Don't be left in the dark. Get proper understanding of life

illumination which gives direction.

with the Word of God with all simplicity and clarity.

The topic we are considering is still working in the spirit.

Working in the spirit. It's Part 3, but the specific

focus last week has been the facts and the fallacies.

The facts and the fallacies we're trying to establish from

description. What's working in the spirit

truly name the correct biblical concepts of working in the

spirit as against mere sensationalism or vain religion

praise the name of the Lord. This is essential because one of

the things the devil specializes are is to create confusion.

So a specialist at selling fallacies as facts and we are

living in the age that I consider as the age of

meaninglessness whereby virtually everything that is

good for destiny prosecution. Again, I have been twisted.

So I consider the devil as a specialist in twisted narrative.

The scripture called him not just a liar but the father of

lies. Just as we have people by virtue

of how they have examined 1 discipline or the other and

contemporary they would regarded them as father of one discipline

or the other. Those of you who are studying

best thing you know which regarded as the father of

blessing, praise the name of the Lord.

So in the same way, the best of the contribution that the devil

has contributed to creation, apart from being a thief, a

killer and a destroyer, is that he is the father of lies.

again get yourself ruined is the reason.

As we talked about walking in the Spirit, we are coming from

the plain facts of what is the correct teaching of the

Scripture, the correct position of the Scripture on walking in

the Spirit. So for today we are running on

the second level of the facts and the fallacies.

So the Bible introduced the devil to us for the very first

time of interaction with man as a narrative twister.

of the Scripture, and what introduces him to him was that

he came in as a narrative twister.

He moderated and exaggerated a clear, simple structure that was

given to Adam and Eve not to eat the forbidden fruits.

Are you playing with me now That instruction not to eat the

forbidden fruit that was given to Adam and Eve in the Garden of

Eden was a simple instruction that does not require deep

knowledge of psychology, not even the deep knowledge of

theology. It was a simple structure to

obey. But the devil turned into a

theological debate eventually. From geological debate, it moved

to pushing Eve to a level of psychological reasoning about

what required simple obedience. You see, the Gospel is simple,

but the devil can make it look so complex that you think you

can fit in the instructions of God, the commandment of God.

OK, very simple. But one of the reasons the

devil, you know, keep people away from obeying God is that he

paints the destruction of God as something complex.

And so that which is really complex and we make your life

complicated is what the devil called layo and playo.

And so you go for it. Then you create damages to for

yourself that you cannot handle. The parents will ask the child

don't go out late in the night but the devil will come and say

the room is too boring and the child will sneak out to a White

Party and why they are there, they are breaking ball too and

then disturb him. He hand up in the hospital for

his surgery. Some cannot survive it and they

die in the process. Are we together?

Why? Because the devil came in and

told him simply stay in the comfort of your home at night,

OK? Either sleeping or or reading

your book or preparing your mind for the next day.

The devil said that is boring. So what requires simple

obedience? The devil turned into a

psychological risk name and the child felt where Let me snake

out. You snake out.

He put himself into a mess that he cannot handle.

So the devil moderated that simple instruction, not to one

particular tree, very clear instruction that requires simple

obedience. He moderated it, he exaggerated

it into something else. It's therefore for you to walk

in the spirit, you must be a sheep at heart.

You must be a sheep at heart. And what does that collude?

It could not that whenever you are restrained, you must not

resist. Whenever you are restrained, you

must not what? Resist.

Whenever you are instructed, you must obey.

Whenever you are warned, OK, you must take it.

Genesis 3. Let's read that story, the 1st 6

verses of Genesis chapter 3. Now the serpent was more subtier

obedience to God is something complex, is of the devil.

the midst of the garden. God, I say, ye shall not eat of

these, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

And the serpent said of the Do man, ye shall not surely die for

God, not know that in the day you eat the arrow, then your

eyes shall be open, and ye shall be as God, knowing good and

evil. It turned it into a complex

theological debate. Ye shall be as God, good and

evil. And when the woman saw that the

three was good for food, now at that point it has moved from

geological debate to psychological whistling.

And when was saw that the tree was moved for food,

psychological whistling, and that it was pleasant to the eye

and the tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the

fruit the arrow, and did he, and gave also onto her husband with

her, and he did he. So here the devil by his cunning

device turn what was meant to be an obedience test to a

theological debate. Don't it from this particular

tree was an obedience test but the devil turn into a

theological debate and by psychological risk name he was

able to twist the narrative and make both the husband and the

wife to disobey God. I pray for you that anytime the

devil is probably your mind, you will design, I say you will

design in the name of Jesus. You will not buy the lives of

the devil in the name of Jesus. Now today, virtually everything

issues that require simple obedience to theological debate

psychological reasoning, you should know that he's about to

carry out his mission of stealing, killing, and

destroying. So if you want to to steal from

you, to kill you or destroy you, the first thing he does is to

sell a lie to you and want to buy that lie.

sense of accurate discernment in the name of Jesus rebellion and

sought like of the which I tell you before as I've also told you

in the time past that day. We do sort things are not

inherit the Kingdom of God when they say something will not make

you inherit the Kingdom of God. If you were wise OK, even if it

misconception of issues and that is why in working with the Lord

we are doing our best to separate the wheat from the

South, separate between facts and fallacies.

So today we are going to focus on what working in the Spirit is

not. So when we say walking in the

Spirit, what it is not will be the focus for today and I'm

going to discuss seven items under that number one, I would

said number one, walking in the spirit is not being boxed into

the bottom of vision and revelation before you can live

your normal life. Welcome again understand the

foundation I have lead that the devil can miss interpret issues

and therefore can call for you working in the spirit world.

Working in the spirit is not in the same way.

Your flesh and your religious presumption can also put in your

hand or make you embrace what is not working in the spirit.

And then you embrace it and you think you are working in the

spirit, whereas you are either working in the flesh or working

in error or even working in fully space.

So therefore some people think bin, boxed into the bottom of

vision and revelation before they can live their normal life,

is working in the spirit. And so the only people must tell

him to eat a malano, eat rice. He must dream OK to decide

whether he should come out with red color and black I'm black

berets or to come out in blue native when I when it gets to

So some people think walking the Spirit means the only spirit

must spell out everything line by line.

So when we're talking about walking in the spirit, we are

not talking about being boxed into the bottom of vision and

revelations before you can live your normal life.

So we are not talking about turning in one location of

dualist be dictating the color of the cloth is where because

they wanted you to escape assassination into a tradition

or in the submissive culture or curriculum for young believers.

Maybe you want one location as a disciple, as a pastor, as a

destiny coach. OK, I wanted to step out and

don't you, minister to me go and change from your white dress to

a yellow dress. And I did it, OK.

And in the process, OK, somebody who has marked me for

assassination could not carry out his evil intention because

those who instructed him told him, I'll be coming out in white

dress. Are you with me?

I should not because that apple, OK, now turn it into a

disciplesive culture or a curriculum that I will be

teaching or a fundamental doctrine, OK, that I will say if

you cannot hear body by the kind of clothes you will wear to go

out, you are not spiritual. AM I talking to somebody?

So walking in the Spirit may involve the Holy Spirit guiding

you and giving you the tineless detail, but it must not be

turned to a tradition. It must not become a doctrine.

It must not become a discipleship curriculum whereby

you now exaggerate your spiritual importance and then

you are pushing and forcing young believers OK to also

operate in that experience. And if they cannot operate in

that experience, they see themselves as being less a

Christian. So walking in the Spirit, it's

not been boxed into the bottom of vision and revelation before

you can live your normal life. Somebody said, and I like it so

much that God gave us brain so that we can give him rest Hello.

He gave us brain so that we can do what we can give him rest.

And don't forget that when man was created, OK, part of the

instruction and the clear mandate is that you should take

charge. We should have dominion.

So over what? God has given you authority, OK?

Don't return such assignments, such mandate back to God or to

the Holy Spirit. Can we move on to the next one?

And that is very clear now #2 which?

It's just explaining the number one.

Walking in the Spirit is not suspending your intellects.

Walking in the Spirit is not suspending your intellects.

It is not disobeying your instincts, waiting for audible

voice of the Holy Spirit before you can act with discretion.

So you don't say because I've taught you to work in the Spirit

and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh, therefore

you end up suspecting your intellect.

You don't say because you want to work in the Spirit, you not

disobey your instincts. You don't over every matter.

Wait for audible voice of the oldest before you can act with

discretion. I put it jokingly this way.

Have you had that said before? OK.

Where the house is burning Every everything, everything that has

life in itself. We're all that's the first

reaction is that not before we begin to think about what else

to to do but as far as the world is concerned, the world we don't

be standing there and everything we burn on it.

Is that not so That's why it's always said in some beautiful

palace that even do the Ghana war.

So don't live your life like that because you are working in

the spring. So working this week entails

embracing the Kingdom lifestyle of cry simplicity.

That's what it entails. The true fact, the truth, the

divination, the correct notion about walking in the spirit.

It means you embrace the Kingdom lifestyle of cry simplicity.

And what does that collude? Obedience.

Compliance with the teachings of Christ that you have had.

Compliance with the teaching of Christ that you have learned.

Compliance with the teachings of Christ that you have studied.

That is what's working in the Spirit means.

Can we move on to the next one? The second is clean off OK #3

walking in the Spirit is not an extra spiritual requirement for

a special class of believers. It is not an extra spiritual

requirement for a special class of believers.

It is the basic normal Christian life.

It is the standard Christian life, walking in the Spirit, OK.

It's not a preservative of the bishops, of the apostles, of the

evangelist, of the clergy. It is a standard, normal life

for every Christian to walk in the Spirit.

So it is not an extra spiritual requirement that, OK, my own

kind of Christianity, I won't take it to that level.

If you are not at that level, you are not a Christian.

Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the desires of the

flesh. So don't see walking in the

Spirit as an extra spiritual requirement meant for a special

class of people. And that's what I keep on

admiring it again and again. That closer walk with Jesus is

not a disadvantage. Deeper commitment to your faith

is not a disadvantage. Are we together?

Can we move to the next one? Can we move to the next one?

Number four? Walking in the spirit is not

achieved by disconnecting from realities to embrace all

realistic fantasies. It is not achieved by

disconnecting from reality. You you have walked non-stop for

weeks and then your body start to give you signals that stress

are setting and you may breakdown.

OK you don't say because you are walking the spirit will be

denied that reality and be forcing yourself to keep walking

and walking and walking or to break down without remedy and

blame it on demons. Are we together?

So when you can fix it that this way my body is feeling require

that I should visit my doctor. OK.

Don't spiritualize it in the name of the fact that you want

to present yourself as somebody spiritual and therefore you want

to come and boast in it with us during the testimony session

that in the last 10 years you have not visited a doctor

working in the spirit. We are separating the facts from

the fallacies so it is not achieved by disconnecting from

realities. To embrace all the realistic

spiritual fantasy such as even cutting off from friends and

relations in a manner that suggests earlier than thou

attitude. Another all the artistic

spiritual fantasy is to think that by walking in the spirit

then you cut off OK from friends you should have with your

spirituality. Or you disobey you, you, you

disown your parents, I said. Why?

Because my, my, my father is not born again and therefore I don't

visit home again. So those are all the artistic

fantasy. It doesn't make you a better

Christian. Can we move on?

Number what? Now?

Walking in the spirit is not denying the social reality of

your personality. That you are walking the speed

does not mean you deny the social reality of your

personality. If you are an estrophile OK,

Walking the speed does not take extrovertism away from you.

Are you with me? But you come by the Spirit of

God term the SSC that is always associated with extroverts.

Be an extroverts is not a sin. What you do with that nature OK

is what we determine whether you will see or not.

Am I talking to somebody? An extroverts is outspoken and

outspokenness is needed to defend the faith.

Am I talking to somebody so it is not denying the social

reality of your personality. An extra fact we still talk, but

now with measured a define word are no longer extravagant forgot

words because now he knows that by working in the Spirit.

OK. The scripture has told him that

it will give account of every idol words so instead of

speaking, I do words. Now it will trust God for the

Holy Spirit to lead him and guide him to speak words that

edify what season we saw words that give grace to the ERS.

Am I talking to somebody so it is not denied the social reality

of your personality. Rather, by walking in the

Spirit, you now conduct yourself in a manner that aligns with the

simplicity of Christ number six, which appear like at the

extension of #5. It is not suppressing your

emotion such as laughter and grief.

Because you see some people, because now that they are born

again, they are baptized in the Holy Spirit, OK, And they are

seeking sanctification to walk in the Spirit.

Every time you see them, they walk with long fish and they

take long fish in spirituality. Hello.

Rather than rather than shake people's hand with, with, with,

with convenient. How are you?

that is too good for comfort, too unfriendly to bear.

Am I talking to somebody? So walking in the spirit is not

suppressing your emotion such as laughter.

Even if it's a smile, Putin, because smile itself is a

message to the soul. Am I talking to somebody?

And your smile can be so contagious that it can also

revive somebody that is going undergoing depression.

So you can minister to people by your laughter if it's a

responsible 1:00 AM I talking to somebody so it is not

suppressing your emotions such as laughter, even grief.

Now I am I'm I'm a pastor. Therefore a pastor must not be

seen somebody sober or having a feel of concern when something

unpleasant happen. So you must pretend and go on

like that like that. We have it clearly in the God of

the Saint John Chapter 11 verse 35 that Jesus went.

John 11:35

So who is he? OK, that we can describe as

somebody who has worked better in spirit than Jesus and walking

the Spirit does did not prevent Jesus from weeping when he

needed to weep. Jesus weep when it was necessary

to identify with a grieving family friend.

But remember, the Bible say Jesus wept, not that Jesus

willed. Jesus did what he wept.

He didn't wait. That's where they do it in my

place. When somebody died, he was still

in perfect control of his emotion, and he needed what to

do to fix the problem. Am I talking to somebody?

So working the Spirit is not suppressing your emotions such

as laughter and grief. And I started to you the example

of our Lord Jesus Christ that worked when it was necessary to

do so. He did that with a grieving

family friend. I will go with that.

Then let's move to .7. I got any rounding up for today.

Walking in the spirit is not putting up a various attitude of

external piety devoid of inner purity.

The sewage, my house sewage or residence sewage.

Peace gave way recently and we have been suspected that there

is a problem with this sewage pits, but we didn't know the

extent. But when it was open I now

understood. When Jesus called, the Pharisees

decorated sepulchre on the surface.

perfect. In fact, when eventually it was

open, it was open and we saw the kind of damage that has happened

on Daiv. We're just thanking God that he

saved us. The old, the old wall that held

And that is the spiritual life of some people.

We see them and all the externalities of religion that

they carry on their head is presented them as somebody that

is spiritual where they are dirty, whereas in their inner

man is wickedness. That was what Jesus was

emphasizing when he was saying it is not the the outside of the

Corp that should be our point of interest when it comes to

sanctification, but the inside of the Corp.

So many of us like to put up the the sanctimonious attitude of a

brother, whereas we are not anything in the family of God,

we are not anything near the family of God, and yet we put up

the externality of a brother, a sister in the Lord inside us.

OK, we are already inside hell and we are appearing on the

outside as somebody closer to heaven.

So walking in the Spirit is not putting up a fariastic attitude

of external piety devoid of inner purity.

Walking the Spirit is not acting religion, rather it is

manifesting the finished war of Christ.

Matthew 23, the 1st 7 verses, then Jesus.

Then speak Jesus to the multitude and to his disciples.

Say, describe, and the Pharisees seated or seat in Moses seat all

therefore whatsoever they did, you observe that observe and do,

but do not hear after their war. For they say, and do not.

For they bind everybody's and grievous to be born, and lay

them on men's soldiers, but they themselves will not move them

with one of their fingers. But all their was they do.

For to be seen of men they make brought their lassetries, and

allow the borders of their garments, and love the uppermost

room at fees, and the chief seat in the synagogue, and greetings

in the market, and to be called of men Rabbi, rabbi.

But yes, they are the ones that they will find a dying person

beaten and battered by armed robbers and they will not do

anything or lift or lift a finger to help.

Am I talking to somebody? So walking in the spirit is not

putting up the farisa, the fariasic attitude of earlier

than thou, whereby your character did not match your

profession. Remember I told you that this

faith and walking in the Spirit is a progression from mere

convention to the pursuit of eternity and service to

humanity. So we draw the curtain again

Spirit. I will say essentially that

working in the Spirit is the manifestation of Christ.

Let's let see your good work and glorify your Father who is in

evil. Shine your light so that men

will see your good work and glorify your Father who is in

evil. It is not the exhibition of self

as the most righteous. So it is not about competing to

show yourself as the most pious or the most righteous that

people can see you and by seeing you OK, they will say we, we did

not look for Christ again. That's working in the Spirit.

Hello, we need not look for Christ again.

We can see the assemblance of Christ in you.

That was the very foundation, OK, of the nomenclature we carry

as Christians in Antioch. They saw the believer and in all

of the characteristics they exhibited, OK, the only person

they could see was what Christ and therefore they call them

little, little Christ. So walking in the Spirit is not

driven OK by the Spirit that play religion to impress.

Or to oppress others, but rather to inspire others to become like

Christ. Rise and let us pray.

to the mind? Lord, I want to be like Jesus in

To be like in. Lord, I want to be like Jesus in

my life, in my heart, in I love my Lord, in my Lord, I want to

be like Jesus in my life. Thinketh in the whole of your

heart. Oh Lord, I want to be like Jesus

in my life. Oh Lord, have me.

Lord, I want to be like Jesus in my life.

I knew God for you, Father, in my life.

Working in the Spirit simply means living like Jesus,

becoming like Jesus. In your talk, in all that you do

now ask the Lord. Lord Jesus, help me to be like

you. Talk to the Lord.

Help me Lord, to be like you. Lord Jesus, help me to be like

you. Help me, Lord, to be like you.

You will overcome worldliness. The moment the passion to become

like Jesus and Gulf your spirit. The moment the passion to be

like Jesus and gulf your spirit, then you will be free from the

pool or the pulleys that are drawing you to the worldly ways.

But pass me, Lord, with a passion to want to be like Jesus

in everything. Lord, I want to be like Jesus in

my heart. Lord, I want to be like Jesus in

my life. And Jesus name we pray and

finally say, Lord, purge my heart, purge my heart from every

lies of the devil that I have embraced.

We are praying in the name of Jesus.

Those lies you have embraced that make you fulfill that the

laws of God, the commandment of God are grievous, that make you

fulfill that deeper commitment to Christ will bring you social

disadvantage is a lie from the pit of earth.

Deeper commitment to Christ will not bring you any form of

spiritual or social disadvantage.

Becoming like Christ is not a demotion, is a promotion for you

in every aspect of life. It brings you to the cutting

edge of performance in destiny pursuit.

If you know Christ, knowing Christ the more is never a

disadvantage. Digging deeper in faith is never

a disadvantage rather it give you stability to face the

challenges of life and overcome. So all those lies and narratives

who have believed from the devil, ask the Lord to put your

mind of them. Thank you Lord for answer

We have had you Lord we are that what we have had you help us to

live in the name of Jesus. Thank you Daddy for answer.
