Anointed Alignment | Ps Graeme Politanski

Is going to be the best year of your life.

Could you declare out loud today?

My heart is open. My ears are alert to grow and

change and never be the same. Amen.

Let's just stay up on our feet for a moment.

Who felt the presence of God in the worship?

Isn't that amazing? It's a great blessing when He

lets us feel His presence like that, isn't it?

We don't take that for granted. And you know, I believe that God

is saying that there is barren dreams, barren women in the

house today, barren purposes, that the anointing of God is

going to fall upon during the service today and he's going to

breathe upon those things, life. And I, I was reminded of the

Virgin Mary. What was impossible in man's

eyes was not even an obstacle in God's eyes.

You know, let his will be done. Amen.

On earth, in our lives, as it is in heaven.

I believe also that there is a supernatural anointing today in

the service for the unbelievable.

For the unbelievable. I can't even put to words what

it is that I'm feeling with that.

I can't quite find the word. So I just came up with

unbelievable. But God is going to turn some

things in some people's worlds around where it's like even you

can't recognize or pinpoint what it is that you need turned

around, but life isn't quite complete yet for you.

Maybe something's been stolen from your life or taken from

you, but God's going to breathe. I, I feel like the anointing

today in this very service is this type of anointing.

I've never felt this before at the beginning of the year, but

this is a powerful anointing of the presence of God.

And so my encouragement to you is, would you just be open to

receive? There's no tricks to this.

There's no right prayer that you don't lift your hands the right

way, you know? Yeah.

Is it like a carp or do I need to be wired like Ingles wings?

You know, like there's no right way except for the graces of

God. And he just lets his presence

and the Holy Spirit comes, but he's going to get, he's going to

get a key today and he's going to unlock you.

And it's going to be unbelievable what the Lord has

done. And it's going to become part of

your life testimony. It's not just going to be part

of your life, life testimony of look how good the Lord is.

It's going to be the testimony of the Spirit of God, a

testimony that breaks through religion and moves to the Spirit

of the God came upon me and anointed me.

Jesus said these words, didn't he?

Preach the gospel, share the good news to raise the dead,

bring healing to sick to declare the hour of the Lord.

Why don't we all just lift our hands across this place?

Holy Spirit, Mighty God, Mighty God, Mighty God.

God of wonder, majestic God, Holy Spirit and Father, we pray

for our children in this place right now.

That your anointing would fall and break every yoke, cover

their lives, and I pray for every single child in this room

that they would walk forward in life with the presence of God

upon them. That they would have eyes bound

and set on the culture of heaven and not on the culture of this

world. That they would be anointed to

bring healing to a nation and even the world.

In this room today, we thank you, Holy Spirit, in Jesus name,

Amen, Amen. When we give God a shout of

praise, thank him. We're thanking him right now.

Thank you Jesus, Amen and Amen. Well, today is a special

service. We're going to anoint anyone who

would like to be anointed at the end of the service, and we're

going to worship together. But I have a message that I've

titled Anointed Alignment, Anointed Alignment.

Today for you and I, this is about aligning our life with the

purposes of heaven for what God wants to achieve through our

life. Amen. 2026 isn't just a year,

it's a year that has never been and will never be again.

We have one shot at 2026. And if Jesus doesn't come back,

which like he should, right Soon, Yeah.

See if Jesus doesn't come back, this is the year of opportunity

for you and for me to fulfill the purposes of God on our

lives. But there's words that I just

said. It's the purposes of God on our

lives. It's not my purpose.

It's not my will, it's not my endeavour, it's not my business,

it's not my family, it's not anything except for what the

Lord has. The will of the Lord, Amen.

And so therefore we have to come into alignment to His will, not

God come into alignment with our will.

Amen. You received that today.

Why don't we take our seat this morning?

The action of being anointed is an action of alignment.

We align ourselves with the cause of Christ, which simply

means the mission of God. And what the mission of God is,

is simple. It is preaching the gospel.

It's making disciples. It's being discipled and

declaring the majesty of God through the way we live our

lives. God's anointing flows from our

action of surrender. You know, in, in, in my life

when I feel like there's a lack of anointing or the anointing

levels are dropping, I have to move towards surrender.

I have to move into a realm where where I just surrender.

What? What does surrender?

Surrender might look like looking at your prayer life and

going because all of us, right, We would go, well, how do I fit

that in or how do I fit more in than what I'm doing?

Surrender. You know, the thing about

surrender is so inconvenient. Surrender has never lined up

with my regime. Surrender has has never been

something Mel and I agree on. You know, we don't go.

Oh, let's agree to surrender more.

You know what I mean? God starts to do a work in you

and when you get desperate enough for God to use you and to

move in your life and his presence and his power and his

glory to be on your life, when that is greater than self

comfort, then you move into the realms of surrender.

And I believe that in 2026 men in this church, this is the

greatest church on planet earth. Who knows that, right?

And in this church, for many, many years, we've been talking

revival. It's my throat delicious.

We've been talking revival. I don't know, like how long

you've been in this church for, but everyone that comes to this

church and new to the church, they just go.

There's something I can feel in the air, can't explain it, but I

just feel like miracles and things are just about to break

out. Who's been feeling that now for

many, many years, right? And I just had a testimony not

long ago, just a few weeks ago of someone out to just said that

to me. And I'm like, man, tell me about

it. Like, like we, we feel it all

the time. God has been preparing the soil

of this church for 2026 and I'm not here today just trying to

make a a big vision feel in the atmosphere to stir you up for a

great year. I'm talking what's true to me

and what's what's what's honest to me and and is coming out of

like the genuineness of my heart that God has been preparing the

soil in your life and in my life in the leadership of this church

in the community in the life of this community.

God has been preparing the soil for a great, amazing harvest to

flourish. Amen.

And the Bible says that the harvest is ready, but the

laborers are few. But I sit here today and I look

out to this congregation and I see many, in fact hundreds of

people who are ready to go out and reap a harvest.

Is any workers in the house today?

People are ready to be on mission, but God's anointing

requires an alignment from our lives and His anointing requires

a surrender from our lives. From the early days of creation,

oil has been regarded as a vital part of day-to-day life.

So for the use of food, for the use of deodorants, which is a

good thing in summer of keeping insects off people, also

animals, they anointed animals in the in the day, they probably

still do light and lamps. It was used for that sun cream.

Skin care products like oil has been used throughout the ages.

And in Genesis 28, Jacob, who was later named Israel,

encountered God in a dream. Amazing story.

And when he woke, when Jacob woke up, he dedicated that

place, calling it batal, which means or translates to Bethel or

House of Gods. And now this is where the

anointing starts to come in for Jacob.

Jacob set up rocks and he consecrated that place, saying

declaim that this is the House of the Lord.

And he did that by pouring oil over it.

This was the place where God met Jacob.

Listen, anointing oil is a sign of consecration.

When we anoint you today, this is what we're saying.

I am a consecrated child of God with purpose and I come into a

lineman today in Exodus 2841 and you see it later in Exodus 29,

God directed Aaron and his sons to be anointed as the Israel's

high priest through the pouring of anointing oil on his head and

garments. Anointing oil as a sign of God's

appointment on their lives. In first Samuel 10, one Samuel

pulls oil on the head of King Saul, anointing him and then I

love what God said about King David in the Bible, love David.

In Psalms 89 verse 20 to 24 it says this says I have found my

Psalms 89:20–24

servant David with my holy oil. I have anointed him with whom my

hand shall be established. Also my arm shall strengthen

him. Let me tell you when, when God

anoints you, God is with you. When His anoint anoint you.

You can know His hand is upon your life.

His mighty arm is on your life. It will strengthen you.

Verse 22. The enemy shall not outwit him,

nor the son of wickedness afflict him.

This outwitting thing of the enemy, this affliction of the

enemy, it ends today. Come on.

Would you declare this for your family?

I will beat down his foes before his face.

You know what that tells us? It tells me, stop fighting and

start praying because the fight is not against flesh and blood.

Amen. And when we are aligned with

God, God will do the fight for us.

I will beat down his foes. Isn't the great, great words.

I'll beat down his foes before his face and plague those who

hate him. But my faithfulness and my mercy

shall be with him, and in my name his horn shall be exalted.

Let me tell you today, Church, we aren't just anointing in this

place because it's a good ritual and it's it's a churchy thing, a

religious thing. We do this because we are

aligning ourselves with the purpose of of God that this

scripture would be fulfilled in yours, in my life this year.

Amen. You can stand on God's word.

God has called all these people to Kingdom purpose.

We have been chosen today. You've always wondered why do

they get chosen, not me. Well, let me tell you today, if

you're in this house, part of this church, you have been

chosen. Amen.

But now we must choose to be anointed unto God and to come

into anointed alignment with the call of God.

So you can be chosen, but if you don't choose to come into

alignment, the being chosen comes to nothing.

This goes all the way back to the old faith.

Without works is dead. You can have the faith, but if

you don't have works, you don't really have the faith, Amen.

You can be chosen, but if you don't choose to take that up

that call, it comes to nothing. And so today, Church, you have

been chosen. But I am calling out of you

today. Would you choose to come into

alignment for 2026 as your greatest year ever?

Amen. You know from the beginning oil

has been used and God has chosen oil to sanctify and to set

something or someone apart unto holiness and himself.

Listen to these descriptive words.

I love this scripture in Two Corinthians 214 to 16 and Paul

uses these words when referring to who we are as believers in

Jesus Christ. Verse 14 says this.

Now thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph, in triumph

in Christ, and through US diffuses the fragrance of his

knowledge in every place, For we are to God the fragrance of

Christ. Say I am fragrance to Christ.

He for we are of to God the fragrance of Christ among those

who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

You are the fragrance of Jesus Christ, of the gospel of Jesus

Christ, of the answer of the world to our community.

In the shopping center. You have a fragrance upon you.

Now there is a bad fragrance and there's a holy fragrance.

There is a fragrance that repels people from the church, and

there is a fragrance that draws people to Jesus.

And you and I are carriers of the fragrance of Jesus Christ in

your house, in your schools, in your university, in the shopping

center. When you go to Woolies, wherever

you go, you have a fragrance upon your life.

And would you allow this year? Would you say God, this year my

life will line up with your purposes?

That when I walk into a room, people smell Jesus on me.

That when I walk into a room and anointing flows and the flames

get bigger. That when I walk into the room,

the living water of God would flow out of me, and those plants

and those seeds would sprout and grow in people's lives.

Would you and I declare in our? Today and right now that I will

be anointed today because I have the fragrance of heaven all over

me. I will repel insects, I will

repel the enemy, I will repel darkness and I will walk in

lights. I will walk unhindered by the

shackles of this world because I am anointed and I am a child of

God. Amen.

I'm lost for, for we are to God the fragrance of Christ among

those who are being saved, among those who are perishing.

Verse 16 To the one, we are the aroma of death leading to death,

but that's not us. And to the other, the aroma of

life leading to life. Amen.

Who carries the aroma of life today leading to Jesus Christ?

See, Paul understood what it was to live with the Holy Spirit

inside of him and listen all over him.

I wonder today if you're prepared to surrender to a point

where as children of God, we are no longer just defined by people

who have the Spirit of God in us, but today would you

surrender whatever this is taking?

I believe the Holy Spirit's even speaking to people now that we

would have the Holy Spirit saturated all over us as well.

I love that you're going to heaven, but would we take as

many people as we can with us? See, the Spirit of God in you is

the evidence of your salvation, but the Spirit of God on you is

for a purpose for others. When you are anointed like we

are today into an era into when you a new year into a purpose,

those purposes is always, always full stop for other people.

Otherwise God will just take you back right now.

But the reason why he doesn't take you and I to heaven soon as

we get saved because he goes now that I'm in you, I can get

through you, but that happens in surrender.

Amen. You're willing to surrender

today. Amen.

Both of these verses I have just read.

Well, I've read 1, so why don't I read the second one first?

John 227 But the anointing which you have received from Him

abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you, but

as the same anointing teachers you concerning all things and is

true and is not a lie. And just as it has taught you,

you will abide in Him. Amen.

The abiding in is the surrender to abide in in order for Mel and

I to deepen our relationship. Where where Mel says I'm in grey

and I and I say I'm in Mel. We are.

We are like one. It requires time.

It requires a date night, it requires us going to the movies

and seeing Avatar 3D. That's what we did last week.

Both of these scriptures are referring to the Holy Spirit who

is our fragrance and our anointing.

Listen, we are the catalyst of the love of gods, which is known

by the aroma or the anointing on our lives through our anointed

alignment. The Holy Spirit is the power in

the anointing and we are filled with the Holy Spirit.

And today we remind ourselves of this listen to this God

instructs us to anoint to heal the sick.

James 514 to 15. It says is any among you sick?

Let him cool on the elders of the church.

Let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the

name of the Lord and the prayer of faith will say the sick isn't

that amazing what what we just read.

It doesn't say this. It doesn't just say and the

prayer of faith will save the sick.

It says first anoint who does the saving?

See, when we partner with God and we are walking in anointing,

then the prayer of faith has substance.

You know, many, many believe in God and they're not going to go

to heaven. It's one thing to have a belief

in something. It's another thing to place your

faith in that something. They're two different words.

The enemy believes in Jesus Christ.

He believes he's real. He believes that he he came to

earth and went to the cross, but we won't find him in heaven

because he no longer has faith in Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

When you and I are walking anointing, and then someone

comes and we lay our hands on the sick, they recover.

Many, many people pray for people and nothing happens.

So the great question is, is where is your surrender line at?

Because you need to get anointed.

Again, I'm not talking about do you have the Holy Spirit in you,

I'm talking about do you have the Holy Spirit on you?

Is He dripping off your life? Is he smelt by people around

your world? Can you see the difference if

something's in something? You know, I watched Star Wars

the other day. There's a very graphic scene, so

we won't go there. But the animal was was warm on

the inside, but in the snow, it wasn't till you got on the

inside that you felt that warmth.

Let me tell you, the Spirit of God is in you and He's

empowering you if you allow Him to work through your life.

But we also need the Holy Spirit on us so He's evident to the

world around us. And when we lay our hands on

people that anointing transfers to them and we see a healing

happen. I love Clark Taylor, when he

used to pray for people, he used to always pray for an

impartation. See, his prayers was moving, was

moving beyond a mystical concept of prayer into Holy Spirit.

You have anointed me to bring healing to this vessel.

So I pray for an impartation as I lay hands on them.

Can you see the difference here today?

And you know this is available for you.

And so this is the call in 2026 that we walk in a new level of

anointing, and the prayer of faith will save the sick, and

the Lord will raise him from the dead, and if he has committed

sins, he will be forgiven. Wow, the power of the Holy

Spirit. We align ourselves remembering

that the Holy Spirit dwells in US and calls us to stand in

faith also. Why?

Because we know this crazy power can flow through us also when we

step out in faith. He wants some crazy power in

their lives. Amen.

You know Jesus Christ is more accurately rendered as Jesus the

Anointed One or Jesus his Anointed, the anointed of God.

In Luke 418 Jesus quoted Isaiah 61 one and publicly announced

himself as the divine Messiah. Jesus said in Luke 418 the

Spirit of the Lord is upon me. Why?

Because He has anointed me. Jesus lived in anointed

alignment with the Father and Spirit.

Today God might be calling you to give your life to Him and

align yourself with these purposes for your life.

Let me tell you, Jesus is love for you today.

He will forgive you of everything.

We just read that when the anointing comes, even when we're

praying for like a sick person, if there's sin in your life, you

will be forgiven. And today, no matter who you

are, where you've come from, what your years have been to

now, 2026 can change it all for you.

Or I should say, Jesus in 2026 can change it all for you.

I'm wondering here today, if you don't know Jesus Christ as your

Lord and Savior, would you come into alignment with the Kingdom

of heaven, the only Kingdom that exist?

Jesus is so gracious and wonderful, so loving and kind,

that when he touches someone's life, his grace and peace

delivered through the Holy Spirit, Father, Son, Spirit,

this is the true Trinity. It's what the Word of God

teaches us and the Spirit of God delivers grace.

It's a gift and he pours this on your life and more than that,

the Holy Spirit enters your life, which is an interesting

concept because the reality is believer or non believer, you

only have a breath because of the Holy Spirit.

He sustains us. But when you give your life back

to the Father through Jesus Christ and accept him as your

Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit brings life back into you real

life. I'm not talking about living as

in waking up in the morning. I'm talking about living with

joy in your life, with peace in your life, with revelation in

your life and with purpose in your life, with an anointing

upon your life and with the Holy Spirit in you, with the love of

God all around you, with forgiveness pouring over you

every single day, every moment of your life.

Forgiveness just flows and flows and flows over our lives.

This is the graces of God, but it does require a surrender.

It requires an alignment moment. And today, if you don't know

Jesus as your Lord and Savior, I'm going to give you this

opportunity right now for you to bring your life into alignment.

You know what, You might never have done this before, just

right now. A simple decision will bring you

into alignment. But maybe you're here and you've

done this many times and you're hearing this and you're like,

Pastor Gray, I really need to get into alignment.

I need to get into an understanding that isn't shaky,

that I am a child of God, a belief that isn't shaky, that I

will go to heaven if I was to die right now.

You know, if you can't answer that question, you need to get

back into alignment with God. If you were to take your last

breath today, would you go to heaven or not?

If you can't answer that simply, you know, I think, I think I

think I will. You need to come back into

alignment with God. Because let me tell you that

when you know, you know that you know.
