  1. just need to know that it ain't

  2. over. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Well,

  3. listen. It is time for the word.

  4. Everybody ready for the word? Oh my

  5. God. I am so excited to be standing in

  6. thestead of the greatest

  7. pastor in the entire world, Bishop Rosie

  8. S. O'Neal. Come on and give it up for

  9. our

  10. [Applause]

  11. pastor. My goodness. All right, y'all be

  12. seated. I'm telling you, I love my

  13. pastor. Just know that. Amen. Amen. And

  14. I have the opportunity to stand and give

  15. God some glory through his word today.

  16. Amen. So, let's jump

  17. in. Has anybody in here ever been

  18. walking too fast and your foot slipped?

  19. Mhm. Well, let me tell you, just the

  20. other day, Cristiana and I were leaving

  21. the dentist office, and I'm fasting out

  22. of the out of the dentist office,

  23. Veronica. I'm walking really, really

  24. fast. And all of a sudden, my foot

  25. slipped off the side of the

  26. sidewalk. I'm telling you, as God is my

  27. witness, the range of emotions that I

  28. experienced in that one

  29. moment was pure panic.

  30. I was scared as I don't know what. So

  31. many things were set in motion because I

  32. was going down.

  33. My whole reputation, Pastor Trev, was on

  34. the line because I was going down. All I

  35. could think in my mind was seeing it on

  36. Facebook. Pastor Christie face down on

  37. the pavement posted on Facebook because

  38. I was going down. My bones were at risk

  39. because I was going down. I'm not

  40. getting any younger. Y'all know that.

  41. And if the truth be told, over the

  42. years, I've added a few extra pounds.

  43. And Cristiana, as well as this little

  44. kid who was watching it, they were at

  45. risk, too, because they weren't going to

  46. be able to pick me up because I was

  47. going down.

  48. The feeling of losing your footing or

  49. heading for a fall just isn't physical.

  50. There's a spiritual going down that can

  51. happen when you lose your footing in

  52. God. Well, I think that there's some

  53. wisdom to be gained by Holy Spirit as we

  54. examine the life of a very familiar

  55. person in the scriptures whose life was

  56. going down because of his various

  57. choices. So, our time together today, I

  58. want us to take a look at the life of

  59. Samson.

  60. Samson is a well-known character. He's a

  61. miracle child because he was born to his

  62. parents at the time they were barren.

  63. Samson comes out different. He's unique.

  64. He's a pretty good kid, you know, pretty

  65. good-looking, really strong. I'm telling

  66. you, this joker could tear up a lion cam

  67. with his bare hands.

  68. And the thing that I loved about Samson

  69. is he had a covenant with God. It was a

  70. Nazerite vow. And in his covenant, he

  71. was not to touch any dead thing. He was

  72. not supposed to be in any certain in

  73. certain environments because he wasn't

  74. supposed to drink wine and he wasn't

  75. even supposed to be in wine making

  76. environments. And he was not and he was

  77. not supposed to cut his hair. Well, God

  78. had told him, just like he's told many

  79. of us through his word and his spirit,

  80. things that we should do and things that

  81. we should not do.

  82. But the issue that we've got to deal

  83. with today as it relates to Samson is

  84. this. For all of his potential, for all

  85. of his gifting, for all of his strength,

  86. and even with a covenant on his side,

  87. how is it that Samson kept going down?

  88. Now, I'm going to tell you something.

  89. This scares me. I don't know. It's It

  90. really does scare me. It grips my heart.

  91. And I'm telling you, it should scare you

  92. as well. I'm not talking about the kind

  93. of fear that paralyzes us. That's not

  94. what I'm talking about. But what I'm

  95. talking about is the kind of fear, the

  96. reverential fear that should create

  97. carefulness for our covenant. Amen. You

  98. got to remember that bishop taught us in

  99. our covenant that we have with God that

  100. there are promises

  101. and privileges. There are rights, you

  102. got it, and

  103. responsibilities. And if you remember

  104. from last week, Bishop shared with us

  105. that there is a cost to covenant. And

  106. she called and she told us that we're

  107. called to speak up for those who'd have

  108. no voices. Amen.

  109. Well, we've learned throughout this time

  110. of living covenant consciously. How many

  111. of y'all have been paying attention and

  112. keeping up? Amen. We've learned that our

  113. covenant should give us confidence.

  114. I'm going to say that again. We've

  115. learned that our covenant should give us

  116. confidence, but it also should give us

  117. clarity, but it most certainly should

  118. give us and produce carefulness. Yeah.

  119. So today's lesson helps us to see

  120. through the life of Samson what happens

  121. when we start putting compromise where

  122. there should be carefulness.

  123. I'mma let you know this. When we do

  124. that, our lives go down. Look at your

  125. neighbor in the face and help me preach

  126. this and say, "Don't go down. Don't go

  127. down. Stay up. Stay up." So what is God

  128. saying to us today? He's telling us stay

  129. up.

  130. Stay up. I've been reading, pastor. Good

  131. gracious. I've been reading Judges

    Judges 13 chapter mention

  132. chapter 13, 14, 15, and chapter 16

  133. probably for the past month and a half.

  134. I've been reading it just over and over

  135. and over again and just outlining

  136. Samson's life. And I'm telling you,

  137. every time I turned around, what I

  138. started noticing was Samson was I'm

  139. going

  140. down. I'm going down.

  141. Okay, now get that Mary J. Blind song

  142. right on off your mind. Go on and get

  143. that off your mind. Tell your neighbor,

  144. you ain't going down. You better stay

  145. up. You better stay up. And Lord knows I

  146. thought to myself that Samson must have

  147. had that song on repeat because he kept

  148. going down. Well, let's look at a few

  149. examples from Samson's life where we

  150. find him going down. Look at Judges

    Judges 14 chapter mention

  151. chapter 14 and I'm going to read verses

  152. 1 and two out of

  153. NIV. The first example that I see where

  154. Samson is going down. It says Samson

  155. went Judges 14:es 1 and two. Samson went

  156. down to Timna and saw there a young

  157. Philistine woman. When he returned, he

  158. said to his father and his mother, "I

  159. have a I've seen a Philistine woman in

  160. Timna. Now get her for me as my wife."

  161. Now, first of all, the tone of that, you

  162. talking to your mama and your daddy and

  163. you telling your mama and your daddy,

  164. "Go get her for me cuz that that's who I

  165. want." I had issues with that. But let

  166. me ask let me tell you this. I know your

  167. question may be, well now, what does

  168. that got to do with his life going down?

  169. Well, look at verse three, and I'm going

  170. to read this in the NIV. His father and

  171. mother replied, "Isn't there an

  172. acceptable woman among your relatives or

  173. among all your people? Must you go to

  174. the uncircumcised Philistines to get a

  175. wife?" The very first thing that I noted

  176. was Samson was looking in the wrong

  177. place to get his need met.

  178. He was looking in the wrong place to get

  179. his need met. He already knew that he

  180. was supposed to be intermaring with a

  181. Philistine woman. He already knew that

  182. he was looking in the wrong place.

  183. Somebody say he was looking in the wrong

  184. place.

  185. And if you look at how the language is

  186. in verse two, three, he said, his mother

  187. and father said, "Isn't there an

  188. acceptable woman?" what he was looking

  189. at was not acceptable for his covenant.

  190. Look at your look at your person on the

  191. left side of you and say, "Now, what is

  192. what you looking at acceptable?"

  193. You got to ask yourself that question

  194. when you're talking about your covenant.

  195. Is it acceptable for your covenant?

  196. God had already established what kind of

  197. person Samson was supposed to marry. and

  198. his choice compromised and undercut the

  199. carefulness that his covenant required.

  200. You got to be careful what you're

  201. looking at. You got to be careful. Now,

  202. y'all, we got to make Pastor said this,

  203. we got to make a covenant with our eyes.

  204. You can't look at everything. You can't

  205. entertain everything. You've got to be

  206. careful because what you look at will

  207. get down on the inside of you and it'll

  208. start pulling you in places that you

  209. should not be going.

  210. You got to be careful. Can't look in the

  211. wrong place. KCC men,

  212. align men.

  213. You all have made a commitment and a

  214. covenant to stand strong and be

  215. committed to Christ. Amen. You made a

  216. covenant to say, you know what? I am an

  217. aligned man. I'm generous at my core.

  218. Now, let me say this to you. I know that

  219. girl is

  220. fine. I know she fine. I know she's

  221. fine. Amen. But the truth of the matter

  222. is she's not your wife. And God calls

  223. that unacceptable.

  224. And somebody say, "And it'll take you

  225. down." And it'll take you down.

  226. The other thing that I noted, pastor,

  227. from Samson's life, look at Judges

  228. chapter

  229. 14:5. The other thing that I noticed

  230. from Samson's life, and make note of

  231. this, that the Holy Spirit showed us.

  232. Verse five says, "Samson went down to

  233. Timna together with his father and his

  234. mother as they approached vineyards."

  235. Now, let's stop right there. Let's stop

  236. right there. Samson, now you already

  237. have a Nazerite vow. You already vowed

  238. that you would not be in

  239. vineyards. This is what you told God. So

  240. the second thing that I noted was his

  241. life went down because he started

  242. lingering in the wrong place.

  243. You've got to be careful where you're

  244. looking. But you also need to be careful

  245. where you're lingering.

  246. And as a Nazerite, he weren't supposed

  247. to be there. He had already swore that

  248. he was not going to be anywhere near any

  249. vines.

  250. Now, let me say this.

  251. I know that we are not I know I don't

  252. want you to think that I'm telling you

  253. that you ain't going to ever be around

  254. people that have no covenant with God

  255. cuz that's not the truth. That's not the

  256. case. On your job, you going to have

  257. some people that are not saved. Amen. In

  258. your and I'm not telling you not to go

  259. to your family reunion because I know

  260. that Aunt Sally ain't saved yet and she

  261. cuss a little bit, dip her snuff and do

  262. her stuff. I get it and you and it's

  263. okay for you to be there. But what I am

  264. saying is this. You've got to be careful

  265. where you do your relaxing.

  266. [Music]

  267. You got to be careful where you lay your

  268. hair, where you let your hair down.

  269. You have to be careful because the enemy

  270. is trying to snatch you out of your

  271. place.

  272. You got to be careful because the enemy

  273. is trying to snatch you out of your

  274. place. But touch somebody and say, "You

  275. better stay up. You better stay up." Now

  276. see, there's a difference between being

  277. cordial and being comfortable.

  278. There's a difference between being

  279. cordial and comfortable. There's a

  280. difference between being influenced and

  281. influencing. You need to know the

  282. difference. I can smile with the best of

  283. them. I can smile. I can high-five with

  284. you, but I'm not going to let my hair

  285. down everywhere. And that's what you and

  286. I have to me be aware of. You can't be

  287. comfortable everywhere.

  288. Bishop said it like this. Please get

  289. this. She said, "If you are on fire and

  290. you hang out with ice cubes, sooner than

  291. later, I guarantee you that those ice

  292. cubes are going to win and you are going

  293. to cool off."

  294. Now, I don't know about you, but that's

  295. all I'm gonna say on that. The bottom

  296. line is his life went down. So, he's

  297. looking in the wrong direction.

  298. He's lingering in places where he

  299. shouldn't. And the third thing that I

  300. noticed, go to Judges 14. Look at verse

  301. 8 and N. When I tell you his story, woo,

  302. was amazing. Talk Bible. That's right,

  303. Pastor Trip. Verse 8 says, "Sometime

  304. later, when he had went back to marry

  305. her, he turned aside to look at the

  306. lion's carcass. And in it, he saw a

  307. swarm of bees and some honey." Look at

  308. verse n. He scooped out the honey with

  309. his hands and ate as he went along.

  310. The third thing that I noticed that kept

  311. Samson going down was he started

  312. touching the wrong thing.

  313. He's touching something dead that's

  314. violating his covenant.

  315. And you got to ask yourself, what am I

  316. touching that's violating my covenant?

  317. Again, here's the thing. Who in the

  318. world wants to eat something honey eat

  319. honey out of something dead?

  320. It's sweet, honey. It's sweet. It's

  321. sweet, but it's on the inside of

  322. something dead.

  323. Now, let me tell you this. My daddy used

  324. to say it like this. Everything that

  325. looks good to you ain't good for

  326. [Applause]

  327. you. And that was certainly true of

  328. Samson's covenant. You know, Bishop, I

  329. was studying this term. It's a clinical

  330. term, and it's called necrilia.

  331. And it is the practice of having a

  332. strong or pathological fascination with

  333. dead things. It often includes a desire

  334. to engage in intimate interaction and

  335. activity with dead things.

  336. Now I saw your faces. I saw some of us

  337. scrunch our faces up like, "Oh my god,

  338. that is nasty." And you are exactly

  339. right. Physically it is. But the Holy

  340. Spirit said to me, "Don't scrunch your

  341. face up so quickly. And don't turn your

  342. nose up so fast because some of us have

  343. been practicing spiritual and emotional

  344. necroilia.

  345. [Applause]

  346. Somebody hurt you years ago and you

  347. started walking in unforgiveness and now

  348. you've been holding on to that pain and

  349. you're caressing it and you're holding

  350. it and you're playing with it over and

  351. over in your mind. Tell your neighbor,

  352. "It's a dead thing. It's a dead thing

  353. and you need to let it go.

  354. Some of you in here have used to battle

  355. with anxiety and depression, but you

  356. know that God delivered you from that.

  357. But every now and then at the first sign

  358. of trouble or struggle, you start

  359. reverting back to that old thought

  360. pattern in your mind. Instead of

  361. grabbing hold to the word of God and

  362. speaking it out of your mouth, you need

  363. to touch your neighbor again and say,

  364. "Stay up. Stay up. It's a dead thing.

  365. And you ain't supposed to touch it.

  366. But perhaps the most famous example of

  367. Samson going down is found in his

  368. interaction with Delilah. Where he

  369. completely disregards the carefulness of

  370. his covenant. The most familiar part of

  371. his story occurs when he tells her the

  372. secret of his strength and he lays down

  373. in the compromised position on her lap

  374. and she lulls him to sleep and violates

  375. the covenant that he made with God. But

  376. what we've got to pay attention to and

  377. learn from in this story is not the big

  378. fall, but the small, seemingly

  379. insignificant moments of compromise that

  380. led up to this great fall with Delilah.

  381. You see, this lesson really is about the

  382. danger of compromise. Bishop gave me

  383. this definition, and I'm telling you,

  384. amazing. This is what she said.

  385. Compromise is when you have a standard

  386. set, but you expand it or relax it for

  387. something else that you want to do.

  388. Right? I'll say it again. Compromise is

  389. when you have a standard set, but you

  390. expand it and relax it for something

  391. else that you want to do. Compromises

  392. are not always sin, but they're not

  393. wise.

  394. Now say it again. Compromises are not

  395. always sin, but they are not wise.

  396. Bishop shared something else with me and

  397. I'm telling you, just listen to this.

  398. She said, "When you compromise

  399. consistently over time, even if it's not

  400. a sin, listen to what it will do. It

  401. will weaken your ability to stay

  402. upright. It weakens your ability to keep

  403. your word and it destroys your character

  404. because you push the boundaries for your

  405. own convenience and it ultimately kills

  406. the muscle of restraint in

  407. you. You get to a point where you have

  408. said no so much where you've said yes so

  409. much to stuff that you shouldn't have

  410. said yes to that you get in a position

  411. now when you should say no that you

  412. can't.

  413. Think about that for a moment. You get

  414. into a position, you should say no, but

  415. you done say a yes so much till now when

  416. it calls for a no. You don't even have

  417. any restraint at all. This is what the

  418. enemy is looking and trying to get us

  419. into this position to be. But tell

  420. somebody, stay up. You got to stay up.

  421. Pastor Shandelle said it like this.

  422. Every time you say yes when you

  423. shouldn't, it becomes harder to say no

  424. when you should.

  425. [Applause]

  426. Every time you say yes when you

  427. shouldn't, it becomes harder to say no

  428. when you should.

  429. For example, you said that you won't

  430. going to ever drink alcohol. And that

  431. was the standard that you and God set

  432. because you realize that your whole

  433. family deal with alcoholism. But now you

  434. see somebody else drinking. So you say,

  435. "Oh, well, maybe it's okay for me to

  436. drink a little something, too." That's

  437. compromised for you because you had your

  438. standard set already. Now you see

  439. somebody else and you're going to relax

  440. it. And I'm going to tell you what it's

  441. going to do. It's going to take your

  442. life down. Tell somebody, "Stay up."

  443. Stay up. Here's another example. You

  444. used to be on fire for the Lord. I mean

  445. in church serving wide open. You are

  446. here when the doors open, before the

  447. doors open. But then you get attached to

  448. certain groups or environments and you

  449. swore it you were going to be the light.

  450. But now you've been doing things that

  451. make you look like what's not the light

  452. anymore.

  453. You started compromising

  454. and it's taking your life down. Somebody

  455. say stay up. Stay up. And this is

  456. exactly what happened to Samson. Every

  457. time he said yes to his flesh, every

  458. time he said yes to touching what he

  459. should not have, every time he said yes

  460. to being in an environment that was

  461. against what God told him, he was losing

  462. restraint. So much so till by the time

  463. he got into this situation with Delilah,

  464. his ability to restrict and restrain

  465. himself was completely defeated. He

  466. ended up losing all of his strength. But

  467. look at Judges chapter 16 verse 19. My

    Judges 16:19

  468. God.

  469. Oh, goodness gracious. His His story is

  470. just just I don't even know what to say.

  471. Hold on. Let me turn my Bible. Judges 16

    Judges 16:19

  472. verse 19. It says, "After putting him to

  473. sleep on her lap, she called for someone

  474. to shave off the seven braids of his

  475. hair. Delilah had lulled Sam to sleep

  476. with his head in her lap. And then she

  477. called in a man to shave off the seven

  478. locks of his hair. In this way, she

  479. began to bring him down, and his

  480. strength left him. Y'all, this one verse

  481. is the culmination of consistently

  482. choosing compromise over carefulness.

  483. Wow. This one

  484. verse is the culmination of consistently

  485. choosing compromise over carefulness.

  486. This picture shows us a person who

  487. consistently cut corners.

  488. It shows us a person who consistently

  489. participated in gray area activity.

  490. And y'all, we've got to be careful. This

  491. is a prophetic warning to us. We've got

  492. to be careful. We've got to stay up

  493. because the enemy is trying to snatch

  494. you out of your place. But tell

  495. somebody, "The devil is a lie." I'm

  496. going to stay up.

  497. So, how do we stay up? Let me go on to

  498. this. So, how do we stay up? This is

  499. what Holy Spirit said. I'm going to give

  500. you these and then I'mma sit down. This

  501. is what the Holy Spirit said. Number

  502. one, how do you stay up? You got to

  503. respect your covenant.

  504. You got to respect your covenant. Bishop

  505. said it standing right here. You got to

  506. decide. Decide what kind of person

  507. you're going to be. Decide what kind of

  508. Christian you are going to be. You got

  509. to set your non-negotiables.

  510. What are the things that you are

  511. absolutely not going to do? I know

  512. everybody else might be doing stuff, but

  513. no, I'm not doing that. Why? Because

  514. this is what me and God talked about in

  515. my covenant. No, I'm not going over

  516. there and hanging out with those crazy

  517. people over here that's talking a bunch

  518. of trash about the church. No, I'm not

  519. doing that. Yeah, that's good. I'm not

  520. doing that. Look at your neighbor and

  521. tell them, "I'm not doing that."

  522. Set your non-negotiables. What are

  523. things that you are absolutely not going

  524. to do? But what are the things that you

  525. are going to do? I am going to be in

  526. church every Sunday. Absolutely. I'm

  527. bringing my tithe. Absolutely. I'm

  528. sewing into the life of my pastor.

  529. Absolutely. I'm loving on my husband.

  530. Absolutely. I'm not stepping outside of

  531. that covenant. No, I'm not.

  532. You got to respect your covenant. You

  533. got to respect your covenant. And God is

  534. calling for some of us in here today.

  535. It's time for you to make a decision.

  536. What kind of Christian are you going to

  537. be?

  538. All right. Number two, how are you going

  539. to stay up? You got to respect your

  540. covenant. Number two, you got to refuse

  541. dead things.

  542. You got to refuse dead things. The Holy

  543. Spirit gave it to me like this. You got

  544. to refuse to taste, touch, try out, or

  545. toy with anything dead.

  546. I'll say it again. You've got to refuse

  547. to taste, touch, try out, or touch, or

  548. toy with anything dead. That's past

  549. relationships. That's toxic

  550. relationships. That's harmful habits.

  551. Whatever that is for you, you got to

  552. refuse it.

  553. Don't play with it. You got to refuse it

  554. because the enemy is trying to take you

  555. out

  556. and you got to know that.

  557. Number three, how do you stay up? You

  558. have to recognize the ex the escalation

  559. of compromise.

  560. You have to recognize the escalation of

  561. compromise. Here's what he said to me.

  562. You need to know that any compromise

  563. that you make is going to carry you

  564. further than you intended to go, keep

  565. you longer than you intended to stay,

  566. and cost you more than you intended to

  567. pay.

  568. You need to know that this compromise is

  569. going to take you further than you want

  570. to go. You see, the enemy is not just

  571. trying to mess up your day. That's not

  572. what he's trying to do. He's trying to

  573. erase your face.

  574. He's trying to take away your legacy.

  575. And you need to wake up and stay up.

  576. [Applause]

  577. That's a cost you don't want to pay.

  578. He ain't just trying to take your

  579. marriage. That's not what he's trying to

  580. do. He's trying to destroy legacy.

  581. You and your spouse loving on each

  582. other. That's a picture of Christ loving

  583. the church. So, he wants to erase that

  584. so people can go down. But tell

  585. somebody, "Stay up." Stay up. Number

  586. four, what you got to do if you're going

  587. to stay up, you got to remember what's

  588. at stake. You got to remember what's at

  589. stake. Y'all, we run the risk like

  590. Samson of losing our hair, losing our

  591. anointing, losing our witness, losing

  592. our power, losing our strength, and

  593. losing our vision. There's so much at

  594. stake.

  595. And you got to be aware of that.

  596. This ain't the time to be sleep.

  597. Now, I know these lights are dim in here

  598. and it's, you know, a a nice environment

  599. and you feel comfortable and you feel

  600. like you can just close your eyes. This

  601. is not the time to close your eyes.

  602. This ain't the time to lay your head in

  603. Delila's lap. This is the time to stay

  604. up

  605. cuz the enemy is trying to destroy us.

  606. But somebody say, "The devil is a lie."

  607. The devil is a lie. And then number

  608. five, pastor. Oh my god. Number five.

  609. This one hit me like a ton of bricks.

  610. Listen. Woo. Number five. If you are

  611. going to stay up, you got to reach out

  612. to God for help. Yeah,

  613. you got to reach out to God for help.

  614. Let me tell you, look at this. Check

  615. this out. Judges chapter 16, last verse,

    Judges 16 chapter mention

  616. verse 28 says, "Then Samson prayed to

  617. the Lord. Sovereign Lord, remember me.

  618. Please God, strengthen me just one more

  619. time and let me with one blow get

  620. revenge on the Philistines for my two

  621. eyes." Let me tell you something. Pastor

  622. Ni and I were on the phone yesterday and

  623. we were talking. She said, "Chris," and

  624. I know she's watching. Hey, girl. So,

  625. she said this to me. She said, "Listen,

  626. you got to understand the Sam Samson

  627. thought that he had lost everything."

  628. But you know what he did not lose? He

  629. didn't lose his

  630. voice. He didn't lose his voice. He

  631. could cry out to God cuz that's what

  632. that word pray means. He could cry out

  633. to God. So, let me tell you something.

  634. Some of you may be sitting in here right

  635. now and you're listening to this message

  636. and you're saying, "You know what? I

  637. hear what you're saying, but my life is

  638. already gone down. I'm not going down.

  639. It's already gone down." I want to

  640. encourage you. Cry out to God. Cry out

  641. to God because the good news is God

  642. strengthened Samson. He strengthened

  643. him, y'all. He strengthened him and

  644. Samson began to get in that position and

  645. he knocked that mess down. And I know at

  646. the end it looked tragic, but it really

  647. wasn't. Because the good news is God

  648. will help you.

  649. [Music]

  650. [Applause]

  651. Cuz see, the enemy will try to hit you

  652. with condemnation, make you feel like

  653. your story is over. But I'm here to let

  654. the devil know the devil is a lie. Your

  655. story ain't over, baby. The fact that

  656. you sitting in here right now with a

  657. mind to even listen lets me know that

  658. God's got you.

  659. But you got to reach out to God for

  660. help.

  661. You got to reach out. And you still got

  662. your voice.

  663. Tell somebody, I still got my voice. I

  664. know the devil been messing with me, but

  665. I still got my voice. I still got a

  666. connection with God. I still can cry out

  667. to the Lord, and he will hear

  668. me. Yes, he will.

  669. Don't let the devil fool you, back you

  670. into a corner, make you feel like all

  671. hope is lost. Cam, all hope ain't lost.

  672. Baby, you still got your voice. You

  673. still got your voice, Lena. You still

  674. got your voice. You still got your

  675. voice, Maya. You still got your

  676. voice. And you need to remind your

  677. circumstances and remind the devil, I

  678. still got my voice. I know I messed up.

  679. I know I did some stupid stuff, but I

  680. still got my voice. I still got a

  681. connection with God. And he promised me

  682. that he wouldn't leave me nor forsake

  683. me. That he would be with me until the

  684. end. And you need to know that.

  685. [Applause]

  686. That's all I came to tell you

  687. today. Don't

  688. compromise. Don't

  689. compromise. Make it your business that

  690. you are not going to compromise. that

  691. you going to respect your covenant, that

  692. you going to do what you need to do and

  693. refuse dead things,

  694. [Music]

  695. and you going to stay up

  696. and you going to stay up. Heads are

  697. bowed, eyes are closed.

  698. Believers, let's pray. up.
