  10. God richly loves you.

  11. Welcome to the logo streamer are with God Save and

  12. Reverend Doctor Joseph Being, Head Pastor of Harvest Chapel International Commercy.

  13. And now to today's message.

  14. Jojua one 's aid, the Book of the Law shall

  15. no depart out of my mouth, and I shall meditate

  16. in it today at night that I may observe to

  17. do according to all that is written in it. But

  18. then I will make my way prosperous, and then I

  19. will have good success.

  20. Amen, God bless you and your six.

  21. So last week we left off with the idea that

  22. we need to come to tea with Jesus Christ.

  23. Luliah.

  24. God throws an invitation and invites us to come to

  25. tea with him, and we said, the tea is an alcolin,

  26. for we need to come to God. We must think

  27. reason out with God. He said, kind of, let us

  28. reason together. And as I one eighteen. God is a Yes,

  29. it's a thinking being or created as in his image,

  30. in our likeness.

  31. He created us to think. We thinkers.

  32. But the thinking must be done in partnership with His

  33. spirit and his holy.

  34. Instructions that it gives to us.

  35. Sally Luiah a man. And we said that I mean

  36. this this all following the fall. If Adam and Eve

  37. are just continue to trust God and continue to do

  38. all their thinking together with God and just trusting Him

  39. and acting out his instructions as you and I would

  40. not have found ourselves this way.

  41. Amen.

  42. But then God has put in measures and that is

  43. going to help us whilst we live in this world

  44. to be able to should I use the way that

  45. miniorate the effects of the fall, whilst He does a

  46. new thing in us in preparation for the second heaven

  47. and project that he has promised to those who was

  48. simply believing and taking on the face value of his

  49. promise and word that he's making things a new We

  50. just have to dare to believe, Amen, Halen Louia.

  51. So we need to elevate our thoughts.

  52. The key way we're going to be able to help

  53. them elevator thoughts is once again get back to hiding,

  54. get back to money in his inno sense, where every

  55. express instruction of his creator and maker is trusted. It's

  56. our same as that, Amen, and the hym writer they said,

  57. when we walk with the Lord in the light of

  58. his word, what glory he sheds.

  59. On our ways and with all who will trust and.

  60. Say somebody says, like the two pairs of or the

  61. pair of shoes one left one.

  62. Our trust goes with obedience.

  63. So the way that we live out our trust in

  64. God is my obedience to the way. Anytime that you're

  65. ignoring the instructions of the Word of God, you are

  66. telling God, I don't trust you.

  67. Amen. And that was the problem in the Garden of Eating.

  68. And we have all inherited this nature of our first

  69. experience had a man.

  70. It's very difficult for us to trust God.

  71. And if you can't trust God, you can't trust anybody, Amen,

  72. even the creative himself.

  73. We say we don't trust him. How much more can

  74. we trust ourselves?

  75. How do amen? And so we have that problem of trust.

  76. But God as promised to help us, and he said,

  77. we need to elevate our thoughts as we come to

  78. the world, as we attend school as born again Regene

  79. of the Lord, and he enrolls us. Is mandatory, the

  80. School of the Spirit. It's mandatory for all the children

  81. of God. You can't survive in the kingdom. You cannot

  82. a relatively stable relationship with the Lord in our sojourn

  83. in year on head without attending school, participating in school

  84. life life in the Spirit where we get re educated.

  85. So we can transform our minds, our thought parties need

  86. to change. And we keep on making and emphasizing the

  87. point that the damage that was that and in the

  88. Guardian of Eating has card on my first experience and

  89. even a conversation with the serpent of Satan was quite substantial.

  90. Never underestimate, hallelujah, Amen, was quite We are severely damaged.

  91. Amen. You now, you guys, you know you're very complicated.

  92. Helujah. And somebody said that bula, hallelujah.

  93. Amen. But the reason why amen, we and is because.

  94. Of what the fruit of the Holy Spirit, the spirit

  95. of self contrue and God says, do it.

  96. You do it like that, man my name, do it

  97. like that.

  98. And then during the second heaving the Earth project, when

  99. we die, it's going to fix us. Say it big Amen,

  100. He says, you will take that old hat aga, you'll

  101. give us a brand new heart.

  102. And the brand new one it's.

  103. In pervious to say nobody, nobody can be able to

  104. do anything to it. In any case, Satan and the

  105. schoolers would have been comprehensively dealt with.

  106. That is why the new Heaven.

  107. And Earth projet is going to be an enjoyable place

  108. to live. Really, say no, say no, pay no sorrow,

  109. no care els with God, halen Lujiah.

  110. It's all going to be joy, your joy and blessed.

  111. But whilst we awaited that, God says that there's work

  112. to do so we can live. Remember we keep on

  113. saying God created us for community, so we can live

  114. with one another.

  115. Amen. If we can't enjoy each other's campyly, we're not

  116. going to enjoy this life.

  117. And a lot of us are not enjoying us life

  118. because we have not We are not coming to school,

  119. we are not understoodents. And then agreed with the Spirit

  120. of God that there's a lot of work to do,

  121. a substantial work to do, halleluier, to deconstruct the old man,

  122. to destroy the remnants of the old man, and then

  123. cooperate in the construction of.

  124. The new man.

  125. It's very, very, very important so that we can begin

  126. to look like Jesus, thing like Jesus, talk like Jesus,

  127. act like Jesus. That is the aim of the gospel.

  128. That is why God saved us. Halleluiah. Amen, is very

  129. very very important.

  130. Amen.

  131. And we what we are looking at is Collosuions three,

  132. one to ten and seeing how best. We said, we

  133. want to get to the root, because the fruit is

  134. what we are seeing. And Jesus said that good trees

  135. cannot be bad food. Bad trees cannot be good fruit. Hallelujah.

  136. So we are seeing how God can help us, or

  137. the Holy Spirit can help us the good trees so

  138. that all the other things that would follow, you know,

  139. would be good. We will begin to bear good food

  140. and know the old bad food that we say we

  141. don't want. So let's go to let me, let's read

  142. through the passage, let's get adjacent. Then we'll pick up

  143. a few lessons Colosions three one to ten as a

  144. construction or deconstruction of the old man. We're going to

  145. destroy the old We're going to cooperate with the whole

  146. spirit to erect or construct that you want.

  147. He says. If then you were raised with Christ.

  148. Seek those things which are bad where Christ is. Can

  149. you do the message for a moment?

  150. That's one. It says something that we picked on last week.

  151. Listen today what the message said about the best one. So,

  152. if you are serious about living this new resurrection life

  153. with Christ, act like it.

  154. Perceive the things over which Christ resides.

  155. Two, you don't want to take don't shuffle along, eyes

  156. to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front

  157. of you. Look up and be a let to what

  158. is going on around Christ. That's where the action is.

  159. See things from his perspective. Your old life is dead.

  160. That's quite emphatic. Your new life, which is your real life,

  161. even though invisible to spectators, it's with Christ in God.

  162. He is your life.

  163. And when Christ, your real life, remember, shows up again

  164. on this earth, you show.

  165. Up to the real youth, the glorious.

  166. You meanwhile, be content with obscurity like Christ by and

  167. that means killing off you, killing off everything connected with

  168. that way of death. And then he goes on to

  169. help us just to connect with what he's talking about,

  170. sexual promiscuity, impurity, last doing whatever you feel like, whenever

  171. you feel like I don't feel like being nice today

  172. the whole day, I smile. Everybody leave me alone, and

  173. you go ahead and you do it, and you are

  174. fine that everybody is running away, and everybody is stalking

  175. and gossiping in whispers.

  176. All the conversations around you.

  177. Everyone when you are there, the conversation goes to whispering

  178. mood when you live, to the days when I'm there,

  179. they don't don't dare talk. Just okay, whatever you feel like,

  180. whatever you feel like it, and graden whatever attracts your fancy.

  181. He said, that's a life shape by things and feelings

  182. instead of by God. Sex is because of this kind

  183. of thing that God is about to explode in anger.

  184. It is because of this kind of thing.

  185. Amen.

  186. It wasn't long ago that we're doing all that stuff

  187. and not knowing any better. But you know better now,

  188. So make sure why now? Why is he saying, Because

  189. now we are being educated in the school of the spirit,

  190. we go to classes. We go to lectures. The scriptures

  191. are open. We read together, and we learn together. But

  192. you know better now, So make sure it's all gone

  193. for good. Bad temper aritability more or less for us,

  194. bad temper ritability, meanness, profanity, dirty talk.

  195. Don't lie to one another. You are done with that

  196. all life.

  197. It's like a field, they said, of ill fitting clothes,

  198. your strength and putting the fire.

  199. Now you are dressed in a new world, roope.

  200. Every item of your new way of life is custom

  201. made by the Creator, his label on it. All the

  202. old fashions are now of solid Say a big amen.

  203. That's a very interesting exhortation from Paul, as translated by

  204. the Message Bible. So as we said, I like the oplay,

  205. I said, are you see us about this bonne again life?

  206. So can you ask somebody for me? You see yours

  207. about this again lifestyle? Yeah?

  208. And then maybe maybe let's chriss cross from Paul to

  209. Jesus Christ and ask somebody for me. Are you prepared

  210. to take up your cross deal and follow him? Are

  211. you prepared to take up your cross day Harley lou heah.

  212. Amen. Amen.

  213. So let's pick some points from there and just somebody said, Yah,

  214. can I make the first point here? And maybe I

  215. should still ask you to help me preach that tend

  216. to someone that is giving your life to Jesus is

  217. a solemn decision.

  218. Amen. It's not something that it should be casual. Halleluyer. Amen.

  219. It has to be taken after careful thought and consideration.

  220. I believe almost all of us yet who are born again, Amen.

  221. And maybe sometimes it's just like the marriage vowels that

  222. we take. And the Bible even goes ahead to tell

  223. us that the bonn again experience, which is a covenant

  224. relationship within God and the Redeemed Man, it's like a

  225. marriage ceremony. We are espoused, the church is espoused to

  226. Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the group, and then the

  227. check that is you and I we are seeing as

  228. the bride of God.

  229. That's how much just for God. I think the scriptst.

  230. Uses these pictures to let us know how much God

  231. cherishes us or cherishes the bonn again person, halleluier, because

  232. now we have come into covenant relationship and God has

  233. a certain responsibility towards us. By it never wakes one

  234. way any relationship which is one way sooner than later,

  235. as much as in as much as we have obligations

  236. towards one another, and we also have responsibilities towards one another.

  237. So if it is one way, one way, one way,

  238. sooner than later, he dies, it's the same thing as

  239. for God. He is God, he says, he cannot deny himself.

  240. He's always true to himself.

  241. Amen.

  242. God never lies, God nevers halleluier. And so the problem

  243. is not with God, but it is always with us.

  244. God is committed to the vows of concer creation that

  245. betrows us to me, what about us, Helene Luia. That's

  246. what I'm saying. It's a very solemn something relationship. And

  247. it's also for a lifetime, like we're saying the marriage

  248. for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness

  249. and in health until death. Do as part, say a

  250. big man. That's the marriage verb, Helen Louia.

  251. Amen.

  252. And most of these truths, and let me say this

  253. one too. The Bible is the mouthpiece of God. It's

  254. the mindset of God concerning if you like this world.

  255. It's a revelation, a personal revelation of himself to all humankind.

  256. Who is why he went off out of his way

  257. to construct this heaven and earth project that you were

  258. not find ourselves in how he created it, to begin

  259. with what happened and what he has done concerning what

  260. happened or what he's doing for the future. So you

  261. can't maybe I can't say this, bully, You can't be

  262. in this world and not have the opportunity to hear

  263. the claims.

  264. Of God has put here or captured here in the Gospel.

  265. That's why God, even man days, encourages us to go

  266. out there out there in the world once we have

  267. come to believe and make this gospel news or mess

  268. it known to all humankind and anyone who believes it

  269. and comes to salvation, so that they will not perish

  270. but have ever last in life with God. How the

  271. louyer Amen. So it's a very very then the Bible

  272. is not it's not a playbook for theater and comedy.

  273. It's a very very serious one. That's what I say.

  274. Get serious. You think there's good one again, you have

  275. to get serious about it. Yeah, we are.

  276. We find ourselves sick and ill disorder in our conversation,

  277. and so you came for fixing it. He's giving us

  278. the instructions, and a lot of us are saying, no,

  279. you see all the ills and the ill effects of

  280. the four the old man that colloss less is the

  281. same thing that Galatians poll less, the same things. And

  282. if we look at that list carefully, we'll find out

  283. that one way or the other, at the certain point

  284. in our lives, we found a lot of most of

  285. those and these of the flesh showing up, and they

  286. show up spontaneously. We didn't seemingly have to learn it

  287. from somewhere. It's there, whether some consciously, as we're going

  288. with all learning.

  289. It just comes out just like that.

  290. And God says, then he told us he wonders that

  291. this is the reason why the raft of God is coming,

  292. but He has made a way of escape. You and

  293. are who believe in the Gospel. Hallelujah, Amen. So it

  294. is not like I said, it's not a playbook for

  295. theater or comedy, nor a fictitious book written to entertain

  296. or even frighten maid.

  297. Into force or compulsory obedience to God. Can I take

  298. that again the Bible? Amen. We want to get serials

  299. with it with God with what he said.

  300. I said, it's not a fictitious book writing to entertain

  301. or even frighten maid into force or compulsory obedience to God.

  302. No, hallelujah, Amen. God is just warning us the world.

  303. Thing about the Bible is all about God, the owner

  304. of the well warning us to flee is upcoming, wrap

  305. and take refuge through Jesus Christ, because this world that

  306. is owned by him is about to be destroyed. And

  307. then you ask yourself why is he going to And

  308. then now begins to tell us history, the genesis of it,

  309. or how it started, what he created, what went wrong,

  310. and why.

  311. He says that he is about to destroy it. Is

  312. there anyway out?

  313. He says, yes, through my son Jesus Chrib, I'm offering

  314. and only branch to all you my kind can't make

  315. peace with your God and your creator, so that when

  316. he finally destroys this world and it's not just destroying it.

  317. He says, I'm creating something better where Satan and his

  318. course or demons will never have access to. Then you

  319. and I can qualify. And then he says that we

  320. are asking him when is that going to happen? He says,

  321. I'm not going to tell him soon. Since we were children,

  322. he said, Jesus is coming again. We said soon, how soon, soon?

  323. And it's not coming May. And sometimes we think we

  324. know this thing is the book of fiction, no Hally Louis.

  325. And that's why we're saying, it's not a fictitious book.

  326. It's not written to entertain or even frighten us into

  327. force or compostory obedience to God.

  328. Know.

  329. Indeed, the apostle writing the Book of Romance, he says

  330. that what, just in case you are satan and believing,

  331. it said, look around, look at the creation, Look at

  332. the sun, look at the moon, look at the stars.

  333. Look go to the sea. Look at the sea, look

  334. at the fish, go into the forest. Look at all that.

  335. He says, these are all look and testimonies of God,

  336. of who it is, so that when you look at

  337. all these things, you will cower in irreverential Yeah, in

  338. reverential yeah. And this is the God that, like we

  339. said the other days, on his knees, on bend their knees,

  340. trying to move us to himself.

  341. Amen is God.

  342. Then they said, look around, take a look at the skies,

  343. the regularity of day and night, and the seasons, the

  344. times summer, winter, autumn, and then sprint tied they all

  345. speak that what is unfolding before our very eyes, it

  346. is not something that is totally no, it's not a myth.

  347. God is, and he says, does that come to him

  348. must believe that He exists. And that is a rewarder

  349. of them that diligently seeking. Hallelujah, Amen.

  350. Amen.

  351. And then you ask yourself. You, you ask yourself, you

  352. as you city it, ask yourself.

  353. Are you a chance creator? Are you here by chance? You?

  354. You are very intelligent youth two degrees already backed. You

  355. are a chance creator? Amen, Harley Loujah. So we are

  356. not here by accident nor fixed of nature.

  357. We are intentional beings, conceived design, created by the intelligent

  358. being God.

  359. The Bible say, the only wise God, the only wise God.

  360. You look at yourself, and you.

  361. Know these days anytime I wake up, I said, I

  362. think the other day I was saying, I just say wow,

  363. anything could have happened, and I could never have woken up,

  364. maybe some three four hours.

  365. And then you step very.

  366. Deep and then wakeme, say everything around me, everything around

  367. me that when I was asleep I never took notice

  368. of it.

  369. And then you wake up and say wow to a.

  370. Brand new day, brand new messes available to us, brand

  371. new blessings, brand new opportunities.

  372. It just hits you. And the Bible is clear. Who

  373. is speaking.

  374. That's what saying, Romance say you take a look. It

  375. is God speaking, God speaking, wooing us to his side,

  376. warning us. At the same time, in the same breath,

  377. that is wooing us, warning us that don't take me

  378. for granted.

  379. You.

  380. If you and you are real, then God is real.

  381. If we are real and we are not accidents, we

  382. are not freaks, then God is real as well.

  383. Hallelujah, Amen. And sometimes we can see the compelling voices

  384. of evil all around us, forcing us to do things

  385. that we don't want to do. You just think about it.

  386. We all come from booms, or we all have some

  387. social connection. Just think briefly about it. We are still

  388. talking about order in our conversation.

  389. Amen. Just imagine three hundred and sixty five days of

  390. very very street.

  391. Conversations with your mom, with your dad, with your spouse,

  392. with your brother, with your roommates, with your lecturess, with

  393. the taxi drivers.

  394. How many of us will go for that sweet dog?

  395. So why ask yourself? So, why can't we have it?

  396. I don't know about you, Harllelujah and your sweet friends.

  397. How many days before something comes in and then boom

  398. oh you said this and I said this. We can't

  399. have continuous three since the five days round the club,

  400. sweet conversations with all all humankind.

  401. That's what the new having and effort the project promises us. Halene, Louijah. Amen.

  402. And Paul is saying that the way out of the

  403. squad man is the Gospel. That's why he says that

  404. we shouldn't be ashamed. He said, that's why in Goman's

  405. One is sixteen he says, I'm not ashamed of the

  406. Gospel of Jesus Christ, because it's the power of God

  407. or for salvation or every one who believes.

  408. Everyone who believes. I am not ashamed.

  409. Hallne lujah. And once we we we get on the game.

  410. Now we are positioned ourselves for the remedies that God

  411. seeks to applied to us. You live, forget about that person, Amen.

  412. Sometimes we look around this other person in my uncle system,

  413. whether your spouse, your roommates or whatever, or where you work.

  414. This is the way they behave, this is the way

  415. they talk. That's why we can't have sweet conversations and

  416. can we stop the blame.

  417. Game and fix and let allow God to fix us.

  418. Gods must be gained from somewhere. Allow God to fix you, Amen.

  419. And for us in church.

  420. Hey, that's why sometimes people come to church and then

  421. they are disappointed, but they forget that we are in

  422. the hospital.

  423. Amen. We have come want to fix. So once in

  424. a while, when you're see some boom, you know you

  425. shouldn't run away. Halleluiah. Amen. Oh I said a may

  426. hall thee Louier.

  427. So we shouldn't be shy of saying that we are

  428. born again because all the underlying rage, the boiling anger,

  429. all the trace of the old man within us, we
