God’s Call: Living Beyond the Ordinary || Pastor Gerald Brooks

My name's Gerald Brooks. For those of you that don't

know me, I have the privilege to be a pastor

in Plano, Texas is the North Dallas area, and I've

had the privilege of being in ministry for forty eight

years and some forty three years ago my wife and I, Jenny,

started the church that we are at now, and God,

through the grace and mercy, has blessed it.

But it is always a thrill here.

One of the things that I love so much is

coming to this particular congregation, not only for the vitality

that each one of you bring, but for the faithfulness

that Adam and Nathan and Diego have brought and their

lovely brides. It is an honor. See, you don't know me,

but I get to go to a lot of churches,

and you don't know me, and you don't really get

to know what I get to do. But in a

given year, I will minister in some way to over

thirteen thousand churches in America.

But of those churches.

That I will minister in using one of the platforms

that God's given me, most of them have problems that

they're dealing with. There are stresses that they're going through.

But one of the reasons I love coming here is

that because of Adam, Nathan and Diego, this is a

healthy church. And I love being in this place. I

don't have to walk in and fix it. I get

to just walk in and enjoy it. And that is

an honor Heavenly Father, help us Lord tonight, as we

take a journey with you, Father. Anytime we come to church,

we can just walk in a building, or we can

walk into the throne room. We can just go through

the motions of religion, or we can enjoy a relationship.

We can just hear words, or we can open our

heart to your words. And today, Lord, we choose your

words over any other words. Thank you for speaking to us,

ministering to us, breathing life into to us, in helping

us to be more like Jesus than ever before. And

we all agree together saying Amen. Tonight, I want to

talk to you about some God facts, God facts, just

some simple facts about God and you. Not just facts

about God, but facts about God in you. The first

fact is this, God loves you more than you can imagine.

God loves you more than you can imagine. You know,

it's sad that in our society today, that there's just

so many people who feel like they've never been loved

in life. They feel like they've never been cared for.

They feel like that no one's ever looked at them

with a special eye, with a sense of inclination of

them being wanted and them being valued. But what I

can say to you is in the midst of a

world where maybe that hasn't been prolific, God loves you.

More than you can imagine.

And Paul gives us this wonderful verse where he talks

about how God wants to wrap his arms around you.

And when he wraps his arms around you, he says,

is he whispers in your ear? He says, I want

you to know what is the length, the depth, the breath,

and the height of my love towards you. Imagine as

a parent taking that child that you love and you

begin to hold them tied and you begin to whisper

in their ear.

That's how God loves you.

He holds you tied, and he says, I want you

to know the length, the depth, the breath, and the

height of the love that I have towards you. But

the problem is sometimes when we say, well, God loves you,

it's sort of one of those stereotypes. People just say, well, yeah,

God loves me, and it's just sort of like one

of those church sayings, but they don't get the magnitude

of what that means. I believe there's some stories in

the Bible that help us understand what it means to

be loved by God. One of those stories is from Isaiah,

chapter forty two and verse three. In there, it says

this Isaiah, speaking of the Messiah, our Lord and savior Jesus,

he says this, It says a bruised read he will

not cast away. Now that doesn't sound very current to us,

so let me just illustrate it. See, people in the

Old Testament were like David. Many times they were shepherds.

They would go out into the fields and they would

just watch over the flocks, the sheep that they were responsible. Well,

they couldn't pick up their cell phone and play a

favorites list, they couldn't begin to tune into a radio.

They didn't have xium, they didn't have serious and so.

As a result of that, they had to make their

own music. And what would happen is because the sheep

many times were around the ponds reeds would begin to

grow up. In these reeds, the shepherds would cut one

off and begin to drill little holes in it, because

on the inside there was sort of this area there

that you could breathe through. And in the middle of

that with these holes, they would.

Put their fingers on him.

It would become their version of a flute and they

would begin to make music. But what what happened is

is that the shepherd would literally get busy taking care

of the sheep, and many times as they had one

of those reeds, it would break, or it would get bruised,

it would get bent. And so the easy thing was

is there were reeds everywhere. They'd just throw them away.

They would just literally say, hey, I'll get another one.

I can replace this.

But what God says is that he doesn't replace things

that have been bruised and damaged. How many of you

happy for that, because most of us and our relationship

with God, we come with some bruises and we come

with some damage. And a lot of people would look

at us and say, I don't want to deal with that.

I don't want to deal with the damage things. I

don't want to deal with the bruised things but what

God says is a bruised read. He won't throw away.

God doesn't throw away what everyone else throws away. God

doesn't give up on what everyone else gives up on.

He keeps it. Now, seeing that's.

How we are.

I grew up in a lower middle cast family. The

lower middle class meant that when I was growing up,

which you can tell I'm pretty old, was a long

long time ago. But when we were growing up, our

family didn't have much money, which meant that there were

places we didn't shop. I mean, early on you begin

to realize there are stores, and there's some stores you

don't go into because they're just not the stores you

can afford. But there were stores that we could afford,

but they weren't the high end stores. They were down

here kind of stores. But even those stores were a

little bit unique because we didn't shop in the regular place.

In those stores, there was usually a place in those

stores where it had damaged and defective goods, and that's

where my mom would shop for our clothes. And so

she would go back there and she would begin to

sort through and look at the shirts and look at

the pants. Now, those shirts and pants many times looked

good but there might be just a little bit of

flaw in it. There might be a little place that

the shirt had been nicked, or maybe the material had

been pulled. And the reason she shot back there is

because you could get those goods cheaper than any other goods.

And so a shirt that may have a little pull

in it that would cost maybe a few dollars, it

would cost just a couple of dollars.

And so that's where we bought our clothes.

We bought him from the damage good the flaw section.

But do you know what, God's sort of interesting when

it comes to his relationship with you, because he loves

you more than you can imagine. God found you in

the damage good sections. He found you with some flaws.

But you know what God said when it came to

check out, He said, I'm going to pay full price

because I see something in them that no one else sees. See.

There wasn't a half price cross, there wasn't a discounted cross.

Everybody else would say, hey, I found some flaws in there,

and I'm not paying full price for that. And you've

seen people go up and literally negotiate as they're checking out.

And God set there and said, well, this thing has flaws,

and he said, it doesn't matter. I'm going to pay

full price for them. And see, that's more love than

most of us ever imagined. Because some of you, every

day you wake up and you think about your flaws,

and you think of your defects, and you think that

you're not worth anything, and you think that you're not important,

and you think that you're not valuable. But God looks

at you and he says, I paid full price for you.

The world may have discounted you, but I didn't. The

world may have said that you're flawed, but I paid

full price for you. The world may say that you

have defects, but I paid the full price for you

because I see something in you that is different than.

Anyone else sees.

And do you know this simple thought isn't complex, But

if I could get some of you to believe it,

it would change how you view your life and you

view yourself. Because some of you look in the mirror

every morning, and when you look in the mirror, you

see every flaw, you see every defect, you see every failure.

But when God looks at you, he looks at someone

he paid full price for. So why in the world

do Christians live down here when God paid a price

for him up here? And the reason they do is

that they've never come to terms that God loves them

more than they could ever imagine. Maybe no one else

has ever loved you, but God's loved you. Maybe no

one else has ever cared, but God cares. Maybe no

one else has ever esteemed you, but God has. You know,

there's an interesting verse in First Thessalonians, chapter five and

verse eight, and that verse says, this put on the

breastplate of faith and love. Now most people know about

the breastplate of righteousness from Ephesians chapter six. But if

you want to know what the breastplate of righteousness is,

just look at what he says in First Thessalonians, chapter

five and verse eight.

He describes it.

And whenever God becomes his own commentator on his own verse,

take that verse for what it means. He says, the

breastplate of righteousness, that's what went over your heart. He said,

it's the breastplate of faith in love. And someone says, well,

what does that mean? It means this believing that God

loves you just like he loves Jesus. Oh, I just

blew some of you out of the water. I can

believe he loves me, but not the way he loved Jesus.

But see in.

John chapter seventeen, and I believe it's in verse twenty three.

Jesus prayed this prayer.

He said, Lord, show them that you love them just

like you love me. See, most people have never come

to terms with the first fact that God loves you

more than you imagine. They've never believed in the love

that God.

Has for him.

Now they sing about it, they worship about it. They

say it to one another, Hey, God loves you, but

they've never believed in it.

I remember this story.

It was one of those stories that was wonderful, but

it was horrible at the same time. It involved a

young lady decades ago who grew up in a family

that was abusive. Things were done to her that should

never be done to any child. Things happened to her

that should have never happened. But this was back in

the day that people didn't report things.

They just whispered things.

Everyone in the community knew that this girl was being mistreated,

but this girl never had anyone come to her aid.

No one ever called, no one ever reported it. So

she lived with it. The thing about this little girl

was that she grew up and she had this friend

in the community that was about her age, and they

grew up together. This friend would help her when she

was going through these painful moments of just being there

with her. But one day this girl got old enough

that she ran away and she left town. No one

else came to help her, so she just took off,

and this little girl that was her friend hadn't seen her.

But it was a few years later they ended up

meeting up, and they're both young moms and they both

have kids. They're literally at a playground watching their kids play.

Is they're watching their kids play. The one girl who

had been the friend of the girl who had been abused,

just looked at her and said, I just want to

ask you a question. She said, what's the question? Said,

I don't understand you. How did you turn out so normal?

All the stats say that what happened to you, you

should be a drug addict, you should be an alcoholic,

you shouldn't be married, you should be divorced, and you

shouldn't have kids. But when I look at you, you

have a wonderful husband. When I look at you, you

have a wonderful set of kids. When I look at you,

you have a wonderful family. Everything about you speaks of

a wonderful life. How is it with everything that happened

to you that you turned out so well? And the

girl that had gone through so much looked at her

friend and said this, I guess God had more love

than they had hate. See, some of you've been that

little girl, and you've experienced the hurt and the hate

of this life.

But the truth of the matter is.

That little girl, it's not a preacher's story, it's a

real story, had somehow found that God loved her more

than she could imagine. In your life, can you come

to terms with the god fact that God loves you?

And God loves you more than you can imagine? And

maybe you've been through the hurt and the heartache, and

you've been through the pain, and you've been through the disappointment.

But God doesn't take a bruised read and throw it away.

He doesn't take what everyone else sees is damaged and

said I'm not going to mess with it. He pays

full value for it because he sees the value in you.

And for some I pray what Paul prayed that you

would know what is the length, the depth, the breadth,

and the hyph. You guys are starting a church down

in Alameda. There's a true story about a pastor who

worked the streets down there. So the nature of his

job was that he would work with many people that

made their living on the streets. It's not easy ministry.

It's tough ministry because he's helping people that are making

a living and a way that is so challenging. But

what he had was he had one individual, a lady

that she had worked the streets so long and so

often that she was now sick and she was going

to die. He would go to her bedside in this

little shack of an area and begin to talk to

her about Jesus. But there's nothing he could say to

convince this young lady that God loved her. He wanted

her to know that, but this lady knew that her

lifestyle had not been right, and she kept saying to him,

you know what, there's no way God would love me.

She kept getting sicker and sicker, and it was getting

close to her leaving this planet. And he prayed, he said, God,

give me some way to reach her. And then one

day as he was sitting by her bedside trying to

convince her of the love of God. He looked over

and he saw this little picture on a nightstand. And

he looked over and he said, who's that. The lady

smiled in the midst of her pain and said, that's

my daughter. I gave her up for adoption. I've never

seen her, but I love her so much. He looked

at the lady and said, why do you have that

picture on your nightstand? She said, because I love her.

The pastor looked and said, I want you to know

in heaven God has your picture on his nightstand. See

fact number one about God is this, he loves you

more than you can imagine. There's a fact number two.

God's put more in you than you imagine. He not

only loves you more than you imagine, but he's put

more in you than you imagine. See there's a verse

for those of us that do this for a living.

It's an interesting verse because if you know much about

the Greek you know it's one of the most difficult

verses to translate. And it's in Ephesian chapter three and

verse nineteen, and in Ephesian chapter three and verse nineteen

it says this, he have filled you with fullness. Now

in the Greek what it says is is he filled

you when you are already full. So let me illustrate

that most of us go to the grocery store and

we're looking for the bargains. When we go to Walmart,

or we go to some of the stores that we

buy groceries in, they have their cereal section. And when

you go into the cereal section, you get your cereal

and there's the big box that's the discount and it's

this big, big box. And then you get it home

and you open it and you have this big, big

box and you start looking in it and you have

to start staring because where's the cereal, because you got

this big box. But then you have to sort of

strain your eyes and you look down in that box

to find the cereal. A big box, but the cereals

down here. A big box, but the cereals down here,

and you're wondering, how in the world did they say,

they just sold me a box. But they have this

little thing on the side of the box. It says

contents may have settled during shipping. So what they want

you to believe is they filled the box up to here,

and then through shipping it must have been on a

wagon train. It's settled down to here. So it started here,

but it's settled here. It started here, but it's settled here.

See that box wasn't filled to its fullness. But when

God fell in love with you and you believed in him,

he filled you with his fullness.

So where.

The cereal company just takes that box and it puts

it up here and it knows it's gonna be down here.

Here's what God did. God took you and when you

got saved, he said, I'm gonna feel them. And he

filled it all the way to the top. And then

he put his hand and he pushed it down and

he said, oh, we got more room. And then he

filled it. And then he said, no, we still got

more room, and he pushed it down. And then he said, man,

we still got some more room. And he pushed it

down because he says, I'm gonna fill them with fullness. Now,

someone would say why does God fill you with fullness?

Because he didn't die so that you could live an

ordinary life. Jesus didn't go to the cross for you

to live an average life. He went to the Cross

so that you could live an above average life. And

that's why Jesus said, I've come that you might have life,

and you might have it more what abundantly, because He

filled you with fullness, He put more in you. And

when people said nothing else. And what I wish is

that I could convince people of two facts. That God

loves them more than they imagine, and that God's put

more in them than they imagine. Because you listen to

most Christians, they say, I can't do anything. My life's

not this, my life's not that. If you listen to

most people, they're talking down about their life when Gods

filled them to fullness. And God's saying, hey, I didn't

make you to live an ordinary life. You could have

lived an ordinary life without me. You could have lived

an average life without me, but I came into your

life that you would live a life that's not ordinary,

and you would live a life that's not average.

And if I could convince people.

To not just believe in God, but to believe in

what God did in them. See, there are those of

you sitting out here. You just think you got saved to.

Go to heaven.

But you got saved because God said you're gonna live

an above average life. I didn't send my son to

the cross for you to be average. I sent my

son to the cross so that you could have life,

and you could have it more abundantly. So the first

fact is is that God loves you more than you

can imagine. The second fact is God put more in

you than you imagine. But the third fact is God

wants to do more through you than you could imagine.

God wants to do through you things you can't imagine.

So which is how can God use my life?

Because He loves.

You and He's put more in you. And if we

could ever convince Christians, we could ever convince Christians, we

would change their outlook, we would change their disposition, we

would change how they view themselves, we would change how

they live. They might walk in and they might be

middle class in life, but they're upper.

Class with God.

But that's all right because God loves you more than

you imagine, and God put more in you than you imagine,

so He could do more through you. Because in Ephesians

chapter three and verse twenty, it says that God wants

to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you could possibly

ask or dream. See, God's dreams are bigger than your dreams,

and God says, I want to do something through you.

Let me tell you a story about a man. I

got to meet him one time when I was invited

to the United Nations prayer Breakfast. They have it every

time the United Nations is in session. The day before,

there's a prayer breakfast that anyone can come to of

any of the.

Nations there.

And it's packed, and I got invited to it, and

I'm at it and I get to meet a man

named Doug. Now, Doug was an interesting man because he's

one of the most prolific leaders I've ever known. He

impacted more politicians, which thank God, dude, they need to

be impacted, and he influenced more diplomats than any individual.

But Doug wasn't famous.

He just would go into their lives and he had

a presence about him and he would talk to him

and he would convince them of Christ. Now, the thing

about Doug was that when he couldn't convince people about Christ,

he challenged them. And the way he challenged them was this.

He would say, I want you to pray for six

weeks a simple prayer, the simple prayer was this, God

has a purpose for my life, and God's going to

show me what that purpose is. Now, Doug gave them

an incentive. He said that if you'll pray this every

day for six weeks, at the end of six weeks,

if God hasn't shown you what your purpose is, I'll

write you a check personally for five hundred dollars. So

he didn't just ask him to pray. He said, if

you'll pray this, if you'll look at me in the

eye and say you'll pray this prayer every day, every

day for six weeks, If at the end of that

you come and you tell me sincerely you prayed it,

I'll write you a check for five hundred dollars. Well,

there was this man who happened to be in Washington,

d c. And he was a man who was in

insurance and he sold insurance. But his life was pretty ordinary,

and all of a sudden he ran into Doug, and

Doug started talking to him about God and said, you know,

God wants to use you. Are you a Christian? And

he said, yeah, I'm a Christian. He says, what are

you doing for God? He says, I don't do a

whole lot.

I go to church.

I serve a little here or there, but you know

I don't do a whole lot. He said, well, I

want to issue a challenge. God has a reason for

your life, a purpose for your life, and he wants

to use Will you pray this prayer. Bob looked at

Doug and he said, you know what, I'll pray that prayer,

but you better write the check right now. So literally,

Doug wrote out the check. He said, it'll be sitting

here on my desk in six weeks if you come back.

Bob prayed that prayer for a couple of weeks, didn't

get any inkling anything. He said, well, I'm going to

call Doug. And he called Doug. He says, that checks

still sitting there. He said, yeah, that check's still sitting there.

He said, but you got four weeks to go.

He says, well, I want you to know God hasn't

shown me anything. And Doug just said, I'm just curious.

Is there any idea about anything in the world you've

thought about that you've never thought about before? And Bob,

he said, you know what I've thought about Kenya? He said,

I've never thought I don't know where Kenya is. I

couldn't pick it out on a map, but I thought

about it, and Doug said, well, why don't you just

pray that maybe God wants you to do something in

Kenya and just see if that sparks anything. So he

starts praying, and he says, God, if you have a

purpose for my life and that purpose involves Kenya, can

you show me. And so he started praying that, and

then he went to one of those business lunches that

are no fund for anyone, where they serve you food

that's no good. And he was sitting there and it

was an eclectic group of people and he ended up

sitting next to this lady and he turned and he said, hey,

my name's Bob. And this lady introduced herself and said,

my name's such and such and I'm from Kenya. Bob

said you're from Kenya said yeah, said I praying. So

what are you doing Kenya? Said I oversee an orphanage

said well an orphanage in Kenya said yes. So what

he did was he started talking to her and she said, well,

if you're interested, why don't you take a trip over.

So he ended up taking a trip. This is all

during the six week period, and he took a trip

over there and he saw this orphanage and he saw

that one of their needs was they couldn't get the

proper medicines for the kids. And he said, I'm in

the insurance business. I deal with so many medical companies.

Let me see.

And he went back and with a week's time, had

a million dollars of medical age sent to that orphanage. Well,

they loved it so much they decided to do a

banquet for Bob and they said come back. And when

he came back, he's sitting there and all of a sudden,

this dignified guy sitting next to him, and he says, well,

who are you. He says, well, I heard about you

getting a million dollars sent over here. I'm the president

of Kenya. He said, you're the president. He said, you're

kidding me, aren't you. He said, yeah, I'm the president

of Kenya. He said, in fact, I wanted to meet

you because we have some other things and maybe you

can know some people that will help. He said, would

you mind coming to the presidential palace. So they drove

them to the Presidential Palace, but on their way they

went through this area where there were all these people

that were locked up, and Bob said, who are those people?

And the President said, well, those are my political enemies.

And he says, well why are they locked up? He

said they don't support me, and Bob said, well that's

not right, and then they went into the palace. Now

we're at the end of the six weeks. Bob has

gone to Doug's office to tell him that he prayed

a prayer, he had a thought about Kenya, he met

someone from Kenya, got a million dollars cent over there,

and now he's met the president. And while he's sitting there,

a phone call comes in for Bob at Doug's office

and Doug's secretary runs in there and says, Bob, you

got a phone call. He says from who said, it's

from the State Department. What's state department? Our State department?

And he runs out there and he takes the phone

and they said, are you Bob?

He said, yeah, I'm Bob.

Said did you go to Kenya? Said yeah, said did

you talk to the president, yeah, did you say anything

to him about political prisoners?

He said yeah.

He said why, well, he said, I'm the head of

the State Department over Africa. And we've been trying for

months to get him to release all of the political

prisoners and he just released him today. And when we

ask him why, he said, it's because he talked to Bob.

God wants to do exceedingly abundantly. There are three facts

I want you to know. God loves you more than

you can imagine. God's put more in you than you imagine.

And God wants to do through you more than you imagine.

And I want you to know that a long time ago,

God looked down from heaven and he pointed his finger

into the future and chose you. And the day your

life changes is the day that you point your finger

towards Heaven and you choose him. And I want some

of you to know that you've already pointed your finger

towards Heaven, but you've never realized what it means to

have Heaven point its finger towards you. He loves you

more than you can imagine. He's put more in you

than you can imagine, and he wants to do more

through you than you can imagine. Those are three God facts.

I've spent forty eight years trying to convince people of

those three facts. I'm praying that a couple of people

will believe these God facts. Father, in the name of Jesus, Tonight,

I pray that you do what I can't do. You

would take people and let them know that they've been

chosen by you, they've been called by you and Lord,

that you're committed to them, and you would let them

know that your son didn't die for them to have

an ordinary life.

Your son.

Came for them to have an extraordinary life. And I

pray Father that in this room anyone who has lived

without those facts being so in their life tonight will

be for the person who's never known that they were loved,

let them know.

How much you love them.

For the person who never thought they could do anything,

let them know that you did not make them average.

And for the person who's just set on the bench,

let them know that you want to do something extraordinary

through them. Tonight, Lord, I pray that you would do that.

Heads are bowed, nyes are closed. Three questions that I

want to ask you. The first question is this, do

you have a relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Let me make it clear what I'm not talking about.

I'm not asking if you're a member of my church

or this church or any church. I'm asking do you

have a relationship. I'm not asking if you've gone through confirmation.

I'm not asking if you've gone through dedication. I'm not

asking if you've been water baptized or christened. I'm asking

do you have a relationship? A long time ago, God

chose you. If you haven't, tonight's the night that you

get to choose him. And so if you haven't made

that choice, let it be tonight so that you know

that the day that you close your eyes for the

last time on this planet, that you will open your

eyes in heaven. Second question, maybe you're a person of

faith and you would say, I know, I just know

that I believe in Christ. I put my faith in him.

But my question is are you close to him? See,

Jesus doesn't come into your life to be a part

of your life. Jesus comes into your life to be

the sinner. And if he's not the sinner, tonight's the night.

Tonight's the night. But if you can say yes to

that first one, you believe in him and you're close

to him, then the third question, have you ever been

filled with the spirit like it talks about Action two

and verse four, where it says and they were all

filled with the spirit and began to speak with other

tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. See in the

New Testament, there are really only two promises. There is

the promise that we have of Jesus that secures our future,

but the promise of the Holy Spirit gives us power

to live for today. In some of you, your future

is secured. You just struggle day to day because you've

never accepted his power. And so if you believe in

Him and you're close to Him and you've never been

filled with the spirit, I want to pray for you.

So heads are bowed and eyes are closed. No one

looking around anywhere in this room. You know that I'm

talking to you. I'd like to pray with you, if

you'd like to be a part of that prayer, if

you just raise your hand wherever you're at right now.

I see that hand. I see that hand. I see

that hand. I see that hand. I see that hand

I see that hand I see that hand I see

I see that hand. I see that hand. I see

that hand. I see that hand I see that hand.

I see that hand. I see that hand. I see

that hand, I see that hand. What I want to

ask is, I want to pray for you in a

personal way, and I want to be able to look

at you when I pray. So if you raise your hand,

I'm asking you to come up here right now. For

any of those three things. You stand up and you

come up here, because I want to pray for you

up here. You don't worry about your mama. You don't

worry about your daddy, your brother, your sister. You don't

worry about your boyfriend. You just come up here. You

just come up here.

We've got time. You come up here. Now.

Let me say to all of you that are seated

in church, there are no spectators. No one paid a

cover charge to get in here.

In church.

You're either receiving by faith that these up here will or.

You're helping them receive in faith.

For all of you up here, if you'll look at me,

Jesus loves you so very very much.

He cares for you so passionately. He loves you.

Today's going to begin a journey, and it's going to

be again a journey because we're going to pray a

prayer that's going to do one of three things. Those

one of three things are these.

If you don't know.

Him, you're going to know him.

If you know him and you're not close to him,

you're going to get close to him.

And if you know him and you're close to him

and you want to be filled with this spirit, we're

going to pray that that happens. All of you out there,

they're going to pray a prayer. You know what you're

You're going to say it out loud. So if everyone

in this room will lift their hands towards Heaven and

repeat after me, Heavenly Father, you said, if I believe

in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus's Lord,

that I would be saved. Today, I'm doing that. I

believe with all my heart that you are my Lord.

Therefore I thank you for saving me and changing my

life forever in Jesus' name. And today, Lord, I'm asking

you to fill me with the Holy Spirit. You said

that if I would ask, I would receive. Today, Lord,

I'm asking you to fill me with overflowing with the

spirit of God and to give me my heavenly prayer language.

So Lord, today I thank you for ministering to me,

pouring out your love on me, and bringing life to

me and chees a name.
