Do you know the Bible is God's Holy Word? Do
-
you know it is inspired, in errant, and infallible? If so, like, share,
-
subscribe and support this podcast. So we are Maranatha Ministries
-
and now Redemption Draweth Nigh. Welcome, Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome
-
to the program. We are your host Jose and Matthew.
-
Tonight we are studying starting a study on the Book
-
of the Twelve Prophets. Now you'll take note that differentiates
-
it from a study on the Book of the Twelve
-
because the Hebrew just says the twelve. It is the
-
Greek that states twelve prophets, and.
-
This is one book. Most people don't know that that.
-
Yes, in the Hebrew, it's one book and the different
-
chapters are what you know to be different books, and
-
that usually takes people by surprise right there.
-
But I want to share something with you that is really.
-
Going to take you by surprise. So that's my opening comments. Jose,
-
what's your opening comments?
-
Yeah, Matthew, we when we discussed doing this study and
-
then you mentioned that the order was different in the
-
Hebrew and the Greek. You know, of course I flipped open.
-
I started comparing them, and I saw the differences, and
-
I mean, Matthew, you just we know, we trust that
-
those two translations are different for a reason. There's a
-
certain reason for that order. And and in English, where
-
it we're kind of it's kind of hidden from us
-
because to us, they're just different books, and we can
-
read them in any order, and we can jump around
-
and okay, I'll read this book in the Scept in Hebrew,
-
and now I'll flip over and I'll read it in
-
greet and compare the differences. But when you realize that
-
it comprises one book and they're arranged in in in
-
that in an order for a reason, it's not there's
-
nothing haphaszard about God's word, Matthew, There's nothing by chance.
-
So that's why I knew.
-
I had never seriously studied the order in the Septuagent,
-
and so I figured that would be most edifying for
-
the Ecclesia for the body. So that that's why that's
-
why I I broached that.
-
And of course it didn't take.
-
Long before you drop the bomb about what we're going
-
to be looking into tonight. So I'm excited to get
-
into it.
-
Let me drop another bomb, shall I? Okay? Talking to
-
my voice.
-
Ladies and gentlemen, you should always bring something to write with.
-
And something to write on.
-
I'm gonna propound a great riddle for you today concerning.
-
The twelve Prophets.
-
Joseiah has one hundred and ninety seven verses, Gol has
-
seventy three, Amos has one hundred and forty six, oh
-
Badiah has twenty one, and Jonah forty eight. Micah has
-
one hundred and five verses. Nay Who has forty seven verses,
-
Labud Cook has fifty six verses, zeph and Yah fifty three,
-
Haggie I thirty eight, Zachariah two hundred and eleven, and
-
Malachi has fifty five verses. That is a total of
-
the number of commands that are in the New Testament.
-
Write this down.
-
There are one thousand and fifty verses in the twelve profits.
-
There are one thousand and fifty New Testament commands.
-
Yes, there is here. I'll prove it to you.
-
I have my list here from long ago, okay, And
-
I'll just give you a few of them. Take not.
-
There are thirty be nots okay.
-
The first one is be not like the hypocrites in
-
prayer number two, Be not like the heathen in prayer.
-
Let's skip down, but there's thirty of those. Okay, we'll
-
do something else. Let me skip down here to two
-
classes to bless? Which two classes? A number one those
-
who curse you and number two persecutors.
-
Where's that at? You need to look up Romans Chapter twovers. Fourteen.
-
I don't think I know.
-
I know that, I know there are one thousand and
-
fifty New Testament commands, and yet the clergy today are
-
running around telling you you don't have to follow any commands, right, Jose, Right?
-
I mean literally at this point, especially here in the West,
-
this free grace Antinomianism, lawlessness is rampant. I mean especially
-
have you listened to the to the Christian radio station lately.
-
Jose, No, I haven't, Matthew, Okay.
-
As of a week ago, I wanted to start checking
-
it out, and it is amazing how many of the
-
contemporary Christian hits are screaming you can whore your way
-
into the Kingdom of Heaven. I mean they're screaming it
-
from the top of their lungs. Have you heard this
-
top forty Christian song called Flawless?
-
No, I haven't, Matthew.
-
Listen to that first verse when you get a chance.
-
Okay.
-
I mean they're saying you can do whatever you want
-
to do and go to heaven.
-
And it's just amazing is to me that people in
-
the pulpit are not qualified to tell the children of
-
the Promise that, Oh, there's a whole lot more commandments
-
in the New Testament than the Old Testament, because the
-
Old Testament tops out at six hundred and thirteen, ten
-
of which are written by the finger of God. But
-
that's nothing in the New Testament. And I can walk
-
them through to you, jot and tittle.
-
I don't.
-
I'm not leary about them, and I'm not kind of
-
wish you what I know. I can give them to
-
you by the number. I can give them to you
-
by the number. What's five things to charge?
-
Okay?
-
First Timothy, chapter five, verse seven, Men to be blameless? Jose,
-
I charge you to be blameless?
-
Amen, Amen? Okay, how about number four?
-
Number four in the list of the five things you're
-
supposed to charge is the rich to do good works? Yes,
-
that's First Timothy, chapter six, verse eighteen. There are one
-
thousand and fifty New Testament commands. Jose, What does that
-
do to you when you realize that.
-
The twelve pro we're arranged.
-
To equal the number of New Testament commands. How does
-
that set with you?
-
I mean, it's it just proves Matthew that well God, again,
-
God doesn't do this by accident. It's purposeful. It's there
-
for for our edification. And you know, if the Holy
-
Spirit has has any space in your heart, Matthew, you
-
know that's going to ring true. You know that's not
-
going to surprise you that that's that that's true, because
-
it's just it makes sense.
-
Why wouldn't it. Of course it would.
-
That's what we would be expecting, Matthew, that God's word
-
would line up.
-
With everything that he said before. So, I mean, it's
-
it's pretty amazing me.
-
It's absolutely how shall I say it, I guess flawless.
-
It's flaws It will grow on you, won Josey.
-
I mean once you see it, once your eyes are
-
open to it. I mean, riddle me, jose I mean
-
you came to this ministry and you knew a lot
-
about the Bible, didn't you, right, I mean you were
-
raised in the church, yes, But once I opened your
-
eyes to His Holy Word, how much have you learned.
-
I mean, it's I couldn't even put a number to it. Matthew.
-
Every every time, every time I open the Bible, I
-
learned something.
-
You know.
-
It's just it's like, uh, it's alive. That's that's all.
-
That's all I can say. It's a it's alive, it's living,
-
it's breathing. And when you actually know what to look for,
-
when you know that everything is true, Matthew, I mean,
-
it's exponential.
-
It's just you just can't. You can't put a number
-
to that.
-
You just cannot put another It grows on you.
-
Amen, That's the.
-
Only way I know how to put it. I mean,
-
it grew on me today. Can you believe that this
-
is my third program today? Yeah?
-
I believe that.
-
It grew on me today.
-
Amen.
-
Today I and my wife have started a Roman's Bible study.
-
So today we're in the middle of it, and last
-
night we talked about it and she just off the hook,
-
randomly says, well, that made me think of tewod Peter
-
chapter three, verse nine.
-
I had no idea. I went into that thinking I.
-
Knew everything, and bless her heart, today she opened my
-
eyes and it just blew me away because Romans Chapter one,
-
verses eighteen through thirty two directly ties to Habricac. But
-
in that you can see the mercy through two Peter
-
chapter three, and it just blew me. It just well, Jose,
-
it grew on me today.
-
Amen.
-
So everybody needs to know this.
-
Most of you have only ever studied the Hebrew of
-
the Old Testament, and there's some things you need to know.
-
The earliest manuscripts we have is the Aleppo Codex and
-
the Liningrad Codex, both of which were written in the
-
seven hundreds. The Septuagent we have gret dates that by
-
a thousand years. Okay, let that sink in. The septulogent
-
copies that we have are from three hundred BC. The
-
New Testament repeatedly quotes from the Septuagent, as it also
-
in multiple places quotes the Hebrew. So in this you
-
need to know this. By quoting both the septuagen and
-
the Mesoretic text, you need to know this. And if
-
you didn't know it before, now, boy, were about to
-
blow your eyes wide open, because both are true. This
-
ministry has always taught that always, Jose, have you ever
-
heard me say anything else?
-
Nope? By having Matthew, how much have.
-
You learned since your eyes were open to that? Have
-
you quadrupled your knowledge base about God's word? No, Being
-
familiar with our conversations from thirteen fourteen, fifteen years ago,
-
I would say that your knowledge base now you actually
-
have the wherewithal to understand not only how to see it,
-
but where to look.
-
So I would say, based on that you have.
-
Exponentially increased your database. I would say minimum one thousand
-
and fold minimum.
-
Amen.
-
I mean before we started this program, I asked you
-
about verse four here in Jose chapter one, and something
-
bothered you. Now, did you know the Greek alphabet before
-
getting connected with this ministry?
-
Nope, I did not, Matthew.
-
Well, now you're a part of this ministry, you're actually
-
a minister in it. And what bothered you when you
-
looked at the Greek in verse four of Jose chapter one.
-
Well, the translations in English said one thing, Matthew. But
-
when I looked at the actual Greek letters, I didn't
-
see the spelling for that word that I was expecting.
-
You know, when I.
-
Saw the translation that for the Greek is different than
-
the translation for the Hebrew for that specific verse, which
-
didn't surprise me because that happens all the time. So
-
when I went to actually look at the actual Greek word, though, Matthew,
-
I didn't see that spelling that I would expect to
-
see and seeing that word in English, so it was missing.
-
It was missing a specific letter. So yeah, I was like, okay,
-
why why use.
-
That word if that's not what's there? What's really going
-
on here?
-
What's really going on?
-
So did you take that verse and throw it into
-
I don't know, Google Translate?
-
No, I did not, Matthew know, really, why don't you
-
try that real quick?
-
All right?
-
Let us teach the listener how to open their eyes
-
and see what God's word actually says.
-
Because that's not in English, right, and believe it or not?
-
You know, jose has access to the Thompson, he has
-
access to the Britons, and guess what, they're not telling
-
the truth. But Google translates it will just translate it
-
word for word the best that it can.
-
So have you done that, Jose?
-
Yes? I did, Matthew.
-
Riddle me, what does that verse say according to Google Translate?
-
And the Lord said, unto him, call his name Gizrael,
-
for he is yet a little child and I will
-
avenge the blood of Jezreel upon his house, and they'll
-
put an end to the kingdom of the House of Israel.
-
Wow, that's a proper translation. Now I can say that
-
with authority because let me extrapolate. Now, the word for
-
child is not present in the Greek. It's just the word. Well,
-
what Americans know is micro here because of the case intent,
-
it's micron here it says micron, but it's in the
-
verse referring to Jezreel. Nobody else it's referring to Jezreel.
-
So take note, where does the Bible use this Greek
-
word in relation to children?
-
Okay, we'll do it.
-
First Samuel, chapter twenty, verse thirty five. And morning came
-
and Jonathan went into the field just as he arranged
-
the evidence for David, and a small servant was with him.
-
In Greek. That's right, micro First Kings three seven.
-
Now, oh Lord, my God, you have given your servant
-
in the place of my David, my father.
-
And I am a small child, and do not know
-
my going out and my.
-
Going in First Kings chapter eleven, verse seventeen, And hey,
-
dad fled, and he and all the Edomites, the servants
-
of his father went with him. They came to Egypt. Hey,
-
dad was a small child. Second Chronicles, chapter two.
-
Okay, and I could go on.
-
This is multiple times you use micron in relationships to
-
a small child. It's not just a child. This micron
-
when you use it in conjunction, that means a small child.
-
So how this is translated by Google Translate is actually correct. Now,
-
I'll give it to you in the Lexum English septuagen.
-
If I was you, I would purchase a copy and
-
get this on the way to go.
-
If you can't afford that, you let me know, because
-
Maranatha Ministries will send you a copy of this translation.
-
Okay, because we serve the Lord, our God. So if
-
you need a copy of the Lexum Engle Septuagen, send.
-
An email or a message to either Jose or myself
-
and we will get one sent to your house.
-
So this is what it says.
-
And the Lord said to him, call his name jess real,
-
because in a little while I will take avenge on
-
jess upon the house of Judah. Now Here it uses
-
the word micro in reference to time. This verse never
-
had the Greek word kronos in it. There is no
-
reference to time here. So here.
-
They added to God's word and.
-
Well said the house of Judah.
-
So this gives you pause.
-
Something else is at play here, But something else is
-
at play.
-
He's wanting you to see.
-
Well small right now, the incident referred to here does
-
concern Jayhu. It's something that jay Who did to the
-
house of Israel. This was done you guessed it at Jezreel.
-
All the seventy sons, well they have was murdered by Jayhu.
-
But we have a big problem here when we look
-
at this, because these verses are doing one thing. And
-
yet Jayhu said quite correctly that he was killing these
-
seventy sons because it was prophesied by Elijah that you
-
do so.
-
So why would God be.
-
Pouring recompence on Jayhu on his head for fulfilling the
-
word of the Lord. This can make your head spin.
-
But you look at here in the Greek and it
-
doesn't say Judah, doesn't say jay Who.
-
It's not let's say this. So I guess we better
-
read these verses. I guess we better.
-
Read this chapter. Not very long, that's for sure, pretty
-
short and sweet to the point.
-
We can read this.
-
Like I said, jose has you know a couple of
-
translations he can read from. I can read these eleven
-
verses from the Lexum English ship two again. So jose
-
why don't you take a read up of it? What
-
what translation are you going to use?
-
I've got the Thompson's up right now, Matthew, I can
-
use that one.
-
Sure, go for it, all right.
-
Joseah Chapter one A word of the Lord which came
-
to Hoseah, the son of Biri, in the days of
-
Osias and Joatham, and they has and Ezekias, king of Judah,
-
and in the days of Jereb Boham, son of joe Azz,
-
king of Israel. The beginning of the word of the
-
Lord by Joseiah, when the Lord said to Josea, go
-
take thee a wife of Hooredem and children of Hortems,
-
since the land is going, and will go ahooring from
-
the Lord. He then went and took Gomer, a daughter
-
of de Belaying. And when she conceived and bore him
-
a son, the Lord said to him, call his name
-
Jezreel for yet a little while, and I will avenge
-
the blood of Jezreel on the house of Jehu, and
-
cause the kingdom of the House of Israel to cease.
-
And it shall come to pass in that day that
-
I will break the boe of Israel in the valley
-
of Jezreel. And when she conceived again and bore a daughter,
-
he said to him, call her name not compassionated, for
-
I will no longer continue to have compassion on the
-
house of Israel, but will set myself against them. But
-
the children of Judah, I will have compassion. And I
-
will save them by the Lord their God, and will
-
not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle,
-
nor by horses, nor by horsemen. And when she had weaned,
-
not compassionated, she conceived again and bore a son, and said,
-
call his name not my people, since you are not
-
my people and I am not your God. Now the
-
number of the children of Israel was like the sand
-
of the sea, which cannot be measured nor counted. But
-
it shall come to pass that in the place where
-
it was said to them, you are not my people,
-
they shall be called children of the Living God, and
-
the children of Judah and the children of Israel shall
-
be gathered together and shall appoint for themselves one head,
-
and come up out of the land because great will
-
be the day of Jezreel.
-
What do you make of that?
-
Well, it's uh, it's obviously at the beginning, it's like
-
he's cursing, right, He's cursing Israel.
-
And in the end, Matthew, he.
-
Gives a way out of that curse, a way out
-
for that to be resolved. It's it's it's a contrast
-
from the beginning to from the beginning to the end
-
of this chapter, Matthew, because you read the first part
-
of it and it's it's like they're done for it,
-
there's nothing they can do. But then at the end, boy,
-
he's everything that he said before comes true.
-
Well, one thing is for sure, there's no more Hebrew Israelites.
-
Are there.
-
Nope, Let that sink in. There is no more Hebrew Israelites.
-
The word of the Lord has been fulfilled. He obliterated
-
them with the Mighty Assyrian. That's what this is prophesying.
-
This is prophesying what happen into the.
-
Northern Kingdom of Israel in seven twenty two BC. The
-
Mighty Assyrians swept in and interbred with them. That's why
-
in the New Testament they're called Samaritans because they are
-
half Assyrians.
-
They are no more to this day. That's a fact.
-
And yet are there still Jews Jose, Yes, their Matthew.
-
And by the word of the Lord the New Covenant
-
for Jeremiah chapter thirty one, verses thirty one through thirty four.
-
Okay, the blood of the New Covenant of the Lord
-
Jesus Christ.
-
Now they can be reintegrated into greater Israel.
-
That's what we are, right amen.
-
You cannot get around the New Testament saying that, yes,
-
it does unequivocably. We are integrated, and we are.
-
The fulfillment of Israel. That's what gentiles are, and that's
-
what we are.
-
Romans chapters nineteen and eleven proves that beyond contestation. So
-
literally everything that worked out here has literally come true
-
in the Lord Jesus Christ by the blood of his
-
New Covenant. So I'm gonna throw everybody a curveball. So
-
it's important that you understand what he's saying here about Israel.
-
Now everybody thinks they look up in their strongs concordance,
-
and they'll look up the name Israel, and the strongs
-
will say incorrectly that that is H eighty two eighty
-
two plus H four ten.
-
No, it's not.
-
It has a prefix yod. That prefix Yod is from H.
-
Thirty four seventy four to strengthen. Every single instance of
-
the name Israel in the Bible has to prefix God.
-
It is not Sarah's name. It's not Sarah's name combined
-
with El God's name.
-
No, it's not.
-
So you need to know that right now that Israel,
-
literally translated is whom God has straightened. And if you're
-
a Jew, heads up, you batter repent. If you do
-
not repent and come to the Lord Jesus Christ and
-
the blood of his new Covenant, you will perish. But
-
take note, you're not special. If the Germans don't do it,
-
don't perish too. If the French don't do it, they
-
shall perish. If your mother don't do it, she will parish.
-
So that's what this is all about. He is telling
-
you that the Assyrian is going to come and obliterate
-
this northern tribe of Israel, but he will protect the
-
line of Judah through it. That's what he was talking about,
-
and that's actually what's going to happen. So once you
-
realize that's what this is about, this is what the
-
Twelfth Prophet that's what it's about.
-
It's about the process of you understanding.
-
That there's really going to be ten lost tribes, and
-
they really are lost. They're not coming back. You are
-
going to fulfill their place. You are going to be
-
and grafted.
-
Into their tree.
-
Now, if there is any out there, and they repent
-
of their sins earned from their wickedness and accept the
-
blood of the new Covenant of the Lord Jesus Christ,
-
they can be engrafted back on to their own tree, right, Jose. Yes, So,
-
ladies and gentlemen, this first chapter in Jose it sets
-
up the mechanation, the mechanism of this prophecy being fulfilled.
-
So that's why zeph and I was written, yadaya all
-
of them. That's what the Book of the Twelve is about.
-
And he told you that up front. Now, Jose, have
-
you heard creatures or teachers say this before.
-
I've heard him touch on him, Matthew, but not obviously,
-
nothing ever comparing Joseah to what's being said here. But
-
I've heard them say similar language, but no, not not
-
directly tying this prophecy to that, Matthew.
-
Do you think that's pretty important?
-
Absolutely? Yeah.
-
Do you think it's pretty important that this is all
-
one book, and it makes you think of like, let's
-
take the twenty one verses in Obadiah.
-
Once you understand that.
-
It is incorporated in two Hoseiah chapter one, all of
-
a sudden it bears new light, doesn't it. Yes, Now
-
you've learned a whole lot from the book of Obadiah,
-
because that's one of the main stays of this ministry.
-
Can I can teach you in time meschatology with those
-
twenty one verses, can't I?
-
Yes?
-
In those twenty one verses are incorporated the answer to
-
the riddle of Isaiah chapter twenty six and the riddle
-
of Revelation chapter twelve.
-
Correct. Correct, But it is all a peace of.
-
This first chapter of Josea. Now take note, if you
-
get caught up in looking at these things, take note,
-
there was a joe rum of Judah and Israel, and
-
they were both ruling at the same time. And Jehu,
-
the one who's a Hebrew, mentions here is the son
-
of Joseph. Fact so incorporated into this story that it's
-
talking about. Here is what a lot of people say,
-
and a lot of ministers in this ministry.
-
Because Leonard sent me.
-
A tech one time about this very story. Hey, something's
-
wrong here with Jayhu and jehol Rum.
-
And some people are saying that that jay who is
-
a short form of of of of the other name,
-
and they say this is a mistake in the Bible.
-
Really, really, do you need to understand that this is
-
a highly complex and complicated matter, and nobody saw this coming,
-
I mean.
-
Heake.
-
Note that the Jews read this chapter all the time.
-
They read this chapter at least once a year, and
-
yet verse eleven remains.
-
There are still people.
-
Who call themselves Jews, but there is not a people
-
who call themselves Israelites anymore except Christians. Now take note
-
that we can even use the words of the Lord
-
Jesus Christ himself. Jesus Christ comes out and tells you
-
exactly who an Israelite is. Now, surely everybody remembers the
-
story of Nathaniel. I'll read from John chapter one, starting
-
in verse forty seven, from the New King James version,
-
Jesus saw Nathaniel coming toward him instead of him. Beholden Israelite,
-
indeed in whom there is no deceit, the Lord Jesus
-
Christ just said, and Israelites was someone who had been straightened.
-
Nathaniel was a Jew, and Jesus just called him an
-
Israelite that had been straightened. There was no deceit in him.
-
I wonder who was expecting me to say that, Jose.
-
I don't think a lot of people are expecting you that, Matthew.
-
So let's talk a little bit about this name, Jezreel,
-
because it's pretty important in this.
-
Context, right right? What does that name Jezreel?
-
Me?
-
Let me put it up here.
-
So in Hebrew it's aged thirty one fifty seven. And
-
the definition here says God will sew.
-
I'm right whom God sows.
-
Amen.
-
So this wordage kind of gives the valley of dry
-
bones a whole new light, doesn't it, Amen, Because once
-
the four spirits of Heaven stir them up, they come
-
to life.
-
Don't believe?
-
Yes, So this is pretty important that and why do
-
you think Let's get back to verse four, Mike Kron
-
in Greek. Now we understand from what happened in the
-
Valley of Jezreel, they who had killed these seventy sons
-
of the King of Israel. Now we understand the play
-
on what's going on here.
-
He's wanting you to see.
-
The children in association with this name of Jezreel right right.
-
For for all intents and purposes, what happened between Jahu
-
and those seventy, Matthew, was an iserconal event of the
-
slaughter of the innocence. Right now we know they were
-
of the House of Ahab, when we know that they
-
were worship as a bail, so it's an inversion of
-
the slaughter of the innocence. But that's the picture that
-
I got soon as I so when I hear that
-
you know, the seventy sons are going to be slaughtered,
-
that's the picture that comes to my head. And so
-
if we understand that's what the Assyrian is planning to do, Matthew,
-
and God again is telling us what he's going to do.
-
When the Assyrian tries that, he let Jayhu get away
-
with it. But he's not going to let the Assyrian
-
get away with that, Matthew.
-
No, he's not. He will sow them.
-
Amen.
-
So you're you're touching on, well, you're touching on one
-
of the mainstays of this ministry, the end time entities
-
in reference to the male child.
-
Correct, correct, Yes, So maybe we ought to touch just
-
a little bit on those end time entities.
-
Ladies and gentlemen. I'm gonna say this again. If you've
-
got something to write with and something to write on,
-
get ready because I'm going to point something out to
-
you that you probably have not heard before. Now. I
-
say that because this is not my first rogio.
-
This is not I repeat, this is not the first
-
time I've done this. But all of you think you
-
know Revelation chapter twelve, and you think you know what
-
it's talking about, right, jose correct, get ready to write.
-
There are seven entities in that factor.
-
Number one, the woman, number two, the child, number three,
-
the dragon, number four, the eagle, number five, the serpent,
-
number six, the Earth, and number seven the rest of
-
her children. Now, the first thing people usually take umbrage
-
with that is the simple fact that, wait a minute,
-
the Earth is not an entity. And I kind of
-
chuckle when people say that. Here, you better get ready
-
to write, okay, Jeremiah chapter twenty two, verse twenty.
-
Nine, Oh Earth, Earth, Earth, hear the word of the Lord.
-
This is plainly stating that the Earth in fact is
-
an entity.
-
Leviticus chapter eighteen, verse twenty eight. Let's go to the
-
law lets the land vomit you out also when you
-
defile it, as it vomited out the nations that.
-
Were before you.
-
Hose, this is clearly making reference to the Earth being
-
an entity, isn't it.
-
Yes, Okay, let's.
-
Try another one second. Chronicles, chapter seven, verse fourteen. If
-
my people who are called by my name will homer
-
themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from
-
their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and
-
I will forgive their sin.
-
And heal their land.
-
Jose, can you heal a dead thing? No, No, Jose,
-
you cannot. So take note, ladies and gentlemen, we're touching
-
very lightly on one of these. The group whom Jose
-
is referencing is the child.
-
Now.
-
Of course, here in Revelation chapter twelve it presents itself
-
in a singular fashion, But the answer to that prophecy
-
is found in the Book of Obadiah and the twenty
-
sixth chapter of Moseah of Isaiah. Yes it is, and
-
it is most certainly prophetically incorporated here by way of
-
well inversion. Jose said, it's kind of like a silhouette
-
of something, and that's how Bible prophecy works. There's all
-
kinds of shadows and silhouettes. God will give you to
-
you in its exact form. He'll repeat it the exact
-
same way, or he will repeat it a different way.
-
Fake note.
-
Everybody knows what happened to the Assyrian the first time
-
an angel come and wiped out one hundred and eighty
-
five thousand Assyrians, right Jose.
-
Yes, and what happened in seventy eighty.
-
Well, ladies and gentlemen, take note that the rebels the
-
Zealots wiped out the Roman twelfth legion.
-
Yes they did.
-
They wiped out the whole legion and stole its eagles.
-
Yes they did. Look it up.
-
Guess where the romanell twelfth Legion was from. It was
-
stationed in the land of the midst of the Rivers.
-
Yes it was.
-
I've got a full set of Encyclopedia Britannica right here
-
I'm looking at. I could look it up and prove
-
it to you. The Roman twelfth Legion was the Assyrian legion,
-
Yes it was, and it had its eagle emblem stolen
-
by the Zealots. This, of course, was the action that
-
brought down upon it.
-
The Fury of Rome.
-
Now you can look up the actual name of the
-
particular zealot that executed this, that stood in for this
-
angel back in the Old Testament. So everything that God does,
-
he does it either through shadow or silhouette. But the
-
equation is always equaled, isn't it osea.
-
Amen, it is, Matthew, and you even see it.
-
I mean, I'm looking through second King's ten right now,
-
Matthew talking about Jehu, and he not only kills the
-
sons of the king, seventy of them, oh well, he
-
is in the basket. He also kills the brothers of
-
the King of Judah. He slaughters forty two of them.
-
So not only that, keep not not only that, it
-
goes farther than that. It says he killed his priest
-
and anyone who was associated with him.
-
Right, yes, absolutely, But you're right.
-
He also says that he killed the forty seven that
-
had come to the king. He killed them too. So
-
this goes beyond the prophecy of Elijah, doesn't it.
-
Amen.
-
Elijah said only the sons.
-
Jay, who went way farther than that, he killed everybody,
-
even associated what they have.
-
So I'm glad you brought that up.
-
I'm glad you incorporated that, because truly this entire event
-
that you're talking about. There, it's off the hook prophetically right, absolutely.
-
So you know, it makes me wonder.
-
What else is incorporated into these verses, because the entire
-
book of the Twelve Prophets is hinged on this very thing.
-
It's hinged upon these events. And literally speaking, ladies and gentlemen,
-
wherever have you heard an end time Bible prophecy teachy
-
that mentions.
-
Isaiah chapter twenty six in reference to Revelation chapter twelve.
-
But it is that important that you understand the purpose
-
of these children. It really is important that you understand
-
the purpose of these children. Now, before today you've probably
-
heard the standard rigamaro. But have you read Isaiah chapter
-
twenty six. Have you read about the woman with child?
-
Because that's what it says.
-
Now, most of you are probably taking offense to that.
-
I don't know what you're talking about.
-
That never mentions the pregnant woman the woman with male
-
child in Revelation chapter twelve.
-
Oh yes it does.
-
Verse sixteen from Isaiah chapter twenty six. Lord in trouble,
-
they have visited you. They poured out a prayer when
-
you're chastening was upon them. Well, of course, because they're
-
in the birth pains, just like the Lord Jesus Christ
-
said they would be.
-
In Matthew chapter twenty four, verse seventeen.
-
As a woman with child as in pain and cries
-
out in her pains when she draws near to the
-
time of her delivery. So we have been in your
-
side too, Lord, we have been with child, we have
-
been in pain. We have, as it were, brought forth
-
for wind. We have not accomplished any deliverance in the earth,
-
nor have the inhabitants of the world fallen. What's this
-
translation used for the word form? Because when you give
-
birth back in that time, you squatted and the baby
-
would fall to the ground. God literally just said he
-
takes these children where Revelation chapter twelve tells you where
-
they go. Revelation chapter fourteen tells you where they wind up.
-
But if you don't understand Jose chapter one, this is
-
the entire framework that in time eschitology is built around.
-
It's all about the children of the promise.
-
Boy, you probably have I'm probably gonna say something that's
-
gonna upset you, so I will say it about Jose.
-
Before he knew these things, he really didn't know much
-
at all. Jose when he encountered Marinath the ministries. He
-
barely knew anything about INtime Bible prophecy when he had
-
been studying it. That's how he ran across this ministry.
-
So I'll say it about him, so I don't upset you.
-
But if you didn't know these things. In Hosea chapter one,
-
you don't think you You don't.
-
Know as much as you think you do.
-
Joseah chapter one, emphatically, God repeats himself saying, Israel genetically
-
will be no more, but the Jews will be.
-
And they will have one head. That all came from Joseiah.
-
It didn't come from anywhere else, you know. Let me
-
read verse eleven in the Lexum English Septuagion. And the
-
sons of Judah and the sons.
-
Of Israel will gather together, and they will establish for
-
themselves one empire, and they will go up from the
-
land because the day of Jezreel will be great. You know,
-
I wonder how many people have ever just kept read
-
reading once they understood that, and kept reading into verse
-
two of the septuagen We're not going to get into
-
that today. That'll be for next week.
-
How's that your thoughts?
-
No, Matthew, I just I just keep looking over Hoseah
-
chapter one, and you're right, it just reiterates all of
-
the well all of the entities that you're covering there
-
in Revelation chapter twelve. It just keeps pointing us back
-
to that chapter and back to the back to the
-
events that transpire in Revelation chapter twelve.
-
This is like, it's it's not only not only Matthew,
-
it's like it's.
-
Like, boy, God just coming out of the gate clearly
-
stating how his government is going to be set up
-
in the future and how it's going to be because
-
Israel has has you know, been a harlett, played the harlet,
-
so now he's got to go through all this to
-
make everything right.
-
And and you know, Matthew, you just get every every
-
every verse in this chapter is pointing.
-
Us to the male child, it's pointing us to the woman,
-
it's pointing us to the rest of her children. So
-
it's just this is just it's only eleven verse two.
-
That That's what's amazing to me, Matthew. You know verse
-
eleven what you read? I mean, boy, that's that's the
-
two sticks coming together, right, that's the two edged sword.
-
I mean, and there's only one person that's gonna wield that, Matthew.
-
That's the Lord Jesus Christ himself. So it's just like
-
everything that's coming up, it ties in, It ties in
-
Romans into here for us, Matthew, change telling us who
-
is Israel.
-
It's tying everything in.
-
And of course, you know, everything in the Gospel is here, Matthew,
-
not only the the Nathan, Nathaniel, the Israelite that that
-
you mentioned. But I couldn't help but think about the
-
stones that Jesus said he would raise to be children
-
of Abraham.
-
I mean, it's just like every everywhere.
-
Just reading this chapter, Matthew is just pointing me everywhere
-
in the New Testament.
-
And again it's only eleven verses.
-
Hey, man, it's only eleven verses.
-
So tell me. Have you looked at the etymology of
-
this Jezreel in Greek?
-
Not in Greek? No?
-
Really? Well, you know, just so everybody knows, the first part.
-
Is a.
-
In Greek that comes from Well the take note, ladies
-
and gentlemen, where did Jezebel die? Where was Jezebel?
-
Well? I mean, where was she from?
-
When I say that, it usually gets people attention because
-
you're like, wait a minute, are you saying that?
-
Is?
-
Yes?
-
Here, let me read for you first kings in chapter
-
twenty one, verse seven, and Jezebel his wife said to him,
-
is it thus thou now actest the king over Israel,
-
Arise and eat, be like thyself, and I will go
-
to the vineyard of neighb with thee the jezreel light.
-
Yes, Jezebel in Greek is isa is a bell. It's
-
enough to.
-
Blow your mind because the great harlot of revelation is
-
incorporated here in the Greek. If you have eyes that
-
can see it, There's no way I.
-
Can unsee it. When I'm looking at the Greek.
-
Ladies and gentlemen, you're probably going to learn more than
-
you've ever learned, if you've ever learned anything about the
-
Twelve Prophets, because not a lot of anti ministries even
-
cover the minor prophets, do they? Jose, I mean, they
-
piecemeal it. They'll talk about, you know, some verses that
-
they never cover the entire book let alone, the entire
-
twelve prophets, do they.
-
At least I know of?
-
No, I haven't seen that.
-
And isn't that pretty crazy? Because this is prophecy.
-
Right, amen, So if you have a prophetic ministry, what
-
on earth.
-
Are you talking about?
-
If you've never talked about I mean the twelve prophets,
-
it makes you wonder, It makes you wonder, I mean
-
eleven verses here in chapter one.
-
You know, Jose, have you looked at verse ten?
-
It says, and the number, the number, okay, of the
-
sons of Israel was like the sand of the sea.
-
Jose, what is that?
-
That's the parent prophecy, Matthew.
-
That's the parent prophecy. Oh, yes it is. And this
-
number bring is the number of one of those in
-
time entities. It's the last in time entity in Revelation
-
chapter twelve. It is the rest of her children. So,
-
ladies and gentlemen, you didn't remember the parent prophecy. All
-
prophecies come from that prophecy. God told Abraham, your children
-
will be numbered as the stars in the heaven and
-
as the sand on the seashore.
-
Why is this only mentioning the latter.
-
Let's keep reading because he says something else too, And
-
it will be in the place which will not be
-
measured out nor counted. Ladies and gentlemen, if you didn't
-
think this had anything to do with numbers. I don't
-
know what to tell you. God is literally screaming at
-
the top.
-
Of his lungs.
-
You need to look at this alphanumerically. I'll finish, and
-
it will be in the place where it was said
-
you are not my people. They will also be called sons.
-
Of the Living God.
-
So you have the word number measured and counted in
-
one verse, verse ten. Guess where this group is numbered
-
in the book of Revelation, Ladies and gentlemen, I'll tell you.
-
Revelation chapter seven.
-
Yes, it is the first verses. The latter verses describe
-
your gathering together. So verse ten of Jose chapter one
-
is the first part of Revelation chapter seven, and verse.
-
Eleven, Yes, it does.
-
Gather together, and they will establish for themselves.
-
One empire.
-
That is describing the second half of Revelation chapter seven,
-
isn't it, Jose, Yes it is, Yes it is.
-
Oh, yes it is, yes it is.
-
If you didn't see that, ladies and gentlemen, until just now,
-
I'm excited for you because this is going to be
-
an exciting series. You've got a lot to learn because
-
I didn't bring out what these Greek words are did I, Jose, Nope.
-
Are you looking at him now? I'm digging through it, yes,
-
digging through it, digging through it like the sand of
-
the seashore. You're digging through it.
-
Yep.
-
Hey man, were you expecting the parent prophecy to be here?
-
Jose, Yeah, yeah, yeah, once once we start getting into
-
the prophetic side of things, Matthew, it's everywhere.
-
Yep, it's everywhere.
-
All right, you're closing comments.
-
No, Matthew, this is.
-
I knew when we're gonna start looking into the Greek
-
that there was gonna be amazing things to discover. I
-
mean that that goes without saying. But boy, this this
-
chapter is a banger, Matthew. God comes out swinging in
-
this first book here, in this first chapter of the
-
first book of the Twelve Prophets, and I can't wait
-
to keep digging because it's it's I could spend I
-
could spend a month, Matthew, just reading the chapters that
-
pop out of Jose chapter one.
-
So that's I can't imagine what's coming next.
-
You know.
-
It's amazing how things familiar. It's comforting.
-
Yep, yep.
-
I mean, Jose, how many times have.
-
Over the past fifteen years because you realize it has
-
basically been sixteen years now.
-
Amen, how many times you and I have looked at
-
the twenty one verses of Obadiah?
-
Right?
-
Yeah, hundreds of times?
-
Hold yes, So if you know that chapter and you
-
know exactly what it's talking about, why would you read
-
it again?
-
It's comforting to your spirit, isn't it?
-
Amen?
-
All right, hose Craus out of here.
-
