What God is saying to us during these last days - Dr. Reginald Klimionok

Welcome to the house of God this morning.

Welcome visitors, we'll do a little later.

We had an unusual time Friday night.

We were moving through the things we normally do in a fasting and prayer time and prayer

meeting.

And God suddenly arrested us and took us to a stream of thought and touched our lives.

I brought that to you this morning, had something from God and I'm very sensitive to know whether

it's God and when it's not God.

And I said, what are you doing?

What are you saying to us, Lord?

And I believe I have something from God this morning.

And we want to always do it traditionally, you know, that and that and that.

If God wants to do it differently, I'm happy to do it.

Would you agree with me?

And my message this morning is what is God saying to us in these last days?

I want you to turn to Joe chapter two, please, in your Bibles, the book of Joe chapter two.

Verse 27 said, and he shall know that I am in the midst of Israel.

I'm the Lord your God and I know it's in my people shall never be ashamed.

It shall come to pass, verse 28 of Joe two, afterwards that I will pour out my spirit

upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.

Your young old men shall dream dreams.

Your young men shall see visions and upon the servants and upon the handmaidens of those

days will I pour out my spirit.

And I will show wonders in the heavens on the earth, blood and fine pillars of smoke.

The earth shall be turned into darkness, the moon into blood before the great and terrible

death.

The Lord come to pass through so we shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved

for Mount Zion.

That's where he stopped in Acts, but Mount Zion and Jerusalem shall be deliverance.

As the Lord has said in the rendment whom the Lord shall call.

Father, speak to us this morning, we pray.

Is this true what you are saying to our hearts in Jesus name?

Tonight I have a very, very, I was going to actually preach the message of tonight this

morning, but a very powerful message that's something that should encompass your life every

day as you walk with God, the very key to your life and living.

I will share that with you tonight.

What is God saying in these last days?

We're living in troublesome times.

Since the beginning of the century, like the hurricanes that struck Florida, one after

the other, not just one, but it kept coming in again and again and again.

Horrendous results, not so much spoken of around the world as much as the tsunamis,

but certainly very devastating to thousands, hundreds of thousands of people.

Also now we have gone through the last few weeks, the tsunami, over 200,000 people at

least killed, destroyed, just disappeared from the face of the earth.

Since the turn of the century, we've had terrorism.

The world in one sense is at war, different kind of war.

You hardly know who the enemy is.

Unusual times of destruction have swept across the nations of the world.

This weekend we have the elections of Iraq, not without unbelievable attacks upon the

polling stations, upon the American soldiers.

We live in troublesome days, changing times.

Over the years, in the sixties there were about 14 major calamities.

In the eighties we talk about 74 or more.

In the nineties it escalated, and now it's the most unbelievable times in the history

of the world.

My word to you this morning is not the end, it's the beginning.

Amen.

And it's a message I believe I've got from God.

What is the prophetic view of these last days prior to Christ's return?

To understand what God is doing, you cannot view the scriptures always sequentially, but

you must view them progressively.

Now, Jeff, when it gets too cold for people you can turn it off and turn it on as you

were to make it comfortable.

But anyway, it's good to bring a coat or something sometimes, so it's very hard to please everybody

in a room like this.

But you see, the sequence of prophecies are always there in the Bible the way we want

to have it.

The Church is often featured in many scriptures, many forms, intermingled with Israel, because

we are in one sense the new Israel of God.

And so you have in the Bible the two.

For example, here he talks about the outpouring of God.

He mentions Israel.

Then Peter picks this up and he says on the day of Pentecost, you might remember, this

is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel.

And he actually mentions, oh, that's in Acts chapter 2, oh, that I have just shared with

Acts 2 · chapter mention

you, and goes to the time that whoso shall call him name shall be saved.

Then he stops there and doesn't say Mount Zion and so on.

Then he relates it to that special hour, that day, and that time.

He doesn't explain the former and the latter rain, because in Joel, remember, it says you're

going to have the former and the latter rain.

Remember that?

And he doesn't tell us the period of time before the former rain and the latter rain.

And what is really happening between the two.

And we just can't interpret that dispensationally.

We are covenant people.

And at that stage, the Church didn't even grasp how God would visit the Gentiles and

take out for himself a great people in that period, and then the great outpouring of the

Spirit upon the world in the last days.

When Jesus came and before he left this earth, like in Matthew 28, he told his disciples

in verse 19 to go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and

the Holy Ghost, teaching all nations.

How many nations?

All nations.

In John chapter 3, it tells us when Jesus spoke, verse 16, that God so loved the world.

Who did he love?

The world.

But who said he believed in him?

They couldn't grasp this.

He said he didn't send his son to the world to condemn the world, but that the world through

him might be saved.

So he was speaking of a world view, not just a Jewish view.

He was touching the world, giving an understanding.

To understand how to interpret, there's a word we use in theology called hermeneutics,

the science of interpreting the scriptures.

It's not always easy to grasp how all this fits.

They came out of what I call Jewish living, and they couldn't understand even prophetically

at times, and it was easy.

For example, in Isaiah 7, when it says, a virgin shall give you a virgin, Isaiah chapter

Isaiah 7:14

7, verse 14, behold, for himself shall give you a son, behold, a virgin shall conceive

and bear a son, speaking of Jesus.

It also refers to an event in King Ahas' life, that time, put upon him the resin of Damascus

to join him, and so on, and God gave him a sign.

So it's not always easy to put prophecy together.

You must grasp that.

You'd like to have it all patent perfect, this is how it all fits.

But it doesn't always work like that.

I remember last week when I spoke about the Rhema, when God spoke to my mother from Jeremiah

51.50 with an angel, gave her that scripture, and extracted that from the word, you'd never

really put that into that context.

But God, it's called the Lord of double reference.

God at times does that, and often does that.

So suddenly comes and the church is mentioned, and Israel is mentioned, and the church is

almost mixed with Israel because there's been no Israel.

And because of all this, at times we don't understand what's going on.

And the danger is today that people will give up on God, because it doesn't work the way

they expect him to work.

We pray for revival, and revival doesn't seem to have come.

And so we say, it's not working.

It is working, come on church.

God does answer prayer.

God will do what he will do in these last days.

There will be great works of God that we've never seen before.

And prayer is necessary, and faith is necessary, and to believe God is necessary.

And to understand, for example, I remember a missionary years ago, a Finnish missionary

went to China and preached for years and had a handful of Christians.

Then he went back very recently into the same area, and they said, give us some Bibles.

He said, how many Christians do you have?

They said, two million.

Somebody laid the foundation.

Come on church.

And you never know the outcome.

Amen.

You never know what God is doing in this.

For example, in Acts chapter 10, this whole thing doesn't only relate to Israel, because

Acts 10 · chapter mention

the traditional way to interpret this would be, this is, Act, Joel 2 is just for Israel,

because it says for Israel at first.

But then suddenly it's opened up to the whole world.

And suddenly they receive the Word of God, and things are revolutionized, and the whole

Gentile world explodes in God.

Hallelujah, church.

Can you say amen?

So what is God saying to us in these last days out of Joel?

Firstly, everything happens because of the Holy Spirit.

The church has come and will be under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

A great revival has come already.

We have already been in the midst of revival.

Maybe not as much in Australia, but across the nations of the world.

Between 1987 and 1997, more people were one to Jesus Christ since the days of Jesus to

that day.

Incredible growth.

I told you the other day, now at that stage I knew that about 80% of the world was charismatic,

one billion Christians, sort of.

They're speaking now with a professor who has written an amazing book in America, won

the great university, scholarly work.

In my matter of decade there will be one billion Pentecostals, I told you that before in the

world.

I said one billion.

By then two thirds of Africa will be spirit filled.

The whole of Asia is being touched.

I don't know, somebody said in Indonesia 35 million.

Do you know that Jeff?

I don't know.

Pentecostals are over there in the midst of a Muslim country.

There are things being shaken.

The Pentecostals are growing faster in the world in Muslim countries and the Muslims

are growing.

Amen church.

God is doing something unbelievable and it's all to do with the Holy Ghost.

This is Pentecost that is literally since the beginning of the previous century has

swept across the world.

Literally swept.

I've been often to South America as you know and across that nation I've been to a church

and so if I was for a while, one of the 12 that has went from nothing to 310,000 in a

decade or so.

Apart from Dr. Cho you know it's got 750,000.

Korea and all those countries but South America is just exploding in God.

It's all to do with the Holy Ghost.

We haven't seen it up in Australia.

Somebody said please help us Lord.

But it's happening.

Come on church.

And somebody prophesied that this would be the last country.

We're getting pretty close to the last country.

And what will happen?

Can somebody say amen.

The Holy Spirit has totally changed the world and has totally changed the church.

It has.

And even denominational people now are getting on the bandwagon because I mean ministers

and so on because they're missing out.

And so those that are Pentecostals they're no more anti-Pentecostals.

So they are on Trinity broadcasts.

They're on all those broadcasts and they talk on Billy Graham was on Trinity broadcast the

other day.

And you know I know Benny Hinn told me not so long ago that coming to him and saying

can we be on your Billy Graham son?

Can we be on your program and share?

And it's another world that is taking place.

An incredible escalation of growth is taking place and it's exciting.

Somebody said amen.

A man prophesied over my life.

It was Peter Castellanos says what used to take six years will take one year.

What takes one year will take one month.

In other words there will be great escalation of growth.

And there is literally a change of understanding of the things of God.

For example everybody was called pastor.

You know that's the traditional way of the church we are talking.

The word pastor is only mentioned once in the Bible.

The word bishop is mentioned much more.

You can call me bishop.

No, no, no.

What I'm saying and then there's more of an apostolic understanding of the church now.

Apostolic leadership.

More understanding of the prophetic voice in the world.

The great message of faith is exploding around the world.

Things are happening in the most unusual way.

Come on church.

And growth is just taking place beyond almost our wildest dreams and expectations.

I'm over in Ozzy land and I'm here for a purpose.

I want to see God move here.

But there are conditions in which I'll be touching on in a moment.

But these are exciting times.

I told you the other day when I was preaching that our theology, our basic theology came

from Thomas Aquinas who influenced the world.

He wrote a book called Summa Theologia, The Summation of Theology.

Just hold on.

Out of which we build our theology.

And he was very much influenced by Aristotle, our Sartanian philosophy.

So it wasn't as pure as we think it is.

A lot of stuff which we have traditionally had, I thank God for the Holy Ghost, that

we think is right.

Get back to the word.

Can you say amen?

The book is the key.

When he was dying, he had a vision of eternity and he said, oh, I've written a straw.

So he saw stuff that he twice in the works I've read.

It speaks that.

So no more can we walk just in traditions.

We need to be what God wants us to be.

Can you say amen?

So it's firstly a church that is being greatly touched, worked by, influenced by the Holy

Ghost.

The Holy Ghost is the answer.

Can you say amen?

Now notice secondly in Job where it talks about the army of the Lord.

I remember a great prophet, Paul Kane, spoke about that God is raising up an army.

At the beginning of this chapter, it talks about an army and it mentions the army like

an army that will bring destruction.

But then suddenly it says in verse 25, I restore to you the years that the locusts have eaten,

the cankerworm have eaten and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

So there's not only a natural army, but a spiritual army.

God is preparing in these last days an army and it's going to be great.

You know, we've got the concept that the church should be hidden behind four walls,

worshiping in hotels.

But God wants to push the church out and do something great for him.

Can you say amen?

Do something powerful for him.

You know, I was so moved, it maybe didn't move you, but when Shevchenko, when Shevchenko

was appointed president in Ukraine, I think that's his name, isn't it?

How the youth, the brother was shared with us on Trinity Broadcast, the past of a church

of 20,000, but when they had that seemingly time of stirring, that literally it was a

revival meeting in the center of the city there.

Correct there?

For two hours they would pray before they did this, from about from eight to 10 or something.

It was a great prayer meeting.

The whole Shevchenko is a Christian.

That whole, now they say thank God America has brought democracy.

No, this is God did it.

But I want to tell you God did it.

Amen, church.

And God is, the church in that country is alive and awake and moving in awesome power.

Can you say, I've heard about that man for a long time.

He's the only Nigerian in the church.

But he's filled the church with at least 20,000, at least that.

And what I'm saying is that whole thing is just rocking that part of the world.

God is doing something.

Can you say amen?

But he's pushing people beyond the four walls.

For example, in Acts chapter eight, the church was very comfortable living in the four walls

in Jerusalem until persecution came.

And then God pushed them out.

So what kind of army is God preparing?

He's preparing an army of great authority and power.

He's preparing an army of effectiveness and invincibility.

Amen, church.

An army of swiftness and penetration.

That's you.

Prepare to release in the lives the gifts of the spirit and become something of excellence.

We want excellence.

And somebody say amen.

And you don't realize how God is preparing you even now in this family for a reason.

We're not just having church.

I'm not interested in just having church.

I really want to see God.

I'm crying out.

That's why we've had fasting and prayer for several weeks.

Now, one more Friday before we do other things.

We may do even more.

I don't know.

But at this stage, I've just felt the burden.

We must continue because something is going on.

Can you say it's prepared itself for warfare?

Amen.

And we must understand that revelation and grasp it.

The church will be militant much more than it's ever been before.

The church must get into authority.

And sometimes we'll have some music that is we're just preparing worship, but there'll

be a little bit more militant at times.

And harmony speaks of commitment.

You see, you can preach what people want or what God wants.

I went to one church and I know that's all over Australia now.

They tell me, don't preach longer than 10 minutes.

People can't contain it more than 10.

I tell you what's happened.

We literally have an illiteracy concerning the Word of God.

There's no understanding anymore of the Bible, of the Word of God.

Amen.

And I will not preach what you want.

I'll preach what you need.

It's so easy, it's so easy to let, like in the Old Testament, that there were prophets

that told them what they wanted to hear.

I want to hear what God is saying.

Can you say amen?

I long for it.

I want it.

I want to be a vessel.

And I want us to take you, if you want a 20-minute sermonette for Christian Nets, you won't

I'm sorry.

And I hope the time will come when you have your Bible and your notebook open and get

hungry for the Word of the Lord and get thirsty, don't starve, get thirsty for what God wants

to say to us at this present hour.

Can you say amen?

And hear what God is doing at this hour and be the vessel that God wants us to be.

Amen.

I believe this is different and I thank God for you that people are now slowly owning

this place and feeling that something is happening here to the glory and with anticipation of

the future and of the blessing of God that God has for us in Jesus Christ.

Can somebody say amen?

In an army there's loyalty and commitment.

It's different in an army.

You don't say, well, I'll do my own thing in an army.

You know, like somebody says, where do you belong?

Well, I belong to the great chief of Canberra.

Well, where do you serve?

Well, I serve everywhere.

You're useless like that.

And there's people like that that's happening in this generation that's going to break.

Can you say amen?

There's got to be commitment.

You can hardly live in once a week Christianity.

I'm sorry.

You just barely get out of heaven, out of hell into heaven like that.

You see, we have our church ways and our church language and that must change.

Come on church.

I'm talking about a new generation, a new generation that God wants to break forth in

Australia.

If you truly want to see revival, it's not going to be that we do nothing and revival

will come.

It starts in here.

It starts in our spirit and our being and our heart and our life until we feel it and

we possess it and we cry out until God does it.

And if something happens to us, you don't flip from church to church.

I'm glad you're here.

If you're just flitting, that's okay.

But maybe you'll stay.

But what I'm saying is it's got to be bigger than that.

Come on.

You'll soon die on the vine if that's what you think life is.

Even the army in Iraq, one fellow said, the sergeant said, I'm just going to go to heaven

and have a sleep there.

You're supposed to be watching as a sentry.

The enemy comes in and destroys.

No army can function like that.

And we're sometimes, forgive me, we're not, the church, the world doesn't believe us.

But we truly believe, what we truly stand for because we don't reflect it in our lives

enough.

We're not passionate enough about the stuff.

Amen.

In Joel chapter three, it tells us in the next chapter, verse 10, beat your plowshares.

It says in verse nine, proclaim among the Gentiles, prepare war, wake up mighty men,

that the men of war draw near, let them come up.

Beat your plowshares into swords, your punahooks, into spears, that the weak say, I am strong.

In other words, we've been plowing a lot of time.

We've been gathering and be blessed and plowing and getting healed.

But some of we've got to say, I'm strong.

Can you say amen?

Some of we have to take those plows and beat them into swords so that we can fight the

army of God, that we can do what God wants us to do, that we can fulfill our destiny

in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Amen, church.

That's the true, what God has told us to do.

Also, another thing that's very obvious in this chapter, he and Joel chapter two, a bit

earlier, that a church that will be transformed by God.

This is the thought that came to me when that word came on Friday night, so strongly.

When he was preparing this, I felt this was the direction God wanted to go.

Deep repentance is coming.

Another transformation is coming, beginning with me and with everyone else.

There was a lady on Benihim this week from America, not in the programs here, that reached

my heart because when I went home, I said, God, what are you saying to us?

What are you trying to do with us?

What is your spirit saying to our hearts?

What are you trying to achieve in our lives?

She started something in my spirit and it grew from her, but I felt she was like a prophetic

voice to America, to me.

I don't know if you heard her, but it was awesome.

We are entering into the most important hour of history, I believe that.

We must work in righteousness before God.

We must come into righteousness.

This is an hour where great responsibility must come to Christians.

I told you when I started this church that God has a divine design for all of us, but

we have in the midst of this a tremendous responsibility for this hour.

We are a special generation, I believe that.

It's happening everywhere else, but they're recognizing it.

I want Australia to recognize it.

Can you say amen?

With destiny and purpose.

God is speaking to us, I believe, as we go on in a very deep and powerful way.

We must be a generation that truly manifests Jesus Christ.

We must have a people that will learn one day to govern with Jesus.

We have to be prepared for the kingdom of God.

We are not just a church, we are a kingdom of God.

Jesus told us to preach the kingdom, to bring in the kingdom.

We are literally the kingdom of God working upon this earth.

For example, turn to Ephesians chapter 1, please, in your Bible.

Where am I?

Ephesians chapter 1.

Ephesians 1 · chapter mention

Turn to it, please.

It says in verse 9, having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to the

good pleasure which he has purposed in himself, he wants us to know the mystery of that perfect

will of God which he purposed in himself, that in the fullness of time he might gather

all things in one, being one, all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which

are on earth.

Both heaven and earth will come together.

Your rulership, your reigning powers do not start one day, they start now.

You are being prepared now for rulership in Christ.

You just don't finally leave earth and you freeze dry to perfection when you get to heaven

and you know your Bible instantly.

There is more to this than we realize and then it goes on to say, having made known

unto us, and then it says that in the dispensation of, yes, in heaven and in earth, the mystery

of his will.

Now then go on to chapter 2, please, in your Bible and see this for a minute here.

It says, but now in Christ Jesus, verse 13, ye were afar off and made nigh, how?

By the blood of Christ, for he is our peace.

This is a very important, we read this and we don't grasp the power of this.

He is our peace that has made both one and has broken down the middle wall of petition

which is between us, having abolished in his flesh the commandments contained in ordinances

to make himself one new man so making peace.

But he might reconcile both what to and to God.

His purpose is to reconcile us to God.

Hello church.

To bring us to God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity, thereby having preached

peace to which ye were far off and temperate, which are near.

For through him we have access by one spirit unto the Father, now that we are no more strangers

nor foreigners, but fellow citizens of the saints and of what?

The household of God.

These are a lot of words, but incredible depths of meaning that the purpose of God is to reconcile

us, to reconcile us to himself, to bring us into the place with God where we should be

to the glory of his name.

You see, to truly enter the kingdom we must see and we must enter the kingdom.

Let me tell you what the heart of God, this is what our sisters shared a little bit.

The heart of God is to cut off the separation from God and man and to reconcile us back

to God again.

Amen.

That is what God made us for himself.

Can somebody say amen?

And some, he wants to bring us back to God.

God's love is bigger than just God's love of the world.

He felt the pain of that.

He felt the pain of that separation.

He feels the pain of our sin.

He's not a God that bounces on the head.

He's a God that wants to bring us to himself.

But we have to deal with our sins.

We have to deal with the things that stand in the way of the purpose of God.

We must get hold of what it means to come into the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ

and be transformed.

This woman saw the pain of what it costs the Father, not just Jesus and the cross.

Notice these words, to reconcile us, that we have access by one spirit unto the Father.

Amazing words, incredible words.

Don't lose them in theology.

This is relationship with God.

God bringing us to himself to reconcile us unto himself.

God can't stand this separation.

This is an ongoing work that God is constantly doing to bring us to himself.

And God comes with deep conviction, the Holy Spirit has been sent to convince us, to convict

us of our sins, of our need of righteousness that goes on all the time with us.

To bring us to the place where we can be divinely effective for him.

Where we can be the vessels that God wants us to be for his glory.

Amen church.

It's like a commitment in marriage.

When you're committed, you don't live in adultery, you don't live in uncleanness.

We're married to him.

Amen church.

We're reconciled to God.

And in the Old Testament, in Israel God often said you are living in adultery, not physical,

but spiritual.

I'm married to you, I'm one with you, to Israel he said.

But you've stepped away from me time and time again.

And likewise in this generation, forgive me, but we have to make sure that he is the center

of our lives.

That it's not churchy, Hannity, that it's God.

Amen church.

And totally wants to transform us.

That is desire, he hates separation.

Separation is horrible to God.

He wants us close to him because he loves us.

You don't understand the love of God.

Because he loves us unconditionally.

And totally has given himself to us.

We might be one with him.

Can somebody say amen?

He saw the heart, Jesus saw the heart of the condition of separation and sent his son.

And as much as Jesus suffered, there was suffering with the father.

To bring us to himself, sin is the most terrible thing in the world.

The most horrendous thing in the world.

We must see not that God wants to belt us on the head, but that God wants to bring us

to himself as glorious sons.

Can you say amen?

He needs a generation that will truly manifest the glory of God.

This is the hour of the great manifestation of the presence in him.

Imagine many hymns in India, two million people, three million people in meetings.

We need this kingdom mentality.

We need to enter into the kingdom the way God sees it.

And feel his heart.

And feel his burden.

And feel his vision.

To Jeff mentioned a bit about the heart of God on Friday night.

And feel that heart that God has for a world that so desperately needs him.

You see, in the Hebrews, go to Hebrews with me, chapter six.

Hebrews chapter six.

He says about the impossibility of when you touch God, you go back into this world.

It says verse four, you've tasted the heavenly gift.

You made partakers of the Holy Ghost.

You've tasted the good word of God and the powers of the world to come.

Imagine these words.

What have you tasted of?

The powers, the powers of the world to come.

Imagine what that means.

We are tasting it now.

Amen.

And we should truly manifest the glory of God.

Truly reveal what that means in God's heart and God's purpose.

He wants to give you more than you've ever had when somebody says amen.

But you must grasp this, how God feels about sin and longs to reconcile us to himself.

Not to destroy us, but to make us.

To rule with him one day, can somebody say amen?

To be those powerful vessels unto God.

Amen.

I think some part of the world where they suffer more, they understand this more.

But you see, that's why, that's what repentance is.

It's not a negative thing.

It's a glorious thing.

It's not a cosmetic thing.

Sometimes we have cosmetic changes, you know.

But against women having cosmetic changes, thank God for that.

But that's how some Christians operate.

They have a little cosmetic change, but no real heart change.

We need more than cosmetic change.

Can somebody say amen?

We need real heart.

We all have need of God.

I have failed.

I need God more every day of my life.

I need him more than ever.

And I want him more than ever.

The church must prepare itself in holiness.

Must prepare.

And righteousness, it's a positive thing.

A deep supernatural cleansing from God.

Grashing the power of that blood of Jesus.

The power of God's righteousness.

Can somebody say amen?

Do you still love me?

See the heart of God this morning, church.

See how much God loves you.

Longs to bring you to himself.

He's paid everything to reconcile you.

To make you one with him.

But by one spirit, you have access under the Father.

Because of the cross, can somebody say amen?

It's also a church that has prepared itself in the midst of darkness.

Never let the darkness, he talks about cross darkness.

Never let the darkness of this world be the criteria of what God wants to do.

Too many people measure the works of God by the darkness of this world.

But to God that's nothing.

Hello.

In Psalm 2, when the heavens range and the people imagine a vain thing, the Bible says

he that sit on the earth, sit in the heavens shall laugh.

You know when God sent Moses to Egypt, unbelievable, incredible, impossible darkness.

But one man took that nation and shook it to its very foundation, the people even gave

their finances to Israel.

Shook it to the very foundations.

You see in Isaiah 59, turn to it with me for a moment.

Actually that's to me, the chapter starts earlier than chapter 60 which we often like.

It's chapter 59, it says in verse 19, when the enemy shall come in, like with the comma

summarized, like a flood, the soul shall raise up a standard against him.

Like a flood.

When the enemy comes in like a flood, the redeemer shall come out of Zion.

And he says to the big household, salvation.

Then he says in chapter 60, arise, shine, for the light is come.

The glory of the Lord is risen upon you, behold darkness shall cover the earth, gross darkness

to people.

But the Lord shall rise upon thee and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

No matter what darkness there is, life is there.

The Gentiles shall come and the light in thy light, say light, and kings to the brightness

of thy rising, lift up thine hands, run about and see, oh they gather themselves together.

And the country thy sons shall come from afar, this is to me revival, thy daughters shall

be nursed at thy side.

Then thou shalt see the flowing together of thine heart shall then be light because the

abundance of the seas and the forces which means money, the gold of the Gentiles shall

come unto thee.

Now notice here, see, even the apostles when they were first called and stood by the cross

couldn't understand, they saw too much darkness to understand the glorious light that was

coming.

They couldn't grasp the amazing resurrection of Christ.

They couldn't grasp what God could do at that moment.

Don't measure the church by the condition of the world.

God can do anything.

He can raise up people that will be willing to hear his voice and become the vessels that

God has planned in these last days for his divine purpose, can somebody say amen.

And they're the ordinary people who would have thought that those bunch of apostles

could have been anything for God.

Fishermen, ordinary people used to gather fish and Jesus from now on you're going to

catch a man.

But they revolutionized the world.

And now over generations, over a decade or so, the world shook under the power of God

Almighty.

But to be that you have to lay a life on the altar.

Everything begins at the altar.

Your salvation begins at the altar.

The Holy Spirit's work begins at the altar.

Remember the tabernacle which is a type of the eternity and also the church, it all starts

at the altar.

Have to pass the praise in the altar first.

Your money is laid upon your altar.

Your reputation is laid upon your altar.

Your decisions are laid upon your altar.

Your purpose of life, your body is laid upon the altar.

You bring everything.

When they came back from captivity under Ezra, the first thing they did was not build the

walls or temple, but build an altar.

Now some of us, we feel that when you come this way that I'm guiding you that God's

going to just sort of tear us apart.

He's not a tearing God, he's a healing God.

But he wants to help us.

And notice when you go to Exodus chapter 20, when it talks about the altar, it says in

Exodus 20 · chapter mention

verse 26, neither shall they go up by steps unto thine altar, that thy nakedness be not

discovered thereon.

God never exposes nakedness.

He's a God that wants to take you and make you something great.

Can you say amen?

We tend to expose nakedness.

The world's system loves to tear people to pieces and tear them apart.

At the moment presidents, they've gone through presidents and they want to expose the weaknesses

of the presidents.

The newscasters are all designed to bring, for example, they tell you how bad it is in

Iraq.

They never tell you the good things of Iraq.

They never tell you what wonderful things are happening.

They never tell you much about the greatness of the soldiers.

They don't tell you what's happening with these men.

They want to expose weaknesses.

You know, they say, well, there's never any weapons of mass destruction, yet we know that

massive trucks went from Iraq to Syria with that stuff.

We know that even now when they're going to underground, they found things that indicate

the weapons, but they don't talk about that.

They tend to just mention and move on because they don't want this present to look good.

So they're going to have something to gripe against the leader of God.

Come on church.

They want to expose the previous presidents and expose their nakedness.

I want to tell you that is not God's business.

Somebody say, amen.

God says when you go to the altar, you cover.

Christians should come to this church with the worst kind of conditions and we should

cleanse them and what?

They should be able to rise to greatness in God.

Can somebody say amen?

Become something powerful in the name of Jesus because that's the business of God.

Amen.

That's his way to break, to make us something powerful.

So children don't uncover the nakedness of your parents.

You could or parents, children or whatever.

God covers, God will, we deal with ourselves.

Yes, we've come into holiness, but not to destroy, but to become something great.

We are now have become the righteousness of God in Christ.

Can somebody say amen?

Hallelujah.

But there's an altar.

In Hebrews chapter 13 and verse 10, it says we have an altar that we have no right to

Hebrews 13 · chapter mention

eat.

So we still have an altar.

We still come before God in preparation and cleansing and all that God has for us in Jesus

Christ.

Hallelujah.

He's a good God.

Can somebody say amen?

If you understood how God works, we would work differently.

How much God loves.

He picks up people today that have been drug addicts, that have been living prostitutes

and makes them some of the greatest servants of God.

And we somehow accept it because they came out of that world, but we should cover each

other all the time.

Can you say amen?

I want a better amen than that.

Come on.

That's how this church should be.

That's how this church will be.

We have learned also church only much longer than we've learned the power of the decession.

And I believe the transfer of wealth could clear all those scriptures that God wants

to bless his people.

And the churches are exploding, have an understanding of that.

Australia doesn't have it yet.

And I'm careful because people don't understand it.

But you've got a grass, but God wants to do.

Come on church.

We never do much without money.

We finally need, God's going to finally give us the wealth of Egypt.

We can build great churches.

Amen.

We can explode for God.

We can see the kingdom of God, not for ourselves, but for his kingdom.

That's my mentality.

I believe that.

I know Pastor Jeff believes that.

I hope you believe that and see God working in your life to the glory of his name, to

the honor and praise of his name.

Finally a church that has been prepared, and I wanted you to just touch on this.

It's a deeper truth these days, but that's okay.

Go to Genesis chapter one.

I told you about darkness that comes into light and that we don't, that God is bigger

than any darkness.

Amen.

You never estimate the darkness to be the criteria of the light that God wants to shine

into your hearts powerfully.

But it says in Genesis one verse five, and the Lord called the day night, the darkness

he called night, and then says evening and morning.

Say evening and morning.

Evening and morning was the first day.

Notice verse eight, and God called the firmament heaven.

Evening and morning was the what?

Second day.

Verse 13, evening and morning was the third day.

When God begins, he doesn't begin with light, he begins with darkness.

The Sabbath in Israel began at the time when the sun set.

We ourselves begin the day at midnight in the midst of darkness.

There's a principle here that I believe we should understand because some of you have

been in that and you can't maybe grasp it.

Before the light will shine, there's darkness.

Before the glorious day will dawn, there are things that come upon us that we don't understand.

He starts not with the sun rising and the birds chirping, excited with the day.

His day starts in the midst of the darkness of the night.

Most churches and most people, before God uses them, go through times of darkness before

the light shines.

Some of you have been there and I don't want you to give up because soon the day will dawn.

Amen, church.

Soon the sun will shine.

The darkness should do something in you of preparation, of cleansing, of understanding

the ways and the works of the Lord, of understanding what God is saying to the church at this present

hour.

Most times if a revival comes, there are times like this that you go through and then suddenly

it breaks and the glory of God comes.

Remember, never measure the future by the darkness you're going through.

Measure it by the light of God.

Can you say amen?

Measure it by what God has planned for your life and for your future.

Let me say to you, this will be a different generation than we've ever seen before.

He's preparing a bride for the husband.

He's preparing for that bridegroom, the bride of Jesus Christ, sparkless and pure, prepared

by God for this day and for this hour.

He's reconciling us and I want you to see this because the danger is that we tend to

see this in the wrong light and we lose the perspective of what God is saying, what God

is doing.

Please remember, he's a holy God that loves you.

His heart is broken because we're separated from him.

We've got to get out of our church language into God's language.

Can you say amen?

Into kingdom language.

To come to God through his heart and be reconciled to God and to God can do with us what he's

planned to do with us because this is a new day and I want that day.

Can you say amen?

I want that day.

I want that day.
