  1. To surrender, which requires active submission, not passive agreement. And

  2. even the song that I just sang, and the one

  3. that you sang before then, and the ones that we

  4. continue to sing, it's not as much as us singing yes,

  5. as it is with us living yes.

  6. And so on.

  7. Today I will be coming from Luke nine fifty seven

  8. and sixty fifty seven through sixty two, and again it

  9. is my prayer that as I bring forth the word

  10. that I believe the Lord has given to me to

  11. share with you all, that this word would be.

  12. Life changing for us. Amen, and so for all.

  13. Of those that would and could if you could stand

  14. for the reading of the word.

  15. Amen, Amen. And the Word of God.

  16. Says according to Luke nine and fifty seven. And it

  17. came to pass that as they went in the way,

  18. a certain man said, unto him, Lord, I will follow

  19. thee whithersoever thou goest. And Jesus said, unto him, foxes

  20. have holes, and birds of the.

  21. Air have nest.

  22. But the son of Man hath not where to lay

  23. his head. And he said, unto another, follow me. But

  24. he said, Lord suffers me first to go and bury

  25. my father.

  26. Jesus said unto him, let the dead.

  27. Bury their dead, but go thou and preach the Kingdom

  28. of God. And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee,

  29. but let me first go bid them farewell, which are.

  30. At home at my house.

  31. And Jesus said, unto him, no man, having put his

  32. hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for

  33. the Kingdom of God. May God ad a blessing to

  34. the reading, hearing, and understanding of his word. Again, my

  35. theme is, and you can be seated in the presence

  36. of the Lord. Amen is what does your yes say?

  37. And because that's a question, that's a question.

  38. For each and every last one of us, it's an

  39. opportunity to self examine the yes is that we tend

  40. to put out there. Again, I think sometimes we forget

  41. the power that we have in our language. For the

  42. Bible says the power of death and life is in

  43. our tongue. And sometimes we speak without thinking, we speak

  44. without realizing that what I'm saying could be bringing life

  45. or death to something. And so again, a simple yes,

  46. a simple yes is what some people call it because

  47. it's one of little words yes, and it's either yes

  48. or no.

  49. Yeah.

  50. But when I ask you a question, you don't have

  51. to give me a long drawn out situation about it.

  52. If it's a yes or no question, you just answer

  53. yes or no. But that little small word carries a

  54. lot of weight because once I've said yes to something,

  55. then that means I'm accountable to what I said yes to,

  56. and whoever I said yes to.

  57. It's gonna be holding me accountable.

  58. If I say that I'm gonna help you, you'll be

  59. waiting on.

  60. Me to come help you.

  61. If I say that I'm gonna comb your hair, you're

  62. gonna be waiting on me to comb your hair. Because

  63. I said yes. I didn't say no, and I did

  64. not say maybe.

  65. I said yes. Yes.

  66. It is an active submission word. It's intentional, it's energetic.

  67. It has a behavior where the individual who has engaged

  68. in that word should be a responsive individual. We're not

  69. just passively complying to direct orders when we say yes,

  70. because if we were passively complying to direct orders, whatever

  71. they said we would do it, we wouldn't have the

  72. opportunity to say yes or no. But we've just had

  73. the opportunity to say yes. So when we say yes,

  74. I thought about overseer.

  75. More, how y'all always say up here, look at me,

  76. look at me, and we be laughing about that. We

  77. think that's cute. Look at look at me, look at me.

  78. So when he say look at me, the majority of

  79. the time we do what we look at him.

  80. But we have an we can have an opportunity or

  81. we have an option to say yes or no, but

  82. we comply with it.

  83. So that's that's passive.

  84. But active means that I can say yes or no.

  85. So when I say yes to something, I'm actively saying yes,

  86. I'm gonna do this, and it's gonna take actions for

  87. me to hold myself accountable.

  88. To that yes that I said. And so again, the

  89. song that I.

  90. Started out with was Shirley Caesar's song because I like

  91. that song. But you think about what Shirley is saying

  92. in this song. She said, I'll say yes, Lord, yes to.

  93. Yo will, now mine to God's will.

  94. Not only is she gonna say yes to God's will,

  95. but she's gonna say yes to the It's way, which

  96. means that's not my way, that's his way.

  97. I'll say, I will trust you and obey. So she's

  98. saying yes to all of these things which has nothing

  99. to do with her.

  100. So when we say yes, Lord, God, is saying on today,

  101. what does your yes really say? Does my yes say

  102. I'm really gonna follow you? And again I came with

  103. the action before, because if I'm saying yes, then that

  104. means I'm gonna have to put action to that Yes.

  105. If I say yes, I'm coming into work today, then

  106. I get up out of my bed, I take my bath,

  107. I do what I gotta do, but I make sure

  108. I get to work. So if I said yes when

  109. the Lord called me, I had a conversation with my

  110. grandbaby this morning and she's fifteen fifteen, sixteen years old,

  111. newly saved, and she say, now, I just feel like

  112. God ain't there no more. I'm talking to him and

  113. He's not listening to me. And so what do I do?

  114. And I find a book to help me get closer

  115. to God?

  116. What do I do?

  117. And so I explained, time spend with him. God is

  118. a relationship God. He wants to spend quality time with you,

  119. just like you want to hear him. And so what

  120. I was after I explained that to her, what I

  121. was telling us that we've already said yes, we said.

  122. Yes when God called us, we didn't call God.

  123. None of us got saved because Hey, I'm just ready

  124. to get saved.

  125. There was a drawing, and God.

  126. Was drawing us not to him, and so when he

  127. drew us not to him, we had the opportunity.

  128. To say yes.

  129. So if we've already said yes and committed to God,

  130. I'm gonna be with you, then now.

  131. The rest of our yes is have to line up

  132. with that. We said yes, I no longer belonged to me.

  133. I now belonged to you.

  134. We said yes, I've been paid for with a price.

  135. No longer on myself. We said yes to your will,

  136. his will and his way. And then doing that, we

  137. have put ourself in a place where there has to

  138. be some actions behind that yes. So one of those

  139. actions is taking time spending time with God in the word, praying,

  140. talking to him. It doesn't have to be that you

  141. have to always be on your knees to be praying.

  142. We can walk and pray. We can walk in commune

  143. with God. Surely put outline what she was saying and

  144. said that she meant to do what she said?

  145. How many of us? And today is the day not.

  146. For you to ask your neighbor, but to ask yourself,

  147. how am I committed to doing what I said I

  148. was gonna do, and I committed to my yes, not

  149. my yes to what I wanted to do, but my

  150. yes to God. When God called me in and then

  151. started giving me in on what to do, how to live,

  152. how to grow, how to nurture, how to mature. So

  153. many times, the reason that we can't grow and the

  154. reason that we can't move forward is because we're not

  155. adhering to the yes that we gave to God, but

  156. we're adhering to the yes that we.

  157. Gave to ourself.

  158. Because with God's yes, there's always gonna come some difficulties.

  159. There's always gonna come some crooked roads that you don't

  160. want to go down, because God ain't just this straight

  161. and narrow God, or you're gonna get it the way

  162. that you want it. A man, Abraham was seventy five

  163. when God called him out seventy five, and then he

  164. called him away from his family. Where was you at

  165. when God called you? What were you doing when God

  166. called you? Seecause when he called us, he called us

  167. out of something, and he called us out of it,

  168. not because he was trying to take us away from something,

  169. but because he was trying to give us.

  170. Direction.

  171. I'm gonna follow that way, and I'm gonna allow you

  172. to leave me. And one of the things I was

  173. telling my granddaughter this morning, I think the greatest thing

  174. that God could have ever done was send his spirit,

  175. because He never meant for us to do this alone.

  176. Amen. Amen, I heard the word on last Sunday.

  177. He send us some help, because that's some stuff that

  178. we need some help in. But we also have help

  179. inside of us. We have God's spirit that lives, moves,

  180. and abides within us that not only helps us to

  181. get to the destination that God.

  182. Has called us to get to. But if I mess up,

  183. Lady love More, He'll correct me. He'll get he'll check me,

  184. he'll pour my shirt.

  185. Tail, He'll help me get back in alignment with what

  186. God has called me to do.

  187. So.

  188. But does my yes saying it's okay? Does my yes

  189. to God say it's okay for you to check me today,

  190. It's okay for you not to let me walk in sin.

  191. It's okay for you not to let me walk in ignorance.

  192. But it should When I say yes Lord, I'm saying

  193. yes Lord, here I am.

  194. We always say when you say yes, Lord, raise your hand.

  195. What does that mean? That's a sign of surrenderings. When

  196. you surrender. If you was in the army and y'all

  197. was fighting and the enemy it came, and you surrender,

  198. you just lost yourself.

  199. You don't belong to you no more. You now belong

  200. to them. We're looking at the war that's going on

  201. right now.

  202. After so many of them get taken over and and

  203. say that, the U United States go in and they

  204. kill a whole bunch of the Iranians, and then there's

  205. something left behind and they say, okay, we surrender. Y'all

  206. already got everybody else, and they say surrender.

  207. They get up out of their space and they go

  208. with the enemy.

  209. Well, it's not for us to get up out of

  210. our space and go with the enemy. But it's for

  211. us to get up out of our space and go

  212. with God, who can lead us away from the enemy.

  213. And so what I'm saying, yes, what does my yessay?

  214. My yes will be seen by my actions. I say

  215. all the time. Actions speak loud of the words.

  216. And a lot of people don't want to believe that.

  217. But you are who you are. The Bible says, whatever's

  218. in a man's heart, so is he. So what's coming

  219. out of you is normally what's in you. So it's

  220. important that when we say yes Lord, that we know

  221. what we're saying yes to.

  222. We need to remember them.

  223. Our yes has to be an active yes, not a

  224. passive one. Because we know how to sing yes, we

  225. know how to shout yes. We even know how to

  226. lift our hands up and say yes. But the question

  227. today is that I'm asking you this morning, that God

  228. is asking us this day, what does your yest say?

  229. Is it easy to say yes when the music is playing,

  230. when the atmosphere is good, when the blessings are rolling in,

  231. and when everything is going your way, But as soon

  232. as something happens, when Jesus asked you to follow him

  233. into an uncomfortable place, is yo, yes?

  234. Still yes?

  235. I don't want to do that one. I don't want

  236. to go over there. I know they asked me to

  237. do it, but the biggest contrast worked smartlest word, but the.

  238. Biggest contrast word.

  239. But I know God said it, not even just because

  240. I heard God say it, because you know, everybody hear

  241. God nowadays. So sometimes we have to be careful with

  242. that one. If it don't line up with the word,

  243. it ain't God.

  244. Yeah. So and that's even for you, because sometimes we

  245. don't hear.

  246. And I can always be honest about me. I have

  247. to check myself sometimes.

  248. I was going through a little thing last week and

  249. I said, I thank God. I think it was ten

  250. because I was.

  251. Telling her, I say, Man, for every little thing that

  252. popped up, God gave me a scripture to show me

  253. that it was him, because sometimes it can be us,

  254. and sometimes because it's us.

  255. We think we know everything. So it's right.

  256. You know, I got three bachelor's degrees and or whatever

  257. the case may be. I haven't been to college four times,

  258. so I know I got this one right now. You're

  259. wrong because that ain't what God said. If it don't

  260. line up with the word, it's not God. And so,

  261. and we want to make sure that we're not so

  262. comfortable with being and doing what we want that every

  263. time God does say something, it feels uncomfortable because if

  264. I know God, then I know God gonna put.

  265. Me in some uncomfortable situations.

  266. If I know God, like I said, Abraham seventy five,

  267. come from among your family. He's taking him somewhere, and

  268. he don't know where he's going. He just know that

  269. God has called him to go, so he follows.

  270. Isn't that what the majority of us do when we

  271. get saved? Here, I am.

  272. Lord, and then we start singing those songs, even if

  273. we're wording them.

  274. Have your way in me, use me for your glory.

  275. I know. I'm good with that.

  276. And then when something bad happen, I'll be like Lord,

  277. but I ask him to use me. I'm reminded because

  278. using him for your glory might not feel good. That

  279. might mean you're gonna be broken disgusted for a little while.

  280. God will use you while you broken, disgusted, and then

  281. when he blessed.

  282. You with more than enough, now you can say, hey, God, this.

  283. He just used you for his glory.

  284. You sink down in your body, but you trusting and

  285. believing in God the whole time. You see it, the

  286. whole time you're going through you telling them my arm

  287. by Jesus strife from hell.

  288. Now God got me, No, God that went before me.

  289. But you still sick, and you real real ugly, and God,

  290. I don't feel good. But this is how He's using

  291. you so that he can get some glory out of

  292. your life for him. Then he picked you up and

  293. he bring you out and you shouting hallelujah. Look what

  294. God did. You just brought some glory to him.

  295. But sometimes we don't want to do that.

  296. You put yourself in a mess, and God say I'm

  297. to leave you here for right now. You know, he

  298. said he gonna leave you there, But you don't want

  299. to be there. You're fighting that. You're fighting against it.

  300. He saying, wait on me, be patient. But you said, yes, Lord,

  301. yes to your will and to your way. But the

  302. whole time you there, you're kicking against the prick. You're

  303. fighting against what God is saying. You're fighting against what

  304. he's doing.

  305. He said, just pray, be patient, just wait upon me.

  306. You can't even wait.

  307. You steady trying to fix the situation and work it

  308. out for yourself. What is that telling you about your

  309. yes to God? What does that say when you won't

  310. even wait on him patiently wait on him? And so

  311. when we do, when we say yes, it's important that

  312. we remember what that yes is gonna cause or call

  313. us to do. Loop nine gives this text describes what

  314. nine we're gonna Fifty seven. This text describes a few

  315. encounters that Jesus had with some.

  316. Would be followers. Would be He had his twelve. They

  317. don't win.

  318. And they done fed with the fish and the two

  319. loaves of bread. And now they got some more followers,

  320. and and he's sending them out his trying to train him.

  321. And he gets here to verse fifty seven, and here's

  322. some more would be followers. And so they made a

  323. show of wanting to be his disciples. That's what we

  324. should be doing. But we should be being his disciples.

  325. Amen.

  326. That's part of getting saved, that's part of coming in.

  327. So if he's gonna use us, we got to have

  328. a yes. If he asked us to go to the

  329. outermost or to.

  330. The outermost, we got to have a yes.

  331. He's using us where his disciples.

  332. So the disciples come to an end and they weren't

  333. willing to make the commitment. Yes, says I'm committed. If

  334. you tell me yes, I'm gonna believe that you're gonna

  335. do it.

  336. And I believe it until you showed me that you're not.

  337. And then if you show me that you're not for me,

  338. that's a hard one for me because it starts to

  339. bring mistrust to me. I don't know if I can

  340. trust that individual. Because they said they would and they didn't.

  341. But I thank God for God because he knows the future.

  342. So sometimes he'll just keep pushing and tugging at you

  343. and pulling at you. But God's go here was not

  344. to just give them salvation, but it's also about their discipleship.

  345. He doesn't just want you to show up for church

  346. on Sunday, but he wants you to show up and

  347. be visible throughout the rest of the week.

  348. That's discipleship.

  349. So if I said yes, Lord, to your willing, to

  350. your way, then I should always be doing something according

  351. to what God has called me to do. I should

  352. be witnessing, I should be sharing, I should be loving people.

  353. I should be helping people. There's so much for us

  354. to do that holds up to our yes. Your yes

  355. wasn't just hey, Lord, save me, send me to heaven.

  356. Now You're yes was here. I am do with me

  357. what you see fit. Remember, we don't even belong to

  358. ourselves anymore. If you don't belong to you and you

  359. belong to Him, why you doing what you want to

  360. do with you? This body is the temple of the

  361. Holy Ghost. He lives within us, So wherever we go,

  362. we're taking him. Whatever we do. He knows it. He

  363. sees it. God sees it beforehand. But now we got

  364. the Holy Spirit and we're taking him into these situations

  365. and circumstances with us. And thank God again, the Holy

  366. Spirit will bring forth conviction. So when you're not walking

  367. according to what God has taught you to walk to,

  368. you gonna get a tub. Hey remember what you said? Yeah,

  369. you told him that you would Remember you told God

  370. you would go.

  371. Why didn't you go?

  372. They all just went yeah, because I heard people all

  373. the time. Uh, I ain't going, not me. They got enough,

  374. They don't need me. It was two of them. They

  375. don't need a third leg. No, we need that third leg.

  376. So but Luke.

  377. Gives us the account of three examples of people who

  378. talked the good game but were unwilling to get up

  379. off the bench. I promise you I'm not a good

  380. best player. So if you're on my team, please don't

  381. sit on the bench. We need you, and that's in

  382. our honesty.

  383. We need you.

  384. How can we have a team and everybody want to

  385. sit on the bench.

  386. Do nobody want to get up and play?

  387. And eventually those that are in the game gonna get tired.

  388. We're not immortal. Somebody has the substitute.

  389. If you said yes, Lord, you told him when you

  390. come into the kingdom, you got me, that gave him

  391. high fire. Here you go, Lord, you got me. I'm

  392. in this thing. What you need me to do, where

  393. you need me to go? And then as soon as

  394. somebody asked you to go or to do something, it's

  395. completely different.

  396. Why because you see that as a man.

  397. You don't see that as a man that God will use,

  398. you know, the God that the people of God said,

  399. don't talk to us no more, No speak to us.

  400. To Moses. Oh you too much for us. We can't

  401. handle that. Speak to us Moses.

  402. So he's still speaking to us today through man. So

  403. our leader, because I'm talking to VIP, our leader asked

  404. us to do something and we can't do it. Because

  405. our leader asked us to do it, he still got

  406. two legs.

  407. Won't he do it?

  408. He still know how to drive, won't he do it?

  409. I know he know how to sweep. Won't he do it?

  410. Because that's what he's saying. What is your yes?

  411. Say? It's your yes to him, but it's also your

  412. yes to.

  413. The kingdom, to kingdom work, to kingdom duties. What did

  414. Jesus tell him.

  415. It was about the kingdom, had nothing to do with

  416. with just Jesus. They wanted to follow Jesus just to

  417. follow Jesus. Jesus was a popular god at.

  418. This time, so we want to follow you because more

  419. than likely you can bring us some popularity. But Jesus said,

  420. this ain't about me. This is kingdom work. I ain't

  421. even here to be popular. I'm here to do what

  422. my father called me to do, and what my father

  423. called me to do. If y'all don't see it, it's uncomfortable.

  424. So he told the first.

  425. Man, he said, I'll follow you wherever you go. And

  426. Jesus wanted him to.

  427. Know that foxes don't have holes, birds don't have nests,

  428. and neither does the son of man have anywhere to live. Hey,

  429. you want to follow me. I don't even have a house.

  430. You think I'm popular. People want to kill me, but

  431. you want to follow me. You living to lose your

  432. life for following me? You sure you want to follow me?

  433. And I like the way that Jesus put that out there,

  434. because he puts that out there for us, because some

  435. of us gonna be crucified for Christ. Some are gonna

  436. be martyred for Christ. Some are gonna be really cruel

  437. christ I see Christians to get mad because people talking

  438. about them. Come on, now, make that makes sense. Somebody

  439. said something about you, and you mad because I'm a

  440. Christian and they said they were talking about me.

  441. Your skin ain't.

  442. Tougher than that you wanted Jesus disciples, I'm just saying,

  443. you got power and authority from heaven, and you hurt

  444. because somebody said something about you.

  445. Come on, so Jesus, Jesus wanted them to know.

  446. I mean, you want to follow me, but I ain't

  447. even got no where to lay my head. Yeah, second tim,

  448. it's I'm sorry, I'm going ahead of myself. What Jesus

  449. was telling them is that his yes to discipleship would

  450. sometimes come with uncertainties and even have.

  451. Some hard times. Y'all have any hard.

  452. Times, thanks of God, raise your hand and saying this

  453. is for us this morning, you got any certainties in

  454. your life?

  455. Yeah? So I'm just saying why we won't go?

  456. Then when we told to go, we already getting uncertainties

  457. and uncomfortability.

  458. At least if we get it with.

  459. Jesus holding ourselves accountable to tie, Yes, we got some help. Yeah,

  460. you got, you got help, you got a backup system.

  461. You got angels behind your angels going before you. You

  462. got the Holy Spirit, you got God's anaty that is strong,

  463. that lifts up yolks. And then when you really get

  464. in trouble, he say, you got his name. His name

  465. is a strong tower for the righteous where we can

  466. run in and find safety.

  467. Come on, now, you might as well hanging over Jesus, you.

  468. Might have Well, if you're gonna say yes, you might

  469. as well keep going, going all the way. At least

  470. you got some help while you're going all the way,

  471. for when things get tough, for when things don't turn

  472. out your way.

  473. I got some help. So what does your yes say?

  474. Does my yes say? I trust in God.

  475. For many of the afflictions of the righteous, but only

  476. God can deliver them out of them. All you gonna

  477. go through some stuff. Quit acting like it's supposed to

  478. be hunky dory on this side. We got an enemy

  479. and a battlem and we didn't have been called to

  480. be soldiers.

  481. In the army.

  482. How many soldiers back off when it's time to fight.

  483. It's a lot?

  484. Oh what in this army? Oh yeah, okay, help us

  485. out there, Lady Love, Lady love, most say it's a

  486. lot of them, and it more than likely us because

  487. a lot of people have said yes, but have not

  488. helped theirself accountable.

  489. To that yes.

  490. And if we say yes, we got to hold ourself

  491. accountable to the yest. Because I can tell you this,

  492. because of this message, God is holding us accountable because

  493. many of us say things and when our mouth we

  494. say one thing, but our hearts be far from it.

  495. And God is trying to get our hearts to line

  496. up our mouth to line up.

  497. With our hearts.

  498. Yeah, we can't just keep speaking and saying stuff just

  499. to say something. Yeah, we're not babblers. Tewod Timothy three

  500. and twelve says, yay, and all that live a godly

  501. life in Christ, Jesus shall suffer persecution. You're gonna go

  502. through something. You're gonna go through something. It's no way.

  503. Out of it.

  504. But like I said, at least if you with Jesus,

  505. you're going through it, and you got a backup system.

  506. When I was in the world, I didn't have a

  507. backup system when things went bad.

  508. I didn't pray. When times got heard, I didn't pray.

  509. I didn't have that.

  510. Backup system them. If I was broke, I got an

  511. extra job. Then I was tired and I couldn't get

  512. no rest. I'm just saying, we have to look at

  513. the situation. So I do I stay on this side

  514. and say yes and know that I have helped Satan

  515. don't help his people.

  516. Satan uses his people.

  517. He manipulates his people, and the same way that he

  518. trying to torture the Saints, he's still torture his people.

  519. Satan ain't got no love for nobody. Satan is not love.

  520. But when you come to this side, you got a

  521. father that loves you.

  522. Not only do he love you, he loves you unconditionally.

  523. He'll be with you from now and to the end.

  524. He won't ever leave you. Neither will he forsake you.

  525. We don't have that on the other side. So what

  526. does my yes say? What am I actively doing to

  527. the with that yes that I said to God? Am

  528. I actively working and moving in the kingdom? Am I

  529. keeping my word? Holding myself accountable the things that I

  530. don't know, saying Lord, teach me, Lord, show me the way,

  531. and not always being so quick to say no to

  532. the man, because I think that the man can't be got.

  533. God couldn't have told him to ask me that. I

  534. know God didn't. I'm gonna go and pray about it.

  535. Can you pick up that trash? Let me go pray

  536. about that, because I don't know?

  537. Can you? Can you motor yard? If there? I got

  538. to pray about that one? I don't know. So what

  539. your yes, it's not active, Your yes is passed.

  540. If you just sitting there waiting on somebody to tell

  541. you what to do, and then as soon as they

  542. tell you what to do, now you mad because I

  543. know he didn't say that to me.

  544. I know he didn't talk to me like that.

  545. You know, it's hard to bring forth correction in the

  546. church because again, if somebody is mature in a certain area,

  547. then they feel like you can't tell them nothing. But

  548. they'll go to work and they vous for discipline them,

  549. and they'll let the bouce discipline them about what they did.

  550. But when they come to church, the man of God

  551. or the woman of God can't discipline them about what

  552. they did. You can't correct me about what I did either,

  553. because I know that I know that. I know that

  554. I know, but.

  555. You don't know.

  556. And so that's one of the areas in the church

  557. and in the body of Christ where sometimes you really

  558. have to make sure of what your yes was, because

  559. my yes says I'm teachable, My YT says I can

  560. be corrected by the Man of God. And then especially

  561. if I know the word. Now, if you don't know

  562. the word, maybe you think what the Man.

  563. Of God is saying is wrong.

  564. Get to know the word, because if God has put

  565. you under a leader, it's for that leader to lead you.

  566. And if that leader ain't leading you right and you

  567. know the word, then maybe you do need to find

  568. you a different leader. But if that leader is leading

  569. you right and you know the word, then you know

  570. that that's God using the leader to speak to you.

  571. Don't be like the children of Visrael and have to

  572. wander in the same wilderness for forty years.

  573. Just because you won't listen.

  574. Because God told the Man of God to ask you

  575. to do something and you won't do it. You stayed,

  576. oh no, no, that don't saund right. And so now

  577. you're still there. God trying to get you to move

  578. in a different place, trying to get you to do

  579. something different, something unfamiliar to you, because He trying to

  580. bring you out of your comfort zone. But you don't

  581. want to listen to him because you think he trying

  582. to make you do something you don't want to do.

  583. So now you still stuck because where God was trying

  584. to get you to move to the next to the

  585. second role, Move up, come up, come up to the

  586. first row, and you won't come up to the first

  587. role because you think he trying to get you to

  588. the first row so that he can say something to

  589. you that ain't this side.

  590. Of line, so you won't come up the whole time.

  591. It ain't him, it's God saying, come up, baby, I'm

  592. tired of you sitting.

  593. In the back. I'm tired of you being where you are.

  594. I got blessings for you, I got more for you,

  595. but you take.

  596. Heed, so then you stay in that place.

  597. The second man, when he was asked to follow Jesus,

  598. that man said that he needed to go bury his father.

  599. He said, Lord, suffer me first to go bury my father.

  600. Notice what he said, first first? How many of us

  601. put us first? Let me do this first. I hear

  602. what you said, Lord, but let me do this first.

  603. I gotta go over here. Wait a minute, Lord, wait

  604. a minute, because this was already here. So if I

  605. do this first, then I'll be able to do this

  606. what you what you asked me to do, steady trying

  607. to put stuff in order, or at least make sure

  608. you get.

  609. Your stuff done first.

  610. Because if I can get mine done first, then I

  611. got plenty.

  612. Of time for God. You y'all know that. But if

  613. I get mine done, I know the church need cleaning,

  614. but I gotta clean my house first.

  615. Yeah, I know that they need finances, but I gotta

  616. do mine first. How I'm gonna pay your bills and

  617. I ain't paid mine because you ain't got no trust

  618. in God? Because if the Lord say do it, I

  619. suggest you do it. But no, he wanted to do

  620. his first what he needed to do first. I'll obey,

  621. but first let me see how this works out. Lord,

  622. I'll go, but first let me handle this one. If

  623. Yo yes to Jesus must come first, then yr yes,

  624. Saint to Jesus. Because Matthew six and thirty three says

  625. he key first the kingdom. The kingdom will and then

  626. when you seek that first, look at what he gonna do.

  627. He gonna add all all that you need, all the

  628. stuff that you don't have. See he was doing it backwards.

  629. He wanted him first, put Jesus second. That's like many

  630. of us, and we have to be honest with ourselves.

  631. How many times do you put Jesus first?

  632. What is yo yes? Say?

  633. Because if I say yes to your will, it ain't

  634. what I want, it's what you say. And sometimes again

  635. it's hard to hear him. It's hard to hear somebody

  636. you don't spend time with. That's why it's important to

  637. read the word. He not trying to get you to

  638. like get into a book reading club with the Bible,

  639. a book club for this one. This really is basic

  640. constructions before leaving earth. And when you not only adhere

  641. to him, but when you put these scriptures to.

  642. Work, then the word will start becoming life.

  643. You and so not me first, God first, and so

  644. after I them put Jesus first. Jesus was saying that

  645. it wasn't that he wasn't the family wasn't important. That's

  646. not what he was saying to the man. But we

  647. have to get an understanding that even sometimes for our family,

  648. we got to put God first. Said, I'm still waiting

  649. on two of my kids to come in.

  650. Well, if I take all.

  651. My time and effort and put it into making them

  652. come in, making them be saved.

  653. Making man, you can't we.

  654. Can't save them, and we can't make them stay saved.

  655. But if I put God first, and I'm praying, and

  656. I'm adhering to God and I'm listening to God, God

  657. himself would start drawing them in, just like he drew

  658. me in. I promise you, I'm gonna pastor. Somebody were

  659. praying for me. Somebody was praying for me because I

  660. didn't know no whole bunch of saves folks. Somebody was

  661. just praying, Lord, softening somebody's hard open up. They blinded eyes, God,

  662. drive them from afar off. And while they were praying.

  663. God was looking at me, hallelujah.

  664. But that person put God first. They was praying for sinners.

  665. They was praying for souls to come in. Yet sometimes

  666. even in our prayer life, we'll put our prayers.

  667. Before everything else.

  668. That song, it's miss miss me, oh Lord, standing in

  669. the need of prayer, and I am. But he just

  670. told me that if I seek you first, the kingdom garden,

  671. all his righteousness, then all those things he would add

  672. unto me. So whoever sudden, that song was right.

  673. But we don't want to get to the point where

  674. we only praying for us. We saved.

  675. I just heard Minister Whimpley say it this morning. If

  676. you don't do another thing, you've done enough for me.

  677. If I don't get another blessing, meaning even the error

  678. that I breathe, that's a blessing. I think we look

  679. at blessings and stuff. If I don't get another thing,

  680. he's done enough for me. He saved my soul.

  681. I have an opportunity to not spend eternal after life

  682. in hell.

  683. I'll be able to spend it in heaven. So he's

  684. done enough. So when it comes to putting first, we

  685. need to always make sure that I yes, says I'm.

  686. Putting Jesus first. When Jesus calls.

  687. Us, he don't want to be added to our list

  688. of priorities. Okay, I just got to say, I gotta

  689. go to work, I gotta be a wife, I gotta

  690. be a mother. Well, I do gotta go buy groceries,

  691. and I need to clean up. Okay, So I'm gonna

  692. put Jesus right in here, right here at Jesus.

  693. And it's midway. But I got you there.

  694. That's not what he's looking for because if you put

  695. him at the top.

  696. Your priority list, he got all the rest of that.

  697. Yeah, he gonna take all the rest of that, take

  698. her all the rest of that.

  699. Yeah.

  700. What you couldn't do now you can do with him

  701. because he at the top. Now I got extra strength, Amen,

  702. I got strengthened. I don't even know where the strength.

  703. Come from, Lady Love.

  704. Yesterday's walk was truly a blessed But I got home,

  705. and oh my goodness, my knees was talking to me

  706. in all kinds of languages, and I didn't understand that.

  707. I said, Jesus, I hadn't heard nothing from them in

  708. a long time. But because I put God first, not

  709. only was I able to go out and do God's work, but.

  710. Even after I did God's work, I.

  711. Was able to do my work. And after I did

  712. my work, I was even able to fix a little

  713. something for the husband to eat. I was able to

  714. go in there and clean, y'all. I had so much

  715. strength I didn't go to bed two one o'clock this morning,

  716. and then got up at six o'clock this morning and put.

  717. On Sunday dinner, cleaned up the kitchen.

  718. I'm just saying when we put him first, he's top

  719. of the priority.

  720. Then God would do the rest.

  721. So then you don't have to listen to the enemy

  722. tell you you don't.

  723. Have time to read.

  724. You know that, right Yn, You don't have time to pray.

  725. You busy. You see, all this stuff you got to

  726. do causes us to get in a place that's outside

  727. of God. We become procrastinators. Now we not just procrastinators,

  728. but now we're lazy.

  729. I'm tired, I can't do this. Ooh.

  730. But that's what happens when we don't set our priority

  731. lis stuff right. Jesus should always come first. I always

  732. come first, because if I allow him to come first,

  733. then he'll help me with the rest of them.

  734. He's my strength when I am weak. Hallylujah.

  735. It's only because a him that I'm awakening in the morning.

  736. He's my wisdom when I don't know what to do.

  737. He's my words when I don't know what to say.

  738. Put him at the top, let him have his way,

  739. and I'm just saying, what does my yes say? Because

  740. my yes is gonna always speak loud, I won't be

  741. able to tell you yes, I'm a good Christian, Yes,

  742. I'm a lovely lady. Yes, I'm an awesome person. I

  743. am the best wife, I'm the best friend. No, my

  744. actions will always show that. Yeah, because if I ain't

  745. being the best friend of my friend need like by

  746. showing my best friend. If I ain't there when you

  747. need me, if you can't call me every time you

  748. call my phone on dm ME I think that's what

  749. they call it, or every time you come by my house,

  750. I want to open my door. What kind of that

  751. shows what kind of friend I am.

  752. Mother. It's gonna take care of her kids.

  753. She gonna make sure they fast, she's gonna make sure

  754. they bathed, she's gonna make sure they have clothes on

  755. their back.

  756. That's your action to being a good mother.

  757. I'm not just gonna believe you know good mother because

  758. you told me you was a good mother.

  759. So a lot of people say they are a lot

  760. of things that they not.

  761. So thank God, the actions have to line up.

  762. With that one.

  763. Your yes says it won't keep looking back. That's our

  764. third point, because I'm moving fast. It's said that we

  765. won't keep looking back. There was another man that came

  766. to Jesus. He say, Lord, I'll follow them, but let

  767. me bid them farewell.

  768. Which are at my house.

  769. You gotta go all the way back home because you

  770. have met Jesus on the street.

  771. Now you want to go all the way back home.

  772. You're taking quality time away from the Savior to go

  773. back somewhere, and.

  774. No telling how far back it is.

  775. And even with studying this, I thought maybe it had

  776. something to do with like a backslaughter. Yeah, they're not

  777. talking about the backslaughter. They just talking about people like

  778. Lot's wife that were told not to look back, and

  779. she kept looking back, so she turned into a pillow

  780. of sack.

  781. He talking about the.

  782. People to keep looking back. And because you looking back

  783. when you're going forward with you're making mistakes. That's why

  784. he compared it to plan on the field. How can you?

  785. I don't. I can't see what I'm doing in the front,

  786. So how I don't even know where I'm going? I'm

  787. off track?

  788. First off, because I'm still looking back. He in front

  789. of me, because the Lord goes before me. That's been

  790. my prayer tell that is the Lord goes before me.

  791. So if God is in front of me, why am

  792. I looking back? I'm losing space. I'm making all kinds

  793. of mistakes.

  794. And then I'm a visionary.

  795. So I've seen the person with the plow.

  796. Yeah, now your pastor is crookd uh, not at all

  797. got out Yours got out somebody else's.

  798. And then when he got out of the us because

  799. you steady looking back, you don't have to go back.

  800. God got you.

  801. And if your family come and God and bring them.

  802. I'm a witness to that. I got two in the

  803. church now.

  804. At God's time, at their daytiming, really, because He's not

  805. gonna force him.

  806. But you keep praying for him. You don't stop praying

  807. for him.

  808. You don't never stop praying for your unsaved level, and

  809. you don't never stop praying for unsaved people. Salvation is beautiful,

  810. is it not. I'm saved. I'm grateful that I am saved.

  811. Salvation brings me happiness, It brings me joy, So why

  812. would I.

  813. Not want that for somebody else.

  814. We'll always be praying for the center man to come

  815. down to God and to know him and the fellowship

  816. that we know him in.

  817. But I can't do that if I'm looking back.

  818. I either got the keep turning that you're gonna have

  819. to cooking your neck eventually. Are you just gonna mess

  820. up everything in front of you. Yeah, how you gonna

  821. keep driving? But looking in the rearview mirror, it's impossible.

  822. I can't drive and talk, sister lady Moore, I can't,

  823. And I ain't shamed. People tell me all the time.

  824. I was just waving at you and just blowing.

  825. Man.

  826. If I don't stay forward, yeah, I got to.

  827. I be in the store.

  828. I can't push a basket and text on the I

  829. have to stop.

  830. I can't text and talk. And I'm okay with that. Yep,

  831. that's me. Yeah, uh huh. But I ain't turned back here.

  832. I ain't turning back. Yeah.

  833. So I'm still still and focused. And that's how we

  834. have to be with God, still and focused, and sometimes

  835. we get We put so much in our basket.

  836. You got so much going on.

  837. That's why you study looking back, you steady, looking back

  838. by what you just picked up while ago, what you

  839. picked up yesterday, instead of looking forward and allow on.

  840. God to lead you.

  841. If God leads you, you ain't got to keep picking

  842. up stuff, cause he gonna tell you what to do.

  843. He gonna tell you how to do it. He gonna

  844. tell you which connor to turn. So we have to

  845. my yes, has to say that I'm gonna you all

  846. the way and the way I'm gonna show that by

  847. action for that is that I'm not gonna be looking

  848. behind me. I'm not gonna be looking to myself, no offense, Mother,

  849. Elder Johnson. I can't be looking at you. I can't

  850. be looking to Minister Whimley. I can't be looking at you,

  851. lady a little more. I love all of y'all. And

  852. if the Lord send me to you, I'm coming because

  853. I know he got something for me through you. But

  854. if I take my focus out for God and put

  855. my focus on all y'all.

  856. I'm gonna be messed up, messed up a man.

  857. So this third man had to realize, you can't take

  858. your eyes off of Jesus. And studying this text, I

  859. found that Jesus was considering this man to be double minded,

  860. not Baxley and double minded. You got so much going

  861. on up here, because you got so much going on

  862. back there, and you looking at it. Man, ain't that terrible.

  863. We've been there, We was at four. We got saved.

  864. Thank God, he opened our eyes up. Now understand why

  865. he have to remove the scales from blinded eyes, cause

  866. we needed to see that Halley lu Yak and so

  867. brought us out. Don't go back. Stay focused if you

  868. have said yes, Lord, stay.

  869. Focused God, what would you have me to do? God?

  870. Which way do you want me to go? Quit doing

  871. stuff in our own I don't know what tomorrow hoes.

  872. I can just guess on it.

  873. And even with guessing on it, I can make the

  874. biggest wrong guess. But when I'm focused on Jesus, when

  875. I'm listening to what God says, the author and the

  876. finisher of my faith, the one who will.

  877. Lead and guide me into our righteousness. Yeah, I'm not

  878. looking back. I'm staying forward ahead. Amen.

  879. It says he is comparing him to someone in the

  880. field because while planned, he's looking behind himself, which would

  881. cause him not to have.

  882. A straight feel, but a crooked feel. Your yes requires

  883. forward movement. Your yes requires forward movement.

  884. I can't tell y'all how many times. And like I say,

  885. I'm always honest about me. That's why I say today

  886. is a check yourself. I'm not telling you tell your neighbor. No,

  887. I'm telling you tell you. God wants you to check

  888. you because sometimes we won't check us because we think

  889. we got it. All together. I'm all that in a

  890. bag of chips. I make sure my daily prayers. Lord

  891. exposed me to me, because if you expose me to me,

  892. you give me an opportunity to get.

  893. With you and then me and you can get this

  894. right so that you.

  895. Don't expose me to them, because if they see my

  896. flyer now the people of God see your flowers, they

  897. gonna start talking about you and putting you down.

  898. God see your flowers. God gonna help you out. Amen.

  899. So Lord, don't expose me to them. People that won't

  900. help me.

  901. Expose me to me, and then I can come to

  902. you and say, ooh, Lord, man, you need.

  903. To help me with that one I still got.

  904. I still need some help in this area because none

  905. of us are finished work.

  906. That's why he.

  907. Could look back. It was something that wasn't finished. Whenber

  908. he had to go back and tell his family. It

  909. wasn't just saying good bye, but why I'm there, Hey,

  910. how y'all doing?

  911. And this is what I'm gonna do. You ain't got

  912. to tell everybody where you going. Just go. If Jesus

  913. said go, let's go.

  914. Yeah, everybody don't need to know where I'm going because

  915. everybody ain't qualified to go with you anyway, and sometimes

  916. you ain't qualified to go with you. You need to get

  917. you out the way because you still limiting yourself up

  918. because you're looking back and saying, remember when I messed up,

  919. Remember I couldn't I can't do that.

  920. God.

  921. Yeah, remember I'm I'm I don't know how to hold

  922. onto that the right way. We start seeing the little

  923. bitty things about us and we turn them into a

  924. moat or a mohill.

  925. And God is looking.

  926. At that little bitty thing that's bad about you, where

  927. you can't remember, where you don't sweep right, or you

  928. don't clean right, and he's saying, man, I can take

  929. her and get some glory out of her, because as

  930. I move her forward, then I can grow her and

  931. I can mature her.

  932. She may think she ain't qualified.

  933. But I see something in there that qualifies her. But

  934. because you looking back then when you felt like you

  935. wasn't qualified or you did something that made you unqualified,

  936. now you won't.

  937. Go forward with the Lord. Yo. Yes, could be holding

  938. up God's plan.

  939. Yo, yes, could be holding up things for somebody else.

  940. Remember we wasn't called for ourself. God is using us.

  941. He's using us to bring others in. He's using us

  942. to disciple. I love our vision to reach those of

  943. the loss, equip those of the faun, and then send

  944. those that the chosen. But if I don't never go

  945. after nobody, if I don't never tell nobody, if I

  946. won't never help nobody. But I said yes, that's part

  947. of the great commission to go out. So I'm not

  948. just saying yes to the vision for VP. I'm saying

  949. yes to the Lord. And we just got through singing that,

  950. didn't we. I say yes, Lord, yes to your willing,

  951. to your way. I say yes, Lord, Yes, I will

  952. trust you and obey, And when your spirit.

  953. Speaks to me and.

  954. My whole heart, I'll agree and the answer will be yes, Lord, Yes, y'all.

  955. We have to be more careful about what we're saying,

  956. because the Lord say, we'll get caught up in these

  957. songs and it's just that a song.

  958. But it's not just a song.

  959. Those are words that we are given to God, words

  960. that we should honor.

  961. And how do we honor them with our actions? With

  962. our actions?

  963. Sometimes God is calling us forward, but we're still looking backwards,

  964. looking back at old relationships, old habits, oh, disappointments, old failures,

  965. what we used to have and what we used to be,

  966. We're not there no more. Let it go, Let it go.

  967. You have to let it go. You can't bring the

  968. old into the new, or it's never new. You just

  969. to move the couple of steps. But I'm not trying

  970. to move a couple of steps for me. I'm trying

  971. to go to high heights and deeper.

  972. Depths in God. How you gonna get the high heights.

  973. And deeper depths in God? And you got this big

  974. old load your back heavy. He done sent the annoyingting

  975. to lift up the yolk, and you won't let the

  976. yoke go, you holding on to it, keeping it on

  977. your neck, because you won't let go. In order for

  978. us to be successful in life, we have to let

  979. go of some things.

  980. And that's not even just spiritually, that's in the world.

  981. I can't never be promoted if I keep saying now

  982. I work right here, and they said, now come up here,

  983. you've been doing good. Not only that, I want to

  984. give you a raise. God said, I want to give

  985. you a raise, Come on up here. We won't even

  986. go up there with God to get the raise. We

  987. study holding onto the past, holding onto stuff, and won't

  988. let go.

  989. God is saying, let it go. That's part of your yes.

  990. Set yourself free from the things that are holding you

  991. bound again.

  992. This is a personal.

  993. God is saying, I call you to come forward, each

  994. and every let that's one of us. He never called

  995. us for us to stay where we were. Our God

  996. is a moving god. Our God is a productive god.

  997. If you steal where you was when you first got saved,

  998. check yourself, and.

  999. Then go to the Lord.

  1000. And Lord, I repent, I wasn't listening, maybe I didn't

1001. do this, whatever the case may be, I repent.

1002. This is our own repentance. And quit thinking you don't

1003. have to repent no more because you saved.

1004. It's still some stuff that we need to turn away from.

  1005. And I'm just saying.

1006. Because I say repenting, people like, oh, that's what you

  1007. do to get saved.

1008. Now, that's what you do to keep moving.

1009. If I know I'm messed up and I'm in the wrong, God,

1010. I repent, help me to turn away from that thing, never.

1011. To go back to it again. Lady love more.

1012. If I tell you that the class that we did

1013. on good Stewardship, if that wasn't life changing to me? Man,

1014. Thank God that it was life changing. No, But I

1015. had to repent because I was being misuseful of the

1016. finances you was giving us. God, I was wasting. I

1017. was being selfish in some areas. I was being very,

1018. very man. I was bad with finances. But I repented.

1019. And because I repented, now God is helping me. My

1020. whole financial aspect, my whole financial outlook has changed.

1021. And somebody said, well, why are you repenting. That's not

1022. like a saying why come in? That's his.

1023. And he gave it to me, and he told me

1024. to be a good steward over.

1025. And I wasn't a good steward over. Forgive me, Father.

1026. Yeah, but we think it stops with salvation, like you

1027. just walking perfect like you, Jesus, you got it all together.

1028. You ain't never made no mistakes. We not Jesus, honey. Yeah,

1029. we're pressing towards it in along the way as we

1030. mess up. Repent. If you sin, ask for forgiveness. Don't

1031. stay in sin. If you sin, ask for forgiveness, don't

1032. let nobody tell you that's okay.

1033. Church folks do that, because we ain't church folks. We

1034. follows of Christ. Amen. So there's a certain type of

  1035. lifestyle that we live.

1036. We can't continue to plow forward while constantly looking backwards.

1037. Yo, yes should say I'm leaving what.

1038. I need to leave, and I'm moving where God is

  1039. calling me to move.

1040. What does your yest say?

1041. That's the question for each one of us to ask

1042. ourselves on today, and it's according to the text that

1043. I just read. The first one would be, does your

1044. yest say that I'll follow Christ? Does your yes really

1045. say that? And again, sometimes it's okay to check yourself.

1046. I do, and I'm not saying that y'all are me,

1047. But I just understand that I'm human. I make mistakes,

1048. and I know I can't be the only one to

1049. make a mistake. I know Jesus didn't just come die

1050. for me, just what old me by myself? Okay, I

1051. didn't think he did. I thought he put a bunch

1052. of us in there. Your second one would be does

  1053. Jesus come before everything?

1054. And he should? And if he's not, right now, that's okay,

1055. repent and that's in our honesty.

1056. Change that, because that's what repentance heals.

  1057. Repentance is changing it.

1058. Asking for forgiveness of saying, Lord, forgive me because I've

1059. done that wrong and I know I shouldn't do that.

1060. But once you repent, now you're gonna change your whole

1061. Outlook about that a change.

1062. So if I hadn't been putting God Jesus.

1063. Top and first repent and then and I'm telling you this,

1064. this is just I believe the Lord does it with

1065. everybody because he does it with me, and he's not

1066. a respectful person. I can say, God, help me.

1067. Because I don't know what to do. Sometimes we just

1068. don't know what to do.

1069. Help me, Lord, help me to be intentional with put

1070. in Jesus first, it's okay. Help me to live this life.

1071. Help me to walk this out. I can't walk this

1072. by myself. I ain't never been saved before. Besides the

1073. instructions that you have given me in this Bible. Again,

1074. he gave us a spirit. He gave us a spirit

1075. for a reason. The Holy Spirit leads us, He brings

1076. forth conviction. He gives us what God gives him to

1077. tell us, and it's the truth. So we have help

1078. receive that help. The third one is don't turn back

1079. whatever you was and whatever you was doing before now

1080. leave it there, even on yesterday, yesterday gone. We can't

1081. go back and change it. We can't even go back

  1082. and fix it.

  1083. Now.

1084. If there's something that I can do, Lord, show me

1085. what I can do. If I messed up with an individual,

1086. I can go back and apologize as for forgiveness. Yeah,

1087. but if I didn't pay that bill it was due yesterday,

1088. pay it today. But you can't go back and fix

1089. that you laid on it because it was yesterday.

1090. So we when we do.

1091. That, then we're saying, Lord, I'm saying yes to your

  1092. yet to my yes.

1093. If I'm saying yes, I really mean that.

1094. Again, we sung the song Lord, yes, yes to your

1095. will and yes to your Way. We've even sung yes

1096. by Chicao Glory, and I mean that's a deep yes.

1097. That yes makes me cry because she said, deep down

1098. in her soul, we have to take those songs and

1099. not just let them be songs. But when we saying yes,

1100. we have to take that and allow that to become

  1101. a part of us.

  1102. To God, the Son.

1103. This song that Chicao Glory sings, if you notice, it's

1104. not even them singing to God. But what she's saying is,

1105. this is what God is saying to them, and God

1106. is saying, will your heart and your soul say yes?

1107. It's completely different. So the other ones they're saying yes

1108. to him, God is asking them, will you say yes?

1109. So even today, as we prepare to close out cannot

1110. Will our hearts say yes to God? Will our minds,

1111. with everything within us say yes to God? Because God

1112. is not just deserving of our yes, but He's worthy

  1113. of our yes.

  1114. Yeah.

1115. We did not find God and then get saved, but

1116. God found us and then saved us, and he paid

1117. the ultimate price for it, his son's life. And I'm

1118. just saying, if I lived like I lived for the

1119. world and y'all, I wasn't no real big bad mamma

1120. jam or none of that.

1121. I was still quiet coming because I was just a drunk.

  1122. I mean, I didn't do a lot of stuff, but

1123. I gave the world one hundred percent of me, one

1124. hundred percent of me, and for me, I just refused

1125. to come on this side and not.

1126. Give God a hundred percent.

  1127. I don't care what nobody say, I don't care what

1128. nobody think. I'm gonna do what I know God has

1129. wanted me to do. That's praying that's fasting, that's reading,

1130. that's spending time with him.

  1131. I'm in this church.

1132. One of the things that we say when people join

1133. the church is whatever you find your hand to do,

1134. let yourself be doing that, y'all.

  1135. I'll good.

1136. This is a part of my kingdom work. So whatever

1137. it is I need to do in here, I do it.

1138. If it means we need to go and walk the

1139. streets and pray, then we're gonna do that.

1140. I'm gonna do that personal.

1141. If it means we need to go to the nursing

1142. homes and pray, I'm gonna do that. If it means

1143. that we're going out and feeding, I'm gonna do that.

1144. If it mean I have to give, even when I

1145. don't have to give, I'm gonna do that. Because my

1146. yes was yes, whatever you say. That's why I say,

1147. be careful about saying that. And then somebody asks.

1148. You to do something and you wonna do it. Somebody

1149. asked you for five dollars, all you.

1150. Got is ten, and you saying I can't give that,

1151. and I'm in our honesty, I'm gonna close.

1152. This, ane' Let's say something real quick.

1153. This text reminds us that God is not simply listening

1154. to the word yes that's coming out of our mouth.

1155. But he's looking at the life that comes with the

1156. word yes. It's good that you said it. Now let

1157. me see if you're gonna do it. God is an

1158. action God. He's waiting on us to be action people.

1159. So again, on today, what is your yes say? Does

1160. it say you will follow Jesus even when you don't

1161. feel it, when it's not comfortable, when you see things,

1162. but the things that you see.

1163. Don't feel right, don't really look like Jesus, But you

1164. know that that's Jesus saying let's go. Will you still

  1165. say yes?

1166. Does it say that Jesus comes before everything else? Does

1167. your yes say, regardless of how I feel, regardless of

1168. the plans that I made, I'm gonna still allow Jesus

1169. to be the most important aspect of my life. Does

1170. your yes say that I'm not going back even after today,

1171. after you commune with God and you say God, okay,

1172. I'm gonna start being more accountable. I'm gonna hold myself accountable.

1173. That's one of the things that I have the prayer

1174. warriors to do. And we still need some growth in

1175. that area. But I ask them to not just define it,

1176. but to write it down, because if we're health accountable

1177. to something, we need to understand the importance of doing

1178. what we've been health accountable to do. And I just

1179. know from a world aspect, you don't see a lot

1180. of people being laid for their jobs. Why because they're

1181. gonna get paid. But even with God, there's payment at

1182. the end, there's payment. Now, you keep your commitments to

1183. God and watch and see what God won't do in

  1184. your life.

1185. So many people wear of.

1186. It about where they at situations as bad things. It's

1187. going on, y'all, But how many of y'all committed to

1188. the word, committed to keep the word, committed to.

  1189. Do what God?

1190. And I'm not saying that you have to do in

1191. order for God to give, because God will bless you

1192. even when you don't. But I'm just telling you there's

1193. some principles in here. But if I want this, I

1194. have to make sure that I adhere to those principles.

1195. They're here to tell me how to get to where.

  1196. I'm going to.

1197. And I'm gonna say this and I'm closing, I Uh,

  1198. really extra excited.

  1199. About about this word.

1200. And my husband was laughing at me this morning because

1201. he said, you've been working on that.

  1202. For about a week.

1203. But uh, if you know how God is, you get

1204. into the word and here man, you be everywhere you Man.

  1205. I'm just saying, the.

1206. Two three Bibles out, two three books out look, and

1207. I got like notes that I put on my little notebooks.

  1208. And I was telling.

1209. Tenko, I said, wonder if I could just take.

1210. All my notes up there one time and preach.

1211. Off the notes because I have to take all the

1212. notes and put them on one paper. But it gives

1213. you an opportunity to spend time with the Lord. Yeah,

1214. it's it's and it's more intense than when you just

1215. study and studying. So anyway, I said, I was talking

1216. to somebody the other day. God is gonna bless and

1217. I keep saying that, and and I professed.

  1218. That this is prophetic.

1219. Because I keep saying it and I keep hearing in it.

1220. God is looking for a people of people that would

1221. adhere to being a better steward over the little.

  1222. That they have.

1223. He said, if you be faithful over the little, I'll

1224. make you rule over much.

1225. There are so many people in the Body of Christ

1226. that are struggling right now.

1227. So the Lord just keeps showing me this, and I

1228. think I keep telling all those that I can will

  1229. listen to it.

1230. I keep telling them that. But if you start being

  1231. a better steward.

1232. Over your finances, God is in positioning a lot of

1233. us to be able to receive financially, and not for us,

  1234. even though it's going.

  1235. To be for you.

1236. There's much kingdom work that needs to be done, but

1237. it has to be somebody that he can trust, somebody

1238. that can be dependable if a couple of hundred thousand

1239. dollars dropped off in their hand, not that you get

1240. all happy and I'm gonna go shopping and I'm finna

1241. buy this again, and he's not showing me that it.

1242. I all go to them, But it has to be

1243. somebody that understands kingdom and that it's already taking care

1244. of the little that they have. So I don't know

1245. who I was talking to, because that's all I talk about,

1246. is the word. But anyway, as I'm talking about this

1247. with an individual, the Lord brought me back one of

  1248. my favorite scriptures.

1249. And I told him, I said, I always tell Lady

1250. Love more of that one.

1251. But what the Lord told me was quit leaving off

1252. the back end of it. God says that if we give,

1253. it shall be giving back unto us good measure pressed down,

1254. shaking together and running over, shall.

1255. Men pour in to your bosom.

1256. And the part that I had been leaving out was

1257. in the measure that you give, shall it be given back.

1258. So God is calling some of us to sacrifice who

1259. may not even be able to do it. But he's

1260. not looking at what you have. He's looking at the

1261. intention of your heart. Because God, in this hour, I

1262. think for so long, so many of us have waited,

1263. and I don't know if all of y'all have the

1264. scripture that says the wealth of the wicked has been

1265. stored up for the righteous, and their beauty is big

1266. transfer and possibly so. But right now God is using

1267. his principles to get finances to people that would help

1268. in the kingdom, that would take it, and like I say,

1269. run with it for them. But the way that God

1270. is gonna know that he can trust you is because

1271. you're gonna be taking care.

1272. Of the little that you have right now. Amen.

1273. And again I say that standing here today believing that

1274. that is a prophetic word from God. So as we

1275. adhere to I Yes, and that may be us because

1276. you don't have to be there now, but you can

1277. get in alignment with it.

1278. That's why he gave it to you.

1279. Line up with God here, I am, Lord, teach me

1280. to be a better steward over that, which is what

1281. I have. Help me to not be dependent up on

1282. my money, but be dependent upon you because you are

1283. the God of all things. But we need finances. Don't

1284. let the world or the devil either tell you the

1285. money is the wicked, because that's a lie.

1286. We need money. We need money in the kingdom.

1287. The Kingdom, thank you, needs to be advanced, and it

1288. can't get advanced by our looks as cute as well

1289. is y'all, So we need finances. We got some land

1290. over here that that that that ground need to be

1291. broken up, A foundation need to be laid on that

1292. land over there. That ain't gonna come because we're cute.

1293. So not just praying and asking God to send those

1294. that have finances. But God, you can trust me here

1295. I am, so that I can help with the vision

1296. that you've given our visionary, so that we can put

  1297. our hands to the.

1298. Plow and not look back. Amen. Amen. So again on

1299. today I'm just closing with ask.

1300. Yourself, what does my yes say, Amen, yay, let's come on. Jeez,
