  1. Have your seat in His presence. We are still taking lessons on

  2. friendship and if you have followed critically, you will

  3. discover that why we are teaching or dwelling on the

  4. teachings of Christ of friendship.

  5. We are drawing our examples from the Old Testament, so that will

  6. tell you something about the structure of the Bible.

  7. If you examine your Bible critically, you will observe

  8. that you have more of history of people and nations in the Old

  9. Testament. Yes, you have historical books

  10. in the New Testament 2 but more about the history, genealogy of

  11. Jesus Christ and the history of the church.

  12. Praise the name of the Lord. So, and that is why it's been

  13. very convenient for us since the topic we are dealing with is

  14. about people. So we are taking the teachings

  15. from the teachings of Christ in the New Testament and drawing

  16. are examples as it relates to people from the Old Testament,

  17. which is more, which has more of history of people and nations

  18. for a start. Today, it's also important that

  19. I let you know that every teaching session is a dining

  20. spiritual session, or a spiritual dining session rather.

  21. Every teaching session is a spiritual dining session and

  22. that is why we call this meeting this particular Congress or

  23. convocation of God's people. Every early hour of Sundays

  24. leaders break fast. So every teaching session is a

  25. feeding session where we feast on the Word of God to make us

  26. fit for the rest of life onto eternity.

  27. The law we perform is good purpose in your life.

  28. As I bring the counsel of God again this morning in the name

  29. of Jesus, then why is it important that the man standing

  30. on any pulpit must be apartment to teach?

  31. The scripture says a pastor must be apartment to teach.

  32. One of the ways you can tell if your pastor is indeed a shepherd

  33. is by the compassion he expresses.

  34. One of the ways you can tell if your pastor is indeed a shepherd

  35. is by the compassion he expresses.

  36. Mark 634 and Jesus when he came out so much people and was moved

  37. with compassion towards them. So being the Good Shepherd, when

  38. he saw the multitude of the people and he can see through

  39. into their condition, he can see through into their lacks, he can

  40. see through into the situations they were going through.

  41. The response of Jesus was that of compassion.

  42. He was moved with compassion towards them because they were a

  43. sheep, not having a shepherd. Now their problem, they have

  44. different symptoms. Are you with me?

  45. But the root cause why the problems were there in the first

  46. instance was because they were sheep without word shepherd.

  47. And so as the Good Shepherd having diagnosed what the

  48. problem was, he stepped in. And the first function, the

  49. first role he played by stepping in OK, was what we have in the

  50. last part of that Scripture and began to teach them many things.

  51. Can you see the relationship between the shepherd, compassion

  52. and the teaching ministry? Am I talking to somebody?

  53. So he dragonized properly that the reason they were in their

  54. bad condition was because the large shepherd and as a Good

  55. Shepherd, when he stepped in, he started to teach them.

  56. Don't forget I said every teaching session is a feeding

  57. session, is a spiritual dining session.

  58. So in other words, when scriptures say he began to teach

  59. them is he began to feed them, he began to give them food that

  60. would nourish them. Praise the name of the Lord,

  61. praise the name of the Lord. So one of the way you can tell

  62. if your pastor is indeed a shepherd is by the compassion he

  63. expresses. And the first fighter sign of

  64. that expression is the recognition of your spiritual

  65. needs. No, those multitude of people

  66. that were there, OK, they may not even know that their

  67. greatest need is a shepherd. Those who are physically hungry,

  68. we think food is their problem. Those who have one's bodily

  69. sickness or the other, or those who have material life would

  70. think that was their problem, whereas their real problem is

  71. that they lack a shepherd who will feed them with the Word of

  72. God and by the nourishment they gain from the feeding from the

  73. Word of God. If we address those problems I

  74. pray in the name of Jesus as I come here constantly declaring

  75. the mind of God to you and as we are feeding on the word of God.

  76. It will address all of your situations.

  77. I said the word of God we capable to address all of your

  78. situations in the name of Jesus. I'm saying this that you should

  79. not get tired, OK, of being taught again and again many

  80. things the scriptures say and Jesus have been recognized that

  81. they were multitude that lack is shepherd.

  82. He stepped into their situation and he began to teach them many

  83. things say Lord, I am here, I am available to be taught many

  84. things and of course there are many things that you need to

  85. know. So the first fact, as I am of

  86. the expression of the compassion of the Shepherd after Christ's

  87. manner is the recognition of your spiritual name.

  88. And then the second that now follow is the recognition of

  89. your physical needs. And then the response that a

  90. Good Shepherd we give to the 2 needs, OK, we also follow in

  91. that sequence. We also follow in that word in

  92. that sequence. Let's push back that same gospel

  93. to Saint Mark chapter 6. Maybe we should take the reading

    Mark 6 chapter mention

  94. from verse 30. And the apostles gather

  95. themselves together onto Jesus and told him all things, both

  96. what they are done and what they are taught.

  97. Now the disciples that Jesus brought to himself, he taught

  98. them. After teaching them, he sent

  99. them out to teach others. And as they went teaching

  100. others, science, wonders and miracles were happening.

  101. And then asked him to report back to Jesus what they had

  102. experienced. Then vested one, and he said

  103. unto them, Come ye yourself apart into a desert, into a

  104. desert, please, and rest a while.

  105. For there were many coming and going, and they had no less so

  106. much as to eat. See, this one was so consumed,

  107. OK, and baptized into the spirit of the Word of God, that

  108. physical food really did not matter to them.

  109. And they departed into a desert place by sheep privately in

  110. verse 33, And the people saw them departing, and many knew

  111. him and ran our food either out of our city and outwent them and

  112. came together on to him. It was then that Jesus now saw

  113. this much people in verse 34 and then was moved with compassion.

  114. There was a clear gap between this multitude and the

  115. disciples. Are you with me now?

  116. This discip? The story started with the

  117. disciples that had been with him, that had been taught by

  118. him, that I grew to the level whereby they have even become

  119. teachers of others. But there are a set of new

  120. people, majority huge number that came, who have not had that

  121. opportunity of intimacy with Jesus and to have gone through

  122. his school of discipleship. And so he was moved with

  123. compassion towards them that their own condition can also

  124. change for the better. And then he knew that they had

  125. other needs. He knew that they have different

  126. reasons why they have no migrated to Him to follow up

  127. time to pick one miracle or the other.

  128. But Jesus stepped all that down and started to teach them

  129. because He knew that if they received the teachings, those

  130. teachings will address their other problems.

  131. Am I talking to somebody? But today multitude love to go

  132. to places where they isolate their problem, OK for attention,

  133. rather than give attention to the teaching of the Word of God

  134. that will eventually address other issues.

  135. So Jesus as a Good Shepherd, he responded force to their

  136. spiritual need and then follow up with their physical need.

  137. You will, if you now push the reading further, you will now

  138. discover that after they have made themselves available to be

  139. taught, they never complain. Are you with me?

  140. It was Jesus, they were so engrossed in the teachings of

  141. Jesus Christ that they were hungry and they were not aware.

  142. It was the disciple that I came up and said now that if the evil

  143. has come and this will be going back, we observed that they are

  144. already tired and they need food.

  145. So and in that order Jesus now performed the miracle of

  146. multiply bread, but before the miracle of multiplying bread and

  147. fish, he force sat them down and taught them.

  148. Are you ready to be taught? If you are ready to be taught

  149. that you become great in the Kingdom in the name of Jesus?

  150. So Christ, like pastoral compassion, is not expressed by

  151. pity, but by teaching what is helpful to the congregation.

  152. So the foundation I'm laying today, okay, is for you to

  153. appreciate better the reason we are giving ourselves to teaching

  154. you many things. Are you with me?

  155. So crash, like pastoral compassion is not expressed by

  156. pity, but by teaching what is helpful to the congression.

  157. You now discover that this was later follow up with performing

  158. the miracle of multiplying bread and feast.

  159. But the first thing he did was to feed them with the word of

  160. God. So talk to your neighbor either

  161. close to you or from a distance. Welcome to today's feeding

  162. session. I can hear you say it.

  163. Are you salivating already? Are you salivating already?

  164. God will satisfy your hunger in the name of Jesus.

  165. Now let us take a step back into last week.

  166. We take a step back into last week.

  167. It has been, I mean the focus has been Jesus discipleship

  168. model of friendship and how you can rise by proper behavior, OK,

  169. to become friends to people of higher hierarchy.

  170. Just as Jesus looked at disciple one day and he said at this

  171. moment by the reason of the teachings you have accepted and

  172. how much you have grown, OK, I no longer call you servants.

  173. You are now my friends. I no longer call you disciple,

  174. but you are my friend. And we have been looking at the

  175. example of how Eliaza of Damascus, a servant in the

  176. house, rose to become a confidant, OK, a covenant career

  177. of the spiritual heritage of Father Abraham's family.

  178. So we are still taking back into that study particularly because

  179. we have committed to paralleling lots and Iliasa so that you can

  180. pick from these two which type of brother, sister you want to

  181. be. So a step back into last week's

  182. study reveals that Uncle lots less than honorable behavior.

  183. So the behaviour of Lords can be described as one that is less

  184. than honourable. So it's less than honourable

  185. behaviour carried incalculable negative generational

  186. consequences. And we're going to explore that

  187. today. Remember, he chose the plane of

  188. Pseudo and forfeited the plan of God.

  189. He chose the plain of Sodom. He forfeited the plan of God.

  190. He mingled with a society that are not in any way related to

  191. his covenant prospects in destiny for the fact that Father

  192. Abraham picked him and embark on the journey that God has

  193. instructed him to embark on with him when it was not mandatory

  194. upon father Abraham to do so gave him the opportunity to be

  195. introduced into the covenant heritage of father Abraham

  196. lineage. Are we together.

  197. So which means he had a lot of prospects, lot of prospects in

  198. that covenant equation. Then when you now examine him by

  199. the wrong decision he took to disengage from Father Abraham,

  200. you will notice that he eventually got married.

  201. The probing question is from which land did you think he got

  202. married from? Because we have an historical

  203. trend of where father Abraham married from, an historic trend

  204. of where Isaac married from, an historic trend of where Jacob

  205. married from. There's no such record about

  206. Lords if he told Dena Lutin Yahoo.

  207. We are trying to explore the incalculable negative

  208. generational consequences that is wrong choice brought upon his

  209. posterity. So he most probably got his wife

  210. from among the people that I was that the land God called Abraham

  211. to live. It's part of the fact that he

  212. was so privileged to be taken along by Father Abraham and also

  213. follow after the pattern and godly lifestyle of Father

  214. Abraham. So we're not taught specifically

  215. from among which nations of people he marry from, but

  216. certainly there is no record that he went back to his kinsmen

  217. to get a wife according to the pattern established by Father

  218. Ibrahim. Then raising of his children, he

  219. raised his daughters even among these people, the people of

  220. Sodom that were engaging in abhorrent practices.

  221. So he raised his daughters among them, such that despite being

  222. virgins in an ungodly land, those lady tried so much, but

  223. they did not have either a father or a mother that helped

  224. them. Because if the manner of

  225. iniquity that is recorded about Sodom and Gomorrah was what we

  226. have, and those guests who stays who stay as fetching up to the

  227. moment when Sodom and Gomorrah will be destroyed.

  228. Indeed those ladies were virtuous, but in spite of that,

  229. the place chosen. By their father to live still

  230. eventually had negative influence on their destiny.

  231. The problem we don't know or most parents don't know, is that

  232. the choices they are making today OK.

  233. Whether I turn out well or turn out the other way is not only

  234. about them, it's also about the future of their children.

  235. The simple decision of we are Lord OK, we put in shock, we are

  236. in, we practice his trade is what has brought these

  237. consequences. Am I talking to somebody We know

  238. it's about we are in in looked up and saw the plane of sudo

  239. that it was good for commerce. It didn't factor in what is the

  240. spiritual condition of the land that was good for commerce.

  241. Am I talking to somebody that is and that is your view of so many

  242. parents that are just about financial fortune.

  243. You don't consider what is the spiritual climate, What is the

  244. spiritual environment? What kind of influence the place

  245. you are choosing to dwell will have on your children?

  246. So this virtuous godly daughters eventually succumbed on that

  247. situational pressure to a method of procreation that was even

  248. worse than the one being practiced by the accost people.

  249. What did they do? They made their father to sleep

  250. with them. You know when eventually the

  251. Angel came and pulled lots out of Sodom and Gomorrah so that it

  252. will not be destroyed. The Bible mentioned to us that

  253. the wife look back even when they have been instructed to run

  254. out of that land and never look back.

  255. The wife look back and she became a pillar of salt while

  256. the why did she look back? She looked back because she

  257. prioritized material things over her soul, over the salvation of

  258. our life and of our family because when they were living,

  259. they have so much weight in that line.

  260. When they were living, they were living with nothing.

  261. So on our mind where the ghosts and the jewelries, all the

  262. collections she had hey. And in the process, she did what

  263. she looked back. Number one negative consequence

  264. of the choice or the number two negative consequence of the

  265. choice of father, Lord, a woman he chose.

  266. A woman that prioritise her physical beauty above the

  267. prosperity of her soul, above the salvation of her life and

  268. that of her and that of her family.

  269. She looked back then the angels now pointed.

  270. Lords go to the Monty. Lord said no.

  271. So my Lord, let me go to the play now.

  272. By the time we will get to the play it, you know when there is

  273. danger. When there's danger you should

  274. know that a right thinking person will run to the mountain.

  275. Are you with me? When there is danger, either

  276. fire or flood, whatever the danger is you are server on the

  277. mountain than in the plane. But Lords chose to go to work to

  278. the plane and he got to the plane.

  279. By the time he got to the plane, he discovered that nobody was

  280. there with him. Every other I think person have

  281. run to the Monty. Am I talking to somebody In the

  282. first instance? He was not supposed to be told

  283. to run to the Monty. When fire is spreading, it's

  284. easier for the fire to burn in the plane.

  285. OK, that will climb the mountain.

  286. Even if it will climb the mountain, it will take much

  287. time. Am I talking to somebody?

  288. And if it is flawed, the same. But yet he was being told the

  289. right thing. OK.

  290. Meanwhile giddy occur. He was choosing his own way

  291. above godly cancer. Is that not your situation too?

  292. What value did you put on godly cancer, Godly advice, godly

  293. instruction, and for every wrong decision you are seeing the the

  294. messy outcome. And yet you continue to follow

  295. that same path of evil, that same path that is destroying

  296. your life. That same path, OK, that is

  297. making you retrogressive instead of progressing in destiny.

  298. So a situational pressure now came up.

  299. And what was the situational pressure?

  300. There was nobody around, OK, that we marry these guys and I

  301. was no more than a gay, OK to stand there and give them the

  302. right can say. And all of these were coming up

  303. because of the wrong choices of the father.

  304. So the lady concluded among themselves in their navity that

  305. is this how we are going to continue and die without our own

  306. children. Let's get our father drunk, OK?

  307. And they make they get him drunk.

  308. The first night the senior sister slept with the father got

  309. pregnanted. The second night the younger

  310. sister slept with the father. OK got pregnant and the risk

  311. pastor generation. So he raised his daughter among

  312. the pseudomites so that despite being virgins in an ungodly

  313. land, this lady eventually succumbed on that situational

  314. prayer to a method of progression that was a cause

  315. they made their father to sleep with them.

  316. Now, what were the covenant prospects that Father Uncle Lot

  317. bungled? Let's prove that more because of

  318. his many wrong choices, starting with choosing to disengage from

  319. Father Abraham #1 his session with Father Abraham gave him the

  320. opportunity of becoming the potential manager of Father

  321. Abraham estates. We read in Genesis 24.

  322. That's why Father Abraham was trusting the Lord both in

  323. Genesis 15 and Genesis 24. Why was he trusting the Lord?

  324. He appointed Eliza of Damascos the manager of his estate.

  325. And we also saw that the first person that will have fallen

  326. into that office of honorable responsibility was not because

  327. why it was with Father Abraham. Father Abraham allowed him to

  328. have his own flock and also have his own servant, so he had no

  329. reason whatsoever OK to make the kind of choice he made.

  330. But by that wrong choice he lost that prospect of becoming the

  331. potential manager of Father Hebron estate #2 he lost

  332. personal prosperity. Because whatever he got from

  333. Father Adam and Abraham and he took to the Plain of Sodom, and

  334. whatever he multiplied in the Plain of Sodom were eventually

  335. destroyed by fire. So he lost personal prosperity

  336. #3 You also lost protection under the patriarchal blessing

  337. of Father Abraham, because at a point some enemy came and

  338. conquered him, took him a slave, collected everything that he

  339. had. It was his father Abraham again

  340. that someone, the servant of his house that have been trained in

  341. warfare to pursue after the enemy, to rescue Lords and

  342. recover everything that was stolen from him.

  343. So if he were under the covering of Father Abraham, the enemy

  344. wouldn't have messed up with him to the extent of capturing him

  345. as his slave. So he lost his freedom to become

  346. a slave until the mercy of God and the compassion that Father

  347. Abraham had towards him got him rescued.

  348. I said last week that if your your divine conference is in a

  349. village, you better stay there then move to the city where the

  350. company will be removed and your destiny will be in danger.

  351. Then he lost permanent, I mean permanent connection to the

  352. Abrahamic Covenant. And that is another area we are

  353. going to prove properly do. There was a mention of it when

  354. we're doing the reflection last week.

  355. And that permanent, permanent connection will have come by a

  356. possible marriage between one of those daughters and Isaac.

  357. Are you with me? If he has stayed in the state

  358. with Abraham and not moved to the plain of Sudo, there's a

  359. possibility, very high possibility, that Isaac will

  360. have married one of those daughters.

  361. I mean, I can't. You can put me through again.

  362. No. Isaac will have married one of

  363. the daughters of Lords. Are we OK?

  364. Are you following me? Asik will have probably most

  365. probably marry one of the daughters of Lot.

  366. And then if again the time he had issue with the destruction

  367. of Sodom and Gomorrah and the Angel said move to the mountain,

  368. maybe after the trouble was over, he now decided to return

  369. back to Father Abraham. Because the destruction of Sodom

  370. and Gomorrah happened in chapter 19.

  371. The decision for who will marry, I mean who will Isaac marry came

  372. up in chapter 24. Are you following the sequence?

  373. So assuming in chapter 19 he reunited with Father Abraham,

  374. there may not be any need for Father Abraham asking alias of

  375. Damascus to travel very far again to go and get a wife for

  376. Isaac. Because the priority and the

  377. concern of Father Abraham is that Isaac, my son, should marry

  378. from our lineage and not marry from among the foreigners.

  379. Am I talking to somebody? So he lost permanent connection

  380. to the Abrahamic covenant through a possible marriage

  381. between Isaac and any one of his daughters.

  382. However, by his wrong choices he bungled all this.

  383. He disengaged prematurely. His wrong choice led to a number

  384. of many messy outcome. He became vulnerable to the

  385. enemy's attack. He was captured by the enemies.

  386. The daughters stayed single because they could not marry

  387. homosexual Sodom men. Hello.

  388. Up to the point where the Angel came to Sodom, those daughters

  389. were described as virgins. Are you with me?

  390. So they stayed pure because they could not marry homosocial Sodom

  391. men. However, when all hope was lost

  392. due to the wrong choices of the father, AOB hear me, hear me

  393. well. Parents hear me, hear me well

  394. again. The choices you are making

  395. today, the consequences of them, will not only be about you, it

  396. will also be about these children.

  397. So out of desperation his daughters got him drunk.

  398. I made them father their children.

  399. You'll find out in Genesis chapter 19.

    Genesis 19 chapter mention

  400. That story is captured in verse 30 to 38.

  401. Whereas these daughters of Lords should be Abraham first

  402. consideration as wife to Isaac. And I'll prove that because by

  403. the time Isaac was right for marriage in Genesis 24, they

  404. were already defined by their father.

  405. And of course, by the marriage standard of that era, Isaac was

  406. free to marry any of Lot's daughters.

  407. Isaac mother Sarah was that for all half sister to father

  408. Abraham, you know, in many places in the journey of Father

  409. Hebram. OK, when he perceived that

  410. there's going to be a problem or a contention over Sarah, he will

  411. not introduce Sarah as my wife. He will rather introduce Sarah

  412. as sister. And he was not lying because

  413. Sarah was Father Hebram after half sister.

  414. She was the daughters of Abrams father from another mother.

  415. You can find out in Genesis chapter 20 verse 12 where I said

    Genesis 20:12

  416. point blank that Sarah was my sister do not the daughter of my

  417. mother but the daughter of my father.

  418. So by the marriage standard of that era, it was permissible for

  419. Isaac to marry any of Lord's daughters.

  420. So we can therefore say that it was perhaps due to in

  421. availability of Lord's daughters that Abraham had to send Eliza

  422. to go back to another of his kinsmen, the man named Betwell,

  423. the son of Naho, Abraham's brother.

  424. So the father of Rebecca, OK is Betwell, and is the son of now

  425. OK, and now his brother to Abraham.

  426. And it was living farther away, and that was from there that

  427. Eliza had to source for Rebecca. So this era of Lords became

  428. compounded and it emanated from a simple but costly error of

  429. judgment of disconnecting from his destiny helper.

  430. Whereas the opponent was open to him to occupy the office of the

  431. heir to Hebram when Isaac was still being awaited, but he did

  432. not see that vacuum to occupy it.

  433. So he made many wrong choices that turn out with mercy

  434. outcomes. I pray in the name of Jesus

  435. decisions that we take, I will produce mercy outcome.

  436. The Spirit of God will direct you away from such decisions in

  437. the name of Jesus. No Imagine if Isaac had married

  438. any of those wonderful daughters, even Jacob.

  439. OK, when he was to get married Rebecca came up.

  440. I said go to Laba my brothers house.

  441. That is where you should marry the you should marry from.

  442. So from our study of our Elias of Damascus rose to become a

  443. confidant of Father Abraham, we can deduce that friendship is an

  444. institution born by long time interaction.

  445. Friendship is an institution borne by long time interaction,

  446. the type that is characterized by loyalty.

  447. That was what Lot lacked, but ilias I had in abundance.

  448. So friendship is an institution borne by long time interaction

  449. characterized by loyalty and not just mere cultural connection.

  450. So that was why Abraham didn't bother looking for Lords I hand

  451. over to him. OK, He had to hand over to

  452. Ilyasa of Damascus that has fulfilled that condition of long

  453. time interaction. Characterized by what?

  454. Loyalty. So friendship, OK, that will

  455. make you rise OK to the level whereby you benefit from both

  456. the horizontal blessing that come from friendship and the

  457. fatika blessing that come from being friends to people of

  458. higher Iraqi does not follow cultural connection line.

  459. It follow long time interaction line that is characterized by

  460. loyalty. It is never a short time

  461. spontaneous event. It's never what a short time

  462. spontaneous event? How much are we going to say?

  463. Abraham knew about lots because it is engaged to Ali.

  464. Are we together? Are we together?

  465. The sale boy OK is more trusted than you by your uncle and you

  466. will commit so much responsibility to him and then

  467. you'll be complaining and grumbling behind that.

  468. My uncle did not like me. Your uncle did not like will not

  469. Will not. He likes you, he loves you, OK,

  470. but you have not satisfied the condition of long time

  471. interaction characterized by loyalty that can make him to

  472. have been able to prove and test you so that he can now commit

  473. his estate unto you. Are you with me?

  474. You just want to count on cultural connection to get it.

  475. It doesn't follow that way. So Elias has stayed long enough

  476. to be regarded as the Eddest, Eddest son of the House of

  477. Abraham. And then you will also read from

  478. that account in Genesis 24 that it took Abraham a 10 year old

  479. age before assigning him the most critical assignment of

  480. getting a wife for Isaac. Genesis 24 the 1st 2 verses

  481. again. And Abraham was who were

  482. striking in age and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.

  483. And Abraham said on to is eldest servant of his house.

  484. There were other servants there. Are you with me?

  485. Lord was not yet dead. But this responsibility can't go

  486. to any short time servant and it can't go to the cultural line of

  487. the Lords. OK, that was not stable.

  488. Are we together? It has to go to the earlier

  489. Sabbath of his house that rule over all that he had.

  490. And of course, as we try to wind down to continue next week.

  491. This aligned perfectly with our Lord Jesus Christ in the way he

  492. also handled the progressive development of his disciple to

  493. the point where he said at this point I will not just regard you

  494. as disciple, but I will call you my friend.

  495. So this aligned perfectly with our logistics.

  496. Christ Mulder who took his time before he designated his

  497. disciples as friends. It took him so more time before

  498. he designated them as a friend In 1515 of Gospel account to

  499. Saint John Hensford. I call you not servants, for the

  500. servant knew it not. What is Lord?

  501. Do it now. That's your uncle's business

  502. that you want him to entrust to you.

  503. How much do you know about how he's doing it?

  504. But I have called you friends for all things that I have heard

  505. of my father, I have made known unto you.

  506. Then when we parallel this with the time he designated them a

  507. post to, you will discover that it didn't take him so much time

  508. before he designed them a post to.

  509. But it took him time before he designated them as friends.

  510. That again bothers the facts. OK or confirm my position that

  511. the highest form of interpersonal relationship is

  512. what is friendship wasn't work or lose or what opposed to am I

  513. talking to somebody. So please know that it did not

  514. take him so much time or so much time to designate them as

  515. opposed to Luke 613. And when it was dead, he called

  516. on to him his disciples and of them he chose 12 whom your whom

  517. also he named apostles. That happened very highly in his

  518. ministry. Am I talking to somebody?

  519. So it's important that you now know this related to your office

  520. OK of service is different from your office of God's confidence.

  521. So be an apostle, pastor, evangelist, Esteria.

  522. All these are service level relationship.

  523. They are only present to friendship level relationship.

  524. I'm a pastor, I'm an evangelist, I'm an apostle, I am a dicky.

  525. All of these, they are service level relationship, they are

  526. only president to friendship level relationship.

  527. So you can come into those offices, OK where you are here

  528. to be a friend of God. You will notice that not all

  529. patriarchs of faith operated at the friends at the friendship

  530. level with God. Not all patriarchs operated at

  531. the friendship level with God. I pray that we so grew that God

  532. will be able to trust us OK to the degree that will become his

  533. friends in the name of Jesus. So in the same manner that not

  534. all patrias rose to the level of being friend with God, not all

  535. pastors operate at the friendship level with God.

  536. Not all pastor operate at the friendship level with God.

  537. After Abraham. We have to wait and it was Moses

  538. time before we have another friend of God.

  539. Go read your Bible critically after Abraham.

  540. We have to wait until it was Moses time before we had another

  541. friend of God, Not Jacob, not Isaac.

  542. I think that friendship status, why it is never a cultural

  543. inheritance. I said that already when we are

  544. looking at Lords Iliaza Ibrahim that it didn't follow the

  545. cultural connection line. Are we together?

  546. So friendship is never a cultural inheritance, rather

  547. friendship is learning and loyalty based.

  548. Someone O3 verse 7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts

  549. unto the children of Israel. 2 clear categories of relationship

  550. with God, the one that know his way and the order that is just

  551. either a beneficiary or a spectator of his acts.

  552. And you can fall into any category.

  553. OK, but I pray over my destiny I will fall into the Moses

  554. category. I will know the ways of the law.

  555. Hello, Jesus is a miracle worker, but it's also the way,

  556. the truth and the life. So do you know Him as the way,

  557. the truth and the life? Or you only experience Him as a

  558. miracle worker, as one that give you bread, as the one that hands

  559. out your prayer? Or do you know Him as the way,

  560. the truth and life? You are safe.

  561. Far from starting the journey of becoming a friend of God, He

  562. made known His ways unto Moses. No wonder Moses who can become a

  563. miracle worker. He could pass the rest his acts

  564. unto the children of Israel. They needed protein, oh quirky,

  565. they needed food. Manner in down their water was

  566. bitter. So they were either spectators

  567. of the wonders of God or partakers of the wonders of God.

  568. They didn't know the way of God. Even those that were companions

  569. to Moses, OK, one day they stood up and said, is it only Moses

  570. that God is speaking to? We are also prophet and God say

  571. well OK, in this Kingdom there are men and there are boys.

  572. The men's know the ways of God. The boys, the girls, they only

  573. see the hearts or experience the hearts.

  574. Numbers 12 and Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses, that's this

  575. one, because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married, for

  576. he had married an Ethiopian woman.

  577. And they said, had the Lord indeed spoken only by Moses?

  578. Are they not spoken also by us? And the Lord had it.

  579. I said to you already that not all patriarchs rose to the

  580. level, not all matriarchs rose to the level of becoming a

  581. friend to God. In the same way, not all pastor

  582. operate at the level of friendship with God.

  583. Service level relationship is different from friendship level

  584. relationship. So they were at the service

  585. level relationship and they were comparing themselves with a man

  586. that has rushed to the level of friendship relationship.

  587. And they said had the Lord spoken only by Moses?

  588. Had he not spoken also by us? And the Lord had it.

  589. Please young man, when God start to move you, I started to know

  590. to operate in some levels, OK, those babas OK, because they

  591. don't have so much energy to jump up and down the way you are

  592. jumping off. Be very careful.

  593. You may not have attained the level by which they are

  594. operating we go. They may not have your charisma.

  595. In fact, they may lack your kind of popularity, OK, but the kind

  596. their own kind of route has grown deeper, deeper, deeper

  597. down there, though you have grown taller.

  598. Am I talking to somebody? And they said had Lord this

  599. spoken only by Moses? Had you not spoken also by all

  600. and the Lord had it. You know, you you, you know what

  601. was tempting them to do all of that because as at that time the

  602. road of Iran, OK, as boded almond and the rod of Moses is

  603. there as dry as it was. I am I talking to somebody is as

  604. dry as it has always been, but it has never lost its potency

  605. because as a relationship, OK, that happened between God and

  606. Moses. OK.

  607. That convert potency upon that road?

  608. Verse 3 Now the man Moses was very meek.

  609. Kumar Brad Khakri Kumar le billboards everywhere.

  610. Are you with me? Because since we are not seeing

  611. his face on the Billboard everywhere at every junction in

  612. the city, he may not be as popular as this one that are

  613. always on big billboards. It's not about how much, it's

  614. not about billboard appearance, it's about how much of God's

  615. grace you carry the protest confound you by your intimacy

  616. with God. Now the man was this was very

  617. mean above all men which were upon the face of the earth.

  618. But you will not see it in this mannerism that it carries such

  619. grace. What it does so far only let me

  620. pay. Let me pay both.

  621. Say you go and read it. Well, by the time it was, it was

  622. not only the rod of Iran that was attractive.

  623. I saw Rene Yatto. Hello.

  624. It's not by the rope, it's by the potency of your spiritual

  625. anointment. Talking

  626. to somebody. And the law specks suddenly.

  627. On to Moses. Moses will not answer you in

  628. this matter. God Himself took it upon himself

  629. to answer it, and unto hero, and.

  630. Unto Miriam come. Out E3 onto the Tabernacle of

  631. the congression and the three came out and lock him down in

  632. the pillar of the cloud and stood in the door of the

  633. Tabernacle and call Heron and Miram and they both came forth.

  634. Oh yeah, ambassador. And he said, here now my words,

  635. if there be a prophet among you, I, the Lord will make myself

  636. known unto him in the vision. I will speak unto him in a

  637. dream. You.

  638. See the things by which we judge and we.

  639. Raise men of God to be very high in this day are the things that

  640. God said. They are the lesser parameters.

  641. He said. If there be a prophet among you,

  642. how the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision.

  643. Oh, Pastor, for now I will speak out to him in a dream.

  644. My my savant Moses is not so Moses.

  645. Is God talking to somebody? Is somebody upgrading and

  646. learning? He said My.

  647. Most my Sabah Moses. Is not.

  648. So who is faithful in all? My house.

  649. So what graduated into the? Frenzy level was.

  650. Faithfulness, not the gifts. With him I speak mouth.

  651. To mouth so when God speak to Moses, there is no drama about

  652. it. Hello, are you with me?

  653. OK, where you are your friend? If I don't sorrow, is there any

  654. drama about it? Does he follow any particular

  655. protocol? Am I talking to somebody?

  656. Within my speak, mouth to mouth, even apparently are.

  657. Not in dark speeches and the similitude of the Lord.

  658. Shall he? Behold, wherefore then were ye

  659. not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

  660. Let me draw the country here by saying.

  661. God desire. Is that we rise.

  662. Beyond the multitude status to the friendship status.

  663. But why we are saying this? It's.

  664. Important that I draw this important caution that when we

  665. emphasize friendship status, we are not saying graduate House of

  666. discipleship status. So, so that somebody will not go

  667. ahead and be boasting. Up I was a disciple man.

  668. Or you're Lola. I told you the example.

  669. Of Jesus Christ. Philippian. 5.

  670. From verse 2, do you go with God?

  671. He didn't see see that say something entitled to and then

  672. start to misbehave and equate himself with God.

  673. So. Be warned, you don't graduate.

  674. From the discipleship status to attend the friendship rank, but

  675. rather you excel in discipleship to be regarded as a friend so.

  676. You you excel in discipleship. Moses.

  677. Faithful in all my house. Then he became the friend of God

  678. alias I stayed. Long.

  679. Enough he remained A servant, yet the manager of the estate.

  680. Are you with me? And then Abraham, can I say?

  681. Oh, I commit everything. Into your hand, including Isaac

  682. my. Son, how my son will.

  683. Get it right so you excel in discipleship to attain the

  684. friendship stick. You don't graduate out of

  685. discipleship. God bless you in Jesus name.

  686. Don't be left in the dark. Get proper.

  687. Understanding of life through the Word of God.

  688. My people perish for lack of knowledge.

  689. The Word of God is an illumination which gives

  690. direction. Remain placed as Reverend was

  691. far and illuminates your mind with the Word of God with all

  692. simplicity and clarity.
