Living Loud || Pastor Diego Mesa

Father, Thank you so much for this opportunity. Thank you for the privilege

of talking about Jesus to people. I just thank you Lord that you will

speak to people in such a way that it would be memorable God, not

my words, but what the Holy Spirit will say in Jesus' name. Amen,

I want you to stand on your feet as we read God's word together.

And we're going to talk again about walking out loud. That's my ol

walking it out loud. Say that with me loud. Okay, So everything

about Jesus's life was loud, but we're going to go to one specific point

in his life, which deals around with his death. And tell me if

you see quietness or silence or you see loudness around his death. From noon

until three in the afternoon, darkness came over the whole earth. When have

you been alive and have seen that? From twelve noon to three in the

afternoon pitch black. But around his death it happened about three in the afternoon,

Jesus cried out in loud voice, Eli Eli lema sabatta. That is

my God, my God. Notice it says he with a loud voice,

not in silence, not in a whisper. Everyone could hear, My God,

my God, why have you abandoned or forsaken me. When some of

those standing there heard this, they said he was calling out for Elijah,

which was a prophet. Immediately, one of them ran and got a sponge,

filled it with sour wine, put it on a stick, and offered

him a drink. But the rest said, let's see if Elijah comes to

save him. But Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and he

gave up his spirit, which means he died. Suddenly, the curtain of

the sanctuary of the Temple was torn in two from top to bottom. That

was a noise. Quaked, that was a noise. The rock split,

That was a noise. Tombs were opened. That was a noise, and

many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised, and they came

out of the tombs. Imagine you seen a dead person that you knew died

ten years ago running around and walking around. After his resurrection, he entered

the Holy City and appeared Dimini. Now this is huge right now. When

the centurion, okay centurion was a Roman soldier trained in battle. He was

a high ranking soldier that had at least one hundred. That's where the centurion

means he was in charge. So he's like a master sergeant. He could

be a colonel. Okay, he's a police officer. He's a peace officer.

He's grown up. He's seen thousands of people dying across he's an execution

center. He keeps law. And this is what this guy says, who's

standing right next to Jesus watching him die. When the centurion and those were

with him who were keeping watch over Jesus saw the earthquake and the things that

had happened, they were terrified. They were terrified and said, truly,

this was the son of God. You may be seated. That was a

once atheist that just got converted right in front of your eyes, who had

a hardened heart, who was very logical, scientific, well trained. But

we said, I've never seen a man, and I've seen a lot of

men die on the crosses. No one has died like that. Nor have

I heard the noise of the supernatural that took place around this man's death.

Truly, he must have been who he said he was. Everything about Jesus's

life was not quiet and serene. Jesus was loud and everything he did.

When he entered this world, there was a loud birth. The angels from

heaven sang loudly as they were who he was announcing his annunciation. His ministry

was loud. No one could compete, and no one can compare. I

don't care what philosopher, what guru, or what theorists lived today then or

now, it can nothing can compete. His resume was the fact that he

raised the debt, He healed the sick, he cleansed the lepers, He

forgave sickness. He changed water into wine, he walked on water. He

wrote in the dirt about mankind's sin, which nobody knew about. He violently,

and with a noise, ran out the money changers in the temple.

Everything Jesus did, he did it loudly, publicly, making a statement to

influence someone, to make a difference in someone's life. Hear what I'm trying

to say, is I begin to divine define what loudness means. We saw

at his death that his death was loud. His resurrection. When they come

to find Jesus's body to prepare it properly, the stone is rolled away and

he's no longer there. How loud was that when he walks forty days upon

the planet, people get to see the ones nail scars in him. He's

now fully blown alive. More than five hundred witnesses can testify. I saw

this man die on a Sunday, and for the last forty days he's been

walking, talking and eating with us. Then he ascends, and they said

that the same Jesus that us sin will descend. How loud was that?

But there's something that's going to take place in the future that is very loud.

The Bible says the voice of the archangel the trumpet of God, and

he shall descend with a shout. That's his second coming. Everything Jesus did,

he did it very loudly. And we need to figure out what does

it mean to live a loud life for Jesus Christ. How many have you

ever seen somebody who's a loud dresser. They got a loud wardrobe. Here

are a few pictures of me where i've This was me. They told me

I was going to a mobster's party and I had to dress up like a

mobster. This is back in the day. You might remember this. Some

of you still come to church looking like this. They're allowed. We recognize

some people are loud talkers. How many of you ever known somebody is a

loud talker? How many have ever known somebody is a loud walker. I

know when my wife gets up because I'm usually downstairs and I hear this,

she's a loud walker. So I want to talk a little bit about what

I mean when I talk about that. See, because I recognize today we

live in a loud world with so much hatred, anger, fighting, feuty,

hostility, complaining, criticizing. Today, you and I live in a

very loud world, loud in people's immorality, sin, wickedness, meanness,

ungodliness. They are fearless in being loud. And if we find ourselves being

just as loud as them, then it's going to silence our faith. And

I think that that's what's happening today. The subtlety is is the enemy has

silenced our faith because we are just as loud as this angry world. We're

fighting over the same things. We're feuding over the same things. We're angry

over the same things. And here's something you need to think about. We

are in this world, but we are not of this world. John tells

us the Bible tells us my values are different than the world. My language

is different from the world. My behaviors, my mannerisms, how I think

is absolutely different. I am called and you are called as a Christian,

a christ Like follower of Jesus Christ. You are called to stand out and

not blend in. You may have an opportunity to share your faith, open

your mouth and tell other people, but people can take notice. On your

job, you work differently than everybody else. You're not talking about the boss,

You're not stealing stuff from the company, you're not coming to work late,

you're not complaining and picketing. That of injustice. And I'm not saying

that that's wrong, but you know what I'm talking about of how people act

and treat their jobs sometimes makes a vast difference. Here's a quote I want

to give you today as I describe what this loudness means. Loudness is not

about drawing attention to ourselves, but about our lives, drawing attention to Jesus.

That's the loudness we want. It's not about being attractive to the world,

but about being attractive to Jesus. That's the kind of loudness that God

wants us, because if we're not loud, then the reality is is that

we're going to become very passive in this world, non contributors, watchers who

are not making a difference. And that's what I'm talking about, making a

difference, influencing something in a positive way towards Christ, making my life meaning

meaningful in everything that I do. In fifteen in one fifty five a d

which was a long time ago, obviously, but it's recorded in Fox books

of Martyrs, and the eyewitnesses recorded it with historians, so we believe that

what happened was was very very accurate. There was the last living Apostle of

Jesus's name was John. John held a high position in the church. He

was a bishop. You read in Revelations when Pastor Adam did a masterful teaching

on the Book of Revelations. What he was the bishop over. He was

the bishop over the seven churches of Asia Minor where Turkey is today. He

held that high position. But he had a disciple, He had a mentee,

and his mentee was called Polycarp, and Polycarp was very honored in the

church because because of his status with the last living Apostle, meaning John and

now having his position, he was the bishop of Smyrna. Well, this

was the days now of persecution by the Roman Empire. They hated Christians,

they hated him, they tolerated Jews. Everyone pledged allegiance to the Empire of

Rome. Caesar was God, and to defile the Emperor then you could face

And that's why they hated Christians, because Christians would not pledge their they would

not bow their knee to the Roman Empire and call him God. They would

not do that, and in doing that they would face mass persecution. And

that's where you would see them thrown into arenas torn apart by lions, and

Romans would show up and it was like the entertainment center of the world.

You just watch it. Well, one individual, as a Christian, was

thrown into the lions den, and usually they'd give him like a shield or

a sword or something to try to defend themselves and prolong the event so that

people could be there a long time for the entertainment. This one didn't want

to do it. He just virtually laid down his weapons, put his head

out and it was over. They felt ripped off, like I came in

for you know, I paid all this money to watch a twelve round five

and it's over in thirty seconds. So what they said is all of them,

all of them began to cheer Polykarp Polykarp Polycarp because he was on the

most wanted list in Rome, because they hated him. So the Roman soldiers

and they commissioned, go get rom, Go get Polycart. We know where

he's at and bring him in and we will kill him now in front of

everyone. This eighty six year old old man will bring him in. Everyone

shows up. But they warned him ahead of time, so he could have

fled, but he didn't, and so when they came to him, they

thought. The soldiers didn't know who he was much of anything. They didn't

realize he was an old man. And so Polycarp just said, you know

what you're about ready to take me. I'm not going to run from you.

How about sitting down and let me cook you a meal. Have my

servants cook your meal. So these soldiers cook got a meal, and he

said, before I leave, let me pray. He prayed two hours to

God before he was led away. Then they tied him on a stake to

burn him, and he said, can I pray one more time and just

talk to the Lord. And they yelled out, denounced, Denounce, denounce.

If you will denounce Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, we'll set

you free. You could go back to your home and die a full life,

old man. Just simply deny and denounce your pronounce your faith in Jesus

Christ. And he said, all these eighty six years I've lived, and

God has never done me no wrong, and I will not denounce him.

And they lit him aflame. They could not kill him, and so they

literally had to spear him. The blood gushed out and it quenched the fire.

They said his body did not smell like smoke, but smelled like fresh

break bake bread, a sign of communion that he was having with God.

That's living a loud life, even to the end. If you've got threatened,

come on now, denounce the Lord and we'll give your job back.

Denounce the Lord and we won't kill you. How many of us, honestly,

you know what this is. One time, this denouncing the Lord.

The Lord knows my heart. I'll just go back and say, Jesus,

I repent very quickly. Four things I want to share with you now.

I don't know where time went, but four things very quickly. How to

live, how to live a loud life. If you want to live a

loud life, I'm going to try to share you number one. They're all

four ours. You have to be a resilient person. To live a loud

life, you have to be resilient. Jesus was extremely resilient. He never

allowed things to stop him, He never allowed things to stick to him,

and he never got stuck. Three things that happen to people all the time.

They're stopped by everything, They're stuck to things, and they let things

stick to them. Everybody in Jesus's life forsook him, every one of them.

His friends forsook him, his disciples forsook him. His family forsook him.

They thought he was a crazed man read the Bible, they thought he

was a lunatic. The Roman politicians forsook him, the Pharisees and Sadducees,

the religious leaders forsook him. Everybody forsook him. But he would continue to

be resilient and set his face toward flint to Jerusalem to not let anyone stop

him from the mission of dying on that cross. I want to ask you,

how thick skinned are you, How resilient are you in life? How

quickly do you Here's the reality. It's not that you're not going to get

knocked down. Every one of us are going to get knocked down through trials,

through problems, through people, through issues, through hearted My question to

you is how long you will stay down? That's the key to resiliency.

It's not getting knocked down you none of us are teflon. Life is tough,

and you and I are gonna get knocked down. But the key is

how long will you stay down? The longer you stay down, the more

the enemy wins in your life, and the more something is stopped in your

life from happening in the good and righteous way. So like some people,

you know, how many of you know when a fighter goes down, the

ref goes over and gives him what the ten count? Right? One,

two, three, four, ten, Here's what happens when the enemy knocks

you down ten thirty six months, one year, five years, ten years,

twenty five years, you're still down, Okay, I can understand ten.

When Mike and knocks you out even thirty seconds, we'll bring the stool

out and you can wobble back. But as long as you've been down,

what knocks us down people? You let people get to you. You're not

resilient with people. People's opinion knocked you down. People's criticism knocked you down.

People's offense knock you down, people's betrayal. Doctor three years, five

years? You're down? What happened? You let problems knock you down,

the difficulties of life, losing a job, bankruptcy, thread of my home.

You're letting problems, divorce. You're just letting those things keep you down

in life. You're letting principalities, what the devil is doing in your life,

the attacks that the enemy brings into your life. And you and I

are going to have to learn how to grow our pain threshold. It be

different if you walked into a gym at twenty years old and you pushed up

one hundred pounds, but thirty years later you're still pushing up one hundred pounds.

Something's wrong with that. You can't take much, can you? You

got to grow your pain threshold without cussing someone out, getting drunk and going

screw into the dog next door or whatever, excuse my vulgarity. Grow your

pain threshold. Man, it's not being a whimp in a sissy man.

Take your ball home because you didn't win. You don't want to play no

more. My favorite story is Chas saw Zum sixty nine years old. Grandma.

She wanted her driver's license. It took her nine hundred and sixty tries

before she got her driver's license. She failed read it, look it up

nine hundred and fifty nine times. She failed to get her driver's license.

But on nine hundred and sixty the chick got her driver's license. And you

can't be resilient in what you're going through. The second thing, well,

if you're going to live a loud life, walk it out and live loud,

you have to learn how to be remorseful. Remorseful we live in a

society, in a world today. We're doing wrong doesn't bother you. It's

actually labeled cleverness. I don't feel no guilt about anything. I don't feel

no shame about anything. You should have been as smart as me. I'm

gonna do it to you before you do it to me. There's no remorse.

Jesus would often use this phrase to people, go and sin no more.

He loved them. He forgave them, he accepted them, but he

was clear, you better not sin no more. And we live in a

world that doesn't even understand what the world sin, what the word sin is

anymore, because we're not remorseful, we're not pentive. We don't live apologetic

life, a sorrowful life, a broken life over what? What am I

sorrowful for? What I need to be remorseful for? Yeah, you know,

maybe i'd live wrong and do wrong and behave wrong but remorseful. But

if you're gonna live a loud life, because if not, you're gonna be

filled with shame, You're gonna be filled with regret, You're gonna be filled

with guilt. And that's probably what drives our personality of anger or workaholics.

We work out too much, We get drunk all the time because we're trying

to pacify what's going on inwardly, this loud noise on the inside that I

can't silence. So we have to learn what that means is when I'm violating

scriptures? Should I not have remorse? When I know to do right and

I don't do it? Should I not have remorse when I talk behind your

back and backstab you Should I not have remorse when I have a bad attitude

going to work? Should I not be remorseful when I continue to say no

to what God is asking me to do? Should I not feel remorse?

And the list can go on. We've almost become callous. You know,

on my middle thumb here a middle thumb, that's not a thumb, middle

finger, my middle finger. There is this bump right here, and I

have this bump. It's callous because I'm old school. I I write out,

I write out my notes and I everything. I don't use computer.

I just don't. I write out everything. All my books I've done,

they're all written out first in manuscript, and so this thing is always heightened

and it's always there. But I don't feel nothing here. I don't feel

nothing because it's callous. And there's a lot of calm lessness and people they

don't feel nothing said talking about feel guilt, shame, remorse, sad,

sorry, sorry for what. You don't know the house I lived in,

you don't know what they did to me remorse seeing that's the You don't live

a loud life that way you live, you live loud this way. Watch

because there's two ways you may live this way because you're angry. You're angry,

but God tells you I want you to live loud, but not this

way. This way draws attention to you. Live this way. This is

this is ringing just as loud as this, but it's on a different frequency.

This is a Christian frequency, so to speak. It's a silent whistle,

but it's a different noise. It's a different noise, and our noise

has to be different from the way of the world. We're noisy for the

glory of God. We're going to bring our problems and our cares to him.

I don't want to sound like the world, and so we live today.

I want to give it to you today. I'll be on your screen

just so that you could see today. In our world today, we kind

of have said this. Today, in our world of politics, everything is

about political correctness, not offensiveness, acceptance of everything, non denial of non

denial of self interest, pleasure and wrongness and morality. Truth is subjective today.

Let's not call it sin. Let's just relabel it. Let's just rebrand

it today because that's the society we are at today. Let's just call it

preferred choices. Let's just call It challenges accepted behavior, psychological conditions, therapeutic

diagnosises. But the Bible calls it sin. Here's what the Bible says.

This is what the Bible says. Here's what the Bible says, and Psalms

fifty one. Here's what the scriptures say, and Psalms fifty one. For

I am conscious of my rebellion, for my sin is always before me against

you. And you alone. Have I sinned and done this evil in your

side? So you are right when you pass sentence. You are blameless when

you judge. Another scripture says this, your sins or your iniquities, are

separating you from God, and your sins have hidden his face from you,

so he doesn't listen. We don't use words. This is a previous generation.

They knew what the word lascivious means. We don't know what lascivious this

is. They knew what promiscuity means. We don't know what promiscuity is.

They knew what adul tree was. We don't know what adultree is. They

use the word fornication. We don't know. See, we have re labeled

these things because we don't want to say their sin. They're acceptable behavior.

And now I feel no remorse in doing it. I was at a former

church a job. It was my pastor's. An employee, an employee went

to the house cleaning the house pastor, and they saw something questionable. And

they came to me as assistant pastor, and said, Pastor diego, I

want to just share with you something I saw. I don't know. I

don't want to judge, I don't want to come to conclusions. I just

want to bring it to you. In my innocence, I went to my

senior pastor and I said, gently, this employee came. They were cleaning

your house. They saw this, and I just want to share that with

you. About a day later, I'm called into the office. Don't know

why. I'm called into the office of the pastor. I see them,

then I see the lady and I thought, oh, oh my god,

what is about ready to take place? They brought me in and said did

you say that? This girl saws us a And I'm thinking, what are

you doing? What are you doing? And that that lady at that moment,

said the pastor. The pastor went ahead and pronounced judgment on them and

said you are now fired. You can never come back to this church and

started using judgmental words about their future because of what they did. I stood

there in passive silence, and inwardly I said, this is wrong, this

is wrong. But I did not have the courage to confront that person,

and that innocent little lady lost her job. You don't know how that made

me feel. But when I started Abundant Living Family, I ran into that

girl. She never because she could see. She was older than me,

she could see how uncomfortable it was for me. And we hugged, and

I said, what are you doing? She said, I'm looking for a

job. I said, I would be honored if you would come and work

for Abundant Living Family Church. And I put my arm around her and I

apologized for what I did that day, that I did not have the courage

to stand up for righteousness, but foul victim to the fear of man,

of losing my job or whatever. That's I think sometimes the kind of remorsefulness

God wants. Here's the third word. You and I. If we're going

to live a loud life, then we have to figure our reason and why

for living. What is your purpose? What is your calling? What is

your assignment? Let me ask you a question. Why are you alive today?

Tell me why you're alive? Why are you alive? Well, I'm

alive because I'm a husband or wife. I'm alive because I'm a father and

a mother. Okay, I'm alive because i'm you know, I'm a plumber,

I'm an electrician, I'm a live Okay. At the end, why

are you alive? Why did you let's just scenarios. Why Why were you

not aborted? Why didn't you catch a childhood disease? Why didn't you die

in the midst of your mischievousness of drunkenness and overdose and craziness. Why are

you alive? Don't tell me I'm smarter than anybody else. Don't tell me

I'm better looking than anyone, I'm more talented than anyone else. No,

no, no, no, no, tell me why God? Why?

Why are you blessed with what you Why do you drive what you drive,

live where you live, have the influence, the friendships, the marriage,

the kids? Why? Why tell me your reason? See, you're gonna

struggle. You're gonna struggle. If you've not figured this thing out, You're

not gonna you'll live loud for the world, but you will not live loud

in the Kingdom of God. You've got to understand that what is the reason?

What is the reason? See here, let me just share with you

some things that is killing our reason. I'm gonna give you these four.

They're gonna look like this. This is what's killing our reason today. Consumerism.

Consumerism today is on the rampage, takers, not givers, watchers and

observers, non participators. That'll kill your reason. Number two secularism, conforming

and compromising to the ways of this world. We're just gonna act, think

our values, our beliefs are gonna just be like the world. Number three

materialism, thinking that comfort and security and I identity comes from things. And

the last word, atheism, the absence of belief in God will kill.

Two of the most richest men on this earth are professed atheists, One Buffett

and Bill Gates. Though we applaud them for their humanitarianism, they're doing nothing

in the Kingdom of God. They don't know who God is. They don't

know their creator. And until you know your creator, you can't live out

your God given purpose. Your purpose is connected to your creator. Though I

have applaud what they're doing, when they're dead, it's over. Heaven will

not talk about them. They won't know God. I went a lifetime of

sixty eighty one hundred years. I was given philanthropy, wealth, and I

never built the Kingdom of God and I never The two main purposes why you're

here on the planet is to know God and to let him be known.

That's why you're here at the end of the day. There it is you

want to know your essence of life, to know God and to let Him

be known. So so many people struggle to understand that. They spend their

life wandering and wondering. I love these two quotes by Rick Warren, and

these two quotes by Rick Warren kind of bring a synopsis to what it is.

An impression without an expression causes depression. And a lot of people have

an impression of who Jesus is, but they have no expression of it.

And that's why the church is so depressed. This is that the only one

or do you have another one? Yeah? Without a purpose? Life is

emotion without meaning, activity without direction, events without really look at this,

look at these things. We have motion in our life, we have activity

in our life, we have events in our lives. Without a purpose is

trivial, petty, and pointless. How many have ever played monopoly? How

many of you want to win in monopulate? How many of you all really

think you're good in monopoly? Okay, okay? How many of you know

at the end of the game, everything goes back in the box and it's

over. All your emotions, all your fears, all your frustrations, all

your coveteousness, all your sideals, all the stilling of the money, all

that you did to hike everything up, goes back in the box. It's

over with it, So way life is. It all goes back in the

box and it's over. But life continues to live on. And so you

and I have to realize that God created us for a reason. There's an

intention in mind. It wasn't accidental. God gifted you for a reason.

That's why you have the talent, the gifts, the abilities, the personality,

the passions, the heart, the experience that you have, because it

speaks to your purpose. That Has anybody ever told you that you are weird?

Raise your hand. Half of you the other are liars. Has anybody

ever told you we'll use the word weird? How many ever, has anybody

ever told you you're different. How many have ever felt different? Has anybody

ever told you you're unique? Okay, you're weird. Every one of you

are weird. You're different, You're unique because that speaks into your purpose and

you've got to channel all that to build the Kingdom of God. So many

people spend their lifetime, and there's no wrong with that, with their talent

and gift building their career and empire. But they never give that talent and

gift back into the Kingdom of God. They never give it back. Here's

the last one, and I ran out of time, so I want to

be very sensitive, sensitive to time right now. But the last one is

God sent you for a reason to your church, your home, your job,

your family. Because I'll get to that one. Because every one of

us should wake up every day and recognize that I'm on a mission and I

have a ministry to do and I have a message. I don't just go

to work. I'm sent to work. I don't just go home. I'm

sent to work. It's the difference. See when you feel like you're sent

and I'm sent with a mission in mind, Jesus said, I've come to

this or to seek and to save that which was lost. He was on

a mission to give ministry out, which is to help something, encourage something,

influence something, and change something. And then I have a message to

my life, whether it speaks out of my lips or it speaks through my

lifestyle. And the last r is this, if you're going to live an

epic life, then you or ask me, live life allowed. You have

to have an amazing relationship with Jesus Christ. It'll make you stand out.

Now, this is Jesus. Two scriptures I want to share with you.

This was what he did. He did nine times, at least the scriptures

tell us, but he did in many more times. The Bible says this,

I believe in Luke. Yeah. During those days, he went out

into the mountain to pray, and he spent all night in prayer to God.

Why would Jesus have to pray? And why didn't he pray all night?

The second scripture here says the same thing repeated, but just from a

different angle. Very early in the morning, while it was still dark,

he got up and went out and made his way to a desert place,

and there he was praying. He had an amazing relationship with his father.

And the reality is is that whether it's your time in the Bible, whether

it's coming to church, whether it's prayer, or whether it's lifting your hands

and worshiping God, that is building an amazing relationship with Jesus Christ, which

will help you to live loud in this world. The reality is this is

that you become like what you spend time with. Your time tells me what

you value and is important in your life. Time time with Jesus is not

wasted time. It's not a wasted time. It's a transforming time. Time

with Christ is not optional, it's essential. You know, people are dedicated

to their therapy. People are dedicated to their medication. People are dedicated to

their prescriptions. Why because they feel like it probably does it makes them feel

better, But they're not dedicated to Christ. And Jesus will be greater to

you than your medicine, your prescriptions, and your therapy because the reality is

this, all of us, all of us again, are weird, and

you can act weird, and some of you are weird all the time,

and that's why you need therapy. And we can tell when you aren't making

your therapy. We could tell when you're coming off your medication. That's how

many. I'm had a crazy cousin you look at this. Are you on

your medication or sometimes you got to go to a Christian brother and sisters that

act and crezy. Are you taking your medication? Have you been in the

presence of God? How long? How long have you gone without pray,

going to church, reading your Bible? That's the question that you and I

need to ask all end with this having an amazing So if you were to

judge, you know, if you were to judge your relationship with Christ,

would it be distant, casual, would it be a relationship that's close,

besties, intimate? Where would you rate your relationship with Christ? And I

want to just challenge in you to go to another level in getting closer to

Him. You know, there's amazing how many people spend thousands of dollars and

painful surgeries to look like a celebrity. There are people that want to look

like Kim Kardashian, so they'll have umpteen that was my wonderful time to have

a slide come up. But there we won't look over there and see what's

going on. But how many have you ever seen people that will have thousands

of dollars in many surgeries. People want to look like Michael Jackson, mj

Ever known somebody that. Yeah, they want to do that. That guy

spent thousands of dollars and had tons of work justin Mehmer or whatever his name

is. They want to look like him. How much pain are you willing

to go through to look like Jesus? How much time are you going to

spend to look like Jesus. This world needs us to live loud, not

the way the world is living loud, but to live loud in our faith

in this time more than ever. Don't look like the world, don't talk

like the world, don't think like the world. Act like Jesus in this

world. Father, I just ask you to help us. God, Help

us to live loud for you wherever we go. Help us to make a

difference, to not blend in, but to really stand out. Help us

to understand how to be resilient in difficult times. Help us to be remorseful

when we've done wrong. Teach us God how to live out our purpose and

our reason for life, and help us to have an amazing relationship with you,

O God, in Jesus' name, Amen, we're getting ready to leave

this church. Thank you, for the bottom of my heart, for you

coming to church today. I want to share with you a thought. I

kind of allude to it, but I think I'm remembering it now in the

message. If we are to line up all the so called religions of this

world, if we're to line up the heads of those religions, whatever they

were, a philosopher, a guru, a god, if you were to

line them all up, you line them all up, would they all be

equal in their resume? So we're gonna line up Jesus against Buddha because if

they're equal, hey, you and I don't need to be here today.

We're gonna We're gonna We're gonna line up Mohammed And if they're equal, you

and I don't need to be here today. We're gonna line up Hadi Krishna.

And if they're equal to what are you doing here today? If we're

gonna line up Hinduism, then what what are we doing here? We're gonna

line up al Ron Hubbard, if we're gonna line up Joseph Smith. We're

gonna line up all these people today. And if Jesus just blends in tat

know what I mean. They are. They are did miracles. They all

raised the dead, they all healed the sick, they all died on them

died, they were all resurrected. But this one stands out, this one

which I have to I can't ignore. He either is who he said he

is, or he is the most crazed lunatic that ever walked the planet.

And that's what you need to call him, if that's what you believe,

because none of these lined up in history have ever said I am God except

him. He said, I'm God. He that has seen me has seen

the Father. He said, I am the I am the Holy Name of

God. He said, I am the Way, the Truth, and the

Life. And no man goes to the Father but by me. He either's

who he said he is, or he's the most radical, fanatical lunatic that

ever walked the planet of dess Earth. But if he could back it up,

then your knee will bow and your tongue will confess like that centurion did

that day. I've been around criminals. That man ain't no criminal. I've

seen minel and pain. They were once tough, brothers. But when they're

dead, they cried like that guy didn't cry like no girl. He bowed

his knee, that tough soldier, that tough officer, whatever it was,

truly, that was the son of God. It's time for you to come

to terms. Jesus stood out from amongst them to tell you who he was.

He's the only one that has an empty grave. He's the only one

that was seen by five hundred. He's the only one that there is no

gravesite that can be located to find him. He is. He is who

he said he is. He's the only one to have fulfilled more than three

hundred prophecies, the only one to tell you how specifically he was going to

die, and he and he died that way and then told you when he

was going to raise. He didn't say I'm going to come back. He

said in three days, I'm going to come back. Set your watch.

He's the only one that went to hell and came back to talk about.

He's the only one that went to heaven and came back to talk about.
