026 Jude Pt 7

nigh. Welcome, Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the program. We are

your host, Leonard and Matthew. We're going to push ever toward accomplishing the

Book of Jude. It has been we have done multiple sessions just discussing this

little Book of Jude. And boy, we were just just talking to a

few minutes ago, how this is. This book directly pertains to all of

our lives, especially in the workplace, because the people whom Jude is addressing

they are facing exactly the situation that we find ourselves in in these latter days.

You know, there was a time when your boss and those people that

were responsible for other people in the workplace, they were above reproach because they

put their people first, They put their safety first, They actually cared about

you know, this employee has children. Those days are gone, and they're

not just in the back seat. They're long gone. They're long gone.

So the type of situation that we find ourselves in surrounded by the ungodly.

It must be discussed because all of you need to be aware that you think

in your mind that you're a part of a Christian organization or a Christian church.

Ladies and gentlemen, you need to know that many of the people that

masquerade as Christians, they're absolutely the farthest thing from that. So Slindard,

what has the Lord been putting on your heart this week concerning the Book of

Jude. Well, you know these verses that we're going to be going through

from seventeen to the end of the chapter. You know, just basically just

walking in love, you know, walking as a real Christian though in love

and being able to be sober in spirit. You know, it's something that

the Lord has been uh dealing with me this whole week, you know,

not just being completely emotional when you're uh you know, uh when you're talking

to other people, you know, be be sober, sober and spirit you

know, uh, just be slow to speak, quick to listen, slow

to anger. You know, I think it's important as us as believers that

we love people, you know, loving people regardless of what we feel,

regardless of if you feel wronged. You know, it's uh that's just what

Christ did. You know, He's the example of loving people and and noth

you know, tearing people down. You know a lot of people in ministry

is we're going to read through these scriptures. They like to tear people down.

Uh, and a lot of I mean just recently, you know,

you have some of these big name I don't know if you've heard about this

guy named Mike Bickell, I think his name is. He does some prayer

room I hop thing or whatever, and he has all these young people and

he's like teaching him to praying tongues and they're praying twenty four hours a day.

And come to find out this man has been sleeping with multiple women.

All these women are coming out and you know, my mom is the one

that told me this. I don't really stay up on what's going on,

but to my mom, I go, how'd you find it strange that this

man and be living in unrepented sin and be preaching a message? What does

that say about everybody that's listening that where's the discernment? Where's the discernment that

this man can go up there and have a TV show and have all these

prayer rooms and everybody's supposed to be. Supposedly they're filled with the spirit,

praying in the spirit, but nobody has the spirit of discernment, and nobody

he has. And if they do have the spirit of discernment, nobody has

the spirit to be bold. I thought, when you become a Christian,

you become bold, and so nobody has, you know, the to be

able to tell this man what's going on. You know, he can hold

prayer rooms and do all this stuff for twenty four hours a day and have

this big old ministry. But he's an unrepented sins. It's wild man because

there's all these young people that follow him. And you know, like I

told my mom, it doesn't if those young people fall by the wayside,

then they must have never been saved then, because if you truly have a

if you truly have a relationship with God, you're not falling by the wayside.

And if you truly have a relationship with God, you're going to have

some discernment. But if those people fall away, as they never were with

Christ in the first place. Whoa man words right there, Glenny, Them's

fighting words for most people. Wow, them's fighting words for most people.

And I guess we need to address that, and I appreciate what you're saying.

What you're really trying to say is is that there's proof in the pudding.

Okay, So let us be reasonable one with another Leonard okay, Because

if someone says they have discernment, and they are under the tutelage of an

outright heretic, Ladies and gentlemen, it means that it's not that they never

had discernment, is that they were lying. They were liars. They did

not have discernment. So when you come across things like these, you can

address these these matters categorically. There is no denying this in a court of

law, Ladies and gentlemen. However, many thousands of people that were following

this individual, if any of them at any point in time said they had

discernment, they were lying. If any of them said at any point in

time that they had been filled with the Holy Spirit, they were lying.

They were lying. Because you have to understand, ladies and gentlemen, if

you have been given the fruit of the spirit, by very definition of those

things, things will not ring true with you. They won't ring true.

You will not be able to tolerate somebody's presence for a very long you will

not be able to set in their church or whatever you're doing. I don't

know what this IHOP thing is, but I guess it's an online ministry.

There's no way you could be in there with this individual being a forn cater

Extraordinaiy. Okay, this, this, this gentleman, wasn't He wasn't having

a fling with this with with just the secretary. He was having multiple affairs

upon every available opportunity. He was shaming the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And if you were setting underneath him for more than three weeks without the

Holy Spirit driving you out, it's because you were lying. You had never

you had never been under the direction of the Holy Spirit. Now you may

have been before you ever encountered this individual. And it's quite certainly that after

this event you've learned something and you begin to realize, no, no,

those things weren't not the Holy Spirit. I need to find out what the

Holy Spirit is really like. And that's one of the things you will need

to know. The Holy Spirit touches you, you will exhibit all the fruit

of the spirit, and that by definition, will keep you from sinning against

people. You won't lie to people, because even if you do, within

moments you will be convicted of your mistake and you'll correct that error. And

it blows me away. How I have spoken to doctors, I really,

why don't you listen them all? For me? What's the fruit of the

spirits? And they can't do it? How is that possible? I mean,

how is that possible? We have found ourselves in strange waters. Ladies,

you show me because the church has become authorized by the government. What

I mean by that, Well, let's take any number of denominations. I'll

mention one that I've had interaction with this very week. In order to be

a preacher at their church, in their denomination, you must have a master's

of divinity. That thing, that piece of paper comes from the government.

Ladies and gentlemen. I don't need nothing. All I need is for somebody

to hand me a Bible and tell me to stand up and tell me what

you know the Lord's given to you, and ladies and gentlemen of you know

this over the past thirteen years, especially back in the beginning of the first

three or four years, especially me and jose we do this all the time.

Just give me a chapter and I'll preach it because the Lord he is

my God, and he's with me. I don't need a script. And

I've repeatedly said this to people. When you visit your pastor's office, you

need to look around for something that looks like encyclopedias. Look at them,

investigate Normally, what you're going to find is sermon indexes, ladies and gentlemen.

I've never used no sermon index. And this is a fact. The

first time I got up in front of our congregation, a church of over

one hundred and preached, I was sixteen years old. You can take this

to the bank. I've never never, have I ever used a sermon index.

Now you got do is say, Matthew, why don't you preach out

of the Book of You? I just roll with it. The Holy Spirit

is it's in present tense, and it'll move you, it'll direct Leonard.

Is this not the case? Let's talk about you today at work? There

were times today when the Holy Spirit was quite obviously guiding you. Correct,

right, Well, it wasn't. It wasn't today because I was off today,

but it was it was on Friday. Definitely, yeah, most definitely.

The Spirit of God, you know, every day he does, you

know, every single every single day. You know, I'm cautious on what

I say. You know, I think twice before I speak because I've been

an emotional person before, and I know that about myself, so I try

not to speak out of emotion. I try to think about it. You

know. This is what the Lord has been directing me on being sober and

spirit. I think a lot of these people that went to these conferences,

I could, I could see what could happen. They can get so wrapped

up into the emotion of singing and praying, you know, where they lose

sight that they focus on that the whole time, and they lose and then

the word of God, you know, uh, Jesus Christ, because Jesus

is the word. So when we say word of God, was saying Jesus

Christ. When when that's not preached and everything is focused on emotion, then

you begin to it that it's subtly the enemy begins to stir you away from

the Lord, you know. And this is why, then the Lord has

been on me, you know, to be really sober in spirit, because

I think a lot of these kids, you know, they weren't sober in

spirit. You know, they got caught up into the emotion of things.

And like I told my mom, if if they fall away, then they

never had a relationship. You cannot just fall away if you are truly in

a relationship. What could happen though? And I said, it's a good

thing. This happened. I told my mom it's good. I hope,

you know, God does a separation because what it's gonna do is gonna if

those people, if some of those people really had a relationship, they're gonna

be like, Wait a minute, where did I go wrong? Wait a

minute, I need to examine myself. Hold on, Lord, what did

I do? God? Tell me examine me, examining what I did?

I was ful? God show me where I was blindsided. I said,

that needs to happen. There needs to be a shaken ing it does.

That's what I explained Tom. It needs to happen, you know, And

you know, because she was saying it was sad, I said, you

know, it needs to happen. This man needed to be exposed. Yes,

yeah, he needed to be exposed for the God hater that he is.

Exactly Okay, Because I don't think I know what the Bible. I

don't have opinions about what the Bible says. I know what it says,

and I know this. If you're in love with a Harley, you absolutely

are not in love with the Lord Jesus Christ. I don't care what comes

out of your mouth. Amen. And it blows me away that these young

Christians probably don't have the experience that you and I have. You're right,

they really were duped, and that's immediately what they should do. They should,

you know, be like a young person that gets invited to a party

and they well, okay, I can go. You know, I'm not

going to drink, and then their buddy spikes their drink, right, And

yes, we all make those kind of mistakes and we all get taken advantage

of. But in the morning, the true Christian will say, oh,

oh no, what did I do? How did I do it? Lord?

You need to direct my steps. So that's a natural course of events

for any Christian. I mean, you're going to find yourself making mistakes and

you have to pick yourself back up and ask the Lord. Obviously you weren't

directing me, or obviously I wasn't following your lead. Which one was it?

Tell me? So I can figure this out because as a Christian.

As a born again believer, you will inherently, you will inherently be desire

to be a God pleaser. And I don't care what your IQ is.

I don't give a flying rip what your background is. As I've told all

of you many times before, when I volunteered at Shepherd Community Homeless shelter,

I'm here to tell you I helped ex prostitutes that are prostitutes no longer ex

heroin addicts. I could go on at nauseum, at nauseum, I've seen

born again Christians come out of the most hellish situations. And guess what it

seems like to me that the third year is a charm. By the third

year, you won't even wreck ignize them because the Lord, our God puts

in them an inherent desire to be a God pleaser. And if you're running

around with Pete with people who call themselves Christians, that aren't you need to

know this. They're lying to you. They're not Christians. I'm I'm just

telling you now. Glinnard and I have the rare experience of we've been around

people like this. He and I together, we could name names. Of

course, we're not going to there's no reason to. But Leonard and I

have experienced this type of person together, and it's not funny because these people

profess the name of Christ. Shame the name of Christ. That's a fact.

Yeah, especially when you have unrepented sin and you love your unrepented sin,

but you you call it not sin. That is, there's no hope

at that moment, Like there's nothing I can do for you, you know,

God, you know, as much as I try to love on you,

if you know the word like this, Mike Bigele knows the word and

has been in unrepented sin to this point, multiple women, multiple young women

coming out and still unrepented of his sin. That's that's this, that's this

is what we're talking about in jude Us. But this is what God is,

what we're we're you know, talking about God's word. But this is

what it's saying in jude they're natural minded, their worldly mind. It that

they've convinced themselves by some weird fanagoning of the scripts, or that they're okay,

well, I mean this is exactly what is described in First Timothy chapter

four. Okay, if they would do this, continue unders and even revel,

even boast about it, ladies and gentlemen. If if you're boasting about

sin and you're professing to be a chrischan, it's because your conscience has been

seared. That's exactly what Leonard is describing. Let's let's take a look at

the first two verses of First Timothy chapter four. But the Spirit explicitly says

in the latter times, some will fall away from the faith, paying attention

to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons by means of the hypocrisy of liars feared

in their own conscience. As with a branding iron, once you get to

that point, you're a dead issue. Because once your conscience reaches this point

where you don't have one, you are impotent in the spirit. I'm sorry,

maybe you're confused about what I said. We Christians must be very fertile

and we must bear fruit. If your conscience has been seared, as with

the branding iron, you're impotent. You cannot bear fruit in accordance with righteousness.

You cannot but build up the Kingdom of Heaven. You can't. You're

a dead issue. And that's what this person that Leonard is describing is.

I don't care how big is his ministry is. I don't care how much

money he makes a year, I don't care what he drives. He is

not he is not a Christian. He has been led astray by deceitful spirits

and doctrines of demons. And what's crazy is is that many of these people,

and Leonard knows exactly what I'm saying, with these people that we mutually

know, ladies and gentlemen, it's disturbing when you realize they really do think

they're not only a Christian, they're above the law. They literally believe in

their heart of hearts they can pillage their way into the Kingdom of Heaven.

They could rape, they can murder, and they're going to march right into

the Kingdom of Heaven. And that's really what they think. And it causes

a quietness in your spirit when you're a Christian and you realize these people are

more dangerous than Hitler ever was. And this truly is where we find ourselves

in And this is proof that what I just read from First Timothy chapter four,

it is the latter times we're there. We're not close, we're there.

And it amazes me that there are so many young Christians in danger by

these heretics. It's it's unbelievable. It is absolutely unbelievable, you know,

Matthew, I was telling my mom that I said, these people are the

heaped up ones' that's what these are. These are heaped up ones. That's

what Jude is talking about, the heaped up ones. That's what true are.

Truly. There is no better way to put it. There really isn't.

I mean, that's the perfect way to put it. And it was

not always like this, Leonard. It it was not always like this.

Something terrible has happened to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. They you

know, they fell out of love with Jesus, That's what it is.

They fell out of love with his word. That's what it is. They're

emotional, they rely on their emotions and then the actual word of God.

They've they fell from their first love. Truly, man, that's a good

way to put it. I mean, because they had to have been associated

with Christ in some way, shape or form, right, yep. I

mean, you just don't magically become a preacher. You just don't magically,

you know, dedicate your life for the Kingdom of Heaven and just wind up

like this. You just so they had to have had their event horizon,

had to actually be in Christianity, and it just it makes no sense.

Ants they just well, what happens, you know, is is they get

enticed by the things of this world. And uh, this is why they

have to You have to everybody has to keep the full armor of God on.

You have to always be ready, you have to always be watching.

You have to stay awake. You can't fall asleep. You fall asleep,

you're in the danger zone. You have to always always And you know,

we're supposed to always be looking up all the time every day. That's how

we're supposed to be living our life. We're supposed to be waiting for the

King. And that I don't know about you, but that that is what

Leonard, Leonard, my friend, that's what I've been doing my whole life.

Look, look, ladies, Joe, I've actually had this conversation with

people. Okay, I've had this conversation in the classroom before. I mean,

I've had professors ask me that, you know, if you had if

you had one wish, what would it be? And they'd go around the

classroom and everybody say crazy stuff. Well, I guess Hindsight's twenty twenty.

I guess I'm the crazy one because they would say, you know, I

want to live in the Caribbean on a yacht, or you know, I

want to live in Las Vegas and just have enough money to gamble every day

and just do whatever I want. You know, I want to own my

own island. Look, ladies and gentlemen, you and I, and I

mean you and I, we are going to go to the Bema seat together

and you will know in your heart you're going to see when you get there.

I've only had one fan to see in my life, and that is

to see the descent of the Lord Jesus Christ with my own eyeballs. The

rest can burn as far as I'm concerned. And you could ask my mother

that and she would tell you. If she was still alive. You can

come to my house and ask my wife that and she won't hesitate at all.

She'll quickly tell you that is the case. So Leonard's saying that I

that is my paradigm. I don't have any other paradigm. I I want

to do what God created me to do, and that's to be into fellowship

with Him through his son. That's why I was designed. And if you

think God made you for something else, your daft. You have a psychological

problem, you have mental disabilities. God did not make you the whore.

He didn't make you make money, he didn't make you to drink alcohol.

He made you to be in fellowship with Himself through the reconciliation of his very

own son's sacrifice for you. And that's why He made you. And if

you don't know that, that's sad, you are going to no. No,

everything that you're saying, that's what I was I'm training another Muslim that

and that's what I was telling them about relation. And they don't have a

relationship like that. It's foreign to them when I say that it's foreign.

Yeah, it's very foreign to them, because well, they've been taught that

God's not very nice. I mean, for example, okay, for example,

Muslims have been taught that when they go to the bathroom, that's a

sin. And of course you have to go to the bathroom or you will

die. But they are taught when you go to the bathroom, that's a

sin, that's unclean. Ladies and gentlemen, let me explain something to you.

God is the one that designed your digestric tract, and he designed it

perfectly. It's a marveling to itself. And if you think God would rule

his own design to be a sin, well that's a doctrine of a demon.

That's a doctrine of a demon. That's like saying it's a sin to

be short, or it's a sin to be tall. And you'd be surprised

how many people really do think that. I mean, Leonard and I have

brushed elbows with people that believe that. Well, you know, people who

are Scandinavian, they're actually the seed of fallen angels, write Leonard, and

they think they're damned. They think if they're Norwegian, they're damned. The

it's not funny, that's evil, but it's it's amazing how we've got to

this point where evil is masquerrated around as zealotry. You have to be a

zealot to go to heaven. You have to dispose of all the bad people,

right Leonard exactly. Then it just blows me away, how you obviously

have not read the Gospels at least because everything that came out of Jesus Christ

mouths and diametrically as opposed to that the boy everybody wants to be a part

of the master race, I guess except me. Well, I guess we

better read these verses. Huh, yep, I think there's what is it?

Eight verses? You want to go ahead and read them? Sure you

are seventeen all the way down? What what? What version you want me

to read them? Out of the NSAB ninety five? All right, the

seventeenth verse of the Book of Jude. But you, beloved, to remember

the words that were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Jesus, that

they were saying to you in the last time, that will be mockers following

after their own ungodly lust. These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly

minded, devoid of the spirit. But you, beloved, building yourselves up

on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in

love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to

eternal life. And have mercy on some who are doubting, save others,

snatching them from the fire, and on some have mercy with fear, hating

even the garment polluted by the flesh. Now to him who is able to

keep you from stumbling and to make you stand in the presence of His glory,

blameless, with the great joy to the only God, our Savior,

through Jesus Christ, our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and

authority before all time and now forever. Amen. Amen. I mean,

that's that's the best thing I've said all day. Not only pretty much says

right there, that's that's it. That's that's it. I mean I shouldn't

have said anything this whole program. I just should have read that. Man.

Amen. Amen. You know this is so important for young people to

know. Well, I'm not perfect, and I've got personal family members that

can bear testimony to that. Let's just say, not my oldest brother,

but my older brother he can bear testament to that is my wife can because

I'm more than one occasion my older brother spoke out of turn. He decided

to, in his ignorance, cast a shadow on my wife. Boy,

did he get the short end of that stick. I don't tolerate that from

nobody. And yet both my wife and he would both tell you that,

oh my goodness, if you catch Matthew Matthew the wrong way, he comes

across like a hurricane, go in the wrong direction, he's completely uncontrollable.

And that's true. But guess what he is able to keep me from stumbling.

I mean, Leonard can bear testimony to this, Leonard, there's no

reason to beat around the bush. For all intents and purposes, the judicial

system knows you are not a nice man, right, correct, And yet

here we are today. God has obviously been able to keep you from stumbling.

Amen. Amen, I mean, what if we were to bring your

mother on here for testimony. She could tell us the deepest, darkest scumbag

antics that you've ever done. Right, Yes, she can, but she

would bear testimony that. Now it's nothing short of a miracle that God somehow

keeps you from stumbling. Is this not the truth? It's the truth.

Let me give you just an example of that. I had been going to

court last two years to get this felony off my record. You know,

the laurier was saying, it's going to be really hard. They don't ever

do anything like that. I wasn't trying to go to court to redo my

plea because I was guilty, so I'm not trying to go and refight the

case. I just wanted the felony off and he was just pretty much saying

that you know, he doesn't know that he's going to be able to do

it. But then when I started giving him all these letters that I have

from all these different people throughout the years, even every employer that I've worked

for, all of them have wrote good letters about me, even ones from

you know, eighteen years ago. They still remember me and saying that I

was a great worker and you know, just good things. And so he

sent it out to the judge and an October second, the judge, you

know, put my felony into a misdemeanor and then expunge my record. And

I didn't have to go to court for it, but just just by h

from the years of living, being saved and walking according to the Lord and

other people, leaving an impression with all the people that I've worked with,

the owners, and but that impression was the spirit of God. And you

know, to this day, the Lord has been merciful always. And it

just blows me away, Leonard, once you just described, Yeah, Moses

would call that a parting of the Red Sea. You didn't know that,

right, I mean, David would call this Goliath going down for the count.

I mean, Leonard, this is nothing short of a miracle. So

you didn't even go to court. I didn't even go to court. This

judge just bounced her down to a misdemeanor and expunge the record. Correct.

Now do you know this, dude? No, you have no influence over

him whatsoever. No, you know. Look, what you're describing only makes

sense in this context. He is able to keep you from stumbling and to

make you stand in the presence of his glory blameless with great joy. Do

you not understand what just happened to you on October the second? That is

Jude verse twenty four. Because once he's done something like this, not only

are you going to stand in his glory blameless, you're gonna do it with

great joy. Amen, because there's nothing you could have done. Look,

Leonard, you couldn't have bribed this judge, right, No, not in

the Long Beach Courts. There's three courts in LA that are known for like

being if you're in that type of life, you don't want to go around

these judges. And that's Long Beach Court, Norwalk and Torrance. Those three

have a over ninety five percent conviction rate. They don't they they don't play

any games. They convicted you amen, they did. Amen. So by

your own mouth, you're saying that they're all about the letter of the law,

correct, except with some joker they ain't seen in eighteen years. And

you actually expect me to believe that happened in any in any environment outside of

the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. I just buying it, dude.

That is that is the Lord's handiwork, Yes, it is. I mean

there are many things produced that people call marvelous that are just simple mechanations of

men. And you have to admit we can do great wonders, right,

I mean we can. We can turn one hundred thousand people to four thousand

de Greece fahrenheit and split second right, and people call that wonderful. No

it ain't. No, it's not things that are wonderful. They're all the

work of God's hands, and there ain't no denying it. I mean I

was just talking with this about to a person like two or three days ago.

They marveled after me because they they asked me if I got to watch

any videos with the recent eclipse, and I said, you know what's amazing

to me? And he's like, no, what I said, you realize

it's absolute persection perfection. It's God's fingerprint. What are you talking about?

I said, how do you think a perfect eclipse is capable? And they

just sat there will I don't know how? Said you realize their exact same

size? Well, yeah they are, aren't they? Yeah? They are

because the sun is exactly forty thousand times bigger than the moon we have.

That's right, Yeah, the sun is great big. Yeah, I wonder

how it does it. I said, because God put the moon exactly forty

thousand times closer to us than the sun is. And they were just are

you serious? Said, yeah, it's mathematical perfection. It's literally God's fingerprint.

It's God's fingerprint. And of course I waited for a response, and

I got none because he was hollow. I mean, without the saving grace

of the Lord Jesus Christ's sacrifice, you have no sustance to you. You're

hollow. So I'm here to tell you this. Jude Verse twenty four perfectly

describes what just happened to you on October the second. There's no other explanation

for it. That's the Lord, God of Host, that's his fingerprint.

That's when he gets up and by God when he gets up, everybody steps

aside, everybody stoops. I don't care how rich you are, how powerful

you think you are, I don't care if you're the Atlantic Ocean. When

the Lord gives the word, by God, that's what happens. And that's

obviously what happened with this judge. I mean, really, that's a joke.

You didn't even have to go to court to see the judge for him

to bust this down to mister really, I mean, if I was a

lesser man, I'd say, man, let me see the paperwork. God

is good. Amen, Amen, Yes he is, man, Yes he

is, Yes he is. And you know it was a testimony to my

Lord that has known me, that has represented me, even in when I

was in the criminal aspect of things, he represented me on the other end,

and him seeing all this, seeing all this, you know, when

he asked me, what was it? What do you want me to write

to the judge? What was it that changed your life? And I just

said it was Jesus christ Man And he's like, yeah, yeah, but

you know what I said, mister peacock, I don't know what to tell

you, but to tell you that that that's what it is. There's nothing

else to say. I had a radical experience with Jesus Christ and I told

him the story of what happened, and I said, my life has not

been the same since that day. Like I said, when God gets up,

you know it, then there's no other explanation for what happened to you.

It sure shouldn't be warranted to someone like you. No, I don't.

I don't. I don't deserve it. It's all by his mercy and

grace. It's his mercy. God is He's merciful. And you know this

is why I you know, the Lord has been put in my heart.

Just we need to be sober in spirit. You know, we definitely need

to need to love, you know, those that are doubting. We definitely

need to love on people and show the love. And like Matthew, I'm

not a perfect man either of I can get pretty upset at times when things

are you know, absolutely there's things that I won't stand for. Son was

asking me the other day about if somebody were to do something to you know,

our little ones, and I just pray, I say, you know,

I just hope that I don't sin, you know, but I don't.

I don't know what to tell, I said, I don't know what

to say. I don't I just pray that in that moment that God helped

me not sin. What else can you do? I mean, I know

that's what I do when I know there's something right in front of me,

and you know, the spirit wors tells you. You know, there's been

time without count, you know, instances at work, you know where.

Look, I don't want to be here, but I have to be here,

you know, I mean, this is my job. I have to

be here. And you know I knew it was coming. Not the only

thing I could do on the way to work when I knew something was going

to happen. Just pray, you know, Lord, just just don't let

me shame your name. Just ductate my mouth, tie my hands behind my

back, wreck this car, take my car and wrap it around a tree

if you have to. But do not let me shame your name. Do

not let me sin against you. I mean, I've had to do that

time without count. Then it's amazing how this is a reciprocal action. When

you want to do God's will, you invariably know what God's will is.

Man, I don't know how to explain it to you, ladies and gentlemen.

I'm just telling you that's a fact. If you already know. Boy,

I wish I could, boy, I wish I could help these people

that got caught up in this ministry that wasn't a ministry. What what do

you call it? When this gentleman was sleeping with multiple people, YadA YadA,

YadA YadA. What what do you call that? Because it wasn't a

ministry, so what was it? But you know, what would you say

to them, Leonard? What what would you say to these people that had

been sending this guy money so he could buy prostitutes or whatever else he was

doing. I would tell him that that's not the spirit of God, that's

not Jesus Christ, because it's not you know, it's one hundred percent on

it. And I think that I've been to some of these The IHOP stands

for International House of Prayer, and I remember telling my mom, I said,

I remember going to that Zuza Street revival thing and it was just so

weird, these people praying, but it was just so emotional, so emotional,

and I can see people getting caught up in that. And I've seen

that, you know, in churches where people are praying, and then as

soon as they leave, they're like a completely different person, and it's like,

WHOA, what happened? Man? You know? No, I don't.

There's there's disconnects there. What are you actually doing? Then? If

you're not filled with the spirit, what actually are you filled with? Something

else? So the only way to put it something else? You know,

I'm gonna share a when did I memorize this piece of scripture? Oh my

goodness, let's just say teenager, probably somewhere in there. I'm going to

give it to you straight, and I'm going to tell you by my very

life when I'm getting ready to share with you it's true. I'm not going

to give you the verses. You need to search that out for yourself.

As obedient children, it do not be conformed to the former lust, which

were yours in your ignorance. But like the Holy One who owed you,

be holy, yourselves also in your behavior, because it is written you shall

be holy for I am holy. If you address as Father, the one

who impartially judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves in fear during the

time of your sky on earth. There's Peter one. Wow, that's pretty

good. Yes, it is. Indeed it is. This is the summation

of what I would tell you, ladies and gentlemen. This is what I

would tell you, and it's common knowledge. What holy is? It really

is? It's common knowledge? I mean, how heard of the Ten commandments?

Leonard? I mean are they hard? No? No, they're I

mean reduced to the lowest common denominator. Right, Yes they are. And

you can't get any more simpler than the beatitude. Right. No, I

mean, in a nutshell, being holy is the opposite of being a scumbag.

Yes, it is. It is morally blameless, and it's amazing how

when this is what you're attempting to do parking to my voice, Ladies and

gentlemen, I don't care who you are, what you think you know.

I don't care if you were baptized when you were a baby or not.

If it is your intention to do these things, the Lord, your God,

will be with you, and before you know it, you will find

yourself following him and you'll know where he's going. Leonard, be honest with

me. So does the Lord go to strip bars? No? Mm,

so the Lord wouldn't go to a crack party either. No, that you

have no business there, and you know, unless you're audministering to people.

But you're not going to go walk into a strip club ministering. No you're

not. This is the best way to do it, ladies and gentlemen.

If you wouldn't want the Lord Jesus Christ to watch you doing it, or

you wouldn't want him to be with you wherever you're at, that's when you

know you're dead bang wrong. And that's that's a pretty simple thing to do,

right Leonard, Yes it is. I mean, would you go to

the bar on Friday night just because it's Friday, right? It's Friday,

Thank god, it's Friday, right, So all the buddies are going to

go down to the bar and have a drink. Would Jesus Christ come with

you and have a drink? No, I don't have no business in that

place. No, No, it's pretty simple. It is not difficult at

all, you know, and do not be misled. Bad company corrupts good

character. You know a lot of You need to change your company because your

friends are not your friends at all. If they're not encouraging you to do

what is right, get away from them. I mean, I understand that

you and them might be fans of the same team. I appreciate that.

What say you, Leonard, it's time for closing comments. I would just

say, be sober in spirit, you know, keep your eyes up towards

the Lord, love one another, you know, and live holy, live

morally blameless. And it's not hard if you love the Lord. It's not

you know. I remember hearing people saying, Oh my gosh, I gotta

be holy. It's just they don't understand what they're talking about. It's because

there's still a level of love for sin in their heart. We need to

have a love for God. You have a love for God. These things

come naturally. Yep, they come naturally. It's not you don't have to

force it. It just naturally happens. Like I naturally love my wife,

I naturally love my kids. You naturally love the Law of God. You

naturally love the Lord. It's just the way it works. It's simple.

And you know what. The best gauge for how much you love is time.

That's a fact. That is to say, I can prove in the

court of law that I love my wife just based on the amount of hours

I spend with her every day. Your saying goes for God's word. You

know, ladies and gentlemen, if you're deeply desiring to enter the Kingdom of

Heaven, you need to accordingly just how you spend your time, because if

you love him, you will spend time with it. Amen. All right,

Leonard, take us out of here in prayer, Deavenly Father, in

the name of Jesus, Lord God, we just thank you for another day

of life. Lord God, Thank you for speaking to us. Thank you

for your mercy and grace upon our lives, upon our family. Lord God,

as we go out through this week, through this rest of this night,

help us to walk in love, help us to be holy as you

are. Holy Lord God. We pray, Lord God that the listener will

just have a hunger for your word, a desire to seek you and to

seek your word as hit treasures. Lord God. We just pray, Lord

God, that you will just watch over all the brothers and sisters families tonight,

any sick loved ones. Lord God, we pray for health, and

we just pray for peace right now over them, Lord God, Peace upon

Matthew's family and all the listeners. Family. Lord God, we just pray,

Lord God, that you will just give us the strength that we need

to be able to make it through the day and give us the love so

that we can shed that love to others. Lord in Jesus name, Amen,
