  1. Do you know the Bible is God's Holy Word? Do

  2. you know it is inspired, in errant, and infallible? If so, like, share,

  3. subscribe and support this podcast. So we are mere Nathal

  4. Ministries and now Redemption draweth nigh. Welcome, Ladies and gentlemen,

  5. Welcome to the program. I am your host, Matthew Tonight,

  6. where are doing a fellowship on the Biblical New Testament

  7. word redeem. This is kind of a a confluted way

  8. that this come about. Probably Jennifer ought to describe how

  9. this come about, because I'm not not quite sure Aleck

  10. came about. So, Jennifer, why are we doing this New

  11. Testament New Testament word for redeemed tonight?

  12. Essentially, it's because I can't hear misunderstood what you said

  13. on one of your shows. So that's how this happened.

  14. So and it's my fault.

  15. Well that's good. That's good because this is a really

  16. good study. I noticed that Joni was in the chat

  17. and it was very important to her, and I said,

  18. we can certainly do it, and nobody ever clarified. However,

  19. that's not the study We're going to do. That study

  20. that word I talked about that that Jennifer miss heard

  21. was renewed. You must be renewed. It's going to be

  22. maybe a part three. Well, it is the part three.

  23. The question of whether I'm going to do it or

  24. not I formally announced to publicly is a two part series,

  25. born again and then reborn. Well, the third part is renewed,

  26. so we may do that. But this is this is

  27. just as an important study because this is so closely

  28. tied together. It's it's amazing how these words work out

  29. to me in Hebrews. But tonight we're going to talk

  30. about the Greek because in a New Testament, the word

  31. used for redeemed in a lot of translations, especially the

  32. New King James version, is two different Greek words, and

  33. to a person looking at it, you don't know, you

  34. have no clue what's actually going on. And that's one

  35. of the reasons why I take umbrage with well all

  36. English translations, because here case in point one of these

  37. words should be translated ransom should be ransom. But this

  38. is a perfect Bible study because there's just three instances

  39. of each word in the New Testament. Now, if we

  40. expand to the septuagen Old Testament, that's that's a whole

  41. another pill to swallow. That's that gets into Bible prophecy,

  42. that goes places. We don't have time to do that tonight.

  43. But looking at the document that I'm made for everybody,

  44. Redeemed the two words here in Greek. The first one

  45. is G thirty eighty four the true, the true. It

  46. comes up in three different passages in the New Testament.

  47. And the idea of this of this Greek word is

  48. to loosen or to free, that's really the idea behind it.

  49. It can also mean to dissolve or even to divorce,

  50. that is to say, separate. So that's why this root

  51. word means to loosen or to release. And I guess

  52. that's properly the best English translation we would have in

  53. this context, because even in the use of the word divorce,

  54. you release your spouse from the vow. So that's probably

  55. probably a really good way to translate this would be released.

  56. But yes, the new King James version use redeemed, and

  57. when when I read it to you, you're going to

  58. see it in the context. But I put the document

  59. in the chat for everybody to be able to get

  60. access to it. Very simple. I just wanted you to

  61. see the Greek, and when it's in the verses, I

  62. put the case in form there with it. I don't

  63. put the generic form of the word. I let you

  64. see what you need to see. So the very first

  65. time this word comes up in the Greek New Testament

  66. is this infamous time after g Jesus has been resurrected,

  67. this infamous event that happens on the road to Emmaus,

  68. where I have long stated this and I base all

  69. my arguments really off this instance of the word redeemed

  70. one of the first miracles, and really the first miracle,

  71. one of the first miracles that Jesus did was the

  72. crowd goes to stone him and he passes in their midst.

  73. That is to say, I'm thoroughly convinced that he just

  74. quite simply changed his appearance. And I think what happens

  75. here on the road to Emmaus is the true case

  76. and form. I don't think you could paint a picture

  77. of the Lord Jesus Christ. I think that if you're

  78. someone like me, and you have your grandfather was full

  79. blooded German from Germany, and your grandmother was full blooded Indian,

  80. he took her right off the trail of tears. He

  81. went down there to get himself a wife. And so

  82. I am quite certain that if I looked at Jesus,

  83. I would see someone like myself. Ily believed that if

  84. you were a islander from Scotland and you looked at him,

  85. you would see a very pale, complexed redhead. And that's

  86. what you're going to see here. And well, that's why

  87. I've always caught that in a classroom setting. I thoroughly

  88. believe that you don't know what Jesus looked like, because

  89. I believe he changed his appearance with the needs. So,

  90. starting here in verse thirteen of Luke, chapter twenty four,

  91. now Baho, two of them were traveling that same day

  92. to a village called Emmaus, which was seven miles from Jerusalem,

  93. and they walked together of all these things which had happened.

  94. So it was while they conversed and reasoned that Jesus

  95. himself drew near and went with them, But their eyes

  96. were restrained, so they did not know him. And he

  97. said to them, what kind of conversation is this that

  98. you have with one another as you walk and are sad?

  99. Then one of those whose name was Pleampus, answered and

  100. said to him, are you the only stranger in Jerusalem.

  101. And you have not known the things which have happened

  102. in these days. And he said to them, what things?

  103. So they said to him, the things concerning Jesus of Nazareth,

  104. who was a prophet mighty indeed and word before God

  105. and all the people. And now the chief priest and

  106. our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death and

  107. crucified him. But we were hoping that it was he

  108. who was going to redeem Israel. There's the word g four. Indeed,

  109. besides all this, today it is the third day since

  110. these things happened. Yes, and certain women of our company

  111. who arrived at the tomb early astonished us when they

  112. did not find his body. They came saying that they

  113. had seen a vision of angels who said he was alive.

  114. And certain of those who were with us went to

  115. the tomb and found it just as the woman had said,

  116. but they did not see him. Then he said to them, oh,

  117. foolish ones, and slow of heart, to believe all that

  118. the prophets has spoken. Not the Christ have suffered these things?

  119. And to enter his glory? And beginning at Moses and

  120. all the prophets, he expounded to them all the scriptures,

  121. the things concerning himself not take No, here's the first

  122. usage of the word g thirty eighty four. But we're

  123. saying here in the New King James version as redeemed,

  124. it means yes, to lose. What were they talking about.

  125. They wanted the Lord Jesus Christ to free Israel from Rome.

  126. That's what they were wanting. This was their primary thrust.

  127. That they wanted the Kingdom of Heaven to be an

  128. Israelite empire. That's what they were wanting. So you need

  129. to know that here in the case redeem it means

  130. to be loosed. They were wanting to be free from

  131. the bondage. So does anybody have anything they want to

  132. talk about this passage of scripture? Anybody any questions, anything

  133. that sticks out to you. Nope, We'll move on to

  134. the next instance. The next instance is in Titus chapter two,

  135. verse fourteen, taken from the New King James version. Again,

  136. for the grace of God that brings salvation has appear

  137. to all men, teaching us that denying and godlingness and

  138. worldly lust, we should live soberly, righteously and godly in

  139. the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the

  140. glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

  141. who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us

  142. from every lawless deed and purify for himself his own.

  143. Special people zealous for good works, speak these things, exhort

  144. and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you. Boy,

  145. this really ties in with the idea that you must

  146. be born again. This is very plain to the text.

  147. Anyone that teaches you Antiinomian free grace is Antichrist. This

  148. very plainly in the Greek text is saying that the

  149. Lord Jesus Christ has freed us from lawlessness. We are

  150. no longer to be bondage to our What's a good

  151. way to put it, carnal desires that carnal desire to

  152. get ahead. So you lie about your fellow employees so

  153. you can be promoted. You lie in your taxes so

  154. you can further your retirement savings. And I can go

  155. on and on and on. We have been loosed from

  156. those things. And boy, I could just start right here

  157. doing a big sermon. I mean, this is really plain

  158. into the text that the reason why the Lord Jesus

  159. Christ did this was to purify for himself his own

  160. special people's zealous for good works. Anybody got any comments.

  161. Isn't that kind of different from what people think it means?

  162. I mean in the church, you think, well, he freed

  163. me from my sin from death, and that's like, I

  164. know what they think that gives them a license to

  165. keep sinning, like, oh, I myssed up. That's okay, you

  166. know what I'm saying.

  167. Yes, I know what you're saying, and that's why. That's

  168. why I said what I said. This proves that those

  169. words are Antichrist.

  170. Well, it's amazing too that the first it almost the

  171. second section almost seemed to rebuttal the like or be

  172. a counter to.

  173. The first section.

  174. Yep, And that the first.

  175. Section was saying, you know, hey, aren't you going to

  176. free us from all of these physical things that are

  177. ruling over us? But he's they don't even understand what

  178. is actually ruling over them, because the second section is

  179. talking about these things, these lusts of the flesh, that

  180. are actually what is ruling over everybody. I guess is

  181. how I sort of perceived what you read.

  182. And that's exactly the way it should be perceived. Yes,

  183. and Jinny, don't you realize that they can't see it,

  184. can they? They can't see it that they don't realize

  185. that their present condition is that of the damned. That's

  186. their present condition, and the Lord Jesus Christ came to

  187. free us from that. It is to free us from

  188. the addiction to the forbidden fruit. Jenny, that's your problem.

  189. It's always been your problem. That is Hammy's problem. It's

  190. the same exact problem she's always had that I've always had. Unfortunately,

  191. in the garden in Genesis chapter three, we god hoodwinked

  192. and addicted to that forbidden fruit. The Book of Hebrews

  193. is very plain the text. It drills home authoritatively that

  194. the Lord Jesus Christ was the new atom. Through his

  195. blood we are redeemed. This idea, that's what these this

  196. short short stands up. Oh my goodness, how many verses

  197. are here, people, How many verses are here. That's five

  198. verses here. Yet it's saying, even though it doesn't mention

  199. the forbidden fruit that everybody else is addicted to, it's

  200. saying you've been free from that. That's saying you've been

  201. freed from you've been cured of that addiction to ungodliness.

  202. That's why they can't see it, Jenny. They can't see it.

  203. And I hate to tell you this is a serious

  204. litmus test. If you give this in a classroom setting,

  205. can read it and just look over the class and

  206. I can immediately know who, what, where, and why. You

  207. can just look at their demeanor, watch them instantly change,

  208. and know in their hearts what they are. This is

  209. very simple, you know, I've talked about it so much

  210. I'm gonna have to read it again. This text is

  211. saying that the Lord Jesus Christ sacrifice has released you

  212. from your carnal nature. You are supposed to be born again.

  213. You are supposed to be reborn. Why am I using

  214. two different words, because the Greek uses two different words.

  215. You must be renewed. That's what this is saying. And

  216. if you're not hearing that, if you're hearing that the

  217. blood of the Lord Jesus Christ gives you a license

  218. to sin, it's because I can't help you anyway. There's

  219. nothing I can do. There's nothing I can say to

  220. tell you the truth. But I'm going to read them

  221. anyway in hopes that the Lord, my God might use

  222. my voice to create in you you know, I'm not

  223. going to finish my statements quite simply because I've made

  224. this statement too many times, and you think these verses

  225. are a licensed to sin, I can't help you. Titus

  226. Chapter two, verses eleven through fifteen, for the grace of

  227. God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching

  228. us that be not by ungodliness and worldly lust. We

  229. should live soberly, righteously and godly in the present age,

  230. looking for the blessed, hope and glorious appearing of our

  231. great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for

  232. us that he might redeem us from every lawless deed

  233. and purify for himself his own. Special people zealous for

  234. good works, speak these things, exhort and rebuke with all authority.

  235. Let no one despise you. You know this usually makes a

  236. lot of people gnash their teeth, especially the Hebrew roots people.

  237. Oh my goodness, they hate these verses because you understand,

  238. this verse came right out and said that that who

  239. is Jesus, this attributes things to him that they don't like.

  240. It is an anathema who the spirit of Antichrist within them.

  241. They can't say these words. Repeat after me, everybody, I

  242. dare you our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, our

  243. great God. Yes, Jesus is God, the Sun and Savior.

  244. So believe me when I say just this phrase is

  245. a litmus test for the spirit of Antichrist, and it

  246. always has been so. It is as Jenny says, It

  247. is as Tammy says, that the Lord Jesus Christ gave

  248. himself for us that we might be loosed from the

  249. addiction of the forbidden fruit. And I'm going to describe

  250. to you what those things are. It's just like the testimony.

  251. Now We've talked about this many times. I've taught about

  252. this and taught about it and taught about it. This

  253. phrase from Isaiah to the Law and to the testimony.

  254. You need to know what that is. How will they

  255. know you? They will know you for your love for

  256. one another?

  257. Right?

  258. What is love? It's the beatitudes. It's the beatitudes. It

  259. always was, it always will be the beatitudes. If you

  260. execute them, that testifies to what you are. If you

  261. love someone, you will not buy elate the Beatitudes or

  262. the Ten commandments. The war that individual. That's a fact.

  263. What is the opposite of that what's the opposite of

  264. the Ten Commandments and the beatitudes? Ungodliness worldly lust. That's it.

  265. Ungodliness and worldly lust. That's it. This is the this

  266. is the antipode to that. There's the law and the testimony.

  267. What they follow is ungodliness and worldly lust. That's what

  268. they do. They can't hide it from you. They can,

  269. you know, wear all kinds of the chosen T shirts. Right,

  270. you can get all kinds of T shirts with Scripture

  271. versus on it. So you see from this very simple

  272. verse that how important it is that we are redeemed

  273. in the Greek sense of this word. We've been freed

  274. from that addiction. We could expand this Bible study right now,

  275. we don't have enough time. But I can take these

  276. two words and trace it directly back to the two culprits.

  277. I've probably said enough to pique your attention. Wait a minute,

  278. what is he saying? Who's the two culprits? Well, who's

  279. the two culprits from the garden? Take note. You can

  280. take these two Greek words ungodliness and worldly lust. Okay,

  281. you can take those words and trace them right back

  282. to the two culprits. But we don't have time to

  283. do that. That's not what we're doing tonight. I've said

  284. enough about this stanza. Let's move on to the book

  285. to colossee Colossian's chapter two or chapter four. Verses two

  286. through six. Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it,

  287. with thanksgivings. Meanwhile, praying also for us that God would

  288. open to us a door for the word to speak

  289. the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chage,

  290. that I might make it manifest as I ought to speak.

  291. Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside redeeming the time.

  292. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt,

  293. that you may know what you ought to answer each one, Boy,

  294. this is a very simple stanza, although it's very complicated

  295. in its situation. But take note, this is the first

  296. reference to time being loosed. I'm not going to talk

  297. too much about this. You just need to know that

  298. there's a reason why this word is tied to this

  299. concept of time. It's necessary, it's necessary. So now we're

  300. going to jump over to the other Greek word for

  301. redeemed in the New Testament. Boy, where do I start

  302. with this one? This word four the first one we

  303. did was eighteen oh five. This one's a little different.

  304. It also has three instances here, So that's pretty important

  305. that you know that each of these words in Greek

  306. are in the New Testament three times apiece. That should

  307. immediately I tell you that this is a highly complicated affair.

  308. We're talking about highly complicated A Claire and very simple

  309. uh to trapes through this mess? And you know what,

  310. I just realized that, boy, I was doing this out

  311. of order, wasn't I? Did anybody catch that? I just

  312. kept trying to five.

  313. I was trying to follow along with your document, and

  314. you went from Titus two colawtions. But yeh, Peter was

  315. the one that in the document that was next.

  316. That's right, that's right. I got I got twisted and

  317. turned around, didn't I that I'm putting everybody to the test.

  318. Why did somebody speak up and say, hey, you did

  319. that out of order? Oh my goodness, Okay, we just

  320. did colostions with eighteen oh five. Yeah, we're just going

  321. to move. Wow, I did that completely out of order,

  322. didn't I? Oh my goodness, Why didn't somebody say something

  323. to me? Uh my goodness, Well, boy, that doesn't happen

  324. very often. Maybe we should just take comments right now,

  325. anybody got any comments.

  326. I My head's spinning around thinking about this being loose

  327. art business because it brings me back to what is

  328. loosed on having loosed on earth bound and heaven bound

  329. on Earth. So I'm thinking this has something to do

  330. with that.

  331. Well, what versus are you talking about?

  332. Well, I don't know what versus. It's just in my

  333. in my head, that's that. That thought came to my

  334. came to me where it is what what is loosed

  335. in heaven be loosed on earth? And so when you're

  336. talking about redeemed me beaning loose or loosed or to

  337. loose like from bondage, yes, because you know it has

  338. the bond thing too.

  339. Yes. So yeah, you're talking about the passage from Matthew

  340. chapter sixteen.

  341. So that that will my mind, Well it should because

  342. that that word for it's not the same word that's

  343. G thirty eighty nine.

  344. So well maybe we should just just take a look

  345. at that, so very very close in form uh to

  346. what we've been talking about. But that's D thirty eighty four,

  347. all right, which is a verb. So let me jump

  348. over here. We'll take me but a second to jump.

  349. So this thirty eighty nine is also a verb. It's

  350. it's the same thing, but in a different sense. It

  351. means to break. But really it's it's really it's the

  352. same word using just used with different different verb tenses

  353. and case. So, yes, you're right to say that, you

  354. know it reminds you of that and it should break

  355. is highly highly complicated. But yes, this series of words g.

  356. Thirty eighty four through thirty eighty nine basically all means

  357. the same thing. It means too loosen or to release.

  358. So the verse in questions she's talking about, I will

  359. give you a key ease of the Kingdom of Heaven,

  360. and whatever you bond on earth but bound in heaven,

  361. and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Yes,

  362. that's the same same family of words in the Greek.

  363. So why did it make you think of that tammy?

  364. Because if we're talking about the redemption of the blood,

  365. you know, redemption through Christ. Right we see receive the redemption,

  366. So that means also that ties into that what we read,

  367. what we read, what is redeemed on earth is in

  368. heaven and so forth.

  369. Right, bro, Yes, absolutely, it.

  370. Gives us authority is what I'm saying. It speaks to

  371. our authority as someone that is redeemed.

  372. Yes. And you know this is the also the Greek

  373. word that you've heard me talk about so so many

  374. times at Bierrano, that we have this in the heavenlies.

  375. This this this whole idea that that Christians are seated

  376. in the heavenlies at the Irano with Christ because we

  377. are well technically at this point, our great and God,

  378. you know, and Savior Jesus, we are his heirs and

  379. that means we are heirs actually to God. Now, boy,

  380. a lot of people and they should, they should get

  381. really upset when you hear somebody say that. But I mean,

  382. there's no there's no way around what the New Testament

  383. says about it. And you know, I really messed this

  384. up switching back and forth between the Greek words and

  385. I should not have done that. But the two words

  386. in question here is G eighteen o five and G

  387. thirty eighty four. Boy, I'm sorry I got that out

  388. of order. I hope everybody's looking at the document and

  389. you know what I was actually talking about. But we

  390. need to go back up to G. Eighteen oh five.

  391. The first instant of this in Galatians chapter four, verses

  392. one through seven. This is where we get this, this

  393. idea that through the Lord J's will, like I said,

  394. under normal circumstances, if you hear somebody say this, it

  395. should shoot up red flags, you know. And this is

  396. many people have built cults off these. I mean, look

  397. at David koresh right, he had his followers believing that

  398. he was actually David. He wasn't. But anyway, this here

  399. we get the Greek wered g. Eighteen oh five and

  400. verse five. Now I say that the heir, as long

  401. as he is a child, does not differ at all

  402. from a slave, though he is master of all, but

  403. is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by

  404. the Father. Even so, we, when we were children, were

  405. in bodonage under the elements of the world. But in

  406. the fullness of time had come God sent forth his son,

  407. born of a woman, born under the law, who redeemed

  408. those who are under the law, so that we might

  409. receive the adoption as sons verse six. And because you

  410. are sons, God has sent forth the spirit of his

  411. son into our hearts, crying abba Father. Therefore you were

  412. no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son,

  413. then you an heir of God through Jesus Christ. So

  414. when you put that in the proper context, and take

  415. note this is a different Greek word that this doesn't

  416. mean to loosen, and I need to go over there

  417. right now before I go any further. So this word

  418. is a Greek compound word. The first word is from

  419. on or above, and the second word it means to

  420. go to market, to buy, So this means to purchase.

  421. So literally, the better word here would actually be although

  422. I'm kind of conflicted with that, but it should be ransom.

  423. This is literally saying that you have been paid for

  424. with the price as if at a market. The idea

  425. here being that you were for all intents and purposes,

  426. you were bought from the world or you know, I

  427. don't want to really say that, but you know, we

  428. are under Satan's dominion. And this, this word here, and

  429. this usage is not loosed. It's saying that Christ has

  430. purchased us. He has ransom, he has he has paid

  431. the devil his due and bought us from the worldly system.

  432. He has bought us from Satan. Even though just be careful,

  433. I'm speaking figuratively here. So so really, you know, this

  434. had some very very hard things. I mean, verse seven

  435. is off the hook. How many times have you heard

  436. this from the pulpit. Now, when I was a child,

  437. I get got this all the time from the pole,

  438. But I got all this all the time from the

  439. book because I was warned and warned and warned. Once

  440. you're a Christian, your stewards will hammer you if needs be,

  441. and those stewards, of course, your guardians includes the host

  442. of Heaven. Now, I'm going to tell you a private

  443. conversation that me and my wife just had.

  444. We've had a very very bad events happen at our church,

  445. and as my wife was discussing it, my wife pointed

  446. out what we had been taught when we were children.

  447. Well, you will know if they're forgiven or not. You're

  448. going to know because they're going to be hammered. And

  449. she's correct. If they go on and prosper and you

  450. see that the world takes them right in and they

  451. grow in wealth and power, know in your heart they're damned.

  452. That's a very hard thing to say, but I'm telling

  453. you from the pulpit that's exactly what my childhood preach.

  454. Your brother Marshall burned into my brain. You better figure

  455. this out. That it's one thing for the damned to sin,

  456. it's what they do. But if a Christian does this,

  457. they will be taken to the woodshed, so to speak,

  458. and they will receive a hammering in full. Now, if

  459. this person that's a Christian that's done the dirty deed,

  460. if they do not receive a hammering, know in your

  461. heart what they are, Know in your heart what they are.

  462. So what's a very hard thing to say. But you

  463. need to know and understand this, and this needs to

  464. make you quake in your boots. Look be so easy

  465. for me to take advantage of people. I mean, at

  466. my place of employment, I could do all manner of

  467. ungodliness and prosper I could steal, I mean, you name it,

  468. I could do it. It's very easy to do. But

  469. guess what once you do and you're a Christian, if

  470. you don't think that the Lord is not going to

  471. instruct who these verses are talking about to discipline you,

  472. you've got another thing coming. I hope none of you

  473. ever find this out, but I'm telling you the truth.

  474. You need to go over these verses, and you really

  475. do need to memorize relations Chapter four, verse seven, And

  476. you better think twice about cheating on your taxes, because

  477. about the minute you cheat on your taxes, a tornado

  478. will row through your neighborhood. I'm just telling you, if

  479. you want to steal from your neighbor, you better watch out.

  480. You better watch out because you know, you know the

  481. old adage remains true that you will exist forever. Your

  482. choices are this. You're gonna die forever or you're gonna

  483. live forever, and make no mistakes about it. You can

  484. steal from your neighbor, but I warn you, answers very expensive.

  485. That I shock you. You know you can steal at work,

  486. but I'm here to tell you that root canals aren't cheap.

  487. You know I'm telling you the truth. You can lie.

  488. You can certainly lie and get your coworker fired so

  489. that you can move up the corporate ladder. Yes, you

  490. can do that. However, you need to know this downsizing

  491. really does hurt. So I think I'm going to read

  492. these verses again. And you really do need to memorize

  493. verse seven. And I don't know why this has turned

  494. into a holiness speech or whatever whatever you'd like to

  495. call it. Lesson. Of course, I don't give teachings. I

  496. don't know what that is. I give Bible lessons. But

  497. you really do need to memorize verse seven of Galatians

  498. chapter four. Now I say that in an air, as

  499. long as he is a child, does not differ at

  500. all from a slave, though he is mister of all.

  501. So let's expand upon that. You need to understand what

  502. was just said. You outrank the angels. That's what it said.

  503. That's what it meant. It expands on this idea, but

  504. is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by

  505. the Father. Even so, we, when we were children, were

  506. in bondage under the elements of the world. But when

  507. the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his son,

  508. born of a woman, born under the law, who redeem

  509. those who were under the law, that he might receive

  510. the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God

  511. has sent forth the spirit of his Son into our hearts,

  512. crying abba Father. Therefore you are no longer a slave,

  513. but a son, And if a son, then an heir

  514. of God. Let that sink in. You're in God's family.

  515. You're an air of God through Jesus through Jesus. So boy,

  516. we're getting the full gambit with these Greek words. Before

  517. we talked about the great God and Savior Jesus. In

  518. these verses, well yeah, you're getting the magnifying element of God,

  519. the Father being tied to the Lord Jesus Christ through

  520. the spirit. So wow, I mean, how could you ever

  521. read verses six and seven and deny the Trinity. I

  522. don't know. Well, I mean, if the spirit of Antichrist

  523. is in you, that's exactly what you're going to do,

  524. is deny the Trinity. But these verses said it as

  525. plainly as you could get it. It really did. Let's

  526. talk about Ephesians chapter five, verses fifteen through twenty one.

  527. Once again, this is the Greek word g eighteen oh five.

  528. This element tied to time. See then that you walk circumspectly,

  529. not as fools, but as wise redeeming the time because

  530. the days are evil. Therefore, do not be unwife, but

  531. understand what the will of the Lord is, and do

  532. not be drunk with wine, which is dispiation. To be

  533. filled with the spirit, speaking to one another in psalms

  534. and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody, in

  535. your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all

  536. things to God the Father, in the name of our

  537. Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one of another in fear

  538. of God. Here we got this Greek word tied to time, redeemed,

  539. the time, purchase, the time ransom the time for these

  540. days are evil, this time is evil. We already talked

  541. about Colossians chapter four, verses two through six, once again

  542. speaking about time. We are too ransom. Time, boy, I

  543. wish we had time to Yes.

  544. One third of those verses talked about time.

  545. Yeah, two six, Okay, yes'm I don't want to dwell

  546. there too awful long because we're already at the top

  547. of the hour. So but yes, you saw something. You

  548. caught that really clearly. So anyway, moving on, we need

  549. to jump down to First Peter chapter one, which once

  550. again this is going back to G thirty eighty four.

  551. I'm sorry I did these out of order, but anyway,

  552. sometimes you know what, It is quite clear that I

  553. made this document in order. It was quite clear that

  554. my thoughts had walked this path. It's quite clear that

  555. I wanted you to know what God's word actually says.

  556. That's why I made this document for you, And the

  557. only thing I can say is everything is beautiful, and

  558. it's time and tonight. It is proof that God wanted

  559. me to deliver things in the order that I did,

  560. and I am a victim to that spirit crying within me. Ah,

  561. a Father, It's obvious that my brain clanned out a

  562. roadmap for me. Right. Everybody can attest to that. You're

  563. sitting here looking at the document, and I'm sure that

  564. everyone was confused when I started jumping around when I

  565. did not mean to jump between Greek words. That was

  566. never my intention. So let's talk about first Peter, Chapter one,

  567. verses thirteen through twenty one. Therefore, gird up the loins

  568. of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully

  569. on the grace that is to be brought to you

  570. at revelation of Jesus Christ. Wow, let me ask everybody something.

  571. When is the revelation of Jesus Christ in relationship to

  572. the tribulation? When is this somebody tammy? When is the

  573. revelation of Jesus Christ during the birth things? No, tammy,

  574. absolutely not. The revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ is

  575. when he returns at the end of the tribulation.

  576. Oh, I thought you meant the book wouldn't have the start.

  577. Uh right, that just frew right over your head, didn't it.

  578. Yeah, I thought, okay, what size of red book of

  579. How did that start?

  580. Again? Oh? Yeah, he's talking about Okay, let's ask Sherry

  581. just to be sure, Sherry, when is the revelation of

  582. Jesus Christ? When does that happen on the timeline? Well,

  583. I would have said when he returned. That's right, that's right, Sherry.

  584. Thank you for thank you for clarifying. Yes, this happens

  585. at the end of the tribulation. It's before the millennial

  586. reign of Christ. So you obviously need to know that

  587. right now because the majority of churches in the West

  588. are one of two things. They're either dispensationalist or preyerist.

  589. The preterists say you're in the millennial reign of Christ

  590. right now. The dispensationalists say, I don't need to go

  591. into links as to what they say. They say that

  592. you're going to be raptured before this event. There's only

  593. one return of the Lord Jesus Christ that is at

  594. the end of the tribulation, and it is before the

  595. literal millennial reign of Christ. That's when it is. I

  596. stopped here for a reason because everything else that I read.

  597. If you don't know that, you're just going to confuse yourself,

  598. and I will never be able to untangle your mind.

  599. You need to know this first verse first. Therefore, gird

  600. up your loins of your mind, be sober, and rest

  601. your hope fully on the grace that is to be

  602. brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Yes

  603. he is bringing his recompense with him. He's bringing his

  604. reward with him. Yes he is. Yes, he is moving

  605. on as obedient children, not confirming yourselves to the former

  606. lust as in your ignorance. I am literally saying the

  607. same thing I've already said. He is literally repeating himself

  608. using different words. He is saying, you have been loosed

  609. from the addiction of the forbidden fruit. That's what he

  610. just said. He just said it a different way. I'm

  611. sorry for interrupting God's word verse fifteen.

  612. But as he who called you is holy, you also

  613. be holy in all your conduct, because it is written,

  614. be holy, for I am holy. And if you call

  615. on the Father, who without partiality judgess according to each

  616. one's work conduct yourself throughout.

  617. The time of your stay here in fear. Now they

  618. all realize I told you to memorize that verse. You

  619. all better memorize it. I mean you'd understand that wasn't

  620. me preaching. I was just reading God's word, That's all

  621. I was doing Verse eighteen. Knowing that you were not

  622. redeemed with corruptible things like silver or gold from your

  623. aimless conduct, received by tradition from your father's but with

  624. the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb, without

  625. blemish and without spot He indeed has fore ordained before

  626. the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these

  627. last times for you who through Him, through him believing God,

  628. who raised him from the dead and gave him glory,

  629. so that your faith and hope are in God. Ladies

  630. and gentlemen. I can't preach that. You can't say that

  631. any better in any tongue. You can't say that any better.

  632. You can't say it any better. You have been loosed,

  633. You have been redeemed from your addiction to the forbidden fruit.

  634. What is it that purchased you? What is it that

  635. ransomed you from well? I told you the big two right,

  636. ungodliness and worldly lust. What currency was used to free

  637. you from that bondage? The blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  638. That's what did it. Then one aspect, what is it

  639. talking about here? Which land did he perform? What happened here?

  640. What is it talking about out? This is talking about

  641. the Passover lamb. You know, many people who get into

  642. Bible study, especially Hebrew Bible study, sometimes they go down

  643. the road they can't come back from them. They they

  644. start studying the Hebrew side of things, and they get

  645. familiar with the Judaist, and all of a sudden, through

  646. some rhyme, some mechination, they begin to think that the

  647. Lord Jesus Christ was you know, the sacrifice on jong Kapoor. No, No,

  648. he wasn't. Every single year in the fall. They go

  649. on and on and on and on and on about

  650. the fall East, ladies and gentlemen, Jesus Christ was sacrificed

  651. on Passover. Yes he was. You need to know you

  652. have been redeemed. Write these things down. If you're listening

  653. to this and the archive, write these things down. B.

  654. Eighteen oh five, Singlations chapter four. It's Anyphisions chapter five.

  655. It's in Colossians chapter four, G. Thirty eighty four is

  656. in Luke twenty four, Titus two and one Peter chapter one,

  657. and you combine the usages here. The message that's being

  658. related is you've been loosed from your addiction to the

  659. forbidden fruit that you received, that you acquired in the

  660. Garden of Eden, and only the blood of Christ can

  661. save you from that ungodly desire to perform your worldly lust.

  662. Now you're thinking in your mind that the word lust

  663. is associating with sexual connotations. No, it's not those of

  664. you who cheat on your taxes. It's your worldly lust

  665. to keep that money that you think you made in

  666. your pocket. So it's lust by way of desire. Something

  667. just drives you to rebel against God. I mean, look,

  668. I'm going to tell you this in plain English. Thou

  669. shalt not lie. You shall not lie. The Bible is

  670. very clear, The Book of Revelation is very clear. No

  671. liar will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. You need to

  672. know what freed you from from the addiction of lying,

  673. what freed you from the addiction of stealing. You need

  674. to know what freed you from the addiction to ungodliness

  675. and worldly lust, worldly pleasure, worldly desire. It was the

  676. Passover Lamb, and I'm here to tell you you need

  677. to know that this translates to the end of days.

  678. You need to know that. Now all of you are

  679. so unfamiliar with the Bible, God's Holy Word that it's

  680. amazing to me. But I need to tell you this.

  681. The passover Land facilitated protection against the wrath of God,

  682. and I mean the wrath of God the Father, and

  683. everybody knows that, and you need to know just like

  684. He executed the first passover, he himself says. Look, I

  685. can't go on at length about this because I'm already

  686. pushing the time to the limit. But you need to

  687. know that it's the Great day of the Lord that's

  688. going to start the tribulation, and I'm sorry you are

  689. going to go through it. There is no exit stage left.

  690. If you are alive at the onset of the birth pains,

  691. you better buckle up, and I'm going to tell you

  692. the truth. On the great day of He who setteth

  693. upon the throne, the only thing that's going to save

  694. you is the blood of the ass over Land, the

  695. blood of our world Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

  696. I know you've heard everything else under the sun, but

  697. I'm here to tell you the verses I gave you tonight.

  698. You know, when I was a teenager, I had to

  699. memorize all these stanzas. There's just you know, there's just

  700. six scriptures here. It's not that hard. Any six year

  701. old can memorize any of these verses. Take note, what

  702. was the longest passage that I gave? How many verses?

  703. Everybody scrambling right now, Let's take a look at the

  704. first one. It is Galatians four one through seven. I

  705. mean this should be pretty easy, right, I mean, not

  706. hard at all. Seven verses here. I'm telling you any

  707. six year old can memorize this because I have taught

  708. every age group. I've taught every age group of Sunday School,

  709. and I always taught not only not only the primary

  710. age group. I also taught this in junior Church, which

  711. covered all the age group, because I had all the

  712. kids that wants you think in your mind, this is hard.

  713. It's only seven verses long. If you memorize this two

  714. verses at a time, it's not hard at all. Within

  715. one week, within seven days, a six year old can

  716. memorize this. And I'm telling you, if you have children

  717. or grandchildren. You better start. You better start, because if

  718. you train up a child in the way they should go,

  719. when they are older, they will not depart from it.

  720. And you need to harken to my voice. The last

  721. thing on earth you need to do is buy your

  722. grandkids the latest Xbox game. You are damning that child,

  723. that's what you're doing. I'm telling you. If you have children,

  724. if you have grandchildren, I'm just telling you, the best

  725. thing you could do would be have them memorize these

  726. six passages of Scripture over the next six weeks. And

  727. if you do, when they are older, they will not

  728. depart from it. It will be ingrained in them, just

  729. like it's ingrained in me. My mother saturated my sight

  730. with the Bible, God's holy Word. You cannot take it

  731. from me. You can't. I have forgotten more verses than

  732. most people know at present moment. It's not hard to do. Okay,

  733. closing questions, anybody anybody got questions now that I jumped

  734. around and covered multiple Don't even ask me what I

  735. was doing anyway, any questions. Everybody's dead silent.

  736. That's a first.

  737. Yeah, that's that's a first. That's a first. But I'm

  738. glad that that Jenny had us do. This meeks very

  739. simple message. But you know this said things here that

  740. it says things here that need to be said because

  741. it removes your emotions out of the equation. You read

  742. these verses and there's no mistaking the godly for the ungodly.

  743. There's there's no mistaking, there's no there's no mistaking what

  744. a child of the promise is and the children of disobedience.

  745. There's no mistaking those two groups. So if nobody has

  746. further discussion on it, who's going to pray us out

  747. of here? Well? I can pray Okay, very good.

  748. Hey, Father, thank you so much for sending your son

  749. Jesus to redeem us so that we can be with

  750. you and be airs with with Christ and be I'm

  751. so grateful. I'm just so grateful and blessed and thankful, thankful.

  752. Thank you for this lesson, thank you for Matthew, Thank

  753. you for his family, Lord, and from my brothers and

  754. sisters in Christ. And I'm going to lift them up

  755. to you, Lord. But you bless them, Father, bless their

  756. week and keep them safe in Jesus name. I'm in,

  757. I'm living.

  758. And all man. Until next time, ladies and gentlemen, God

  759. bless God Speak. Thank you Matthew.

  769. light and to my path.

  771. I might not sin against God
