  1. In the name of the Glorious Trinity.

  2. Father and Son and Holy Spirit forever.

  3. Amen. Glory be to the Everlasting

  4. mercies which sent you to us. Oh, Christ the light of the

  5. world and the life of all give us wisdom by a law and Enlighten

  6. our impulses, by your knowledge, sanctify, ourselves by your

  7. truth, and Grant that we may be obedient to your words and may

  8. fulfill your Commandments at every hour.

  9. Oh, you who enlightens the rationale with the knowledge of

  10. your greatness do in light or my Lord are thoughts that we made?

  11. Meditate upon your holy and divine scriptures at all times

  12. O, Lord of all Father and Son and Holy Spirit forever.

  13. Double-edged sword. It Christian podcast Ministry

  14. presented by father, jonard Lazar, father.

  15. Jernard is a parish priest of the mud of the Parish of a

  16. Serene Church of the east in Turlock.

  17. California. Here's father jernard Isaiah

    Isaiah 53:5

  18. 53:5 reads but he was pierced through for our transgression.

  19. He was crushed for our iniquities, the chastening for

  20. our well-being fell upon him. And by his scourging, we are

  21. healed. You may be saying, run Feast

  22. that are be Wrong occasion. Well no, it actually be it's

  23. befitting also to the birth of Jesus Christ, which we will be

  24. celebrating in a few weeks time and there is a lesson to be

  25. learned. There is a lifestyle to be

  26. adapted. You see the Fulfillment of the

  27. prophecy which I read is being put to motion from the get-go

  28. from the birth of our Lord. Jesus Christ.

  29. The Itself Falls. So short to a lifestyle Victory

  30. glamour Splendor of a king, a king of kings.

  31. And Lord of lords, a savior are edema, which was long awaited.

  32. From his childhood, the King of Kings, the Lord of lords.

  33. Our Lord and our Savior. Jesus Christ.

  34. Praise glory, honor Thanksgiving in worship.

  35. Be to His. Holy name has announced defined

  36. underlined humility from his childhood.

  37. You see the Lord of creation. We read had no place to be born.

  38. John 1:3, we read everything was in his hand talking about the

    John 1:3

  39. word of God, Jesus Christ. And without him, not even one

  40. thing. Existed of the things that

  41. existed yet this person through whose hands everything was made

  42. the Lord of creation had no place to be born.

  43. The Lord is born on Earth and he does not have even a cell in

  44. which to be born. For there was no room for him in

  45. the Inn. In the hotel.

  46. How true is that today? That is the the writings of the

  47. church fathers which I was quoting and I'll be doing a lot

  48. of that this episode. How true is that today?

  49. In this wicked World, there is more room for evil than good

  50. Evil Lifestyles, evil people, able legislations, evil laws,

  51. evil governments, evil Here, There and Everywhere and sad.

  52. But true to say even in some Churches there is hardly any

  53. room for good to dwell and take effect.

  54. Thank God, that when the day of the Lord God comes as a thief in

  55. which the heavens suddenly passed.

  56. Away but the elements being set on fire shall be destroyed and

  57. the earth and the works that are in it shall be discovered

  58. According to second Peter chapter 3 verse 10.

    2 Peter 3:10

  59. So the entire human race had a place beloved and the Lord about

  60. to be born on Earth. Had none.

  61. There was no place for him. He found no room among men.

  62. God's holiness and righteousness today finds no room in our

  63. unholiness and unrighteousness. Yet he graciously.

  64. Tolerates us until we return from our ways of wickedness and

  65. leave one more time. Is he kial 1823?

  66. God, incarnate found no room in Plato Noreen Aristotle.

  67. One of the father's comments that his philosophy, but in a

  68. Manger in a Manger in a stable among beasts of burden and brute

  69. animals, and among the simple as well, and the innocent animals,

  70. That's why the Lord says in the gospel, the foxes have dens in

  71. the birds of the air have nests. But the son of man has nowhere

  72. to lay his head, Luke chapter 9 verse 58.

    Luke 9:58

  73. It's amazing that he who sits right at this moment, as we

  74. speak at the right hand of the father, meaning the power, the

  75. righteousness, reclaimed the glory, he had, because he

  76. emptied himself for our sake. He who sits at that right hand

  77. of the father goes Without Shelter From the in that he may

  78. for us. Get ready, many mentions in the

  79. house of his heavenly father, one of the fathers quotes, John

    John 14:2

  80. 14:2 Jesus. Our lord was born in a stable.

  81. Beloved, a stable of dung manure.

  82. He found no room in the holy of holies that shown with gold

  83. precious stones pure silk and silver.

  84. He's not born in the midst of gold and riches, but in the

  85. midst of dung in a stable, where our sins were filthier than the

  86. dung, born in our, filthy condition, y, but Y, O.

  87. Lord, if we ask that question and we are attentive to the

  88. voice of the lord. We will hear the reply. in order

  89. to lift you up, where you came from, According to Psalm chapter

    Psalms 114:7

  90. 114 verse 7 from the dunghill. He lifts up the poor Afflicted.

  91. You see? He was born in our condition.

  92. Jesus Took on our sins so that he could crucify them on the

  93. cross. Jesus, tasted our death so that

  94. he could overcome and be victorious over death.

  95. Jesus ascended into heaven. So that one more time, he could

  96. lift up our lowly State and life and fall and take us into

  97. heaven, everything for you. And I beloved, He was not born

  98. in the house of his parents, but he was born in a stable, by the

  99. way site, no privacy. Why?

  100. Lord why? Because through the mystery of

  101. the Incarnation, he is becoming the way by which he guides us to

  102. our home. Where we shall also enjoy the

  103. truth and the life with him. Our Saviors birth again is not a

  104. child that is wrapped in purple which was the color of royalty,

  105. but one wrapped with rough pieces of cloth.

  106. Why? So that we may be freed from the

  107. snares of death. Some 18 verse for the cause of

  108. death encompassed me, the torrents of ungodliness

  109. terrified me In his Second Epistle to the Corinthians 8:9

  110. Saint. Paul writes for, you know, the

  111. grace of our Lord Jesus Christ that do though he was rich, yet

  112. for your sake, he became poor so that you through his poverty

  113. might become rich for you. And I that's why he was born in

  114. a stable. That's why he was born in a

  115. stable. That was full of dunk men.

  116. Newer. And animals.

  117. And then we see that he is placed on a Manger.

  118. Now, what is a Manger simple, a box where there is, hey, food

  119. feed for the animals, he's placed like feed in a Manger.

  120. Why. Beloved because he truly would

  121. become our spiritual food. His flesh will become our food.

  122. In the form of the Holy Eucharist, the body and blood of

  123. Christ. So the manger was a prefigure of

  124. the altar today. When you go to the church and

  125. you look at that Altar, and the hosts have been placed on the

  126. altar, the chalice and the Peyton remember that Jesus as a

  127. child Called was placed in a Manger, a Manger a box of feed.

  128. He wasn't to be found in an honored golden bed but a Manger

  129. one of the father's rights that the meaning of this is that he

  130. did not merely take upon himself, our lowly mortality.

  131. But for our sakes and again for our sakes took upon himself.

  132. The clothing of the poor though, he was rich second Corinthians

    2 Corinthians 8:9

  133. 8:9, yet for our sake. He became poor.

  134. So that by his poverty, we might become rich.

  135. Though he was Lord of Heaven, he became a poor man on Earth.

  136. Emptying himself, beloved of the glory to teach us.

  137. We who are living on Earth that by poverty of spirit, we can win

  138. the kingdom of heaven. We can gain the Kingdom of

  139. Heaven. Blessed are those, who are poor

  140. in spirit who are lowly in the spirit.

  141. For theirs is the kingdom of God.

  142. When we observe the nativity scene, we see our Lord and our

  143. Savior. Jesus Christ, in swaddling,

  144. Cloths, we don't see him in heaven, do we?

  145. We may even. Imagine The Cry of an infant.

  146. but do we also Imagine The lowing of an ox recognizing its

  147. master There was a an Anglican bishop or cardinal cardinal of

  148. the Anglican Church, who was on a quest to meet the patriarch of

  149. the Assyrian Church of the east in or chana's. the tradition is

  150. that when he entered the room, he saw the patriarch of the

  151. churches of the East sitting on a sack.

  152. And weaving a sack he was amazed.

  153. He's archdeacon was with him, the Patriarchs archdeacon.

  154. So they are the Anglican Cardinal, or Bishop started to

  155. question the patriarch of the Church of the East.

  156. Do you believe that Mary is the mother of Jesus Christ?

  157. Mother of the flesh. God incarnate and the patriarch

  158. said yes. We asked a few other questions

  159. then he asked. Do you believe and accept that

  160. Jesus is God. The archdeacon Springs up and

  161. says of course he is God because at his birth even the animals

  162. worshipped him and they knew that this is their creator.

  163. Isaiah chapter 1 verse 34. The ox knows his owner and the

  164. donkey his master's crib, but beloved, We don't it's all about

  165. gifts. Now, isn't it?

  166. It's all about the, the celebration, the Christmas

  167. parties. The drinking the being merry.

  168. What are we really celebrating? What are we learning?

  169. What are we observing? Are we learning that Jesus from

  170. his childhood? Has taught us humility to be

  171. humble. Do we learn and ascertain that

  172. everything that Jesus did did for you?

  173. And I Do we know and understand and accept that?

  174. It is time for me to glorify him and to give him Thanksgiving.

  175. And as I said, last episode not just lip service but obedience

  176. How are you going to show your appreciation to the Lord?

  177. The creator of Heaven and Earth who came down in that lowly

  178. state for you? And I Are we going to attend

  179. church ten minutes before it ends so that I can just go

  180. straight to the Holy Eucharist and commune the Holy Eucharist

  181. and walk out again. Am I going to go to church and

  182. hang out in the dark in the car parking or the parking lot and

  183. maybe smoke weed and maybe get up to some immorality in the

  184. cars, which I've heard of beloved.

  185. Is this how we thank Jesus Christ.

  186. And we take the pride, because there were thousands of

  187. attendees for this Feast. What about every Sunday when

  188. Jesus is being celebrated? Every time Christ is celebrated

  189. from the heart with a through the Holy Eucharist.

  190. Do we make every effort to attend to give?

  191. Thanks to Jesus Christ. Am I going to attend church

  192. service with bickering and hatred and spite in my heart

  193. against my brother? And my sister who has said, boo

  194. to me, is this how we repay the Lord Jesus Christ, for what he

  195. did from the get-go beloved from when he was born.

  196. Remember keep in mind, he was born in a stable of dung manure.

  197. You could just imagine this the distinct But, you know, there's

  198. a message there. Beloved He was born in our

  199. stinking Dreadful stage 'full, condition.

  200. But he through his sacrifice through his ministry.

  201. On the earth, through his commands and his words has made

  202. us to be a sweet fragrance to God the Father, according to st.

  203. Paul. Do we understand Christmas This

  204. Way? Louis fathom.

  205. The birth of our Lord and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

  206. In this manner, if not, we have got a long way to go in.

  207. Truly understanding what it means that Christ is born today.

  208. Is it only the carols and the Christmas decorations and on

  209. Christmas day, were all going to be.

  210. So so religious and maybe even little spiritual and start

  211. posting all these pose. Christ is born, praise be to his

  212. name, but a few posts further down, you know, the pictures

  213. that we post the images that we posed are so far away from

  214. Christ being born. So, Burnt my beloved this

  215. Christmas. Let us make a difference in our

  216. lives. Our hearts, our minds, our

  217. souls, let us truly Ponder on why Christ was born and the

  218. condition. He was born in and understand.

  219. It was all for you and for me and when we truly understand not

  220. just no, but understand that he was born to die for you and I

  221. then and maybe then through God's grace, will have more

  222. respect for Jesus Christ, through what we do, what we say,

  223. and how we conduct ourselves last episode, I mentioned on

  224. Christmas day to say thank you to the Lord Jesus Christ to

  225. praise him and truly show. Appreciation.

  226. Let us make peace because Jesus came to make peace between man

  227. and God. Let's pick up that phone and

  228. call that person that we haven't been speaking to.

  229. That is pick up the phone and call that person who has hurt us

  230. and let us enter that most uncomfortable situation, you

  231. know. I know it's not easy but let us

  232. as Jesus Christ entered Our lives, our world through that

  233. most despicable condition. Let us enter that despicable

  234. condition and humble ourselves for Christ sake to forgive.

  235. And to To truly bless the birth of our Lord and our Savior Jesus

  236. Christ. Upon each other.

  237. As we come together with friends and family.

  238. Let us pray beloved, Pray For What Christ has done for us give

  239. thanks together and enjoy that Bounty that the Lord will

  240. provide I pray that you have a blessed and a very Merry

  241. Christmas. May the blessings of the Holy

  242. Feast of the Nativity of Our king of kings, and Lord of

  243. lords. Be blessed upon each and every

  244. one of you now and at all times and forever.
