  5. Let us kindly share a word of prayer. Ever-faithful Father,

  6. we thank you for the blessing of a new day.

  7. As we prepare to hear your word, we ask that

  8. you open our hearts and transform our lives by your

  9. unfailing word. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Amen. Let us

  10. kindly take our confession for today from Joshua 1.8. Joshua 1.8

  11. This book of the law shall not depart from my mouth,

  12. but I shall meditate in it day and night, that

  13. I may observe to do according to all that is

  14. written in it. For then I will make my way prosperous,

  15. and then I will have good success. Amen. Today's message

  16. is titled, Book of Life. Book of Life. Written by Ms.

  17. Amanda Beidou. Our scripture reading shall be taken from Revelation

  18. 20 11-15. Revelation 20 11-15. I will be reading from

  19. the New King James Version. Then I saw a great

  20. white throne. and him who sat on it, from whose

  21. face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there

  22. was found no place for them. And I saw the dead,

  23. small and great, standing before God, and books were opened.

  24. And another book was opened, which is the book of life.

  25. And the dead were judged according to their works, by

  26. the things which were written in the books. The sea

  27. gave up the dead who were in it, and death

  28. and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them.

  29. And they were judged, each one according to his works.

  30. Then death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire.

  31. This is the second death, and anyone not found written

  32. in the book of life was cast into the lake

  33. of fire. The Lord add his blessings to the reading

  34. and hearing of this word. Thanks be to God. Amen.

  35. Book of Life Book of Life Beloved, Jesus is coming soon.

  36. Are you saved? And is your name in the Book

  37. of Life? Scriptures tell us that God loved the world

  38. so much that he gave his only begotten son, that

  39. whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

  40. The gospel is hinged on the death and resurrection of

  41. Jesus Christ for the sole purpose of saving mankind from

  42. eternal damnation by reconciling us with God. Beloved, the core

  43. of the gospel is to save us from hell, and

  44. hell is real. We must constantly examine our lives and

  45. ask if our names are in the book of life.

  46. Are we living lives worthy of the calling of God?

  47. Are we burning with passion for the lost souls in

  48. our families, communities, workplaces, and friendships? Beloved, Jesus came to

  49. save mankind. And if we have had the privilege of

  50. hearing the gospel today, then we must not hesitate to

  51. accept this offer of pardon. On our own, we can

  52. never fulfill the righteous requirements of God, for all have

  53. sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But

  54. the good news is, In Christ Jesus, we are saved

  55. through faith, and this belief qualifies our names to be

  56. written in the Lamb's Book of Life. Hell is a

  57. terrible place of eternal suffering. The lake of fire is

  58. reserved for all who reject Jesus, and we must do

  59. everything in our power to avoid it. Beloved, is your

  60. name in the Book of Life? When Jesus returns, will

  61. your hearts be filled with joy or tremble in fear?

  62. If you are not sure, then accept Jesus as your

  63. Lord and personal Savior and become part of the family

  64. of God today. Amen. Let us kindly take our memory

  65. verse for today. Our memory verse is taken from Revelation 20,

    Revelation 20:15

  66. verse 15. Revelation chapter 20, the verse 15. And I'll

    Revelation 20 chapter mention

  67. be reading from the New King James Version. And anyone

  68. not found written in the book of life was cast

  69. into the lake of fire. And anyone not found written

  70. in the book of life was cast into the lake

  71. of fire. Amen. Let us kindly share a word of prayer.

  72. Our Heavenly Father, we thank you for the ultimate sacrifice

  73. of Jesus Christ and the free gift of salvation. We

  74. pray that our faith will remain steadfast so that our

  75. names may be permanently secured in the Lamb's Book of Life.

  76. Please ignite in our hearts a deep burning passion for

  77. the lost souls in our families and our workplaces and

  78. even in our communities. Grant us the boldness to share

  79. the gospel. And for anyone listening today who is unsure

  80. of their eternity, we pray they will confidently accept you

  81. as Lord and Savior. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Precious one,

  82. the core of the gospel is to reconcile us with

  83. God and save us from eternal separation. Please ensure that

  84. your name is written in the book of life by

  85. accepting Jesus Christ today. Amen. Thank you for listening to

  86. today's Morning Glory Devotion. I hope you have been blessed.
