let us share a word of prayer. Father, thank you

for the wonderful privilege to gather together at your feet

to listen to your word. Please open our eyes and

let us see wonderful things out of your word in

Jesus my toned. Amen. Now let us take our confession

from Josho chapter one, verse eight. Josho Chapter one, verse eight.

This book of the Law shall not depart out of

my mouth, but I shall meditate in it to day

and night, that I may observe to do according to

all that is written in it. For then I'll make

my way prosperous, and then I'll have good success. Amen.

Today's episode of the Morning Glory Devotion has been titled

Healing for Better Waterest Part two Healing for Better Watests

Part two. The subtitle is Divine Instractions and Godly Counsel.

Our Bible reading texts shall be taken from second Kings,

Chapter two, verse nineteen to twenty two. Second Kings, Chapter two,

verse nineteen to twenty two. I read some men from

Jericho went to Elisha and said, as you know, sir,

this is a fine city, but the water is bad

and it causes miscarriages. Put some salt in a new

bowl and bring it to me, he ordered, and they

brought it to him, and he went to the spring

through the salt in the water, and said, this is

what the Lord says. I make this water pure, and

it will not cause any more deaths or miscarriages. And

that water has been pure ever since, just as Elisha

Healing for Better Waters, Part two. Divine instractions and Godly Counsel.

Divine Instructions and Godly Counsel. Have you heard the saying

that life is not perfect? I'm sure you have. Maybe

you've had a variant of it, something meant to suggest

that you cannot possibly seek to have all around pleasantness.

We hear words like this so often that we begin

to use them as cushions for our quiet, hard breaks.

We tell ourselves that every good marriage must have a

hidden misery, every good job must break your health, or

every family must carry a secret cross. Over time, we

learn to live with things that were never meant to

be tolerated. We settle for a life that looks good

on the outside, while something vital is dying on the inside.

This was the exact tragedy of Jericho in our Bible

reading today. The leaders of the city came to the

prophet Elisha with a strange confession. They said the city

was pleasant and situated in a fine location, but the

water was bad, causing the ground to be barren and

the women to miscarry. Think about that picture for a moment.

Jericho looked thriving to a visitor passing through. The buildings

were standing and located in prime places, yet beneath the surface,

the very source of life, it's water, was carrying death.

For years, the people had simply managed the problem. They

built a fine city on top of a better spring.

Everything changed the day they decided to stop accommodating the case.

They saw Elisha, a man sent by God, and they

brought their hidden trouble into the light. Alisha did not

give them a political strategy or a temporary He asked

for a new bowl filled with salt, went straight to

the source of the spring and threw it in. God

touched the spring at its root, and the scriptures recorded

that the water was healed from that day forward. Elijah

was clearly a man who knew what to do about

their unique situation. Brothers, sometimes the better water in our

lives ling us simply because we have learned to live

with them. We assume nothing can change, so we stop

asking for help. But God often places in our path

wise counselors, spiritual leaders, trusted mentors, and even skilled professionals

who carried the insight with desperately need. He uses human

instruments to bring his restoration to our sources. And so, beloved,

let us stop making peace with subtle distraction. Do not

let a better spring room what God is trying to

build in your home, your health, your mind, or your

spiritual life. Rich old, seek godly counsel and bring the

root of the problem to the Lord. The God who

healed the waters of Jericho is still in the business

of making booking things or Amen. Now, let us take

our memories from Second Kings chapter two, verse twenty two.

Second Kings, Chapter two, verse twenty two, and that water

has been pure ever since just as Elisha said it

would be, and that water has been pure ever since,

just as Elisha said it would be. Amen. Now let

us pray helps me. Father, forgive us for settling for

places of bitterness and convincing ourselves that pain is our

only option. You see the areas of our lives that

look fine on the outside, that are broken at the source.

Today we bring our headen beddings to you. Grant us

the wisom to seek help and the humility to receive

godly counsel. Go to the very root of our struggles, Lord,

and bring complete healing. Turn our bearing places into grounds

of fruitfulness and peace. We ask this in Jesus Mighty

name aided man be love it. Thank you for being
