Beloved, you are welcome to this morning glowy Devosi with
-
harvest TAPEO International Commercy. This is Pastor Daniel speaking to you,
-
and I pray that God himself will be with us
-
and teach us, admonish us, inspire us even through this
-
morning devosion. Thank you Father, and thank you Lord. In
-
Jesus' mighty name, we have prayed. Amen and Amen, Beloved God,
-
bless you. We want to take the conversion that we
-
always do from Joshua chapter number one, the verse eight
-
This book of the Lord shall not depart out of
-
my mouth, but I shall meditate during day and night
-
that I may observe to do according to all that
-
is written Darin. For then I shall make my way prosperous,
-
and then I shall have good sources.
-
This morning's devotion is.
-
Titled just move on, Just move On, and our text
-
will be taken from Isaiah chapter forty three, the verse
-
eten through twenty one. Isaiah chapter forty three, the verse
-
eighteen through twenty one. I'll take the reading from the
-
King James version. Remember you know the former things neither
-
consider the things of all. Behold, I will do a
-
new thing. Now it's a spring fall, shall you not
-
know it. I will even make a way in the
-
wilderness and ravers in the desert. The beast of the
-
fields shall honor me, the dragons and the owls, because
-
I give waters in the wilderness and ravers in the
-
desert to give drink to my people, my chosen. These
-
people have I found for myself. They shall shoe forth
-
my praise. Amen and amen. That is a word of
-
the Lord. Just move on and our uncle. Verse is
-
the Vestin eighteen and the Verst nineteen from the Isaiah
-
chapter forty three, where the Lord said to his people,
-
remember yet nor the former things, neither consider the things
-
of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. And
-
that is the word of the Lord to you this morning. Behold,
-
I will do a new thing now. Historically, from this
-
scripture that we have just read and the chapters that
-
are before, we understand that the people of God were
-
in captivity in Barbara alone, and they were actually suffering
-
evil for very long a period. They were in pain
-
in bondage by reason of their own sins and disobedience
-
to God. So God comes on the scene and he
-
begins to comfort to them. He begins to give them
-
some assurance about his deliverance, and he begins to declare
-
his sovereignty onto them. He begins to recount onto them
-
the things that he has done before, and the fact
-
that he's going to do greater than those things that
-
he ever did before, and that they should not consider
-
those old things, but that they should look onto new things.
-
And he begins to tell them those.
-
New things that he's going to do in their lives.
-
He tells them to look out for something spectacular that
-
they have never seen. It was actually a time for
-
an exchange like beauty for ashes and the garment of
-
praise for the spirit of heaviness, total liberation for their bondage,
-
and they will begin to sing the songs of the
-
Lord again. I want to ask you a question this morning.
-
Are you stuck anywhere in your life? Just as the
-
Israelized was stuck in bondage in Babylon. Though they had
-
their own country that they could have been in, they
-
were scattered all abroad.
-
Why because of.
-
The evil and their disobedience, are you bemoaning and willing
-
knowing that life could have been better, more joyful, or
-
even more peaceful if only you got that opportunity if
-
only you were married to that man, if only he
-
didn't take advantage of you, If only your parents live
-
longer enough to take care of you. Are you moaning
-
and be willing? If only you didn't about that pregnancy,
-
If only your health conditions were better, If only you
-
did that course, if only you had a first class,
-
if only you didn't lose that job, if only those
-
investments did not go bad. And you are always bemoaning
-
and willing by reasons of some of these events in
-
your life, And all your confessions are about I would have,
-
I should have, I could have, or what another should have,
-
would have, would have in your life. It's hard to hear,
-
but beloved, we must hear it. Let bygones be bygones.
-
And that is the word of the Lord to ask
-
this morning.
-
Forget about the former things, forget about what should have,
-
forget about what could have, and let's focus on the future.
-
Stop holding your friends to ransom. Stop holding your siblings
-
to ransom. Joseph told his own siblings that you mented
-
for evil, but God meant it for good. Somebody, you
-
need to stop holding your parents to ransom. Stop holding
-
your relatives are brought to ransom. You need to stop
-
holding God to ransom. God is turning around everything for
-
your good, just as he told his people he was
-
turning things around for their good and told them to
-
forget about.
-
The former things.
-
How long would you continue to live in the world
-
of wishes that never will be? How long? How long
-
would you continue to live in the past? Again, I
-
ask how long? How long would you continue to allow
-
your past to rob you off today's peace?
-
Enjoy?
-
How long would you continue to allow your past to
-
rob you off tomorrow's hopes?
-
How long God would have you hear this again and again?
-
Just move on, Just move on.
-
You wish you never met him. You wish she never
-
were a part of your life. You wish that day
-
never was. You wish you could have reversed the clock
-
and alter your decisions and your actions. And you just
-
wish it were never too late. My brother, my sister.
-
No matter how long and how frequent you record the
-
past in regret, you can't change it. But thank God
-
you have another day, a new opportunity called today. Yes,
-
you made that big mistake, but the Lord said, kise
-
this go and sing no more. Yes, you messed up,
-
brutal your emotions drove you to crazy land, and you
-
step beyond approved zones. But whilst you were yet in
-
your mess, Christ died for their own God may and
-
that is you. So just move on, my Rather, just
-
move on, my sister. You are regretting and contemplating a
-
fight back, a revenge. You keep brooding over a payback time,
-
just waiting for an opportune time when your pups will
-
cross again, and the devil is applauding your thoughts and
-
inciting malice in your heart, in your mind, my good friend,
-
God wants you to hear this morning.
-
Just move on, Just move on.
-
You have to shake yourself off your past, pick up
-
your present and fight for the hopes of the future.
-
Fight for the hopes of tomorrow. Life is not lived
-
in this past. Life is lived in the now. Stop
-
spending time on yesterday's mistakes. It's a new day. You
-
have to renew your mind and move on. Until you
-
pick up yourself from yesterday's mistakes, you cannot walk victoriously
-
into your tomorrow. Time is an irrecoverable commodity is not
-
on your side. So do what you must do now
-
and just move on. Stop waiting for him, Quit waiting
-
for her, stop the dreaming and start living. God can
-
and will do a new thing in your life. For
-
He has said, behold, I will do a new thing.
-
Now it's a spring fall. Shall you not know it.
-
I will even make a way in the wilderness and
-
reverse in the desert. Beloved, We can trust God that
-
he will do a new thing again and again in
-
our lives. Forget about their past and just move on.
-
I say it again, forget about the past and just
-
move on. God would want you to hear it again
-
and again. Just move on in the name of Jesus.
-
And I prayed that liveing as we hid to this
-
clarion call, God himself will label us to move on, irrespected.
-
Whatever has gone on in our past, irrespected. What we
-
think should have would have would have been in the
-
name of Jesus Christ. Amen and amen. Just to take
-
the memory verse again, which is the verse nineteen. It's
-
a Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it's
-
a spring fall. Shall he not know it? I will
-
live in make a way in the wilderness, and reverse
-
in the desert.
-
Beloved. Today's devotion was just a straight talk.
-
I believe that God has spoken to you and I
-
to forget about the past, focus on the now, and
-
focus on tomorrow's wholes. And by so doing we will
-
become better people in the name of Jesus. If we
-
keep willing and bemoaning aboy the past, we will never
-
pick up ourselves and move on. But God said to
-
us this morning, just move on.
-
Just move on. God bless you even as we hit
-
to this clarion
-
Call in our lives in the name of Jesus, beloved,
-
have a lovely and a blessed day in Jesus' nineteen name,
-
Amen and Amen.
