  1. Do you know the Bible is God's Holy Word? Do

  2. you know it is inspired, in errant, and infallible?

  3. If so, like, share, subscribe and support this podcast. So

  4. we are Maranatha Ministries and now Reduction Draweth Nigh. Welcome,

  5. Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the program. It's good to

  6. be with Chris L. Leslie again. We had him on

  7. quite a while ago for his book Ohio eighty eight

  8. Counties of Giants, the Ancestors that Preceded Us, And it's

  9. been a while since I talked to him, and I

  10. was watching this holiday season for any ministries or anything

  11. that was going to come out and try to go

  12. against the grain with it. Just seems like modern Christianity

  13. has somehow come up with the with the idea that

  14. Christmas is a pagan holiday and that is absolutely a

  15. bald faced live that's a baltplace lit. So Chris was

  16. the only one I've seen posting on, so I shared

  17. a couple of his posts, I invited him on, and wow,

  18. a whole.

  19. Lot has happened since since we've had.

  20. Him on last. So Chris, welcome back to the program.

  21. And why don't you bring us up to speed about

  22. what has gone on since you wrote your last book.

  23. Okay, my last book is Ohio eighty eight Counties of Giants,

  24. and I'm putting a museum in Butler, Indiana, and i've

  25. I've bought the building and of bought display cases for

  26. that purpose to show examples of giants that have some

  27. Christian a Christian based museum right here in Indiana. And

  28. I chose this location because it's between Ohio. I'm four

  29. miles from Ohio from the border, and I'm in Indiana

  30. where I'm working on the book. And I had finished it,

  31. but before I went to publish, I saw that this

  32. Christmas thing was was a problem and it needed to

  33. be addressed immediately, and so I jumped onto that and

  34. I put the same fervor I.

  35. Do with.

  36. My giant book, Ohio eighty eight Counties of Giants, doing

  37. you know, full research, in depth research, you know, looking

  38. under every stone and then some. And I just apply

  39. that same discipline to the subject of Christmas. And I

  40. didn't expect a lot, and I did. I knew that

  41. there was there was something before Constantine, which is which

  42. is usually the lying narrative that Christmas started at Constantine.

  43. And so I found a few like Hippolytis and uh

  44. and Theophilus, and then I could have went with just that,

  45. and that would have been enough to disprove and debunk

  46. a lot of these lies that are even being said

  47. in the pulpit in churches. I would say, I would

  48. say it's close to ninety eight percent of churches are

  49. now moved towards this idea that December twenty fifth is

  50. not the correct date, and they are teaching this in error.

  51. This is something that is pushed by the you know,

  52. deconstruction as the disbelief, and in this case, a lot

  53. of Christians are just useful idiots. They are running with

  54. this information and a lot of it isn't isn't checked

  55. at all, so and it's just being told behind the pulpit.

  56. One of the lies, of course is Constantine, that all

  57. this started at Constantine. But there's numerous instances when people

  58. mentioned the December twenty fifth date as being the birth

  59. of Christ going back. One of them is the Floishing

  60. calendar calendar, which came right before Constantine. Julius the first

  61. also came before, right before around three three twenty, and

  62. it goes all the way back to Eusebius in sixty

  63. six AD, which is about thirty years out from Jesus's crucifixion.

  64. So there's instances of Christmas being mentioned before some of

  65. the Gospels were finished, which is which is a big deal.

  66. They had been finished all the Gospels and they're already

  67. talking about celebrating the birth of Christ. So I wanted

  68. to put this book together. After a little while of

  69. finding a few, I took and just waited because I

  70. knew that there was more more to come. And then

  71. an avalanche of research just kind of fell in my lap.

  72. And that's kind of what I do. I don't You

  73. can never get it all at once. Sometimes you just

  74. have to wait and and then as you're casually looking,

  75. doors open and then you get the floodgates pour in.

  76. And so I think I had I have probably seventy

  77. to one hundred accounts of instances when people mentioned the

  78. December twenty fifth date, going all the going all the

  79. way back. I since since I had the time, I

  80. decided to write down some of those, and and I

  81. could read some of those for you.

  82. Why don't you give us a couple, I mean, at

  83. least give us a few from before three hundred AD.

  84. Okay, Uh, okay, I'm gonna start right here at three

  85. twenty five AD. That that's before Constantine. That's before a

  86. lot of these pagan deities and stuff like that were

  87. or or even mentioned or or documented. Three twenty five.

  88. Now this is a different usebus. This is Eusebius of Ceceyria.

  89. He said, for it is not unknown to all that

  90. Christ was born in the month of December, and that

  91. on this day the Church has always celebrated a holy feast.

  92. Now now it's saying that that day has always been

  93. a celebration. So it was marked from the beginning of

  94. time that this was going to be a special day,

  95. and we should keep this day, you know, and and

  96. and continue to keep it, not abandoned it because some

  97. atheists decided to try to break up Christianity. Theophilus in

  98. uh he says, we ought to celebrate the birthday of

  99. our Lord on whatsoever the twenty fifth of December shall happen.

  100. So what that's saying is that it doesn't matter the calendar,

  101. It doesn't matter where it's as Julian the Gregorian or

  102. the Jewish calendar, whatever date falls on December or whatever,

  103. December twenty fifth falls on whatever calendar, that's when we

  104. should celebrate the birth of Christ. Because there's something called

  105. calendar drift, and the idea is that, you know, we

  106. have three hundred and sixty days at the beginning of creation.

  107. Now we have three hundred and sixty four point five,

  108. I believe, and the day's a lot of calendars that

  109. they'll just add a month at the end. Some of

  110. the calendar, the Egyptian calendar, some of the Jewish calendar

  111. just add five days at the end, and so it's

  112. things are never the same exact day. So we're not

  113. the day is not important, it's the date. So December

  114. twenty fifth is the chosen date, and that's the date

  115. we are still expected to celebrate Christmas. Yes, I'll read

  116. some more. Clement of Alexandria said, the birth of our

  117. Lord is celebrated on the twenty fifth of the month

  118. of December, which is the proper time. So okay, okay,

  119. what time frame was this written? Clement of Alexander is

  120. two hundred a d Okay, it's more than a hundred

  121. years before Constantine.

  122. Right, you're talking a number of years before Constantine. So

  123. this is really just nipping this in the bud.

  124. Give me one more before Constantine. Okay, let me see.

  125. I'll go to Erroneous of Lions. It's in one AD,

  126. so this is this is second century. He says, the

  127. Son of God, who became incarnate to redeem mankind, was

  128. born on the twenty fifth of December. For this day

  129. was marked by the heavens with a great light. So

  130. you know, there was a a light that shined down

  131. which allowed the wise men to show up. So they

  132. they knew all the way to China what day this

  133. light appeared in and above Bethlehem, they knew the exact

  134. date that this happened, and it had never happened before,

  135. and so it was a light to the whole world

  136. that there is something happening. And so they're not going

  137. to forget this date. This is an important date and

  138. it's been marked ever since. It's been celebrated, and yeah,

  139. they were expecting it. Well.

  140. The first counter argument you encounter with these people is

  141. they say that no Christmas was just a whitewashing of

  142. other pagan deities being born, and that all kinds of

  143. deities were born on Deceber twenty fifth.

  144. Is that true? Not one did? He is born on

  145. December twenty fifth, not one of them. And a lot

  146. of this, a lot of this really started in nineteen

  147. ninety seven when a German propaganda film named Zeitgeist was

  148. made and it was it was a series, but they

  149. taught One of the main things that they mentioned was Horace.

  150. And then a brilliant website came out and it was

  151. called Horace Manure, and it just completely debunked the idea

  152. of Horace being born on December twenty fifth. But what

  153. has happened is they've tried every deity and they just

  154. keep saying it, and through them keeps them keep saying

  155. that Tamus that dian isis that isis that all these

  156. different deities one after there. They only want to have it.

  157. Got his Gozer from the ghost Busters, I think. But

  158. they they say all these and eventually they it just

  159. wears you down and you begin to believe it. So

  160. I'll go through some of those deities as well and

  161. talk to you about when their their birthdays actually were. Okay,

  162. see if five, Okay, Horace, this started with a guy

  163. named Gerald Massey and there's no evidence for Horace whatsoever.

  164. And this is this is where Zeitgeist got got. This

  165. is from from someone named Gerald Massey. I think it

  166. was in the middle eighteen hundreds. Mithra was born from

  167. a rock. There's no date at all, quits the Lakota

  168. and nobody in the Middle East knew, but they still

  169. say that it was born on December twenty fifth. As

  170. far as studies go, April sixth is the supposed date Tamous.

  171. There's no arrative at all, no date. Kristna in India

  172. is August the thirtieth, not December twenty fifth. Mithra December

  173. sixteenth when it is mentioned. That's kind of a later

  174. date that they attached to it, though the original documents

  175. don't have any date at all. Buddha depends on what

  176. documentation you look at May, June and April, never December

  177. twenty fifth. Hercules no document at Tess of Faigia between

  178. June and September. Nimrod somewhere between November first and fifteenth.

  179. Soul invictis now Soul in Victis. There's some confusion here

  180. because the birthday, because he's a sun god, his birthday

  181. is supposed to be the solstice. The winter is the

  182. idea that the shortest day of the year and it

  183. is now born and then grows to the you know,

  184. and gets bigger until throughout the year. But the it's

  185. celebrated from the twentieth to the twenty third, not not

  186. the twenty fifth, And people get this wrong all the time.

  187. The twenty twenty third third is the twentieth to the

  188. twenty third is the day of the solstice, while some

  189. of these deities they fall on the twenty third. But

  190. where that gets confusing is that there is a calendar.

  191. It's a Jewish calendar, and it's called a solace in Victi,

  192. and they take that which which means the invincible Sun,

  193. but they take that as being the sun god, which

  194. is soul in Victus, which means the unconquerable Son. So

  195. there's some difference and there's some wordplays, but the fact

  196. that Jesus has mentioned and it gives the date December

  197. twenty fifth, and all the saints' birthdays are in there

  198. as well a list of saints' birthdays. It's kind of

  199. like having a newspaper like the Tampa Son and then

  200. them mentioning the birth of Christ in it. So it

  201. doesn't have anything to do with the Son. It's just,

  202. I guess, just a bad name that the Catholics came

  203. up with Saturn is one of the big ones. Everybody says, oh,

  204. well Saturn, and this has preached straight from the pulpit.

  205. I hear it from almost every pastor. And this is

  206. just a flat out lie. They say that this has

  207. everything to do with Saturnalia, and they point to an

  208. image of saturnalit which has a Christmas tree, and they

  209. say that he was born on December twenty fifth. And

  210. they never check it. They never never do good research.

  211. They just go with whatever Google algorithms, Facebook algorithm or Wikipedia,

  212. and then that's the theology. It's Wikipedia theology. And so

  213. they just take this and run with it. But Saturnawya

  214. is celebrated between December seventeenth to the twenty third, which

  215. is the end of the solstice. Most of these deities

  216. are said to be December twenty fifth because people think

  217. December twenty fifth is when the solstice is. So they said, okay,

  218. all these sun deities, just like Jesus, they're on the

  219. solstice too. No, two days later there's the solstice. And

  220. you know, this is something that I just thought about,

  221. is that they try to connect all these sun deities

  222. to Jesus. And what does God do. He has. He

  223. has Jesus born at midnight, in the darkest hour on

  224. December twenty fourth, at midnight, at the start of that day.

  225. So it's complete, like, has absolutely nothing to do with

  226. the Sun. It's the opposite of the middle of the day.

  227. It's at midnight. It's at night. In fact, there's an

  228. alternative light source, this star above them. It's an alternative

  229. has nothing to do with the Sun at all. So

  230. it's almost like a mockery of their sun God to

  231. be outside of the solstice, to be in pitch black,

  232. and to have another alternative light.

  233. Now that's the first time I ever looked at it

  234. that way. But you're exactly right. That's kind of a

  235. slap in the face to anybody making the suggestion that

  236. Jesus is a son deity.

  237. No he's not.

  238. He's absolutely the opposite of that. But it makes you wonder, Okay,

  239. then why the twenty fifth? If God's doing something mechanically

  240. in the Bible, why would he want the twenty fifth?

  241. You got any thoughts on that? Yeah, And it has

  242. to do with Matthew's party, And I believe Matthew's party

  243. has everything to do with celebrating Jesus' birthday. There are

  244. I believe that the tax collectors they had a one

  245. week furlough right at the end of the year in

  246. which they what they did is they would they would

  247. celebrate for one week before they start the next tax season.

  248. Anybody who was before that week they would go and

  249. finish their taxes. Whatever happened during that week, it would

  250. carry on into the year because they were less busy

  251. because they've had an entire year to do taxes. So

  252. what's amazing about this is that at the end of

  253. the year, at you know, the thirty first, at midnight,

  254. you can ask you know, AI or chat GDP or anything,

  255. you know, go back twenty four hours for seven days.

  256. Where does that put me? It puts you December twenty

  257. fourth at midnight. There is exactly seven days, just like

  258. Creation at the end of the year. And so what

  259. I think happened here is that that Matthew had a

  260. celebration and they were the last to do taxes. That's

  261. why the Pharisees we're on to Jesus because he's the

  262. last one. There's no one that can come after him

  263. because he's the last customer. Okay, it's down to the second,

  264. it's down to the very second that no one can

  265. come after him. He's the last customer, the fair, the

  266. last taxpayer, the last taxpayer for the year. And it

  267. just works out that way that he's So what you're

  268. saying is this is why the Pharisees were saying he

  269. was he was partying with the tax collector, tax collectors

  270. and sinners because everybody else has done, they're gone. He's

  271. there while they're partying. They're there into their their their

  272. last days. They're getting ready to cut loose.

  273. Okay, So what you're saying is is that from the

  274. twenty fifth into the first of the year was a

  275. furlough for all the tax collectors was done until the

  276. beginning of the of the year.

  277. Yes, that's exactly it. And if you read Matthew, what

  278. does he do? He talks about the virgin birth more

  279. than anyone. He talks about the virgin birth. He also

  280. talks about gifts. In fact, his name means gift. His

  281. name means gift of God, gift of God. So there

  282. are all these little clues that are dropped that this

  283. is a birthday party that is going on. Jesus talks

  284. about age. Now all this should be just completely apparent.

  285. He talks about new wine in old wine skins at

  286. this party. He's there because it is his birthday. They're

  287. doing his taxes. It is his birthday, and it's right

  288. there in scriptures. So if you want to say, well,

  289. you know, nobody in scripture even mentions December twenty fifth.

  290. You know there's nothing that points to the December twenty

  291. fifth day, Yes there is. It points down to the

  292. very second, down to the second, not just the day,

  293. but the moment he was born is the beginning of

  294. that furlough in which and that's the reason why he

  295. was there. And that's what I believe. The other place

  296. where it mentions is the feast of dedication, and that's

  297. in John ten twenty two. See if I wrote that

  298. down somewhere John story where Yeah, John ten twenty two,

  299. that's the feast of dedication, and he is speaking to

  300. the Pharisees. Now, I want, I want you to think

  301. about this picture for a second, because Jesus is at

  302. the temple, and he is he is at what is

  303. what is called Solomon's Colonnade, Solomon's Colonnade. He is at

  304. the temple, and the Pharisees said, if please, if you

  305. are the Messiah, then tell us plainly. And Jesus responds

  306. to them and said, he said that if you were

  307. my sheep, if you were my sheep, then you would

  308. you would know my voice. He says, I have told you. Now.

  309. Now Jesus is saying that he mentions his sheep. The

  310. only sheep that is in that area that is native

  311. to Jerusalem is a sheep that's called Awassie. The Awassie

  312. sheep are the only sheep that are native to that area.

  313. And Jesus says, if you if you were my sheep,

  314. you would know my voice. So here's a reference to

  315. the sheep. Now when did he give that reference, because

  316. it tells you right there that he is the Messiah.

  317. He gave that reference on December twenty fifth, So John

  318. John ten twenty two. When he's speaking to him, it

  319. is it is December twenty fifth, it's Christmas. How do

  320. you know that? Because it says plainly that it was

  321. the feast of Dedication. So Jesus is there at the

  322. temple on his birthday and he says, if you are

  323. my sheep, then you know my voice. So he's saying

  324. that in these three weeks that this sheep drops, which

  325. is the only time period that the Messiah could be born,

  326. is when the sheep drop, and it's not in the spring.

  327. That is the most common lie that's perpetuated. I talk

  328. a little bit more about that, But he said, my

  329. sheep know my voice, and he just gave it to

  330. him right there, and he told him on his birthday.

  331. They if they knew when the sheep dropped, then they

  332. knew it had to be in that three week period.

  333. And yet they were right there on his birthday and

  334. it was just plain in front of their faith. So

  335. December twenty fifth is in scripture it is the mention

  336. of the feast of dedication. The feast of dedication is

  337. the dedication of the temple. He says, my sheep hear

  338. my voice in John ten two seventeen. Now John also

  339. says in two nine that I will destroy, Oh, the

  340. temple will be destroyed in three days, and I will

  341. raise it back up. He's of course talking about himself,

  342. and we know that, but he talks about himself as

  343. being the temple of God, and that he would raise

  344. it in three up in three days. Yet this day

  345. of dedication. It is a dedication to the temple. It

  346. is equally a baby dedication, because both of them began

  347. on this date, December twenty fifth. That's the commonalty. And

  348. I just read to you earlier about saying that they

  349. had been celebrating December twenty fifth from the very beginning

  350. by somebody who lived in you know, the second century.

  351. So those are the connections between the December twenty fifth

  352. date and the Bible. It's right there in scripture. Well,

  353. I've got to say this, Chris, that you know I

  354. don't talk a lot about this, but I have talked

  355. about the wash sheet many times because actually after twenty

  356. nine Versus twenty two, twenty two through twenty seven, okay,

  357. and Leviticus chapter seven, verses three through thirty eight, it

  358. it must be talking about the Washi sheep because it

  359. says the fat of the tail. You can only be

  360. referring to the fat tail to wassie sheep. Yes, and

  361. then that your specific name too.

  362. So when people realize put two and two together, no

  363. we're not. And many people think that it's the so

  364. called Joshua sheep that was raised in and around Bethlehem.

  365. No, it's not like I said.

  366. Exodus and Leviticus both say it was the fat tail,

  367. it was the wassi sheep. When you realize that, wait

  368. a minute, those drop in the three weeks we're talking about.

  369. Two weeks in December and one in January.

  370. That gets people attention. When you put all these little markers,

  371. all of a sudden, what the Bible's saying makes complete

  372. sense as to why he said my sheep.

  373. Hear my voice.

  374. I'm literally saying he must have been born in that

  375. three week that three week period.

  376. So you know it, and this is not hard information

  377. to find out. Now.

  378. I've always stated this that it's okay if a sermon

  379. wants to base his his sermon off of agriculture. I mean,

  380. if he's going to talk about wheat, he better figure

  381. out wheat, right right. If all these pastors are going

  382. to talk about sheep and they're just going to latch

  383. onto the Joshua sheep, they better do some research. They

  384. better know what they're talking about, because this is simply

  385. a matter of fact. The Bible is talking about the

  386. fact out to washing sheep.

  387. It yeah, yeah, it mentions them specifically, and you know

  388. it is just this breed. So when Jesus says, my sheep,

  389. hear my voice. You know, they should have known what

  390. sheep that they were talking is the only one mentioned

  391. in scripture. So now people, you know, the majority of

  392. pastors and teachers and preachers, they will get up there

  393. and just with out a hesitation, not missing a beat,

  394. all sheep are born in the spring. Now, this is

  395. pretty tough because you know, preaching that from the pulpit,

  396. because that's a lie. That's just a straight up lie,

  397. and it comes from just not knowing you know enough

  398. about the subject. But that's the that's what's being pushed

  399. by the unbelievers. So it is the spirit of man

  400. that's being put out there and they are grabbing hold

  401. of it. And one of the reasons is because Google algorithm,

  402. these Facebook algorithms, they seem to work against Christianity in general.

  403. And it's the easy, the easy answer, and so a

  404. lot of passes are you know, they're trying to hurry

  405. up and they're just trying to get get get done

  406. with their research, and so they pick up what's easy

  407. and they're not doing in depth research for humbling themselves

  408. enough to ask any questions to anybody, which you know,

  409. that's one of the problems in Christianity as well. But

  410. it has grown immensely that people are not accepting Christianity

  411. because of what is being taught you know, online behind

  412. the ball, and it is. It doesn't take a rocket scientist.

  413. You can just do an exe Jesus on these sheep

  414. and Exodus Leviticus. It's not that hard to do.

  415. If that be the case, why aren't these pastors correcting

  416. their sermons.

  417. Why aren't they.

  418. Getting up on Sunday morning and say, you know what,

  419. I was wrong. I had this you know, unsubstantiated report

  420. about all sheep being born in spring and corrected. Why

  421. aren't ministries correcting this error?

  422. It should be it should be self correct. Part of

  423. the problem is no one's holding them accountable. A lot

  424. of a lot of pastors, you know, they're they're hearing

  425. from God on a lot of stuff, and they are indeed,

  426. in fact doing that. And I'd say the majority of

  427. the pastors are they're they're good people, they're good, uh,

  428. and they are called by God. But in this instance

  429. they're they they come against something that is not of God.

  430. And we'll just say that they're influenced their own birthdays

  431. but they won't celebrate Jesus' birthday. I mean, there's there's

  432. something to that. You will take that where you want to,

  433. But it should be more important to celebrate the birthday

  434. of Christ because I believe that you will celebrate the

  435. birthdays of the people you love, and the ones you

  436. do not you will find a reason not to. And

  437. I don't know exactly why people are trying to find

  438. a reason not to celebrate the birth of Christ, but

  439. they are doing it.

  440. Well, you know, that's one thing I take Kyaumbridge with.

  441. We need to talk about this for a minute. Okay,

  442. So is it a pagan a ritual to celebrate people's

  443. individual birthdays, because that's not what my research tells me.

  444. So what group, what, what demographic is known for celebrating

  445. people's birthdays.

  446. It is actually Christians. They celebrate birthdays of kings almost everywhere.

  447. But Christians always celebrate birthdays, and it's historical. There's people

  448. who have talked about Christians celebrating birthdays back in the

  449. second century and it says that they love to celebrate

  450. their birthdays and they always celebrate. It says that they

  451. do not celebrate any feast or any festivals of the Pagans,

  452. and that's what they have come straight out and said,

  453. none of them, they don't celebrate anything pagan. And this

  454. is like back in two hundred about two hundred AD,

  455. when they were saying this. What happened after that? You know,

  456. they may have started to adopt some pagan stuff, but

  457. before that they did not. So the day is pure.

  458. Like I said, there's no pagan holidays that happened on

  459. December twenty fifth at all. That day is pure. The

  460. closest is December twenty third, and there's a lot on

  461. the solstice, but uh, there are none for that date.

  462. It is completely pure. As picked for a reason because

  463. there are no pagan deities on that day. And I've

  464. checked them all. I've looked into them all and it

  465. is a clean date. But yet you hear people preaching

  466. that it is a pagan holiday and they just just

  467. like to repeat it.

  468. Well, that's just pretty amazing to me because you would

  469. think that this, this ritual of celebrating people's individual birthdays

  470. came from the Pagans, but come to find out, it didn't.

  471. It came to Christians.

  472. It is Christian, it's mainly Christian. We're probably one of

  473. the only societies or groups of people where everyone's birthday

  474. is celebrated. In the pagan cultures, it's only the kings

  475. that are celebrated because they're the only one that matter.

  476. But not in Christian communities. We're all kings, we're all

  477. sons of God, so everybody is important, and that's the

  478. reason why. Now there are three three societies, three civilizations.

  479. One of them is the Donatist and they are in

  480. northwestern Africa, and they have celebrated the birth of Christ

  481. from the very beginning and they have continued it. So

  482. people like to say that it started at Constantine. There's

  483. nothing before three point thirty, and that you know, it's

  484. a pagan holiday. All these these are like three pillars.

  485. These are three lives that get preached all the time.

  486. The Donatists have celebrated it ever since the beginning, ever

  487. since it happened, the birth of Christ. So this is

  488. North Africa, in the Middle East, in Syria, the Syriac

  489. Church has celebrated and it's recorded that it has been

  490. celebrated from the very beginning. So this civilization has kept

  491. that tradition the whole time. And the Gauls from France,

  492. they too have celebrated December twenty fifth, the day of

  493. the day of Jesus' birth, this whole time. So there's

  494. three civilizations from different areas of the world, the Middle East, Africa,

  495. and France in Europe that have celebrated this that really

  496. didn't have a whole lot of contact with each other,

  497. but they all knew that December twenty fifth was the

  498. birth of Christ. Now, people like to pen all kinds

  499. of other dates all over the place, but there are

  500. no other dates in history. I mean, people just knew.

  501. There's too many quotes for the December twenty fifth, too

  502. many things point to it. There may have been a

  503. few people who were, you know, misinformed or you know,

  504. just didn't under didn't know what was going on in

  505. the world. Much like see who was it Venerable Bead.

  506. Venerable Bead. He was a Catholic monk and he was

  507. very anti Christian, but he was only gathering information from hearsay,

  508. and so he was very anti December twenty fifth. He

  509. kind of said it was all pagan. He's one of

  510. the only people in history that really was adamant about that,

  511. and it was just because he was disconnected. He was

  512. a monk, Catholic Monk in Britain, in Great Britain, and

  513. so that was few and far between. But people penn

  514. like depended in September eleventh, that's one of the days

  515. that's commonly cited by Christians. But you know, like I said,

  516. it has to be like you said, it has to

  517. be in those three weeks of the last two weeks

  518. of December or in January, or you just got the

  519. wrong date. There's a guy that mentions that he believes

  520. it's at the New Year's when during the landing season,

  521. and he's got videos and he's been on podcasts talking

  522. about it. He's probably one of the most popular Christian

  523. apologetics that is pushing this idea that Jesus was born

  524. in the spring and all this. Seeing that he made

  525. up the date and is wrong on the sheep, he

  526. starts out in error with the sheep. Then he goes

  527. and confirms it with astrology. And the idea is that,

  528. you know, I'm going to pitch astrology two Christians to

  529. prove this date that I proved with the wrong sheep.

  530. And just like Jesus said, my sheep will hear my voice.

  531. That's another sheep that's another sheep.

  532. Yes, you know, that's pretty amazing that you've come up

  533. with three witnesses, three different cultures, three different continents, literally,

  534. three different continents. You got one group in Europe, one

  535. in the Middle East, one in Africa, all stating from

  536. the very beginning of their church history that December twenty

  537. fifth is the date. To me, that right there is

  538. just in your face that this is what it is.

  539. It had no origin in the pagan world, it never

  540. did no and that I really take great umbrage with that.

  541. And you know, one of the things that's always bothered me,

  542. and you alluded to it, is that it seems like

  543. to me, a whole lot of these preachers are really

  544. preaching that they don't want you to celebrate Christ's birth.

  545. Yeah, there's mixed about that, and some of them will

  546. say it's okay to celebrate it. Some of them just

  547. straight up say it was not on December twenty fifth,

  548. as if you know, God himself has told them this,

  549. But most likely it was the Internet, and that's about it.

  550. It was just, well, it sounds like to me that

  551. you have put together enough evidence that you would have

  552. to reckon this to Hebrews chapter twelve, it would seem

  553. like to me, you have a cloud of witnesses here.

  554. Yes, I have many witnesses. Yeah, it's the majority. I

  555. mean when I first started, you know, there was a

  556. few Theophilists who like us, that mentioned the December twenty

  557. fifth date before. But you know, a hell storm of

  558. evidences started pouring through and the next thing you know,

  559. I've got seventy to one hundred witnesses of the December

  560. twenty fifth date. So that are historical going back before Constantine.

  561. So when people say there is nothing before three point thirty,

  562. a d oh, nothing could be further from the truth.

  563. There are tons of people. I read some earlier, but

  564. I could read them. I could read them for the

  565. next hour because there's just so many. And there's other

  566. there's other you know, instances too. For example, there are

  567. two census. There are two census that talk about the

  568. birth of Christ that give the birth of Christ is

  569. December twenty fifth, And these census had to know the

  570. birth of Jesus because it was the taxes go by

  571. the day that you were born. So there are two

  572. two census that also mentioned the December twenty fifth date. Now,

  573. apart from all this, there are other things that the

  574. integral year and and no Domini. There's all of these

  575. things like talking about comparing dates that have to do

  576. with Adam to Jesus. There's all these dates that go

  577. with and allude to the idea that Jesus was born

  578. on December twenty fifth. So everything that I've talked about

  579. so far, you know, I could just scrap all that

  580. and then show you a ton more evidences. We could

  581. have another podcast on just stuff I haven't talked about

  582. so far. And it's pretty it's pretty convincing when you

  583. really dig into it, and it is it is seemingly endless.

  584. I believe that before I go to publish, because I

  585. started to do one book and the book has just

  586. grown so much that I'm going to need to make

  587. three books. And these are not going to be books

  588. on the traditions of Christmas. They are just going to

  589. be about proving that December twenty fifth date. And so

  590. I will have three books that do nothing but that.

  591. Well, it sounds like to me that what you're really

  592. talking about here is second tenththy, chapter four, verse three.

  593. I mean, if you've got this much evidence for the

  594. December twenty fourth date, you're gonna write.

  595. Three books on it.

  596. It just seems like to me, with that much evidence,

  597. it just sounds like, you know, two Timothy chapter four,

  598. I'll start reading for the time will come. Well, they

  599. will not endure sound doctrine. If you've got that much

  600. evidence to do three books. The only reason why you

  601. would not believe this, the only reason why you would

  602. reject it and claim that it is pagan, is that

  603. you are refusing sound doctrine.

  604. Your ears won't hear it. That's what it sounds like

  605. to me. Chris, Yeah, there was. You know, in the past,

  606. there were a few groups that didn't believe in Christmas.

  607. There was you know, the Quakers. I think some of

  608. the Quakers rejected it outright, they were some of the first.

  609. And then there was you know, the Jehovah's witnesses. They

  610. don't like the idea of Christmas and so they won't celebrate.

  611. But now it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter what Chris denomination,

  612. they've all abandoned it. Uh. I'll give you some examples,

  613. Uh Church of Christ, Uh pastor there. I've had long

  614. discussions with Calvary Chapel, same thing. I've been to all

  615. these churches Trinity, Baptists, same thing. Uh, several Charismatic churches,

  616. same thing. Denomination has is doesn't divide people at all.

  617. You are either rejecting this or or you're divided. And

  618. and I can I keep running again. I do this

  619. every year. I go online, and I have to fight

  620. tooth and nail the whole time because stuff is coming

  621. across my thread making these lying statements. And and most

  622. of the time it's Christians, all all the unbelievers are

  623. doing it too. But that should tell you something. Like

  624. my work in creation when I'm I'm speaking against evolution,

  625. there are sometimes creationists who have compromises with evolution. And

  626. then I rebuked that, and I talked to them first

  627. and say, you know, hey, you know you this is

  628. this is what they're believing. So you need to step

  629. back and think about, you know, are you doing exactly

  630. what they want you to do? And it's the same here.

  631. These pastors and pete and preachers and just teachers and

  632. just every everyday Christians are picking stuff up by the enemy,

  633. picking up what the enemy is teaching, and they adopt

  634. it and they repeat it so uh that that just

  635. needs to change. They need to either dig in deeper

  636. or find somebody that is knowledgeable about the subject.

  637. Well, you know, you a lot of people don't know

  638. that that you do a lot of work with creationism.

  639. But yeah, I found that out myself in this ministry

  640. that a lot of people that profess to be Christians, Yeah,

  641. are rejecting the seven day creation. They're rejecting the birth

  642. of Christ, I mean, holy cal These things in the

  643. beginning were called heresies. Yeah, but why don't you describe

  644. that because this isn't.

  645. Your only game.

  646. You do a lot of creation stuff too, So where

  647. can people get a hold of your creation stuff?

  648. You can go to Greater Ancestors my on Facebook. I

  649. have a Greater Ancestors page and I post stuff on

  650. there all the time. I have a Greater Ansets dot

  651. com and most most of my creation stuff is based

  652. on giants, not not just the nephil on I rarely

  653. talk about the nephil I actually talk about all the

  654. animals and all and all people being bigger, better, faster, stronger,

  655. smarter and healthier in the past. So Greater Ancestors dot Com.

  656. I have another page called Absolute Genesis on Facebook. But

  657. you can also go for for a lot of the

  658. message today. You can go to Chris L. Leslie on

  659. Facebook and just pull up my personal page and I

  660. have a lot of stuff on there, talking in detail

  661. about a lot of the things we've talked about Christmas today.

  662. You know, when you're attacking the seven day cycle and

  663. it just reminds me of the works of the Devil. Okay,

  664. it reminds me of uh well, first John chapter three.

  665. I don't want to get to it too much, but

  666. you know, if you're attacking the seven day Creation, you're

  667. going after our very foundation. The next foundation after that

  668. would probably be the birth of Christ. And it just

  669. blows me away.

  670. Yeah, it is definitely be intact. And if there is

  671. a war going on on it over this subject, and

  672. you know, I believe we are well into the great

  673. Falling Way. These these are things that have to happen

  674. before we truly fall away. Well, let me ask you

  675. this personally, Chris Ship.

  676. Where else would you start now me, I mean this

  677. may not take a rocket scientist degree, but the very

  678. first thing you would have to fall away from was

  679. that the Lord Jesus Christ came in the flesh, right,

  680. So that's what you'd have to attack first.

  681. So if there's going to be a great falling away.

  682. You would have to look for signs.

  683. They would go after that event in Bethlehem where he

  684. was born.

  685. Right, So if if if it's being led let's let's say,

  686. if it's being led by the devil, uh, and you

  687. wanted to attack the foundation of the Bible, you would

  688. attack Genesis. If you wanted to attack the foundation of

  689. Jesus Christ, you will go to his birth and you

  690. would attack it there. And so both of these are

  691. there is no coincidence that both of these are are

  692. under attack. It is uh, it is intentional, and it

  693. is a good strategy to attack those first. And that's

  694. what's going on. This. This is very similar to the

  695. attacks on the Seven day Creation and the foundations of

  696. creation and the foundations of a of Jesus Christ is ministry.

  697. I don't see how that can be a coincidence. I mean,

  698. you know, when did these attacks start? When did you

  699. first start noticing that people were saying that Christmas was pagan?

  700. Because don't even try it, Chris, I was grew, I

  701. grew up in the church. I grew I went to

  702. youth group. Don't even try it, Okay, when I graduated

  703. high school, no Christian. No Christian would have attacked no.

  704. So when did this start?

  705. Do you think? You know? It's it's really disrespectful to

  706. our parents and to our grandparents. They believed all this,

  707. They believed, they believed December twenty fifth. When we were children,

  708. we believed it. We didn't question that. Nobody questioned it.

  709. It was an absolute. It was a kept tradition from

  710. the beginning. We've got older kept traditions. The seven days

  711. of creation. There's no reason why every single person on

  712. the face of the earth has to have seven days

  713. in their week, or why not six? Why not eight?

  714. We have seven days because that's been kept mark seven

  715. days ever since, ever since creation. Why do we have

  716. three hundred and sixty degrees in a circle. It's because

  717. the revolution around the sun takes three hundred and sixty

  718. days at the beginning. Now it's three sixty five, which

  719. means we are moving further away from the sun, so

  720. it takes five extra days. So these are kept tradition

  721. from the beginning of time. But for myself, it wasn't

  722. until I got into college and I went to a

  723. liberal arts school. So I've seen the worst. I've seen

  724. the absolute worst. You can't get no worse than a

  725. liberal arts college when it comes to being anti Christian.

  726. So I was there and I had to fight tooth

  727. and nail there. But it was in there that there

  728. were these classes called cultural Beliefs and comparative religion classes

  729. that had picked up on a lot of this information

  730. from Zeitgeist, this German propaganda film. They had picked up

  731. on his Lap and a few other people who who

  732. were preaching this kind of stuff, who never did any

  733. solid research, and today a lot of their stuff is rejected.

  734. But those foundations were laid back then. And this is

  735. probably probably in the mid nineties, mid to late nineties

  736. when I remember, and here's here's the thing I'm ashamed of.

  737. I fell for it, and I was teaching the same

  738. thing that these things that Christmas wasn't true. So I

  739. understand from people's position how they get into it, But

  740. to stay in it once you know it's a lie,

  741. you can't get behind that pulpit again and say, Constantine,

  742. there's you know started the December twenty fifth. You can't

  743. say that after you've known the truth. Once you have

  744. the knowledge of the truth, you have to continue in

  745. the truth because you can't plead ignorance then, and so

  746. are you suggesting that pastors getting the pulpit and correct

  747. what they've been preaching. Is that is that what you're

  748. alluding to. I think they should get in front and

  749. say that they were wrong and ask the church forgiveness

  750. and do whatever it's needed so that the people are

  751. not believing the lie. The whole purpose of them being

  752. there is to hear the truth, the truth of the Gospel,

  753. the truth of creation, the truth of Jesus' birth, because

  754. it's important that Jesus is a historical figure that he was.

  755. There are so many people that talk about his you know,

  756. that were witnesses to his life, death and resurrection, and

  757. his birth is important. It was more of a monumental

  758. mark in time that was global and it's had a

  759. global impact. So we can't start questioning the foundations of

  760. the gospel, which is the birth, the virgin birth of Christ.

  761. But because the virgin birth, you know, that's that's attacked too.

  762. But there's a lot of things about Jesus that is

  763. systematically attacked. And right now there's so many Christians saying, well,

  764. we know that Jesus was not born on the twenty

  765. fifth and I see that so much by Christians, by everyone,

  766. and it just breaks my heart to hear them push

  767. this lie.

  768. And sometime you get to that point when you have

  769. to do something about it.

  770. Absolutely and there's just no excuse.

  771. And it's all right to say that Constantine said that

  772. it was the twenty fifth.

  773. Just know and understand this.

  774. He was only regurgitating what had been said for three

  775. hundred years.

  776. Yeah, yep, yep, he was. He was not the first.

  777. And uh, you know, it's like people do research only

  778. to that point, and then before that, once they learned

  779. that they're done, they're not they're not looking any further.

  780. They've got what they wanted. They they heard heard it

  781. from other people and they just cling to it. But yeah,

  782. it's time to let that go, you know.

  783. And if you cling to it, you obviously have an agenda.

  784. Chris, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And and you know a

  785. lot of these pastors and stuff, they have peers, and

  786. you know, they're afraid to confront their peers, so they

  787. just go along to get along. Then they keep preaching

  788. it to their their their church, and then they're afraid.

  789. I'm not afraid, you know, they can kill me and

  790. eat me I'm gonna preach the truth no matter what.

  791. I don't. I don't like lies. I don't. I'm I'm

  792. still mad that I accepted lies. I'm lad mad at

  793. myself when I taught this nonsense and I didn't check

  794. into it. At the time, it was a lot more difficult.

  795. Now it's a whole lot easier. There wasn't even much

  796. of an Internet back then. Google was just starting. It

  797. was a startup. So yes, it was back then it

  798. was a startup.

  799. But now all this information is easy to get a

  800. hold of.

  801. Yeah, you can.

  802. Get the PDF form of all this documentation. You can

  803. actually get the PDF form of it. So there's no

  804. excuse once you have realized what the truth is to

  805. continue in that lie. It's not of Christ. It proves

  806. who your father is. You're a child of the devil.

  807. If you continue in a lie and preach others to

  808. do the same, that's that's got nothing to do with

  809. God at all.

  810. Yeah, like you said, my sheep, hear my voice. I

  811. bought this not too long ago. Isaiah nine to six.

  812. There you, a child has been born to us, A

  813. son is given to us. Authority rest upon him, and

  814. he his name Jesus, and that spells up.

  815. Christmas and it spells out Christmas. You got to send

  816. me a copy of that text. You got to send

  817. me a copy of that text.

  818. That is perfect.

  819. Well, Chris, it has been a delight to have you on.

  820. So how can people get a hold of you? How

  821. can they get a hold of you your book? And

  822. before you say all that, so you're talking about three

  823. three books on December twenty fifth, what's the time frame

  824. for getting the first one out.

  825. I'm gonna get the first one out this year, and

  826. then there'll be two that follows. I'm not exactly sure

  827. I'm gonna how I'm gonna break it up and which

  828. one's gonna come out first. But right now, like my

  829. book is Ohio eighty eight Counties and Giants, I've got

  830. the one on Indiana done. But I'm going to put

  831. these Christmas books out, but I plan to have it

  832. out before this next Christmas, so I've got a year

  833. to do it. I'm going to push myself to do

  834. it somehow and just make sure that you know, because

  835. this is an important issue and it needs to be done,

  836. and hopefully people will will buy it and study it

  837. and research it and not put it on the shelf

  838. and never read it and still go out there and

  839. repeat these same lives that are so frequent.

  840. Well, all I know is this, if you do accomplish

  841. in getting it published and I can get a hold

  842. of it before Christmas next year, I assure you I

  843. will get this resource out as Christmas presents.

  844. And that's a fact. Oh good, good, good.

  845. Yeah, So I am excited to hear that you're next.

  846. But now there's what ninety two counties in Indiana.

  847. And Indiana and you have that book complete, it's completed.

  848. What I have to do is I have to go

  849. and and edit and take some information out, you know,

  850. just kind of modify it and go through the editing

  851. process and work with the publisher. And that's all that's

  852. left on that all the research is done, which is

  853. you know, ninety five percent of the work. Wow.

  854. All right, Well, where can people get a hold of

  855. you at? What's the best way to get a hold
