God Sealed the Deal Ephesians 1:11-14 - Overseer Chris Moore

Hey, that's good right now almost howly do you amen?

Let's go to the Book of Ephesians. Let's go to

the Book of Ephesians, if you will, uh, chapter number one,

al right, Ephesians chapter number one. Oh, and we'll begin

at verse number eleven to get our texts. And we'll

go through the Ephesians one verse eleventh through verse number fourteen. Today,

for those of you that are minister us will be

doing what we call expository in terms of choosing a

text and expository teaching you use a section of scripture

until you get to the next section, but you preach

that particular section and explicitory teaching. It's not like topical

preaching in which you choose your own topic. But expository says,

once you finish that, go to the next segment in

the scripture. And so you have to allow the scripture

to dictate to you your subject. So when you allow

that to happen, you know that ain't nobody but God.

God is in your topical preaching too. But when you

got to submit yourself rather than be excited about your subject.

Oh oh, have anybody have been disciple of about a subject?

And he still didn't let you preach it. I'll be

backing the back of the immediate team. I'd be changing

the title and everything. Matter of fact, I had this

title of last week. I changed it for this week.

But it's important that we listen to and hear and

heed to the Holy Spirit, because we want God to

speak to us through his word. Listen prophesyn But ceasing,

faith will cease, whole will cease. But the Word of

God is eternal. Turn it to your neighbors, say, neighbor,

the word of God is eternal.

Listen to me.

The flower fade m and the grass wither, but his

word is eternal. Let me tell you that his word

is like a two way sword, person going in and out.

It can discern the very heart and thoughts of man

and his intentions. The Word of God is life, and

the Spirit of God is the Word of God.

After you heard the word of truth, the Gospel of

your salvation, and whom also that you believe.

And this is the point. After you trusted and after

you believed, you see you were sealed.

Tell your neighbor, say, neighbor, after you trust and believe God,

the sealer that can't be broken, It can't be timpered

I don't care what your past looked like. Ah, you

where you came from. You once you trusted, oh and believed.

Were stealed with that holy spirit of promise, which is

our soul. So we asked that you have your way

in Jesus, saying, we pray Amen, how fou there? Telling

As we go into our discourse on the day, come

on and give God a praise as we get ready

to go into the word of the Lord.

Hallelujah, Say your neighbor. Again, God seal the deal. Yes.

Indeed, so when we think about a seal and reflect

back into ancient times, we don't understand that a seal

served as a legal signature to guarantee the promise of

the contract or the mark of ownership. Again, as we

say again, the seal served as a legal signature to

guarantee the promise of a contract or a mark of ownership.

Paul in this particular text use the concept of a

seal to describe the Holy Spirit, because to describe the

Holy Spirit. So to understand this again, a seal is

a legal signature to guarantee the promise of the contract

or a mark of ownership. It is Paul here in

this text that helps us and describes that any person

who trusts and believe in the Gospel of His Salvation,

which is the world of truth, that God seals the

deal by signing the Holy Spirit and becoming ownership of

the person who who has confessed Jesus Christ.

And he does that until the redemption of the purchase possession.

It is the same seal, the same seal that provide

believe us not only as they are be good?

All right? The the seal meant that guard has ownership. Aymen.

So when he sealed us with the Holy Spirit, he

took possession of us.

Yeah, which means we no longer belong to ourselves with

out belong to all.

Yeah. He sells you.

That you trusted and believed in him. He sealed you

with the I was the Holy Spirit until the purchase possession.

The seal provides believe us not only as ownership but

also security. When we think about the seal of God,

we understand that we have full assurance and confidence that

our salvation is eternal. In other words, were safe. Yeah,

in God's will. And if you stay in God's will,

you in the best hands in the world. He saved us,

not according to our own ability. He saved us by

his grace and his mercy.

He sealed the deal.

Yeah.

When he sealed in Number one, you belong to God.

Number two, you have security and assurance that your salvation

is eternal and safe based on God's will and not

your own ability. It is a seal, then, Not only that,

it's that you're owned by God, and you're secure by God.

But when he seals you, is that his seal is

authentic another word demonstrating that salvation is secure and cannot

be tampered or broken.

But God put his seal on you. You belong to him.

Not only that, but you are secure in Him, and

the authentic signature that He put on you cannot be

broken until the purchase possession. So even though He got

you on lailway, it helps us to understand that even

though our blessings are in heavenly places, we can enjoy

them right now.

Oh I wish I had a witness here.

Although our blessings are in heaven, the places that He's

already given you credit, you can enjoy the blessings right now.

So I wonder now, or is there anybody issued interested

in here to receive God's see for the deal to

guarantee your salvation until the purchase position? Are you interested

to know his seal or to receive his seal until

you get everything that God has for you? In other words,

when you wait on God until the purpose the purchase possession,

that when you come into that place to receive all

of the glory of God.

But yet He has sealed you.

I like this deal, and it's important to understand that

in this deal, you don't have to put down a

down payment.

In this deal. You don't have to put money down

for this deal.

In this deal, this deal is one hundred percent financed.

In other words, you ain't got to come with five percent,

You ain't got to come with ten percent, You got

to come a percent. Listen, this deal right here is

a hundredent finance.

In this deal. There are no payment plans in this deal.

I wish I had somebody there's no there's no no,

no payment plans in this deal. There is no contract

in this deal. In other words, you you can't break it,

and it won't be broken because you didn't initiate it,

and you can't stop it, and neither can you block it.

In this deal, there's no hidden obligations.

In other words, there's no small print that will uh

try to trick you into something else. I wish I

had some folks that that know, you don't signed some

deals in this life, and you know there was some

consequences that came with those deals. In this deal right here,

there are no consequences in this deal. There's no pillages

in this. Still there's no backlash, and it still it's

important to understand that in this deal that all of

your debts are paid in food. Oh God, In this deal, yeah,

you are free from your oppressor. Oh God, I wish

Y yeah, yeah, we're talking about God's deal. Uh huh.

In this deal, there is a forgiveness of all of

your debts, all of your charges, and all of your penities.

In other words, what you did in your past, quit

looking back and started looking towards your future.

Quit looking for your bill, collected us to call you

because they ain't gonna.

Put because God has counseled every debt of sin in

your life. So what you messed up on yesterday, forget

abody yesterday because yesterday, Oh I wish I had a

few folk would say yesterday gone. There is a new day,

and tomorrow may not ever come. So I'm gonna work

it if not today. But in this deal, God approves

your account despite your bad credit. Oh I wish I

had not. I thought I could even talking. Come on,

can I talk to some folks that got had bad credit?

Come on trying to get good credit? Come on, listen, listen,

No credit check is required.

Ah with this deal. But this deal to those of

you may understand this word.

But all of your sins and all of your hiccups

and all of your upset have been exponge. In other words,

God has even race everything that was against you. I

wish I had some believers in here to believe it.

All that I did, my thoughts, and all of the

records that you had against me. I know you want

to testify against me, but don't worry about it. I

don't have to come to court no more because all

of my bad doings have been exponged. The mean expunged. Brother,

tell me that it's been completely erased from the books.

In other words, but you did in your past, in

your sin is being a sponge. It cannot be remembered

no more. Come on, your weaknesses can't be remembered no more.

Your folks cannot be remembered no more. Your hit coups

will not be remembered no more. In other words, he

even races it off of your record. Whish I had

somebody that would shout, my record has been cleaned.

Now.

My record is clean. My record is clean. I know

what you've said against me, but it's been exponged. I

know what you say against me, but it's been expunged.

I know how you feeling.

About me, but it's been exponded. Yeah yeah, what the

according to his purpose.

what they said two thousand years ago, to make it

relevant to us today.

your credits card.

When you thought you couldn't do something, now you can.

When you just quantified yourself and now you qualified. When

it up front.

In other words, God has credited you to use everything

that he has given you in heavenly places that you won't.

You don't have to wait to get in heaven in

order to do it. You ain't gotta wait to get

it in heaven to in order to use it. You

can use it right now.

giving you credit? Because if it was up to you,

you didn't know.

You didn't have enough resources, you didn't have enough knowledge,

you didn't have enough wisdom, you didn't have enough strict

you didn't have enough power.

But God said, I credit you power.

He said, I credit you strict, I credit you finances,

I credit you blessings, I credit you some monaanty. So

what you couldn't do by yourself, now you can do

it because I credited your account. I credited in heaven.

But you can use it right now. Tell your neighbor

you can use it right now. Tell your neighbor said

neighb well you got good credit. Now, hardyknuyah, are you

interested in the deal and which your account is credited.

Are you interested in this deal that was put on

freely by His grace.

So when you call me.

An, I am now being declared the righteousness of Dad.

I may sin, But if we sin, we have an

advocate with the Father. And if we ask for forgiveness,

that he must cleanse us of all unrighteousness. I wish

I had somebody who would like this deal right here,

that if I mess her and I call up on

his name and ask for forgiveness. How many times shall

you forgive a man? Seven times in the day, now

his forgiveness is eternal.

How to know you? If you come to him with

clean hand and a clean heart, Come on in the

right spirit.

God said, if you confess your faults unto me, I

will clean you of all unrighteousness. In other words, I'm

not a sinner, but I may see it, I may

fall shot. I'm not a sinner. I have been declared

because of a seal that I've been clad the righteousness

of God. In other words, I'm in the rights standing

with God. I'm in the right position with God. That

now that I can hear from God and follow his directions.

Because who has the mind of God and the Bible

the clad that we have the mind of Christ. He

has made us the righteousness of God. Quit calling yourself

a center when you got a seal it on you.

gonna fall short, such as a man thinking.

I've been justified through the redemption of Christ through his blood,

moved from justification to sanctification. In other words, God set

You have not yet apprehended. But you are oppressed, taught

the part of the prize of a high colleague.

That's hearing you. Christ Jesus. Time you got a press, man,

you gotta press God. The Bible says at first sets

alonder your fire twenty three and the very regard of

peace sanctify you.

he said, I sanctify your spirit, your whole spirit. Sometimes

you might look like you look good on the outside,

but you got a nasty spirit. You might not smoke, drank,

you might not even commit for an occasion, but you're

you conceited, you mean you jealous? Come on, somebody, Come on, somebody,

he said. Man, I came to sanctify you. I put

a seal on you. You may not be there yet,

but if you trust and believe in me, I'm gonna

I'm not through with you yet.

and believe.

about it. God seals you, I said, He seals you

that while you're in.

through with you yet. And if you trust and believe

in him, he see something with the hold of spirit,

sactify you hold it. Come on in your spirit, your soul,

and your body. Your body is a temple of the herd.

Who we're gonna do?

Thank God for Jesus.

That with my mind I can serve the law of right.

But in my flesh sin and that kill God a praise.

imagery and anybody likeness, and I'm giving you dominion of

all of the earth.

a glorified body.

and then God has preserved us for eternal life.

it gave you a sense of security that God has

not through with me yet. He's still working on me.

But I confess man, that God has blessed me with

all spiritual blessing to him a place.

Why because I believe and I trust in Jesus. I

believe in these nine.

Benefits of this deal that God has given us in

order to preserve our life, that we can enjoy it

now for something that's waiting for us later. Ain't you

glad that God seal the deal? Are you glad that

God seal the deal? Are you glad that God's hel
