  1. All right, you guys, so we are talking about faithfulness today.

  2. Faithfulness.

  3. And in my preparation for this and looking through scripture on

  4. what it talks about, faithfulness, what I'm going to try

  5. to do today is to show you guys what the Bible is actually says

  6. about faithfulness.

  7. Not what Webster's dictionary has to say, not what your parents

  8. taught you about faithfulness or your last church or whoever taught

  9. you, but what the Bible actually says.

  10. Because I promise you, it's different.

  11. It's different.

  12. It's not the same thing of what you were taught.

  13. And I believe today there's gonna be revelation that takes place

  14. as we go through this word because it is alive and active and

  15. sharper than any two edged sword.

  16. All right, you guys, you ready to jump into this?

  17. I'm like out of breath.

  18. I half lost my voice from the first sermon and I'm out of breath.

  19. I'm like, whoo.

  20. It's a good workout being in this church.

  21. Come on now.

  22. So faithfulness has more to do with, with your calling, your purpose

  23. and your gifts than what you think.

  24. It's not just about coming on time to church.

  25. It's not just about being dedicated.

  26. It's not just about being consistent.

  27. Those things are what Christians do anyways.

  28. And if you don't do those things, check your heart.

  29. Come on now, I'm starting you guys.

  30. I told you, you got to preach with me today.

  31. Even when it hurts, even when we're like, oh shoot, he's talking

  32. to me.

  33. But faithfulness has so much to do to what God has actually called

  34. you to do on this earth, in this season, in this time, and the

  35. giftings that he has given you.

  36. Because every single one of you has a purpose.

  37. Every single one of you has a calling.

  38. Do you believe that?

  39. Let me tell you in Scripture.

  40. Psalm 139, 16.

  41. Psalm 139:16.

    Psalms 139:16

  42. It says, you, eyes saw me when I was formless, which means I wasn't

  43. made yet.

  44. I wasn't even a twinkle in my mother's eye.

  45. Way before you were born, it says, you saw me.

  46. And all of my days were written in your book and planned

  47. before a single one of them began.

  48. It means way before you were born, even when the Lord hovered

  49. over the earth and it was just him and it was void and dark, he

  50. had your face in his mind and he said, I'm going to call them,

  51. I'm going to choose them, I'm going to give them purpose, and I'm

  52. going to give them gifting.

  53. Every single one of them and so when we start to look at, wow,

  54. Lord, you actually called me.

  55. I have a purpose on this earth that's more than just working 40

  56. hours or 45 hours a week and coming home and eating dinner and

  57. watching Netflix and going to bed and starting all over again the

  58. next day.

  59. I have more calling and purpose than that.

  60. Yes.

  61. Yes, you do.

  62. And what I love about our purpose is that the only way you

  63. can operate in it is in the supernatural.

  64. There is no possible way to live your purpose in the natural.

  65. The moment you begin to use it, in the abilities he's given you,

  66. the giftings.

  67. He's giving you your purpose, all those things in the natural.

  68. Guess what?

  69. You're about six months away from burnout.

  70. I'm telling you, I have met so many people, and it's like, pastor

  71. Josh, I'm exhausted.

  72. I'm so tired.

  73. I can't do this anymore.

  74. I'm like, where does your strength come from?

  75. Because what he calls us to do is lift our eyes up and say, my strength

  76. comes from you, Lord Jesus, not from anything I have inside of

  77. me, because I'm just a broken vessel.

  78. You guys believe that?

  79. And so if he's called us, he's chosen us.

  80. Our face is in his mind.

  81. Let's go to first Peter four.

  82. First Peter four, 10.

  83. We're gonna do 10 and 11.

  84. First Peter four, 10.

  85. I hope you're taking notes on this, please, in a book on your phone,

  86. however you can do it, please.

  87. First Peter 4, 10.

  88. It says this.

  89. As each has received a gift.

  90. Use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace.

  91. Let me read this over again, because you could read this and be

  92. like, that's a great verse.

  93. It's like, wait a minute.

  94. It says, as each.

  95. Everyone say, each has received a gift.

  96. Everyone say gift.

  97. What this is saying is, you know who the each is?

  98. You.

  99. The church.

  100. As each one has been given a gift.

  101. If you are sitting in this room and you call yourself a child

  102. of God, and He is your heavenly Father, and you've submitted

  103. your life to him, guess what he has given you.

  104. Gifts.

  105. Plural.

  106. Every single one.

  107. It doesn't say, as each of you possibly have received something,

  108. or if he has willed it, maybe I pray that he's given you a gift.

  109. No, it says, as each one has received.

  110. Received a gift.

  111. Hundred percent of the church gets a gift.

  112. No one's left out.

  113. It doesn't matter where you're from, what color you are, what language

  114. you speak.

  115. If you're a child of God, he has given you gifts.

  116. And how do you use those gifts?

  117. It says, use it to serve one another.

  118. Who's one another?

  119. You.

  120. One another is the church.

  121. So he has given each member of his bride a gift to serve one another

  122. as good stewards of God's varied grace.

  123. So he's given you a gift, and now he is asking you to steward the

  124. that gift.

  125. What I love about that word, when you break it down into the Greek,

  126. the way that you would say it in Greek is charisma.

  127. Everyone try that.

  128. Try to.

  129. It's like you're getting.

  130. There's phlegm in your throat.

  131. Charisma.

  132. Charisma.

  133. It's an H.

  134. The way that you say it in English is charisma.

  135. Charisma.

  136. How do you break that word down?

  137. Charis.

  138. And then an ma.

  139. What does charis mean?

  140. Grace.

  141. Grace gift.

  142. You don't earn it.

  143. It's not like, hey, I've been saved for 20 years.

  144. Where's my gift?

  145. I've been, hey, Lord, I've been doing this for a while.

  146. What's the deal?

  147. He says, no, you're my child.

  148. And even in your brokenness, even in your sin, even wherever you

  149. are broken, down in the ditch, if you are my child, the Lord says,

  150. I have given you a grace gift.

  151. Charisma.

  152. Charisma.

  153. Even that word, how Webster says it is, you're excited.

  154. You have energy.

  155. No, it means that you understand that God has given you

  156. a gift and you are now going to properly steward it.

  157. And you go from charisma to charismatic.

  158. And so when people are like, is V1 Church a charismatic church?

  159. I'm like, for the last 2,000 years, the church has been a charismatic

  160. church.

  161. I don't know any other way to be.

  162. To understand the gifting and operate in it is to be charismatic.

  163. It doesn't mean to be flamboyant.

  164. It doesn't mean to have a lot of energy.

  165. It means that the Lord has given you a grace gift that, that

  166. you can access, but you are called to steward.

  167. It is a calling to steward the grace gift in your life.

  168. And I love this because it says, whoever speaks.

  169. This is in verse 11.

  170. Whoever speaks as one who speaks oracles of God, whoever serves

  171. as one who serves by the strength that God supplies, not what

  172. you supply, not by you doing a whole bunch of stuff, not by you

  173. just conjuring something up in yourself.

  174. It says, no, it's the strength that God supplies in.

  175. And this is why, in order that everything, God may get the glory

  176. through Jesus Christ.

  177. So when we access his strength and not ours.

  178. Who gets the glory?

  179. Jesus.

  180. The moment you operate in your strength, you get the glory.

  181. And you also get burnt out and fall into sin.

  182. And I see people who live in cycles of sin over and over and over

  183. and 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, it's like, I've been addicted

  184. to this.

  185. I get free, I get addicted, I get free, I get addicted, I get free.

  186. And I'm like, well, what is going on?

  187. It's because you're trying to access your own strength.

  188. The Lord says, it's not on you.

  189. It's on me and the work that he's already done.

  190. And so I believe there's freedom for some of you guys in this

  191. room who've been dealing with something for years and years and

  192. years.

  193. And you're like, I just keep falling back into it.

  194. Get out of your own strength and access his strength through the

  195. power of Jesus Christ in the working of the Holy Spirit.

  196. All right, let me keep moving.

  197. That's a whole sermon, right?

  198. Just in that little section there.

  199. Whoo.

  200. And so I love when it says, serve one another as good stewards,

  201. because what that's sharing with us is our giftings are truly

  202. for one another.

  203. They are for each one of us to operate in, but then to then pray

  204. for, intercede for, and think about other people.

  205. Truly stewarding the gift of God in your life roots out selfishness.

  206. Because what I see a lot in church.

  207. Can I just speak freely?

  208. Is.

  209. Is a bunch of selfish people who are like, my gifting my thing.

  210. What about me?

  211. And it's like, what if our mindset can be, hey, I've been praying

  212. for you all week, and I heard from the Lord about your family,

  213. and I'm here as a prophet to speak over your life.

  214. What if all of us.

  215. And that's not just for me to do, that's for all of us to do that.

  216. Imagine a church where you come in and 500 people.

  217. I've been praying for you.

  218. I'm here for you.

  219. And it's not, oh, someone needs to disciple me.

  220. It's who am I discipling?

  221. Whose calling and purpose am I calling out?

  222. Because the moment you start to think about other people, you

  223. begin to live your purpose.

  224. And so when you don't make it about you, guess what?

  225. God.

  226. God makes it about you.

  227. This is counterintuitive to how the world operates, because the

  228. world tells you, hey, you gotta take care of you.

  229. You gotta love you.

  230. You gotta love yourself more.

  231. No, we gotta love Jesus more.

  232. Church.

  233. He never called us to Love ourselves.

  234. He calls us to love one another and to love him.

  235. And it's actually the love of self that will get you into the root

  236. of all other types of evils.

  237. So all these psychiatrists are telling a bunch of kids to love themselves

  238. more?

  239. No, love Jesus more.

  240. Suicide is at its highest it's ever been in the history of mankind.

  241. Why?

  242. Because people are telling their kids to love themselves more.

  243. This is the Bible, you guys.

  244. It's Lord Jesus, I want to love you more.

  245. And the difference is, is when you love him more, he begins to tell

  246. you how much you're worth.

  247. There's a massive difference between you loving yourself and you

  248. understanding how much you're worth, because you're worth dying

  249. for.

  250. You're worth everything.

  251. And if you were the only one on this earth, Jesus still would

  252. have died for you.

  253. So you are worth everything.

  254. But you're not meant to love yourself.

  255. Please, if your therapist is telling you to love yourself more,

  256. leave them.

  257. Because what it does is it will.

  258. It literally plants seeds of selfishness.

  259. It's about me.

  260. And it's even.

  261. You can get selfish even about your own calling.

  262. Like, people spend all their time, what's my calling?

  263. What's my purpose?

  264. What's the biggest question I get more than any other?

  265. And what?

  266. My DMs and Instagram, you open up and there's 99 plus.

  267. And I'm like, oh, my goodness, who are these people?

  268. And it's literally messages after, like, pages and pages and

  269. pages.

  270. Pastor Prophet Josh, who they'll call me, all different things.

  271. Can you just please be praying for me?

  272. I need to know what my purpose is.

  273. You know what your purpose is?

  274. To find other people's purposes and call it out of them.

  275. I'm telling you guys, there's something.

  276. It's like, what the Lord needs to do in this time and season is

  277. a root out the selfishness in his bride and say, I am committed

  278. to you.

  279. And guess what?

  280. When I commit to you, you commit to me.

  281. And then I come to church and you're like, pastor Josh, I've been

  282. praying for you all week, and I got a word for.

  283. For you.

  284. Are you receiving this?

  285. So how do we actually steward the gifts?

  286. So we're called.

  287. We're chosen.

  288. We're given gifts.

  289. We're called to steward those gifts.

  290. But how do we actually do it?

  291. Because remember, this sermon is about faithfulness.

  292. I'm helping define what faithfulness actually is.

  293. So how do we steward them?

  294. Let's go to First Corinthians 4.

  295. First Corinthians 4, right?

  296. In verse one, we're just gonna read one and two.

  297. First Corinthians 4:1, verse two, it says this.

    1 Corinthians 4:1

  298. This is how one should regard us, the church, as servants of Christ

  299. and stewards of the mysteries of God.

  300. Now, if it just ended there, it'd be like, man, what a great verse.

  301. We're called the steward.

  302. We're called servants of Christ.

  303. But there's something that he says here.

  304. This is Apostle Paul speaking to us.

  305. Now, the Church.

  306. In verse two, it says, moreover, it is required.

  307. Everyone say, required of stewards that they be found faithful.

  308. It is a requirement.

  309. This isn't Paul saying, hey, I just pray that you steward that gift.

  310. I hope that you do it.

  311. If you're able to get to it, if you have time, try to steward

  312. that gift.

  313. There's few times in the New Testament where it actually says

  314. requirement or required.

  315. So if you're a Christian, there's something required of you.

  316. It's like, hey, this isn't like, hey, I hope you guys do this.

  317. This is, hey, the Lord is actually saying, it is required of

  318. stewards that they be found faithful.

  319. This is a heavy passage because, like, wait a minute, I thought

  320. we weren't in the law anymore.

  321. This is a covenant of grace.

  322. Of course it's a covenant of grace.

  323. But.

  324. But what this passage is saying is that for you to truly live

  325. how God intended you to live in your purpose, in your calling

  326. as stewards, you must understand what it actually means

  327. to be found faithful.

  328. So what is faithfulness?

  329. You guys ready to hear?

  330. We're going to go to Matthew 25, Matthew 25, verse 14.

    Matthew 25:14

  331. We're going to start in 14 and just read a little bit Matthew 25:14.

    Matthew 25:14

  332. I'm trying to go as fast as I can.

  333. I know we got a bunch of brunches and it's Father's Day and.

  334. Yeah, but, man, I'm telling you guys, if you could get this inside

  335. of you, I promise you, your whole life will change.

  336. Your entire life will change.

  337. Matthew 25:14.

    Matthew 25:14

  338. It says this, for it is just like a man about to go on a journey.

  339. This is Jesus talking, okay?

  340. This is red letter text.

  341. Jesus write to us.

  342. Matthew's writing it down, transcribing it, and now, 2,000 years

  343. later, we could read it.

  344. And this thing is alive, okay?

  345. It says he called his own servants and entrusted his possessions

  346. to them.

  347. To one.

  348. He gave five talents, to another two, and to another one,

  349. depending on each one's ability.

  350. Then he went on a journey immediately.

  351. The man who had received Five talents.

  352. I just read that.

  353. That just jumped out of me.

  354. It says, immediately.

  355. Immediately.

  356. He's given a gift immediately.

  357. Not 10 years later, not 15 years later, not when you get time

  358. to it, not when it works for you and your schedule.

  359. And when it goes around your Netflix and your sports for your

  360. kids, it says, immediately.

  361. The man who had received five talents put them together to work

  362. and earned five more.

  363. In the same way, the man with two earned two more.

  364. But the man who had received one talent went off, dug a hole in

  365. the ground, and hid his master's money.

  366. You see how it says his masters, the gifts that he has given

  367. you are his gifts for you.

  368. They're not your gifts, they're his gifts.

  369. This is why he's calling us to steward it, his master's money.

  370. In verse 19, it says, After a long time, the master of those servants

  371. came and settled accounts with them.

  372. The man who had received five talents approached, presented five

  373. more.

  374. So he has five and he gets 10 and said, Master, you gave me five

  375. talents.

  376. See, I've earned five more.

  377. Verse 21, it says his master said to him, well done, good and

  378. faithful servant, you were faithful.

  379. He says it twice, good and faithful servant, you were faithful.

  380. He's emphasizing something here.

  381. There's an emphasis on faithful.

  382. He says, you were faithful over a few things.

  383. I will put you in charge of many things.

  384. Share your master's joy.

  385. How does the master Jesus.

  386. This is Jesus here.

  387. He's not only speaking to his disciples and people, but the master

  388. in this is Jesus.

  389. How does he define faithfulness in this story?

  390. In what I believe is at the very heart of faithfulness, multiplication.

  391. The way that the Bible defines faithfulness is you are given a gift.

  392. And the Lord sees how much you can actually multiply that gift.

  393. You know how you multiply a gift?

  394. You use it.

  395. Do you know how you multiply something?

  396. You impart it.

  397. Like, how do you multiply something?

  398. And the danger that we're in in the church culture and the society

  399. that we live in is if you multiplied most Christians, there

  400. wouldn't be more gospel preaching.

  401. There would be more guile.

  402. There would be more people talking bad about one another.

  403. And so my question to you is, if we multiplied you by a hundred

  404. and sent you into Chicago, would Chicago hear about Jesus more?

  405. Or would they hear more gossip?

  406. I'm telling you, guys like this.

  407. This is what at the root of this thing is, Lord, if I'm gonna

  408. steward the gift that you have for me, I.

  409. I cannot keep it for myself.

  410. It is to serve one Another, because I'm a proper steward.

  411. And all of us, he's calling you today and he's asking you, have

  412. you stewarded the gifts that he has given you?

  413. Let that sink in.

  414. Because every single one of you has a gift and is called, has

  415. purpose.

  416. And the Lord wants to use you in his church to multiply the thing

  417. that's in you.

  418. And so your team is not your team like, in the church.

  419. It's not like, oh, this is the.

  420. I'm the.

  421. I'm the leader of the ushers.

  422. This thing.

  423. I'm the prayer lead.

  424. This is my team.

  425. No, that's Jesus's team.

  426. The.

  427. That's not even the pastor's team.

  428. That's Jesus's team.

  429. And sometimes we're trying to take ownership of something that

  430. was never meant to be ours in the first place, and we find our

  431. identity.

  432. Come on, now.

  433. We end up finding our identity in being a prayer team leader and

  434. not an actual minister of the gospel outside of these walls.

  435. Because the stewards of gifting.

  436. Come on, let me preach to you guys for a minute.

  437. I'm telling you, I'm not talking about serving in the church.

  438. Serving in the church is a basic thing that all Christians should

  439. be doing anyways.

  440. It's not like, oh, man, I gotta try to get myself up to just

  441. try to serve in the church.

  442. No, serving the church is literally like the.

  443. It's the baseline.

  444. It's literally an overflow of how you've been living all week.

  445. Because if you were stewarding the gift in yourself and stirring

  446. up the gift that God gave you, you would be preaching the gospel

  447. to everyone you see.

  448. You would be the hands and feet of Jesus to the least of these.

  449. You would be giving food and shelter and money and resources and

  450. your whole life to people.

  451. And on Sunday, you would come in in strength and boldness.

  452. And you know how the church actually comes in most of the time

  453. is on their hands and knees.

  454. Like, I finally made it to Sunday.

  455. I need these people.

  456. I finally made it here.

  457. I got no breath left in my lungs.

  458. Do you know how we're supposed to come in here?

  459. We're supposed to come in here literally, like, I'm straight up

  460. Elijah fire, where it's like, we come in with a chariot, and people

  461. are like, oh, my goodness.

  462. They didn't even take a car.

  463. They took a chariot from heaven up in here.

  464. And you come with boldness and you're like, I'm here to see the

  465. purposes of God in each and every one of you.

  466. I'm here to see the calling of God and the giftings ripped out of

  467. your chest and I'll show it to your face.

  468. Imagine if every single one of you lived like that.

  469. And what the church expects is only the pastors to do that.

  470. Listen, I will do that.

  471. I always have and I always will.

  472. One of my main purposes is literally to see the purpose of God

  473. called out of you.

  474. And I will show it to your face and I will tell you, and I'll

  475. send you texts, text messages and videos and I'll call you out

  476. on Sunday and every other day.

  477. But here's the thing.

  478. It's not just the pastor's duty.

  479. You all are saints and ministers of the gospel, every single

  480. one of you.

  481. So a lot of times people like, I need to go, I need to hear from

  482. the pastor.

  483. I'll only talk to the pastor.

  484. You know, many times I've heard that I'll only talk.

  485. No, no, no, I won't tell you.

  486. I gotta talk to the higher up.

  487. Guess what?

  488. You're all higher up.

  489. Like if we actually understood who we are in Christ, that we are

  490. seated right next to him in the heavenly places, above principalities,

  491. above the powers.

  492. And we look down on them and say, demon, get out of Northwest

  493. Indiana.

  494. I don't look up to you.

  495. I look down on you and I say, get out.

  496. Out.

  497. You are a saint.

  498. You are a priest.

  499. You don't need a title, a position, you don't need to be ordained.

  500. I'm here to commission every single one of you to operate in your

  501. God given callings.

  502. Man, you guys, thanks for preaching this with me.

  503. I feel the presence of God is in this room.

  504. I believe that as I've been speaking, he's stirring something

  505. inside of you.

  506. I'm telling you, it's like a big pot right now.

  507. And he's like, oh, come on, come on, daughter.

  508. And I'm here and I got a heavenly shovel.

  509. Because some of you guys have your talents buried so deep in the

  510. ground.

  511. Come on, let me preach at you real quick.

  512. Some of you guys have your talents so deep in the ground that

  513. you haven't seen them in 15 years.

  514. And I come here with a shovel and a pickaxe and I will shovel deep

  515. down and call those things back up and say, maybe you left it,

  516. but this is the season.

  517. You will see it, operate in it, and know that you are called.

  518. This is what prophets do.

  519. By the way, prophets have shovels.

  520. We're treasure seekers.

  521. I'm a treasure hunter.

  522. Literally, I look at every single one of you and I see the purpose

  523. of God in you, and I see how he wants to use you.

  524. And I see the per.

  525. And it's like, what prophets do is we go ahead and we're like,

  526. hey, I've seen it already.

  527. I've seen what the Lord wants to do in you.

  528. If you could just see it yourself.

  529. But sometimes you, because of how crazy your life is and how nuts

  530. your circumstances are and how many bills you have and how your

  531. kids are and all these things that I'm like, listen, the Lord has

  532. called you.

  533. He's called you.

  534. And even in our sin and brokenness and craziness and hectic

  535. lives and all of those things, he uses us as ministers of the Gospel.

  536. All right?

  537. So he says, well done, good and faithful servant.

  538. You were faithful.

  539. You multiplied what you had.

  540. Let me just say one other thing.

  541. I'm sorry that what was multiplied to you in your previous

  542. generations was not love, joy, peace and patience and godliness.

  543. It was sin and suffering and abuse and hurt.

  544. I'm sorry because some of you guys lineage, what was handed down

  545. to you was actually sin.

  546. But when the chain breaker is in the room, I'm telling.

  547. When the chain breaker is in the room, you say, listen, it may

  548. have gone down this line, but when it got to me, Lord Jesus, for

  549. me and my house, I will serve the Lord.

  550. For me and my house, I will serve the Lord.

  551. And so many times we look at how our dads were, how our great

  552. grandparents were, and it's like, listen, I'm telling you, you

  553. are called, you are chosen, you are different than them, and

  554. you break every single line.

  555. Say no.

  556. For me and my house.

  557. For me in my house.

  558. Come on.

  559. The Holy Spirit's moving you guys.

  560. You feel him moving?

  561. My prayer was that I would stir it up enough in this room that

  562. every single one of you, you would get off your butts and start

  563. to say, lord Jesus, not any longer.

  564. Not anymore.

  565. I will serve the Lord.

  566. I will minister to the saints.

  567. I will operate in my calling and my gifting.

  568. And what he's called me to do, I will fulfill.

  569. Come on.

  570. He's called you.

  571. He's called you.

  572. He's called you.

  573. I see it.

  574. I'm looking at a room of a bunch of cho.

  575. This is the ecclesia.

  576. I'm looking at the called out ones, the chosen ones before the

  577. foundations of the earth.

  578. He said, I will use you in your generation for your family.

  579. Can I just preach for another.

  580. Just couple minutes?

  581. So the five makes 10, the two makes four.

  582. He says the same thing.

  583. To the guy who did two, he says, well done, good and faithful

  584. servant.

  585. You were found faithful.

  586. But then he gets to the one.

  587. And this is actually some of you guys in this room right now.

  588. And I'm just.

  589. I have to call it out.

  590. What he does is he receives that talent immediately.

  591. It says, he goes and he buries it.

  592. He doesn't lose it.

  593. He keeps it for himself.

  594. And so when the master comes back, he says, master, but I have

  595. the one you gave me.

  596. And what does the master say?

  597. He says, if you knew me, if you knew me, the only way to actually

  598. operate in your purpose, in your calling, in your giftings.

  599. If is is you have to know.

  600. Know the heart of God.

  601. You have to know the heart of your heavenly Father, that he has

  602. good plan for you, that he does have a destiny for you.

  603. Because the enemy will lie to you every day of your life and say,

  604. oh, no, that's not a good father.

  605. You've lost so much already in your life.

  606. You got to try to hoard what you still have.

  607. And what the Lord says, no, give out your gifts to others.

  608. Give out your gifts to others and more will be given to you.

  609. I know I just flew through that passage.

  610. But when you look at why he didn't multiply it, why did he not

  611. multiply?

  612. Was 100% because of fear.

  613. 100% because of fear.

  614. Fear stopped him in his tracks.

  615. And this is how the enemy will still use fear to this day.

  616. It's like you don't really know God.

  617. You don't really.

  618. Oh, no, you're confused.

  619. That's not your real purpose.

  620. You think you could do that?

  621. Let the pastors do that?

  622. They're better at talking than you.

  623. That's what the enemy will tell.

  624. I'm here to tell you because some of you guys are Moses right

  625. now on the mountain.

  626. You're like, lord, I don't.

  627. I can't speak.

  628. I don't even know what to do.

  629. And the Lord said, just go.

  630. Because I am who I am.

  631. And if you have, I am with you.

  632. You can do anything and everything that he's called you to.

  633. And Moses goes.

  634. He not only sees his staff coming to a snake, he sees nine other

  635. miracles happen.

  636. He parts the sea.

  637. He sees God come down on Mount Sinai.

  638. He sees literally just by Moses saying, lord, I'm willing,

  639. Lord, I'll be faithful.

  640. This is what faithfulness is, church, for you to say, the Lord

  641. call me, and I will multiply what he has given me in front of

  642. everybody, and I will pour out and I Will give, give out.

  643. And like a drink offering to the church, I will pour myself out

  644. for it.

  645. You guys receive that because this is.

  646. I'm telling you guys, if we could.

  647. If we could lock into this.

  648. And 100% of you, not just on Sunday morning, but every day of

  649. your life, you're texting, calling each other.

  650. I got.

  651. The Lord has placed plans for you.

  652. Come over to my house.

  653. I want to lay hands on you.

  654. I'm going to pray for you.

  655. We're going to see the gifting and the calling, the charisma that

  656. he's given you, the grace, gifting come alive in you.

  657. And I don't care how long it takes to shovel it out of the ground.

  658. I am committed to shovel and shovel and shovel until that thing

  659. comes alive inside of you.

  660. That's what the church exists to do.

  661. It's like, what.

  662. We're all here.

  663. We said yes.

  664. If you're.

  665. You could be a million other places right now.

  666. You could be sitting in your garage.

  667. You could be in your basement right now watching something that

  668. you shouldn't.

  669. But you said, no, I'm gonna come here and I'm gonna.

  670. And it's like, there's something about you guys hunger in

  671. this room.

  672. And I'm saying it just for this service.

  673. There's something about the hunger in this room.

  674. The Lord's like, I see you.

  675. I see you.

  676. And I.

  677. And I literally smell a sweet incense going to heaven.

  678. And we are turning the head of God right now to look down on his

  679. people.

  680. And he's saying, I see you.

  681. I see your sacrifice.

  682. I see your gift.

  683. And it is pleasing and it is holy to the almighty God.

  684. God.

  685. And he has a gift for you today.

  686. I believe there's many of you today that are like, I have no clue

  687. what my calling is.

  688. I don't know what the Lord put me on this earth to do.

  689. I don't know exact.

  690. You've come to the right place.

  691. You're in the right building right now.

  692. If you're like, man, I've been alive for 40 years.

  693. 50 years, 70 years, 80 years.

  694. I don't care how old you are.

  695. The enemy will still tell you that you don't have a purpose.

  696. You don't have a calling.

  697. You don't have a destiny.

  698. I'm here to shut the devil's mouth today and say, not in my house,

  699. not in this church, man.

  700. Y' all.

  701. You guys are preaching with.

  702. I feel.

  703. It's like I feel a withdrawal right now.

  704. It's like there's a hunger in this room.

  705. And it's not a withdrawal from me.

  706. It's a withdrawal from the spirit.

  707. You're like, lord, give me more.

  708. Give me more.

  709. Give me more.

  710. I want that gift, Lord, because it's gifts, plural.

  711. People are like, what's your gift?

  712. I'm like, every one of them.

  713. I want to use whatever you got for me, Lord.

  714. I want them all.

  715. And I'm gonna knock on that door until I have them all.

  716. Because the Bible says, earnestly seek and ask and knock

  717. at the door.

  718. And he will answer for those who ask, you just have to ask.

  719. Alright, I got done with like 50% of this sermon, but let me.

  720. Can we just minister for a minute, ma' am?

  721. I feel the presence of God in this room.

  722. I feel his presence in this room.

  723. I feel he's urging you.

  724. It's like.

  725. I feel like a holy agitation.

  726. There's like an agitation.

  727. He's agitating you right now.

  728. He's like, come on, you buried that talent.

  729. You buried it.

  730. It's time to dig it up.

  731. And your parents told you you couldn't do it.

  732. Your boss told you you couldn't do it.

  733. I'm here as a man of God and as a pastor and a prophet that the

  734. Lord has called you to use your gifting that he has given you.

  735. And I come with the authority that he has given me through Jesus

  736. Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit to call it out.

  737. In previous seasons, you had demons cast out of you.

  738. In this season, you're getting your calling ripped out of your chest

  739. and shown to your face.

  740. Come on.

  741. This is a different season for you.

  742. This is a different season for you.

  743. This isn't last year.

  744. This isn't five years ago.

  745. This isn't 10 years ago.

  746. The Lord says, today I will pour my spirit out on my people.

  747. Today I will pour out my spirit.

  748. All right, can you guys get to your feet?

  749. Can you guys stand up for me all around this in eight, in a two

  750. as well.

  751. I feel such an urgency.

  752. I feel an urgency from the spirit.

  753. Come on, let him speak to you.

  754. Let the.

  755. Let the Holy Spirit speak to you in this moment.

  756. Let him speak to you.

  757. This is what we asked for.

  758. This is what we cried out for.

  759. Not to hear my voice, but to hear his voice.

  760. Come on.

  761. What?

  762. What some of you guys.

  763. The Lord spoke to you in previous seasons of your life how

  764. he was going to use you, how he was going to work through you.

  765. And because of different situations in your life.

  766. I saw trauma, I saw hurt, I saw abuse, I saw neglect.

  767. I saw sin.

  768. I saw all these different things that kind of came for some

  769. of you guys.

  770. Maybe not all of those things.

  771. Maybe it's one of those things, and you left that thing on

  772. the ground.

  773. And the Lord says, it's time to pick it back up.

  774. It's time to pick it up.

  775. Some of you guys, I'm telling you, are gonna get activated in the

  776. spirit, and your life is never gonna be the same after today.

  777. In 20 years from now, you're gonna say on this date, on Father's

  778. Day, the Lord did something in me and through me, and he spoke to

  779. me and he awoken something in me.

  780. We got to stir up the gifts.

  781. Like Paul says to Timothy.

  782. He says, stir up the gift.

  783. So that means it's either dormant or it's alive, but it's not

  784. gone.

  785. Your gift may be dormant right now, and the Lord is.

  786. He's stirring something up.

  787. He's stirring something up.

  788. So, Lord Jesus, Lord, we pray to you.

  789. We cry out to you, Lord.

  790. Every gift that we've dropped, every talent that we've buried, Lord,

  791. you are requiring of us to be stewards, Lord.

  792. We don't want to be cast out like the one who buried it.

  793. Lo.

  794. We want more.

  795. We want more, Jesus.

  796. We want more.

  797. Could you guys just close your eyes for just a minute?

  798. Just everyone in the room, close your eyes.

  799. If that's you.

  800. If you're just.

  801. I'm not gonna have you come forward or anything, but if that's

  802. you, and you're like, I don't know what my true calling is, or

  803. I've buried my.

  804. My calling.

  805. I've buried my gifting, and I have to re.

  806. Dig this up.

  807. Or you're like, Lord Jesus, what am I actually called to do?

  808. I want you to just raise your hand in this room.

  809. Come on.

  810. There's hands everywhere.

  811. Come on.

  812. This is a sign to the Lord.

  813. This is you saying, lord, I lift my hand up to the.

  814. To the heavens.

  815. I lift my hand up to you, Lord.

  816. It's been buried for too long.

  817. It's been buried for far too long, Jesus.

  818. So, Lord Jesus, I pray for every single person in this room,

  819. Lord.

  820. We cry out with our hands raised, Lord.

  821. We say, jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

  822. It's only by your power.

  823. It's only by your might, Lord, sorry that we have not stewarded

  824. the gifts that you have given us, Lord.

  825. Sorry, Lord, that we have buried some of the things that you've

  826. called us to come to light.

  827. But, Father, today I bring that thing back out to life.

  828. I bring it into the Light and say, lord Jesus, activate me in my

  829. calling.

  830. Activate me and my giftings.

  831. Lord Jesus, I am a minister of the gospel.

  832. I am a saint who is called and chosen.

  833. Lord Jesus, we are chosen by you.

  834. So, Father, I pray that you would activate every single gift

  835. in the name of Jesus.

  836. Lord, activate every single gift in the name of Jesus.

  837. All right, you could lower your.

  838. Your hands.

  839. The last thing we're gonna sing for just a minute.

  840. When we're singing mountain be raised or valley be raised, up mountain

  841. be lowered, I believe that there's some things in front of you

  842. guys that seems absolutely impossible.

  843. Like you need the hand of God to move.

  844. You need the hand.

  845. I see it.

  846. I've been.

  847. As I've been preaching, I've been seeing some of you guys, and

  848. it's like, there are Jericho walls in front of you.

  849. There is a mountain in front of you, and you're like, I have no

  850. clue how this thing's gonna move.

  851. I have no clue how the Lord's actually gonna do it.

  852. Maybe you do have faith, but I'm here to tell you the Lord is

  853. stirring something and doing something right now.

  854. I believe faith is a gift from God.

  855. It's one of the gifts that he gives.

  856. Praise God.

  857. It's not just hearing the word of God, but it's also a gift that

  858. he gives his people.

  859. And I believe that you're leaving this building and this room

  860. today saying, lord, I know that you will heal me.

  861. I know that you will move the mountain.

  862. I know, Father.

  863. And without a shadow of a doubt, I have faith for the impossible.

  864. So this is what I want to do.

  865. Can we sing that part?

  866. They were ready.

  867. Come on.

  868. So what is in front of you right now if you got to come to the

  869. front and say, lord Jesus, I'm here, and I'm petitioning you, and

  870. I'm bringing him up to heaven.

  871. And, Lord, I will bring every single impossible thing to the throne.

  872. And say, lord Jesus, have your way.

  873. Move every mountain.

  874. Raise every single valley in the name of.

  875. Of Jesus.

  876. So worship him today.

  877. Worship him today.

  878. Sam.
