We go to the book of Ephesians. We'll be dealing
-
with Ephesians chapter number four. If you will, chapter number four,
-
and we will read in your hearing today versus number
-
seven through versus number sixteen. When you have that, stand
-
to your feet for the reading of God's word.
-
Hallelujah.
-
All right, y'all, give me out the valley, Give me
-
a little highs well, I breathe too hard.
-
Hallelujah. Amen.
-
Ephesians chapter number four, beginning at verse number seven through
-
verse number sixteen.
-
Amen.
-
When you have it, say amen. So it's important for
-
us to understand this is that he says. But you
-
got to understand the word. But when it comes to
-
expository preaching, these little words mean a lot because you
-
really don't understand the text without understanding.
-
Conjunctions and how conjunctions.
-
Function and how the writer put the scripture together. It
-
is this conjunct of but that says, now something is contrast,
-
or it rebuttals what was said before. But here it
-
has another notation because it does not bring something that contrast,
-
but diversity. And so he says, but unto every one
-
of us given grace according to the measure of the
-
gift of Christ. Tell your neighbors, said, neighbor, all of
-
us are gifted by Christ. Oh God, I wish you
-
would clap your hands right there were going to money, Hallelujah.
-
I say, we're going somewhere, he said.
-
Wherefore, he said, when he ascended upon how he led
-
captivity captive, and he did what he gave gifts unto men,
-
can I include also to women?
-
Amen? So to men and women.
-
Not that he ascended what is at first, But he
-
also defended, descended first into the lower.
-
Parts of the earth.
-
And then he said, he that descended is the same
-
also that send it up far above all heavens, that
-
he might feel all things.
-
That's just not just locally, but universally. Amen. And this
-
is what he did.
-
He gave some apostles, gave some prophets, some evangelists, some
-
pastors and teachers. And the reason he gave it is
-
because for the perfection of the saints, for the work
-
of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body
-
of Christ. And we'll do that none stop until we
-
come into the unity of the faith, and then the
-
knowledge of the Son of God into a perfect man
-
unto the measure and the stature of the fullness of Christ.
-
And he says here the reason we need that that
-
we hencefor will be no more children tossed to and
-
fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine by
-
the slate of men and kinnie craftiness, whereby they lie
-
in wait for and to deceive. But this is what
-
we do, speaking the truth and love, that we may
-
want grow up into Him, shot that when we grow
-
up and to Him in all things, which is ahead,
-
even Christ. And so it continues, and say, from whom
-
the whole body, fitly joined together and compacted by that
-
which every joint supplied, according to the effectual working in
-
the measure of every part, make an increase of the
-
body unto the edifying of itself in love. Today I
-
would like to talk from the subject let your gifts
-
flow in.
-
Order to help the Church grow. Hallelujah.
-
Let your gifts flow in order to help the Church grow.
-
And so when we talk about growth, we're not just
-
talking about quantity in numbers, but we also talking about
-
quality in other words, and numbers and quantity deals with numbers,
-
with quality deals with us growing up in Christ into
-
spiritual maturity. God has given us gifts in order for
-
us to function according to the Word of God is
-
that you don't have to look far from how to
-
grow your church.
-
Let me say that again. Look around, look around, look
-
around at your church.
-
All right, Tell your neighbors and neighbor you don't have
-
to look far to know how to grow your church
-
because the gift is in you to make it happen.
-
Oh God, I wish I had somebody. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Because
-
the church is not gonna grow by itself. The church
-
is gonna grow because of gifted individuals who's in the
-
church to operate in the and into the order of
-
God to help the church to do what it's called
-
to do. So we thank God now that we're gonna
-
let our gifts flow to help the church grow. Anybody
-
interested in seeing the church grow, Nobody interested in growing
-
themselves spiritually in maturity.
-
Hallelujah. Amen. So, Father God, we.
-
Thank you again as we thank you for what eyes
-
have seen, our years i've heard. We thank you for
-
your presence, thank you for the sweet communion of the
-
Holy Ghost to help.
-
Us to teach and preach the word of God.
-
We thank you God, because you have given us by
-
the power of the God, this scripture, this word Amen,
-
to help our people do what we're called to do,
-
and we thank you for it.
-
In Jesus' name.
-
We pray Amen high five at least seven people and
-
tell them let it flow, let it flow, let it flow.
-
Tell them to let it flow what somebody shall let
-
it flow. Amen.
-
Repeat this after me. This is my Bible.
-
It contains basic instructions given to me before I leave Earth.
-
It is God's revelation of his plan, power and provision
-
to transform my life, to conform me into the image
-
of his dear son, Jesus Christ, and to translate me
-
from darkness that's ignorance, into his marvelous life, that's knowledge.
-
Lift up your hands, say today I will be talked
-
the word of God. Today I will learn the word
-
of God. Today I will be equipped with the word
-
of God for the perfecting of the saints, for the
-
work a ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ.
-
Until we all come into the unity of the faith
-
and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto
-
maturity of the perfect Man, unto the measure of the
-
stature and the fullness of Christ. Lift up your Bible
-
and say this is my Bible. Amen, you can be
-
seated in the presence of the Lord. We thank God
-
as we are closing our Thanksgiving see season as far
-
as Thanksgiving is concerned, and we are so impressed of
-
those who had an opportunity for our young ministers to
-
come and share a man topical message on Thanksgiving where
-
we not blessed? Were we blessed by them?
-
A man? Clap your hands for them, hollylujah.
-
Well, I tell you that God is raising up a
-
generation now that understands and that would understand that everything
-
that we do is centered around Christ. And so as
-
we enter into this next season in which we Christmas,
-
we want to remember that Christmas is not just about
-
opening gifts and exchanging gifts, but it's about the greatest
-
gift that God gave us, which is the gift, which
-
is Christ Jesus. But I do understand that well it
-
comes to Christmas that so many people have some ins
-
and outs and some negative and some positive things about
-
Christmas and especially about exchanging gifts of such.
-
But I want to just kind of teach you just
-
a little bit that.
-
When we think about exchanging gifts, where did the Christians,
-
where did we pick that up that we can exchange gifts?
-
If you can remember, it was the may Guy. It
-
was the three wise men that came to Jesus. Remember
-
they came to Jesus and they had with them some
-
frank consins. They had some mirror, and they had some
-
other items with them, and they gave it to the king.
-
They exchanged the gifts.
-
So Christians picked up this concept, this principle that when
-
it comes to Christmas, it is an opportunity for us
-
to exchange gifts. But don't you know that even though
-
we give gifts that oftentimes people who give the gift,
-
the people who receive the gift may not want the gift.
-
Can I get a witness?
-
It's important that when we talk about receiving and giving gifts,
-
that are some folks that God is trying to give
-
a gift too, but they not necessarily want to receive
-
the gift. God has given us all everybody a gift,
-
but it's up to us to receive the guilt. But
-
before we can receive the gift, we first have to
-
accept the gift. If we don't accept the gift, then
-
we'll never receive the gift.
-
That God has for us.
-
Let me tell you that the gift that God has
-
given us has great value, and it's important for us
-
to look into what God has given us as gifts
-
in order to be a blessing to the body of Christ.
-
Tell your neighbors, say, neighbor, you are gifted. You are gifted.
-
You are gifted, you are gifted. So we understand that
-
when we open up the gift. As we open the gift,
-
some people will use the gift, but other peoples will
-
neglect the gift.
-
Some people receive a gift.
-
That they really really won't and then some people receive
-
a gift and say they really don't need that. Believe
-
it or not, there's some Christmas gifts that's still at
-
your house, that are.
-
Still in the package.
-
That's still some gifts that somebody gave you that you
-
never did use.
-
That's some gifts that you wanted that you never did receive.
-
Can I get a witness in here, hallelujah? Let me
-
just be honest with you.
-
But yet, a gift is something that you didn't pay for,
-
is something that that was a gift that was gifted
-
to you.
-
That means that you didn't earn it.
-
But somebody was thinking of you and a man in
-
order to give you something that will either benefit you,
-
help you, or put a smile on your face. So
-
it's important as we think about this, is that Christ
-
himself has given us the greatest gifts in the world.
-
Can I tell you today that the Church is the
-
richest entity on planet Earth because of the gift of Christ.
-
Oh God, I wish I had a witness here.
-
Yeah, the Church is the richest entity on the planet
-
Earth because when we think about it, we think about
-
the Church who has been blessed with all spiritual blessings
-
in heavenly places. In other word, he blessed us by
-
choosing us. He blessed us by adopting us. He blessed
-
us by forgiving us.
-
Of all of our sins. I wish somebody ought'd be
-
happy about the givet.
-
He blessed us by enriching us with his wisdom and
-
with his knowledge. Yes, he has blessed us to be saved,
-
to be delivered, to to be his heritage, to be his.
-
Children, hallelujah.
-
And also to receive an inheritance, an inheritance a man
-
that man can't steal, hallelujah. And to understand that we've
-
been given this wonderful, wonderful gift. It is our opportunity
-
not only to hold on to the gift that Christ
-
has given us, but to also share this gift with
-
the world, to your neighbors and neighbor. You ought to
-
share your gift with other people. Hallelujah. God gifted us
-
so that we can share our gifts among of the people.
-
And that's why the apostle Paul says, hey, man, you
-
got to understand the richest of the mysteries of Christ.
-
When you understand the mystery of the riches of Christ,
-
you will understand how valuable your gifts really are.
-
Hallelujah. And so he says, now that we have been
-
given the.
-
Manifold wisdom of God, how in order to preach number one,
-
to preach the Gospel to every soul that's on the
-
face of the earth. It is now also the manifold
-
wisdom of God to use the church, somebody to shout
-
the church, because it's the church that's gifted with the
-
gifts of Christ, not only to preach the gospel, but
-
also to bring salvation to them that are far off,
-
and to open up the door and to give access
-
to God's glory.
-
Anybody still needs some peace.
-
I don't care how much money you got, but can't
-
nobody give you peace like God can give you peace?
-
Hallelujah. Anybody needs some joy.
-
You might be happy with the things you got, but
-
can't nobody restore the joy of your salvation. But God,
-
it is his righteousness, it's his holiness that the Church
-
can share with the world.
-
So that they can be saved.
-
So we got to live up to the standard of
-
the lifestyle of the kingdom.
-
Members and citizens of the kingdom of the rich and famous.
-
Why don't you high five your neighbor real quick and
-
tell them you're rich and your famous. Tell them you're
-
rich and your famous. Come on, you're rich and you're famous.
-
You're rich and you famous. You got enough to give away, hallelujah.
-
I wonder why we hoard everything in church and never
-
share it with the world. I wonder why we praise
-
God so highly, so mighty, but yet we don't praise
-
God on our jobs, and we don't praise God in.
-
The grocery store.
-
I wonder if the church is the only place that
-
we can share our gifts among people who already have
-
the gifts that we have.
-
Hallelujah.
-
It is important that we do have different gifts so
-
that we can edify the body of Christ. But the
-
gift that Christ has given us is a gift to.
-
Share with the entire world.
-
I don't know about you, but I want my brother
-
who's not saved to be Come on, hallelujah, hallelujah. I
-
want my brother to be saved. I want to share
-
the gift. I want to see my cousin delivered. I
-
want to see my homeboy healed in deliver Come on.
-
I wish I had somebody up in here that God
-
has given us gifts so that we can be a.
-
Blessing to the world.
-
I'm going somewhere with this hold on right there, hallelujah.
-
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Why would you hold iverything.
-
That God has given you and not share that that
-
Christ himself came down through forty two generations because he
-
knew that he was the greatest gift in the entire world.
-
And he says, listen, I can't hold I can't hold
-
onto this jet in heaven. I need to come down
-
to the earth and go to them that are sitting
-
in darkness so I can share this light with them.
-
Come on, somebody, hallelujah. Oh, I wish I had somebody
-
that that's somebody yet sickening darkness. And you got a
-
gift within you to help them to get delivered. You
-
got a gift in you to help them to get hope.
-
You got a gift, Oh God, hallelujah. You gotta gift
-
to them. And you ain't on them to come to church. Now,
-
they ain't on the church to come to them. I
-
wish I had somebody that would remove yourself from under
-
the Christmas tree of your church. Come on, unravel your
-
gifts so that you can share your gift not only
-
with those that among you, but to those that are
-
in the world. Tell your neighbors and neighbor let your
-
give work to help the church. Let them flow, Let
-
them flow. You're rich and your famous. You're rich. You're famous.
-
You're rich your famous. You're rich your famous. You're rich
-
because's mercy. You're rich God's grace. You're rich with God's favor.
-
You're rich with God's annoyance it you're rich with God's promises.
-
Come on, I wish I could go on somebody that
-
just shout right now I know it ain't a shot
-
and kind of to But you're gifted. You're gifted, and
-
you anointed. Not only your gifted and annointed, but you
-
are also appointed for such a.
-
Time as this. Hallelujah.
-
So every time you come into the room, they gotta
-
know a gift just showed up.
-
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
-
Every time I walk into my house and my wife
-
is waiting on me, she better know, Oh God, a
-
gift just showed up. Hallnlujah, hallelujah. Don't be trying to
-
unwrap all your gift of leader. Hallelujah. Listen, when you
-
walk in the room, you got to recognize that a
-
gift just showed up. When I came into the House
-
of the Lord this morning, I heard the sound. I
-
just knew that I came among those who were gifted. Hallelujah.
-
When the songs was going on the words of exhortation.
-
I understand the gift of exhortation. I understand the gift
-
of praise and worship. I understand the gift of I
-
said yes to your will and to your way into
-
your work. Listen, when we came in, we came in
-
among the gifts. So I couldn't come in sad. I
-
don't know how you came in, but you can't come
-
in and here sad. When you come into a gift,
-
you know what happens when somebody kills you a gift
-
that you need, or give you a kill that you want,
-
or to give you a kill that's gonna help you.
-
Come on somebody, it'll cause you to put a smile
-
on your face. I come to tell you that Christ
-
is our kill, and He has gifted us to flow
-
so the church can grow. You are to kill God,
-
praise right there. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. And it's
-
important to understanding our gifts are working together, so we
-
don't have no big eyes.
-
And on the eths, hallelujah.
-
While young minners don't worry about preaching, I preaching one another.
-
If you do that, that's foolish. We do not compare
-
ourselves among ourselves. Everybody's gift is important. Who hallelujah. I
-
say everyone's gift is important. Wherever you are, whatever level
-
you own, you still important. I don't care if you
-
preach it, ton't want a head, You still important. I
-
don't care if you the thumb of the elbow. Come on, somebody, hallelujah,
-
you still important. Come on that help and curve somebody
-
to tell them you're important to this church. Come on,
-
oh no, come on, help me. I'm trying to get
-
somewhere with it. Tell them you important to this church.
-
This church can't grow if you're not here. This church
-
can't grow if you don't put into work. This church
-
can't go grow if you don't share your gift. Oh
-
you want to talk to somebody right now, because I.
-
See the room filling up even right now.
-
Because there's gift to people that God have called out
-
in order to see the church grow broth numerically and spiritually. Hallelujah.
-
Oh yeah, glory to God, so he says. But halleylujah,
-
But unto everyone of us, He's given this grace. Write
-
this down. Christ gave gifts to every man. Write that down.
-
He gave gilts to who to every man. Now, He
-
didn't give gifts just based on who you are. He
-
gave gifts according to his measure. You cannot I'm teaching now. Yeah.
-
He measured your character, he measured your stewardship.
-
He measured your ability.
-
He measured your maturity level to see if you can
-
handle what you've got now with the possibility some more later.
-
Tell your neighbor, said, neighbor, he gifted every man. He
-
gave this grace according to the measure of the gift
-
of Christ. So you gotta understand, according to your serviability,
-
he gives you a gilt. Let's go to the book
-
of Matthew twenty five, fourteen fifteen. Hallelujah, according to your
-
serviability Matthew twenty five, fourteen fifteen. And it says for
-
the kingdom of Heaven is as a man traveling into
-
a far country who called his own servants and delivered unto.
-
Them who's goods?
-
Come on, somebody, don't you hoard God's gifts? Hallelujah. Another
-
word is God who gifted you? Hallelujah. So he's travel
-
into a far country, he said, I gotta go away,
-
But as I go away, I'm gonna leave you something
-
in order to steal work, the work that I was work,
-
even as if I was still here. Hallelujah. Oh card, hallelujah.
-
He says, according to his own goods, read and unto
-
one he gave what five talents, and to another he
-
gave what two and to another he gave what according
-
to what.
-
There are several ability.
-
So when we think about the measure of the measure
-
of the Christ of gift, Christ of Christ, we got
-
to understand he gives according to our ability.
-
Hallelujah. You can't do no more.
-
Than what He's given you. You can't give no more
-
than what God has given you. Come on, somebody, but
-
it's important that you use what God has given you.
-
I wish I had somebody, hallelujah, Glory to God. Don't
-
compel to the one because you got one and the
-
other one got five. Well, it's according to your circle ability.
-
Come on, somebody.
-
He knows who can handle the five, because he knows
-
he can do something with that.
-
Halley lujah.
-
The truth of the matter is is that he's not
-
gonna put no more on then what you get bad hallelujah.
-
But he know that you can handle the one. He
-
wants you to do something with the one. He want
-
the one that got five to do something with the five,
-
the one who got two to do something with the two.
-
But you got to do something with it. Hallelujah. Tell
-
your neighbor you gotta do something with it. You gotta
-
do something with it. Hallelujah, hallelujah. You got to use
-
it or lose it. Hallelujah. Tell your naghbor, don't lose
-
your gift. Come on, somebody, hallelujah. If you don't step
-
in and do what God wants you to do, he
-
gonna call somebody else to do it. He'll take from
-
you and give it to somebody that's gonna put it
-
to use.
-
Hallelujah.
-
Oh God, I wish I had somebody right here. You
-
got to understand that he gives according to the measure
-
of the gift of Christ. He measured it according to
-
your maturity level, hallelujah, according to your servil ability. And
-
if you don't use it, he'll take it away. But
-
if you use it, I want to talk to you
-
or I'm gonna prophesy to somebody real quick. If you
-
use it, come on, if you use it, he'll cause
-
it to grow.
-
I wish I had somebody.
-
If you use it, he will cause it to crow,
-
and he'll give you watch this some more.
-
Haleynujah. I don't know about you. I don't want to lose.
-
Well, God has given me I said yes, Lord, Yes
-
to your will and to your way.
-
I said yes Lord, yes, I will trust you.
-
Oh you boy, to quit. Don't be singing songs. Don't
-
sing them songs if you don't really mean it. Blory
-
to God. I know you want things, but God have
-
already given you everything.
-
Oh, God has given you everything.
-
Now it's time for you to share what God has
-
given you. And the more you share it, the more
-
He give back to you. So that you don't have
-
to beat this courage along the way. It would encourage you,
-
to inspire you and empower you because you're using your gift.
-
The more you use your guilt, the more God will
-
bless you with more.
-
Isleelujah, hallelujah.
-
Not only does he give it according to your service
-
ability the cord, but he also give it according to
-
your character.
-
Tell your neighbor to your character. Hallelujah.
-
Listen, you wanna whole, you wanna do, You wanna say
-
the world, But if you say the world on your head,
-
it get so big you'll thank you God, hallelujah. Some
-
folk don't think they need to go through no kind
-
of process. No, God ain't gave you everything because he's
-
processing you hallylujah. He gotta process you before he processed
-
the gift. Hallelujah. Wish I had somebody up in here.
-
That's why I like a minister right listen. He didn't
-
just start doing what it doing. It took years of
-
development to get to the place who where he is today.
-
Those that where you are today, It took years of
-
development to get you where you are today.
-
Why because he don't want you to get a big head.
-
I thank God that he processes us. Hallelujah, hallelujah before
-
he gives us.
-
Hallelujah.
-
I wish I had somebody to give card praise right there, hallelujah.
-
Somebody to go to the Book of Romans twelve three
-
through four, hallelujah. Romans chopping number twelve verse three. Reason
-
why I say, through the grace giving unto me. This
-
is the Apostle Paul speaking, and he says, say, every
-
man that is among you, check this out. What it
-
is a not to think huh, don't think of himself
-
more highly behind that he ought to. Hallelujah. Sometime you
-
worried about you getting passed by and everybody else getting
-
an opportunity to come on. Just sit down on the
-
bench until card call you. Did you hear what I said?
-
Don't rush nothing, hallelujah. Don't build your own platform, He'll
-
build a platform for you.
-
I wish I had somebody up in here. Hallelujah.
-
I ain't brother, right, I ain't never pass out no
-
card for somebody to call me to preach. Come on, listen.
-
If if I'm called a preach, that's cause the Holy
-
Ghost put them on my I'm putting me on.
-
The heart and call me to preach.
-
Quit quit, quit looking and trying to make opportunities for
-
things to happen. Let God be called so that you
-
don't get no big head. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Man, you got
-
the looking you come on somebody, hallelujah. Don't you think
-
Holland more Holland than you ought to think. I don't
-
care what title you got. I don't care what position
-
you got. I don't care what role you got. You
-
a servant of the most high guard. I wish I
-
had somebody. Hallelujah, hallelujah. And the high you go up,
-
the greater servant you ought to be.
-
Oh, I know y'all, don't.
-
Hear that kind of preacher, because y'all used to seeing
-
preachers walking down the middle of the aisle and everybody's
-
standing up, and people throwing changing money at their feet
-
and gold change and cars, and.
-
How I know that's what you used to.
-
Now, when we got elevated in the spirit of God,
-
we became the servants of everybody.
-
Hallelujah. Jesus said, listen, you can't wash my feet.
-
Hallelujah. Even though I'm your leader. He didn't let his
-
disciples wash his feet. There's a wrong order for the
-
church to watch the pastor's feet.
-
The devil is a lie. Hallelujah.
-
It is the pastor's call to wash the disciples feet.
-
Oh God, y'all don't want to hear what I'm saying
-
up in there. Hallelujah, hallelujah. The more elevation God put
-
on you, the more humble you ought to come. I say,
-
the more elevation, because when you look back over life
-
and realize that Card chose me, He chose.
-
Us to go to Africa. He talked. You think I
-
got a big hit about that, I'm trying to think
-
about it. I done took Elder Johnson down. Now, who
-
from pork Ways drive and all this kind of stuff.
-
Listen only by the grace of Card that we're able to.
-
Do what Card has called us to do.
-
So we humble ourself under the mighty hand them God,
-
that he may exalt us and do season because it
-
is he. It is Christ himself who has given to us,
-
and he dealt to every man a measure of faith.
-
Because we understand for the next verse that we do
-
not all of us do not have the same office.
-
So we respect each other's gift. Tell you name, We
-
respect each other's gift He's given every one of us.
-
Tell your neighbors and neighbor.
-
I got a gift and I'm working it in my life.
-
Hollylu you tell other neighbors and neighbor you gotta get
-
and you better work it. Hallej you say you better
-
work it. Hallelujah, Glory to God. Let's go to the
-
Book of First Peter four and ten. According to Stewardship,
-
so we talked about to a serviability, so I can
-
according to his character. And then thirdly, according to Stewardship
-
of the matterifold grace of God, and the Bible says,
-
and every man had received somebody shot every man say
-
that includes me. Boy, y'all gonna sit down. I'm telling
-
you that includes me. God getting ready to use you.
-
That's what I'm trying to tell you. God is be
-
getting ready to enlarge your capacity. God is getting ready
-
to send you places that you ain't never been before.
-
Thank you, Apostle Paul for going to places that you were.
-
Scared to go to.
-
But the Holy Ghost came to encourbag you that I
-
got some people there to protect you along the way. Listen,
-
you finna get ready to go into some uncharted territories
-
and do things that other people couldn't do. You getting
-
ready to snatch some folks out of the fire. Oh God,
-
I wish I had somebody hallelujah. That's some drug addicts
-
tru dealing some palm on the street. That Card is
-
getting ready to use you, to touch them, hallelujah, to
-
change their lives. I wish I had about four or
-
five people, and say, he talking to me. He's talking
-
to me. He's talking to me. Come on, he's talking
-
to me. He's talking to me. Card is getting ready
-
to use me. From all of my heartaches and my pains,
-
everything that I've been through, I come to tell somebody
-
that all things work together to the good of him.
-
Oh card, that love card and a call according to
-
his purpose.
-
Not yage. You had listen.
-
Let me tell you something. You had to go through
-
the heart break, you had to go through, the hurt
-
and the pain you had to go Listen, you wouldn't
-
be where you are to dank. But right now, when
-
you look at yourself in the mirror.
-
You are a shot.
-
I'm stronger, Oh card, y'alln't want to help many pre
-
I feel like preaching of her.
-
I'm stronger, I'm wise. I'm booned now because of what
-
I've been through.
-
Whoo abouta shout hallelujah. All every man received the gift,
-
so that we have that gift, he says. Minister the
-
same to who one to another another word, Share your gift,
-
Share your gift. Don't just sit on your grip. Don't
-
you bury your gift. Listen to me closely. Don't you
-
bury your gift in this church? Islenlujah.
-
This is where you received the gift anujah, I say,
-
this is where you received the gift.
-
This is where you got motivated in the gift. This
-
is where you stirred up our card. Come on, hallelujah. God,
-
don't you bury your gift in the church. Hallelujah. Use
-
your gift to bring.
-
God a prophet. God wants a prophet.
-
If he gave you five gifts, he won't five more back.
-
Come on, somebody, hallelujah. If he gave you two gifts,
-
he won't two or back, hallelujah. If he gave you one,
-
come on, he want one mop back hallelujah. In other words,
-
you ought to dubble what card has given you. Tell
-
your neighbor real quick. You ought to double what card
-
has given you. Come on, you ata dubble what Gord
-
has given you, Oh God, hallelujah, Thank you Jesus. And
-
so we speak. He says, as God's stewards of the
-
matter fold grace of God be good stewards. If any
-
man speak, if you speak, let him speak, as the oracles.
-
Of God have given you.
-
If any man minister, let him do so, as it
-
is the ability which God hath given, that God in
-
all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, and whom
-
the praise and dominion forever and ever till your neighbor
-
against her neighbor, you got to do and use your
-
gift according to your serviability, to your character, and to
-
your stewardship. Give God a praise right there, hallelujah. Till
-
your neighbor again. Let your gifts flow to help the
-
church grow. Hallylujah. If I won't say nothing else, that's
-
what I mean. Hallelujah. I won't say nothing else. Let
-
your gift flow to help the church grow. All right,
-
look up here at me, somebody say, oh yes, Lord, okay,
-
to your will and to your way, I would trust
-
you and obey.
-
Come on, somebody, hallelujah.
-
God said, I gifted you so that you can share
-
your gift with other people. To allow your gifts to flow,
-
so that the church may grow. Hallelujah. So it gets
-
to the next part. Break this down. Christ sacrifice his
-
life for some of the gifts. That now, Christ sacrifice
-
his life for some of the gifts. The Bible reads
-
in Ephesians for eight through ten. It says, wherefore, expository preacher,
-
when it gets to the word, wherefore means to investigate
-
look into it?
-
What is the surrounding? What is the historical fact of this?
-
He said?
-
Wherefore he said, when he ascended on high.
-
He said, he led.
-
Captivity captive, and he gave gifts unto men. Tell your
-
neighbors and neighbor, there are some specialized gifts that Christ
-
died for. Woo. Hallelujah gives that Christ went down to
-
the pits of Hell, took care of depth, sin and
-
the grave. As we relate to this particular scripture, it
-
relates to us as we investigate.
-
To Psalm sixty eight and eighteen.
-
It talks about the king who went to war for
-
his country. And when he went to war, the Bible said,
-
he's ascended on high.
-
Then he descended. In other words, he defeated the enemy.
-
He took the spoil from the enemy and gave it
-
to the constituents, to his people. In other words, when
-
we think about Christ, Christ who came down what he descended. First,
-
he descended into the pits of Hell in honor to
-
rob the depth o from all.
-
Of his power.
-
I wish I had somebody hallelujah, Glory to God. Somebody
-
about to get delivered in your house, because you're gonna
-
realize that Christ died for the gift that he gave you.
-
Hallelujah. So the Bible the glass that he went down
-
to the pits of hell.
-
He kicked the door open, took the keys of death
-
and hell her from the grave. And those who were
-
in Abraham Busom at that same time got up from
-
the grave. Listen, we're waiting on another resurrection, or resurrection
-
already happened. Not only did it happen for the Old
-
Testament saints, but some of us were dead in sin. Oh, God,
-
I wish I had somebody. I say, some of us
-
were dead in see. But when Christ got up from
-
the grave, Lujah, he got up with all power in
-
his hand, and he transferred that power in us.
-
I faint call for the power of card that.
-
He ascended, descended and ascended again, and he kills unto men.
-
Why because he said, I die for you for this.
-
In other words, he said, I'm not gonna leave the
-
church in a hopeless situation. I'm not gonna leave the
-
church defeated. I don't care if the church look like
-
is declining. Yeah, it is to understand that the church
-
belongs to me, and that the church is not built
-
upon the backbone the man Ah. But the church is
-
build upon the backbone of God. So you gotta understand
-
that no weapon formed against the church shall prosper. And
-
even though it shall be formed, but I come to
-
tell you the church all that it won't prosper. I
-
come to tell the church today that the thousands should
-
fall to your left and ten thousand should fall oh
-
to you right. Why because Christ himself died to give
-
us power and to give us gifts in order to
-
exemplify and to see the church move in power and
-
demonstration of the Holy goos. So the Bob of the
-
class because of these gifts that he died for. There's
-
three categories of gift. The first category of gift is
-
the ministerial gifts. Tell your neighbor that the first category
-
of gifts, it's ministerial gifts. And when we think about
-
these gilts, you gotta identify your guilts. Not only do
-
we identify our gifts, but we also cultivate our gifts.
-
Not only do we.
-
Cultivate our gilts, but we also work our gifts. So
-
it's important to understand what your gift is. So you
-
got to identify your gift. Either you have a ministerial gift.
-
If you don't have a ministerial gift, you may have
-
a motivational gift. And if you don't have a motivational gift,
-
you are to have a manifestation of a gift. When
-
let's talk about the ministerial gilts, the ministerial gifts, I
-
is the functional gilts.
-
It is a gift that Christ gave to the church.
-
And when he gave them to the church, he gave
-
them for a specific reason.
-
He said, I've given you apostles.
-
Because they are the ones who can see.
-
These are the city ones.
-
They are set to establish the church, to provide biblical
-
authority and ordnance in the church. I gave them for
-
the entire church, and we need visionary leaders that can
-
keep us in order that we continue to preach Christ
-
and him crucified. When we talk about the apostolic doctrine,
-
talked about Christ, talked about his life, talked about his
-
death and his resurrection. Is still in Christ that we
-
are redeemed. Is in Christ that we have salvation. Is
-
in Christ that we have power. And not only was
-
the apostles, but he also gave us prophets. Prophets are
-
the ones who speak speaks God revealed truth and bring.
-
Correction and encouragement to the church.
-
Often times in this generation when we think about the prophets.
-
The prophets are preaching blessings and everything else.
-
But they won't bring correction.
-
How you're gonna bless somebody who's still living, and seeing
-
how you're gonna bless some money, who's still fornicat, how
-
you're gonna.
-
Bless some money.
-
They don't only give their times, but the prophet come,
-
and the prophet is come to speak, cause word, to
-
speak the truth, because it's the truth that shall make
-
us free. So he brings forth corrections on soul, encouragement
-
and guidance. It is the prophet who can see beyond
-
you to help you stir up the guilts. But not
-
only do we have the apostle and the prophets, but
-
we also have the evangelists. It is the evandualist who
-
is set out to reach reach soul that a loss,
-
equip those that are found, teach those that are chosen,
-
and we have the pastor and the teacher to feed
-
the sheep with understanding for spiritual growth and well beings.
-
It is the purpose of the functional guilts.
-
There's only a single purpose, and that purpose is to
-
equip the saints for the work of ministry and the
-
ediphine of the Body of Christ. Somebody give cod praise,
-
somebody give cod praise, somebody kill cod praise. So you
-
got to identify, and you got to cultivate, and you
-
got to work to give that card.
-
Is placed in you.
-
We have the ministerial kills, and then we have motivational kills.
-
And these are gifts of service. These gilts include prophecy,
-
service and ministry, teaching and exhortation, giving and receiving, leadership
-
and mercy.
-
You got to identify what gills are in you.
-
How five your neighbors and tell your neighbors. You got
-
to identify the gifts that.
-
God has placed in your life.
-
It may be ministerial kill, it may be motivational kill.
-
And the last one this manifestation kills. Where the manifestation
-
kills are the gifts that's given in by the Holy
-
ghos found in first Caribbeans ain't truths. Hen that card
-
is given in the church with wisdom. Not only with wisdom,
-
but the Word of knowledge has given them some special
-
faith that when they put their faith on it, whatever
-
they believe it shall come the past. Somebody shall special kill,
-
give the healings, give the miracles, kill, the prophecy, gives
-
the decerment, give the tongs, and give them interpretation. And
-
when all of these killed, there no good by themselves.
-
But they got to work together. Tell your neighbors say name.
-
Let your guilt flow to help the church grow. That
-
when we come together with all of my different guilts
-
and starting to work in my guilt, that's when it
-
starts to grow because we started to flow. Tell your
-
neighbor get ready, get ready for the church to grow,
-
because I'm getting ready.
-
To undetify my kilt.
-
I'm getting ready to cultivate my guilt. I'm getting wordy
-
to pay my guilt flows. Let your guilt flow to
-
help the church grow. I don't know about you, but
-
it won't be long that the church get filled because
-
of Church with all of his different guilts. We may
-
be onebody for many different parts.
-
And I'm come to tell you the name. You got
-
to do your part. How to find your name and
-
tell your name? You got to do your part.
-
You got to do your part for the Bible says
-
that Christ is the head of the church, and then we.
-
Are the body.
-
It is a functional gift that pulls everything together with
-
the choice to help the body move. So when I
-
come and preach to you, I'm trying to get you
-
to move. I hope you got some all in you.
-
Ha.
-
I need some all their people that can move real smoothly.
-
I need some folks they.
-
Got some fluid in you, some water.
-
Into you, to help the choice move. Not all that is,
-
but we need some folks that.
-
Got some fire in you to help some things move.
-
Tell your neighbor, say name, Let's come together, fit the
-
John together, come pact to together.
-
But you got to do your part.
-
I five your neighbor and say, neighbor, I don't care
-
what kills your content, but you got to do your part.
-
Don't bury your kill, use your guilt.
-
Somebody is child, yes, somebody is chi Yes, somebody is child. Yes.
-
I don't know about you, but I just saw I'm mention.
-
I seen the body of Christ going down like soldiers,
-
like an armed platoon. They're in their rates and moving
-
through the streets, moving on their charms, moving in the
-
cross rech store. I can see folk slave in the
-
spirit because you are a gift to them, because you
-
help them out.
-
They gonna ask you what church do you go to?
-
I wish I had somebody a gift part I'm praising.
-
Tell your neighbor, say namor, let it flow, let it flow,
-
Tell him, let it flow, Let it coach.
-
Tell them let it flow. Let it coach.
-
No matter who's listening, no matter who's not, no matter
-
who came in, no matter who don't, you got to
-
let it flow.
-
Tell your name.
-
It may not look like it's working, but you gotta
-
let it flow.
-
Because one planned and another water. But I come to
-
tell you today the Card told me to tell p
-
I T. Card is getting.
-
Ready to make an increase I increase in the House
-
of Card, an increase in spiritual maturity, an increasing numbers,
-
and increase in your family. There's a coach in your
-
family that's about that gets paid.
-
That's a poach in your whole.
-
Family that's about to get delivering. That's a folks on
-
your block that's about to.
-
Come out of dunk that I come to tell somebody.
-
You got to let him flow. Tell your name and
-
let it close, let it flow, let it flow, gonna
-
tell him let it flow. I didn't know yet he said,
-
we'll no longer be a church toss to and fro.
-
With every win and doctrine by the slave, a man
-
in their cunniness who's preaching to get your money and
-
not to save yourself. He said, I know what I
-
gifted you for. I to give you for a new car.
-
You can get a good job.
-
For that. I ain't get you for a house. You
-
can have good credit. Oh, I wish I had somebody
-
up in here. I know, somebody say Lord, fix my credit.
-
He gonna wait for you. Hallelujah.
-
All those things God allow us opportunity to be good stewards.
-
We think signs and miracles is something that God has
-
already given us stewardship over.
-
Hallelujah. He said, I giving you power to get well, why.
-
Shod so that you may establish My covenant.
-
Hallelujah.
-
He said, listen, I've given you gifts so that you
-
can assist the church for the work of the ministry,
-
for the ed find of the Body of Christ. Until
-
we all come into the unity of the of the
-
fullness and the stature of Christ. Jesus, that we're being complete,
-
not only in the quantity, but we come to spiritual maturity.
-
I don't know where you are and your maturity with
-
your gift, I don't know. Even though if you have
-
identified your gift. I'm not sure where you are, but
-
I know for sure that God wants to use you.
-
God wants to use you right where you are.
-
And don't stay there, but cultivate that how through the
-
world of God by growing in the knowledge the wisdom
-
of Jesus Christ.
-
The more you grow, the more you know, the more
-
you move, the more you can use.
-
And He can use you. Hallelujah.
-
So I don't know where you are in your I
-
don't know where you are in your faith. I don't
-
know where you are in your gift. I don't know
-
if you still a long as a hospice of fear.
-
But let me tell you that God has not given
-
us the spirit of fear, but.
-
The power of love and a sound mind.
-
It starts with salvation. God has given us a gift.
-
When we got saved, he said, I've given you a gift,
-
and all of you have a gift, and I want
-
to use you in a mighty way. We're standing on
-
our feet. Hallelujah, Glory to God. Lift your hands and
-
praise Him for the guilt
