's
-
not that's not the group you want to be in, Matthew. That's that's
-
what's severe tempting that faith. Our faith is going to be tempted in those
-
ten days before we're taking to a place that's been prepared and the woman is
-
going to be tested in the wilderness. There's there's still a process that has
-
to go through coors rebellion that has to occur in the wilderness. But boy,
-
Matthew, those that those that have to endure the tribulation, those that
-
have to give up their life for the law and the testimony, Matthew,
-
that that's just not where you want to be in these end times. You
-
know, it bags the question. I mean, I understand that you referred
-
to it as a reward, and certainly ruling and reigning with Christ is a
-
reward, right or is it a job? It is a job also happening,
-
absolutely, so, I mean we know that the church, every tear
-
is going to be wipe from our eye, right, yes, but I
-
have no more worries anymore, right, correct? You do realize that's diametrically
-
opposed to the aspect of ruling and reigning. They're not anywhere similar. And
-
it amazes me how people don't get that, It really does. It amazes
-
me how people do not get that. But ladies, the church gets to
-
be the bride of Christ, this group that we're talking about, they don't,
-
do you understand? They're the ones that create the atmosphere that we enjoy
-
the marriage supper of the Lamb. This is this is common knowledge. I
-
mean, is that not common knowledge that when we enter the kingdom of EVM
-
it's supposed to be bliss right right, Matthew. There I hear a lot
-
of Christian commentators and when they start discussing this, I just can't help I
-
mean, I can't help but saying, but think in my head that how
-
how could you say that the bridegroom is going to put the bride to work
-
when they say stuff like we are going to rule and ring with Christ.
-
If you're the bride, Matthew, the bridegroom is not going to put you
-
to work. You're gonna enjoy. You're there for for his employment and his
-
love. So it's just it creates a conundrum when you you corner clergy with
-
with these with these conundrums, it amazes me that the sometimes dead, you
-
know, look in the eye that you get like they have no idea what
-
you're talking about. Well, what are you talking about? So you know,
-
if you have a degree to be in that pulpit, you're telling me
-
you've never read Jeremiah or Ezekiel. How could you not know of the slaughter
-
of the shepherds, Because well, I appreciate you have that master's degree.
-
It's referring to you, and it it just shows me. It shocks me
-
that people do not know this. They don't even understand why it's happening.
-
And to me, there's absolutely no excuse for not knowing. I mean,
-
don't many many many Christians say that they read through the Bible every year?
-
Yep. Do they even have apps for that? Matthew? That people you
-
now? I mean, I don't know. It's just it's just bothersome to
-
me that people just they're disconnected from these realities. I mean, we can
-
jump over there real quick and read it, because it's just it's just pounding
-
this this hole in my head. I just can't can't get away from it.
-
So listen very carefully, ladies, gentlemen, does this sound like you're
-
reigning and ruling. Is this what this says? Okay? Verse three,
-
Revelation, chapter twenty one. And I heard a loud voice from the throne
-
saying, the Tabernacle of God is among men, and he will dwell among
-
them, and they shabell his people, and God himself will be among them,
-
and he will wipe every tear from their eyes. And there will be
-
no longer any death. There will no longer be any mourning or crying or
-
pain. The first things have passed away. I don't understand how administration of
-
the whole planet could equate to that. I just I don't get it.
-
It's obvious that he is speaking about two different groups here. I mean,
-
it even states in verse six of Revelation, chapter twenty it says, Blessed
-
than Holy is the one who has part in the first resurrection over these the
-
second death. There's no power, but they will be priest of God and
-
of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. Hold they Does
-
it sound like they're married to him? No, that's not what he said.
-
That's not what he said at all. I mean, I don't ladies
-
and gentlemen, It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
-
This group that gets numbered in Revelation chapter seven, they're beheaded because they can't
-
take the mark of the beast. It's obviously they are not the bride.
-
You can't be a priest and a bride at the same time. So you
-
know, once you start having this conversation with people and you start just showing
-
them some elementary passages relating to this, they're like, oh, my goodness,
-
how could this be an entire group? And I don't know about it.
-
I don't know you you obviously never read at least Jeremiah chapter twenty five,
-
because Jeremiah chapter twenty five even comes out and tells you who the beast
-
is by the at Bash stiper. It calls him Shishak. That is an
-
at Bas cipher. It's a substitution cipher where you substitute the first for the
-
last. You substitute the last for the first, So you take the first
-
letter of the Hebrew alphabet and swap it with the last letter in the Hebrew
-
alphabet. It's an at Bat sipher. So you know, these couple of
-
chapters that we've covered, You know, I certainly didn't read all the verses
-
from is it your chapter thirty four? But oh my goodness, it is
-
plain, isn't it, Jose? Is he not making himself perfectly clear?
-
Yeah? He is, Matthew. Absolutely, Can I read from one Peter
-
Chapter five, He's got some interesting things here to say about shepherds. Absolutely
-
so from verse one, Therefore, I exhort the elders among you, as
-
your fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker also
-
of the glory that is to be revealed, shepherd the flock of God among
-
you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but voluntarily according to the will
-
of God, and not persordid gain, but its eagerness, nor yet assarding
-
it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the
-
flock. And when the chief shepherd appears, you will receive the unsating crown
-
of glory. And I'm going to jump down the verse six. Therefore,
-
humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you at
-
the proper time, casting all your anxiety on him, because He cares for
-
you. Be a sober spirit, Be on alert your adversary. The devil
-
crowds around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour, but resist. Confirm
-
in your face, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by
-
your brethren who are in the world after you have suffered for a little while.
-
The God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in
-
Christ wild himself perfect, Confirm, strengthen, and establish you can him be
-
dominion forever and ever. Amen, Matthew. If that doesn't sound like Revelations
-
chapter twelve and the Revelation chapter twenty, I don't know what does. You
-
certainly are right about that, but people's probably never read those verses in that
-
context. They've never read it in that context. Having well, if they've
-
at least read Jeremiah chapter twenty five or Ezekiel chapter thirty four, either they
-
didn't understand it or they just blew right through it. And I don't see
-
how the Holy Spirit would lead someone to let that just go over their heads,
-
do you, no, Matthew. He's supposed to be there to comfort
-
and edify us. Yes, And if that's not happening, then then you're
-
not You're not fulfilling what was in the initial verses there of verse Peter five.
-
So once people see that this is facilitating a major function in the Kingdom
-
of Heaven, it really will get your gears turning in a different way.
-
And you know, going back, there's something I wanted to bring up.
-
Let me jump back over there. I uh, I seen it, and
-
I didn't say anything when I read it, And now I'm gonna lost my
-
place. I was, ah, present some commentary, Why I get this
-
straightened out? Please? Sure? So when I read verse Peter, chapter
-
five, I'm reading this of God telling the elders what they're supposed to be
-
doing. And so again, and that's your warning, that's God giving you
-
your marching orders. This is how a shepherd is supposed to act. And
-
yeah, we're going to face tribulation in this world. Now there are even
-
shepherds that are martyred now. But to me, from verse six through eleven,
-
it's very clearly God again emphasizing what's going to happen in the end time
-
after that great day. These are going to be those shepherds that don't leave
-
their flock that God got to come down himself and lead their flock. And
-
so you're you're you're talking about that the devil here prowling like a warring lion.
-
In Revelation twelve, we're told about the dragon seeking to devour the rest
-
of her children. I mean, we're very clearly verses ten and eleven he's
-
talking about when when he raises these martyrs, those that are talked about in
-
the fifth steal. Right, So after the rest of your brother that number
-
of the rest of your brethren are accomplished, That's who this is talking about.
-
And now God raises that group, strengthens him and established him to rule
-
with him, to be that dominion forever and ever that we're told about in
-
Revelation chapter twenty. So to me, you're getting two sides of the same
-
coin. Here in First Perio chapter five, you're getting the warning, and
-
then you're also being told when you miss that warning that you still need to
-
endure. A lot of the shepherds, I know, even though they may
-
not be leaving their flock correctly, they may be in then that matter.
-
They've been through seminary, they've studied their Bible, they probably grew up in
-
church. These shepherds are not ignorant of the word, they're just choosing to
-
ignore it. And so all of that is going to hit them once they
-
realize that God's word is true and everything that he said is going to happen
-
is true, and it's happening exactly the way he laid it out in his
-
word, and they just missed the bus. And so now they have to
-
endure the beast. They have to endure the events of Revelations chapter thirteen.
-
They have to humble thoselves and they have to endure. So, boy,
-
I read One Peter five many times, but this is the first time that
-
I'm reading it in this context. And again, it's beautiful. It's it's
-
overwhelming, isn't it. It is, Matthew, because once absolutely, once
-
you see it, you can't escape it, can you. Nope. I
-
mean it's just like when I tell people that, by the way, Firstsalonians
-
chapter five comes out and tells you exactly what's going to happen, they don't
-
see it until I showed them, and they're like, well, that can't
-
be right. Well, yeah, that's what he states. That's what it
-
says. You know what blows me away that people. Look, let's go
-
back to Ezekiel chapter thirty four, Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to read
-
it again. Verse eight. But he's going to say something that should trigger
-
a remembrance or in you, because this is one of the most important phrases
-
in the history of mankind that's really made God mad, really made him mad.
-
Verse eight. As I live, declares the Lord, surely, because
-
my flock has become pray. Uh oh, let's go back to numbers fourteen.
-
Does anybody remember that verse three? And wherefore hath the Lord brought us
-
into this land to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children
-
should become pray wear it not better for us to return to Egypt. Deuteronomy,
-
chapter one, verse thirty nine. Moreover, your little ones, which
-
you said would be his prey, and your children, which in that day
-
had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither and to
-
them I will give it and they shall possess it. So when I was
-
reading that, if you didn't catch auto, that's what God was saying,
-
that the shepherds had done to his church. This is one of the worst
-
things that anyone has ever said that made God mad. Whenever the children of
-
Israel said our children will become pray and he used the same phraseology here towards
-
the shepherds, and you should know in your heart that means it's endgame for
-
somebody, and that somebody is detailed Ezekiel thirty four. In Jeremiah twenty five,
-
it is the shepherds, and they are duly marked for death. You
-
know, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out. If you go
-
back to the inception, who was counted at the beginning of numbers? It
-
amazes me. It was all the look numbers and chapter one. Then the
-
Lord spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai in the tint of meeting in
-
the first of the second month and the second year, after they had come
-
up from the land of Egypt, saying, take instant of all the congregation
-
of the sons of Israel, by their families, by their father's households,
-
according to the number of names, every male, head by head. So
-
when the Book of Revelations starts numbering people, and it's very clear from numbers
-
chapter one, what's going on, ladies and gentlemen, who's being numbered at
-
the beginning of the tribulation is the same exact group. It's all the leaders,
-
and multiple prophetic chapters tell you exactly who it is. It's the shepherds.
-
There's going to be a slaughter of the shepherds. They do not get
-
taken to a place that's prepared. They're marked for death. I mean,
-
he made himself perfectly clear in all the narratives that we read. He's going
-
to take his flock, right, jose Yes, and the shepherds he hammers
-
them out. That's plain what he was saying. That's plain what he meant.
-
So if these bullet points are not on your end time timeline, you
-
need to rethink your eschatology. And as a reminder, this ministry is neither
-
rapturist nor preyerist. We cannot possibly give you our entire eschatological viewpoint in a
-
few short minutes. But if you didn't know the slaughter of the shepherds was
-
coming, now you do. On the day of the Lord, it's going
-
to be a bad day for the clergy. I don't care what church you're
-
in. So we're talking about the Presbyterians, the Baptist, the Wesleyans,
-
the Methodist, Lotti Dottie, everybody, the Catholics, the Orthodox, all
-
of God's Sheep, all of God's Church, and all of the clergy is
-
in for a very bad day because the aforementioned reasons that God himself gave.
-
I don't need to in commentary on what God himself said. He gave you
-
a list as to why he was doing this to the clergy. One thing
-
is for sure. Jeremiah chapter twenty five made it perfectly clear that they were
-
going to be willing because he didn't exterminate him with everybody else that he destroys
-
when he comes. You know, Jose, get back to Jeremiah chapter twenty
-
five, and this time you read it. It's not very long, just
-
a few short verses start from verse thirty three. And this time, ladies
-
and gentlemen, let us sink in the clergy don't get to die. Read
-
it for us, Jose. All right, those put to death by the
-
Lord on that day will be from one end of the earth to the other.
-
They will not be mourned, gathered, or buried. They will be
-
like done on the fates of the ground. Wail you shepherds, and cry
-
out wallow in the dust, you masters of the flock, for the days
-
of your slaughter and your dispersions have come, and you will fall like a
-
precious vessel. There will be no sanctuary for the shepherds, nor escape for
-
the masters of the flock. Hear the sound of the cry of the shepherds
-
and the wailing of the masters of the flock, for the Lord is destroying
-
their pasture, and the peaceful grazing places are devastated because of the fierce anger
-
of the Lord. He has left his hiding place like the lion, for
-
their land has become a horror because of the fierceness of the oppressing sword,
-
and because of his fierce anger. You put that in context, ladies and
-
gentlemen, and everything makes sense. You have to you have to categorically establish
-
the end time entities and know this in your heart. The shepherds are marked
-
for death, and they are slaughtered because there's nowhere to run from. The
-
beast is their jose, No, there is it, Matthew. Can you
-
can you hide from an angel? Jose? No, servant. Is it
-
not true that if you do not take the mark of the beast, what
-
happens you will lose your head? Period? That's what God word says,
-
right, there's no escaping. Look, we're not talking about just the beast,
-
Ladies and gentlemen. It clearly states in multiple occasions and it also stated
-
it in Isaiah chapter forty one third of the angels are gonna be here.
-
Maybe you can evade one How on earth do you contemplate in your mind you're
-
going to be able to evade one third of the entire host of heaven.
-
And God just gave intimate details about what He's going to do to the clergy,
-
because I assure you I've been to midnight Mass many times. I have
-
the secret access code to synagogues. I've been to Baptist churches, I've been
-
to Lutherans, and I'm here to tell you every single place that i went,
-
no matter what the building was, I found Christians there in every single
-
one of them. And the ones who have divided us and fed off of
-
us, have taken our tithed and done whatever their want and pleasures was.
-
They're going to be marked for death. It's their fault that we've been divided.
-
It was always the clergy's fault. If you think that just because you're
-
a let's say, a Pentecostal, if you actually think that you couldn't go
-
to a place where many Catholics were gathered and just open up a conversation and
-
not mention the word Catholic and not mention the word Protestant, and talk with
-
him. Hey, do you follow the ten Commandments? Hey? Do you
-
believe in the Lord Jesus Christ? Hey, and you have this conversation with
-
him, guess what You're going to find out? That God's flock is everywhere,
-
and it is the shepherds that has divided them and conquered them and butchered
-
them to nothing. And God just told you in multiple chapters what he's going
-
to do about it. And the Lord seems out he's God. I assure
-
you that is what's going to happen. Jose, you're closing comments, Please
-
no, Matthew. I think it's it's detrimentally important to shepherds of any kind
-
to reread these verses and to understand these chapters, understand what they're actually signing
-
up for. Much better for you to be in the flock and to be
-
that woman that's taken to a place prepared, because if you're if you're one
-
of those shepherds, boy, there's there's just so many words that that God
-
tells us that's gonna happen to us if we don't know what we're supposed to
-
be doing, Matthew, And so I exhort the listener to pray for their
-
shepherds, whether that, whatever clergy, whatever church you attend, pray for
-
them. Exhort the Lord to be with them, Exhort the Lord to lead
-
them, because if they don't do their job and the Lord's got to replace
-
them and take their flock, it's going to be a rough, rough time
-
for them in that great day. So that those are kind of my closing
-
thoughts, Matthew, God doesn't mess around. God tells us what he's going
-
to do. He tells us over and over, and he makes it and
-
he makes it clear. So I just pray for the shepherds out there,
-
and I pray that they listen to God's word. I'm not done yet.
-
Can you go to Revelation chapter twelve and read verse seventeen for me? Please?
-
Yes, they can. So the dragon was enraged with the woman and
-
went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the
-
commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. So now you know
-
the shepherds have a name. Now they're designated as the rest of her children.
-
Let's go to Isaiah chapter twenty six, and verse seventeen. As a
-
pregnant woman approaches the time to give birth, she rises and cries out in
-
her labor pains. Thus we were before you, Lord, We were pregnant,
-
we writhed in labor, we gave birth. It seems only to win.
-
We could not accomplish deliverance for the earth, nor were the inhabitants of
-
the world born. Now the next first it begins to talk about the rest
-
of her children. Your dead will live, their corpses will rise you,
-
who lie in the dust, awake and shout for joy, for your do
-
is as the do at the dawn, and the earth will give birth to
-
departed spirits. So the rest of her children is those of the first Resurrection
-
from Revelation chapter twenty. So now you can lay hold to one of these
-
in time entities, ladies and gentlemen. It is referred to as the rest
-
of her children. They are referred to as the shepherds, and they will
-
be slaughtered. It's referred to as the first group of the one and forty
-
four thousand. Revelation chapter seven and Revelation chapter fourteen is talking about two different
-
groups. It's not the same group of one hundred and forty four thousand.
-
But right here Isaiah chapter twenty six was very blunt. It's said that one
-
group was going to be children, much like God talked about in Deuteronomy chapter
-
one, and the rest of the children are the clergy. So I hope
-
you've learned something. I truly hope you've been Edifiedjse. Can you take us
-
out in prayer? Please? Yes, I can you're have any Father,
-
I thank you again for allowing us the time to gather. Lord. There's
-
much worries of the world, much responsibilities, and much duties that we have,
-
but we are eternally grateful that you've set aside time for us to gather
-
together at the study your word. Father. Today I pray for the family
-
of my friend. They have lost him. He has passed away, Lord,
-
and I just asked that they remember the love that he shared with everyone
-
around him, and that they are reminded that that love comes from you and
-
from your Son and from the Holy Spirit. Father. Please let this time
-
be it time to gather more people to you, Lord, that in their
-
morning they may be blessed by your Holy Spirit. And I asked this in
-
the name of your Son, my Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ. Amen,
-
Amen and Amen un till next time, ladies and gentlemen, God bless,
