  1. Do you know the Bible is God's Holy Word? Do you know it is

  2. inspired, in errant, and infallible? If so, like, share,

  3. subscribe and support this podcast. So we are mere Nathal ministries and now Redemption

  4. draweth nigh. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the program. I'm

  5. your host, Matthew. Tonight we're doing another fellowship. So we've got all

  6. kinds of people here. We have Jamie here and Sherry and Jennifer and Joni.

  7. So we're going to get back to trying to figure out what is the

  8. best New Testament translation of the Greek. We've got five more verses that we

  9. need to look at, and so far it's making me fairly nervous because this

  10. is true. I made the New American Standard Bible ninety five update, the

  11. mainstay of this ministry for purely well not purely personal reasons. It is a

  12. very very good translation. It is a very scholarly translation. However, so

  13. far, you know, we've basically found four critical times that it deviates from

  14. the Adidal regia, and I mean deviates to the point you would have to

  15. write things in the margin of your Bible. And after that last program that

  16. we did. I went back and looked over because I was switching between the

  17. KJV and the new King James version, and what I found was very disturbing

  18. because in every instance that the New American Standard Bible was lacking, the new

  19. King James version was spot on. So to be honest with you, I

  20. don't know what we're going to find tonight because I've got to do what all

  21. of you have to do. This this list of nine verses I knew about

  22. decades ago. Why I never sat down and did this what we're going to

  23. do today, There's only one answer to that equation. Because I was in

  24. correspondence with the people that did the ninety five update to the New American Standard

  25. Bible. It is quite obvious to me that, even though it was unintentional,

  26. I have clearly made this the mainstay of this ministry for the wrong reasons.

  27. And that's okay. I mean that's okay because I never preached the New

  28. American Standard Bible. I always have said from the very beginning, you check

  29. it against Stefan's fifteen to fifty, never waiver to the left of the right.

  30. You check it off the ideal regia. That's where you get your chapters

  31. and verses from that's what the Bible, God's Holy World is. I've never

  32. wavered to the left or to the right of that. But this makes for

  33. a serious conundrum as far as I'm concerned, because I should have taken the

  34. time to compare this to the other modern translations. I do know this.

  35. The verses that we went over last time, I checked to the ESV,

  36. and the ESV is quite simply unusable. There were several instances where the New

  37. American Standard Bible would put things in brackets or they would take things out,

  38. but the ESV just flatly just removes them all. They just had to remove

  39. them all. So that's very concerning to me. We will no longer even

  40. suggest using the ESV. So do we have a volunteer to read tonight because

  41. Tammy is not here? She read last Oh, Tammy did show it.

  42. Tammy, are you going to read for us again tonight from the New American

  43. Standard Bible? Yeah? I can do that, Matthew. Are we recording

  44. right now? I just got here. Yes, we are recording. Wonderful,

  45. wonderful. Yes, I take it that you were getting ready to have

  46. an issue with me if we weren't recording. But yes, I'm glad we

  47. are. I was eating dinner so I out here late. Okay, all

  48. right, Well, the first one we're gonna look at is one that makes

  49. me uneasy to my stomach, because well it just does. I don't know

  50. what's going to happen, but I got a feeling I know what's going to

  51. happen. So let's go to Luke, chapter seventeen, verse thirty six.

  52. Tammy Luke, seventeen thirty six. Okay, two men will be in the

  53. field. One will be taken and the other will be left. That's a

  54. bad sign. This is going off memory. Let me get to the adid

  55. Orgia. Yeah, that's that's what I thought. That's what I thought.

  56. This verse is not in the Idita Regia. Now I'm going to tell you

  57. things off the top of my head. This verse was missing from the first

  58. through third editions of Stephanas, so those auditions were comprised from fifteen forty six

  59. to the fifteen fifty. However, in the fifteen fifty one his fourth edition,

  60. Stephanus put this in the marginal notes of the Adita Regia. So what

  61. you just read is a lie. It seems not all right, seems like

  62. the rapture is a device. Huh, well, that may very well be

  63. the case, and we're going to have to obviously expand to this whole,

  64. this whole stanza. But let me jump down here and check the new King

  65. James version, because I got a feeling it will be the same exact way.

  66. The new King James version it contains it too, and it's not in

  67. a bracket. It says two men will be in the field, one will

  68. be left in the or one will be taken in the other left. So

  69. so far this is the only time that the New King James version is incorrect.

  70. And just so everybody knows out there, you don't need to take a

  71. permanent marker and mark this out of your Bible because it'll bleak you on the

  72. next page. Do this with pencil. If you've got a pencil handy right

  73. now and you've got a paper bible, mark that verse out. Let me

  74. explain to you one more time. There are four editions of the Yadido Regia.

  75. Stephanas's first one was in fifteen forty six. The third edition, the

  76. fifteen fifty is what we use. The difference between it and the fourth edition

  77. was marginal notes. In the marginal notes of the fifteen fifty one, he

  78. put this in as a note that it was in some translations, but it

  79. was not in the text. It was in the marginal footnotes. This verse

  80. does not belong in the Bible. It does not belong here in Luke chapter

  81. seventeen, verse thirty six. The Adido Regia only has thirty six verses in

  82. this chapter. Now, I'm not saying that this verse is not found somewhere

  83. else. That's not what I'm saying, because it is very similar to another

  84. verse in a different chapter. But I'm telling you that Luke chapter seventeen,

  85. verse thirty sive. That's dead bang wrong. If you have a pencil,

  86. mark that out in your paper Bible. So, Tammy, let's expand to

  87. that stanza and read the host stands. And I think it's just four verses

  88. before. Let's see here from twenty two to thirty seven, or do you

  89. want me to Yeah, that is the host stands and there is some things.

  90. Yeah, yeah, you're gonna have to read that, yeah yeah,

  91. start from verse twenty two. Please. And he said to the disciples,

  92. the days will come when you along to see one of the days of the

  93. center man, and you will not see it. They will say to you,

  94. look there, look here. Do not go away, and do not

  95. run after them. For just like the lightning, when it flashes out of

  96. one part of the sky, shines to the other part of the sky,

  97. so will the senner man be in his day, but for he must suffer

  98. many things and be rejected by this generation. And just as it happened in

  99. the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the

  100. Sun of Man. They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying,

  101. they were being given in marriage. And then day that Noah entered,

  102. until the day Noah entered the ark and the flood came and destroyed them all.

  103. It was the same as happened in the days of lock. They were

  104. eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they

  105. were planting, they were building. But on the day that lot went out

  106. from Sodom, it rained figher in brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.

  107. It will be just the same on the day that the Sun of Man is

  108. revealed. On that day, the one who is on the housetop and whose

  109. goods are in the house must not go down to take them out. And

  110. likewise the one who is in the field us not turned back. Remember Lot's

  111. wife. Whoever seeks to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses

  112. his life will preserve it. I tell you, on that night, there

  113. will be two in one bed. One will be taken and the other will

  114. be left. There will be two women grinding at the same place. One

  115. will be taken and the other will be left. Two men will be in

  116. the field. One will be taken and the other will be left. And

  117. answering, they said to him where Lord, And he said to them where

  118. the body is? They're also the vultures will be gathered. First off,

  119. let me say that. Let me read Matthew chapter twenty four, verse forty.

  120. It reads, then there will be two men in the field. One

  121. will be taken and one will be left. So this is very similar to

  122. what has been added here, But that's beside the point. Just because it's

  123. similar, this not means that it should be compied here. Because this is

  124. being well. I take umbrage with it because for one, location, location,

  125. location. If you're going to start any type of business or invest in

  126. any business, everyone will tell you location is everything. It literally is everything.

  127. And you'll take note to the proximity to those who's being talked about and

  128. said, I tell you the truth. On that night, there will be

  129. two in one bed, two people and one bed one spot. One will

  130. be taken and in the other left. Take note, these are people in

  131. the exact same location. There's no difference of locality as far as they're in

  132. the immediate vicinity. They're in the media immediate vicinity. The same thing with

  133. you know that two women are grinding at the same place, so you have

  134. a bed in play and you have a grinding mill in place. It's trying

  135. to say that at an individual location. But when we open it out up

  136. to a field, then you have problems, especially with the mosaic law,

  137. because you all know the law that says that if you have taken an oath,

  138. okay, if you've taken an oath, you can't come into the presence

  139. of a dead body or you will be ceremonially unclean. Well, the rabbis

  140. have a longstanding that that's fifty feet and of course if you're in a field,

  141. and of course we even reckon our field off the acre. Correct,

  142. You could be in one field and be a whole lot further away than just

  143. fifty feet. And more importantly, you're not in the presence of somebody in

  144. one field. Right. We all know this. Basically, what we're talking

  145. about is earshot. This is why the rabbis always determine this distance to be

  146. about fifty feet. That's why it's called earshot. P't that point you have

  147. to yell to get people's attention. You have to yell to be heard.

  148. So that's why I'm taking umberts with this location, location, location, and

  149. I'm sure that everybody caught the feel of that as we was reading it down.

  150. Are we going to go over to Matthew chapter twenty four and investigate that,

  151. No, we're not. Yes, you can. There's a footnote here.

  152. It says for verse thirty six. Early manuscripts did not contain this verse

  153. Matthew twenty four to forty, So it says that it does say that in

  154. the footnote. Okay, yes, well, dead bang. This verse does

  155. not belong here. It's not in the addo regia. That's why Stephanis did

  156. not put it there. That's why in the fourth edition that's actually what you're

  157. reading. You're reading the footnote from Stefana's So it shouldn't be here. He

  158. didn't put it in the text. It should not be inserted here in the

  159. text. So here, once again, the New American Standard Bible is lacking.

  160. But the first verse we found the new King James version is lacking two.

  161. It needs to be marked out. That verse needs to be removed because

  162. it don't belong there. It just doesn't. So let's get to the next

  163. one. Let's see where we're going to go to next. Let's go to

  164. Acts chapter nine. This should be a good one. Verses five and six.

  165. Acts chapter nine, Verses five and six. Okay, And he said

  166. who are you Lord? And he said, I am Jesus, whom you

  167. are persecuting. But get up and enter the city. And we told you

  168. what you must do. Well, you're missing a phrase there from the Greek.

  169. Jesus said, well, how would you say that you're kicking against the

  170. thorns? Let me check. Let me check the new King James version.

  171. It says and he said, who are you Lord? Then Jesus said to

  172. him, I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for

  173. you to kick against the gods. So trembling and astonished, he said,

  174. Lord, what do you want me to do? And the Lord said to

  175. him, arise and going to the city, and you will be told what

  176. you must do. Yes, that's it. As you can see there,

  177. there's actually a couple of phrases that is missing from the New American Standard Bible.

  178. So once again we're at this place where New American Standard Bible is incorrect

  179. and the new King James version is correct. Now, this translation does say

  180. goads, and yeah, I would have put thorns, but I mean that's

  181. beside the point. That's just a matter of uh, you know, that's

  182. just a minor technicality. It is there, it is translated for you to

  183. read. So that's just that. Let's go ahead and go and kick it

  184. out to that stanza. Cammy, read that whole stanza, and let's see

  185. the effects it has on that portion of scripture. Please one through ten.

  186. Yeah, that's what I would do. One through ten now, so I'll

  187. still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord. Went to the

  188. High Priest and asked for letters from him to the synagogues at Damascus, so

  189. that if he found any belonging to the way, both men and women he

  190. might bring them bound to Jerusalem. As he was traveling, it happened that

  191. he was approaching Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him,

  192. and he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, Saul,

  193. Saul, why are you persecuting me? And he said, who are

  194. you Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom you are persecuting.

  195. But get up and enter the city, and it will be told you what

  196. you must do. The men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the

  197. voice, but seeing no one. Saul got up from the ground, and

  198. though his eyes were open, he could see nothing, and leaving him by

  199. the hand, they brought him into Damascus. And he was three days without

  200. sight, and neither ate nor drank. So it's pretty obvious why Jesus said

  201. this, And yes you can, I mean, there's no getting around.

  202. This has been removed. But there in the Adido Regia, Jesus states that

  203. give or twenty seven fifty nine coupled with G twenty nine seventy nine to well

  204. to kid and and this this verb. The reason why I said, you

  205. know sting is yeah, that would be sting or a cattle prad a gode.

  206. But the reason why it's called that is because it's sharp. So but

  207. this also means a divine impulse. But anyway, Yes, the New American

  208. Standard Bible is absolutely lacking. And you have to understand that this phraseology is

  209. important to this text because Jesus is saying why this is happening to him,

  210. because he of course had went and got letters and was persecuting the Christians.

  211. So Jesus told him, this has happened to you because you've been kicking against

  212. the goats. So you can't remove that phrase. Well, me stating you

  213. can't redundant, that's just redundant to say that, of course, you can't

  214. remove something from the Bible, God's holy words. So basically the New American

  215. Standard Bible has done the same thing here that it did at First John chapter

  216. five. You're basically missing two phrases, one from the end of four to

  217. one from the beginning of six. So you know that there's no no justification

  218. to remove that at all. And that's besides the point. It can't be

  219. removed. All right, Let's go to the next one acts, chapter thirteen,

  220. verse forty two. This is an interest one as well Acts Chapter thirteen,

  221. verse forty two. As Paul and Barnabas were going out, the people

  222. kept begging that these things might be spoken to them the next Sabbath. Okay,

  223. so you're not seeing the Jews there. You didn't say Jews and you

  224. didn't say synagogue, good year. No, I assure you those are present

  225. in the text. Let me check the King James, the new King James.

  226. Yes, this hasn't correct. So when the Jews went out of the

  227. synagogue, the gentiles begged that these words might be preached to them on the

  228. next Sabbath. That's key critical. You need to know who the villain is

  229. here. Understand that the Gentiles were in the synagogue and they had to wait

  230. until the Jews left the synagogue, and then they come privately to Jesus asking

  231. Jesus to just teach them without the Pharisees being around. You remove the Jews

  232. and the synagogue from this, you completely changed the reason why they did it,

  233. right, right, Tammy, Well, that's totally confusing the verse here

  234. from what it says in the NASB to what you said. Because if it's

  235. saying Paul and Barnabas were going out, how did they get from that to

  236. the others? Very good question. So you're saying that that we should go

  237. ahead and open it up and see what the verses before read in the New

  238. American Standard Bible or the New King James Version is up. What you're saying,

  239. I was saying, let's what I don't understand why I did that.

  240. That's what I'm saying. It just completely is completely a different meaning. That's

  241. exactly what I'm saying. It's completely. It's incorrect. You you have changed

  242. the intent. Not only the intent, well, you changed the whole thing.

  243. It's it's completely. I mean, listen to this out of the New

  244. King James Version. So when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the

  245. gentiles beg that these words might be preached to them on the next Sabbath,

  246. verse forty three. Now, when the congregation had broken up, many of

  247. the Jews and devout proselyttes followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking with them,

  248. persuaded them to continue in the grace of God. So read forty two

  249. and forty three out of the New American Standard Bible. As Paul and Barnabas

  250. were going out, the people kept begging that these things might be spoken to

  251. them the next Sabbath. Now, in the meaning of the synagogue had broken

  252. up. Many of the Jews and of the God fearing prosolytes followed Paul and

  253. Barnabas, who speaking to them, were urging them to continue in the grace

  254. of God. That is a totally different meaning. Yes, it's completely not

  255. only changed the text, it's changed the text meaning. So once again,

  256. I mean this is I mean, we're didn't really cross the threshold at this

  257. point. The new American Standard Bible is dead banged wrong, and the new

  258. King James version is absolutely correct. And let me take a look at the

  259. Greek for this just a minute. No, there's just there's no justification.

  260. There's just no justification for doing this. It's the new American Standard Bible is

  261. wrong. It's not only wrong, it's misleading you. It's it's misleading you

  262. to the intent of what was being said. So, you know, I

  263. guess we just need to move on twenty three nine Acts twenty three nine,

  264. and there occurred a great uproar, and some of the scribes of the Pharisee

  265. party stood up and began to argue heatedly, saying we find nothing wrong with

  266. this. Suppose a spirit or an angel has spoken to him, and that's

  267. it. It doesn't say the last phrase, does it nop. Okay,

  268. that's very concerning to me, because you're basically missing two words in Greek.

  269. You're basically missing G thirty three sixty one, which is not or negative no,

  270. and it should say. It should say something like, uh, do

  271. not fight against God. That's how the version because the next because the next

  272. word in Greek is G twenty three thirteen. It's to resist God. It's

  273. a compound word in Greek. Okay, And what this means to to strive

  274. against God or to resist God, let me check. Let me read the

  275. new King James version. Then there rose aloud outcry, and the scribes of

  276. the Pharisees party rose in protested, saying, we find no evil in this

  277. man. But if a spirit or angel has spoken to him, let us

  278. not fight against God. That is what it should say. That's what those

  279. two Greek words means. It means, let us not strive against God.

  280. That's what it should say. You're saying that last phrase is missing in the

  281. New American Standard Bible. Correct, it's dead bang wrong. That last there's

  282. no justification because that is what you're doing. If you're doing the things that

  283. are going on previously in the verse, you understand if there's nothing wrong with

  284. the man or a spirit or angel from God has come to him, and

  285. this really is the message God wants us to have, and we reject it,

  286. we're fighting against God. It's mandatory to have those last two Greek words

  287. in there. And once again, and look, everybody can write this down

  288. if you want to. I'm setting here looking at it. It's G thirty

  289. three sixty one and G twenty three thirteen. The New American Standard Bible has

  290. removed it, and they must be there because if you reject the messager and

  291. the message, you are resisting God himself. It's imperative that be here.

  292. And ladies and gentlemen, you need to know this. We have been discussing

  293. privately why it is that Jesus warned us that in the end times false prophets

  294. would come. So this is this is very important that you understand the ramifications

  295. of this being in this verse. If we really do have an angel'll come

  296. to us and tell us a message, and you don't do that message just

  297. like Locke's wife, You've just doomed yourself. That's what Locke's wife did.

  298. She was told do not look back, and she looked back, and she

  299. resisted God. She was fighting against what God himself had said. So yeah,

  300. this very small phrase removed out of here, but it's critical to mission.

  301. This verse is mission critical, especially Indian times, because ladies and gentlemen,

  302. you need to know this is what is going to happen. No,

  303. look, most of the church today don't even believe in miracles anymore. They

  304. abscribe miracles through the machinations of men. That's what they ascribe miracles to.

  305. I mean, they don't even believe God can heal anybody. They firmly have

  306. convinced themselves just like God says, and multiple times in the prophetic narrative,

  307. he says that these people were thinking that God wouldn't do anything. They've come

  308. to believe that God is entombed on his throne. They don't believe he's going

  309. to get involved. They don't believe He don't care, He don't answer their

  310. prayers. He didn't heal you know, their relatives, so he doesn't heal

  311. anymore. They've come to this dead reckoning of themselves. So you need to

  312. know, ladies and gentlemen, that there's up in front of us. There

  313. is a time coming where you're gonna have to make a choice. God is

  314. going to start speaking through people and through angels and through spiritual whatever. He

  315. is going to start doing it, and you had better convince yourself to hearken

  316. to their voice. As long as they don't do two things, give two

  317. things. Whoever shows up or whatever shows up, you get them. You

  318. get them in their catch twenty two, did the Lord Jesus Christ come in

  319. the flesh? If they answered yes, he did, you keep right on

  320. listening. Ask that there's only one other catch twenty two. If they tell

  321. you to violate the ten Commandments or the the attitudes, they're lying to you.

  322. They've been sent to test you. No angel in creation will advise you

  323. to steal an apple because you're hungry. They might give you an apple,

  324. but they will not advise you to steal an apple because you're hungry. So

  325. this being taken out of this verse, this versus mission critical to the end

  326. times as described by Jesus Christ our Lord in Matthew chapter twenty four. So

  327. this is very different from Luke chapter seventeen, verse thirty six. I mean,

  328. I appreciate that that somebody had had, you know, known that Matthew

  329. chapter twenty four, verse forty was there, and thought that it belonged with

  330. these verses in Luke chapter seventeen. No it didn't. Because we have a

  331. mathematical and mechanical work of God in our hands. I could prove to you

  332. that the Adida Regia is the Bible, God's Holy Word in mathematical ways you

  333. can't comprehend. I'm telling you. Mechanically, it's the real deal. So

  334. I appreciate that somebody took and borrowed Matthew chapter twenty four, verse forty and

  335. inserted it into Luke chapter seventeen in between versus you know, thirty five and

  336. thirty six. But it doesn't belong there for other reasons. And I would

  337. literally have to give a class on just that chapter to show you why,

  338. No, no, you can't add it to there. You can't do that.

  339. There's greater things at play. So this one bothers me because this is

  340. mission critical. But the last one we have to look at is very concerning,

  341. and I really don't want to do it, and I don't want to

  342. do it because well, I might as well just tell you. I just

  343. might as well just tell you the truth when I was writing the Greek.

  344. When I got here, I didn't like it because you have a problem here

  345. with with the use of Greek sentence structure. So just because the thing is

  346. not stay doesn't mean that it's not that thing. It's the Greek can imply

  347. it. So this is the very very water. Just man, I'm really

  348. hesitant, really hesitant on reading this, because this proves, you know that

  349. one magnificent thing that we have that Jesus said about the Bible, God's Holy

  350. Word, you know that one little bitty thing that if you change, you

  351. know, the Greek basically says jot or tittle, you're in serious trouble.

  352. And unfortunately that's really what we're looking here at the Greek in this instance.

  353. So let's get there. I mean, I really don't want to do it,

  354. but go to Revelation chapter thirteen, verse one, Tammy and read it

  355. for me. And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore. Then

  356. I saw bees coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven

  357. heads. And on his horns were ten diadems, and on his heads were

  358. blasphemous names. Boy, here we go again. I'm hesitant to say what's

  359. going on here, but read the first part again for me. And the

  360. dragons stood no end of the seashore. No, no, that's not what

  361. the Greek says. The Greek doesn't say dragon, it's implied in the Greek.

  362. Order to explain this to you, I'm going to have to take I'm

  363. going to have to tell you to jump back one chapter. Go to the

  364. last stands of the last verses of chapter twelve and read them for me.

  365. And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he

  366. persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child. But the two wings

  367. of the great Eagle will give in to the woman, so that she could

  368. fly into the wilderness to her place, which she was nourished for a time

  369. and times in half a time from the presence of the serpent. And the

  370. serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so

  371. that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood. But the

  372. earth helped the woman. And the Earth opened his mouth and drank up the

  373. river which the dragon poured out of his mouth. So the dragon was enraged

  374. with the woman and went off to make war with the rest of her children.

  375. The commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. So you

  376. can see that the subject matter is the dragon, right, that's the subject

  377. matter. So you open up verse verse thirteen, and you would see that

  378. if the Greek started talking, you would have to scratch your head and say,

  379. so you're talking about the dragon. The dragon is standing on the seashore.

  380. No, that's not what the Greek does. And the reason why,

  381. Look, ladies and gentlemen, you're experiencing Matthew Chapter five, verse eighteen,

  382. in real time. This is really where the rubber hits the road. For

  383. truly, I say to you, until heaven and Earth pass away, not

  384. the smallest letter or stroke shall be passed from the law until it is all

  385. accomplished. This verse is directly applying to this instance. So the first thing

  386. I need to say is this, what does what does the New King James

  387. version say? He go down here? Yeah, yeah, I was afraid

  388. of that. The New King James version says, Then I stood on the

  389. sand of the sea, and I saw a beast rising out of the sea,

  390. having seven heads, and ten horns, and on his horns pen crowns,

  391. and on his head's blasphemous name. That's what it should say, because

  392. I'm here to tell you I'm looking after you, did a Regia. It

  393. never says dragon. It doesn't say dragon. And when we flip it over

  394. to the parceling information, why would it be saying this. Okay, it

  395. starts out with and it starts out with kiel. But the word to stand

  396. here g. Twenty four seventy six. Make no mistake about it. It's

  397. in the first person singular case. It's in the first person singular case,

  398. ladies and gentlemen. So the New American Standard Bible is assuming that the first

  399. person singular case is referring to the dragon, because that's who the last chapter

  400. finished with. So do you understand what I'm trying to say, Tammy?

  401. Yeah, we have a question of verb tense here, and somebody is assuming

  402. it's talking about the dragon when that's not what it's said. You're adding to

  403. the text. This is a new where let me ask you this again,

  404. Cammy, where do you get the chapters and verses from? And if the

  405. it Dido Regia is making a separation and a break. It is not saying

  406. that the dragon was continuing on to chapter thirteen, does it. I would

  407. say that this is a new subject. You would say, this is a

  408. new subject. That would be the safest thing to say, right, Yes,

  409. so this is kind of concerning. You would agree, this is concerning.

  410. Yes, that somebody just thought, hey, we'll just make something up

  411. and just you know, add it to the text where it doesn't belong.

  412. This is very concerning. You can't do this. And this is one of

  413. those instances where you know, I don't know what to say because it shouldn't

  414. be here, but yet here we are looking at it. So what do

  415. you think? What do you think, Tammy? What do you think we

  416. should make a decision about this verse? Should it say the dragon or not?

  417. I would take a look at that and strives concordance to see what it

  418. is, because that isn't the NASB king the strongs. So, yes it

  419. is. That's what I would look at to see. Well, I can

  420. do that for you right here, because I've got it opened up. Let's

  421. switch it over to the Numerican standard bottle. Nope, the word dragon is

  422. not key the strongs the first word in this verse key, the strongs is

  423. stood as it should be, then it's not there and it was added.

  424. That's how you can tell. That's right, it's not there and it was

  425. added. So this creates a problem. Correct, Yes, I mean this

  426. In no way, shape or form is this good. So what do you

  427. make of that? Well? I for for me personally, because the nas

  428. is key the strong I'm not gonna throw the baby out with the bath water.

  429. But that's just my personal thinking. If you are new to reading the

  430. Bible and you're not used to using the strongs, concordance and all that,

  431. I wouldn't use this translation. I'm not saying it's it's bad per se,

  432. but it does leave a lot of things out that should be there and adds

  433. things that should not, so it's not for most people. However, I

  434. like the modern English rather than reading the king names all the time. Sometimes

  435. these and those are harder for me to read. So that's why I like

  436. it just flows for me easier. But I should do an end depth study,

  437. you can, you know, I always look back, always compare,

  438. you know, with the original texts. That's English is a hard language for

  439. anybody to learn if they're new to English. So to translate something to English

  440. could be difficult anyway. We don't have the feminine and the masculine verbs and

  441. all those things too that are so lies. That's why I am grateful that

  442. you can look at that and see, well, this is feminine with the

  443. masculine noun, and you know all of those things that we can't see in

  444. English. Well, yeah, you're right. I mean, you're you're lucky

  445. that you have me around to do that, no doubt about that. But

  446. you know, I, personally, I guess there's nothing for it. What

  447. I have to say, there's no comparison between this translation and the new King

  448. James version. The new King James version is superior in every point except one

  449. in which it is incorrect with the New American Standard Bible, and that's Luke,

  450. chapter seventeen, verse thirty six. That's the only verse in question.

  451. I could literally tell people joining this ministry right now, if you want to

  452. know what the Adido Regia actually says, you can take a pencil by a

  453. New King James Version Bible, open it up to Luke, chapter seventeen,

  454. verse thirty six, mark out that one verse, and you've got it now.

  455. And I guess I have no choice but to say that do I can,

  456. right? So I guess that's what I'm going to declare from this moment

  457. forward, that this ministry is changing its Bible. I don't care how much

  458. I have invested. Now everyone in Maranatha Ministries knows that I still have my

  459. original Xander Vaughan NASA be exhaustive concordance right here on my shelf. It's what

  460. I talked them with. That That's how I taught everybody in Maranatha Ministries.

  461. I don't care. I don't I am not willing to get to a point

  462. where I realize that that I'm lacking in this ministry. So I'm not going

  463. to change just because I'm stiff necked. That's not going to happen. I

  464. don't care. I'm not doing this because of Matthew Miller's personal preferences. I

  465. really don't care if I'm emotionally attached to anything. We just systematically went through

  466. the nine critical places in the scripture where I know proves whether your Bible is

  467. correct. We went through all nine and in all nine instances, the New

  468. American Standard Bible was dead bang wrong. It's wrong. And the new King

  469. James version was correct in eight of those nine instances, and there's no justification

  470. for me to expecially take on I don't want to call them baby Christians,

  471. but I'll just say Novuss. When it comes to the Bible, there's no

  472. justification for me to try to go to great links to explain to them what

  473. can be explained with one sentence by a new King James version Bible. Take

  474. a pencil and mark out Luke seventeen thirty six and you've got it. Yes.

  475. So for the new King James versus the King James, what's the difference?

  476. I have no idea. I mean, like I said it in the

  477. first program we did, there's a couple of times I switched back and forth

  478. between the two. So when I saw that the new King James version was

  479. correct, and I think three of those, that's why I went back and

  480. checked it. Now you can go ahead, I mean, if you want

  481. me to, I can go back and check the King James version against all

  482. these two. But I'm never going to teach from the King James version.

  483. It's just I don't need to teach my students Elizabethan English first, you understand,

  484. Look, I am It's like reading Shakespeare. It's hard to read.

  485. That's why I like the meat. It's easier to flow. But like you're

  486. saying, with it missing things, that's why it's important to have the other

  487. copy so or other translation. I should say, Well, the main point

  488. of this ministry has always been this. I do not change curriculum according to

  489. the class. Now, look, you can take that to the bank,

  490. Matthew Miller. I will address the teenage using the same exact curriculum I use

  491. for the senior adult class. I am not going to go to the elementary

  492. kids and teach them KJV. Forget about it. I'm not going to do

  493. it. Now. You better figure this out real quick. My primary goal

  494. is the children, and it always has been. Now. I've had a

  495. few preachers in the past would take umbrage with that. I of course have

  496. them shot down every single time. We'll go to the board. Matter of

  497. fact, we'll go to the district superintendent like I did before when we were

  498. going to a particular church. I'm not going to give names. Yeah we

  499. went to the district. No, no, I'm not going to teach the

  500. elementary kids Elizabethian English and then teaching the Bible. Six months later, No,

  501. No, I'm not okay, I'm not going to teach children psychobabble.

  502. No, I'm not not gonna do that. Do you understand? So don't

  503. even think about getting Matthew to go left or right on this issue. I

  504. will never teach out of the KJV because I'm not going to confuse young children.

  505. That's not going to happen. Would you dare uh each your you know,

  506. five and six year old kids, Tammy, would you read to them

  507. know a story out of the KJV? No, you wouldn't because they wouldn't

  508. understand the word you were saying. They would be like, what's d what?

  509. What? What's that? Mommy? What's what? What? You understand

  510. what I'm saying? They would not understand what you were reading, would they?

  511. Right? Because you would not be speaking English. You would be inadvertantly

  512. teaching them the tongue of them. Now you're you're you probably got questions raising

  513. in your mind, don't you tell me you're thinking to yourself, Hey,

  514. I should ask Aaron if Matthew ever did family church in KJV. No,

  515. No is no question. I think what you're saying, I agree with you,

  516. So I mean I guess I mean it won't won't take me very long

  517. to check all these verses against the KJV too, but I'm not going to

  518. use it. And as of right now, I have no reason not to

  519. use the new King James Version because I can do this quickly. I mean,

  520. look, this is what you need to be able to do, ladies

  521. and gentlemen, just so you know, I mean, you should be able

  522. to get a group of six graders, right, and you advertised that,

  523. you know, hey, we're going to do some evangelism. So we got

  524. a free vacation Bible school one week in the summer. You pass out flowers

  525. and you say we're going to rent a bus and we're going to come pick

  526. your kids up. Right, you have all these inner city kids come,

  527. let's say you add ten. What you need to do is buy ten New

  528. King James Version Bibles to pass out to them that very not on the first

  529. night, and you do that whole week long curriculum out of that Bible.

  530. And now, I know this is going to hurt your bottom dollar if you're

  531. a church, and you're not gonna be able to roll over those CDs as

  532. often, but you need to give those Bibles to those kids, now,

  533. I know you consider it a pair mount offense against God if you teach children

  534. and invest money in children without getting their parents' hides money. I understand that.

  535. I'm just telling you, if you're going to educate kids in the way

  536. they can get to the Kingdom of Heaven, you better do exactly what I

  537. just said. And I don't care what modern translation you use. You do

  538. what I've did since the very beginning. Pick a translation, and before you

  539. start teaching, check it against the adido regia. Matter of fact, why

  540. don't you come to my house and ask my kids what I do? So

  541. I don't know, I guess as of right now. And I was afraid,

  542. especially with Revelation chapter thirteen, I was afraid it had done that.

  543. But I assure you that dract coolness in the Greek is not there. It's

  544. not there. Stood is in the first person singular, and it never is

  545. a name. So you should supposed to. I mean, at that point

  546. you can't say one way or the other, because the chapter verse is there.

  547. You have a break, So you would have to look in the Bible

  548. God's holy word for another instance of a man standing on the shore and something

  549. happening. So I guess that's the conclusion this ministry has come to. From

  550. now on, we're going to use the new King James version Bible. I

  551. don't have a problem with it. It never did anyway. So who can

  552. we pick on to pray us out of here? I say we pick on

  553. Jony, Jony, can you come pray us out of here? Please?

  554. It took me that long. I told you I have a new computer.

  555. That's all right. It took me that long to find the page. Get

  556. back. I'm looking at Bibles. Yes, I can pray. Thank you,

  557. Dear Lord, that your word is true. Thank you for this help

  558. in understanding your word. Please be with us, Lord, Please teach us

  559. to obey you without questioning you. Please prepare us to test false prophets and

  560. liars. Thank you for this group. Thank you for this evening. In

  561. Jesus precious name, I pray, Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen,

  562. and Amen. Until next time, ladies and gentlemen, God bless God speed.
