  1. And last week, you know, we basically said that, you know, wise

  2. people, they listen to the wisdom of God and they change.

  3. Foolish people, they only change when the pain gets great enough,

  4. so they need pain to be strong enough.

  5. And then evil people, they only change when they're confronted

  6. or even restricted.

  7. And.

  8. And a lot of you actually went home.

  9. And I wanna acknowledge this.

  10. You had real conversations.

  11. You started setting boundaries and you decided, hey, I love you,

  12. but I can't keep letting you poison my life.

  13. And that all happened in part one, but today is part two.

  14. Come on.

  15. And so today, we're gonna take that grid that we used from last

  16. week, the wise, the foolish, and the evil.

  17. And instead of just putting it on people, we're going to put that

  18. on something that sits at the center of almost every single family

  19. conflict that occurs, every single family that has tension and

  20. every silent argument.

  21. And I'm just going to speak to the elephant in the room.

  22. It's actually money.

  23. Relax.

  24. This is not a telethon right now.

  25. If you're watching online, this is not a fundraiser.

  26. If you're here in the room.

  27. This is actual discipleship.

  28. Because money is not just a financial issue.

  29. How many of you believe that?

  30. It is a spiritual issue.

  31. It's a family issue, and it's a legacy issue.

  32. And some of the deepest toxicity in our family is not what

  33. gets said around the table.

  34. It's what your family actually believes about money, about scarcity,

  35. and even about God's house.

  36. So today, the Holy Spirit wants to heal all of that.

  37. And this might be the first time that anybody's ever even spoken

  38. into these things before.

  39. But I want you to grab your Bible or your app or whatever you

  40. use, and I want you to open with me to First Chronicles, chapter

    1 Chronicles 29 chapter mention

  41. 29.

  42. Now, that's again, First Chronicles in the Old Testament,

  43. chapter 29.

  44. And I want you to see these verses with your own eyes.

  45. It's very important that you look at this with me.

  46. And once you've got it, I want you to shout, I've got it.

  47. Now, if you're still.

  48. If you're still looking, I want you to shout.

  49. Wait for me.

  50. Come on, let's.

  51. We're gonna become students of the scripture.

  52. All right?

  53. Come on.

  54. Many of you are getting it right now, so let me set the scene.

  55. David is at the end of his life.

  56. David, the giant killer.

  57. And he's been a warrior, he's been a worshiper, he's been a king.

  58. And he has a dream in his heart that.

  59. That he's gonna build the house of God.

  60. Okay?

  61. But God actually says, david, you will not build it.

  62. Your son Solomon will.

  63. So what does David actually do?

  64. He doesn't say, well, if I don't get to put my name on that

  65. building, I'm out.

  66. What he says is, if I can't build it, I'll fund it.

  67. And in Chronicles, chapter 29, David stands in front of what the

  68. Bible actually calls the.

  69. The whole assembly, which basically includes leaders, moms,

  70. dads, kids and families.

  71. And he begins to make a public declaration.

  72. And it's a declaration of generosity.

  73. So I called an assembly.

  74. I've got all the children here.

  75. I've got all the leaders and the pastors and the moms and the

  76. dads.

  77. And we.

  78. We're here and we're mimicking this holy assembly.

  79. And I want us to take a look at the verses, and I want you to

  80. see them with your own eyes.

  81. Verse 3 says, Besides, in my devotion to the temple of my God,

  82. I now give my personal treasures of gold and silver for

  83. the temple of my God over and above everything I've provided for

  84. this holy temple.

  85. And basically what David says is, out of my own personal treasure,

  86. I have given gold and silver for the house of my God and.

  87. And above everything that I've already provided.

  88. Then if you go to verse five, he asked the question to everybody

  89. in the assembly who is willing to consecrate themselves to the Lord

  90. today.

  91. Now, I want to say this, and I want everybody to lean in and listen.

  92. Come on.

  93. Even the children.

  94. Sometimes we want our giving to be private, and I understand that

  95. because it's between you and God.

  96. But you see in these scriptures that there are moments,

  97. legacy moments, where our giving must be public.

  98. And David said, hey, I'm going to tell all of you of Israel what

  99. I've been doing privately, but then I'm going to show you what I'm

  100. about to do publicly.

  101. And he says, privately, I've been already giving and giving and

  102. giving to the temple, but now publicly, I'm going above and beyond

  103. that, and I'm giving so that legacy can be built.

  104. Then he turns and he asked all of the people who's willing to consecrate

  105. themselves to the Lord today?

  106. And this is the thing I want you to understand.

  107. He's not saying, hey, who wants to help me pay a bill?

  108. He's saying, who is willing to consecrate themselves to the Lord

  109. today?

  110. And I want you to see what happens in a few moments.

  111. I want you to watch what happens.

  112. And if you don't understand the Word consecrate, it means to

  113. take something and to separate it, to move it into a different space

  114. and a different domain.

  115. And so what that means is you have.

  116. David said, I have gold, but I've consecrated that gold.

  117. It now belongs to the Lord.

  118. I have gifting talents and now belongs to the Lord.

  119. So he's saying, who now wants to consecrate themselves to the Lord?

  120. Who wants to separate themselves?

  121. I keep thinking about that New Testament scripture.

  122. Be in the world, but not of the world.

  123. Come on.

  124. Do not follow the patterns of the world, but be transformed by

  125. the renewing of your mind.

  126. So your mind becomes consecrated to the Lord.

  127. And you don't have a mind like the world.

  128. You have a mind of Christ.

  129. Come on.

  130. Does somebody know what I'm talking about?

  131. And how you'll know that you're consecrating your thought

  132. life is your friends and family who are not saved, who are

  133. not Christians, who don't read the Bible, who don't pray.

  134. They're gonna say, you've lost your mind.

  135. And you'll say, yes, I did lose my mind for the sake of Christ.

  136. I have the mind of Christ.

  137. I've consecrated my mind to him.

  138. Come on.

  139. Can somebody just shout if you know what I'm talking about?

  140. And watch what happens next in this story.

  141. The leaders of families.

  142. The leaders of families.

  143. Are you the leader of.

  144. Of your children, of your families?

  145. The officials, the commanders, they all respond.

  146. Not some, all.

  147. And they bring a massive offering.

  148. And in verse nine, it says that the people rejoice greatly because

  149. they had given willingly and with a whole heart.

  150. I can't help but to think about the Go V1 series.

  151. And it says that Joshua and Caleb, as they begin to go into the

  152. promised land, the land of legacy, the land where their children

  153. would dwell in peace.

  154. They.

  155. It said this.

  156. It says that Caleb was wholehearted.

  157. And Wholehearted means going v1.

  158. The plane takes off the Runway.

  159. There's no reservation.

  160. There's no plan B.

  161. There's no escape hatch.

  162. I'm wholehearted.

  163. And I find it interesting that David now and all the people of Israel

  164. are giving to build the temple.

  165. And it says that they're wholehearted.

  166. God wants your whole heart.

  167. It's not about finances.

  168. It's not about.

  169. It's literally about.

  170. It's not about how many hours you serve at the local church.

  171. It's about your whole heart going V1.

  172. How many of you are going V1 with me?

  173. Because David then begins to pray, and he prays this powerful

  174. prayer.

  175. And in that Prayer.

  176. He says to God, and we get to actually hear his prayer.

  177. He says, God, everything comes from you.

  178. And we've actually only given what comes from your hand.

  179. Look at verse 14.

  180. I'm going to read it exactly now.

  181. But who am I and who are my people that we should be able to

  182. give as generously as this?

  183. And this is what David says.

  184. Everything comes from you, God, and we have given you only what

  185. comes from your hand.

  186. So this is one of the most powerful moments of this whole sermon

  187. right now.

  188. Oftentimes we think, wow, I've given this big offering, this big

  189. amount of money.

  190. Wow, I've given while I'm serving on the worship team.

  191. I've given while I'm serving in the lobby or the safety team or

  192. the production team.

  193. But what David actually does, and it's so humbling, is he goes,

  194. God, everything comes from you.

  195. And we have only really given you what comes from your hand.

  196. In other words, God, I can only work this job because you keep

  197. squeezing my heart and pulsing the blood through my veins.

  198. God, I only have this because of you.

  199. I would have been drunk.

  200. I would have been lost.

  201. I would have been separated, divorced.

  202. I would have been, oh, come on.

  203. Some of you, how many of you would acknowledge if it had not been

  204. for Jesus, I couldn't even do what I'm doing now.

  205. So, God, when I think I'm giving you something, I'm only giving

  206. back what came through your hand.

  207. Oh, come on.

  208. Has anybody been saved by God?

  209. And David knew that.

  210. David was a small shepherd boy, and the Lord raised him up to

  211. be a king.

  212. Many of you, you've been raised up.

  213. The Lord's taken you on a journey.

  214. And so in these moments, you have to say, God, I'm really just

  215. giving you what's already yours.

  216. It came through your hand.

  217. I wouldn't been able to do it without you.

  218. In other words, God, you're not lucky to have us.

  219. We're blessed to have something to return to you.

  220. Come on.

  221. Can I get an amen on that?

  222. So what's happening in 1st Chronicles, chapter 29?

  223. This is not just a building campaign.

  224. This is a consecration moment.

  225. Their giving is the way that they're saying, hey, God, we belong

  226. to you.

  227. We live on Long island, but we belong to you.

  228. We live in Miami, but we belong to you.

  229. We live in Indiana, but we belong to you.

  230. Our future belongs to you.

  231. No turning back.

  232. We're bringing this thing because family matters.

  233. And last week we talked about wise, foolish and evil people.

  234. But today, let's talk about wise, foolish, and evil patterns

  235. with money in families.

  236. Uh, oh, we're going there.

  237. Come on.

  238. Freedom is in the house.

  239. Wise families say, well, everything we have belongs to God.

  240. We honor him first.

  241. We participate in his house.

  242. We don't see generosity as a loss.

  243. We see it as worship and legacy.

  244. But foolish families are random.

  245. With their money, they give.

  246. You know, when the emotion's high, when the band's playing a song,

  247. when a good sermon is preached.

  248. They give sometimes at bad churches, when they guilt you, when

  249. the guilt is real heavy.

  250. You know, some churches use guilt to motivate, but.

  251. But they might throw something in here or there, but.

  252. But there's no plan.

  253. There's no obedience.

  254. There's no consistency.

  255. It feels spiritual, but it never builds an altar.

  256. Evil patterns or cycles that are in families, and this is a lot

  257. like where I came from, they go even further.

  258. Evil patterns use money to even control.

  259. And, you know, they'll say, well, I've come and I'm receiving

  260. from the church, but I'm not a resource.

  261. I'll let my kids benefit from the church, but I'm gonna withhold

  262. from the church because they'll be okay.

  263. They're okay.

  264. They look like they're doing all right.

  265. Or even worse, they'll say, I'll use my money to punish.

  266. I'll use my money to manipulate.

  267. I'll even use my money to protect my pride.

  268. And some of you grew up in homes just like that.

  269. So I'm reaching into your childhood, and I believe there's

  270. a healing and a freedom that can happen because you heard sentences

  271. like, well, all that church wants is your money.

  272. Or, we don't trust pastors, okay?

  273. Or, hey, we're gonna go, but we're not giving.

  274. Those sentences did not just shape your budget.

  275. They actually discipled your heart.

  276. So today, God is inviting your family out of foolishness, out of

  277. evil patterns, out of cycles.

  278. And he's bringing your family into wisdom, spiritual wisdom.

  279. And just like David's generation, he is inviting us to

  280. stand together as one family.

  281. And what are we gonna do?

  282. We're gonna consecrate ourselves through generosity.

  283. We.

  284. We're gonna separate ourselves through generosity.

  285. Now, before we talk about our vision offering, let me talk about

  286. your heart for a second, your corazon.

  287. Because every study on generosity that I read, all the scientific

  288. literature, all the psychological literature, every study

  289. on charitable giving says the same thing in different words.

  290. It says, people give more and they give with joy when three things

  291. are present.

  292. Number one, they trust the leader.

  293. Number two, they understand the Vision.

  294. And number three, they can actually visibly see the impact.

  295. If they don't trust the leader, they close their wallet,

  296. they put the checkbook away, they sign off the Internet.

  297. But if they.

  298. And if they don't understand the mission and what the mission

  299. really is, they get confused.

  300. And if they can't see visible impact, they start to get cynical.

  301. Okay, so let me be very clear.

  302. First, as your pastor, I will never ask you to do something that

  303. I am not doing.

  304. Me and my family, we tithe.

  305. We give 10% of all of our income to V1 Church.

  306. And we also give offerings above and beyond that.

  307. We are giving sacrificially into the vision offering today as

  308. well.

  309. I'm not standing in front of you as a fundraiser.

  310. I'm standing in front of you right now as a participant.

  311. Second, the mission is crystal clear.

  312. This is Heart for the House.

  313. This is Family Matters in action.

  314. This is not about my lifestyle.

  315. This is about V1 Church, V1 Church, Long island campus, every

  316. campus.

  317. And our global family stepping into everything that God has shown

  318. us and given us for 2026.

  319. And third, you will see the impact.

  320. You're going to see stages built.

  321. You're going to see college students trained, Times Square activated,

  322. families fed, a film created, and yes, I believe even mortgages

  323. burned.

  324. And we're not just trying to make you feel something today.

  325. We are inviting you to build something that will outlive you and

  326. me.

  327. Come on, let me talk vision and numbers for a moment because

  328. this is where wise families are starting to perk up.

  329. Wise families are starting to perk up right now because our ministry

  330. and mission number for 2026, the part that goes straight into

  331. new ministry, new outreach and evangelism, is $615,000.

  332. Everybody say 6.

  333. 15.

  334. Now, here's what that includes.

  335. Number one, $115,000 for the V1 Church, Long island campus stage.

  336. I'm standing on the floor right now.

  337. And this is not about ego.

  338. This is about building a permanent excellent stage where we

  339. can preach the gospel as we're doing right now, training leaders

  340. and broadcast to the world.

  341. And that's an altar where we are actually building it together.

  342. Number two, $80,000 to build out V1 College on Long Island.

  343. Now, this is two announcements in one.

  344. But we've entered a deal with Faith University for dual accreditation.

  345. And our Long island building in 2026 is going to turn into partly

  346. a college campus with fully accredited bachelor's, master's and

  347. doctoral degrees in dual enrollment with V1 College.

  348. Come on.

  349. And so you're not gonna have to worry about where you go to college

  350. or where you send your kid to college, and it is going to be significantly

  351. more affordable than any college in New York State.

  352. And there's more announcements coming soon, but we need the initial

  353. money, $80,000 to build out the rest of V1 Long Island.

  354. That's classrooms, equipment and space to discipline and disciple

  355. and to send the next generation of pastors, the next generation

  356. of evangelists, worship leaders and creatives, and now the

  357. next generation of business leaders, the next generations of

  358. those in the medical fields.

  359. We are now even going to be able to provide secular accredited

  360. degrees.

  361. And there will be many that even get Pell Grants.

  362. And they begin to come and get educated in this space.

  363. And if you've ever said, well, you know, I wish somebody would have

  364. trained me when I was younger, I wish I had a college like that,

  365. this is your chance to be that for somebody else.

  366. Number three, $170,000 for the Times Square event.

  367. Now that's for all of the staging and the production and the

  368. lights and the sound.

  369. And that is just brass tax what it's gonna take.

  370. Nobody's getting paid to preach, nobody's getting paid to

  371. lead worship.

  372. Everybody's a volunteer.

  373. But we need $170,000 to actually set all the staging up.

  374. And these are the real numbers of the invoice.

  375. To be able to have the Easter Sunday in Times Square, God has opened

  376. a door right in the heart of New York City.

  377. And we're gonna live stream it around the world.

  378. And this helps us establish a high visibility presence so that

  379. what God is doing here is seen around the world, it's felt around

  380. the world, as many are saved.

  381. Number four, we need $50,000 for V1 community impact.

  382. Now, for, for those of you who don't know, we rent a space in the

  383. heart of New York City and we have rent.

  384. And what this number includes is the rent and the amount of money

  385. it takes for the various different facilities so we can distribute

  386. food.

  387. And it's called V1 Community Impact.

  388. We're already doing it.

  389. And as a matter of fact, we stepped it up over this last year.

  390. And this is rent support.

  391. It's food support in New York and Indiana and national distribution

  392. to serve families who are basically hanging on by a thread

  393. right now.

  394. And when a single mom keeps a roof over her head because the church

  395. stepped in this, that, that's right in line with our budget.

  396. Come on.

  397. And so, number five, we need $200,000.

  398. And I'm gonna tell you what this is for.

  399. Because this is unprecedented opportunity that God's given us yet

  400. again to go into amc, to Cinemark and Regal movie theaters,

  401. and to have our next film where we literally show the nation

  402. what the father's heart is all about.

  403. And the door has opened again, guys.

  404. The last time the movie industry allowed me in with a film,

  405. we had over 70,000 decisions for Jesus Christ.

  406. We had thousands of canceled suicides, people delivered of demons

  407. healed of diseases.

  408. And that door has opened again.

  409. And I've already filmed over 80% of the next movie.

  410. And it is all about the father, the father's heart, fatherlessness

  411. in society, and how the local church and how the gospel deals with

  412. fatherlessness.

  413. And I believe that a nation is going to be healed as a result of

  414. this film.

  415. And here's the thing.

  416. Most budgets for movies are in the millions and millions of dollars

  417. because we've been able to volunteer.

  418. We only need the last remaining $200,000 to get it to finish,

  419. edit, to get the finishing work done.

  420. And then in 2026, we will have another movie in theaters.

  421. Now, for those of you who don't remember, we.

  422. We hit number three in the US Box office.

  423. We were only beat by Martin Scorsese, which really is not that

  424. bad.

  425. Come on.

  426. And we were beat by.

  427. But this.

  428. This one should really prick your heart.

  429. This one should sting a little bit by the Exorcist franchise.

  430. And so, like, we literally got beat by a demonic franchise.

  431. How many of you believe that in 2026, we're gonna fund this movie

  432. today?

  433. And in 2026, we're gonna hit number one in the box office for

  434. the kingdom.

  435. And we are gonna take over Hollywood with the gospel of Jesus

  436. Christ.

  437. Does anybody believe that we can do it?

  438. Come on.

  439. And God will use a church like ours.

  440. This is a tool to take the story of what God is doing here at

  441. V1.

  442. And we can put it in front of people who will not walk into a building

  443. first, but they'll go to a movie theater and they'll see a film,

  444. and they'll be moved.

  445. Come on.

  446. And I'm telling you.

  447. And they're.

  448. And they'll find spiritual family as their family gets healed.

  449. I filmed all over the world, and for this next movie, I'm telling

  450. you, get ready.

  451. The topic is the father's heart.

  452. And all of this together is $615,000, which really, in the grand

  453. scheme of things, is not a lot of money.

  454. If you think about how many major global things we can do.

  455. This is our ministry and mission number for 2026.

  456. But there's one more piece.

  457. And I'm doing this because so many people have asked the question

  458. and they've written me.

  459. And now I'm being very transparent.

  460. How many of you have ever had a mortgage of your own that you wanted

  461. that thing gone?

  462. Come on, you wanted that mortgage gone.

  463. At V1, like many families, we have mortgages.

  464. The remaining loan for V1 Church, Long island, and is $4.27

  465. million.

  466. I'm just being very transparent with you.

  467. That's the remaining loan.

  468. And the remaining loan for the Indiana campus that many of you are

  469. in right now is 3, $397,000, which really is not a lot.

  470. And I have stewarded the finances of this church on a level

  471. that you would never imagine.

  472. And I've been able to move mountains by faith, but that's it.

  473. Our faith target now together for this next season, including those

  474. loans, is just a little over $5.2 million.

  475. And here's the vision, and I'm being bold, the boldest I've ever

  476. been.

  477. We are believing God to not just pay down those mortgages, we

  478. are believing God to pay them off and to have a mortgage burning

  479. as we step into 2026.

  480. You know, people have been asking me, you know, Pastor Mike,

  481. what are the real numbers and what would it take to see that day

  482. of a mortgage burning?

  483. And those are the real numbers.

  484. So I want you to imagine this with me.

  485. Imagine standing in this room at V1 Church, Long Island.

  486. Imagine standing in Indiana at the start of 2026 and we literally

  487. celebrate a mortgage burning.

  488. We hold the papers in our hands and say we used to owe millions

  489. of dollars, but a generation rose up who gave sacrificially.

  490. And now more and more of every dollar goes straight into mission

  491. for the rest of our lives.

  492. That is not just about buildings now.

  493. That is about legacy.

  494. That is about your kids and your grandkids sitting in a debt

  495. free church saying, my parents and grandparents, they did that.

  496. Come on.

  497. Today.

  498. This vision offering is a step towards that day.

  499. So let's just connect all the dots.

  500. Now, Family Matters is not just a cute little title.

  501. It's a prophetic statement.

  502. Your family matters.

  503. What your family believes about money matters.

  504. What, what your family models to your children.

  505. It matters.

  506. Wise families don't just remove toxic people.

  507. They remove toxic agreements.

  508. Come on.

  509. Agreements with fear, agreements with scarcity, agreements

  510. with cynicism about God's house.

  511. Foolish families.

  512. They sit back and they say, well, hey, somebody else is gonna

  513. do it.

  514. We'll just watch and evil patterns, they whisper, we will consume,

  515. but we will not contribute.

  516. Today V1, we are choosing wisdom.

  517. Now, I know some of you are actually thinking to yourself, you

  518. know, Pastor, you know, I brought my kids, you know, they're

  519. a little wild, you know, and by the way, my kids, they don't have

  520. any money.

  521. Perfect.

  522. We designed today so that every person can participate, even

  523. the littles.

  524. We told the parents, have your kids bring something.

  525. Some of them have piggy banks.

  526. Come on.

  527. Do they still have those?

  528. Some of them have coins.

  529. Some of them have a toy that they brought here that they're getting

  530. ready to give here in a few moments.

  531. Come on.

  532. Some of them brought canned goods from the cupboard that they're

  533. going to use to bless families.

  534. Man, I feel like I want to cry.

  535. Because we're going to teach families how to break evil patterns,

  536. and we're going to give.

  537. And if your toddler is getting ready to walk down this aisle with

  538. a crusty Cheerio that they throw into the basket, listen, that

  539. might be the most sacrificial gift in the entire church.

  540. Why?

  541. Because they're learning that when.

  542. When God's family builds an altar, we move together.

  543. So come on, get ready to bring your crusty Cheerio because we're

  544. moving together.

  545. Here's how this is going to work now at every campus.

  546. My, my, my.

  547. I just.

  548. I feel the ground shaking underneath me.

  549. There's many of you watching online right now that you're being

  550. compelled by the spirit.

  551. And.

  552. And here's how this is going to work, even for our global online

  553. family.

  554. Right now, at every seat, whether that's your couch, whether

  555. that's in a nightclub in Brooklyn.

  556. Come on.

  557. Right here in Long island, you should see a pen and an envelope,

  558. and on your couch, you're gonna see right above you on the

  559. screen a QR code.

  560. Or you can use V1 church and you can go to the mobile app as well.

  561. But I want you to grab the pen and envelope and I want you to get

  562. ready.

  563. Now, if you're giving physically, this is cash or check,

  564. you can use that envelope at the physical campuses right now.

  565. And I want you to write Vision 2026 on it.

  566. And the amount.

  567. Vision 2026 and the amount.

  568. And if you're giving digitally, you can still use the

  569. envelope as a point of contact.

  570. And what do I mean by that?

  571. You know, you can write in a memo, giving online, and you can

  572. write that amount.

  573. And so here's the thing.

  574. You see the QR code on the screen and you see a link in the

  575. comment section where you can give to the vision offering our online

  576. global family.

  577. YouTube.

  578. Come on Facebook, our online campus.

  579. This is your moment, too.

  580. You may be in another state or even another nation, but this is

  581. your family.

  582. You're a part of our family.

  583. And I want you to type even in the chat right now if you can.

  584. I'm in.

  585. Or my family is giving.

  586. Or you can even write the phrase as.

  587. As your step of faith, like, hey, I'm doing this.

  588. I'm in.

  589. Before we move, I'm going to ask you to do three things, though,

  590. because we're getting ready to move.

  591. And just stay in your seats for a moment.

  592. Number one, ask the Holy Spirit, what does wise sacrificial

  593. generosity look like for our family today?

  594. Not equal gifts, but equal sacrifice.

  595. For some, Wisdom might be $1,000.

  596. For some, it might be $10,000.

  597. It might be a million dollars.

  598. For some, it might be the first time that you've ever even

  599. tithed and you actually sign up for reoccurring, giving.

  600. But for some, it might be kids emptying your piggy bank now bringing

  601. a toy.

  602. The question is not what can I spare?

  603. The question is, lord, what are you asking us to consecrate,

  604. to set apart?

  605. And number two, come on.

  606. I want you to refuse toxic thoughts.

  607. When fear starts shouting, what if you don't have enough?

  608. Remember David's prayer in 1st Chronicles, chapter 29.

  609. Everything comes from you, God.

  610. And we have given you only what came from your own hand.

  611. The same God who carried you this far is not going to abandon

  612. you because you stepped out into generosity.

  613. And we break that foolish, toxic thought in the name of Jesus.

  614. And number three, lead your children.

  615. Let them see you give.

  616. Let them see you walk to the front.

  617. Let them see you click that submit that give button on a sacrificial

  618. gift.

  619. Show them that if you're watching online, you are discipling

  620. them into how to handle money.

  621. Now you are teaching them that in this house, we don't cling to

  622. fear.

  623. We open our hands and we open them in faith.

  624. In just a moment, I'm getting ready to pray.

  625. And after I pray at every V1 campus, I want us to stand as one

  626. family.

  627. After I pray.

  628. Parents, I want you to take your children with you.

  629. If they brought canned goods, toys, piggy banks, and let them take

  630. those in their own hands.

  631. And if you're a teenager, come on, come with your friends or your

  632. family.

  633. If you're single, come as part of this spiritual family.

  634. We're going to walk to the Front.

  635. And we're gonna place our offerings, our envelopes, our cans,

  636. our toys, our piggy banks into these baskets.

  637. And this is not just putting something in the bucket.

  638. I'm just putting.

  639. No, no, no.

  640. This is our first Chronicles, chapter 29 moment.

    1 Chronicles 29 chapter mention

  641. David looked at this generation and said, who is willing

  642. to consecrate themselves to the Lord today?

  643. Today, across seven campuses and all over the world, online, God

  644. is looking at V1 Church, and he's asking each and every one of

  645. us the same question.

  646. Who is willing in this generation to consecrate their things

  647. before the Lord, their finances, their money, their resources?

  648. And if you're online, as we come forward to this room, I want

  649. you to click that link, give your gift, and then type in the chat.

  650. I'm giving or my family is giving.

  651. And that's your walking towards us in the altar moment.

  652. Would you bow your heads with me?

  653. Everybody, bow your heads with me.

  654. Let's pray.

  655. Father, everything that we have comes from you.

  656. You gave us breath, strength, opportunities, ideas, relationships,

  657. every open door.

  658. And today, like David's generation, we do not come reluctantly.

  659. We come willingly.

  660. We come with whole hearts, going V1.

  661. We break every toxic agreement with fear, with scarcity, with cynicism,

  662. and we raise up wise families, moms and dads, teens and children

  663. who see generosity as worship and legacy, not loss.

  664. As we give into stages, being built into colleges, being built

  665. into Times Square, broadcasting the gospel community,

  666. impact, opening up to distribute food into a movie that's

  667. shown across America, and to even paying off these mortgages.

  668. Let it all be for one purpose.

  669. That Jesus Christ would be lifted up, that souls would be saved,

  670. that disciples will be made, and that generations not yet born

  671. would inherit a house of freedom.

  672. Bless every gift, bless every giver.

  673. And let us see the day that we burn those mortgages and shout, look

  674. what the Lord has done.

  675. In Jesus name, amen.

  676. Come on.

  677. It.
