episode of our Morning Glory devotion. Let us Callie share

a word of prayer. Dear Father, we thank you for

gathering us once again around your world. Please open our

hearts and our minds to receive your truth in Jesus

might name. Amen. Let us kindly take our confession for

today from Joshua chapter one, verse eight. Joshua Chapter one,

the verse eight. This book of the Law shall not

be part from my mouth, but I shall meditate in

it day and night, that I may observe to do

according to all that is written in it. For then

I will make my way prosperous, and then I will

have good success. Aimen. Today we bring you the third

and final part of the message, The Freedom of Letting

Go sab themed The Blessings and Power of Forgiveness. The

Blessings and Power of Forgiveness, written by Pastor and Missus

Bruce Smith. Our scripture reading shall be taken from Genesis

chapter forty five from the verse one to fifteen Genesis

forty five, from the verse one to fifteen, I will

be reading from the New Living Translation. Joseph could stand

it no longer. There were many people in the room,

and he said to his attendance, out all of you.

So he was alone with his brothers when he told

them who he was. Then he broke down and wept.

He wept so loudly the Egyptians would hear him, and

word of it quickly carried to Pharaoh's palace. I am Joseph,

he said to his brothers. Is my father still alive?

But his brothers were speechless. They were stunned to realize

that Joseph was standing there in front of them. Please

come closer, he said to them. So they came closer,

and he said again, I am Joseph, your brother, whom

you sold into slavery in Egypt. But don't be upset,

and don't be angry with yourselves for selling me to

this place. It was God who sends me here ahead

of you to preserve your lives. This farming that has

ravaged the land for two years will last five more years,

and there will be neither plowing nor harvest. The God

has sent me ahead of you to keep you and

your families alive and to preserve many survivors. So it

was God who sends me here, not you, And He

is the one who made me an adviser to Pharaoh,

the manager of his entire palace, and the governor of

all Egypts. Now, hurry back to my father and tell

him this is what your son, Joseph says. God has

made me master over all the land of Egypt. So

come down to me immediately. You can live in the

region of Goshen, where you can be near me, with

all your children and grandchildren, your flocks and heads, and

everything you own. I will take care of you there,

for there are still five years of farming ahead of us.

Otherwise your household and all your animals will starve. Then,

Joseph added, look, you can see for yourselves, and so

can my brother Benjamin, that I really am. Joseph. Go

tell my father of my honored position here in Egypt.

Describe for him everything you have seen, and then bring

my father here Quickly. Weeping with joy, he embraced Benjamin,

and Benjamin did the same. Then Joseph kissed each of

his brothers and wept over them, and after that they

began talking freely with him. The Lord add his blessings

to the reading and hearing of this word. Thanks be

to God, Amen. The freedom of letting go. Pat. Three,

The Blessings and power of forgiveness. In our last two

episodes on the freedom of letting go, we define forgiveness

as the decision to parton our offenders and not pay

them back for their wrong We concluded that forgiveness is

a lifestyle and not a one of events. Daily, we

must choose to release those who hurt us, even when

the painful memories return. Today, we examine the impact of

forgiveness on our relationships. Genesis chapter forty five introduces us

to a man named Joseph. Joseph had every reason to

carry bitterness to his grave. His brothers betrayed him, threw

him into a pit, and sold him as a slave.

Later in slavery, he was falsely accused and left forgotten

in a cold prison cell. He could easily have spent

his life seeking revenge. Yet when God elevated him to power,

Joseph chose forgiveness instead. Standing before the very brothers who

had ruined his life, he declared God meant it for good.

Forgiveness allowed Joseph to see God's pep was beyond man's cruelty.

Bitterness imprisons the heart, but forgiveness sets it free. Resentment

drains emotional energy, poisons relationships, clouds judgment, and often hinders

our fellowship with God. Forgiveness, however, restore peace, renews joy

and opens the door for healing. Those who refuse to

forgive often continue to relive the offense long after it

has happened, but those who forgive reclaim the freedom to

live fully in God's purpose precious one. Forgiveness heals relationships.

Relationships do not break because people make mistakes. They often

break because people refuse to forgive. A home where forgiveness

is practiced becomes a place of peace, and marriage marked

by mercy survives the hard days. A web place where

people are quick to forgive enjoys greater corporation. A church

marked by forgiveness reflects the character of Christ to the world.

No relationship can survive without forgiveness, because every relationship eventually

experiences some misunderstanding or disappointment. Most importantly, forgiveness deepens our

walk with God. Jesus taught that if we forgive those

who sin against us. Our heavenly Father will forgive us.

But if we refuse to forgive others, our Father will

not forgive our sins. Matthew Chatter six the verse fourteen

to fifteen. Every time we forgive, we mirror the heart

of God. We become living testimonies of the Gospel, demonstrating

that Christ's love is stronger than any offense, and his

grace greater than any human failure. We deep in our

relationship with God and position ourselves to receive a daily

flow of His mercies in our life lives precious one.

Perhaps today God is asking you to make a simple

phone call, write a short message, or quietly release a

name to Him in prayer. Forgiveness does not change what

happened yesterday, but it clears the path for a quiet

and peaceful tomorrow. God rishly bless you. Amen, let us

of prayer. Dear Father, we bless you for the liberating

power of your word. Today we pray for the same

grace you gave Joseph, that we may see your divine

purpos beyond the heads and betrayals we have experienced. Please

help us to release every form of resentment so that

our relationships can experience some true healing. Paid in our homes,

our churches, and our workplaces so that they can become

places of peace. Make us live in testimonies of your gospel.

Help us to murror your heart of mercy so that

our fellowship with you will continually grow deeper in Jesus's

mighty name. Amen, beloved, Just as coryten Boom said, always

remember that forgiveness is the key that unlocks the door

of resentment and the handcuffs of hatred. God rishly bless
