"She Trusted Anyway"

You would be coming from my favorite scripture, Proverbs three,

five and six. I just love the scripture and what

the Lord has given me today is a word of

encouragement for the women, but it's also a word of

encouragement for the men. Oh, don't take it likely that

God is just speaking to the women.

What the Lord gave me.

Was, we don't feel like we're alone, or we're left out,

or there's no hope with the way that the world

is looking. We need to know that God has promises

for the people of God. So Father, I thank you

on today for your grace and your mercy.

God. I thank you for your loving kindness God.

But more than anything, I thank you for your presence

being in this house. Lord, God. You can feel it

out throughout God. Hallyluja're not just within God, but even

throughout God as we connect with one another.

God.

But you said God that if you be lifted up,

you draw all men. But you also told us that

our praise this would cause you to inhabit us.

God, and so we thank you for a habitation on today. God.

I asked that you will continue to move upon hearts. God,

that you will continue to comfort God. You will continue

to heal God, that you will continue to meet us

individually right where we're at. Lord, God, knowing exactly what

we stand in the need of God and Father. For that,

I say thank you God. I ask now that is

I bring forth this message that you have given me. God,

that you will sit me down and by your spirit

you will stand up in me. God. I pray God

that this word would touch softened hearts on today God

and be received by open ears on today. God, how

much you are mindful and care about us. God and

God for that, we just say, thank you God.

We give you the glory and we give you the honor.

And it is in Jesus' name that I pray a

man Hollylujah, you may be seated again.

Glory to God, and Happy Mother's Day.

Thank you men for stepping up and stepping in a

man hallylujah.

We went to hear.

Sister pat On yesterday and that just confirmed a portion

of my message. But I was reminded that one of

the things she was talking about is how sometimes people

can tenuously say that they don't have the capacity to

do what God has called.

Them to do, or even to do what some of

them want to do.

A lot of times we leave God out of what

God should be in. So today, on this Mother's Day,

as we celebrate the women who keep going when life

got difficult. So what I would be doing is giving

you some illustrations out of the Bible, which the Bible

is our example of how we should live. So these

are women who again kept going even when life was difficult,

women who prayed through pain, women who loved through disappointment

and stood through uncertainty.

Many mothers and.

Women carry silent burdens. And I also heard Sisterdidri say

that earlier. So many times we go through things feeling

like we can't say anything to anybody, and when we

do that, we keep that up on us and it

becomes a burden. I want you to know on today

that you can trust God. Sometimes it is hard to

trust other women, and as women, we know that, whether

you be a mother or a daughter. But many of

us are trying to make ends meet byself. Many of

us are trying to hold families together by ourself, and

many of us are trying to stay strong for everybody

else but ourself. And I found myself doing that. When

have you ever been able to.

Encourage everybody but you.

You're going through and you don't know what to do.

You can't even give yourself an encouraging word. But while

you're going through, you or yet still encouraging others. Yeah,

So again, many of us are even trying to trust

God while wiping away tears. And I say trusting because

sometimes it feels difficult. Sometimes it seems as if it's difficult,

it's hard. But I want you to know on today

that while crying, while praying, while obeying, while believing.

Us God anyway a man. So again we'll be.

Illustrating just some examples of some strong women in the

Bible to help you all out.

And so you do be lifted up and see that

it's not just us.

Again, I think sometimes that helps us when we see

that somebody else is going through and they're going through,

but they're going through still standing up. They hadn't fell down,

they hadn't given up. So it's called word of encouragement.

So on today again, as we read, my favorite scripture says,

trusting the Lord with all thine heart, trust in the

Lord with all your heart, not trusting you, not trusting

your neighbors, not trusting social media. Please don't trust in

social media. Sometimes you can't even trust in your therapists,

especially if your therapist does not know God. So the

Word of God says, trusting the Lord with all thine heart,

and as we trust than the Lord with all our heart.

Trusting means that we depend upon God even when we

can't explain what we're going through, even when we don't

understand what's going on, when it looks like our hope

is gone, there is no help. Nobody knows, nobody understands.

We have been called to trust in God. That's what

trusting in God is, because our God is a God

that we can't see, but we can feel, we can sense,

we can talk to him and believe that he's hearing us.

Before he said it in his word, the ears of

the Father is attentive unto the righteous. So it's never

as if you don't have someone to communicate with. And

so she trusted anyway means that even though she didn't

see what was going on, she didn't have.

To see to continue to trust in God. So our

first one, it's Ruth. Ruth trusted anyway.

Ruth had lost her husband and she had stepped into

some uncertainty after losing her husband. It was just her,

her other sister law and her mother. Ruth didn't know

what to do. But when Naomi said she was going

back home, Ruth chose to go with her. That's uncertainty.

She didn't know what she was doing.

This was Ruth's home.

But in all the uncertainty, Ruth still chose to go

with Naomi.

She had every reason to quit. She had every reason.

To stay where she was comfortable, where she was, she

knew the surroundings of where she was. Sometimes we get

called out of comfortability and we don't understand that.

So when we get.

Called out of comfortability, instead of us trusting on God,

we started looking for what's around us in that uncertain place.

But on today, we want to know that this unfamiliar

territory that God sometimes calls us into helps us to

walk into a new season if we choose to trust

in God. Many mothers know what it feels like to

keep trusting while carrying grief, And for some of us

in here today who have lost mothers, we're celebrating the

Mother's Day without that mother.

But we need to know that.

Just because that's a place of uncertainty or even a

place of being uncomfortable that we can still trust in God.

So what am I trusting in God in?

I'm trusting in God to comfort me in the midst

of what I feel like I'm going through. Because for

us it may feel different individually, and so your grief

may not feel like my grief. So we find trust

in God. God is the great comforter, so he will

comfort us.

He'll meet us where we're at.

You don't always have to think that God is gonna

do the same thing with everybody.

God himself recognizes that we're all different.

He knew each one of us individually before we was ever,

even in my mother's womb. And if we're spending time

with Him and not holding on to all that we have,

even that pain and that discomfort, God knows just how.

To meet you right where you're at. A man.

God honors the women who keep walking by faith in

the midst of uncomfortability.

He honors us.

So that means when you're walking, you're not walking by yourself,

You're walcome with God. God understands that He understands how

you feel. He understands. He even sing My new favorite

name for God is el Roi. El Roi is God

sees me. That was the name that he was called.

When Hey, God left and was at the way of

God seek she didn't think God it saw her. Why

because hey, God had did something that was not right.

And sometimes because we do things that we don't feel

is right, we think that God don't see her. He's

not looking at us anymore. But God's eyes is our

ways up on us. So he sees you in your uncomfortability.

He sees you when you're crying, he sees you when

it's tough. He see you when you're trying to hold

it all up by yourself. So el Roi sees what's

going on in our situations. And because he sees he

honors us when we continue to walk by faith, because

sometimes it's hard to look at your situation and keep going.

I mean, you look.

At it and it looks like all hell is breaking loose,

looks like you literally walking in the fire.

If sometimes it don't feel like it.

And so in the midst of that, if we put

our trust in God and keep our trust in God,

don't take our trust away from God, and God will

honor us in that way.

Mary she trusted anyway.

Mary received an assignment from God that could have ruined

the whole reputation. And when you think about it, because

when I was going back through and looking over Mary,

it was just a baby like many of us, because

I was a teenage mother.

I had my first at the age of fifteen.

It says Mary was anywhere between age twelve and age fifteen.

And so I can understand kind of what Mary went

through because it was embarrassing to have a baby. But

not only was Mary gonna have a baby, but Mary

was carrying our Savior. And they didn't know this though,

but Mary knew. Mary could have said now not today,

Holy Spirit, uh uh, because they're gonna be making fun

of me.

I'm just a little girl. I ain't even marry yet.

And back then we think it's something because we all

save to somebody sinning because they're sleeping out of wed

lock a four unicate.

No, it was really a sin back then, and so.

It would have took all of her dignity away from

her to say yes and be worried about Mary.

But because Mary wasn't married.

About Mary, she trusted God when he sent the spirit

to her. Then Mary was able to not put her

trust in herself, but to.

Put her trust in her.

Mary still said to God, I took the spirit be

it unto me according to that word. She didn't trust

in herself. She said, according to your word, whatever you say,

that's what I'll do. That's what trust is. She trusted

him anyway. Some women have to have had trusted God

through divorce, single parenting. I was a single mother for years.

Don't know how I did it. I wasn't saved then,

but if I can tell you this, I truly believe

I was trusted in God. I worked hard, worked the

jobs by myself, raised the kids by myself, took care

of them, tried to instill in boys to be me.

And that's one of the hardest jobs anybody could ever do.

That's why it irritates me when I hear women say

I'm they daddy, because a woman don't never know how

to teach a man how to be a man, a

boy how to become a man. So that's what we

have to pray for our sisters in that area. Yeah,

it takes a man to raise a boy to be

a man a man, So even in that, it takes

trusting God. You have to trust God that I don't.

Know how to do this.

Find some mature, save good men to put your sons

in their life. When you're a single mother raising kids,

especially a boy, and even as a woman, try to

be the best woman that you can be raising kids.

You can't do that if you don't trust in God.

If you trust in yourself, you give them you. And

it's not for us to give them you, but it's

to raise them up in the way that they should go.

And when I was not saved, and I would have

really messed mine up. So that's why I know that

I somehow was trusted in God, even though we didn't

have a relationship. So a lot of women also go

through financial hardship. We're looking at people being laid out.

I think it was over sixteen thousand people that were

laid off from the airlines and one day went to work.

They didn't have any idea when to work and that

sit your job is gone. Think of all the mothers,

all the women, all the people in general.

Now what their stress is. How am I gonna make it?

How am I gonna do this?

When we trust in God, we lean not to I

understand it, but to God. And that takes us trusting him,

trusting in him, doing sickness. How many of us have

been secur relately, we have to trust in God. We

can't even go out for the diagnosis. I've been telling

my daughter that I appreciate the doctors because God is

giving them wisdom and knowledge over his creation. Not man's creation.

It's God's creation. All the books, all the teaching, all

of that was something to God downloaded after he knew

that we were gonna need help. Once Adam send in

the garden, that was it. No more health to the

way that Adam and Eve had it. They wouldn't have

had to never worry about sickness or any pains. They

were in perfect condition. Seeing bought up conditional issues.

With our bodies here on earth.

And so we thank God for the physicians, but we

have to remember that he's our greatest physician. It does

not matter. Again, I'm not saying don't take into account

what the doctors say, because if he's giving you some instructions,

follow their instructions. God gave him wisdom over what he's doing.

But man, the last say so is God. Don't take

anything and say that that's what it is just because

they said that's what it is.

Amen.

Amen, I'm reminded of having when I was first diagnosed

with tride jimin on the raalgy And it's an uncurable disease.

They can't even remember or know exactly how it starts,

but I remember that I was taking that thing upon.

You have to be careful about the enemy even coming in.

Soon as you go to the doctor and you got

some sickness, he started rubbing that thing in. Oh, they said,

your leg hurt. They said they're gonna have to do this.

They said they saw that man. Tell your neighbor, you

don't have to claim what Satan says.

Yeah, I mean any time.

That the Lord is trying to do something, you can

best believe that Satan gonna try to get in that thing,

whether it be sickness, whether it even be your bills. Yo,

you just got laid off your job. And what he's saying, Oh,

you ain't gonna be able to make it. How you

gonna pay them bills? You say you trust in God,

but what we should be doing is trusting in God.

Amen.

And that's why she trusted anyway. Anyway means there was

something going on. She had to trust in God, regardless

of what it was that was going on. She trusted

God anyway, even in the midst of betrayal. We're not

gonna always get treated right. Everybody's not gonna always like us.

Everybody's not gonna always be there for us. And what

I've learned with growing up is the majority of the

people that push you away or not there when you

need them, they be.

The closest people to you. Yeah. Your sister that says

she had your.

Back, your brother that said he would help you out.

Yeah.

So it's mostly important that we find our trust in

God because betrayal will come, and yet we still have

to have trust even in the midst of betrayal. She

trusted God through her pain. The pain is leaning not

to your own understanding. Sometimes when we lean to our

own understanding, it will cause us to feel that pain

in a way that we don't have to feel that pain.

We'll be thinking, oh, oh, it's me. Oh, I can't

get through this, I can't deal with that because we're

not leaning and trusting on God, but.

We're leaning and trusting on ourself.

And because we in this flesh, this flesh will sometimes

have us in a way where we feel or we

think and none of that's God.

It's our flesh.

We know and we understand when we do it according

to the word, but after word, we will forever be

in flesh. My thoughts are not like his, My ways

are not like his.

His thoughts is far above mine.

Well, I'm looking at this situation and saying, oh, that's it.

I ain't gonna be able to get out of this.

He's saying, come on, girl, get up, let's go. Yeah,

I got a ram in the bush for you. Abraham

walked up third full of faith because he said me

and the ladder be back. He didn't just save me

in the lad going. Sometimes we have to go in

a place and say, okay, I'll be back, not just

that I'm going, but I'm going and I'm coming back.

I said this morning.

I like that word. People always say.

I'm going through, because if I'm going through, then that

means I gotta come out.

It's why you going through that. You can't sit down.

You can't get lazy, you can't start procrastinating. You can't

get tired because if you get tired, even if you

sit down, you might decide you want to lay down.

And you don't want to get so tired while you're

going through that you start laying down. Yeah, because you

get stuck in that place. You'll get stuck in that position,

and in that place you will find pain. Pain will

make you question if God really even cares. So many

people always think the pain ain't God. He wouldn't do this, Oh,

God wouldn't allow this to happen. But what we need

to learn is that God will a man. And when

God allows you to feel pain or to sense pain,

it's not for him to hurt you. It's not saying

that he don't care about you, but it's saying that

he loves you and he's trying to get something out

of you, or he's trying to get you to another place.

Maybe it's a place of maturity. I don't know what

it is. And even while we're trusting God, if I

trust God, then I lift.

That up unto God.

I don't know why I'm here, Lord, but this place

is hot, this place is tough, this place hurts. What

is it that you would have me to do while

I'm here? Because I know you didn't bring me this far.

To leave me.

It's always more when we're with God. As long as

we're yet still on this earth, there's more in us

that God can get out of us. So that's why

it's important that we keep moving. So she trusted God anyway.

Sometimes life hurts in ways that people cannot even see it. Hannah,

Hannah trusted God anyway. Hannah carried a pain. She's another

one of my favorite characters because with Hannah, the woman

to come giving her opposition was called Panina, and when

you look up the opposition, it was as if she

had an adversary.

So think about living with the devil.

Or being that close to the devil, because they were

both married to the same man, and you got the

devil picking at you every day.

I see you. You ain't gonna never be nothing. I

see you.

You ain't gonna never mount to nothing. Oh leave that alone.

You can't do that. I got you. You defeated.

You won't win.

God said there was victory, but there's no victory. That's

how the devil works. And so Banana was saying, Nan

nanny booboo. I got babies, you don't. Satan was saying,

look at me, I got more power than you do.

I got more authority than you do because you ain't

come into the record. The realization of the authority that you,

and sometimes we'll listen to that.

Sometimes it can be.

So rough and so tough that we sit there and

we listen to those voice and voices instead of listening

to God. God told us to cast down those voices,

those words, those things that.

Were not of him.

Pull it down with a quickness, and then we take

those and put the word of God in place of them.

So when he says you're nothing, you say more than

a conqueror.

When he say you ain't got this, you say on

the head and not the tail. When he said now,

you say now, God said I'm above and not beneath.

Even with your finances, God said, I'm the lenda, not

the ball.

It may not look like that right now, but you

keep saying it until it comes into fruition, until it's manifested.

In your life.

We have the power of life and death in our

turn and death in life if you put it the

right way. So we'll a lot of times we'll speak

death before we speak life. Yeah, because we're not trusting

in God. You're looking at that situation, and that situation

says I don't have it, and so you start saying

I don't have it, even though you are a lender,

not a borrow.

The borrow starts.

Calling the lender and asking and asking the lender take

that back. The lender who is who you are? Start

calling the person that should be borrowing from you to

get from them. We switch up our places because we're

not trusting in God and we don't have an understanding

of what it means to trust in God, because we're

now leaning to our own understanding that I understand and says,

this is what I have to do in order to

get by, this is what I have to say in

order to survive. I got to take this because he

said this. We don't have to receive anything that's not

of God, except for I'm not saying be disobedience, walking

disobedience when you at work, do what your boss say.

Do why submit unto your husbands? But I'm saying, when

it comes to the Word of God and situations and

circumstances that we're in, we should choose the Word of

God always over what we think.

That's what it means to trust in God with your

whole heart.

Instead of turning away from God, we should be running

to God in prayer. And a lot of times we

turn away soon as something happened.

Instead of you.

Saying, Lord, here I am help me to get through this,

you start running.

Makes no sense, you're running away from your help.

Hannah knew not to run away from her help, so

Hannah ran to him. Hannah ran straight to the temple

when she run. When she turned and ran to the temple,

Hannah got in there and Hannah cried out so that

they thought she was drunk.

But some of us need to do that.

It shows our trusting in God anyway, And eventually God

took her pain and turned her pain into purpose. Aim

was that i'm bearing. I can't have no baby, but God,

if you bless me with one, I'll give him.

Back to you her baby.

Her pain end up turning into purpose because Samuel ended

up being a worker for God. We never know what

we're counting out or what we're cutting off because we

don't run to God, we run away from it. Your

bearingness does not always have to be physical.

It can be spiritual.

And instead of you studying pressing in to God, you're saying,

oh no, I'm not gonna do this, and I can

testify for this with myself. Because when things wasn't looking right,

I just stopped reading the Bible, I say, oh Lord,

I ain't getting it anyway.

That's spiritual.

Studying, and I mean studying her reading the Bible every morning.

And I was just reading and reading and reading. It

wasn't getting in.

So instead of continue be pressing on, I just stopped.

And what that did was slow my purpose down, slowed

down what God could do in me. You don't stop

praying because God didn't answer your prayer, hallelujah. You keep praying,

pray without ceasing, the Word of God says And sometimes

have you ever prayed and.

It looks worse and you'd be like, oh, my goodness, I'm.

Praying God, I'm asking you to move this or help

me in this area. And the whole time you praying,

it's just getting worse. Man, you have to you got

to keep praying. Tell your neighbor, don't stop praying. Please,

don't stop praying. One of the other things I learned.

And sometimes my prayers ain't even for me. God trying

to get me somewhere so that I can help somebody else.

And if I stop, what I do is I put

Thos on hold because He's chosen me for them. There's

somebody for everybody. God didn't save us for ourself. God

saved that so that we could be in His work

in this earth. So there's somebody waiting on each and

every last one of us. Even if it's just your testimony.

People sit on their testimonies all the time. Why somebody

needs to hear that testimony. That person that has lost

trust need to know that because you trusted him, he

worked that thing out. And then they gonna be like, oh,

if she trust him and he did it for her,

come on now, I know.

He can do it for me. Sometimes that's just.

The push that they need a little testimony. This is

what God done in my life, A little prayer. I

hear people all the time, I can't pray.

I can't. It's not for you to say, oh, well,

this is how you pray, No pray for him.

God could have sent you to them for you to

pray for them because He knew that the prayer would

get through through you. And so many times again we

set on those things. Somebody needs to know them today

that your pain is not proof that God has abandoned you,

but your pain is proof that God can be using you.

Pain is not always from the enemy. You don't always

cause your own pain. God will allow you to go

through some things because He know what it's gonna take

to get out of you what's in you. Sometimes some

of us won't move without some pain. Sometimes some of

us won't pray without some pain. Sometimes some of us

won't even go to church unless there's some pain.

Let it hurt bad enough, let it.

Get bad enough, you'll be crying after God. Then even

the unsaved prayer to God.

When they don't know what else to do.

I'm just saying, they can give eyelight credit all they

want to. But when I wasn't saved and I knew

something was wrong, Man, God, Jesus Hallylujah here I am.

I didn't know if he were gonna answer me or not,

but I cried out. You give it enough and then

you start crying out to him.

We had the woman with the issue of blood.

She trusted God anyway, went through all she went through, spent,

all her money, went to all them doctors. And as

we was talking earlier on Sunday school about the leopards

that they had to holler unclean, she should have been

hollering unclean too.

That was just how it was back then. But she

trusted God.

So even after she had spent all her money, sought

all the help.

That she could seek. She even got weak. And you

know how I know she got weak, because after.

You lose so much blood, you can't help bub be weak.

This woman had an issue of blood for twelve long years.

This woman I took that.

I know.

People always say she crawled to Jesus because it was

such a crowd, But when I was studying at this

the other day, I didn't.

I got that she was weak.

She was weak, so in all her weakness, on the ground,

crawling to get to what she knew she had to have.

She trusted God anyway. She said, if I may touch

but the garment, if I just may touch the garment,

I shall behold.

She trusted God. If I just touched the garment and.

Got on her belly, I don't even see on her

knees because she was so weak. Twelve long years. You

got an issue for twelve lone years. Even if it's

not a bleeding issue, you got an issue for twelve

long years. Them kids been acting up for twelve long years.

That man been giving you the blues for twelve long years.

Your job has not been functioning right for twelve long years.

Two years some people just out of there. Twelve years.

She trusted God anyway, twelve long years. You can't help

but be tired.

Some of us need to get on our face, lay

on our belly, and cry to the Lord God.

I've been putting up with this for.

Twelve long years. Hear me here, I am, and you

ain't even gotta say nothing. Because she didn't say a

mumbling word. She tried to know that if she touched him,

she could be made hole. It's the same today if

I just touched him. He was in here this morning. Yeah,

and I'm not saying they ain't in her now, but

there was an overwhelming presence this morning. I could feel

the heaviness.

Hallelujah.

We should all be up when the house feels like that,

trying to touch the garment, because I'm just saying that

any issues you have, He'll make you hold. I seen

you proferens bringing them up here to the altar so

they could be made hole. I almost started to lay

hands on Mother Johnson, and God said no. The woman

with the issue of blood didn't ask for no help

oversee her, She just made it up in her mind.

I want to be whole, and she just went, we

don't have to have nobody lay hands on us. You

just got the goal with your mind made up that

I'm going for a healing. I'm not gonna wait until

the altar. Cow if it happens while I'm sitting in

my seat and they preaching, make goal. He waiting on

us while we steady waiting on him. That's why he

say when we trust in.

Him with our whole heart, it's.

The leaning to our own understanding that keeps getting us

because we think if we do it this way, and

I got to do it that way. And I can't

stand up while they talking, and I can't move while

the music is going, and Lord for bed, I start

praising while everybody else praising, because somebody might stop.

Praising and look at me. And that's the enemy.

Because if he can if he can convince you not

to get up and praise, if he can convince you

not the wrong when you hear that voice in the

back of your head say running or I'm gonna take

that back, that voice and in the back of your head,

that voice is sitting up on the throne of your heart,

and God is saying go go. Your fate's gonna make

you hold get up, move, lift your hands. Sometimes it's

just something that's easy as that, lift your hands. And

if you hear that, do it. God just trying to

get you to walk. And what he know you've been

asking him for. Remember, l row I is l row

is not I see all.

It's I see you. That's personal. That's personal. I see you.

I'm looking at what you doing. What do you want

from me? So he not giving that to everybody. Maybe

everybody else ain't raising their hands and you just sitting there,

But he tell you, lift up your hands, say thank you,

move to the side, back up, whatever it is, do it.

That's God trying to get you to move so he

can move up on you. Hey God, Holly elujah. And

if you trust him anyway, if you trust him anyway,

you're gonna do it. Because I trust him, I know

him a man. And that's what he's looking for. Some

radical out of their mind people, because when you in

your mind, you lean to your own understanding.

Here not asking you to lean to your understanding.

You have to see what you don't see, You have

to think what you don't think. He say, my wisdom

confines the wisdom.

Of them to think they was y'all ain't got it all.

Together just because you got a lot of book knowledge,

somebody that told you some stuff and you went with it. Now,

I take the foolish things of the world to confine

the wise.

Yeah.

So while we waiting for things to happen the way

we think they should happen, he's doing it totally different.

He moving in a different way.

You think because you lost your job, you're FeelA be broke.

He took you off your job so that he could

bless you, so that you couldn't be saying that's you. Yeah,

you was working too hard anyway. You were working so

hard you couldn't even do nothing for me, Tyler. So

I'm just saying, if I take her out a job now,

I can.

Use her for my glory.

Yeah, if I can loosen some of those hours there's

been chaining her down, I can use her for my glory.

And if you'll trust him anyway, he'll bless you. He's Jehovahjirah,

the god that provides. That's what provision is. So regardless

of how he gets it to you, if you trust

in him, he'll get it to you. You just got

to trust in him. You can't be looking at nothing.

Oh Lord, am I gonna do this?

To do that?

Like, I've been a little bit confused about my business

and yeah, and I done got to the point where, hey,

because I don't know what he wanted me to do. Yeah,

I didn't know what he wanted me to do. What

he called me out my job. He just said, come on,

come from among them, and be careful about how he talked, y'all,

because he don't talk like we talk. He said, come

from among them. I thought he wanted me to leave

my family. And I was like, oh, Lord, just got

said I can't leave my family. I'm just being honest

with you because I don't want you to miss out

on when God is talking to you.

I want you to just trust him anyway.

And so it took me a couple of weeks before

I figured out he was just calling me from my job.

I didn't know what he was gonna do. But because

I walked and trusted.

Him what he was saying, I ended up having a

home I've been doing home daycare for over eighteen years,

and God has been He's been providing home day car

was more than what my job was. I had a

prayer when I got saved, Lord, I want to do

more for you in the Kingdom. God created me a position.

You have to keep your ear open and keep your

prayers going. I couldn't be at church every Sunday. I

can only come what one Sunday out of a month

because the way nursing homes work you every other so

one Sunday out of a month. I say, Lord, but

I want to do something in the Kingdom. I mean,

I'm saved. I'm ready to run. And so he created

me a position. When he got ready to call me

off my job, he took the position that he created.

They hadn't had another charge nurse aid sens unless I

called him tomorrow and say they got one. People told

me they didn't even know why they created it.

I did.

You got to trust God anyway, Trust him anyway. When

we got our house, I didn't know what God was

gonna do. We went to banks. I remember our overseas

was sent us today bank y'all. We didn't have no

credit and people was talking about giving us money, but

they just wasn't giving us what we needed. We was

going based off of God. God sent us to a house.

The lady said, I can only charge this much for it.

This is what God told me.

This is the lady. So we went and.

Prayed over that house, walked through that house, and this

was gonna be our house. We claimed that baby. And

so we finally found somebody to give us money. But

they would only give us a certain amount. She say, on,

that's too much. That's not what I'm asking for. God

told me to only take this. They said, well, see

if you can convince her to put a central airror unit.

She say, nope, I can only do what God said.

So we kind of like got left out of it.

And I felt like, oh woe, it's me. The Lord

is that this thing for me? And it ain't gonna work.

And and hey, I think we all stopped praying. Man

Tyler was hurt. We just knew that was the house.

So I'm helping somebody today. Don't go out for your emotions,

don't lean to your own understanding, because our understanding was

that it wasn't for us. We wasn't gonna get it

moved in a house. And I'll never forget that. The

late Lady Morton was. She was courageous about everything.

Don't you put your stuff on that wall? She said,

she helped us move.

Don't you dare fix this house up. I didn't listen

to him.

I was crying and putting pictures on the wall.

Tyler, Well, Jesus, now we're gonna have to stay here.

I don't think we stayed in that house three months

before the Lord sent a man. What's your favorite scripture,

sister Jenny, give and it shall be given back to you?

And good mission pressed down, shaking together, running over, shall

who pour into your bosom?

Man?

That God sent a man, And the man said, I

don't know why I'm gonna do this, but I feel

like I need to help y'all.

I knew why.

Even though we'll stop praying, I still trusted in God.

But I'm just telling you don't stop praying because I

took up some time. When I stopped praying. We wouldn't

have had to stay in that house. As long as

we stayed, and we were scared and everything else.

That girl's room was taniko. Her room was.

Right on the side where they were selling drugs and

doing drugs, and so we were real scared. Yeah, yeah, yeah,

they're knocking all on the wonder but because we trusted

God anyway, even though it didn't happen, we trusted him anyway.

He showed up, and he showed up right on time.

And we've been in that same house for twenty one years.

So I'm saying, when you.

Trust God, and you trust God anyway, God would do

what he means to do, not what you have an

understanding for him to do, but what he means to do.

So we're gonna get ready to close that well, we

ain't gonna close it out. We got We're gonna go

into our next woman of God. Besides me. You just

I know, keep praying y'all. Threw myself in here. I

wasn't even in here. But I'm a good character for

just trusting God anyway too, because I know it's been

some time that I didn't want to, I didn't understand,

but I could yet trusted him anyway. I don't think

any of us always understand what God is doing. God

don't tell us his plans. The Bible says he knew

us before we were formed in our mother's womb, so

before he was even putting us together, he was playing it. Now,

this is what I'm gonna do with him and this

is what I'm gonna do with her, And I could

use her here, and if I can get her here,

then I can use her there.

And so we don't know.

So in our own human intellect, we we try to

figure things out ourselves. We don't not just know, we

don't always understand. But there are many in today again

who came smiling on the outside, but exhausted on the inside,

still serving, still loving, still praying.

And still believing. Continue to trust God anyway.

Even trusting God, we have to know that we're trusting God.

We have to trust him and obey. Verse six says

in all thy ways, acknowledge him, and he shall direct

our path. So when we're obedient, if he's directing our path,

we'll get exactly to where he's calling us to go.

God directing us means that we must render. And that's

why I say I thought about what sister pat was

saying on yesterday. Sometimes the fist ain't just helped up

tight because we're holding on the things. Sometimes the fist

is helped up tight because.

We think we got everything we need to loosen.

And as we loosen what we have or what we

think we have, then it's a whole lot easier for

us to be obedient to God. Esther is my woman

of God. Here esther trusted God. Anyway, Esther risk her

own life, her own life.

For her people.

Esther said, if I die, let me die. She knew

what she was supposed to do. She could have stayed silent,

but she understood that obedience was better because after her

uncle came to her and told her what she needed

to do, she said, okay, then we're fine.

The fast.

You tell them the fast, and I tell these in

here the fast because she knew that if they surrendered

it all to God, that God would do what he did.

And what is God a conqueror? He's victorious and everything.

That he do.

Where they did not see victory, she saw victory and

them connecting with God through fasting. The Scriptures says that

some of these things come only aut through fasting and praying.

That's why I always encarage everybody every now and then take.

You a little fast.

It won't hurt that sure kill this flesh that keeps

rising up and trying to have us to walk in

the things that we do. When we fast, we hear

more clearer from God. I know that just through fasting,

and so sometimes that fast is important to get us

to the next place that we need to go. God

mattered more than the comfort of esther. She said, if

our paris again let me perish. She trusted anyway, then

we have Deborah. Deborah trusted anyway. Deborah trusted enough to

lead doing uncertain times. Deborah was one of the first

women that I started reading about when I heard the

Lord say he had called me to preach because Deborah

was a judge, so I figured God had given her

a sense of authority over his people. And I was

trying to figure this thing out. I mean, how is

the Lord gonna call me to preach it.

I'm not a man.

I wasn't brought up in the church, so I didn't

understand how that it was with being a woman preacher

and then being for the Lord. I mean, it wasn't oversea,

it was God. I was at work and hey, I

called you to preach it. I couldn't understand that. So

Debor was one of the women that I searched. And

Deborah was not only just called to lead the army,

but Debor was called to be a leader. And there

was a man, and I can't remember his name. I

didn't write it now, but he.

Didn't even want to go.

She had to encourage him, and I said, okay, Lord,

so if you used Deborah in this way, then it

could be calling me to preach. Because it wasn't that

she was trying to take authority. She was just called

to a leadership that God knew she could handle.

He never caused us.

To something that He does not give us the equipment

to do. Even though you may feel like you can't

do this, well, you really can't because you can't do

it within yourself. And so Deborrah didn't do this within ourselves.

Deborah did this because she trusted God anyway. An unpopular

time for a woman to be raised up because during

this time women were often overlooked sometimes like it is now.

But now you see a lot of women preachers, You

see a lot of women leader. You did not see

that back in Depra's day. But Deborah trusted God anyway.

She trusted God's voice more than she trusted public opinion.

Sometimes we have to be careful about what other people

are saying. We have to be mindful that God has

the right word. Some people can be trying to encourage

you and instead of encouraging you, they're putting.

Fear in you. Girl. Don't do that. Oh now, girl,

that's too much for you. Don't do that. Yeah, it'll

be okay. Let somebody else do that.

Well, no, God said, And if God said it, God

got you while you're doing it. God is still using

women today who trust him, women who pray over their

own homes, women who are curage their children, women who

continue to worship even when it seems as if all

hell is breaking loose. Women who lead with wisdom and faith,

not within their own self, not with gossiping, not with

beating people up, but lifting people up.

God is still using those type of women.

So I'm encouraging the women of God in vip On

today to continue to allow God to use you God himself.

And now I'm closing, yeah, because I was gonna close

while going, I wasn't even ready to close there.

Amen.

But the beautiful thing about these women in the Bible

is that they all did not have perfect lives. And

I don't know why. Sometimes it's women. I know as

a woman, I've thought this. So mothers, granddaughters, even daughters, y'all,

we don't have to have it all together, if you've

got it all together, I don't believe God needs you,

because if you got it all together, you don't need God.

Now you think you can do it this way, and

it's gonna work this way, And I got this. I

them planning this out. But how many of you know

that God would take your plans, put them in a bag,

shake them up, and then throw them out. Yeah, because

He don't need our plans. God has a plan for us.

Ruth trusted through her loss, Hannah trusted through her pain,

Esther trusted through fear, Mary trusted through uncertainty, the women

with the woman with the issue of blood, trusted even

in the midst of usself. Because I'm telling you, twelve

years was a long time. She suffered. Some of us

have suffered, and some of us are still gonna suffer.

But it's important that we recognize that it's okay to

trust God anyway.

Amen.

Yeah, Debora trusted through responsibility. And the testimony of all

of them is that they trusted God anyway. I believe

that should be our testimony. Sometimes we don't understand what's

going on. Sometimes we don't understand why we even feel

the way that we feel, And even As I said earlier,

the message was a Mother's Day message to encourage women,

but I think it can encourage us all because none

of us know. There's uncertainty in all of our lives.

None of us knows what tomorrow holdes. We don't even

know if tomorrow's promise for us until we get to tomorrow.

If we get to tomorrow, I know. James said it

was like the people were being.

How would you call it, like bold and powerful within

themselves because they kept saying, we'll do this tomorrow tomorrow,

We'll do this tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. And he said,

y'all don't even know if y'all got tomorrow.

But they were walking in what they understood.

And that's why this trip is lean not to your

own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge me.

And then that gives.

God an opportunity to direct our path, because He wants

to show us the way in which we should go.

And I believe as we come to that place where

we do lean not to our understanding and we do

acknowledge God.

Then it helps us out as we take this.

Journey, because this is an uncertain journey for all of us.

I did not know that in my thirties God was

gonna call me to be saved. I did not know

he was gonna say preach. I did not know that

he was gonna put me in the places and the

positions that I've been in. So those are our uncertainties.

So on today, I just want the mothers, the women,

the grandmothers and the.

Me and y'all will have y'all own special day.

But on today being couraged that if you just trust

God anyway, he got you. Amen, Amen, and give it

up my stance to somebody because I trust God.

Come on and clap your hands. Hallelujah.

What a word somebody shall be in courage, being courage

anybody trusting in them today. Come on, I trust in God. Hallelujah.

He hears, how save you. It's good to see you

all of your aid man, But you do me a faith.

But staying on your feet real quick, hallelujah. And Joe,

just lift those beautiful hands to the Lord and just

and just magnifying your father and tell him thank you.

We say thank you because you're beautiful.

He knows you're beautiful because he created you beautiful. Hallelujah, hallelujah.
