And Jesus is talking to us here in Mark 11 and he says, have faith in God. Say that with me.

Have faith in God. Say it one more time.

Have faith in God. Verse 23.

For surely I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, be removed and be cast

into the sea and does not doubt in his heart, but believes those things which he says will be done,

he will have whatever he says. Look at this next verse.

I want to place an emphasis on this verse today.

Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray,

believe you receive them and you will have them.

Now I want to focus on this today as we declare a summer of miracles.

This is a summer of miracles.

And we find here that Jesus says, whatever you ask when you pray,

believe that you receive and you will have.

Whatever you ask, whatever you ask. In the King James Version,

it says, whatever you desire.

Whatever you desire when you pray, believe that you receive and you will have.

Now, that word ask is also the word desire. It's the word request.

It's also the word to call for or to solicit. Whatever I call for when I pray,

if I'll believe I'll receive, I'll have.

And what I've noticed in this summer of miracles, I've noticed that many people

don't ask for what they desire.

I've noticed that we've been taught via religion, and religion has dumbed it

down for us to be devoid of power,

devoid of what the Word of God says, that we've kind of been reduced to just doing some activity.

But the Scriptures really tell us here that whatever we ask when we pray,

if we'll just believe, we'll receive and we'll have.

But some way or another, you and I have stopped asking for things.

An example, I hear this all the time. People will say this, and they mean well,

but they'll say, well, I just want God's will.

You know, whatever God's will is, that's what I want.

And they mean well when they say it. Or they'll say something along the lines,

just God willing, just whatever the will of God is.

And typically when someone is sick, when someone is deathly ill,

they'll come up with whatever the will of God is. I just want the will of God.

And whatever his will is is just kind of what I want.

And I'm going to say something to you that may make you mad,

that may get you upset. I don't care. It's lazy.

That's lazy. Okay? And let me say something else to you that may bother you.

God's will is always good, but good is not always God's will.

Let me say it again. God's will is always good, but good is not always God's

will. Why? Well, we find out in Romans chapter 8, verse 28.

He says there, well, let's turn there. Romans chapter 8, verse 28.

I want you to put your eyes on it here as we take a look at this. Watch this.

He says here, and we know that all things work together for good to everybody or to those who love God,

to those who are called according to his purpose.

God's will is always good, but good's not always God's will because God's will

is for those who love God and are called according to his purpose, good will take place.

But if you don't love God and not called according to his purpose,

good is not the will of God for you.

What are you saying, pastor? I'm saying that what you and I have to do is we

have to discover what the will of God is, and then you and I have to begin to ask.

For God's will to take place in our life in the way that we know what it is.

There are particular times, I remember when my oldest, Zyana,

she went, we took her to a vacation Bible school and someone had gotten hurt

on the playground and they prayed over this person, well, if it be your will, if it be God's will,

I hope the leg gets a little bit better. if it just be God's will.

Well, how many of you know it is God's will for her leg to be better?

So why don't we just pray for the leg just to be better? Father,

it is your will for the leg to be better.

We pray that your leg, her leg is healed right now in Jesus' name.

But what we do is we wanna put everything, well, if that, is that what happened, then that's God's will.

And if it didn't happen, it was God's will. And the FedEx truck ran over my

cat, that was the will of God for the cat. It was not the will of God for the cat.

But we just kind of, whatever happens is God's will. Well, let me ask you this.

Everything you ate today, was that God's will? Don't answer that.

Everything that happens is God's will. Did everything you say,

was that God's will? Everything you said today, was that his will for you to say it? No.

Everything you thought today, was that his will? No.

But Jesus said, I didn't mean to get into that. Let me get to the passage.

Jesus said, whatever you ask.

And I want to talk today about big, bold, audacious prayers.

Whatever you ask. Jesus said, if you believe you receive, you will have.

And we see in 1 Chronicles chapter 4, 9 through 10, 1 Chronicles chapter 4, 9 through 10.

Now, Jabez was more honorable than his brothers.

And his mother called his name Jabez, saying, because I bore him in pain.

And And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, oh, that you would bless me

indeed and enlarge my territory, that your hand would be with me and that you

would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain.

So God granted him what he requested.

Now, the author paused to give Jabez some honor in this long lineage.

He must have done something to be respected. You know, his name meant he will cause pain.

And we've been taught that we can only pray for our needs, but Jabez actually

prayed for what he wanted.

We've been taught only pray for your needs, but J-Bass prayed for what he desired, what he wanted.

Many years ago, I traveled around with a UFC fighter.

He was a light heavyweight champion and heavyweight champion.

At one point, simultaneously, he was both. And I traveled with him.

Every time he had a fight, he would fly me and Stacey in to be a part of his

celebratory fights before and after.

And I would always spend some time with him in a hotel room talking to him about

the scriptures and inevitably praying for him.

And before he would go into the octagon, I would pray for him as he went into

the octagon. Well, there were times that I would pray with him in front of his

team, so all of his coaches and his managers.

Matter of fact, I said there would be times every time that we would pause and

they would say, Pastor, will you pray?

And I would pray in front of him and over the team and all that good stuff.

And I would pray that he would win.

Father, I pray that you make him fast today and strong. I pray that he's able

to absorb punches and dish out punches.

I pray that he knocks out his opponent today.

And at the end of the day, he raises his hand. And everybody would say,

amen, hearty, shout. People were excited about that.

Except when I told a pastor.

He said, well, tell me, what do you pray? And I told him when I prayed,

he's like, that may not be God's will.

What? I don't know. God's will may not be for him to win. So I said,

well, what should I pray? well you need to pray God's will.

Well Jesus said whatever I ask, if I believe that I receive,

I'll have it. Jabez prayed what he wanted to pray.

See, we've been taught to only pray for some arbitrary God's will or only pray for what we need,

and we are almost embarrassed to pray for what we want.

In this Summer of Miracles, I want to challenge you to pray for what you want.

Say amen to that.

We've been, we're so accustomed, like, well, I don't want to,

you know, that's too big, or that's audacious, or it's just little old me,

or I don't know if I deserve it.

You don't deserve it, so get over it. You don't deserve it, all right?

That's why grace is implemented, because you don't deserve it.

It's God's grace that enables you to get anything that you need by faith.

And so, Jabez says here, watch this. The first thing he says is, bless me indeed.

Somebody say that. Bless me indeed.

He basically said, I want you, Lord, to empower me to prosper,

to give me the advantage, give me a positive spiritual force on my life, in operation in my life.

Bless me indeed, and not just bless me, but bless me indeed.

Amplify the previous statement. That's what indeed does. It amplifies a previous

statement. It makes it stronger or greater.

So he says, bless me indeed. Make it stronger. Make it greater.

There is no limit to how much you prosper when you are blessed.

And Jabez says, well, just give me enough, us four and no more.

That that i rebuke that kind of prayer because that's one of

the most selfish prayers you could ever pray just bless

us for no more no no no you need to have more

so you can be a blessing to somebody else don't pray

selfish prayers but i believe jay bass said bless me indeed so he can be a blessing

if you look through our history do your own study uh it's rumored that jay bass

had schools and and there may have been a city even named after him if you take

a look at first Chronicles, I believe, 255.

Jabez was influential.

He said, bless me indeed. I want to be a blessing.

Bless me indeed. Don't just give me just enough. Give me more than enough so I can be a blessing.

There should be no limit to how much I prosper.

Proverbs 10, 22 says, the blessing of the Lord makes one rich and he adds no sorrow with it.

So, Jabez wasn't afraid to say, bless me indeed.

That should be your prayer Lord bless me indeed now you're going to have some

haters and there's going to be people that's going to look bad at you and going

to talk about you but bless me indeed,

as a pastor I hear it oh man Pastor Devon how did you get a chance to how did

you go to all those fights with that UFC guy what you didn't know was he was paying for all of it.

Because I'm blessed. Amen.

Now, if I was paying for it, that's my business. Not your business. Amen. But he was paying.

How do you get to travel all around? It's the blessing of the Lord.

We went to six, seven, eight cities. Didn't drop a dime because of the blessing of the Lord.

Bless me indeed. This has been my prayer. Bless me indeed, Lord.

I know people are going to hate me. I know people are going to talk bad about

me. They might not like me, but bless me indeed.

Say amen to that. You're going to have to just get used to people not liking

you when you're blessed.

Just get used to it. And it's going to probably be family members.

Yeah, I said it. Some family members not going to like you because the blessing

is an operation in your life. But that shouldn't matter.

Bless me indeed, Lord, because I want to be a blessing to somebody else.

And he didn't stop there. He didn't just say, bless me indeed.

He said, enlarge my territory.

Enlarge my territory. Increase my influence.

Increase my vision. How many of you want your vision increased?

Increase my vision. He says, expand my opportunities.

Increase my responsibility. I got to tell you this funny story.

And so I was praying and I felt like the Lord asked me to start praying,

increase my responsibilities.

And I said, oh Lord, what does that even mean? I don't know.

You know, I'm comfortable, right?

I like where I'm at. I like what's going on. And I felt like the Lord said,

I want you to start praying that your responsibilities will increase.

I said, oh goodness, I don't even know what that means, but I'm going to obey

God. I said, Lord, increase my responsibilities.

Whatever that may mean, increase my responsibility. I told Stacey,

I said, the Lord told me to start praying about increase my responsibilities.

Now, this was before Zage was born.

And Stacey turned to me and said, I know what it means. I said,

well, she goes, it means we're going to have another baby.

I was like, oh no, no, no, I don't want to have another baby.

She goes, that's what it means. we're going to have another baby.

And so enough, here is Zage. Praise God. And she's nothing but a blessing to

us. But increase my responsibilities.

Don't get nervous about that. God wants to take you somewhere.

Enlarge my territory. Increase my responsibilities. Give me greater capacity to impact others.

This is what Jabez prayed. He's asking big, audacious, bold prayers.

Give me greater capacity to impact others. Take my life beyond the status quo.

Stop being comfortable being normal and being hidden and being someone that's not seen.

Lord, take my life and don't let me be in the status quo.

Many years ago, I was meeting with a marketing firm, and they were talking about

how to brand True Life, and they were asking me questions and that sort of thing.

And they were saying, okay, what areas do you want to impact?

Talking about the cities that were surrounding us. And I named all the cities

that were surrounding us.

I said, I want to impact these cities in this area right around here.

Now, full disclosure, I'm going to tell you something. The man said,

man, that's great. All these cities you named, that's awesome.

But I noticed you didn't name the city you live in.

And I said, oh, that was a mistake. He said, that wasn't a mistake.

He said, you didn't name your city.

He said, you didn't name your city because you want to be hidden.

You don't, you want to be in the status quo. You don't want people to recognize you.

And it hit my heart. I don't want to be famous. That's never been my goal.

Being known has never been a goal of mine. And he said, but in order to make

a huge impact and the call is on your life, you're going to have to get over it.

You're going to have to get to the place. And this guy's a Christian guy,

but you're going to get to the place where you say, I don't want to be status quo.

If somebody knows who I am so be it

I want to make a difference and I begin to pray

over that Lord I don't want to be the status quo anymore I

want to make a difference while I'm walking around Target people walk

right up to me Pastor Devon I'm like oh how are you who are you you don't know

me but I know you I'll say you know what praise God because we're making a difference

amen to that I'll go check in at a hotel and somebody across the thing will

say I know you Pastor Devon.

I'm like, how do you know me? Thank God I'm with Stacy. Amen to that.

Amen. No, I'm an honorable character man. Amen.

Hey, I said I don't want to be in the status quo. I want people to say,

that's Pastor Devon. Amen.

You shouldn't want to be in the status quo either. You shouldn't want people

to say, that's James, and that's Sierra, and that's Ron, and Erica.

You want them to know because you're making an impact.

And you got to pray big, audacious, bold prayers so you can make an impact.

Don't live your life in the status quo.

He prayed, free me from paycheck to paycheck living.

How many want to be free from paycheck to paycheck living? Well,

you're going to have to ask.

Don't just assume it's going to happen or whatever the Lord wants.

No, the Lord said, what do you want?

Say amen to that. Isaiah 54, turn there real quick. Isaiah 54 to be on the screen.

I want to read this from the message.

It says, this was a prayer that we prayed, true life prayed for the Lord in our new building.

Clear lots of ground for your tents. Make your tents large.

Spread out. Think big.

Use plenty of rope. Drive the tent pegs deep.

You're going to need lots of elbow room for your growing family.

You're going to take over whole nations.

You're going to resettle abandoned cities.

Don't be afraid. You're not going to be embarrassed.

Don't hold back. You're not going to come up short.

Glory to God. Say amen to that. See, we get nervous.

We don't want to play big prayers because we think we're going to be embarrassed

or people are going to look at us and laugh if we fall flat on our face.

But I would rather somebody laugh at me for falling flat on my face than not doing nothing.

I would rather be an embarrassment that guys were going to do something big

and we don't do it than to sit back and say, we didn't do nothing.

Because all I did was status quo and I just did what everybody else was doing

and I look like everybody else.

If everybody else liked that song, I like that song too.

If everybody else dresses this way, I dress that way too.

Somebody's going to have to step out of the status quo.

Somebody's going to have to pray a big, bold prayer and say,

Lord, make me famous for you. Make me great in the kingdom.

Let people know who I am because of you.

Say amen to that. No, he said, bless me indeed.

Enlarge my territory. And then he said that your hand would be with me.

Somebody say your hand, the hand, the hand of the Lord.

The hand of the Lord is God's power, his presence, his favor,

his guidance, his protection.

At work in the lives of his people. We got to have the hand of the Lord upon us.

The hand of the Lord can enable you to do what you could never do in your own strength.

It's the hand of the Lord that's on our life. The hand of the Lord produces visible results.

It's the hand of the Lord. Doors open when God's hand is on your life.

Somebody say the hand of the Lord.

Say it like you mean it. the hand of the lord is on

my life we got to have the hand

of the lord so that things could be visible so

that manifestation can take place so that things that are that that that are

not working begin to work because of the hand of the lord somehow that that

that didn't get my all of my notes here i said some more things about the hand

of the lord glory to god somebody say the hand of the lord.

That you, listen, you can't do anything without the hand of the Lord on your life.

You got to want his hand on your life.

The hand of the Lord is not, we know it's not a physical hand because God is spirit. It's symbolic.

It represents his divine activity and intervention in your life.

His divine intervention. The hand of the Lord.

I got to have his hand on my life. I need his divine intervention.

There are things that I don't know that God knows. And I need the hand of the

Lord on my life to have the answers.

The hand of the Lord calls Elijah to run faster than King Ahab's chariots.

Because the hand of the Lord was on him. He did something supernatural.

Because his hand, you can't just want to just be an everyday American.

Second, you need to be somebody that's spectacular, somebody that's supernatural

because the hand of the Lord is on your life.

Come on, say amen to that. I'm trying to fire you up this afternoon because

we've been just, well, just waiting on God. I'm just waiting.

Well, how long you been waiting? I just been waiting. I've been waiting for

a long time. It's time to stop waiting. Stop waiting.

And say, bless me indeed, Lord, enlarge my territory, that your hand would be

upon me and keep me from evil.

Keep me from evil was the next thing he said, because when you start doing great

and wonderful things for the Lord, the devil will start being active.

He's going to come to distract you and tempt you and sway you.

And Jabez said, I know it when the blessings begin to flow and things begin

to come to me, the devil's going to be active.

Lord, keep me from evil.

Say that. Keep me from evil.

Keep me from temptation. Keep me from distraction.

Keep me from pride. Keep me from sin. Keep me from anything that would hinder

God's purpose in my life.

This is what he prayed. Keep me from evil.

We know in Matthew 6, 13, Jesus said the same thing. And do not lead us into

temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

Jesus said it too. Keep me from evil. That should be your prayer.

I'm in this evil, crooked, perverse generation, but keep me from evil.

I like what John 17, 15 says in the Passion Translation.

He says, I am not asking that you remove them from the world,

but I ask that you guard their hearts from evil.

I pray this over my children. When they go to school, this is what I pray.

I'm not asking you remove them from the world.

I'm asking you that you would guard their hearts from evil.

I mean, if I could, you know, my kids will be with me 24-7, right?

Just stay with me because there's evil out there. Just stay with me.

But that's not realistic.

It's not even healthy, right? they're going to go out into this world but I'm

asking the Lord guard their hearts from evil.

And so Jabez said, keep me from evil.

When God expands your territory, Satan increases his attacks because he fears

the impact your life will make.

So he's going to try to distract you.

When you start doing great and mighty things, if you're not doing nothing,

you ain't going to get a lot of distraction.

When you start doing great and mighty things, that's when the distraction is going to come.

And you, Lord, keep me from evil. Help me recognize when the distraction,

the temptation. Keep me from pride.

Help me notice sin that's trying to creep into my life. Somebody shout amen.

And then he said that I may not cause pain.

Now I'm going to take my liberty on this. I believe what Jabez meant is use me for your glory.

I don't want to cause pain. Use me for your glory. You remember his mother named

him Jabez, which means he will cause pain.

And maybe there was a situation in childbirth that he did cause pain, but she named him Jabez.

But notice his life contradicted his name.

Say amen to that. His life contradicted his name.

There was a fellow that used to go to our church and he went to some kind of

meeting, a church meeting that I did not endorse.

And I'm going to tell you why that's important. I didn't endorse him to go, but he went anyway.

And at the meeting, they told him the reason why, well, the minister said to

him, do you doubt a lot? He said, well, I do.

I doubt a lot. Well, do you have some unbelief at times? Well, yeah, I have unbelief.

And do you just kind of don't trust God? Yeah, I don't trust God sometimes.

And everybody in here can raise their hand to those questions,

right he was like he goes the reason is because your name is thomas.

And you need to change your name because Thomas doubted.

No, no. And he said, the minister said to him, and if you look,

Thomas means, Thomas never did anything else for the Lord. Well, that is a lie.

If you just do some history, just a Google search, Thomas went to India and he transformed.

He's known as St. Thomas in those regions. He transformed a nation.

And so he's saying, well, your name, you need to change your name.

So this particular guy came to me.

He said, Pastor, should I change my name? I said, no.

No. You're saying your name is Thomas. You keep your name, Thomas.

But what you need to do is contradict whatever that man said over you.

You live your life to the fullest and contradict all that mess.

Because if God can do it for Jabez, he can do it for you too. Come on, shout amen.

He said, use me for your glory. And the most outstanding part of this entire

passage, we only have two scriptures on Jabez, but the two verses we have is

he prayed for what he wanted to happen.

He didn't, well, whatever the Lord wants. No, this is what I want.

Because if you are walking with God, God would give you the desires of your heart.

And I believe God's the one that's putting the desire in your heart.

I believe you want it because God put it there.

Why do we just want to be insignificant? You're like, well, I just want to be

humble. No, I want to be significant.

I want to make a difference.

At the end of my life, I want people to say about me, man, Devon was a great leader.

If he said it, it happened. I enjoyed following him.

And man, I'll tell you, he was a man of integrity and in character. I want to make an impact.

And you should want that too as well. And this is the greatest verse, I think, in Scripture.

God granted him what he requested. He requested.

God didn't rebuke him. He didn't chastise him. He answered his prayer. God said yes.

The Holy Spirit included this statement to show us that God was pleased with this prayer.

He was pleased. It shows us that God is ready and willing and enthusiastic to

answer big, bold, audacious prayers.

In our summer of miracles. Stop just asking, well, if I could just reduce the

medicine down to three to two.

Just say, I pray I get off this medicine.

Just go for it all, amen.

Why just limit God? See, we limit God because we limit ourself and we think

God can't do it because we can't do it.

So we say, okay, well, God can't do that because I can't do it.

Well, if you can do everything God can do, then God's unnecessary.

You can't do it, so just ask him big. Make me great.

Bless me indeed. Enlarge my territory.

Protect me, that your hand would be on me. And God said, I love these kind of prayers.

These are the prayers that I answer.

We find here there are four keys. I want you to see four keys here.

Don't let your past determine your future, key number one.

Don't let your past determine your future. Jabez was born in pain,

but he did not live in pain.

Don't let your past define your future.

Don't let your past define your future. Number two, pray bold prayers.

Pray bold prayers. God is not intimidated by big requests.

Number three, expect God to increase your influence.

Expect him to increase your influence, not for ego, but for kingdom impact.

And number four, depend on God's hand.

Depend on God's hand. Enlargement requires divine empowerment.

Depend on God's hand.

Now, I heard this illustration that I want to share with you,

and it really marked my heart, and I want to read it to you.

It's about Napoleon, and this illustration makes a powerful point.

While historians don't appear to have verified the story, legend has it, okay?

Legend has it. Napoleon and his soldiers overcame an island in the Mediterranean Sea.

They had fought for many days to take the island and finally succeeded.

After the capture of the island at the price of many lives, Napoleon and his

generals gathered for a celebration.

As they were sitting around a great table talking about the victory,

they were interrupted by a young officer.

Napoleon looked at him and said, what do you want? The young man looked at Napoleon

and said, give me this island.

The generals began to laugh. They could not believe he was forward enough to

ask Napoleon for the island that they fought so hard to win.

They thought to themselves, who does he think he is?

Anyone with the audacity to make such a request of Napoleon was certainly putting his life at risk.

But then Napoleon turned to one of his aides and asked for a pen and paper.

He wrote out the deed to the island, signed it and gave it to the young man,

leaving his general stunned and amazed.

How could you do it? One of the generals asked Napoleon.

What made him worthy to receive this great island?

I gave him this island, Napoleon replied, because he honored me by the magnitude of his request.

Amen. By the magnitude of his request.

We are asking for things way too small. We're asking for things that we could get on our own.

Lord, let me get me a car. You can just go on to the car lot and get a car.

Ask the Lord to get you a debt free car. Come on somebody.

Let me say it again. He honored me. I believe God is honored.

He honored me by the magnitude of his request.

Psalms 2.8. Psalms 2.8 says, Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your

inheritance, the whole earth as your possession.

Only ask. And the Lord says, I'm going to give you nations.

Nations means people groups.

Nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession.

But the only requirement is you must ask.

Lord, give me the nations. Give me the people groups as my inheritance.

All the people that need to experience true life, send them my way.

Each and every one of them. Then you're like, well, how are we going to handle

all that? I don't know, but we're going to ask, amen?

And we're going to believe God for the nations.

Whatever it is in your life, just ask. Don't stop trying to figure out how you're

going to handle it. Just ask God for it.

James 4, 2 says it this way. You have not, why? Because you, say it like you mean it.

Because you, because you ask not. Why don't we have this or that?

Well, have you asked God for it? Have you asked him for it?

You have not because you asked not.

God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all we dare ask or even imagine,

but we have limited ourselves because we stopped asking.

Asking.

Glory to God. I've got so many stories over the last several years by just asking God for big things.

And I'm not saying that they happen immediately, but it happens.

It comes to pass.

Y'all know this story. I'll end with this story. I was talking to a friend of mine about airplanes.

I've always liked airplanes as a kid. I just enjoy airplanes. I like to fly.

I've actually flown some airplanes before. Now, you don't want to ride with

me because I don't know how to land it.

I don't even know how to take it off. Just with me in the air,

I drove it a little bit, okay? And so I enjoy airplanes.

And a particular friend of mine, he said, you know what airplane you should want?

And he said, you should want a King Air. He named that's the type of airplane.

He said, all of the Alexanders can get into King Air.

I said, oh, man, that's awesome. So I started looking up King Airs.

I started oh that's a beautiful looking airplane and man all the alexanders

can get in there man that's great that's a nice plane and wow look at it and

man that'd be really cool lord it'd be really cool if i flew in a king air man

that's cool about a year later.

Maybe not even that long. I get a call from a friend. He said, hey, I'm in town.

Come visit me. I said, I will. And he had a hotel.

And then he said, listen, we're actually going to go to Raleigh for the night.

Do you want to come to Raleigh with us and hang out? And so I asked Stacy.

Stacy said, yeah, go. Go to Raleigh. So I said, yeah. So meet me at my hotel. We'll go to Raleigh.

So we go to the hotel and jump in this big old black SUV.

And I'm like, oh, we're going to Raleigh in style.

Well, no, we went to the airport. When we get to the airport,

we go to the private side of the airport.

And lo and behold, we're jumping immediately on a King Air flying the Raleigh. I can't make this up.

About a year, I asked the Lord, Lord, let me fly on this airplane.

It'd be nice to fly private on this airplane.

Within a year, because of the magnitude of the request,

the lord said i'm gonna let you fly on the airplane now i'm asking the lord give me a king.

Hey come on somebody right amen ask well how you gonna take for i don't know

anything about that right now just give it to me we'll figure all that out amen

and so ask big big request i believe we have not because we ask not.

Get out of your comfort zone.

Stop belittling yourself. Stop thinking small.

Stop feeling insignificant.

Ask for it all. Ask for the bigness,

whatever it might be Lord take it away from me Lord give it to me Lord enlarge

me Lord whatever you want for me I want it and get specific about it,

I believe that if we begin to ask for these big things, what we want,

you know, you're a child of God.

You know that? You know, I rarely, my wife would tell you, I rarely,

maybe Zayvon will testify to this or not, I rarely say no to my children.

If they ask, I typically say, yeah, I may not want to.

Yeah. And I never say no to Stacey. Now, she's not my child,

but I never say no to Stacey.

If she asks for something, I always say yes. How much more does God want to

give us if we just ask for it?

I believe God said, yeah, I'll get it to you. Yeah.

By grace through faith. All you just got to do is believe that you receive it

and it's on its way. our church building.

We just ask God, Lord.

Give us a church building, a place where we can worship you and we can call our own.

And the Lord began to tell me about ownership. We've been renting for so long. It's time to own.

So I believe, Lord, give us this building that we can own.

And look what the Lord done in seven months. Glory be to God. We own it.

Much more land than I anticipated. Much more beautiful than I expected.
