  1. Have you ever felt like you are being pulled in 10 different directions?

  2. Come on, I like the agreement in here. You feel worn out, running on empty, depleted.

  3. You wake up tired even after a full night's sleep.

  4. You feel like you're giving your best everywhere but still coming up short.

  5. You feel like you have more responsibilities than you do energy.

  6. You feel like you have more expectations than time.

  7. I want to talk to somebody that feels like you have more stress than you do peace.

  8. There are more decisions you need to make than you have clarity.

  9. More problems than you have answers.

  10. More muff than you have money.

  11. Who am I talking to?

  12. More anxiety than you have rest.

  13. Your kids need you. Your spouse needs you.

  14. Your boss needs you. Your friends need you.

  15. And by the end of the day, there's nothing left of you.

  16. We call that being stretched thin. But the Bible has another word for it.

  17. The Bible calls that lack.

  18. And if there's one pressure almost everyone has felt, it's the pressure of lack. Somebody say lack.

  19. Have you ever been afraid there wouldn't be enough? Come on, be honest with me today.

  20. You ever been afraid there wouldn't be enough? Have you ever felt like you're

  21. going to run out of money?

  22. I hear my daughter back there saying, yeah, she's eight years old.

  23. You have never been afraid, baby girl.

  24. There wouldn't be enough. Daddy got you.

  25. Have you ever felt like you're going to run out of money? It's going to run out.

  26. You're sitting down, you're paying the bills, and like, this is running out.

  27. We're going to hit zero here in a second. If so, I want you to know you're not alone.

  28. The pressure of lack is one of Satan's greatest weapons.

  29. But today, we're going to discover that God's word has something to say about it.

  30. Psalms 23, verse 1.

    Psalms 23:1

  31. Psalm 23, verse 1 in the NIV says, The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

    Psalms 23:1

  32. Will you say that with me?

  33. The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Say it again.

  34. The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. One more time.

  35. I lack nothing. Why? Because the Lord is my shepherd.

  36. The word shepherd is defined as someone who leads, feeds, protects, and provides.

  37. Someone who leads, feeds, protects, and provides.

  38. To be in lack means to be deficient, to be without, to come up short, or to be in need.

  39. To lack is to be deficient, to be without, to come up short, or to be in need.

  40. But the Lord is the one who leads, feeds, provides, and protects.

  41. Lack is the absence of something God intends for you to have in order to fulfill

  42. his purpose. Listen to me now.

  43. Lack is the absence of something God intends for you to have in order to fulfill his purpose.

  44. The scripture here says, the Lord is my shepherd.

  45. I lack nothing. That simply means you will never be without what your shepherd

  46. knows you need You'll never be without what your shepherd knows that you need.

  47. I was believing God for this new facility that we're in, praying and believing

  48. God. And at the time, with my eyes, my natural eyes, I couldn't see how the Lord was going to do it.

  49. How is he going to get this done? I know he spoke to me. I know we're doing

  50. what he's commanded us to do.

  51. I know I'm doing what I know to do. But how are we going to get this done?

  52. And about 5.30 in the morning, I heard this in my heart, not an audible voice,

  53. but I heard this in my heart.

  54. I heard the Lord say to me, what if a billionaire was supporting you?

  55. That's all I heard. What if a billionaire was supporting you?

  56. Now, I want to make a distinction real quick between a millionaire and a billionaire.

  57. So if we were to take a million seconds, that would encompass 12 days.

  58. A million seconds is 12 days.

  59. If we were to let a billion seconds go by, one billion seconds go by,

  60. you know how long that is?

  61. 32 years. 32 years.

  62. So when you hear millionaire and billionaire, it's not even close.

  63. And we're just talking 1 billion is 32 years of seconds.

  64. And so the Lord spoke to me as I'm up, and I wasn't really praying.

  65. I was just kind of up, and I heard this in my heart. What if a billionaire was supporting you?

  66. Well, I knew those numbers, and I responded to him, well, I would have no concern.

  67. I wouldn't be concerned about finances. I wouldn't be concerned about energy.

  68. I wouldn't be concerned about wisdom.

  69. I wouldn't be concerned about health.

  70. Why? This billionaire has the means to take care of me.

  71. I would have no concern if a billionaire said, Devon, I got it.

  72. And I thought, wow, I knew what the Lord was saying to me. Because God is more than a billionaire.

  73. Come on, say amen to that.

  74. He's worth more than a billion. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills.

  75. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.

  76. God can get anything to you from anyone, anywhere, at any time.

  77. And so when I heard the Lord say, what if a billionaire told you that he would

  78. support you? I knew exactly where he was going.

  79. He was saying, I'm worth more than a billion and I am your shepherd.

  80. And if I'm your shepherd, you lack nothing.

  81. Some translations say, the Lord is my shepherd. I have everything I need.

  82. Say that I have everything I need come on say it with faith I have everything I need.

  83. The Lord is my shepherd. I have everything I need.

  84. I lack nothing. The opposite of lack, listen to me now, the opposite of lack isn't abundance.

  85. The opposite of lack is trust.

  86. Who am I talking to today? The opposite of lack is not abundance.

  87. The opposite of lack is trust.

  88. When you depend upon the Lord to be your shepherd, you trust him.

  89. You lean on him. You rely on him. You depend on him.

  90. You don't have any worries, any concerns because the Lord is your shepherd and

  91. you know you lack nothing.

  92. And so the opposite of lack is trust in God.

  93. It's not abundance. It's trust in God.

  94. Deuteronomy chapter 2 verse 7.

    Deuteronomy 2:7

  95. Deuteronomy chapter 2 verse 7. For the Lord your God has blessed you in everything you have done.

    Deuteronomy 2:7

  96. He has watched her every step through this great wilderness.

  97. During these 40 years, the Lord your God has been with you and you have lacked nothing.

  98. Now they're in the wilderness for 40 years. They're there because they're grumbling and complaining.

  99. And any time you grumble and complain, you're going to stay exactly where you are.

  100. It's got to be words of faith and words of thanksgiving coming out of your mouth,

  101. belief in your heart that will get you out of the situation you're in.

  102. But for 40 years, they grumbled and they complained.

  103. But the Lord said to them, because you have been with me, you have lacked nothing.

  104. Say this, I lack nothing.

  105. Say it again. and I lack nothing.

  106. Even during difficult seasons, the Lord is with you.

  107. I want you to know that. Even during difficult seasons, the Lord is with you, and you lack nothing.

  108. You have everything that you need right now. You're not trying to get it.

  109. You've already got it because the Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not lack.

  110. Come on, somebody shout amen. Luke 22, 35.

  111. Luke 22 35 And Jesus said to them When I sent you Without money bag Knapsack

  112. and sandals Did you lack Anything,

  113. And what did they shout back.

  114. I said what did they shout back What did they shout back Nothing Jesus said

  115. I sent you out Without these items Did you lack anything And they said, we didn't lack nothing.

  116. Why? Because the Lord is my shepherd.

  117. It might appear that I go out with nothing, but I've got the Lord as my shepherd,

  118. and he'll never leave me nor forsake me. Somebody shout, I lack nothing.

  119. This is an illustration of obeying God. When you obey God, you will never run

  120. out. Come on, listen to me now.

  121. When you obey God, you'll never run out.

  122. Because God is your shepherd and you shall not lack. You shall not want.

  123. There is always this fear and this tendency that we're going to run out.

  124. We're just going to run out. We're going to run out. I'm going to run out of money.

  125. I'm going to run out of patience. I'm about to run out. I'm going to just run

  126. out. But the Lord is my shepherd.

  127. And supernaturally, I'll never run out. Say amen to that.

  128. This has been reverberating in me. Do you remember, I didn't plan on saying

  129. this, but do you remember when Joseph had the dream in Genesis?

  130. And the dream, I'm sorry, Pharaoh had the dream. Joseph interpreted Pharaoh's dream.

  131. And in Pharaoh's dream, there were seven years, Joseph's interpretation was

  132. there'll be seven years of good, right?

  133. And then there will be seven years of famine. and the famine would be so bad

  134. that it would wipe out all of the seven years of good. Y'all know what I'm talking about in Genesis.

  135. And so this was the dream and Joseph prophetically declared and interpreted

  136. the dream. The Pharaoh, Pharaoh said, listen, let me put this man in charge.

  137. He knows what he's doing.

  138. Joseph's in charge. He collects seven years of extra grain to hold on to,

  139. knowing that there were seven years coming, that the grain, the famine would

  140. be so bad that all of the grain would run out.

  141. This is what the Bible said. The famine was gonna be worse than the abundance.

  142. But one thing that I noticed when I read the scriptures is they never ran out of grain.

  143. But the famine was so bad that we were notified through Scripture that they would run out.

  144. The famine was supposed to be two times worse than the abundance that was taking place.

  145. But they never ran out.

  146. I'm telling you, those bins were being refilled supernaturally.

  147. Come on, somebody.

  148. Every time they would take grain out, supernaturally overnight,

  149. God would put more grain in it.

  150. Are you listening to me today? Supernaturally, it was putting more in it.

  151. They would take it out, and supernaturally, he'll put it back in.

  152. They'll take it out, he'll put it back in. I'm telling you, that's an example

  153. that you and I will never run out.

  154. We're not going to run out of money. We're not going to run out of patience.

  155. We're not going to run out of time. Say amen to this.

  156. You're not going to run out of wisdom. you're not gonna run out at all you'll never run out,

  157. the Lord is my shepherd and I will

  158. never run out say that the Lord is my shepherd and I will never run out.

  159. Deuteronomy chapter 8, 7 through 9. Deuteronomy chapter 8, 7 through 9.

Deuteronomy 8 chapter mention Deuteronomy 8 chapter mention

  160. For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of

  161. water, of fountains and springs that flow out of valleys and hills,

  162. a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates,

  163. a land of olive oil and honey,

  164. a land in which you will eat bread.

  165. Watch this, without scarcity, in which you will lack nothing. Come on, somebody.

  166. A land whose stones are iron and out of whose hills you can dig carper.

  167. God is saying to us that he is sending us to a place that will lack nothing.

  168. Come on, amen. Say amen to that. He's leading his people into places of increase.

  169. Influence opportunity and provision and he does not want you to identify with scarcity,

  170. he doesn't identify with scarcity and neither should you and I,

  171. stop talking as if you about to run out stop talking as if you I'm I'm telling

  172. you you on my last nerve stop talking like that because you got more than one nerve.

  173. God is replenishing you. He's refilling you.

  174. And you've got more patience than you realize. You've got more kindness than you understand.

  175. There's more healing taking place in your life than you're recognizing.

  176. God is increasing you more and more. Somebody shout, I lack nothing.

  177. Say it again, I lack nothing.

  178. Nehemiah 9, 21. Nehemiah 9, 21.

  179. Once again, for 40 years you sustained them in the wilderness,

  180. and they lacked nothing.

  181. Their clothes did not even wear out, and their feet did not swell.

  182. Feet will not swell means God's miraculous protection, provision,

  183. and the stamina to endure life's hardships.

  184. Glory to God. Your feet will not swell. He's going to protect.

  185. He will provide. and I will endure life's hardship. Nobody, you ain't never

  186. heard me say that times will not get tough.

  187. Tough times happen. I mean, Jesus said in John 16, he said, in this world,

  188. you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer.

  189. I've overcome the world. There will be tough times, but your feet will not swell.

  190. Come on, say amen to that.

  191. You will lack nothing. You know why? Because God is against perpetual lack.

  192. He's against perpetual lack and you will lack nothing. Shout, I lack nothing.

  193. Shout it again, I lack nothing.

  194. Psalms 84, 11, Psalms 84, 11, the Passion Translation.

  195. I want this word to just reverberate on the inside of you.

  196. For the Lord God is brighter than the brilliance of a sunrise,

  197. wrapping himself around me like a shield.

  198. He is so generous with his gifts of grace and glory. Watch this.

  199. Those who walk along his paths with integrity, say that's me.

  200. Will never lack one thing they need for he provides it all.

  201. Hallelujah. The Lord will always provide for your needs.

  202. I know you came in here feeling worn down and depleted and stressed and pressured,

  203. but the Lord says I will always provide.

  204. You shall not lack. You will have more than enough.

  205. You will be provided for because I'm your shepherd and you shall not lack.

  206. If you listen to this, the Lord spoke this to me several years ago. I think it was 2015.

  207. He told me, he said, Devon, you will always have access to excess.

  208. My goodness. I'm preaching myself out. While y'all sitting there quiet,

  209. I'm getting excited about this.

  210. I'm going to always have access to excess.

  211. When I feel like I don't know what's going on, I don't know what to do,

  212. I know what to do because I always have access to excess.

  213. When it feels like the bills are not getting paid and I don't know how we're

  214. going to do this or that, I always have access to excess.

  215. When it feels like my body's in pain and I don't know if I can continue I realize

  216. that I always have access to excess say amen to that because the Lord is my shepherd,

  217. And I have access to him. And he is not lacking.

  218. Not one thing does he lack. And I have access to him.

  219. So if I have access to him, I have access to excess.

  220. Say amen to that. Say I lack nothing.

  221. Psalms 34, 9 and 10. Psalms 34, 9 and 10.

  222. Fear the Lord, you as holy people. for those who fear him, say it with me, lack nothing.

  223. Hallelujah. Those that honor the Lord, that fear the Lord, that respect the

  224. Lord, that reverence the Lord, the Lord's saying you will lack nothing.

  225. The lions may grow hungry and weak, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Hallelujah.

  226. How many of you seek the Lord in the house?

  227. Online, you're seeking the Lord, you'll lack no good thing.

  228. God's not withholding not one good thing from you.

  229. If he didn't spare his own son for you, why would he spare anything for you? Romans 8.32.

  230. He's not lacking one good thing, whatever you need, he'll provide.

  231. You just have to realize that the Lord's my shepherd.

  232. I'm a son, I'm a daughter. One translation says the Lord is my best friend,

  233. Come on somebody If you got a good friend, your good friend ain't going to let

  234. you lack He ain't going to let you go without, she ain't going to let you go

  235. without They're going to be right there with you Say I lack nothing.

  236. The Lord will always, always, always provide for you.

  237. I believe that we're supposed to live in a way understanding that the Lord will

  238. always provide for you and I.

  239. My younger children ain't thinking, excuse my English, but they ain't thinking about provision.

  240. Not one thought. Why? Dad's going to provide.

  241. Dad's going to go without. I'll miss a meal. There was some there was there

  242. was a study that went out and they said if you only had one meal,

  243. who should eat the the the man of the house or the children?

  244. And these people were debating this. This is a very easy answer for me. My kids are going to eat.

  245. My kids are going to eat. I'm going to go without. But their argument was,

  246. well, if the man eats, he can go out and make more money. No,

  247. no, I'm going to go out and make more money anyway. My kids are going to eat.

  248. Amen? My kids ain't thinking about that. And I believe that we're supposed to be the same way.

  249. We shouldn't be worried about, well, what's going to happen next and how I'm

  250. going to take care of this and,

  251. what's going to, you know, how these kids, how I'm going to direct these kids

  252. and how I'm going to take care of all these emails and how I'm going to be able

  253. to withstand this pain in my body or how I'm going to be able to make all these decisions.

  254. I think we're supposed to rest in him and say the Lord will provide and I will

  255. lack nothing. Now notice, lack nothing does not mean do nothing.

  256. Y'all thought I said you're going to sleep and eat some cupcakes and kick back,

  257. get some popcorn, lay up in bed all day.

  258. You know, one of the reasons you lack is you might be sleeping too much.

  259. I wasn't going to talk about that, but lack loves pleasure.

  260. You pleasing yourself so much, you're going to have a lot of lack.

  261. You can't get out the bed, you're going to have a lot of lack.

  262. I don't believe in people sleeping all day long. Say amen to that.

  263. Lack nothing does not mean do nothing.

  264. James 1.5, let me tell you what I'm saying. James 1.5, if any of you lacks wisdom,

  265. do nothing. Is that what it says? Do nothing.

  266. Do nothing. If you don't have wisdom, go to bed.

  267. Sleep all day. That's not what it says. If you lack wisdom, what?

  268. Let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach.

  269. He's going to give you more than enough wisdom, and it will be given to him.

  270. So what does ask mean? To request or to even place a demand upon.

  271. If you lack wisdom, let him ask of God.

  272. Lack nothing doesn't mean do nothing.

  273. Let me ask of God. I lack wisdom. Let me ask God for wisdom,

  274. and he's going to give me the wisdom that I need to make the decisions I need

  275. to make with clarity and discernment and accuracy. Say amen to that.

  276. If you need wisdom, ask God. If you need energy, ask God.

  277. If you need knowledge, ask God.

  278. If you need money, ask God.

  279. If you need healing, ask God.

  280. He is your shepherd and you shall not lack.

  281. Somebody say this out to me. I lack nothing.

  282. Say it like you mean it. I lack nothing. Philippians 4.19. Philippians 4.19.

  283. Y'all getting something out of this today.

  284. And my God shall supply one or two of your needs. No?

  285. Three needs.

  286. One need. And my God shall supply all your need according to how much money

  287. you got in the bank account.

  288. No. How much money your wife or husband or your mama, daddy got in the bank account.

  289. No. According to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

  290. Hallelujah. The Lord spoke to me one time. And anytime you have vision, listen to me now.

  291. Anytime you have vision to accomplish something great for the Lord,

  292. you're going to always be in a place that you require more resources.

  293. You're going to always be in that place because God is always stretching you

  294. and I and we have to tap into his unlimited resource.

  295. And so we're never going to always have in the natural. If you got vision in

  296. the natural, you're not going to always have everything that you need.

  297. And that's what stops people. We'll talk about this next week.

  298. But that's what stops people. Well, I don't have it, so I bet not do anything.

  299. Because they think lack nothing means do nothing.

  300. No, you're going to always have to press. And so we're pressing.

  301. I remember when we first started the church. And you know Friday we celebrated 15 years.

  302. Hallelujah. Come on, give the Lord praise for that.

  303. 15 years of existence.

  304. The Lord has been faithful. And when we first started, we had nothing.

  305. I know you say we lack nothing, but we had nothing.

  306. We had no speakers. We had no musicians. This beautiful team that you saw up

  307. here worshiping, they weren't here.

  308. Nothing. We had nothing. I would get up in a band room and preach without a microphone. phone.

  309. We had nothing, but we had $10,000 in the bank account.

  310. We were excited about that, and I was holding on to it because I thought we

  311. need to pad the bank account because here we are with nothing equipment-wise,

  312. but $10,000 in the bank account.

  313. I said, glory to God, we just saving and we're saving. I said,

  314. hallelujah, we're saving.

  315. And the Lord spoke to me and said, why do you have $10,000 in the bank account,

  316. but no way to record your sermons?

  317. No microphones for people to hear. And you sitting with money in the bank account,

  318. and you've got no way of getting this word out to people.

  319. And I heard the Lord say to me, don't ever be afraid to let the bank account go to zero.

  320. Now, I was afraid of that. He said,

  321. don't ever be afraid to let the bank account go to zero. You know why?

  322. Because even if the account goes to zero, the Lord is still my shepherd.

  323. Come on, somebody.

  324. He still my shepherd. This verse says, God shall supply all. All means all.

  325. All your need, according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus.

  326. We were getting our first building. Remember the last building we were in, our rental facility?

  327. And at that point, we had a little money saved, and I was excited about the little money saved.

  328. But in order to get that facility, it was going to quadruple our rent,

  329. Sterling. Quadruple it.

  330. And I thought my bank my banker not banker.

  331. What's the guy's name? They had an accountant my accountant At the time he just retired great man.

  332. My accountant at the time said don't do it Don't quadruple. Don't don't do it.

  333. I Said I'm the boss.

  334. I want to say something else. I said, I'm the boss.

  335. I said, he's like, don't do it, don't do it, don't put us, you're going to put

  336. us in a position, and it's going to be tough, don't do it. But the Lord spoke to me.

  337. He said, get in that facility.

  338. It quadrupled the rent to get in there. But you know what?

  339. My God shall supply all. Somebody say all.

  340. All. We got in that facility. And never missed one payment.

  341. Say amen to that.

  342. Because my God shall supply. You hear from him.

  343. You do what he says. Make sure you're doing what he says. And he'll supply. He'll supply.

  344. We're in this facility, praise God. This doubles what we were paying before.

  345. Double. Somebody say double.

  346. Double. My God shall supply. And we don't pay this thing off in the name of Jesus. Amen.

  347. This thing is going to be paid off now in Jesus' name. Amen.

  348. Double. But guess what? My God shall supply, Philippians 14,

  349. all your need according to what the people give in their tithe and the offering.

  350. No, no, it didn't say that right. No, according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

  351. Say this out loud. My God is the source of all my supply.

  352. His provision is always abundantly more than you can do in your own strength.

  353. Listen to me now. Whatever it is you need, it's always abundantly more than

  354. you can do in your own strength.

  355. Don't look to the government for your supply.

  356. The Rose Ranger said, no.

  357. Don't look to the government for your supply. Don't look to other people for your supply.

  358. Oh, if, you know, if just my, I'll tell this story.

  359. I was talking to a guy and his brother is wealthy, okay? His brother's wealthy.

  360. And this guy reached out to me. He said, my brother gave $10,000 to somebody else and I need $10,000.

  361. He was hurt. He was sad. I mean, why did he give it to somebody else?

  362. I need it. And I'm saying, brother, you can't look to your brother as your supply.

  363. God is the source of my supply. Say that.

  364. God is the source of my supply. Everybody say it.

  365. God is the source of my supply.

  366. You don't look to other people. I don't look to you.

  367. I look to him being the source of the supply. I know some millionaires,

  368. they didn't help us get in this building.

  369. They're not my source. They're not my source.

  370. Are you listening to me? They do whatever they want to do. God is the source of my supply.

  371. Don't look to your job for your supply.

  372. That got quiet on that one. But that's true.

  373. Don't look to your spouse for your supply. Don't look to your mom and dad.

  374. Grown folks, the kids, you can still look to mom and dad. But grown folks.

  375. Well, my daddy got me. And now it's time to cut the umbilical cord.

  376. God is my supply. As your pastor, I do not look to you for my supply.

  377. My God shall supply. Say that. My God shall supply. Say it again.

  378. My God shall supply. Say it like you mean it.

  379. My God shall supply. My God shall supply all that I need.

  380. That means what does I shall not lack mean biblically? It means you will not come up short.

  381. I know the devil's telling you, you're going to come up short.

  382. You're going to come up short. You're going to come up short.

  383. You will not be forgotten.

  384. The devil tells me that. Being transparent with you. God forgot about you.

  385. He'll tell me, oh, he forgot about you. Who else has heard that before?

  386. Yeah, I see hands going, the Lord's forgot about you.

  387. He don't remember. He don't remember you at all. He don't remember what he said,

  388. and he's not thinking about you at all.

  389. That's what the devil tells me. But my God will not forget me.

  390. What I shall not lack means you will not come up short.

  391. You will not be forgotten. And God will supply everything. Say amen to that.

  392. God doesn't promise you that you will never face a season of need.

  393. But he does promise you that you'll never live under the identity of lack.

  394. Hallelujah. He don't promise you that you'll never face a season of need,

  395. but he does promise you that you'll never live under the identity of lack.

  396. God is my source. He's my supply. He's my shepherd and he's my friend.

  397. And he'll never leave me nor forsake me. So there's three things I want you to do.

  398. All right? Are you ready to do these things?

  399. Three things I want you to do. Number one, stop letting lack become your identity.

  400. Stop identifying with it. Stop saying, I never have enough.

  401. Here's another one that I want you to stop saying. I'm so tired.

  402. That means you lack energy if you keep saying, I'm tired.

  403. I'm so tired. Man, I am tired.

  404. Wow, I'm tired. Oh, my gosh. Man, I'm tired.

  405. I'm tired.

  406. Oh, gosh, I'm tired.

  407. So tired.

  408. Super tired.

  409. And the scripture says, let the weak say I'm strong.

  410. I'm strong. I'm strong. Oh, I'm strong.

  411. I'm strong in the Lord I'm strong, I'm strong You see the difference?

  412. I'm strong You're calling for strength of the Lord,

  413. To overwhelm you Versus calling tiredness And fatigue And weakness to be your

  414. identity When you keep saying I'm tired You're identifying with being tired,

  415. That's your identity Who are you?

  416. I'm tired That's what you're saying no your identity should be I'm strong who

  417. are you I'm strong I'm strong how you feeling strong.

  418. Amen. Strong. Say strong.

  419. So number one, stop letting lack become your identity and you got to watch your words.

  420. Amen. Thank you back there, sister. Amen. Number two, replace fear with thanksgiving.

  421. That's what I want you to do. So there's a fear of running out.

  422. Switch it to being thankful.

  423. I'm thankful. Oh, it don't look like that's going to get paid.

  424. There's a bill coming up due or don't look like I have the wisdom to know what

  425. to do or I'm overwhelmed, I'm depleted.

  426. No, I'm thankful. Thank God I am where I am. I prayed about being right here

  427. and I'm here. Thank God I'm here.

  428. Father, I just thank you for always taking care of me. I remember that time

  429. you came through for me and you've been so good and gracious. Thank you.

  430. Even when I mess up and miss the mark and make the mistake, I just thank you

  431. for being so faithful to me.

  432. Replace worry and fear with thanksgiving. So what's number one?

  433. Stop letting lack become your identity. What's number two?

  434. Yeah. Replace fear with thanksgiving. And number three, become a giver.

  435. Become a giver. What does that mean?

  436. Even in your need, be a giver. You need encouragement, be an encouragement to someone else.

  437. You need wisdom, show someone else some wisdom. You need a friend, be friendly.

  438. You need money, watch this. You need money, give money.

  439. The second year of our church, I'll never forget the second year of our church.

  440. Year one, we was on a honeymoon.

  441. I mean, people were happy and excited and things were going super well financially.

  442. And look what the Lord's doing. Year two, people just forgot about us. I'm joking.

  443. The finances went down. People didn't forget about us. Finances went down.

  444. We were in a season of need.

  445. Finances were down. I remember talking to my accountant. He said,

  446. Pastor Devon, if you know him, Pastor Devon.

  447. The money is down. You only got about $200 in the account. It's down.

  448. And I said to him, we need to give that away.

  449. He said, no, no, no. You didn't hear what I said, Pastor Devon.

  450. I said, the account is down. I said, give the $200 away. I'm going to give it away today.

  451. But the account is down.

  452. Pastor Devon. He had glasses to be put up. Pastor Devon, the account,

  453. you're not listening to me.

  454. No, we're going to give it away. I heard you. We don't give it away because we lack money.

  455. And in order to get more money, we got to give money.

  456. I'm not just talking to you. I live by this. We gave it away.

  457. The year three was amazing. He came back to me in our one meeting a year later.

  458. He said, I've never seen anyone do what you did. I said, what are you talking about?

  459. He said, do you remember when I came to you last year and the account was down

  460. and you said, we're going to give that money away? I said, yeah.

  461. He said, look at the numbers now. I said, praise God.

  462. He said, I work with churches and not one time I've ever heard a pastor say

  463. they're going to give the remaining amount away.

  464. Why? Because I knew I knew that God's my source. It's not about me,

  465. but it's about knowing who your source is.

  466. And I knew that if I become a giver, I will never lack.

  467. So we just gave it away. Praise God. And we haven't lacked since.

  468. Hallelujah. Why? The Lord is my shepherd.

  469. And I shall not want. Stop letting lack become your identity.

  470. Replace worry and fear with thanksgiving and become a giver.

  471. In moments of lack, look for ways to be a giver because whatsoever man soweth,

  472. that, that, that, what he sows, that is what he shall reap.

  473. You need wisdom, Start giving some good wisdom to other people.

  474. You need some encouragement, be an encouragement to someone else.

  475. And if you're like me, I know you may have walked in here or you tuned in today.

  476. Online carrying a heavy burden.

  477. You've been carrying some things. I've been carrying some things.

  478. And the Lord began to talk to me. This is from my vault.

  479. This is the vault. This message is from my vault. This is what I preach to myself.

  480. And I've been carrying some things I shouldn't be carrying. And I believe you

  481. have too, if you're honest with yourself.

  482. You came in here today and you tuned in today and you've been carrying some

  483. things. I want you to stand to your feet and I want you to make this declaration with me.

  484. Say it like you mean it. The Lord is my shepherd. He knows what I need.

  485. He is leading me. He is providing for me. I refuse to live in fear.

  486. I refuse to live like I'm forgotten.

  487. My God will supply all my need. I shall not lack.

  488. Now lift your hands, Father, in the name of Jesus. I pray over your people today.

  489. And I thank you that these are your people.

  490. You have taken ownership of them. You have rescued, delivered, and saved them.

  491. In their hearts and on their minds. And by the anointing bestowed upon me,

  492. I break the back of the spirit of lack in the name of Jesus.

  493. Spirit of lack, you leave these people. Heavy burdens, you go.

  494. The anointing will remove the burden and destroy the yoke.

  495. In the name of Jesus, Lack your back is broken today.

  496. And the people realize that their father is their shepherd. People come to an understanding.

  497. I'll carry it for you, and I'll make sure you'll never run out.

  498. I'll make sure you're fully provided for. I will increase you more and more, you and your children.

  499. Through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,

  500. for you are with me. The Lord says, I'm with you.

  501. Step out. Do what I've called you to do. Give what I've called you to give.
