Open your Bibles to Genesis. I believe we're going to start at chapter 14,
-
Genesis chapter 14, and we're going to read from 17 through 20.
Genesis 14 chapter mention
-
In Genesis 14, 17 through 20 says, and the king of Sodom went out to meet him
-
at the valley of Es, that is the king's valley, after his return from the defeat of C,
-
and the kings who were with them.
-
Look at verse 18. Then Melchizedek, king of Salem, brought out bread and wine,
-
and he was the priest of God most high. Say God most high.
-
And he blessed him and said, blessed be Abram of God most high. Say God most high.
-
Possessor of heaven and earth. And look at verse 20. and blessed be,
-
say God most high, who has delivered
-
your enemies into your hand and gave him a tenth or a tithe of all.
-
We are in a series talking about the names of God and God reveals different
-
aspects of who he is through the many names that he uses,
-
each one with a unique meaning and power, offering us a deeper glimpse of his limitless nature.
-
And one of the reasons we have started this series under the leadership of the
-
Holy Spirit is we want to reveal his character and his nature in a fresh new way.
-
We want you to deepen your relationship with him, to begin to call him by his significant names.
-
And we want you to be able to experience a deeper prayer life and worship.
-
When you know him by his various names, you will glow closer to him.
-
Many people know me by several names. Obviously, my given name is Devon Monzel Alexander, right?
-
But some people call me D, like you heard Apostle call me. Some people call me Pastor.
-
Some people call me Pastor Alexander. Different relationships,
-
right? Some people call me Devo.
-
Now, if you call me Devo, you have
-
known me since I was in high school and college. That was the name, Devo.
-
I don't want none of y'all to call me Devo because that'd take me back to another time, okay?
-
Devo was another time, another person, all right? When I was in middle school,
-
they called me Smiley because I smiled all the time.
-
And I played football and the football coach called me Smiley.
-
And I didn't want to be called Smiley because I thought I was tough playing football.
-
But he said, all the time you're smiling and Smiley took off.
-
And so from seventh and eighth grade, I was known as Smiley.
-
All those names were the same person, but different people recognized me differently
-
by the names that I'm associated with.
-
And we find out that each name of God is like a perfect puzzle piece,
-
fitting exactly where we're broken.
-
Feeling what's missing and completing the picture of who we are created to be.
-
And so we find out in the passage of scripture that we just read that God Most
-
High is the name we're going to talk about today, which is El Elyon. Say El Elyon.
-
Now we've talked about El Shaddai, we've talked about Jehovah Jireh last week,
-
we talked about Adonai, we talked about Jehovah Rapha,
-
we've talked about Abba, and today we're going to talk about El Elyon and El
-
Elyon means God most high over it all.
-
The mighty one most high, he is the possessor of heaven and earth.
-
And so El Elyon is the most high God who possesses, owns heaven and earth.
-
He is the one who causes you to be victorious.
-
And so we understand in the passage we read that Abram was victorious and it
-
was because of El Elyon, God most high, caused him to be victorious.
-
And so if you're missing victory in your life, you need to study the name El Elyon.
-
If you're lacking and being defeated and being under the circumstances and being
-
pressed down and depressed and anxious and overwhelmed,
-
I encourage you to study the name of El Elyon, God Most High.
-
The Most High God, El Elyon, means to go up, to ascend, to climb, and to exalt.
-
Let me say it again. And El Elyon means to go up, to ascend, to climb, and to exalt.
-
He is the most high God. And I want you to understand this as well.
-
El Elyon is the name that Satan coveted the most.
-
El Elyon is the name that Satan coveted the most.
-
Take a look at Isaiah 14, and we look through 12 through 14.
-
Isaiah 14, 12 through 14. How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning.
-
How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations.
-
For you have said in your heart, watch this, I will ascend into heaven.
-
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God.
-
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation and on the furthest sides of
-
the north. Verse 14, I will ascend above the heights of the clouds and watch
-
this, I will be like the most high.
-
These are five I will statements that Satan said because he coveted this significant
-
name, this superior name of El Elyon, the Most High God.
-
He desired to take the place of the Most High.
-
And I love in this passage of scripture, and if you read 15 through 20,
-
I won't take the time to read it, but you'll find out what five statements God,
-
the Most High, said about him. You want to hear the five statements?
-
He said, you'll be thrown into hell.
-
You will be gauged upon. I want to stay there for a second.
-
I believe when we see Satan for who he truly is, I believe he's going to be
-
a little oomph, a oompa-loompa, a minion.
-
I believe he's going to be so small, and we're going to look and say,
-
that's the one that caused so much trepidation in my life?
-
That's the one that made me stay awake at night? That's the one that caused
-
me to have disunity with other people?
-
That's the one that caused me to be broke, busted, and disgusted?
-
We're going to gaze upon him.
-
Scripture here says that God told him, you will be thrown into hell,
-
you will be gazed upon, you will be talked about, you will be cast out, and you will be alone.
-
Now, notice his vision was to be El Elyon, but God gave him his direction.
-
You will be thrown into hell. You will be gazed upon. You'll be talked about.
-
You'll be cast out, and you will be alone.
-
So Satan is not the rival of El Elyon.
-
Let me say it again. I thought I'd get a better amen than that.
-
Satan is not the rival of El Elyon.
-
El Elyon is God alone and no one is even close to him.
-
Satan is a defeated creation, but El Elyon is the most high God. Somebody say El Elyon.
-
When Satan exhausts himself in your life, bring El Elyon on the scene.
-
When you feel like you're being defeated, busted, broke, overwhelmed, cry out to El Elyon.
-
El Elyon, a possessor of heaven and earth, the most high God,
-
bring victory into my life in the name of Jesus. Come on, somebody say amen.
-
What's the highest thing in your life? Fear?
-
Circumstances? People's opinion?
-
Lack? Let's place El Elyon above it all. Yes.
-
Say this out to me. I place El Elyon above all of my life.
-
Psalms 83, 18 in the New Living Translation. Psalms 83, 18.
-
Then they will learn that you alone are called the Lord.
-
That you alone are the most high, supreme over all the earth.
-
Notice that you will learn that the Most High is supreme over all of the earth.
-
How do we learn that? By experience, by testing, by going through things.
-
We will learn that El Elyon is the Most High God. We will learn that no one
-
and nothing can take his place in your life.
-
You are not stuck.
-
You are not small. You are not forgotten. You are not insignificant.
-
You are a child of El Elyon.
-
And it's time that we learn who we are in him. we are a child of El Elyon because
-
El Elyon is supreme above all.
-
El Elyon is above all kings and he's above all spiritual forces.
-
No demon, no devil, nothing hiding under your bed, nothing that you are afraid
-
of. It can withstand the force that El Elyon brings just because of his presence.
-
There was one particular time I was talking to a pastor friend of mine And and
-
I was telling him about a demon being cast out in the service and he got really
-
nervous this pastor for the night He said oh my goodness Uh, what happened?
-
I said well, we cast the demon out of him He's like, oh, I would have been scared
-
that that demon would have jumped on me or one of my kids I said wait a minute.
-
Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up I said you with LL y'all That demon got no right to come.
-
I tell them demons too. Do you know who I am?
-
I'm a child of El Elyon. You better leave me alone before I send you back to
-
the pit of hell. Come on, somebody.
-
You got to know who you are because you're with El Elyon and there are no limitations.
-
When you're with El Elyon.
-
There's stop thinking so small. El Elyon is with you. Stop thinking so little.
-
Stop thinking small about yourself.
-
Start thinking El Elyon's with me, and if he did it before, he'll do it again.
-
If he did it for Sierra, he'll do it for Ali.
-
Start thinking that he will do it for me because he's El Elyon.
-
He isn't held back by any limitations of the world.
-
The world has limitations. You know that. El Elyon has no limitations.
-
El Elyon knows how to change policies, change rules for your favor.
-
El Elyon knows how to get anything to you from anyone, anywhere,
-
at any time. He's El Elyon.
-
He's the most high God. Somebody shout amen.
-
Psalm 57 2. Psalm 57 2. Watch this.
-
I will cry out to God most high, to God who performs all things for me.
-
So I'm going to cry out to El Elyon. El Elyon will perform all things,
-
not some things, not one thing, all things for me.
-
When fear or chaos comes, remind yourself, El Elyon is still on the throne and
-
he performs all things for me.
-
When they tell you you're going to lose your job, El Elyon is still on the throne
-
and he's going to perform all things for me.
-
When they tell you you're going to come up short El Elyon is still on the throne
-
And he's going to perform all things for me Many of you know my story in corporate
-
America I don't have a college degree,
-
I did not finish college Those of you that are young people I encourage you
-
if college is in the plan for your life Find a really good college with Christian
-
values And go to that college and get your degree But you know you don't have to go to college.
-
I know you get quiet, but I'm just letting you know you don't you don't have
-
to go in that kind of debt You don't have to and so I didn't and I didn't I
-
didn't have a degree and I was working for a massive bank,
-
Fortune 500 company and I was getting promoted like this boom boom boom I got
-
promoted three times in two years started out making 28,000 ended up making
-
over $120,000 in a short period of time and people would come to me and say
-
who do you know in the company?
-
Why are you getting promoted? I said, well, I don't know anybody in this company.
-
No, you know somebody in the company. I said, I promise you I don't.
-
And then, oh, Kenneth Copeland got you these jobs. Well, no,
-
no, no, he didn't. How in the world would you say that?
-
It's somebody you know. How are you getting promoted so much?
-
And finally it hit me. El Elyon.
-
I said, El Elyon's promoting me. El Elyon's performing for me.
-
El Elyon is the one that is causing me to ascend and to climb and to come up.
-
It's El Elyon in my life. Who? Who? Who? El Elyon. I never heard of El Elyon. He's the most high God.
-
He's higher than any other God. He can make things happen and perform for me
-
in ways that nobody else can. Somebody shout El Elyon.
-
And so watch this. When fear comes or chaos comes, remind yourself El Elyon is still on the throne.
-
Never say I'm under the circumstances or I'm under the weather.
-
Don't say that anymore. Why? Why are you under them?
-
Let El Elyon put you on top of it. Hallelujah.
-
Stop being under the circumstances. Stop being under the weather and let El
-
Elyon put you on top of them.
-
I don't have to figure this out alone. I know El Elyon's got my back.
-
Hey, man, I don't have to figure this out on my own. El Elyon has my back.
-
He owns your battles. He owns your future and he owns your breakthrough.
-
It's not a matter of if El Elyon is going to come through for you.
-
It's just simply a matter of when.
-
And all you got to do is just hold on.
-
Having done all to stand, you just continue to stand, therefore.
-
You just hold on because El Elyon is coming and he's coming right on time. Somebody shout amen.
-
Amen. Philippians chapter 2, 9 through 11. Philippians chapter 2, 9 through 11.
Philippians 2 chapter mention Philippians 2 chapter mention
-
Therefore, God has highly exalted him and given him the name which is above every name,
-
that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow of those in heaven and of those
-
on the earth and of those under the earth,
-
and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God, the Father.
-
Now understand, Jesus was given the most high name.
-
There's no other name that's higher than the name of Jesus.
-
Cancer is not more formidable than the name of Jesus.
-
Poverty is not more formidable than the name of Jesus.
-
Not knowing what to do when you should know what to do is not more formidable
-
than the name of Jesus. He was given a name that is so high and so exalted that
-
there is no other name that can compare to his name.
-
He's not competing with anyone.
-
Hallelujah. Jesus isn't competing with anyone.
-
He reigns supreme, above, exalted, high, and lifted up.
-
Use the name of Jesus any opportunity you get because his name always causes
-
victory in your life. Somebody shout amen.
-
His name is the name that demons tremble at the name of Jesus.
-
Hallelujah. When fear tries to come in your life, you just shout Jesus.
-
You shout El Elyon and that fear has got to go. That chaos has to leave.
-
That anxiety has got to flee. You got to know who you are in the name of Jesus.
-
Hallelujah. I said hallelujah. I said hallelujah.
-
Glory be to God.
-
El Elyon is the God who lifts his children higher than any problem they could ever encounter.
-
Whatever problem you encounter, El Elyon will lift you higher.
-
Listen to me now. There is nothing that can come upon you that can defeat you.
-
1 Corinthians 10, 13. There's no temptation, no test that can come upon you.
-
But God is faithful who will not allow any temptation, any problem,
-
any test to come upon you and not give you the way of escape so that you may be able to bear it.
-
So if it comes to you, you can get through it because El Elyon's with you.
-
Whatever bad news you hear, El Elyon's with you.
-
He wouldn't even allow it to come to you if you couldn't overcome it.
-
That's how faithful he is. If you couldn't overcome it, he would say,
-
nope, nope, nope, don't send that over there.
-
I'm going to block it right now because they can't overcome it.
-
But if it comes to you, just know I can overcome this.
-
Elyon's with me. I can supersede this. I can deliver on the promises of God
-
by staying with Elyon when this problem comes.
-
I can be a testimony to somebody that God can make it through.
-
There was several years ago, probably now 12 years ago, I think it was 2013,
-
I had gotten attacked in my body.
-
And still to this day, don't know what it was. I woke up one day and I started,
-
I had like a stomach ache and I felt like that it was like a 24-hour bug or something.
-
And then that 24-hour bug went to 48 hours.
-
Then it went 72 hours. And then next thing I know, I couldn't get out the bed.
-
And I'm losing a pound a day, a pound a day.
-
Tanel was saying, that sounds really, really serious.
-
You know, Tanel knows about all this stuff and I'm losing weight like crazy.
-
I couldn't, Zayven was young at that age, my son. I couldn't pick him up.
-
I wasn't strong enough to pick him up. And he was like two years old.
-
I didn't have the strength. I felt like I was a 200 year old man with no strength.
-
And I'm laying there saying, what in the world is going on? And I thought, you know what?
-
God would never even allow this to come to me if I couldn't defeat it.
-
And so I said, I can defeat this thing or it wouldn't, it couldn't come to me.
-
The end of my story ain't going to be 20, 32 year old pastor, great start ministry.
-
Something got all over him. Ain't going to be the end of my story. Amen.
-
Amen. Ain't going to be there. And so I said, I can defeat this thing.
-
And it was three weeks, three. And I preached every Sunday. I sat up here.
-
Steve used to come to my house and pick me up out of bed and carry me to the
-
church. I would sit down up here and preach and I wouldn't shake anybody's hand.
-
I didn't know what was going on.
-
And then they would carry me back to the car. I was just weak,
-
didn't know what was going on. And one particular guy called me.
-
This guy's a man of faith. And he said, man, I heard I heard what's going on
-
with you. And I said, yeah.
-
Matter of fact, I like what he just said. I need to say this.
-
He said, I heard what's going on with you.
-
When you go into something, tell somebody.
-
I've seen too many people die alone Because they're too prideful To communicate
-
that I'm going through something Now I didn't say that you got to get on Facebook.
-
And Instagram and blast it out And let everybody, oh sympathy and pity And somebody
-
please cry for me I didn't say you got to do all that, somebody feel sorry No, but tell somebody,
-
And this particular guy, man of faith, he said man, he said,
-
I know, I hear you're going through something because Stacy had reached out to him.
-
I wasn't even on the phone or nothing during that time. I was just trying to,
-
I was just fighting, you know, fighting.
-
And she had reached out to him and he reached out to me and he said,
-
and, and, you know, he believed God with me and we got through it.
-
I woke up one day and just took off running. Like instantly I was healed.
-
Got out the bed and ran up and down the steps like crazy. I was,
-
glory to God, I'm running.
-
Hallelujah. Well, he called me later on. He said, if you would have died,
-
he said, that would have rocked my faith.
-
He said, I know who you are. I know what you stand for. If you would have died,
-
it would have rocked my faith. And it started getting me to think,
-
people are watching you.
-
People are looking at, oh no, they're looking at somebody else.
-
No, they're looking at you.
-
And they're saying, hey, let me see how they handle this.
-
Do you know that you are the, you are the only Bible that some people may ever read?
-
They're watching your life. And so if you quit and you cussing and fussing and
-
you doing everything else that they doing, you're not a good testimony.
-
And so he said, man, I would have died. That struck me. I said,
-
I'm not just fighting for myself.
-
I'm not just fighting for my family. I'm fighting for the testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
Amen. I'm showing the world that El Elyon is God most high.
-
Somebody say El Elyon. Say God most high.
-
Now watch this. I want to say some more things to you. El Elyon is the God who
-
lifts his children higher than any problem.
-
Look at Ephesians chapter 1, 22 and 23.
Ephesians 1 chapter mention
-
Ephesians chapter 1, 22 and 23. And he put all things under his feet and gave
Ephesians 1 chapter mention
-
him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body,
-
the fullness of him who fills all in all.
-
Notice, he put all things under his feet and gave him to be the head,
-
Jesus, over all things. And who did he transfer this to?
-
The church, which is his body.
-
And so everything is under your feet because all things have been given to Jesus
-
and he delegated that authority to the church.
-
You remember in the Great Commission, he says, all authority has been given unto me.
-
Then he transferred the authority. He said, now you go into all the world and preach the gospel.
-
He gave delegated authority.
-
And so El Elyon, Jesus, the Most High, they are one. They're not the same, but they're one.
-
They're one. And they are one saying, I'm giving all of this authority of supreme El Elyon being.
-
You're with me. I'm with you. Now you get in the earth and you put everything under your feet.
-
You heard me? I said you put everything under your feet.
-
That headache that keeps coming. That's not that's not on top of my head.
-
It's under my feet. And now you drink more water. Okay, drink some water.
-
All right, you're probably dehydrated too, okay?
-
That actually happened one particular time. This man came for a prayer line,
-
and I was praying, and he said he had a headache.
-
And I laid hands on the headache, and when I took my hands off,
-
the Lord said, tell him to drink more water.
-
And I said, the Lord just told me to drink more water. He said,
-
I hadn't been drinking enough water. I said, that's why you got the headache, amen?
-
I said, amen, amen. And so, what am I saying?
-
I'm saying everything is under your feet. You need to start walking around when
-
these bad news come. You know what?
-
It's under my feet. It's under my feet.
-
You heard that song? It's my feet. It's under my feet. Y'all don't know that one?
-
Satan is under my feet. Wayne, I know you know that one. Look what the Lord
-
has done. That's the same thing. Okay, okay, okay.
-
He healed my body. He touched my mind.
-
He saved me just in time. Oh, I'm gone to praise his name y'all never heard
-
that one each day is just the same Come on and praise him.
-
Look what the Lord has done glory to God hallelujah.
-
He's under my feet. Say that. He's under my feet.
-
See, some of y'all scared of the problems. You're scared of Satan. You're scared of lack.
-
He's under your feet.
-
I have a reminder on my phone that I got it going every day to remind me. And it says this.
-
Don't be afraid to let the bank account go to zero.
-
I remind myself that every day. Why? Why? What?
-
Because the money's not my source. God is my source. Amen.
-
El Elyon, Jehovah Jireh, El Shaddai.
-
He's the one that's my source. The money's not my source.
-
So I'm all in. If the bank account goes to zero, that just means I'm all in.
-
Are you listening to me today? I'm all in.
-
I'm depending on the Lord to take care of me. I'm not resting on that dollar
-
amount I'm all in Somebody say I'm all in,
-
Glory to God I'm all in So that reminds me Because sometimes we get a little
-
nervous And we get in a new location A new building And we're talking big money
-
in order to do this And the devil tells me Y'all going to fall flat on your face,
-
That's right And I get this reminder El Elyon said don't be afraid to let the bank account go to zero.
-
Amen. Amen. Y'all know what I'm talking about.
-
Sometimes you get so nervous you'll be at the stoplight looking at your bank app.
-
You're on your bank app like is that money still in there? And then 3,
-
4, 17 times a day you checking that bank app.
-
No, tell yourself I ain't even afraid if the bank account go to zero.
-
El Elyon is still with me. Amen.
-
Back in the day when it was ATM I used to go to ATM all the time Remember you
-
said it get your balance you get your balance printed out. I don't know. What's my balance?
-
You know, and I go five times a day.
-
I don't know why cuz I was broke and I was scared I Was terrified but El Elyon
-
is with me somebody say El Elyon.
-
Ephesians 2 6 watch this Ephesians 2 6 and he raised us up together and,
-
So not only is El Elyon up and high and lifted up, he raised us up.
-
I said he raised us up together and made us, watch this, work very hard and sweat together.
-
No, he raised us up together and made us sit. That's not a place of authority
-
and position, glory to God.
-
Sit together. I'm sitting down. Amen. He made us sit together in the heavenly places.
-
This is our position in, not in and of yourself, in Christ Jesus.
-
You got to be in Christ Jesus. And he raised us up together,
-
made us sit together. You are seated together with El Elyon, high and above all.
-
Do you have a name that needs to be put under your feet?
-
Whatever that name is, put it under your feet because you've been raised up and seated together.
-
It's time for you to see yourself sitting with Christ, looking down at everything
-
that is beneath your feet.
-
The lack, look down at you, serve a God that owns a cattle on a thousand hills.
-
Come on, somebody. You have access to excess.
-
Oh, glory to God access to excess glory. Hallelujah.
-
Thank you, Jesus. I said, thank you, Jesus.
-
Psalms 91.1. Are you with me? Psalms 91.1. Watch this.
-
He who dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow
-
of the almighty. Notice the secret place of El Elyon.
-
Shall abide under the shadow of El Shaddai. So he's showing you the different
-
aspects of his nature and his character, El Elyon and El Shaddai in the same verse.
-
El Elyon is a place of shelter.
-
You can rest when you dwell under the shadow of El Elyon.
-
His presence is a refuge, not just a throne, a refuge. huge.
-
I remember this years ago, I don't watch scary movies, okay?
-
You do what you want to do, but don't come to me and ask me to get a demon off
-
you because you've been watching these scary movies, all right?
-
It's because you're watching those scary movies. That's why the demon's on you, all right?
-
I mean, one plus two equals three, okay? I don't watch scary movies because
-
I ain't got... I'm trying to... I'm pressing in for some uncharted territory.
-
I'm trying to go places that we have never gone before, amen?
-
I ain't got time to be fighting these little demons over here because I watched
-
a scary movie. I don't have time.
-
I can't sleep at night and anxious and mind going crazy and I'm seeing things.
-
No, I don't have time for that. But I did one day. I watched a scary movie.
-
I was young. And parents, you know, they didn't watch, but I snuck somehow.
-
Rachel, don't do this. Teenagers, don't do this.
-
Zayven, don't do this. I snuck, for real, I snuck, and I said,
-
I'm gonna watch this movie.
-
And I mean, this movie scared me. I mean.
-
I couldn't sleep. I was struggling. I thought something was under the bed. I was convinced.
-
And I wouldn't look under there because the clown face was going to look back at me.
-
I said, oh, Lord. And I was a teenager. And finally, I'm like 14.
-
I run to my parents' room.
-
And they're like, get out of our room. What time is it? Go to bed.
-
And I'm like, I'm scared.
-
And they were like, what you scared of? I'm like, I'm sorry.
-
I watched this scary movie, and I'm scared.
-
Man, they kicked me out of that room so fast. You better get back in there.
-
You know better than watch that movie. Get on out of here.
-
We love you, but get on out of here. But why did I run to them?
-
Because they were a place of protection, shelter.
-
I knew they loved me. I knew they would cover me and guard me.
-
And if that clown under the bed was going to come out, I knew they would fight for me. Amen.
-
Shelter, shelter. When we run to El Elyon, Psalms 91 said that we would be hidden,
-
because he will protect us.
-
I don't have to figure life out alone. I can run to El Elyon,
-
the most high God, the one that can do anything.
-
And not only can he do anything, This is the most important part.
-
He's willing to do it for you.
-
Not only is he able, he's willing and able.
-
I would rather serve a God who was unable yet willing,
-
than to serve a God who was unwilling yet able.
-
Did you hear that? I would rather serve a God who is willing and able,
-
and he's willing and he is able to do it for you.
-
Say for me, whatever it is, whatever it is that you need.
-
Matter of fact, just close your eyes for a second. There are a lot of needs
-
in the house, a lot of needs online, a lot of needs in the podcast right now.
-
Say this, El Elyon is willing to do it for me.
-
Now say your name, for Devon.
-
Now, look at me. Look at me. He's willing and he's able, whatever it is that
-
you need, he's willing and able to do it for you.
-
I don't have to figure this out on my own.
-
I don't have to be alone, struggling in life, trying to get it done.
-
All I've got to do is trust in the Most High God, El Elyon, and he'll do it.
-
He'll do it for you and for me. He's El Elyon. There's no problem too big.
-
There's no obstacle too large. There's no deficit too great.
-
There's no relationship too far gone.
-
There's no pain that cannot be stopped now because of the most high God.
-
He is El Elyon. And I want to invite you right now to surrender.
-
Surrender. Just take a moment to just surrender.
-
Stop trying to control everything.
-
And just simply surrender it to him.
-
Sometimes we feel like it can't be done or that God can't do it because we can't do it.
-
We feel like, well, I can't do it. Well, that means El Elyon can't do it.
-
No, no, no, no. Surrender unto him.
-
And let him carry the care for you. Lay down all of your burdens.
-
All of your burdens. Lay it down. All of your worries. All of your fear.
-
All of your pride. All of your concern. Lay it down.
-
And when you have laid it down I want you to stand to your feet lay it down,
-
I lay it down I'll stand to your feet once you've laid it down I stand to my feet,
-
I lay down my burdens how do I do that pastor I just say I lay it down I give
-
it to you all all of it I give to you I turn it over to you I lay it down,
-
Now close your eyes and say this boldly. El Elyon.
-
El Elyon. El Elyon.
-
Reigns over this.
-
Over your family, over your health, over your finances, over your calling, over your future.
-
El Elyon reigns over this. This is how you experience true life.
