  1. Do you know the Bible is God's Holy Word? Do you know it is

  2. inspired, in errant, and infallible? If so, like, share,

  3. subscribe and support this podcast. So we are mere Natho Ministries and now Reduction

  4. Draweth Nigh. Welcome, Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the program. We're

  5. your host Leonard and Matthew. Tonight we're once again talking about the Book of

  6. Jude. You know, Leonard, this is a few sessions in into it.

  7. Why don't you why don't you tell us what what God has been putting

  8. on your heart this week concerning this very small Book of Jude. It's very

  9. short, but it has a sister chapter in Second Peter, chapter two,

  10. and it is a dynamic that is absolutely critical for Christians today because this stuff

  11. is rampant in the church. It's absolutely rampant. It is rampant in Christian

  12. institutions. What do I mean by that, Leonard? I personally have been

  13. involved in networks that on their face they were promoted as Christian networks and then

  14. behind the scenes, I assure you they were absolutely not Christian organizations. And

  15. people need to know that. I've encountered this with with Christian groups that assist

  16. in feeding the hungry, they assist in getting clothing to the needy. And

  17. I'm here to tell you that I've been in the back rooms dealing with these

  18. people and they're absolutely not Christian. So this just isn't with the Church.

  19. This is with any Christian organization that these people have crept into. So what

  20. has the Lord been laying on your heart this week concerning this situation that has

  21. arisen in the Book of Jude. Well, you know, one of the

  22. people that I've been training has been going through you know, he was saved

  23. and and he's ever since I've been talking to you, I just want to

  24. get my life back with the Lord, right. But he was telling me

  25. about these churches that he was going to and how one church was like,

  26. well you absolutely need to They were kind of like a cult, and they

  27. were trying to get involved in every aspect of his life, sex, life,

  28. everything. And I think it kind of left like a bad taste in

  29. his mouth towards these people, because a lot of the people that he's seen

  30. end up being very hypocritical in themselves. And then he was telling me about

  31. some other woman that he was dating and how the church that she was going

  32. to the elders there, they were doing a lot of this sexual stuff,

  33. man, And it's just sad that the more that we're reading, in reading

  34. this, it's just being more evident of what we're seeing today in at least

  35. in the churches around me. And it's to me it's a scary thing because

  36. I you know, I've always never I mean, I guess I've always noticed

  37. it, but never really paid full attention as much as I am now.

  38. And even when I talk to my wife, we're like, man, like,

  39. you know, we go to church and you just can't You just can't

  40. trust anybody, you know, because you don't know as soon as they're like,

  41. hey, let's uh, we're gonna be watching the game, or we're

  42. gonna be doing all this stuff. And it's like all that stuff to me

  43. is just like it doesn't make any sense, you know. They don't even

  44. talk about what's going on as far as in times things or or sin being

  45. crept into the school system or just any nothing. Everything is very hyper spiritual,

  46. and there's some good messages that I hear at church, right, and

  47. but it's not it's like they're holding back and they don't want to offend anybody.

  48. And I think in that not worried about what people think and worry about

  49. offending people, you're not allowing the correction of God or you know, the

  50. conviction of God to flow through where people have to look at their lives.

  51. Because if you're a shepherd and the only time they really hear any type of

  52. preaching is when they go to church on Sunday or Wednesday, I think it's

  53. your I think, I know it's your responsibility to allow the Holy Spirit to

  54. work through you to be able to, you know, help those that are

  55. called you know. I mean that's what I've been seeing this week though,

  56. Well that's absolutely the case. I mean, this is a redundant message in

  57. the New Testament. I mean we can go when you deal with any of

  58. the chapters dealing with the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit, you

  59. know, go to well Romans chapter twelve, First Grankings Chapter twelve, those

  60. type of instances, those types of situation. It is absolutely detrimental that we

  61. do our part because if we don't do our part, the other members can't

  62. do their part. So we are we are entangled. You know. Not

  63. only that, none of that, Matthew, we every single one that is

  64. called by God, and you know that you call yourself a brother and sister

  65. of Christ. There should be a difference. People should see a difference in

  66. you. They should see something that's different than them. And that's what I've

  67. you know, lately, I've gotten that a lot where people always say,

  68. man, there's you're just different. Man. You know, like you're just

  69. different. You're not like, you know, like people that I go to

  70. church with. You're just different. You don't cuss, you don't you know,

  71. you're just you're real patient with people. You know, you're just different.

  72. And so when I talk to them about God, they give an ear

  73. to hear because they see the difference in my life. They see it,

  74. and I think, as a Christian people should see there should be a line

  75. in the sand. There should be a difference between you and them, between

  76. the unrighteous and lawless, between the spiritual and the worldly, the flesh.

  77. There has to be The lawless shouldn't look at you and think you're the same

  78. like them, Absolutely not. They should see something different than them, which

  79. is the righteousness of God within you. I think that more than anything,

  80. that's what the Lord has been putting in my heart. You know all this

  81. week is just that separation. There has to be a clear separation between those

  82. that are called and those that are not, those that are righteous and those

  83. that are lawless, those that live by the spirit and those that live by

  84. the flesh. There has to be If people look at you and they see

  85. themselves, then there's a problem. You need to evaluate yourself. There should

  86. be a complete separation. There are absolutely will there has to be. I

  87. mean, let's talk about it. Just keeps coming back to my mind.

  88. First Corinthians, chapter five, verse thirteen. I'll read it from the New

  89. American Standard Bible. But those who are outside God judges remove the wicked man

  90. from among yourselves. I appreciate that's what it says. But I know what

  91. This is a direct quote from This is a direct quote from Deuteronomy seventeen seven,

  92. seventeen twelve, nineteen, nineteen, twenty one, twenty one? Is

  93. it twenty two twenty two, twenty one, twenty two to twenty two?

  94. I better stop right there. No, it's another two twenty two twenty four

  95. as well. Here. Let me look that. Yes, and it's this

  96. this this Old Testament phrase, purge the evil from among you. Now,

  97. let's jump over here too. I think that's how the kJ V words it.

  98. Let me jump over to the KJV. No, it says thou shalt

  99. put the evil from away from you. Yeah, you shall put away the

  100. evil from you. But the New American Standard Bible has that thou shalt,

  101. not yeah, you shall purge the evil. That's the phraseology uses. So

  102. in this instance the NIV the NAASB and very frustrating because it should be using

  103. the exact same phraseology because it is direct quote. And I see that it's

  104. not into footnotes as well, But anyway, I know it's a direct quote

  105. because I'm sitting here looking at the original language. So this is this is

  106. extremely important, and this is why the judgment of these people are so harsh.

  107. But you must purge the evil from among you. And if we go

  108. back to Jude and look at what is happening here, you know, let

  109. me back up a minute. Let me talk about a very simple Greek word,

  110. and it's translated variously heavenly places or in the heavenlyes. Sometimes it's stated,

  111. but let's go take a look at just a Book of Ephesians. When

  112. it uses this magnificent Greek word, it's g twenty thirty two. Ladies and

  113. gentlemen, write this down. You need to know it. It means above

  114. heaven, so literally speaking, if you translate this into the English, it

  115. means celestial or heavenly, and take a listen to when God uses it.

  116. So here in his verse it's it's heavenly. So Ephisians chapter one, verse

  117. three, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who

  118. has blessed us with every spiritual blame in the heavenly places in Christ. Literally

  119. in the Greek, this says, epiorno Cristos. What does that mean?

  120. I mean your destiny and your inheritance once you become a Christian is in the

  121. heavenly places where Christ is. Christ is above the heavens. He sets at

  122. the right hand of the Father. Correct, Leonard. Yes, you can't

  123. go no higher than that, correct, right, That's as high as you

  124. go. He repeats this repeatedly in effusions Ifsion chapter one, verse twenty,

  125. which he brought about in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated

  126. him at the right hand in the Epierano the heavenly places. He fids in

  127. chapter two, verse six, and raised us up with him and seated us

  128. with him in the heavenly places in Christ, Jesus. Did you understand what

  129. that just said, Leonard? Because I don't think most Christians understood what that

  130. verse just said. Let me just listen to my voice, Leonard. I'll

  131. start reading in verse four. But God, being rich in mercy, because

  132. of his great love with which he loved us even when we were dead in

  133. our transgressions, made us a live together with Christ. By grace you have

  134. been saved and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the

  135. heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Leonard, do you understand what that just said?

  136. Yeah, we're seated with Christ. You know, I've heard that with

  137. people saying that before, but they said very loosely, like not in a

  138. in a way of reverence. They're just like, oh, we're sitting in

  139. heavenly places right now, so you know we can we have all authority.

  140. You know, it's I mean, but when you think about it, that's

  141. there's no higher place. Well, well, let's let's go the next sentence.

  142. Let's go to Phision, chapter three, verse ten, because this is

  143. really going to rattle your cage. Verse ten. So that the manifold wisdom

  144. of God might now be made known through the Church to the rulers and the

  145. authorities in the heavenly places. Ladies and gentlemen, the Bible, God's Holy

  146. Word just said you outrank the angels. Did you catch that, Leonard,

  147. Because that's exactly what the Bible said, right Ephsions, chapter six, verse

  148. twelve. Or our struggles not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,

  149. against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the

  150. spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. I just read to you five

  151. different verses that said you are above them, You're over there. God has

  152. placed our destiny in the lap of Christ, which is setting right next to

  153. him. Wow. Now listen, this is why the Book of Jude says

  154. that when you do this, you are like the angels that fell in Genesis

  155. six. It likens you to them. Next, it likens you to the

  156. reverse of that coin. What's the reverse of that coin? We know what

  157. happens in Sodomon Gomorna. The two angels went down to fetch job, and

  158. it says every man, woman and child show up to rape those angels.

  159. Right, Jude and second Peter chapter two comes right out and tells you that

  160. in the same way people did the same thing. They went after strange flesh

  161. and gross and morality. Because the first time around the right it was the

  162. angels that took wives from whoever they chose. But in the valley of Sodomy

  163. Goemora, the people were raping the angels. And what does the scriptures say.

  164. It says they were able to do this because the angels did not protect

  165. themselves. It comes right out and tells you what happens. Swiss, jump

  166. back over there real quick, and let's really look, let's really scrutinize this.

  167. Let miss let me get over to it. See here, okay,

  168. verse six, and the angels who did not keep their own domain, but

  169. abandon their proper abode. This is what happened in Genesis six. They left

  170. heaven, they come here, and they took wives for themselves. Right,

  171. what does he did with these angels? He has kept them in eternal bonds.

  172. Now, now listen, Verse seven says, just as in Sodom and

  173. Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these,

  174. you have to get this. In the Greek leads to them. I

  175. know most of you can't do that, but look what this is saying is

  176. in the same way that the angels in verse six did, the cities did.

  177. It's saying that the people of the cities did the same exact thing that

  178. the angels had done in the verse prior. That's why it says that in

  179. the same way as these, So let me start again, just as in

  180. Sodom and the seas around them, since they, in the same way as

  181. these indulged in gross and morality when after strange flesh are exhibited as an example

  182. of undergoing the punishment of eternal fire. Ladies and gentlemen, when you're a

  183. Christian and you do this, you just like the fallen. You are worse

  184. than the fallen. Get that through your head, Leonard. No, you're

  185. not like the falling. You're worse. Now. That's the reason why this

  186. passage here in the New American Standard Bible is so hard to get. It's

  187. so hard to see because this is very complicated text in the Greek. But

  188. Greek is an exacting language and it's literally ten times more complicated than English.

  189. And ladies and gentlemen, you need to understand this if you're a Christian and

  190. you start doing these things that is described, you are worse than the fallen

  191. because you need to get what Ephysian said. I don't have time to read

  192. to you the whole book of Ephisians, but the entire book of Ephesians tells

  193. you, and I directly told you the verse God himself had said, God

  194. himself took your destiny and placed it in the lap of Christ, Jesus,

  195. who is setting right next to him. Yeah, that's why. That's why.

  196. That's why it's worse. Yes, that is why it's worse, because

  197. you are gro faning Christ the king right. And you know this is why

  198. First Corinthians, chapter five, quoted from Deuteronomy, you must purge the evil

  199. from among you. This is this is all off the hook wickedness. I

  200. mean, look, this is why when we read this last week, Verse

  201. four has that one hundred and forty four thousand dollars work. The New American

  202. Standard Bible says licentiousness, and me and Leonard explained that last week, if

  203. you listen to the word licentiousness, the root of the word is sensuality.

  204. It's your senses. Now listen to this for certain persons have crept in unnoticed,

  205. those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who

  206. do what you actually think that Satan would do this. You've lost your minds.

  207. Listen to what this is getting ready to say. Who turned the grace

  208. of our word God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord Jesus Christ.

  209. Now, look, I don't have a lot of ways to explain this

  210. to you. What the Greek is saying. It's saying you're worse than the

  211. fallen, And I think it begins to say that too, like because in

  212. verse eight, right, in verse eight and nine, how it talks about

  213. you know, yet in the same way, these men also dreaming defile the

  214. flesh and reject authority and revile angelic majesties. But Michael, the archangel,

  215. when he disputed with the devil and argued about the body of Moses, did

  216. not dare pronounce against him a railing judgment, but said, the Lord rebuke

  217. you. So he's coming right out and telling you that even the angels.

  218. I mean, I don't want to use a derogatory, but I mean,

  219. this is plainly telling you that the angels aren't that dumb? But keep reading.

  220. But these men revile the things which they do not understand, and the

  221. things that they know by instinct, like unreasoning animals. By these things,

  222. they are destroyed. Yeah. Look, ladies and gentlemen, I said this

  223. for a reason. You must courage the evil from among you, because they

  224. are nothing less than a cancer inside the body of Christ. And the Bible

  225. is quite clear about what you're to do with such things. If you're right

  226. hand costs you to sind what are you supposed to do? Leonard? You

  227. gotta cut it off because it belongs in the fire. That's where it belongs.

  228. Yeah, these people will turn on you like dogs. Well that's what

  229. it just said, like unreasoning animals. I I mean, I appreciate that

  230. this is you know this is in English, but but yes, that this

  231. is a very good translation. Yes, an unreasoning animal. And ladies and

  232. gentlemen, you know I've talked about this before. Look, I was going

  233. to a church. Now this isn't just your run of the mill once saved

  234. o ay saved church. This is a holiness denomination. A managed church got

  235. caught having relations with the teenage girl. You think it stops there, but

  236. it don't because he was a professor at Purdue University and very powerful. His

  237. wife got excommunicated from the church. He did not get excommunicated his wife.

  238. Did you must purge the evil from among you? Because I don't know what

  239. you people are thinking. I really do not know. I just had interaction

  240. with some members of a congregation that what they've been doing is just they roll

  241. over CDs every year. They have no ads on the radio, they have

  242. no outreach, they're they're they're literally not doing anything. Yes, they they

  243. I mean they do have they do hold events randomly, like twice last year,

  244. but every year at their financial meeting, they just take the CDs from

  245. the bank, they cash them in with the interest that they made, they

  246. get another CD. They just roll over CDs. And I don't know what

  247. they're thinking. So they're obviously thinking, Leonard, that that the Lord Jesus

  248. Christ is going to use the dollar in the millennial reign, right, And

  249. they obviously think that what they're going to do is just turn over to Jesus

  250. the finances. Is that what they think? I mean, because I don't

  251. I don't know who told them to. I mean, it's very clear what

  252. Christians are supposed to be doing in order to propagate the Kingdom of Heaven.

  253. We feed the hungry, right, yes, we clothe the naked. We

  254. I can go on and on. We Every church is supposed to have an

  255. active prison ministry, and hospital ministry and a nursing home ministry, right Leonard,

  256. I mean, I mean, don't you dare debate me? This is

  257. common knowledge? Right? They don't do none of those. And the only

  258. thing I could say is you better flee it, because if you think the

  259. Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is nothing more than a penny bank, oh

  260. oh you you you have entertained yourself into a dangerous place because you don't understand

  261. that. It blows me away. How people don't understand what starts the tribulation?

  262. Is he who sit at the palm throne and he says this all over

  263. the Old Testament. And yet these hoh home Christians actually think that Jesus is

  264. gonna pop his head through the cloud, singing kumbayall. He's going to see

  265. the abomination of the abomination of desolation and get scared and grab up all the

  266. Christians and run back to heaven because he's afraid of the abomination of desolation.

  267. You did hear me? Right, That's what I meant. That's what I

  268. meant. This is really what these people think. And did you know that's

  269. not in the Bible anywhere, right, I mean, that's not anywhere.

  270. God is repetitive in his message that he is going to come and start the

  271. tribulation, and just blows my mind that nobody, I mean, they reject

  272. entire chapters. I mean, like's if your chapter twenty he comes right out

  273. and tells you John and Tittle what he's going to do, and they just

  274. they don't care your thoughts. Luna, No, you're absolutely right. I

  275. mean most of the people that teach the end Times, they teach from like

  276. down only like Daniel and Revelation and nothing else. Yeah. I wonder why

  277. that is too. And I asked one of the pastors that I would say,

  278. so, how come I don't never hear any other books being you know,

  279. hought Upon. It's just like one chapter in Daniel in uh or maybe

  280. two and Revelation that's it. Only a couple of chapters in Revelation. Huh.

  281. Right, Wow, that's off the hook. That is off the hook.

  282. You know what I think we ought to read the Sister chapter tonight.

  283. Let's read the Second Peter chapter two. You want to read it, or

  284. you want me to, you go ahead and read it, okay. From

  285. the New American Standard Bible, the ninety five Update is the mainstay of this

  286. ministry. Anyway, It's not special. Don't think it is, because it's

  287. not. But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will

  288. also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even

  289. denying the master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. Many will

  290. follow after their sensuality, and because of them, the way of the truth

  291. will be malived. And they're agreed. They will exploit you with false words.

  292. Their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not

  293. asleep. For if God did not spare the angels when they's end, but

  294. cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness reserved for judgment,

  295. and he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher

  296. of righteousness, was seven others when he brought a flood upon the world of

  297. the ungodly. And if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction

  298. by reducing them to ashes, having made an example of those who would live

  299. on godly lives thereafter. And if he rescued a righteous lot oppressed by the

  300. sensual conduct of unprincipled men, for by what he saw and heard, that

  301. righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after

  302. day by their lawless deeds, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly

  303. from the temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment.

  304. I'm sorry, I'm going to have to break in here. Did you

  305. hear what he just said? You know, you've got to give me your

  306. take on this first night. Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly

  307. from temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment.

  308. Explain that to me, Leonard, Well, I mean, I look at

  309. that, as you know, the unrighteous just still living in their ungodliness,

  310. you know, still living in their you know, believing fairy tales and believing

  311. their delusion and living in their sensuality until the day, until the day they're

  312. going to be judged the punishment of sin, which is death. Well,

  313. I appreciate all that, but what about the righteous? Well, yeah,

  314. I mean the spirit of God. It helps us, you know, be

  315. able to get through temptation. And it's oh, not get through it.

  316. He uses the word rescue here, Amen, it means to deliver. That's

  317. what this Greek word means. I'm thankful for that all the time. Oh

  318. okay, But Leonard, this is in contrast to the whole book, right,

  319. Ladies and gentlemen, how many people have been saved from alcoholism? Don't

  320. even try it. Just don't even try it. I personally have worked with

  321. people back when I volunteered at Shepherd Community homeless shelter. Ladies and gentlemen,

  322. don't even try it. I am friends with people who was saved from heroin.

  323. Don't even try it. I'm friends with him. I am friends with

  324. people who was saved from homosexuality. Don't even try it, Leonard, Is

  325. it not true that God save you from quite a few things that were literally

  326. gross sins? Absolutely? I mean, are you not a testament to this

  327. very verse? Absolutely? Yeah. I know I know what I deserve in

  328. my sin. I know I deserve death. I know it, and it's

  329. only because of His grace and mercy that he rescued me from that. So

  330. let me be very pointed with you. Okay, So were you addicted to

  331. certain things? Yes? Like what I was addicted to methamphetamine and sex.

  332. Okay, So so tell me. Has anybody ever died from metha inphetamine?

  333. Yes? I take it by your answer you mean more than one. Yes.

  334. As a matter of fact, it has been cited that methamphetamine is an

  335. epidemic. Is that not true? Right? Your heart? Your heart will

  336. stop, it'll explode. Why didn't yours? Because of the mercy and grace

  337. of God? Because what here? Let me tell you what happened. Okay,

  338. I'm gonna I'm gonna tell you exactly what happened. Then the Lord knows

  339. how to rescue the godly from temptation. Literally, it wasn't something else,

  340. that is what happened. So with this in mind, that's why the New

  341. Testament is using this phraseology and the Greek concerning these people. They have snuck

  342. in. They are cancer in Christ's body and they need to be eradicated.

  343. They need to be ejected. You must purge the evil from among you.

  344. Ladies, I think it's more evident now, you know, you know,

  345. the the sin of people, it's just blakant. It's not even hidden anymore.

  346. It's outright, just in the open, even within the churches, just

  347. outright in the open. You know. I truly find that hard to believe.

  348. I do, I don't know. I mean, yeah, I could

  349. tell you of one particular time when I got up, I looked at Brach

  350. so I said, go get the kids, and we walked out of a

  351. church and we never went back. I mean, I could tell you about

  352. that. But you know, what you're describing is something that's a whole lot

  353. worse than that, aren't you right. Well, they're entire entire churches that

  354. that celebrate lawlessness. And they say that Christ celebrates their lawlessness. Well that's

  355. why they're going to get God the Father first. You know, ladies and

  356. gentlemen, if you've never read the Bible, I truly feel sorry for you,

  357. because God is no respector of persons. He don't care if you know,

  358. because you can't stop him, and he comes right out and tells you

  359. what he's going to do. And I truly feel sorry for you. If

  360. you've been raised in one of these lawless churches that it's overseer is the spirit

  361. of Antichrist, because I'm here to tell you that's what it is. And

  362. Leonard's right, when someone of the world interacts with you, they should immediately

  363. know you're not like them. I have this happen to me so often,

  364. so many time. It's just redundant to me. Now, I mean,

  365. I've interacted with people at the gas station. I only knew them for two

  366. minutes, and yet they put me at arms linked and showed me great respect.

  367. I've had people just blown away. When I'll give you an example.

  368. I was with two or three different people. We walked into this room and

  369. there was an elderly man. Now, this man was ninety three if I

  370. remember correctly, and he had fought in the in the border dispute down in

  371. Texas, and he'd actually rode in the cavalry. He'd actually rode all the

  372. way from Indiana to Texas on the back of a horse. This is how

  373. odious. We walked into the room. He looked at me, and he

  374. struggles and stands up and holds out his hand for me to shake his hand,

  375. and I shake his hand, and the other his family members were like,

  376. who are you? But this man somehow knew what I was. And

  377. this happens all the time. I mean, how many game bangers do you

  378. think I interacted with at Shepherd community and they'd be yes, sir, no,

  379. sir, yes, sir no, sir. Why would they do that,

  380. Leonard right, because they can see that something different in you. It's

  381. the same with me. When I start training people, I don't even say

  382. anything about God. I'm just talking about what we're doing. And when they

  383. start cussing, they're like, oh man, I'm sorry, I'm sorry,

  384. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Yep. And I haven't even mentioned I haven't

  385. even mentioned the Lord. I'm just talking about, you know, what we're

  386. doing, as far as what the job entails. It's it's amazing to me

  387. that the people don't that in any situation, it's your spirit that sets the

  388. atmosphere, it makes them up. People don't know that. And let me

  389. say that again, it's the spirit about you that sets the atmosphere before anybody

  390. ever starts talking here. For example, I used to have to be very

  391. careful when my kids went well, let's not say my kids, my two

  392. boys. When my two boys were like six or seven, and I would

  393. come around upset. They would naturally get upset, and I mean they'd get

  394. mad and they would have no idea. I mean I would come in from

  395. working, I was mad something that happened at work, and we'd have a

  396. problem on our hands because both Levi and Aaron would get very mad. And

  397. it took Rachel and I a little while for us to figure out that,

  398. Matthew, you can't come in the house mad now. No, let me

  399. make sure you understand, ladies and gentlemen, I never said anything. I

  400. never lost my temper. I'd come in, I wouldn't say a word,

  401. and the two boys would get mad. And you can experiment with this.

  402. The spirit about you sets the atmosphere. Yes it does, Leonard, Yes

  403. it does, and you know that it does. Right. So, ladies

  404. and gentlemen, if you're not creating a calming effect and a positive atmosphere with

  405. the people around you, maybe you're something that you don't think you are now,

  406. And not only that, you should notice those that are like you too.

  407. You know, have a brother where I work at. Every time we

  408. see each other, I'm always giving them a big hug. We're always hugging

  409. each other, telling that I tell him I love you, brother, and

  410. everybody looks at us, you know, because they're like, what, what's

  411. the way you guys hugging each other for? It's because I because I can

  412. see we're alike. You can see something you cannot perceive, right, you

  413. can see something that you cannot perceive. You know, Leonard, There's a

  414. lot of Christians that's going to listen to us that are going to be confused

  415. because they don't understand that Christianity is experiential. It takes an experience, ladies

  416. and gentlemen, So understand there's probably Lutherans that's going to listen to this and

  417. they're completely confused. It's the power of your testimony. They've never had an

  418. experience with the Holy Spirit. And I'm not putting you down, okay.

  419. I understand that you were baptized when you were a baby, and you were

  420. put into the Lutheran Church, and you've just been told your whole life that

  421. you're going to heaven because you're a member of the Lutheran Church. I'm telling

  422. you that right now. You know, there is a hollow place in you

  423. because you need to be told. Look Christianity is experiential. I'm not saying

  424. you're not saved. I didn't say that. If you have repented of your

  425. sins, if you've done all those things you're supposed to do, like be

  426. baptized. I'm telling you you need to have an experience with the Holy Spirit.

  427. And you don't do that in church. You don't do that in a

  428. classroom. You don't do that by signing a document with me. It happened

  429. at an altar. People don't it. They're not even alters in churches anymore.

  430. They've all been hanging out. But back when I was a child,

  431. ladies and gentlemen, the pastor would preach the Gospel, and he would invite

  432. you to come up to the altar and kneel and pray and ask forgiveness and

  433. receive Jesus into your heart. And believe me, it was an experience.

  434. After the experience, I never felt the same. So it took an experience.

  435. Now, Leonard's experience was obviously different than mine, but he had an

  436. experience with the Holy Spirit. So I've got to impress upon you to do

  437. that. I understand you might have been raised in the Catholic Church and went

  438. through Catechism in the O nine yards. I don't care. I understand that

  439. you had an experience with your priest. That doesn't cut it. You need

  440. to pray. You need to get a hold of the Lord Jesus Christ and

  441. have an experience with him. Now, am I saying you're going to be

  442. called out of your body or any any type of magical stuff or see Jesus?

  443. Know? You will just know it in your heart. But more importantly,

  444. everybody else will know it too. You literally won't be able to hide

  445. it from them. They will know instinctively. You are different because you've had

  446. an experience with the Holy Spirit. Amen. And I realized that most Christians

  447. today have no had an experience. And like I said, I'm sure that

  448. Leonard didn't go down to the altar and kneel and have all the elders lay

  449. their hands on you and you pray and you cried, And that's not what

  450. happened with you. Right, No, But you did have an experience,

  451. didn't you. I did, And after that experience, you were not the

  452. same. I haven't been the same since. So did your wife have an

  453. experience? Yes? She did. Was it any way, shape or form

  454. like your experience. No, it wasn't tell us about your experience, Leonard,

  455. Well my experience. I cried out to the Lord, asked him if

  456. he was real. I cried out to Jesus, Jesus, I need you

  457. to save me. If you are who you say you are, then I

  458. need you to say me because if you don't, there's three things that are

  459. going to happen to me. I'm gonna either die of aids, get shot

  460. and die, or in the in prison for the rest of my life.

  461. And screamed from them from my belly. And God he right then and there,

  462. right then and there, God had an experience with the Lord. And

  463. it's hard to explain, you know, Like I tell people, I'm not

  464. going to say there's a big voice from heaven that came down son, I'm

  465. well pleased and thank you. No, none of that or a big light.

  466. No, but my life, my life from that day forward, I

  467. was radically changed because I had an experience with the spirit of God. Well,

  468. you know what, that was probably a pretty dangerous experience for you,

  469. wasn't It's actually that was life threatening, right because you had a bunch of

  470. associates that were expecting you to do certain things, right. Well, yeah,

  471. I mean I went back to them, excited at what Christ did for

  472. me, and I had you know, one guy pulled a shotgun and uh,

  473. he just I just he just left me alone. I just kept talking

  474. to him in front of my house, and he just put it down and

  475. walked away. I still lived in the same neighborhood, and I was telling

  476. everybody, everybody, everybody, and they were just looking at They thought I

  477. They thought I lost my mind. So they literally thought you had a nervous

  478. breakdown, right, they thought I lost my mind to the point where they

  479. got scared. They're like, this guy, he just lost it, he

  480. lost it. Yeah, they thought I lost my mind. So you you

  481. realized that. But you know what, I did lose my mind, That's

  482. right, you did, and you got a new one, didn't you.

  483. Yes, I did. But people don't realize that in your situation, that

  484. was very deadly. Your associates should have killed you because you literally had secret

  485. inside information that literally would have sent every one of them to federal penitentiary.

  486. Right, I sure did, Ladies and gentlemen, I'm telling you the truth

  487. because I mean Rachel and I when we first got married, we lived with

  488. the hell Raisers. Now the bad thing about the hell Raisers, their main

  489. gig wasn't drugs or prostitution. What they did was sell weapons. That's what

  490. that was. Their main gig was selling weapons. And Rachel and I lived

  491. right in the middle of We've literally lived right in the middle of them.

  492. And you need to know that that the verse that that I read, ladies

  493. and gentlemen, the Lord he's God, and he don't have no substitutes,

  494. and he is subjugated by no one or no thing. And guess what,

  495. Leonard had an experience. He was touched by the Holy Spirit, and then

  496. the Lord, God of Host got involved. And that's why Leonard should have

  497. got both barrels in the chest with that shotgun. That's literally the rules of

  498. engagement with these people, ladies and gentlemen. If you turn turncoat and you

  499. have information that can incarcerate them your debt, I mean, please ask any

  500. us marshal. They'll be more than happy to explain to you the situation.

  501. So literally the verse I read, the Lord will rescue you from all of

  502. your temptations. Yes he will. There's no such thing as a heroin addict

  503. Christian There's no such thing as an alcoholic Christian. There's no such thing.

  504. God will step in himself and save you from heroin and methanphetamine and LSD and

  505. whatever else you got in your back pocket waiting to take on your lunch break.

  506. And that's the truth. It's that way, and it's no other way.

  507. Leonards your thoughts. No, you're absolutely right, You're absolutely right.

  508. I mean, you have to have an encounter with the Lord. You have

  509. to have an experience with the Spirit of God. That's the only thing that's

  510. going to radically change your life. That's the only thing that's going to bring

  511. a separation between the lawless and the righteous. That's it, between the spirit

  512. and the flesh. That's the only thing that's going to bring a separate.

  513. That's when people are going to see what's different about you is because it's the

  514. spirit and they're living in the flesh, and they know that you're not like

  515. them. There has to be married. It's one more time, all not

  516. some of you, all of you. You need to write this down Second

  517. Peter two nine. Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation

  518. and keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment, and especially those

  519. who indulge the flesh in its corrupt desires and despise authority. Dairy self willed,

  520. they do not tremble when they were vile angelic majesties, whereas angels who

  521. are greater in might and hour do not bring a reviling judgment against them before

  522. the Lord. But these like I, re seasoning animals born as creatures of

  523. instinct, to be captured and killed, or reviling where they have no knowledge,

  524. will in the destruction of those creatures also be destroyed. Suffering wrong as

  525. the wages of doing wrong, they count it a pleasure to revile in the

  526. daytime. They are stains and blemishes, revealing in their deceptions that they crouse

  527. with you, having eyes full of adultery, and never cease from sin,

  528. enticing unstable souls, having a heart tainted in greed, a cursed children forsaking

  529. the right way. They have gone astray, having followed the way of Ballam

  530. and the son of Bure, who loved the wages of unrighteousness. But he

  531. received a rebuke for his own transgression from a mute donkey speaking with the voice

  532. of a man restrained. The madness of the prophets. These are springs without

  533. water and mist driven by a storm, for whom the black darkness has been

  534. reserved for speaking out arrogant words of vanity. They enticed by fleshly desires,

  535. by sensuality. Those who barely escape, the ones who live in error,

  536. promising them freedom, while they themselves are slaved in corruption. For by what

  537. a man is to overcome by this, he is enslaved. For if after

  538. they have escaped the defilements of the word by the knowledge of our Lord and

  539. Savior, Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome,

  540. the last state has become worse than that of the first. For it would

  541. have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness than to

  542. having known it, turned away from the holy commandment handed on to them.

  543. It has happened to them according to the true proverb, a dog returns to

  544. its own vomit, and a soul, after washing returns to wallowing in the

  545. mire. Now, I appreciate that a lot of people that's hearing my voice

  546. right now fall into this category that have not experienced Christianity. When I read

  547. that you heard yourself, didn't you and I'm not picking on Lutherans, but

  548. there's Lutherans listening to my voice right now that was raised in the church.

  549. They were baptized when they were baby, and yet you're living exactly what the

  550. scripture just described. You need to harken to my voice. You need to

  551. cry out to God, just like Leonard said he did. You need to

  552. cry out to God and have an experience with the Lord Jesus Christ. And

  553. I'm here to tell you don't expect fireworks, don't expect some sort of magic

  554. show. You're not going to have an out of body experience. You will

  555. just know that all of a sudden, your your source code has been rewritten.

  556. Man. Let me say that again. The Bible, God's Holy Word

  557. clearly states that He will create in you a new creature. This is exactly

  558. what happened to Leonard. He literally rewrote his source code, and from that

  559. day forward, Leonard was not the same, nor was I. But yet

  560. he and I did not have the similar experience. But I'm telling you,

  561. getting baptized and going through Catechism or whatever else you're doing, that is not

  562. an experience with the Lord Jesus Christ and the spirit of God. Leonard can

  563. you take us out in prayer? Please Yeah to Heavenly Father in the name

  564. of Jesus. Lord, we just come to you right now and we thank

  565. you. Lord. I want to thank you for for calling me Lord and

  566. not leaving me with the unrighteous, for dragging me out of the pit,

  567. Lord, saving me, Lord God, rescuing me. And pray those that

  568. are listening they need to be rescued, that you will can you will rescue

  569. them and they will have an experience and there will be a separation Lord,

  570. from the righteous and the lawless. Lord. Let those that are listening to

  571. this show, let them be part of the righteous. Lord God. We

  572. just pray for those that are struggling now with issues may at home, that

  573. you strengthen your people, that you give them peace, calmness. Pray Lord

  574. God, that you strengthen their feet, their arms, their hands, their

  575. eyes, and I pray that they cut out the wickedness from their life.

  576. Watch over us as we go through this week, and speak to us.

  577. Lord, speak to us, give us, give us your word. May

  578. we be a blessing to those around us, and may those around us,

  579. Lord God see the difference which is your spirit in us. In the name

  580. of the Holy name of Jesus Christ. We pray Amen, Amen, and

  581. Amen. Until next time, ladies and gentlemen, God bless, God speed.
