  1. So if you have your bibles, would you turn to Luke chapter 14.

    Luke 14 chapter mention

  2. Luke chapter 14.

    Luke 14 chapter mention

  3. As we are heading into the fall season and getting back to school

  4. and just all of the things, I've been married almost 16 years

  5. to my beautiful wife Morgan.

  6. We have three girls and a boy.

  7. My son Israel is here today.

  8. I really felt like, yeah, give a shout out to Israel.

  9. He's a on our annual Father Son trip every year for his birthday.

  10. So yeah, as we're heading into the fall season, I really felt like

  11. the Lord put a word in my spirit for V1 church that he was

  12. going to help us fall in love with him all over again.

  13. And so this morning I want to talk to you about the three stages

  14. of love.

  15. If I had a title for this message, it would be called the Table

  16. of Encounter.

  17. I'm going to preach the word, I'm going to pray for us, and then

  18. I'm going to minister to several of you this morning.

  19. And we just want to welcome all of the campuses from around the

  20. nation that are joining us in V1 church.

  21. Thank you guys so much.

  22. Lord, thank you for this time in your word.

  23. Lord, we ask that you would encounter each of our hearts in a

  24. fresh way.

  25. Jesus, we give you our yes, even this fall, that you would help

  26. us to fall in love with you all over again.

  27. In Jesus name, amen.

  28. In John 14:16, Jesus tells his disciples, if you love me, you will

    John 14:16

  29. obey my commands.

  30. I believe this morning that I'm talking to two groups of people.

  31. The first group, you don't know God.

  32. Maybe you stumbled in this morning or you're watching online

  33. and I have to believe the Holy Spirit drew you to learn more about

  34. God.

  35. There's something that the Lord wants to meet in your heart

  36. this morning.

  37. But I believe mostly I'm talking, talking to people who are

  38. committed to following Jesus.

  39. Jesus made it really simple in the Gospels.

  40. He said, if anyone would follow me, he must deny himself,

  41. pick up his cross and follow Jesus.

  42. So the way that I say it is in order to follow Jesus, you have to

  43. unfollow yourself.

  44. It's really easy, right?

  45. So we have to die to our desires what we want.

  46. And we're learning what it means to follow follow Jesus, what

  47. it means to obey Him.

  48. As we're learning how to obey Jesus, there are three primary ways

  49. that we can love him and obey Him.

  50. Today I want to talk about some of the motivations of our hearts

  51. of why we're choosing to obey Jesus.

  52. So number one, I want to talk to you about fear based obedience

  53. if you're taking notes, it'll be on the screen behind me.

  54. Fear Based Obedience.

  55. This is fire insurance.

  56. You made a lot of people who are following Jesus because they're

  57. afraid of going to hell, right?

  58. I don't know if you've ever met those people.

  59. I call it fire insurance.

  60. Hey man, I just want to make sure that my eternity is secure.

  61. I believe that hell's a real place, but I'm just kind of trying

  62. to follow Jesus because I don't want to go to hell or we fear

  63. the consequences of sin.

  64. Fear Based obedience.

  65. I had a good friend growing up who was a drug addict and alcoholic,

  66. just really running from God.

  67. And there was a local church in our town that put on this production

  68. called Hell's Flames and Heaven's Gates.

  69. I don't know if you have ever been to one of those, but it basically

  70. just talks to people about the reality of heaven and hell and it

  71. shows you a drunk driver scene where a group of teenagers tragically

  72. lost their lives to a drunk driver.

  73. Weren't ready for that question of if you died today, are

  74. you sure where you would spend eternity.

  75. And he got shaken to the core.

  76. He got so shaken to the core about the reality of hell that he

  77. literally stopped doing drugs and alcohol that day, committed his

  78. life to Jesus Christ.

  79. And he's never looked back.

  80. He's married, a millionaire, a great business, a great family.

  81. So he started at Fear Based Obedience.

  82. The next form of obedience is duty based obedience.

  83. I grew up in Miami and then I was a pastor's son in Indianapolis,

  84. Indiana for many years.

  85. I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina where we have a church

  86. and a ministry.

  87. But we refer to our circles as the Bible Belt.

  88. Meaning like you're saved, I'm saved, we're all saved kind of thing.

  89. So a lot of people that are following Jesus out of duty and obligation,

  90. hey, I go to church because it's my parents faith.

  91. Hey, I'm trying to serve God because this is the right thing to

  92. do.

  93. A lot of people who sit in church, we have this like, yeah,

  94. I mean, the Bible says don't steal.

  95. The Bible says don't murder.

  96. The Bible says don't commit adultery.

  97. The Bible says don't have sex before marriage.

  98. There's a lot of different things in there that people try to

  99. follow God out of duty and obligation.

  100. I know for me, being raised a pastor's son, you didn't even have

  101. a choice, right?

  102. You're going to church and you're going to church early.

  103. And if you're a pastor's kid, you got church every day, okay?

  104. And so I just kind of grew up in it.

  105. But I stand before you here today as a preacher, but my brother

  106. right under me is a prisoner at a federal penitentiary in Florida.

  107. How did two boys who grew up in the same home, one became a preacher

  108. and one is locked up in a federal prison?

  109. It's because there's a difference between knowing about

  110. God and knowing God.

  111. There's a difference between singing words on a screen and then

  112. having them written on your heart.

  113. There's a lot of people who just go to church on Sunday, check

  114. a box, and then live like the world Monday to Saturday because

  115. they are bound in duty based, obligatory religion.

  116. And they haven't moved into the third form of obedience which

  117. you'll see on your screen.

  118. Affection based obedience.

  119. Okay, so you have fear based obedience, you have duty based obedience,

  120. and then you have affection based obedience.

  121. It's out of encountering Jesus, experiencing his love and

  122. affection.

  123. I tell people it's really this simple.

  124. You fall so in love with Jesus that you fall out of love with the

  125. world.

  126. You can tell whether people are bound in religion or not by listening

  127. to them repent.

  128. People bound in religion repent of breaking rules.

  129. People who live in religion repent of breaking his heart.

  130. Lord, I'm just sorry.

  131. I broke all the rules and I screwed up again.

  132. You're just going to be back there next week.

  133. Lord, I recognize that I'm in a relationship with you, a love relationship

  134. with you.

  135. I tell our congregation in Charlotte we have the best dad in

  136. the entire world.

  137. When I got delivered of being an orphan and God wasn't just some

  138. busy middle class father up in the sky who I kind of bothered when

  139. I prayed.

  140. When I got delivered of all of that stinking thinking and I got

  141. connected to a father who loves me, who cares for me, who wants

  142. relationship with me, and has invited me to follow him.

  143. There is so much joy and there is so much satisfaction in following

  144. him.

  145. So these are the ways that we can serve God, the ways that we can

  146. obey God and the motivation why.

  147. Okay, so people don't burn out on God because they go to church

  148. too much.

  149. People burn out on God because of why they go to church.

  150. In Matthew 4, 5 and 6, Jesus talks to them.

  151. When you fast, when you pray, when you give.

  152. So he's not saying you shouldn't fast, you shouldn't pray,

  153. you shouldn't give.

  154. He's saying when you do it, don't be like the Pharisees who do

  155. it to be seen by Men, he's addressing the motivations of their

  156. heart.

  157. Okay, so again, bottom line, Jesus said, if you love me, you will

  158. obey my commands.

  159. John 14:15.

    John 14:15

  160. Any man that says, I love God and lives in darkness is a liar.

  161. Not JJ Translation.

  162. That's one John one.

  163. Okay, so you gotta like establish.

  164. Okay, so like, we have adopted this form of American Christianity

  165. where we can't even tell who are the goats and who are the sheep.

  166. It doesn't even matter who shows up to church on Sunday or not.

  167. Something hasn't shifted in people's minds.

  168. Something hasn't happened in their heart.

  169. And I believe one of the things that needs to happen in people's

  170. minds in their hearts is we need to fall in love with Jesus all

  171. over again.

  172. We need a fresh encounter of his love.

  173. We need to say, lord, thank you for, hey, you know, hell is a

  174. reality.

  175. I don't want to pay the consequences of my sin.

  176. Great start there.

  177. All right.

  178. Some of us, hey, it's the duty, it's the religion.

  179. We're just kind of.

  180. But again, I know for me, that got my brother in a federal prison.

  181. It didn't.

  182. He did.

  183. He knew that.

  184. It's like, you know the scriptures, but do the scriptures

  185. know you?

  186. Well, I go to church.

  187. Well, I, you know, I weep with parents across the country and the

  188. world.

  189. I've been over 25 nations now, 43 states are like, I raised my kid

  190. in church.

  191. But maybe that was the problem because there's a difference between

  192. raising your kid in church and raising them in Jesus.

  193. Bringing them to church on Sunday, bringing them to church on

  194. Sunday, and acting a different way at home breeds hypocrisy.

  195. So again, when you begin to encounter Jesus, it changes the way

  196. you think, it changes the way you act.

  197. It changes the way who you hang out with.

  198. The Bible's pretty clear.

  199. Bad company corrupts good character.

  200. So if you fall so in love with Jesus, you're probably going to fall

  201. out of friendship with people who love the world more than Jesus.

  202. I'm pretty sure if I told my wife I loved her and then cheated

  203. on her, she would say, you're a liar.

  204. We cannot say that we love Jesus and we're following him and

  205. we're looking and acting and talking like the world good.

  206. So one of the examples that I give on my journey of learning how

  207. to love God and obey him, when we talk about affection based obedience,

  208. I'm talking about longevity.

  209. Okay?

  210. I want to give you a trajectory.

  211. I want to paint a picture for you that you can consistently love

  212. God and make decisions that are congruent with his Word.

  213. You can be a faithful follower of Jesus if you'll learn how to live

  214. out of affection for him.

  215. But all these other options, your Christianity looks like this.

  216. We go to this.

  217. I do it like this.

  218. He loves me, he loves me not.

  219. Check walking on that.

  220. He loves me, he loves me not a lot of people.

  221. Again, you have seasons where you're on fire for God and then you

  222. have seasons where you're doing stupid stuff again.

  223. Is that a nice way to say that you have seasons where, oh God, I

  224. love you.

  225. I've been free from this for a week.

  226. And then here we go again.

  227. What happened?

  228. Affection based obedience.

  229. It's consistent faithfulness.

  230. It's the same Jeremiah you see right here.

  231. Today is the same man of God.

  232. I am at home.

  233. I hate hypocrisy.

  234. I am so tired of preachers acting one way at church.

  235. I'm just tired of Christianity in general.

  236. Lukewarm Christianity.

  237. Fake it till you make it.

  238. We need a revelation and a revolution in the church today of

  239. people who, out of a love and an experience of God, learn how to

  240. love him.

  241. So I graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland,

  242. Florida.

  243. I was born in Hollywood, Florida, grew up in Indiana and then

  244. came back to Florida.

  245. I missed it so much and went to college there.

  246. And I did 18 credit hours and my job, because I had to pay for

  247. everything was I cleaned toilets 40 hours a week as a custodian.

  248. Very humbling season of my life.

  249. And I would say I was a busy bachelor.

  250. I literally did school, I did work, I worked out and I ate just

  251. around the clock, very regimented schedule until a girl

  252. on campus gave me some attention.

  253. It's amazing to me when I look back at that season, how I had to

  254. have a certain amount of sleep, how I was on a certain budget.

  255. But the moment a girl named Morgan showed interest in me, I was

  256. on the phone till four in the morning.

  257. I was spending money on dates I didn't have.

  258. What happened?

  259. I began to have an experience.

  260. I entered into a relationship.

  261. There was a realm of affection.

  262. I want you to listen to me.

  263. There was a realm of affection I encountered that overrode how tired

  264. I was, that overrode how much money I had.

  265. So there was an experience, an encounter in a love relationship

  266. that delivered me from being, oh, I need this much sleep.

  267. I had to have this much money.

  268. And when we got together, I didn't say, oh man, I spent so much

  269. money on this date, oh gee, I'd rather be watching Football right

  270. now, but I guess we can hang out.

  271. But people come to church and think the whole time, wow, I can't

  272. wait till this ends.

  273. We haven't really had an encounter with God yet.

  274. That overrides our Netflix binge.

  275. Here in America, you can barely get people to church on Sunday.

  276. You try to get into prayer.

  277. I don't have time.

  278. Try to get him to serve.

  279. I don't have time.

  280. God forbid you take up the tithes and offerings.

  281. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope.

  282. But I can just tell you, as a father of three girls and a wife,

  283. they pretty much get what they asked for.

  284. They got me on this.

  285. Why?

  286. There's love, there's affection, There's.

  287. It is my great joy.

  288. It is my great pleasure as a husband and a father to willingly

  289. and lovingly give them the desires of my heart.

  290. Because it's called love.

  291. Is there a love in your heart for Jesus today where you will willingly

  292. and delightfully give the desires of his heart?

  293. Will you fall in love with him again?

  294. So many of these messages that we hear on repentance and revival

  295. and, you know, if you're like me, you got a sports background.

  296. I'm like, all right, I gotta.

  297. I gotta pull, pull.

  298. You know, I gotta get geared up.

  299. I gotta.

  300. So I can just serve God another day.

  301. I gotta.

  302. Some of you, your Christianity, you're just pushing

  303. through.

  304. You're pushing through.

  305. You're pushing through.

  306. When God says, stop, I want to bring you into an intimate relationship

  307. with me where it's out of loving me that you'll learn how to

  308. obey me.

  309. How many of you would like to get off the roller coaster of Christianity,

  310. folks?

  311. There's a place.

  312. Like, there's a place.

  313. The Bible says there are pleasures in God's presence forevermore.

  314. Let me throw something at you.

  315. You can write it down or quote me on this.

  316. Okay.

  317. To sin, the invitation to sin.

  318. It is not the gaining of pleasure, it is the loss of it.

  319. Why?

  320. Because true pleasure is found in Jesus.

  321. We were born for intimacy with Jesus.

  322. You're not.

  323. We're not missing out on anything that the world has to offer.

  324. But you think that you are.

  325. If you haven't met Jesus yet, the enticement.

  326. I'm telling you, there's a place in Jesus where you won't wake

  327. up every day tempted to sin.

  328. It's not, oh, I've been delivered from alcohol because I

  329. don't go to the bar again.

  330. No.

  331. Because when you go to the bar again, you just face the same temptation

  332. and fall.

  333. No.

  334. Fully being delivered of Alcohol is.

  335. I can be around it and I no longer have the craving for it anymore.

  336. That's real deliverance.

  337. But again, you call God, I'm going to go to hell if I get wasted

  338. again.

  339. Oh, God, I know this is the wrong thing.

  340. Oh, oh.

  341. The fight over temptation.

  342. You will not have consistent victory in your life that Jesus died

  343. again for and rose again.

  344. We will not have that consistent connection with him if

  345. we don't say, lord, I need to fall in love with you.

  346. Lord, deliver me from going through the motions thinking that

  347. just because I go to church, I'm right with you.

  348. Lord, I want a real relationship with you.

  349. Some of us this morning, sin is weighing on you.

  350. The things that we do in secret, the guilt, the shame, the

  351. condemnation.

  352. That's why God brought you here today to speak freedom over

  353. your life.

  354. But you don't get washed, hear me?

  355. You don't get washed and delivered of all that because check,

  356. I made it to church today.

  357. That is religious obligation and duty that we already talked about.

  358. But if we begin to walk, I can.

  359. Let me give you another example.

  360. I just, if you're there in Luke 14, we'll jump into this.

  361. Luke 14, 16.

  362. I just try to give people practical examples, right.

  363. I want to talk to parents in here.

  364. You know, me and my wife are desiring to raise our children in

  365. a home where their Christianity is not based off of

  366. us forcing them to do things.

  367. So for me, when I walk by my 13 year old daughter's room at night

  368. and she is reading her Bible and listening to worship music, I

  369. didn't make her, I didn't force her.

  370. That's what I'm talking about.

  371. That's out of a heart.

  372. That's encountering God as her own possession.

  373. That's what's gonna keep her when she graduates high school.

  374. So as parent, you're forcing your kids.

  375. You're oh, do this.

  376. That's I believe most, that's all they've ever known.

  377. I'm here because I have to.

  378. I'm here because I don't want to go to hell.

  379. No.

  380. What if I'm here because I just couldn't wait to be with Jesus

  381. today?

  382. You're being tempted to lust, you're being tempted to drink.

  383. No, I don't think so because I'm too in love with him.

  384. How did I go from a busy bachelor, no money, no time to meeting

  385. a girl?

  386. And everything changed.

  387. It was because I experienced a realm of affection and devotion that

  388. overrode what time it was, how much money.

  389. I pray today in Jesus name that we would begin to encounter

  390. God in such an extravagant way that when the invitation, when the

  391. temptations of sin come knocking people, oh, how many drinks

  392. can I have?

  393. Is it one drink?

  394. Is it two drinks?

  395. Is it how many cigarettes?

  396. How many vapes?

  397. You're asking how many girls?

  398. You're asking all the wrong questions.

  399. Would you have any if he was standing right there?

  400. But it's about proximity.

  401. It's about relationship.

  402. It's about you realize the God of the world is living on the inside

  403. of you.

  404. A holy God is living.

  405. So when you look at that computer screen, he's looking too.

  406. When you're in that car, he's there too.

  407. When you.

  408. When you so it's relationship, it's presence, it's awareness, it's

  409. learning how to host Jesus.

  410. Well, how do I know if it's rated RPG 13?

  411. Connect with Jesus, fall in love with him, and he'll determine

  412. what you can watch and not watch by whether you're grieving

  413. him or not.

  414. I just.

  415. I want to see a generation live in consistent private and public

  416. victory with Jesus.

  417. I want to see a generation delivered from hypocrisy, the mask

  418. of I'm a Christian on Sunday and I live for the world.

  419. I want to be see a generation of children growing up in the church

  420. wiling out at 18.

  421. I want to see that cycle broken because parents and grandparents

  422. are beginning to cultivate intimacy with Jesus on a daily basis.

  423. And just while I'm at it, it's not the church's responsibility to

  424. disciple your kids.

  425. That's your job, Mom.

  426. That's your job, dad.

  427. It is our responsibility to cultivate an atmosphere in our homes

  428. that Jesus is worthy to dwell in, dropping them off for an hour

  429. on Sunday and doing whatever we want during the week in our homes.

  430. We cannot sow bad seed and wonder why we're reaping a harvest

  431. of evil.

  432. Sow eternity into your children.

  433. Put the word of God down on the inside of them.

  434. Lead by example.

  435. Let's stop giving God our leftovers and let's give him our

  436. very best.

  437. Amen.

  438. Luke 14, verse 16.

    Luke 14:16

  439. A certain man was giving a big dinner, and he invited many.

  440. And at the dinner hour he sent his slave to say, those who had been

  441. invited, come, for everything is ready now.

  442. But they all alike began to make excuses.

  443. Can you say excuses?

  444. The first one said to him, I've bought a piece of land and I

  445. need to go out and look at it.

  446. Please consider me excused.

  447. And another one said, I bought five yoke of oxen And I going to

  448. try them out.

  449. Please consider me excused.

  450. And another one said, I've married a wife and for that reason

  451. I can't come.

  452. And the slave came back and reported this to his master.

  453. Then the head of the household became angry and said to the slave,

  454. go out at once into the streets and lanes of the city and

  455. bring in here the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.

  456. And the slave said, master, what you have commanded, I have done.

  457. And still there's room.

  458. And the master said to the slave, go into the highways and along

  459. the hedges and compel them to come that my house may be filled.

  460. For I tell you, none of those men who are invited shall taste of

  461. my dinner.

  462. If I had a title for this morning's message, it's the Table

  463. of Encounters.

  464. Jesus is telling a story about a man who had a dinner.

  465. He is inviting people to his table.

  466. The word of God says, taste and see that I am good.

  467. There is always an invitation to come and follow Jesus.

  468. We are learning what it means to obey him.

  469. But in this story, there are three excuses why they can't come.

  470. When God knocks on the door of our heart and said, hey, I need to

  471. spend time with you.

  472. Hey, I need some money.

  473. Hey, hey, hey.

  474. And whether we act like we didn't hear him, whether we ignore

  475. him, whatever, the ways of the world are too strong on us.

  476. But these excuses that are in this story have always bothered me

  477. because none of them are inherently sinful.

  478. If I read this story, like, hey, this guy said, eh, I'm going

  479. to go to the bar tonight.

  480. I can't come.

  481. I'm like, okay, this guy says, ah, I'm going to smoke marijuana,

  482. okay?

  483. But these things oxen, a wife and a piece of land, none of them

  484. are sinful.

  485. Have you ever wondered what was so evil about Isaac that God

  486. asked Abraham for him?

  487. See that you're in this room and let me land the plane.

  488. We're in this room, most of us, because you've given your life

  489. to Jesus.

  490. People watching online, you're in church on Sunday because you're

  491. following Jesus.

  492. If that's you, just raise your hand.

  493. You're following Jesus.

  494. You're trying to figure out what it looks like to obey him.

  495. So most of us have a story.

  496. We have a testimony.

  497. Hey, in our BC days, our before Christ days, I was.

  498. You fill in the blank.

  499. I was an addict, I was this, I was that.

  500. I lived a sinful, habitual lifestyle and I gave my life to Jesus.

  501. Amen.

  502. So a preacher will come and say, hey, Repent.

  503. Hey, give your life to Jesus.

  504. Hey, obey him.

  505. And many people, Christians, say he's not talking to me.

  506. That doesn't apply to me because I've already repented of

  507. my sinful behavior.

  508. But in this story, the excuses that are being given have nothing

  509. to do with sin.

  510. What if it wasn't that Isaac was evil?

  511. What if the gift that God had given Abraham became a God?

  512. What if what's keeping you from a next level encounter with

  513. Jesus isn't your sin stuff?

  514. What if it's the good stuff?

  515. Have you ever had that happen?

  516. Like, I'm in my recliner at home, Pastor Harvey, and like, you

  517. know, I'm watching a television show.

  518. I'm just like, trying to veg out.

  519. There's nothing sinful in what I'm watching.

  520. And all of a sudden I feel the glory of God in my room.

  521. And I hear that knocking on the door of my heart.

  522. And I'm saying to the Lord God, but there's nothing evil about

  523. this show.

  524. There's not in the Lord's.

  525. Like, it's not about the evil stuff in the show.

  526. It's about my desire to be with you as my son.

  527. There are people in this room.

  528. There are people that are watching online who the Lord is saying

  529. this.

  530. The deeper you go in me, the less you can take with you.

  531. There are people in this room.

  532. You're in a relationship with someone, one they are not who God

  533. has for you.

  534. Well, Lord, the Lord is saying, come be with me.

  535. Come spend a season with me.

  536. Come, come.

  537. Anybody ever heard of Netflix?

  538. Ever heard of y'?

  539. All?

  540. There are so many things in our lives.

  541. You heard of Facebook, Instagram?

  542. Some of us scroll social media more than we scroll the Bible.

  543. Are you staring at?

  544. Well, no, it's not inherently evil, but it's become a distraction.

  545. Are there any men in here where your wife does not accept communication

  546. when you're doing this?

  547. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

  548. Put the phone down.

  549. I need eye contact.

  550. I literally feel like the Lord is saying to many of us, put the

  551. phone down.

  552. I need eye contact.

  553. I, I, I need a, I need a fresh.

  554. Yes.

  555. So I just want to prophesy over you.

  556. I was up in the hotel all night last night.

  557. I believe the Lord is saying to V1 Church if you're a guest.

  558. I believe there's an invitation from the Lord this fall,

  559. this fall, I want you to fall in love with me again, says the Lord.

  560. And what it's going to take to fall in love with him again is to

  561. say, okay, Lord, where am I fear based obedience, duty based

  562. obedience.

  563. Or how do I get into this?

  564. Lord, I choose you for love.

  565. Lord, I say no to temptation for love.

  566. I want to pray for us today concerning that.

  567. Thank you, Lord.

  568. Can you bow your heads with me?

  569. Lord, I thank you for your sweet, sweet presence that's here

  570. today.

  571. It's in this room.

  572. It's flowing all across every campus.

  573. Holy Spirit, would you come and massage our hearts?

  574. There's a song that says, I'm coming back to the heart of worship

  575. because it's all about you.

  576. You.

  577. It's all about you, Jesus.

  578. I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it.

  579. Lord, forgive us for just checking off religious boxes.

  580. Lord, I feel led to pray.

  581. God, would you protect anyone in this room, Protect anyone in this

  582. room and watching online from any relationships that we do not

  583. need to be in.

  584. I feel like the Lord is talking to some single ladies in

  585. here.

  586. You don't need to stop your pursuit of Jesus so he can catch

  587. up.

  588. You keep running for Jesus.

  589. Do not settle.

  590. Do not settle.

  591. I see some of you just giving, giving Jesus.

  592. This fall.

  593. I'm not going to date this fall.

  594. I'm going to consecrate myself this fall.

  595. I'm going to focus on loving Jesus.

  596. Thank you, Lord.

  597. Thank you, Jesus.

  598. Holy Spirit, we ask that you'd begin to move, that you'd begin to

  599. stir hearts.

  600. We say, yes, Lord.

  601. The Bible says repentance brings refreshing.

  602. Some of you are just going to feel that tug, like, oh, yeah, that,

  603. Lord, that I repent, Lord.

  604. I give that to you.

  605. Lord.

  606. God is confronting someone about excessive spending.

  607. You're spending so much money on things you have no money to give

  608. to God's kingdom.

  609. But we thank you, God, that you're bringing conviction.

  610. Lord is talking to some of us about how we spend our time.

  611. Put down the phone.

  612. I need fresh eye contact in this season.

  613. I want to begin to minister to some of you even now.

  614. Sir, you're in the second row.

  615. You have a black sweatshirt on.

  616. Would you stand to your feet?

  617. Father, I thank you for this man.

  618. I just see a big heart over you today, the father's heart.

  619. And I just get this picture, this word.

  620. Home, home, home.

  621. The Lord says, come home, stay at home, live at home.

  622. Live at home with me.

  623. So, Lord, I pray for a fresh encounter of love to be poured out

  624. upon this man from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet.

  625. Duty hasn't got you through.

  626. Obligation hasn't got.

  627. I sense you have a sense of religion.

  628. But the Lord says, today is a day of fresh encounter with me.

  629. The Lord says, you're a soul winner.

  630. You are a soul winner.

  631. You are meant to invite people into fresh encounter with Jesus.

  632. I see you catching men like the disciples coming, taught men.

  633. I see you having one foot in the marketplace and one foot in the

  634. house of God.

  635. There's a new era evangelist anointing upon you.

  636. Spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon you.

  637. He's anointed you to preach the good news, to bind up the brokenhearted

  638. and proclaim freedom to the captives.

  639. Thank you, Jesus.

  640. Young lady, will you stand?

  641. How old are you?

  642. 21, 24?

  643. Father, I thank you for this young lady.

  644. Lord, I thank you.

  645. The Lord says what I began in you years ago.

  646. Something about your life that has been consecrated to God.

  647. Something about who you are that is destined for greatness.

  648. And the Lord says, I've marked you for eternity.

  649. I have put a preach down on the inside of you.

  650. I sense a.

  651. A call to vocational ministry.

  652. And the Lord says that I want to consecrate you further, even from

  653. your youth.

  654. It's just like man, Lord, why can't I do what they do and go where

  655. they go?

  656. And the Lord is saying, it's because I'm inviting you into intimacy.

  657. I'm inviting you.

  658. And the Lord says, there's a nation's call on you.

  659. There's a nation's call call on you.

  660. I believe that there's something about travel that you will.

  661. You will not only preach God's word, you will interpret God's word

  662. for other people.

  663. The Lord says, there is a communication gift on you for the

  664. nations and the youth of the nations.

  665. The Lord says, I've created you like dynamite.

  666. I literally believe the Lord has called you to break demonic strongholds.

  667. But the Lord says, you are mine.

  668. You are mine.

  669. You are mine.

  670. And the Lord says, the gold and the silver are mine.

  671. I break every spirit of poverty that's tried to come into

  672. your life so that you might think serving God means you have

  673. to be poor.

  674. I just release a blessing on your life.

  675. And I said, fully funded in Jesus name.

  676. Fully funded in Jesus name.

  677. The Lord says that I desire that you would be equally yoked.

  678. Equally yoked.

  679. Equally yoked.

  680. Equally yoked in Jesus name.

  681. Amen.

  682. Ma', am, you're in the 1, 2, 3, on the end.

  683. Will you stand?

  684. Do you know this girl next to you like friends, sisters?

  685. Okay, can you both come down to the front?

  686. Thank you, Lord.

  687. Father, I thank you for these fiery women.

  688. Lord, I thank you for a Mary and an Elizabeth, I thank you, Lord,

  689. for you guys are.

  690. There's something birthing on the inside of you.

  691. There's a cry for more, a cry for more of the Holy Spirit to see

  692. him move in marriage and family in the marketplace.

  693. And I just release a fire over you today.

  694. As firebrands, we thank you for a fresh anointing of the Holy

  695. Spirit and fire.

  696. I cut off every spirit of offense in Jesus name.

  697. You guys are in a season where he is separating you and some people

  698. will become offended because you're not going to hang out and

  699. compromise anymore.

  700. You're not going to hang around lukewarm people.

  701. I'm not saying you are.

  702. It's the people around you.

  703. And the Lord says, I'm cutting off the spirit of offense.

  704. Don't pursue people that I've separated you from.

  705. Let them go.

  706. And there's.

  707. I feel tremors in the spirit.

  708. I feel a shaking happening where the Lord is going to begin

  709. to more.

  710. More encounter, more presence, more devotion.

  711. And the Lord says, you guys are oily ones.

  712. Oily ones.

  713. Oily ones.

  714. Lord, I thank you for fresh oil of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name.

  715. You guys, are you together, married?

  716. Can you stand?

  717. Lord, I thank you for this couple in Jesus name.

  718. Lord, I thank you that you are inviting them.

  719. You are inviting them.

  720. This might sound crazy.

  721. I think this is being recorded, so just listen to it later.

  722. You guys are called to minister to married couples and to

  723. walk them out of religion into revival.

  724. Revival.

  725. And many of them, many of these couples are just.

  726. They're not sure about the Holy Spirit stuff.

  727. Many of them have a form of religious background.

  728. But you guys, I see you guys baptizing couples in pools like at

  729. homes.

  730. It's not like, oh, come to church, keep coming to church.

  731. But you guys, I prophesy to you, you are going to meet couples

  732. where they're at.

  733. You're going to meet couples in homes, in different places.

  734. And the Lord says, there's a gift of creativity, ma', am, that

  735. God is unlocking in you.

  736. There's a creative anointing where you have the power to reach

  737. people and spaces and places.

  738. And there's a marketplace mandate on your life lives, a marketplace

  739. mandate to bless people where they're at and introduce them to

  740. the deep things of God.

  741. And in Jesus name, I break every generational curse off of your

  742. bloodline and I release family revival.

  743. Wow.

  744. There is a breaker anointing on your life to see your family be

  745. delivered and set free.

  746. But I break.

  747. Just bring it down.

  748. I break the spirit of witchcraft off of your lives.

  749. There is a spirit of manipulation that has come upon you

  750. through a family member.

  751. And the Lord is saying, I'm breaking manipulation, intimidation.

  752. The Lord says, beware of bribes, beware of money or invitations

  753. through family.

  754. That would try to strong arm you, that would try to paralyze you,

  755. that would try to take your voice from you.

  756. And you're in a season right now.

  757. The Lord is helping you to find your voice, helping you to leave

  758. the past and move forward.

  759. And so, Lord, I just.

  760. Do you have children?

  761. Lord, I thank you in Jesus name that you are opening up something

  762. in this season, that you are opening up something.

  763. You are giving.

  764. He's giving you the green light.

  765. There is a green light that I see where even something coming is

  766. going to break generational curses.

  767. What the Lord is going to do through you is going to speak a word

  768. against your accusers and your manipulators.

  769. In Jesus name, I speak a blessing over your marriage covenant.

  770. And Jesus name, I declare over you that what God has brought together,

  771. no man will separate.

  772. And you will see a deeper union.

  773. You will see a deeper covenant.

  774. And sir, I just break workaholicism off of you.

  775. The Lord is saying, will you trust me?

  776. You are working too hard.

  777. You are harder on yourself than God is harder on you.

  778. And the Lord says, son, you're going to about.

  779. You're about to walk in a father's delight anointing.

  780. You have something from your childhood where you're trying to

  781. prove something.

  782. You're trying to be a man.

  783. And the Father says, son, I see you.

  784. I love you and I'm proud of you.

  785. I'm proud of you.

  786. I love you.

  787. You are mine.

  788. Thank you, Jesus.

  789. Just want.

  790. As you're sitting, just reach up like this.

  791. So the love of God is here.

  792. The glory of God is here.

  793. The presence of God is here.

  794. Just reach up and say, I receive it, Lord.

  795. Romans 5, 5.

  796. The love of God has been poured out into our hearts through

  797. the Holy Spirit.

  798. Holy Spirit.

  799. Thank you.

  800. Brother in the back and the glasses, you greeted me.

  801. Coming on in, man, you are the Father's son.

  802. I heard the Lord say, that's my boy.

  803. That's my boy.

  804. The Lord says, son, I have called you as a protector.

  805. I have called you as a defender.

  806. And there's something in you that hates bullies.

  807. And the Lord says, son, there's an anointing on your life

  808. to set captives free.

  809. There's an anointing on your life.

  810. So, brother in the red, will you come down?

  811. And then brother Will you come down too?

  812. Just stand two feet apart.

  813. Just two feet apart.

  814. You can still be friends, just separate things.

  815. I don't want you guys to get confused.

  816. What's your name?

  817. George.

  818. Father, I thank you.

  819. For George, who the son sets free is free indeed.

  820. I release a fresh wave of freedom over you today.

  821. That you are mighty.

  822. I see royalty on you.

  823. The way that you see yourself is not the way that your Father in

  824. heaven sees you.

  825. I believe in you, says the Lord.

  826. I'm with you and I am for you.

  827. Romans 8:28 is a verse I'm getting from the Lord.

    Romans 8:28

  828. All things work together for the good.

  829. The Lord says, I will use all things that have happened in your

  830. life to bring about my purposes.

  831. And last thing, God says, thanks for not quitting when it would

  832. have been easy to turn away and forsake God.

  833. You stood.

  834. And the Lord says, because you've stood, I am standing with

  835. you.

  836. And let's walk together, together together as father and son.

  837. Let's walk together, together together as father and son into your

  838. future that I have for you in Jesus name, Amen.

  839. Bless you, bro.

  840. The Lord says that I have anointed you to capture the robber.

  841. The Lord says that there is a thievery and there is a spirit of

  842. robbery that set loose in the land that is stealing destiny from

  843. young people.

  844. And the Lord says, son, I have have put a spirit of justice in you.

  845. I have put a spirit in you that wants to see every wrong made

  846. right.

  847. And the Lord says, do not fear.

  848. I break the spirit of fear off of your life.

  849. In Jesus name, there is no fear in love.

  850. And the Lord says, you will no longer deal with hesitation.

  851. You will no longer deal with timidity or fear.

  852. For I'm putting a spirit of faith on the inside of you.

  853. Faith for more.

  854. The Lord says, son, there's destiny on you more than just this

  855. region.

  856. The Lord says that you will not be locked down, you will not

  857. be limited to this geographic region.

  858. For the Lord says that there's a ministry that he's given you that

  859. you will be used to see the youth set free and the spirit of

  860. robbery broken off of them.

  861. In Jesus name, Amen.

  862. Amen.

  863. Let's just lift our hands to the Lord.

  864. Father, we thank you.

  865. We thank you that you're here, Lord.

  866. You've taught on encounter and now you've demonstrated it, that

  867. we might know that you are real, that you love us, and that

  868. our best days are not behind us.

  869. They're ahead of us.

  870. In Jesus name, Amen.

  871. God bless you all.

  872. Thank you so much, Sam.
