-
So we are starting a series the whole month of July on rooted,
-
being rooted and grounded and actually bearing fruit in the local
-
church.
-
And I love what Psalms 92:13 says.
-
Those who are planted, everybody say planted in the house
-
of the Lord shall flourish.
-
Man.
-
You're going to be bearing fruit.
-
Those gifts and those talents that's inside of you, they're going
-
to be released.
-
The anointing is going to be released inside of you.
-
And so today we are going to dive deep in the word so that we
-
can understand what does it mean to be rooted and grounded and
-
bearing fruit in the church.
-
Amen.
-
Listen, Apostle Mike Signorelli, he is raising up an army.
-
So I'll tell you what it's going to look like when everybody
-
is rooted and grounded in the church.
-
Uh oh, are you ready for this?
-
There's going to be less poopy diapers.
-
Uh huh.
-
There's gonna be less tantrums.
-
Yes, yes.
-
You know what?
-
I'm gonna be the favorite of all the pastors today because I'm
-
gonna be saying things that they have said or want to say and
-
I'm gonna be their favorite.
-
So amen to that.
-
So when you are rooted and grounded, you realize that it is
-
not about your you anymore.
-
So you're going to come into the doors, you're going to go and
-
complete passport.
-
What you're saying is, God, I want a covenant to you and my church.
-
I want to submit to authority.
-
I want to release my gifts.
-
I want to go through the process, I want to be developed.
-
I want to have an attitude of humility.
-
I want to die to me.
-
And I want to be able to reach the lost.
-
So here I am, God.
-
But some people, they have a rogue spirit.
-
And the rogue spirit says, I don't submit to no one.
-
I don't need a church.
-
My church can be in my living room because I am the church.
-
And they don't want to, period.
-
Do you know any persons like that?
-
And you try to talk to them, but they don't want to have it because
-
they think that they're right.
-
Well, I can tell you what that is.
-
That's a little bit of Jezebel, witchcraft, leviathan.
-
And listen, V1 church.
-
We are apostolic, baby.
-
We are fivefold ministry.
-
And it is an honor and a privilege to be rooted and grounded
-
in this house.
-
We have people that want to church hop.
-
I call them a bunny.
-
Well, I'm going to go here today because I want to listen to
-
this pastor.
-
And then I want to go here because I Want to hear that, Pastor?
-
And I want to go this third church because I like to worship.
-
And you just hopping and bopping all over the place.
-
There's no rooting in you.
-
And then you've got people that have ungodly soul ties to all
-
these churches.
-
And there's bitterness.
-
Hello.
-
There's anger, there's offense.
-
Oh, the pastor offended me and he hurt me.
-
And the leaders there, they talked to me in the wrong way.
-
And so you cannot get rooted here because you got to deal with
-
that.
-
Who am I talking to?
-
We cannot get too comfortable.
-
And so today, baby boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z, let me cook.
-
I'm coming for you.
-
Don't be looking at me like I'm crazy.
-
I'm coming for you because I want to help you.
-
Is that okay?
-
I don't know.
-
Is this mic on?
-
I said I want to help you.
-
Amen.
-
Cause I love you.
-
I didn't get up at 4:30 in the morning for nothing.
-
So could you please stand?
-
I want to wake you up a little bit.
-
See, this is old school.
-
Back in my day, every time the pastor preached, he would have us
-
stand for the reading of the word.
-
Oh, I see some smiles.
-
Oh, say you must know.
-
Okay.
-
It's the reading of the word.
-
Where's our physical Bibles?
-
Where's our notebooks and our cute little pens?
-
Come on, I am empowering you.
-
Go to Walmart, Target, go Marshalls, go get you a cute little
-
notebook and a cute little pen and take your notes.
-
Because these words that all of us pastors give, it is going to
-
feed you good.
-
So we're reading from Ephesians 4, 12, 15.
-
Their responsibility is to equip God's people to do his work
-
and build up the church.
-
The body of Christ, that's you.
-
This will continue until we all come into everyone say unity
-
in our faith and knowledge of God's Son, that we will be mature,
-
say mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete
-
standard of Christ.
-
Then we will no longer be saved, immature like children.
-
We won't be tossed and blown away by every wind of new doctrine.
-
We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies
-
so clever that they sound like the truth.
-
Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way
-
more and more like Christ, who is the head of the church.
-
Amen.
-
You can be seated.
-
So what does it mean to be rooted?
-
I'm so glad that you asked.
-
V1 Brooklyn it means that you, when you get rooted and grounded
-
in this House, fivefold ministry.
-
And you say, I want a covenant here.
-
I want to become a member.
-
It's not about me anymore.
-
I want to serve this house.
-
I want to build.
-
I want to do whatever it takes to see this house grow.
-
That means you're going to start being stable in your life.
-
You're going to be firmly fixed.
-
You're going to be steady, and you're going to end up, in decades
-
from now, you're going to look like a pillar.
-
Now that's a mic drop right there.
-
You're going to be a pillar for the house.
-
When I think about all the decades hence, the gray hair, all
-
the decades ago when I was just starting out in the Spanish
-
ministry, and I think about how God had rooted and grounded me
-
all these years, and now here I am.
-
I'm a pillar in the church.
-
I am steady, I am firm.
-
I am fixed.
-
I am stable.
-
I am nourished.
-
You're going to be nourished in this house.
-
Matter of fact, you're going to sit at the table.
-
Come on, we got a table for you.
-
And you are going to eat filet mignon in this house.
-
We're gonna give you the meat.
-
The meat.
-
We got Pastor Eddie over there.
-
You want to go theology, you want to go deep?
-
Raise your hand.
-
Pastor Eddie.
-
There he is.
-
If you had any kind of questions, V1 College, you can challenge
-
him.
-
He'll give you the answers.
-
It's going to be biblically sound.
-
He's going to flex his muscles.
-
Now I got some muscles that Pastor Eddie just don't have.
-
Ooh.
-
We're going to be nourished when you get rooted and grounded
-
and you're going to bear fruit.
-
Why?
-
Because the word is going to be so ingrained in your belly and
-
it's going to come out and you are going to bear fruit.
-
You are going to be unmovable, not capable of being moved or shaken.
-
Listen, there's an anointing on your life and young kids.
-
The enemy.
-
He wants to take you out.
-
He wants to kill, steal and destroy.
-
And he wants to make you.
-
He doesn't want you to be unmovable.
-
He wants to pluck you up out of the church where God wants to
-
root and plant you like a tree planted by the river.
-
By the river bearing fruit.
-
Listen, there's a river that God wants to deposit in your belly
-
that will never, ever run dry come hell.
-
Water.
-
Come hell or rain, though the mountain be coming against you.
-
Sickness, disease, whatever it is.
-
There's a river that's in your belly and Every time you come into
-
this house, you'll find someone building, encouraging and
-
edifying you.
-
Stay the course.
-
Stay the course.
-
You're gonna be so grounded, stable, practical, level headed.
-
Oh, you're not gonna be a mess of confusion.
-
No, no.
-
You are gonna be level headed.
-
We're gonna give you so much wisdom that you're not going to know
-
what to do with except give it away.
-
And you're going to walk it out in wisdom, and you're going to
-
see the fruit of that wisdom in your life.
-
There's going to be an emotional maturity about you.
-
You're going to stay calm.
-
Sh, sh.
-
Stay calm.
-
Stay calm.
-
I know this trial is trying to take you out.
-
I know the temptation is right at the door.
-
It's knocking at your door.
-
Sh.
-
You're gonna stay calm.
-
Ah.
-
I don't know what I'm gonna do.
-
No, that was the old you.
-
This is the new you.
-
I'm staying calm.
-
I'm gonna handle my.
-
Oh, emotions.
-
Oh, emotions.
-
You better get in check.
-
Feelings.
-
We do not respond.
-
We cause our feelings and our emotions to what?
-
Line up with the word.
-
So when fear, anxiety, panic attacks, try to get a hold of you.
-
God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and
-
a sound mind.
-
I will trust in the Lord with all my heart.
-
I will not lean into my own understanding.
-
But with all of my ways, I will not acknowledge him and he will
-
guide my path.
-
Then I'll start speaking in tongues.
-
I want to change the atmosphere.
-
I'm gonna change my atmosphere.
-
The devil ain't gonna have me.
-
Stay calm, handle emotions, not react out of impulse.
-
You're gonna have a maturity in the mental area of your mind.
-
You're gonna think before acting.
-
You're gonna learn from your mistakes.
-
Yeah.
-
I fell down.
-
Mm.
-
I fell down.
-
Oh, the devil got me.
-
But guess what?
-
I'm gonna rise up and I'm gonna be stronger.
-
I'm gonna learn from everything that my campus pastors
-
are teaching me.
-
Correcting me, disciplining me.
-
I'm gonna learn.
-
I'm gonna put these boundaries, these cones all around
-
me, just like Pastor Eddie said.
-
That's my protection.
-
So I'm going to think before I act, and then I'm going to now make
-
sound decisions.
-
So if I got to contact the leader, I need help.
-
I need to help to make sound decision.
-
Pastor Eddie, I may need your help, but I'm going to go to a leader.
-
Leader's like, I got you.
-
I got you.
-
We're going to help you work this Problem this situation out.
-
And then you're going to have a spiritual maturity about you.
-
You're going to trust God.
-
You're going to choose obedience no matter what.
-
And then you're going to see that you're going to bear fruit.
-
Fruit of the Holy Spirit.
-
Now, I would love to stay there, but I got to keep this message
-
moving.
-
You're going to have signs of maturity when you decide to covenant
-
and become a member in this house to get rooted.
-
So what are some of the signs of maturity?
-
You are going to now take responsibility for your actions.
-
You mean what?
-
I can't blame my mommy, I can't blame my daddy, I can't blame
-
my spouse?
-
No, it's me, God, here I am.
-
They may had a little part played into it, but God, it's me.
-
I'm taking full responsibility for my choices and my decisions.
-
Doesn't that sound like maturity?
-
Yes.
-
And then you're going to walk in the fruit.
-
You're going to listen more than you speak.
-
Practice that, man.
-
If I would have just listened more than my big mouth running, maybe
-
I would have learned something when I was younger.
-
So I'm telling on myself.
-
But when you walk in a level of maturity, you're going to listen
-
more than you speak.
-
You are not going to need to prove yourself to others.
-
You know why?
-
Because your character, baby, is going to speak all by itself.
-
You ain't going to have to prove to nobody.
-
They're going to see your character.
-
You're going to be quick to forgive.
-
Do you know that when you wake up, you can say to the Holy Spirit,
-
I will not be offended.
-
Period.
-
Not today.
-
I will not be offended.
-
You can actually say that.
-
And the tests are going to come.
-
People are going to try their best to get you offended.
-
But because you said, I choose to not be offended, you're going
-
to walk that out and see the fruit of it.
-
You're going to walk in a level of humility and gentleness,
-
putting others first.
-
You're going to grow in knowledge of God's word.
-
You're going to then exercise your authority based on the word
-
of God because that's power.
-
The more words you know, the more power you release.
-
Amen.
-
And you're going to grow so much in God's word Word that now
-
you're an evangelist to the lost.
-
You're going to handle trials now with patience and prayer.
-
Now, before, you handled trials completely different.
-
Maybe you went to the bottle, maybe you exited the church and stayed
-
away and isolated.
-
But now, because you're Learning to get rooted and grounded.
-
God is helping you.
-
You have much more patience.
-
And now you go to prayer.
-
I'm going to pray about this.
-
I'm going to worship my way through this.
-
I'm going to praise my way through this.
-
Come on, somebody.
-
You won't be an easy prey for the false teachers, false doctrine
-
out there.
-
At V1, we have many teachers, but we have one spiritual father,
-
and we have to be very careful with, when we're scrolling on our
-
phone.
-
The person that's preaching and teaching, we don't know them.
-
We don't know who they belong to, what church they come from.
-
They could be preaching and teaching anything.
-
And because we think it sounds good, that could actually be a false
-
prophet or a false teacher.
-
So we've got to stay within the bounds of.
-
I like what Apostle Mike has done.
-
He's brought many outside prophets, pastors, teachers from
-
other churches.
-
In here, then.
-
They preach here.
-
They prophesy, they do their ministry.
-
We know that.
-
That is good seed.
-
There's a protection there.
-
At V1, we have no sick babies, like spiritual babies.
-
Oh, y' all ain't gonna be sick.
-
We're gonna feed you.
-
You're gonna be looking like a butterball.
-
You may once have come in broken and discouraged, but guess
-
what?
-
We're a hospital.
-
And we're gonna make sure that you are gonna get everything that
-
you need so that you can now walk in wholeness.
-
Because at the end of the day, you're going to see.
-
3 John 1:2.
-
Beloved, I wish above all things that you would prosper, even
-
as your soul prospers, and that you would be in health.
-
So God wants your soul, which is your mind, will and emotions,
-
to prosper and your body to prosper.
-
So your soul, your spirit, your body, it's all connected.
-
Then you're going to walk out of Philippians 1:6 being confident
-
of this, that he who hath begun a good work, and you will carry
-
it out to completion.
-
God has a ministry for everyone.
-
He has something for you to do, and he's going to bring it to
-
fruition.
-
Your job is not to quit and stay rooted and grounded.
-
No.
-
No matter what the storm, no matter what the test.
-
Amen.
-
So a church full of spiritually strong people who feed
-
others, not just themselves, you're gonna walk in unity, and you're
-
going to grow in love.
-
Listen, we have to understand that we are a family.
-
I'm your mama, I'm your nana.
-
Okay?
-
We are a family, and we need each other.
-
So we've got to stay together.
-
One of the enemy's tactics is to get you to isolate.
-
Well, you know, they hurt me.
-
They said something.
-
Okay, I'm going to isolate.
-
I'm done.
-
What kind of attitude is that?
-
No, you're not done, missy.
-
Right here.
-
Take the seat.
-
Take the seat.
-
We're gonna help you.
-
We're gonna help you.
-
Unity and love.
-
Rooted people are not easily offended or divided.
-
They recognize the need.
-
Are you ready for this?
-
You better be ready.
-
Discipline, correction.
-
Pastor Eddie.
-
Go ahead.
-
Correct me.
-
Correct me.
-
Correct me as many times as you need to.
-
Pastor Jocelyn disciplined me as many times as you need to.
-
I embrace it because I'm walking in a level of maturity.
-
I once was all crazy and wild, but my butt needed to be broke like
-
a horse.
-
But Pastor Jocelyn, here I am.
-
Discipline me because I'm at a place now that I want to walk in
-
maturity.
-
I want to be accountable.
-
Pastor Jocelyn, I gotta tell you my business.
-
Yes, girl, you do.
-
Cause you wild and you crazy and you're confused.
-
Sit down.
-
Sit down.
-
Pastor Jocelyn.
-
I want to be accountable.
-
Give me a leader.
-
Oh, because the next time that that man tries to come and knocking
-
at my door, I want to have something sex with me.
-
I'm gonna call my leader.
-
If I can't handle it, that's accountability.
-
We don't want to know your business, but we do want to know
-
your business to help you.
-
Then you're not going to fall in the trap that the enemy has for
-
you.
-
This is being rooted and grounded, baby.
-
Make me accountable.
-
Oh, I know it's uncomfortable.
-
Come, Come to my deliverance the first Wednesday.
-
I'll get you delivered.
-
I'll cast them demons out so you can get mature.
-
So you can start getting rooted and grounded.
-
Can I get an amen?
-
Do you still love me?
-
So we submit to delegated authority right here.
-
Delegated authority.
-
We submit.
-
Well, you know Pastor Jocelyn.
-
I passed her, and she didn't even say hi to me.
-
I'm mad at her.
-
Get over it.
-
Maybe.
-
There's a lot of 10 things that Pastor Jocelyn has on her mind.
-
Let's pray for her, let's encourage her, and let's be the bigger
-
person.
-
So submission, discipline, correction, accountability, submission.
-
That is God's way to protect us.
-
I'm protected now.
-
I'm protected.
-
The Lord corrects the people he loves and disciplines those he
-
calls his own.
-
We receive correction from parents, spouses, bosses.
-
Oh, but we get into church.
-
I don't know who you talking to, Pastor Jocelyn.
-
I don't know who you was talking to.
-
And we just want to have these attitudes.
-
Pastor Jocelyn told me to go clean the toilet.
-
Eye roll.
-
Doesn't she know that I'm called to preach?
-
I roll.
-
Come on now.
-
We have these attitudes in the church and you know it.
-
Here's the chair.
-
Take a seat.
-
We're about ready to school you.
-
Who?
-
It's getting hot in the kitchen today.
-
We finna cook today.
-
But yet when we come into the church, we can't tell you nothing.
-
I had a woman on zoom.
-
It was a soul care zoom.
-
And it was two hours.
-
I devoted my time for two hours for this teaching.
-
And the poor woman, she had a lot of things going on.
-
And so I let her speak, but I couldn't let her speak for 30 minutes,
-
20 minutes, 15.
-
It was a lot because we had a two hour Zoom.
-
And she got so offended.
-
That said, I'm leaving the church and I'm not giving V1 Church
-
another dime.
-
Oh, I'm sorry.
-
I thought you were giving it to God.
-
I said, I told her.
-
I said, I'm so sorry.
-
I said we have a time frame.
-
I tried to be very gentle and kind.
-
I'm sorry for what you've gone through.
-
I want to help you, but if you could please understand, we only
-
have so much time.
-
We can't have you share your whole life story.
-
Maybe just a portion within the time frame.
-
Oh, no, no.
-
I'm leaving the church and I'm taking my money with it.
-
And I'm going to tell Apostle Mike what happened.
-
Okay, well, go ahead.
-
But I tried to help her.
-
But you see the attitude when you are not rooted and grounded,
-
all kind of ugly, messy attitudes within the church.
-
And we want to help you to what?
-
Walk in maturity.
-
And so get ready for when the correction comes.
-
Oh yeah, correct me.
-
Here I am.
-
Because, man, I want to grow, Pastor Justin.
-
I want to grow.
-
I want to learn.
-
I don't want to stay at this level anymore.
-
I want to go higher and higher and higher.
-
From faith to faith and glory to glory.
-
Cause there's a calling on my life.
-
I know I'm anointed to do something for God.
-
There's greatness that's in my belly.
-
So if that's what it takes, baby, discipline me and correct me.
-
I will sit in this chair as long as it takes.
-
As long as it takes.
-
Because I have not arrived.
-
I don't know who I'm talking to, but stop fighting the delegated
-
authorities.
-
Stop fighting your leaders.
-
Stop fighting your campus pastors.
-
Stop fighting and say, God, it's Me.
-
It's me.
-
I'm not trying to figure it out anymore.
-
I am going to say submit to the process.
-
You are the potter and I'm the clay.
-
I give you permission to mold me, break me, shake me, prune me,
-
cut me, cut me, God, whatever you gotta do, cut me, break me, shape
-
me, prune me.
-
Here I am.
-
Now, I said that kind of prayer decades ago, and I meant it.
-
I was a runner.
-
And every time somebody said something that I didn't like, I had
-
a hard time because I was broken.
-
I was bruised.
-
I had so much trauma and pain.
-
And I had to learn to sit in this chair and go through the process.
-
And there's some things that the pastors are going to say that
-
you're not going to like.
-
Oh, well, get over it.
-
They're trying to help you.
-
They love you.
-
No one is against you here.
-
We love you.
-
We have patience and long suffering, and we want to see you
-
come through to fulfill your purpose and destiny.
-
Whoo.
-
It's getting hot in this kitchen, y'.
-
All.
-
But here, people that are easily offended.
-
I want you to get this.
-
They normally have an orphan spirit.
-
There's rejection, abandonment, an orphan that you're
-
dealing with.
-
There is no maturity in their emotions, so therefore, they just
-
talk any away because there's no.
-
They're led by their feelings, they're led by their emotions.
-
And they feel rejected all the time.
-
They think everyone is against them and they overreact and there's
-
low self esteem and they have trauma, probably from the past, and
-
they're highly sensitive, and they take things way, way, way, way,
-
way too personal.
-
You know anyone like that?
-
But we've got to come to a place where we say, God, it is not
-
about me.
-
Oh, man.
-
Oh, thank you, Holy Ghost.
-
Ooh, man, I've been having myself on the throne.
-
I've been entertaining.
-
I need deliverance from Leviathan, from Jezebel.
-
Huh?
-
Mentu.
-
I got gossip, bitterness, anger, unforgiveness, low self esteem,
-
rejection, condemnation, guilt, shame.
-
I mean, I got it all.
-
And I bring all that into here.
-
And I expect my pastors to be so perfect and just say the right
-
nice thing to me.
-
But no.
-
Pastor Eddie.
-
Oh, my goodness.
-
He's not talking so nice to me.
-
Actually.
-
He's talking the word as a father should.
-
But I perceive it as, I'm rejected.
-
He's mad at me.
-
I can never measure up.
-
I'm a disappointment.
-
What am I doing in this church?
-
I don't belong here.
-
I'm just a failure.
-
I'm an orphan.
-
And I just want to throw in the towel and quit.
-
I'm done.
-
I can't get it right.
-
And that is how I perceive a healthy.
-
A healthy father Pastor.
-
But all of a sudden, when I allow Pastor Eddie and Pastor Jocelyn
-
and the leaders in this house to actually, I take the seat, I'm
-
gonna sit my big butt down.
-
Well, actually, it's a little butt, but it's a little butt.
-
Wish it was a big butt, but it's a little butt.
-
And I'm gonna sit my little butt down.
-
Okay.
-
Ain't got no butt, y'.
-
All.
-
None.
-
And guess what?
-
I'm gonna wait.
-
I'm gonna take notes.
-
Every time Apostle Mike preaches, I'm going to gleam from
-
that.
-
And then I'm not going to be easily offended.
-
I know the trap.
-
I know the trap.
-
It's a bait.
-
Bait, bait, bait.
-
I'm not going to let the enemy bait me.
-
And yes, am I going to see Pastor Moses for deliverance?
-
Oh, you bet I am.
-
And I'm gonna repent and renounce all these demons that I
-
have allowed in my life, right?
-
And then I'm gonna take correction and discipline.
-
I'm going to allow them to help me to grow and mature.
-
And then I want to start serving.
-
Pastor Jocelyn, Pastor Eddie, with your permission, do you think
-
that I'm healthy enough to serve?
-
Start serving because I want to.
-
And when they release.
-
Yes.
-
So guess what they're going to say.
-
Probably go to V1 Kids.
-
Where's Ms. Mallory Hayward?
-
That's the director of V1.
-
Ms. Mallory, if I meet all the requirements, can I be a part of
-
this man?
-
I want to help the next generation.
-
Can I preach or teach or prophesy pray for these children,
-
Ms. Mallory?
-
Oh, yes.
-
Let's do it.
-
I will equip you.
-
I will build you.
-
I will take you through the guidelines.
-
But see, we can't be rogue so much in this house.
-
There's work for everybody.
-
Is that right, Pastor?
-
Is that right?
-
There's work for everyone.
-
Where's the nanas and the grandpas?
-
Where you at?
-
Where you at?
-
I'm coming for you right now.
-
You need to go and V1 kids.
-
And you need to start praying.
-
Once you go through the steps.
-
Once you go through the steps and be a blessing to those children,
-
some of you young kids, I'm coming for you.
-
Go, go.
-
V1 kids.
-
They need much more workers in that department.
-
That's the next generation.
-
That's where I started in the children's ministry.
-
I'm not Trying to boast, but them children love me.
-
I'm just not.
-
I'm not trying to boast, but they did.
-
And I would get down on their level, and I would talk to them,
-
and I would look at them in the eye, and I would break the word
-
down to where it was real fun.
-
Can you please, please come back?
-
Oh, you bet I can.
-
Because I'm rooted and I'm grounded.
-
Oh, you bet I can.
-
See, they'll start loving you, but we have to do it.
-
And when you're rooted and grounded, man, you're going to say,
-
oh, when's the offering coming?
-
I want to give my first fruits because I'm rooted and I'm grounded.
-
And I want to give to God's house.
-
Oh, I'm not going to tip God.
-
Oh, people that aren't rooted and grounded.
-
Hey, I'm feeling good today.
-
I'm going to give God a 20.
-
Oh, okay, that's good.
-
That's good.
-
But rooted and grounded people, they know what the word says.
-
You cannot pay me to not tithe.
-
Oh, you got a million dollars.
-
Keep it.
-
Because my God, he's got more than a million.
-
And I'm trusting him every time.
-
I put my first fruits and my offerings in the place at V1 Church.
-
Because I'm giving to God, baby.
-
I'm giving to God, and I'm trusting him with everything that
-
I have.
-
And God says that he's gonna make the windows overflow, the heavens
-
overflow.
-
He's gonna open up the windows and cause blessings to come when
-
you are faithful.
-
Faithful, faithful, rooted people, grounded people.
-
Oh, where's my paycheck?
-
Number one.
-
God.
-
God number one.
-
Everything else, I don't know if I can afford it.
-
That's not my problem.
-
That's not my problem.
-
My problem is put God first.
-
That's his problem.
-
Oh, that's a mic driver.
-
That's not my problem.
-
God's going to teach me how to steward my money.
-
God's going to help me to pay all of my bills on time when I put
-
him first.
-
We have people here that can help you get your finances in order.
-
Amen.
-
And then the last one.
-
We are rooted and grounded people.
-
They serve.
-
What you mean when I come in here, I want to be served?
-
I want the right song.
-
I want the right word.
-
I want my coffee when I want it.
-
Like I come to be served.
-
Get out of here with that junk.
-
We rooted and grounded people.
-
How can I serve?
-
How can I serve?
-
It's not about me no more.
-
What's the Sacrifice.
-
Oh, I'll pay it.
-
I'll pay it, man.
-
This is a level right here.
-
To be behind this pulpit and this mic, baby, that decades and
-
decades and decades and decades and decades of being rooted
-
and grounded by praying, sacrificing, saying, God, put me
-
in.
-
Coach.
-
I just want to do your will.
-
I want you to stand.
-
It's time to stop running.
-
I don't know who I'm talking to, but you are a runner.
-
It's time to stop running.
-
I cut that cord off of your foot.
-
Foot.
-
Now, in the name of Jesus.
-
That demonic cord, I cut it off in the name of Jesus.
-
Some of you are so much into your emotions and your feeling.
-
I break that off of you now, in the name of Jesus, you're about
-
to come into a place of maturity.
-
When you do the work, you bring that notebook, you take notes
-
on your phone, whatever it takes.
-
God, I'm going to rehearse this word every single day.
-
Day.
-
Some of you are so.
-
You are so rejected, abandoned and orphaned.
-
I can feel you in the spirit.
-
And you get so offended at anything and everything.
-
I break that off of you now in the name of Jesus, Devil, you will
-
not have God's people in this house.
-
In V1 online, I'm speaking to you, and I decree in the name of
-
Jesus that you are going to flourish.
-
Every campus at V1, I'm speaking to you, and I declare that
-
you.
-
You will flourish.
-
When you get rooted and grounded, God's got more for you.
-
There is greatness locked up inside of your belly.
-
Greatness.
-
And if you'll stay the course, if you'll say God, come hell or high
-
water, sickness, disease, whatever it is that the enemy is
-
trying to come against you.
-
If you'll say, God, this is where I'm going to get rooted and
-
grounded.
-
This is where me and my house, we're going to flourish.
-
This is where I get to serve.
-
I get to.
-
I get to serve.
-
What an honor and a privilege that I get to serve.
-
I get to submit.
-
I get to be disciplined.
-
What an honor that I need that I get you some into authorities that
-
know just a little bit more than me that will help me, that I
-
can learn and grow and be stable and calm and walk in victory.
-
Victory.
-
Victory.
-
One victory after another.
-
One victory after another.
-
I just keep seeing young people and the enemy's words waiting
-
for you at those doors.
-
He's waiting for you because he wants to kill, steal, and destroy
-
you because you're right here.
-
You're here in this house.
-
This.
-
This is Apostolic.
-
I'm telling you, this is a level.
-
This is an apostolic house.
-
And the enemy hates an apostolic house because we're global,
-
we're international, we're everywhere.
-
And Apostle Mike is building churches.
-
He is a builder.
-
That's an apostolic pastor.
-
He's an apostle.
-
So the fact that you're here, young man, you right there in the
-
blue shirt with the brown hair.
-
You right there.
-
Yes, you.
-
The enemy hates you and he wants to take you out because you
-
are here in this house.
-
But I cancel every contract and every assignment sent from the
-
enemy over your life now, in the name of Jesus, and I release
-
a fresh anointing over you now, in Jesus name.
-
I'm a warrior.
-
I'm a general.
-
And I will fight.
-
I will fight.
-
I don't care how long it takes.
-
I will fight until every demon is out.
-
And you are walking in victory.
-
And young people, you look at me.
-
You look at me in my eye.
-
Millennials, Gen Z, Gen X, Gen Y, baby boomers.
-
I don't care who you are, you have a purpose.
-
You have a destiny to fulfill.
-
You are not an accident.
-
God has a book written with your name on it, things that you
-
will fulfill in your lifetime.
-
And the key.
-
I'm giving you keys right now.
-
And I'm coming to a close.
-
You're gonna take the key and you're gonna say, this is where you're
-
gonna make that choice.
-
I'm not telling you what to do, but if you feel like this is
-
your home and you want that fivefold apostolic ministry in your
-
life, you say, this it.
-
I'm drawing a line.
-
I'm drawing a line in the sand.
-
And I decide today I'm going to join teams.
-
I'm going to go through passport.
-
I'm going to covenant, become a member.
-
I want to put God first in my family finances.
-
I want to serve with everything within me that I'll serve
-
and have a toothbrush ministry.
-
When I came here, I came here cleaning toilets, loading loadout.
-
I served in V1, kids ministry, the prayer ministry, anywhere and
-
everywhere.
-
Put me in apostle.
-
What do you need?
-
What do you need?
-
Here I am.
-
Here I am.
-
Now, I may not have the muscles like Pastor Eddie to do that,
-
but I did it.
-
And I didn't even hurt myself.
-
Because, you know, bones my age, you got to take care of them.
-
So did you get something out of this man?
-
I couldn't sleep last night because all I kept thinking about
-
was people not wanting to sit in the chair, not wanting to be discipled,
-
not wanting to come under accountability, wanting to be rogue,
-
wanting to just run at every little offense.
-
Let's let God do what he wants to do in our life.
-
Amen.
-
So, Father, I thank you for every person that's here online and
-
in every campus.
-
I bless them in the name of Jesus.
-
I cancel contracts and assignments from their life.
-
I plead the blood of Jesus over every family, children, grandchildren.
-
And I thank you, God, that we're going to have so many teams
-
that are going to flourish.
-
But volunteer serving, the generosity is going to go off the
-
charts because we're going to start walking in obedience and we
-
are going to Covenant and become a member at V1 Church so that
-
we can bear fruit in Jesus name.
-
Amen.
-
Thank you, Jesus.
-
Nobody but Jesus.
-
Jesus.
