  1. In the name of the glorious Trinity, Father and Son and Holy

  2. Spirit forever. Amen.

  3. Glory be to the everlasting mercies which sent you to us, O

  4. Christ, the light of the world and the life of all.

  5. Give us wisdom by your law and enlighten our impulses by your

  6. knowledge. Sanctify our souls by your

  7. truth, and grant that we may be obedient to your words and may

  8. fulfill your commandments at every hour.

  9. Oh you who enlightens the rational with the knowledge of

  10. your greatness, do enlight, O my Lord, our thoughts that we may

  11. meditate upon your holy and divine scriptures at all times,

  12. O Lord of all, Father and Son and Holy Spirit forever.

  13. I recall a story or a joke I heard when I was young of a man

  14. who was drowning in the ocean. And he cried out to the Lord and

  15. said, oh Lord, please help me rescue me.

  16. For my parents sake, for my friends and relatives sake, for

  17. my wife's sake, for my children's sake.

  18. And all of a sudden a hand rescues the man from the ocean,

  19. pulls him out and brings him to the to the seashore.

  20. And as he is walking up the the the shore, his friends came and

  21. said to him and said, listen, we heard your cry.

  22. We understand that you know you ask God to save you for your

  23. parents sake and your relatives, but your wife and your children,

  24. you're not married, you don't have any children.

  25. And he said be quiet, I fooled God.

  26. Which goes against Galatians. Chapter 6, Verse seven.

    Galatians 6 chapter mention

  27. Do not err, not make a mistake. Don't be foolish.

  28. God is not mocked. God is not deceived for anything

  29. that a man sows, he reaps. When I speak to some of my

  30. brothers and sisters or some of my brothers, in particular some

  31. of my sons, my spiritual sons, and you know, I talk to them

  32. about marriage and that, you know, you should, you know,

  33. settle down and and think of taking holy matrimony, finding

  34. yourself a wife, pray about it and find a wife, take for

  35. yourself a partner in life. And I recommend that you know

  36. they they participate and they come to church.

  37. You know, there's a social gatherings to weddings and

  38. feasts and and parties and what have you.

  39. And you know, there you may find someone and you may be

  40. interested and da da da da, da da, But it really disappoints me

  41. and it breaks my heart to hear their reply.

  42. Robbie, you think those girls who come to church all dressed

  43. modestly and, you know, during the Assyrian weddings, they're

  44. with their parents and, you know, seated so well mannered

  45. and behaved. And, you know, we see them in

  46. many of our cultural and traditional gatherings.

  47. Do you think that they are angels come down from heaven?

  48. No, Robbie, you have no idea what we see them get up to in

  49. night clubs and rave clubs and hook lounges.

  50. So when they come to these special events, don't be

  51. deceived, Robbie. That breaks my heart.

  52. It truly does. And I say, oh, what a wicked and

  53. perverse generation. Now my reply to them is, of

  54. course, what are you doing in such places?

  55. How are you conducting yourself? What is your manner in these

  56. places? And their replies, well, I'm an

  57. Orza. I'm a man giving themselves the

  58. justifications, the right, the right to, you know, be engaged

  59. on what they look down upon their sisters that are engaged

  60. in such manner. Well, again, that goes against

  61. the holy Scriptures. Galatians, chapter 3, verses 28

    Galatians 3:28

  62. and 29. We read there is neither Jew nor

  63. Armenian, There is neither slave nor free, There is neither male

  64. nor female. For you are all one in Jesus

  65. Christ. So if you belong to Christ, then

  66. you are descendants of Abraham and his heirs, according to the

  67. promise. I'm an Orza.

  68. Well my dear brother, when it comes to sin and sister when it

  69. comes to sin or holiness, there is no dispensation, there is no

  70. allowance, there is no partiality, there is no

  71. favoritism with God being an Orza, Being a man doesn't give

  72. you the right to sin, doesn't open the door on sexual

  73. immorality and or lack laxness. In faith.

  74. My dear sister, if there is truth, and I believe there is an

  75. element of truth in what your brothers are saying, well, who

  76. are you trying to mock or fool or deceive?

  77. Your parents? Your community members?

  78. Your parish priest? Others.

  79. You may do so. Yeah, you may fool those people

  80. that I just mentioned, but you can certainly not mock or

  81. deceive or fool God. You know what you sow is what

  82. you reap. People may, according to Isaiah

    Isaiah 5:20–23

  83. chapter 5 verses 20 to 23 say or call evil good and good.

  84. Evil people may do that and that is so evident.

  85. Truly in this wicked world good is seen as evil and evil is

  86. commanded as good people may do that.

  87. People may put light for darkness and darkness for light,

  88. put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter, according Isaiah

  89. 5/20/23. But the scriptures ascribe and

  90. appoint woes to such people. You know what woes are.

  91. Why? Remember those words coming from

  92. mum when she would, you know she'd look at you really, really

  93. angry. Why Woe to you anguish grief.

  94. So the scriptures are saying, Woe to those people who call

  95. good evil and evil good. Woe to the world.

  96. Don't take heart from and be encouraged by those who applaud

  97. you, love or like your posts, your pictures, your your posts

  98. or comments, those that are attracted to your life or your

  99. manner or conduct or posts. Again, comments that are

  100. contrary to the precepts of the Holy Scriptures.

  101. Don't take heart to those that are those those you know

  102. conducts that are contrary to the principles and instructions

  103. of the Church. And I will also go as far as the

  104. ethics and manners and etiquette of our Syrian culture and

  105. traditions. Don't take heart.

  106. Don't be encouraged. Don't build your life upon those

  107. who call your evil good. You see learning the Assyrian

  108. language and the Assyrian history, the Assyrian culture,

  109. the Assyrian identity, the folklore, it's non beneficial to

  110. the Assyrian plight or existence if we do not adhere and live by

  111. them. The Assyrian etiquette Manners.

  112. I want to be a true Assyrian. Yes, learn the language, learn

  113. the history, be proud of it. But live it.

  114. Live the etiquettes. Live the manners as well.

  115. It's not multiple choice. I'm an Assyrian, but what is not

  116. deemed as etiquette and ethics, I will not adhere to.

  117. But I want to wrap the Assyrian flag around me.

  118. You know, we are in that actual fact, bringing disrepute rather

  119. than respect and value. That's a little hypocritical,

  120. right? So reading scripture, posting

  121. scripture, attending church, serving in the church, making

  122. markings and tattoos of crosses and scripture verses on your

  123. body are really nonprofitable. Beloved, if we do not live the

  124. scripture, live the service that we are offering in the church,

  125. live the power of the cross that we tattoo or the verses that we

  126. post or tattoo on our bodies. James says these in chapter one,

  127. verse 22. Saint James right.

  128. Be a doer of the word meaning a living example, and not only a

  129. hearer or a promoter. And do not deceive yourself.

  130. See you deceive yourself. You can't.

  131. You can deceive others as well, but you cannot deceive God.

  132. Definitely you cannot deceive God, and most definitely those

  133. who are witnesses and are aware of your lifestyle which is

  134. conducted outside of the scriptures, which are conducted

  135. not in a manner worthy of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  136. Philippians 127 Beloved, we are warned in Proverbs chapter 15,

    Proverbs 15 chapter mention

  137. verse three. The eyes of the Lord God are in

  138. every place you know. It's not like God only knows

  139. what happens at church, at home. No God knows exactly what's

  140. happening. And I'll use these terms in the

  141. brothels, in the prisons, in the nightclubs, in the rave clubs.

  142. God knows exactly. The eyes of the Lord God are in

  143. every place gazing on the good and on the evil.

  144. So what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

  145. Actually what happens in Vegas and every place will be

  146. submitted as evidence at the feeful tribunal of the Lord when

  147. he returns to judge the good and the evil.

  148. Matthew chapter 16, verse 27 for the Son of Man Jesus is speaking

    Matthew 16:27

  149. here. Listen intently, pull to one

  150. side, forget about the dishes. Don't worry about the, you know,

  151. stirring the part for cascasta, for Dolma.

  152. Just listen intently, Jesus, our God Incarnate, warns.

  153. For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of his Father

  154. because he is God, the glory meaning the divinity by his

  155. nature. Praise me to his name with the

  156. holy angels, and then He will repay.

  157. He will not ask what were you doing in that place?

  158. It was so much loud music and drugs and alcohol and

  159. debauchery. No, no, no.

  160. He will repay each man according to his works.

  161. Second Corinthians, chapter 5, verse 10.

    2 Corinthians 5:10

  162. Saint Paul writes For we are all going to stand before the

  163. judgment seat of the Messiah, that each man will be paid in

  164. his bodily, in sorry, in his body, anything that was done by

  165. him, whether of good or of evil, meaning, deeds, they're

  166. important. Don't let people fool you.

  167. Those who try to fool me, I know those who don't want to work the

  168. good deeds. They just want to give lip

  169. service to God. Oh Jesus, I believe in you.

  170. You are my Lord and Savior and I am saved because I just said you

  171. are my Lord and Savior. Was the chaos wasn't saved When

  172. he said Lord, before he began to tell Jesus what he was going to

  173. do, he said, Lord Jesus didn't stop him and say Hallelujah,

  174. there is salvation in this house.

  175. He said no, Lord, this is what I'm going to do.

  176. And then Jesus says today there is life, not salvation, actually

  177. life in this house. What is being spoken in Vegas

  178. and at every place will also be presented as evidence for the

  179. accountability of he or she who spoke it, Jesus warns again in

  180. Matthew chapter 12, verses 36 to 37.

    Matthew 12:36–37

  181. For I say to you that every idle, empty, meaningless,

  182. derogative, rude, filthy, lying, blaspheming, parasitical word

  183. that people will speak. They will give an answer for it

  184. in the day of Judgment. For by your words you will be

  185. justified, and by your words you will be condemned.

  186. Oh, justified by words. I thought it was only justified

  187. by faith. Well, there's another topic we

  188. need to discuss. So hence in Colossians chapter

    Colossians 4:6

  189. 4, verse 6, Saint Paul instructs and and encourages that your

  190. words should always be with grace, as if seasoned with salt.

  191. And be aware how it is appropriate for you to answer

  192. each man. God cannot be deceived, God

  193. cannot be mocked. The praise we utter during

  194. church, when we are worshipping and when we are serving, when we

  195. are singing La Huma rathola mo. Then on on to you, Lord of all,

  196. we confess, You know those words of praise that we utter from our

  197. mouths. From that same mouth we utter

  198. cussing, insulting words, offensive words.

  199. From that safe same mouth, how can that be?

  200. How can you be cussing on a Saturday evening?

  201. How can you be engaged in filth and sexual immorality?

  202. And I don't actually mean, actually, you know, involved in

  203. it. No, The dance moves, my beloved

  204. sisters. The dance moves that are today

  205. being portrayed, you're probably saying, how does he know these

  206. things? Yeah.

  207. You know, I research. I'm an unworthy shepherd.

  208. I need to be awake. I need to be alert.

  209. I need to know what my brothers and sisters, my members of my

  210. flock that have been entrusted into my hands are getting

  211. themselves into those sexually connotated moves, those cussing

  212. words, those, those lyrics that are cussing and derogative that

  213. come out of our mouth. And we're singing along with the

  214. with the artist who knows not Jesus Christ, who defames Jesus

  215. Christ, who blasphemes against Jesus Christ.

  216. And we know the lyrics back to front.

  217. But when we ask you to quote a scripture, it's well, yeah, I

  218. don't know who, what? Where is Sodom and Gomara

  219. Gomora? Who is Sodom and Gomora?

  220. Are they husband and wife? I've had this so from the same

  221. mouth, beloved, on a Saturday evening that we utter those

  222. disrespectful filthy mouth words.

  223. We come back on a Sunday and we sing La Humara to la Mo then.

  224. And James chapter 3, verses 10 to 12.

    James 3:10–12

  225. God cannot be marked praise between his name from the mouth,

  226. precedes blessings and cursing, my brethren.

  227. These things ought not to be done.

  228. Is it possible that from 1 spring sweet and bitter waters

  229. go out? Or can a fig tree, my brethren,

  230. produce olives or a vine figs. So neither can salt water be

  231. made sweet. That's why we pray aka Maria,

  232. not oral form or not oral supply.

  233. That's in the Aramaic language. Arise a guard or place a guard

  234. on my mouth and on my lips so that I do not utter evil words.

  235. What we do, what we are engaged in, involved with, on a Saturday

  236. evening or any evening, anytime of the day, cannot be justified

  237. because I am at church on Sunday, participating, serving,

  238. singing, worshiping God cannot be mocked, cannot be deceived.

  239. In actual fact, unless I have repented, which we'll speak

  240. about next episode, or am I penitent in the process of

  241. repentance, I actually need to limit my participation in the

  242. partaking of the Holy Urbana, the Holy Eucharist St.

  243. Paul writes in One Corinthians Chapter 11, verse 29.

  244. For whoever eats and drinks from it, being unworthy, eats and

  245. drinks a guilty verdict into his soul for not distinguishing the

  246. body of the Lord, seeing it as a mere bread and mere wine,

  247. partaking of it when in mind. Immediately after that Sunday

  248. service, or in the evening of the Sunday service, I'm going to

  249. be back to my normal rigmarole. Just as a dog who returns back

  250. to his vomit, so too is a man who returns to his sins.

  251. We sing in the hymn at Clansora. We have hope, we sing, and it's

  252. a shame. Not many people know this

  253. because it's in the Aramaic language.

  254. Although I've recorded these these hymns in the vernacular

  255. the Lashana Khata the language that we use and they're on

  256. iTunes I believe benata.com Yeah if you messages we can we can

  257. direct you to the to the page we seen who so is intoxicated by

  258. heat this wine the flame of fire will be refreshing to him

  259. meaning. The state that this person will

  260. be who is intoxicated, who takes it unworthingly.

  261. The state that the person will end up He or she will be asking

  262. for fire. Please throw me in fire, because

  263. that, I believe, will be more refreshing than the state that I

  264. am in today, right. The Holy Church Father's

  265. beloved. If we are living in abomination,

  266. if we are living in filth, heterosexually, homosexually, or

  267. both, I strongly recommend For your own spiritual well-being, I

  268. strongly recommend that you do not approach the Holy Mysteries,

  269. but rather your spiritual counselor.

  270. He will prescribe to you the proper and befitting penance,

  271. the spiritual medication which we'll speak about next week.

  272. Let's not be like Adam and blame God and Eve, The woman you gave

  273. me. God.

  274. How dare he? He's quite a daring person.

  275. The woman you gave me, she made me do it.

  276. She made me break your commandment and be disappoint.

  277. Disobedient to you. That was a poor excuse.

  278. We too, let's not entirely blame the government laws and

  279. legislations. Let's not use the most

  280. ridiculous excuse and justification of blaming nature.

  281. I was born that way, creation and certainly not the creator.

  282. Let's take note of the three fingers that point back to me

  283. when I point the one finger. Let's not be Yosemite Sam when

  284. facing the devil in one of the cartoon episodes says the devil

  285. made me do it. I mean, the rabbit made me do

  286. it. Let's not blame others, others.

  287. Let's take ownership and be spiritual man and women.

  288. In place of excuses and uncreditable justifications, let

  289. us cry out and say do this with me now, beloved, do it with me

  290. every time. Say this with every breath you

  291. take Lord Jesus, the Son of God. Have mercy on me, a Sinner.

  292. Deliver me from the Evil One and His hosts and bring me to

  293. repentance. Why?

  294. Because God cannot be mocked. God cannot be fooled.

  295. God cannot be deceived. Praise and glory be to his holy

  296. name, now and at all times and forever.
