  1. Good morning.

  2. Woo!

  3. >> Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!

  4. >> Listen, the Lord is made and we choose

  5. to rejoice and be glad.

  6. >> Yes. Yes. Yes.

  7. >> All right. So, listen. Y'all know we all

  8. wear glasses,

  9. >> right?

  10. >> So, we can take these shades off

  11. >> so we can do what we supposed to do.

  12. >> My god. We thought we were going to be

  13. falling over each other.

  14. >> Jesus.

  15. >> Thank God we can see.

  16. >> My my listen, while we are standing, can

  17. you help us help me thank God for my

  18. first lady, my only lady, Lady Mar?

  19. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She got them heels on.

  20. Yes, sir.

  21. Woo.

  22. Yeah.

  23. Lord, y'all know Pastor Trev is not

  24. going to be able to concentrate, right?

  25. Yes, sir. Amen.

  26. >> I said, Jeff, you supposed to wear some

  27. flats to church. Don't wear them kind of

  28. shoes. All right.

  29. Listen, while we're standing, can we

  30. just thank God? Let me just say it like

  31. we used to say. Ain't no bishop like the

  32. one we got. Can we thank God for our

  33. bishop, Bishop Rosie O'Neal?

  34. >> Yeah. Yeah.

  35. >> Amen.

  36. >> Amen. Listen, you may be seated in the

  37. presence of the Lord.

  38. >> Yes, Lord.

  39. >> Let's ride.

  40. >> You know, identity shapes everything.

  41. How we see ourselves, how we live, and

  42. how we impact the world around us.

  43. >> Quania, it is no mystery. We have been

  44. given the same mission.

  45. >> Yes, sir.

  46. >> The same mantle.

  47. >> Yes.

  48. >> And the same

  49. >> message.

  50. >> The same message. Yes,

  51. >> it is our it is critical for us to be

  52. grounded in the truth of our kingdom

  53. identity

  54. >> especially hear me good in times of

  55. transition.

  56. >> Transition has a way of shaking what we

  57. think of ourselves or what we know of

  58. ourselves. That's why God is leading us

  59. in solidifying our identity.

  60. >> This year we will take time to look at

  61. to learn to grow and walk in who we are

  62. in Jesus.

  63. >> Yeah.

  64. and sir,

  65. >> who we are as a local church.

  66. >> Amen.

  67. >> We see Jesus model this for us in

  68. Matthew chapter 16 when he and his

    Matthew 16 chapter mention

  69. disciples are on their way into the

  70. region of Cesaria Philippi and Jesus

  71. pulls his disciples to the side and asks

  72. them a question. Now this is not a

  73. random conversation. This is a very

  74. intentional conversation.

  75. >> Yeah. Jesus paused to ask his disciples,

  76. "Who do you say that I am?"

  77. >> Yeah.

  78. >> This question not only revealed his

  79. identity, but it also revealed their

  80. identity.

  81. >> Yeah.

  82. >> Because it is one thing. It's it's not

  83. enough for us to just know who Jesus is,

  84. but we must know who we are in him.

  85. >> That's good.

  86. >> Yes. Yes. Yes.

  87. And so here we go. Let's make this

  88. personal.

  89. >> Take out your ID.

  90. Not not not your I No, no, no, not not

  91. your not your driver's license.

  92. >> Driver's license. Yeah.

  93. >> Your kingdom ID.

  94. >> When you came in,

  95. >> you had a card in your chair.

  96. >> Yeah. Your kingdom ID.

  97. >> If you look on the back of the card, you

  98. will see a space that says do o and

  99. there's a blank.

  100. >> Now, this is not your date of birth.

  101. >> Come on. This is your date of belief.

  102. >> Danny, I want you to take time and fill

  103. in that space on the day in which you

  104. made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life.

  105. >> Yes. Yes.

  106. >> Now, if you don't remember the exact

  107. day, put the year.

  108. >> Amen.

  109. >> And if you haven't made that decision

  110. yet, hold on to this card because we

  111. believe your day is gone.

  112. >> Yes, sir.

  113. >> Thank you, God.

  114. >> Thank you, Lord.

  115. >> Now, this is not a keepsake. This is a

  116. reminder of who we are and who'sse we

  117. are.

  118. >> Yeah.

  119. >> And that is critical. And so when we say

  120. kingdom identity, let me let's define

  121. what we mean by that. When we say

  122. kingdom identity, it is the

  123. distinguishing traits that defines our

  124. worth, our purpose and our belonging.

  125. >> And we get this belonging not from what

  126. we do.

  127. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We get this

  128. belonging not from what others have said

  129. about us.

  130. >> But our belonging, our identity and our

  131. purpose comes solely from our

  132. relationship with Jesus.

  133. >> Yes.

  134. >> I'mma let that sit for a second.

  135. >> It comes solely from our relationship

  136. with Jesus. And when we have this, it

  137. produces the posture of intentional

  138. living as people who are number one

  139. owned by God.

  140. >> Yeah. empowered by his grace

  141. >> and deployed for his glory.

  142. >> Yes, sir.

  143. >> This is who we are. This is what we're

  144. doing. Now, don't worry. We're going to

  145. take all year to chase down this

  146. definition.

  147. >> Amen.

  148. >> We We are walking in the in the mantle

  149. of our pastor. We going to say it often.

  150. >> Amen.

  151. >> If not every Sunday

  152. >> about what this kingdom identity is. All

  153. right. So this year we will embrace our

  154. kingdom identity living as people who

  155. know who we are,

  156. >> who's we are and why we are.

  157. >> Because when we do, we don't survive

  158. transitions, we thrive in transition.

  159. >> Lord,

  160. >> now part of our kingdom identity is

  161. knowing who we are and not not just

  162. knowing who we are and who we are in

  163. Jesus, but we are reminded of the

  164. mission that we have. I am so thankful.

  165. We are so grateful that our mission has

  166. not changed.

  167. >> Cornia,

  168. >> we are still called to equip the

  169. believers

  170. >> to grow, to build, to serve, to share.

  171. >> To grow, to build, to serve, to share.

  172. To

  173. >> grow, build, serve, share.

  174. >> E church, I need you to put that in the

  175. chat.

  176. >> Yes, sir.

  177. >> We are still called to equip the

  178. believers to grow, to build, to serve,

  179. to share.

  180. >> Yes. When we are talking about growing,

  181. we're talking about growing in God's

  182. word.

  183. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

  184. >> When we grow in God's word, we believe

  185. that transformation begins with the word

  186. of God.

  187. >> 1 Peter chapter 2:2 says that as babes,

  188. we are to desire the sincere milk of the

  189. word

  190. >> that we may grow thereby.

  191. >> If we are going to grow, it is going to

  192. be through and by the word of God.

  193. >> Amen. The Bible says the grass withers,

  194. >> the flower fades, but the word of our

  195. God will stand forever.

  196. >> This is how we're going to grow.

  197. >> Amen.

  198. >> Number two, we're called to build real

  199. relationships.

  200. >> Cornia means authentic fellowship.

  201. >> This is not a church where you are the

  202. last one here and the first one to

  203. leave.

  204. >> That's right.

  205. >> No, no, no, no, no. We don't want you to

  206. have your keys in your hand right at the

  207. benediction. We want you to at least dig

  208. in your bag cuz you was talking to

  209. somebody and you got to find them.

  210. >> Why? Because we're not made to do life

  211. alone.

  212. >> That's right. Amen.

  213. >> And God has called us into a family and

  214. it is our responsibility to build real

  215. connections.

  216. >> Thirdly, we are to serve with purpose.

  217. >> Purpose.

  218. >> God has gifted each of us uniquely. And

  219. our giftings are not fulfilled when we

  220. hold on to them.

  221. >> Our giftings are fulfilled when we

  222. stretch it out and use it to help

  223. somebody else. Yes, sir.

  224. >> So, we are to grow in the word of God,

  225. build real relationships, serve with

  226. purpose, and fourth and finally, we are

  227. to share our faith.

  228. >> Yes.

  229. >> Though our relationship with Jesus is

  230. personal, it was never called to be

  231. private.

  232. >> Yes, sir.

  233. >> God has called us to share our faith

  234. with others.

  235. >> Yes.

  236. >> And this is what we're called to do.

  237. >> To grow, to build, to serve, to share,

  238. >> to grow, to build, to serve, to share.

  239. To do what?

  240. >> Grow. Build. Serve. share.

  241. >> That is our mission. So our mission is

  242. just that. It's our call to action. But

  243. what determines for us how we accomplish

  244. that mission

  245. >> and what we do to accomplish it? Those

  246. are defined in our core values.

  247. >> Yeah.

  248. >> Every time we have a worship encounter,

  249. >> every time we reach out to the

  250. community, every time we do internal

  251. training, we do that as defined in our

  252. core values.

  253. >> Yeah.

  254. >> Now, here it is. The first core value

  255. that we have as a church is this.

  256. Everybody

  257. >> matters to God.

  258. >> Yes, sir.

  259. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

  260. >> Come on, y'all. Say that. Everybody

  261. >> Everybody

  262. >> matters to God.

  263. >> The Bible teaches us. It says that God

  264. is no respector of persons.

  265. >> He accepts from every nations the one

  266. who fears him and does what is right.

  267. Yes, sir.

  268. >> So, here's the thing. We say that if

  269. Jesus died for everybody, then he paid

  270. the same price for each of us.

  271. >> That's good, Doc.

  272. >> And if he paid the same price, then that

  273. means everybody matters to God.

  274. >> Yes, sir.

  275. >> Now, here's the conclusion of that is if

  276. everybody matters to God, then they

  277. should matter to us.

  278. >> Come on.

  279. >> Amen.

  280. >> Yes, sir.

  281. >> So, this is why we have our loving

  282. through feed. And you saw that

  283. announcement. And so if you don't know

  284. what that is, that is when we feed

  285. people in the community. We give them a

  286. hot meal. We give them bags of

  287. groceries. On the upcoming one, we'll be

  288. doing a 40 lb case of chicken.

  289. >> Yeah.

  290. >> Yeah. This is why we do that because

  291. everybody

  292. >> matters to God.

  293. >> Yeah. This is why we are committed to

  294. our differently aabled funfair.

  295. >> Yes.

  296. >> Yeah. This is why we're committed

  297. because it is like it you all have seen

  298. it or heard about it. And if you not,

  299. let me if you haven't, let me tell you.

  300. It is like a huge theme park. It is a

  301. fun atmosphere where there are rides,

  302. there's food, there are games, there are

  303. haircuts for caregivers, there are

  304. massages, haircuts for our VIPs. We do

  305. all of this because it is for

  306. individuals who have severe and profound

  307. physical and mental disabilities.

  308. >> And it's all for free.

  309. >> Yes.

  310. >> Yeah.

  311. >> Yes, sir.

  312. >> Yeah. I'll wait on the plat for that

  313. one.

  314. >> Yes, sir.

  315. >> It's all for free. Why? because we're

  316. letting them know that you are not

  317. forgotten.

  318. >> That's right.

  319. >> Amen.

  320. >> You matter to God.

  321. >> And this is one thing we're excited

  322. about because sometimes we realize some

  323. parents don't come to church if their

  324. child has a special need because they

  325. don't have a space for them.

  326. >> And so we're excited to share that this

  327. year one of the things we're going to

  328. do, we're going to partner with

  329. consultants, some physical therapists,

  330. occupational speech therapists, and we

  331. will be taking a training room. Yes.

  332. >> And we're going to transition that into

  333. a sensory special needs classroom.

  334. >> Yes, sir.

  335. >> Hallelujah.

  336. >> Yes, sir.

  337. >> So, when they bring their kids to a

  338. children's ministry, they have a space

  339. for them.

  340. >> That's good.

  341. >> Yes, sir. Now, why are we doing that?

  342. >> Because they matter to God. Yes.

  343. >> And if they matter to God, they matter

  344. to

  345. >> us. Yes, sir.

  346. >> Everybody

  347. >> matters to God.

  348. >> Matters to God.

  349. >> Hallelujah.

  350. >> Man.

  351. >> Yes, sir.

  352. >> Okay, I'm torn up. Let me get on to my

  353. part. All right, y'all. Cuz you know

  354. that that's that's really that's

  355. something, ain't it?

  356. >> That's something.

  357. >> The families will be able to bring their

  358. children to church and not have to

  359. worry. Come on.

  360. >> Everybody matters to God.

  361. >> Well, look, I got a quick question. Have

  362. y'all ever found something so good that

  363. you just could not keep it to yourself?

  364. >> Yeah. Like a hole in the wall kind of

  365. restaurant.

  366. >> You began on that phone. I know Veronica

  367. knows. She calling everybody telling

  368. them about it. Or some lifechanging

  369. book. Well, here's the thing. We will

  370. naturally share what we value.

  371. >> I'm going to say that again. We will

  372. naturally share what we value. So our

  373. second core value is this. Found people

  374. find people.

  375. >> I'm waiting on the class. Found people

  376. find people. You know, there's a passage

  377. of scripture that speaks to this core

  378. value found in John 1:es 40-41. Jot it

  379. down for yourselves. But we see it play

  380. out perfectly with a guy by the name of

  381. Andrew. As soon as Andrew realized who

  382. Jesus was, the very first thing he did,

  383. the Bible says, he went and found his

  384. brother, Simon Peter.

  385. >> Andrew did not wait to get a theology

  386. degree. He didn't wait to get a

  387. certificate in evangelism. He just said,

  388. "We have found Jesus. I'm going to find

  389. my brother." Yes, sir.

  390. >> Because found people find people. So our

  391. challenge is going to be to every single

  392. one of us sitting in these seats today

  393. to ask yourself, who is my Simon Peter?

  394. >> Yes, sir.

  395. >> Who is the person or the persons in my

  396. life who are still lost?

  397. >> We're talking about personal evangelism.

  398. >> Now, we thank God for Reverend Shindy

  399. and the evangelism team. They're doing a

  400. fabulous job, but that is not that's not

  401. their sole responsibility.

  402. That's our responsibility as a corner

  403. member.

  404. >> All of us are personal evangelists.

  405. >> Because found people find people.

  406. >> Here's the thing. Being found is not a

  407. status to be enjoyed in isolation.

  408. >> It's a commission to be shared. And at

  409. Cornineia, we will be a church full of

  410. KCC members who are so overwhelmed by

  411. the fact that Jesus found us

  412. >> that we are going out to find others

  413. >> because found people

  414. >> find people

  415. >> found people

  416. >> find people

  417. >> find people.

  418. >> Yes. So that's our second core value.

  419. You know when we understand that we have

  420. been found then we are aware that we

  421. have been rescued.

  422. >> Yes sir.

  423. >> That we have been redeemed.

  424. >> Come on.

  425. >> Or as my grandmama would say we've been

  426. saved.

  427. >> We have been we understand that and when

  428. we understand that our response should

  429. be having been redeemed and rescued and

  430. saved our response to the Lord should be

  431. is to serve. Amen.

  432. >> Our third core value is save people

  433. serve.

  434. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.

  435. >> Save people.

  436. >> Serve. Say it with me. Save people

  437. serve.

  438. >> The Bible says in 1 Peter chapter 4:e

  439. 10, it says, "Each of you should use

  440. whatever gift you have received

  441. >> to serve others

  442. >> as faithful stewards of God's various

  443. forms of grace."

  444. >> Yes, Lord. Saved people serve by using

  445. their God-given gifts to pour out his

  446. grace and his and make eternal impact.

  447. >> Catch this. Serving is not something we

  448. have to do.

  449. >> Come on.

  450. >> Serving is not something we just have to

  451. do.

  452. >> Serving is something we get to do.

  453. >> Come on.

  454. >> I get to serve.

  455. >> I get to serve. Yes,

  456. >> I get to serve.

  457. >> Somebody say it with me. I get to serve.

  458. >> In the chat, I need you to drop that in

  459. there. I get to serve.

  460. >> I get to serve.

  461. >> When we serve, we're not just filling a

  462. role or completing a task. I need us to

  463. understand that.

  464. >> Yeah.

  465. >> Understand something. When you when you

  466. when you are in parking ministry, you're

  467. not just parking a car.

  468. >> Come on.

  469. >> You are you are the first line of our

  470. greeters ushering people into the

  471. presence of God.

  472. our beloved sancted children's ministry

  473. workers.

  474. >> My God.

  475. >> Amen.

  476. >> A parent just stood up and gave you a

  477. rounding applause.

  478. >> You're not You're not You're not

  479. watching kids.

  480. >> That's right. That's right. Babysitting.

  481. >> Yeah. You're not babysitting.

  482. >> That's right. You are helping to shape

  483. the future of our next generation

  484. >> and our future leaders.

  485. >> That's right.

  486. >> We understand clearly that when we're

  487. serving, we are actually fulfilling

  488. purpose.

  489. >> And I want us to live and breathe that

  490. we get to serve.

  491. >> Because save people

  492. >> serve.

  493. >> Save people don't just shout.

  494. >> Save people

  495. >> serve.

  496. >> Save people don't just run around the

  497. sanctuary. Save people

  498. >> serve. We don't just wave our hands but

  499. save people.

  500. >> Sir,

  501. >> my God.

  502. >> Has someone ever said to you, "You

  503. changed."

  504. >> Usually if you hear that, typically we

  505. get offended

  506. because we want to show people that

  507. we're still like them

  508. >> or that we understand them.

  509. >> As a believer, however, we're not called

  510. to remain the same.

  511. We're called to grow

  512. >> and growing people change.

  513. >> That's our next core value. It is that

  514. growing people

  515. >> change.

  516. >> Growing people change. The Bible says to

  517. us, "Be not conformed to this world."

  518. >> Do

  519. >> But be transformed by the renewing of

  520. your mind.

  521. That means when you and I accept Jesus

  522. Christ as our Lord and Savior, we jump

  523. onto this journey to start changing

  524. >> and to start growing.

  525. >> So how do we grow and change? We believe

  526. that transformation doesn't just happen

  527. in rows.

  528. >> It happens in circles.

  529. >> In other words, we grow in community

  530. where iron can sharpen iron. Now, this

  531. year we're going to see our life groups

  532. will resume, but they're going to resume

  533. in April

  534. >> because we're adding this year an

  535. additional type of life group. It will

  536. be called a disciplehip group.

  537. >> And these are going to be groups where

  538. people can join together for

  539. accountability with the aim of spiritual

  540. growth.

  541. >> Lord,

  542. >> that is amen. That is how we're going to

  543. grow. This past week, we kicked off our

  544. corner circles.

  545. So, these are our Wednesday night

  546. gatherings. It's 6:30 every Wednesday

  547. and each week we have a different group.

  548. Now, if you heard a lot of ladies

  549. hollering,

  550. >> my god,

  551. >> it's cuz they kicked it off this past

  552. Wednesday.

  553. >> They did.

  554. >> Yes, they did.

  555. >> And they came through. But they came

  556. through. We were rushing trying to find

  557. more space and chair. They came through.

  558. And this is what we're going to do. So,

  559. you all have heard it already, but first

  560. weeks, first Wednesdays, that's going to

  561. be when the ladies come. 6:30. Second

  562. Wednesdays, that's when our singles come

  563. 6:30. Third Wednesdays are going to be

  564. our men.

  565. >> Fourth Wednesdays are going to be our

  566. engaged and married couples. And then we

  567. have our S3, they continue, that's our

  568. teens and our middle school and high

  569. school. They continue to get together on

  570. Wednesdays. Our seniors, they gather in

  571. person on second Tuesdays each month for

  572. Bible study. And so we have a space

  573. where everyone can come to grow and to

  574. change.

  575. >> These are opportunities that will help

  576. us become more like Jesus.

  577. >> Yes.

  578. So when someone says to you, "You

  579. changed," tell them, "Thank you."

  580. >> Yes, sir.

  581. >> Because growing people

  582. >> change.

  583. >> Growing people change.

  584. >> Yes, sir. That's good.

  585. >> So, our last and final core value is

  586. this. God's people give.

  587. >> God's people give. When we talk about

  588. giving, you know, it's really easy to

  589. focus on throwing some money in a bucket

  590. that's passed by you called a

  591. transaction.

  592. >> But for us, God's people give, it's not

  593. just about putting money in a bucket or

  594. even a budget.

  595. >> It's about a belief.

  596. >> It's the kingdom belief that everything

  597. that you and I have was a gift before it

  598. was ever our possession.

  599. >> Amen.

  600. >> We don't give to get.

  601. We don't give to get. We give because we

  602. have already received.

  603. >> We give because we serve a God who is by

  604. his very nature

  605. >> a giver.

  606. >> God's people give. And as a kingdom

  607. citizen, you and I have a mandate from

  608. our Lord. And uh Reverend Rashard read

  609. the scripture this morning out of

  610. Proverbs 3:9 and 10. The scripture tells

    Proverbs 3:9

  611. us, "Honor the Lord with your substance

  612. and with the first fruits of all of your

  613. increase. So shall your barns be filled

  614. with plenty, and your presses shall

  615. burst out with new wine."

  616. >> We have a commission to honor the Lord

  617. with our giving.

  618. >> Notice the word though, substance.

  619. >> God ain't asking us for what's

  620. imaginary.

  621. >> And he's not asking us for what we hope

  622. to have one day. He asked us to honor

  623. him with what we have right now.

  624. >> As a kingdom citizen, when we give him

  625. the very first and the best of our

  626. increase, we are putting him first in

  627. our lives.

  628. >> It is a promise of provision.

  629. >> And so, as a kingdom citizen and a

  630. corneria member, generosity is one of

  631. our family traits.

  632. >> God's people give. When there's a need,

  633. we give.

  634. >> When there's something going on in our

  635. community, we give. Why? Because God's

  636. people give.

  637. >> So there you have it. This is our

  638. mission and this is our core values.

  639. This is our call to action.

  640. >> Yes.

  641. >> And this is how we will accomplish that

  642. call to action. So what do we say? Our

  643. mission is to equip the believer to grow

  644. in God's word.

  645. >> Yes. to build real relationships, to

  646. serve with purpose, and to share our

  647. faith. Our core values, we said, is that

  648. everybody

  649. >> matters to God.

  650. >> Let's try that. I want to hear everybody

  651. say, "Everybody

  652. >> matters to God."

  653. >> Everybody matters to God. Found people

  654. >> find people,

  655. >> save people,

  656. >> serve,

  657. >> growing people,

  658. >> change,

  659. >> and God's people.

  660. >> Yeah.

  661. >> Yeah. That's our core values. That's our

  662. mission. That is our core values.

  663. That is our identity.

  664. >> Now, here's the thing. We want every KCC

  665. member to know this mission

  666. >> and to know these core values.

  667. >> Yes.

  668. >> How many members?

  669. >> Every single one of you.

  670. >> We want you to know this mission and

  671. core values. As a matter of fact, we we

  672. serious about this. We were talking last

  673. night and we are we were going to do it

  674. today, but we're going to wait till next

  675. week because it's commitment Sunday.

  676. We're going to call on somebody at each

  677. encounter.

  678. >> And we want you to know these mission.

  679. Don't then don't skip church.

  680. >> We want you to know this mission and the

  681. core values. And we've got we got some

  682. ice cream money.

  683. >> Yeah.

  684. >> For you. I think we got about $250

  685. >> for each person that knows it.

  686. >> But we want you to know it.

  687. >> Hold on. I feel like my bishop ain't

  688. nobody clap that $250. I

  689. >> felt my bishop.

  690. >> They don't need it.

  691. >> They they must billionaires in the

  692. house.

  693. >> Yeah. Yeah.

  694. >> But we want you to know it

  695. >> because this is our church.

  696. >> That's right.

  697. >> And this is our identity. Amen.

  698. >> This is what God called us.

  699. >> Yeah.

  700. >> And so it is important to not only know

  701. who we are, but also where we are going.

  702. >> Kingdom identity isn't just about

  703. understanding our worth and purpose.

  704. It's about walking it out with

  705. intentionality. So with that in mind,

  706. let's talk about where God is leading us

  707. in in our ministry in 2026. Now, these

  708. aren't just goals. I need us to know

  709. these are kingdom assignments.

  710. >> What we're about to talk about, we

  711. they're listed as goals, but I want us

  712. to see them and approach them and

  713. execute them as kingdom assignments.

  714. >> They are the steps that we're taking

  715. together to grow, to build, to serve,

  716. and to share.

  717. >> Yeah.

  718. >> Goal number one is that we are going to

  719. have at least, somebody shout at least.

  720. At least

  721. >> at least 500 first and second time

  722. guests.

  723. >> At least

  724. >> at least.

  725. >> Now, how many of you came to Cornia

  726. because somebody invited you? Raise your

  727. hand. Because somebody invited you. Take

  728. a look around. Hold on. Put your hand

  729. up. Take a look around. Throw your hand

  730. up. I'm sorry. I just couldn't I just

  731. couldn't help it. I'm sorry. Look

  732. around.

  733. >> You are here because somebody stepped

  734. outside of their comfort zone. Yes,

  735. >> possibly over nervousness, fear, and

  736. anxiety,

  737. >> to invite you into something that they

  738. believe would change your life.

  739. >> And many of our lives have been changed

  740. because somebody was willing to invite

  741. us.

  742. >> Yeah.

  743. >> They were willing to extend what we

  744. believe to be one of the most powerful

  745. tools we have. And that is a personal

  746. invitation.

  747. >> That somebody would invite us into what

  748. it is God is doing. A personal

  749. invitation is the most powerful tool

  750. that we have. And many are just waiting

  751. to be asked.

  752. >> Yes. Yes.

  753. >> Many people around us are just waiting

  754. >> for somebody to ask them to come to

  755. church.

  756. >> Amen.

  757. >> To ask them to do do you do you want to

  758. invite them into community into a

  759. relationship to take a step toward

  760. transforming their lives?

  761. It's a personal invitation. I remember

  762. my mom told me that she got saved

  763. because this young girl invited her to

  764. Jesus.

  765. >> And she the first time she invited her,

  766. my mom ducked her. She didn't go and she

  767. ended up seeing her in the street again.

  768. And that little girl was persistent.

  769. >> Yes, sir.

  770. >> And as Miss Ev miss Evans, you didn't

  771. come. I THOUGHT YOU WERE COMING.

  772. >> And because she wouldn't give up.

  773. >> Come on.

  774. BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT AFRAID OF HOW MY MOM

  775. WOULD RESPOND.

  776. >> My mom followed through on that

  777. invitation. And I don't know where I

  778. would be if that little girl wasn't

  779. brave enough to invite an adult.

  780. >> My God,

  781. >> we want to invite people to our worship

  782. encounters.

  783. >> Yes.

  784. >> We want to invite them to our corner

  785. circles.

  786. >> We want to invite them to our life

  787. groups.

  788. >> Yes. Now, when they come on when they

  789. come to our worship encounters, I need

  790. us to do something we're starting to

  791. call uh something that we're going to

  792. call close the deal.

  793. >> Yeah.

  794. >> When they come to church, it's not

  795. enough for them to come and enjoy the

  796. worship encounter and then leave.

  797. >> That's right.

  798. >> We need to close the deal by having them

  799. complete the first time guest form.

  800. >> Amen.

  801. Let me tell you, I know you don't know

  802. how to I know you don't know the clap

  803. there,

  804. >> but without that first time guest form,

  805. >> we don't get to connect with them

  806. >> and to show them that they are really

  807. seen and are valued.

  808. >> We don't want to just attract people. We

  809. want to attach them to the Lord Jesus.

  810. >> Lord,

  811. >> and so we want to close the deal.

  812. >> Somebody shout, "Close the deal."

  813. >> Close the deal. We want to close the

  814. deal. We invite them, but the deal is

  815. not finished until they complete that

  816. first time business form because we want

  817. to walk them into a loving relationship

  818. with Jesus and become everything they

  819. have been called to be.

  820. >> Amen.

  821. >> Somebody shout it one more time. Close

  822. the deal.

  823. >> Close the deal.

  824. >> All right. Our second kingdom assignment

  825. is we will see 700 people give their

  826. lives to Jesus Christ.

  827. >> Wait a minute. I need some more

  828. excitement in this room.

  829. >> I didn't say we're believing. I said we

  830. will see Yes, sir.

  831. >> we will see 700 people give their lives

  832. to Jesus Christ

  833. >> this year.

  834. >> And as a as a church family, we're going

  835. to go get them.

  836. We're not waiting. We're not waiting for

  837. somebody to, you know, give us, hey, can

  838. you No, no, no, no, no.

  839. >> On your job.

  840. >> Come on.

  841. >> In the break room,

  842. >> online, whatever it is, whatever your

  843. environment is, wherever your level of

  844. influence is, it is a commission from

  845. God for you to go get them.

  846. >> There are people around us right now in

  847. our neighborhoods,

  848. >> who do not know the Lord.

  849. >> Look around this room. I know it's at

  850. least 700 of us in here.

  851. >> Look around.

  852. >> It's more than that.

  853. >> We are going to get the saints to come

  854. on in and be part of this family. Amen.

  855. >> So, it's not about I want you to hear

  856. this. 700 isn't just a statistic.

  857. >> It's 700 names.

  858. >> Come on.

  859. >> It's 700 souls.

  860. >> It's 700 families whose entire eternity

  861. will change.

  862. It's 700 people who right now are found

  863. by God because someone in this room was

  864. willing to go and find you.

  865. >> So we will model we'll model the Luke 10

  866. verse two. It says the harvest truly is

  867. great but the laborers are few. Pray ye

  868. therefore the Lord of harvest that he

  869. would send forth laborers into the

  870. harvest.

  871. >> Today we're answering that prayer. We

  872. are the laborers.

  873. That's it.

  874. >> Uh-uh. Touch your neighbor. And I know

  875. y'all don't want to do all that, but

  876. anyway, do it anyway. Touch your

  877. neighbor and say, "You are a laborer.

  878. >> You are a labor.

  879. >> You are a lab." Look at the other one,

  880. cuz that one didn't even say nothing.

  881. Look at the other one and say, "I'm

  882. talking to you.

  883. >> You are a laborer."

  884. >> Y'all, this is about personal

  885. evangelism.

  886. >> We want you to take on this mission of

  887. going after souls.

  888. >> So, we're going to go get them. Amen.

  889. Amen.

  890. >> And that's our goal.

  891. >> Goal number three is that we're going to

  892. have at least 100 life group and

  893. disciplehip group leaders.

  894. >> Uhuh. We waiting on

  895. >> Now, I know some of you heard Pastor

  896. Shaell when he said it, life groups

  897. begin in April. Yes, they do. And th the

  898. reason why we're doing this is a couple

  899. of reasons. Number one, this is going to

  900. allow us to reach this goal of at least

  901. 100 life group and disciplehip group

  902. leaders.

  903. >> Yeah.

  904. >> It's going to give us an opportunity to

  905. recruit and to uh properly train these

  906. leaders.

  907. >> Amen.

  908. >> Second reason why we're doing it in

  909. April is because it's going to give us

  910. an opportunity to allow more people to

  911. be a part of a life group.

  912. >> Yes.

  913. >> We don't we don't want to just attract

  914. You're going to hear us talk about this.

  915. We don't want to just attract people to

  916. our church.

  917. >> Amen.

  918. >> We want to attach them to the Lord.

  919. >> The reason why we're doing it beginning

  920. April 20th, the second reason is because

  921. we know many people come to our worship

  922. encounter on Easter Sunday.

  923. >> Amen.

  924. >> They experience a phenomenal time in the

  925. presence of God. And what we've seen is

  926. that we don't have anything else for

  927. them to connect to. Yeah.

  928. >> And so we're going to begin our life

  929. groups after Easter because it's going

  930. to give them an opportunity to be able

  931. to sign up and be a part.

  932. >> We are also moving from just going to

  933. get them.

  934. >> Yeah. Yeah. Come on.

  935. >> To now going to make them.

  936. We going to keep going to get them, but

  937. God has dropped it in our hearts to make

  938. sure that we go make them.

  939. >> A couple of months ago, we were talking

  940. sitting in a meeting and I I shared with

  941. them that God had put I don't I don't

  942. know if it's a vision prophet

  943. necessarily, but but God showed me a a

  944. room with ultrasounds.

  945. >> Yeah.

  946. >> In a frame. ultrasounds where people go

  947. and they get, you know, scans of their

  948. stomach when they're pregnant and

  949. showing what the baby looks like. It was

  950. a room full of ultrasounds and frames.

  951. But then God God kind of tapped me and

  952. said, "Where are the other pictures?

  953. Where are the first grade pictures?

  954. >> Second grade pictures,

  955. >> baseball pictures,

  956. >> where are the graduation pictures? Where

  957. are the prom pictures?" Yeah.

  958. >> And God said, "You all cannot just be

  959. okay with people getting saved.

  960. >> That's the ultrasound."

  961. >> Come on. Come on.

  962. >> We want to see them grow and mature into

  963. who God has called them to be.

  964. >> Yes, sir.

  965. >> God said that our church, we are moving

  966. from celebrating baby showers to bar

  967. mitzvah.

  968. >> Yes, sir.

  969. Now, I love a good baby shower meatball,

  970. but I want us to be able

  971. >> I want us to be able

  972. >> to Yes. celebrate when people get saved,

  973. >> but I want us to BE ABLE TO FIND THEM in

  974. two years serving God and growing in

  975. Jesus name.

  976. >> Yes, Lord.

  977. >> I want us to be able to celebrate them

  978. growing in God and maturing in the

  979. things of God and them now and then

  980. they're reaching out to grab somebody

  981. else.

  982. This is why we're shifting.

  983. >> Yes, sir.

  984. >> And can I just thank you ahead of time

  985. for being the kind of church that's

  986. flexible,

  987. >> that we care more about just ourselves,

  988. that we care about other people. And if

  989. that means shifting life groups to

  990. April, let's ride.

  991. >> Amen.

  992. >> So, our final our final assignment and

  993. goal is this.

  994. This year, we're believing together

  995. >> to give $600,000.

  996. and our resurrection seed off.

  997. >> Yes, sir.

  998. >> Years ago, God spoke to our founder,

  999. Bishop O'Neal. And as he spoke to her,

1000. it was to give us the charge that once a

1001. year at Cornineia, we would bring one

  1002. sacrificial offering

  1003. >> each year.

1004. >> Now, we would always say, "Now, God may

1005. speak to your heart and tell you to do

1006. something else, but at Cornia, we're

1007. going to ask for how many per year?

1008. >> One. We're going to ask for one per

1009. year. This is a time where we give our

1010. best offering and we do that in

1011. conjunction with resurrection or Easter

1012. Sunday in recognition to the fact that

1013. God gave us his best

1014. >> in his son Jesus.

1015. >> Now, in the past few years, this is what

  1016. we've done. We've taken our resurrection

1017. seed because every year we have a

1018. calendar of planned outreach events.

1019. >> And you all know when we do it, we go

1020. big. And so what we're believing this

1021. year, as we have in the past, is that

1022. this will fund our outreach initiatives

1023. that are already planned for the year.

1024. >> And the church said,

  1025. >> "Amen."

1026. >> Amen. Now, sometimes things come up and

1027. we respond when those come up that are

1028. outside of our planned calendar, but we

1029. already have things that we know we're

1030. going to do this year.

  1031. >> And that's what we're believing to do

  1032. with our resurrection seed.

  1033. >> But there's something else.

  1034. >> Yes, sir.

  1035. We've seen we've seen a movement in our

1036. country away from caring for those who

  1037. have less.

1038. >> We've watched people even over this past

  1039. year

1040. who've had to wonder if they would have

  1041. enough food to eat

1042. >> as programs have been cut.

1043. >> We have a call from God to help care for

  1044. those who right now

1045. >> may not have enough.

  1046. >> Right.

1047. Now, one of the commitments we've had as

1048. as long as I can remember this church is

1049. making sure no one goes hungry.

  1050. >> That's right.

1051. >> And so, we have this food bank so that

1052. if a member or anyone in this community

1053. needs to come and get food, we have food

  1054. ready for them.

  1055. >> Amen.

1056. >> And over the years, we've fed thousands

1057. of people through our food bank. But I

1058. don't know if you know that our food

1059. bank right now is the size of a storage

1060. room. And so when something happens such

1061. as this past year, we are I mean we're

1062. burning the road up. We're going from

1063. here to there trying to figure out how

1064. can we get things and fill up the food

1065. bank because we have so much space. And

1066. so when we fill it up and give it out,

1067. we're right back out shopping again.

1068. We're back and forward doing it because

1069. we're trying to meet the needs of our

1070. community and fulfill the call of God on

  1071. our lives.

  1072. >> We need a space.

1073. >> Yes, we do. where there's plenty of

1074. room, where there is huge dry storage

  1075. for food,

1076. >> where there is walk-in cold storage,

1077. >> so that we can move, listen to this,

1078. from just having to shop at distribution

  1079. centers.

  1080. >> Yes, sir.

1081. >> But so that we can become

  1082. >> Yes, sir.

  1083. >> a distribution center.

  1084. >> Yes, sir.

  1085. Thank you, Jesus.

1086. >> Listen to this. In Matthew 25, Jesus

  1087. said,

1088. >> "For I was hungry and you gave me meat.

1089. >> I was thirsty, you gave me drink. I was

1090. a stranger, you took me in. Naked and

1091. you clothed me. I was sick and you

1092. visited me. I was in prison and you came

1093. to me." Then shall the righteous answer

1094. him, saying, Lord, when did we see you

1095. hungry and we fed thee? When did we see

1096. you thirsty and we gave you drink? When

1097. did we see you a stranger and we took

1098. you in? Or naked and we clothe thee? Or

1099. when did we see you sick or in prison

1100. and come to thee? And the king shall

1101. answer and say unto them, verily I say

1102. unto you, in as much as you have done

1103. unto the least of these, my brethren,

1104. you have done it unto me.

  1105. >> Yes, sir.

1106. >> This year, we're going to use part of

  1107. our resurrection seed

1108. >> to lay the groundwork to prepare for the

  1109. cornia

1110. >> unto him. unto him.

  1111. >> Yes, sir.

  1112. >> Outreach center.

  1113. >> Yes, sir.

  1114. >> Yeah.

  1115. >> Yes, sir.

  1116. >> Thank you, Lord.

  1117. >> My God.

  1118. >> Hallelujah.

  1119. >> Thank you, God.

1120. >> Come on, SOMEBODY BLESS THEM.

  1121. >> HALLELUJAH.

  1122. >> YES, SIR.

  1123. >> Let's praise God.

  1124. >> Yes, sir.

  1125. >> Hallelujah, Jesus.

  1126. >> This will be a place.

  1127. >> Thank you, God.

1128. >> Where we become the distribution center.

  1129. Yes, sir.

1130. >> A place where outreach can be extended.

  1131. >> Yes, sir.

  1132. >> And expanded.

1133. >> This will be a place where we can

1134. provide food and services for people who

1135. need it and offer a sense of dignity.

  1136. >> Yes.

1137. >> To people we serve.

  1138. >> Yes, sir.

  1139. >> Yes, Lord.

1140. >> And we're going to do that together.

  1141. >> Yes, God.

  1142. >> Hallelujah.

  1143. >> Somebody shout, "Let's ride."

  1144. >> Let's ride.

  1145. >> My God.

  1146. >> Thank you, God.

1147. I've been listening to that for the last

1148. few weeks, but that just hit a little

1149. different right then. So did

  1150. >> Yes, sir.

  1151. >> All right, God.

  1152. >> Thank you, God.

  1153. >> Thank you, Lord.

  1154. >> Thank you, Jesus.

1155. >> Now, you on your way out, let me tell

1156. you, you will receive your vision

  1157. builder.

1158. >> It is absolutely amazing.

  1159. >> Yes, sir.

1160. >> Now, e church, we have not forgotten

1161. about you. You can find the vision

1162. builder on the homepage of the website

1163. or also under resources on our website.

1164. All right. Now, inside the vision

1165. builder, you're going to find, you know,

1166. many things, letters from us. Uh, so

1167. it's going to be phenomenal. You you're

1168. going to see it. But two things we want

1169. to mention about the vision builder.

1170. Number one, inside of the vision

  1171. builder, there's a space for your

  1172. personal goals.

  1173. >> There's a space for your personal goals.

1174. We want you to write down

1175. >> your goals for 2026 here in this book.

1176. Now, you can post them on your

1177. refrigerator. You can put them in your

1178. phone, but we want you to take time to

1179. write down your personal goals in this

1180. book. Now, I'm going on tell you it'll

1181. work better if you use a Sharpie or a

1182. little marker because of the type of the

1183. book it is. But we want you to write

1184. down your personal goals. Secondly, at

1185. the very back of the book, you're going

1186. to find an article that says, "Turn down

  1187. Tuesdays." Amen.

1188. >> Let me tell you what that is. God has

1189. placed it on our heart as a ministry

1190. that the third Tuesday of every month,

1191. >> we will turn down our plate in fasting

  1192. and prayer.

  1193. >> Amen.

  1194. >> Now

1195. we will turn down our plates. Not for

  1196. our own vision.

  1197. >> Come on.

1198. >> Not for our vision board. Not for our

1199. own goals. The third Tuesday is going to

1200. be for our corporate goals.

1201. >> Now, what I want you to do is I do want

1202. you to pick a day where you will fast

  1203. for yourself personally.

  1204. >> Amen. Amen.

1205. >> But third Tuesday is going to be for us

  1206. corporately,

  1207. >> as a family,

1208. >> as a family. So, you'll receive what the

1209. initiative will be. You'll see what the

1210. initiative, what the focus will be, what

1211. goal we'll be praying over and fasting

  1212. over, what's the scripture that's going

1213. to go with it, and what's the statement

1214. of faith that we're going to clare over

  1215. declare over that goal.

1216. >> You're going to get that. All right.

1217. Now, fasting is where we turn down our

1218. plates and we don't eat food for a

  1219. period of time.

  1220. >> Amen.

1221. >> This is not a fast where you just fast

  1222. from social media.

  1223. >> That's right.

1224. >> Now, you may fast from social media in

  1225. addition to,

1226. >> right? But when we say turn down

  1227. Tuesday,

1228. >> I know your your your coworkers are taco

1229. Tuesday, but for us, the third Tuesday

1230. >> of the month is going to be turn down

  1231. Tuesday.

  1232. >> That's right.

1233. >> We're going to turn down our plates and

1234. turn up our focus on the things of God.

1235. the first the third Tuesday in this

1236. month, we're going to together as a

1237. family pray and fast over uh meeting our

1238. 100 uh life group and disciplehip group

  1239. leaders.

  1240. >> Amen.

  1241. >> I believe I know now that's not a

  1242. belief. I know

1243. >> that we have over 100 life group and

1244. disciplehip group leaders already in

  1245. here right now.

  1246. >> Right now.

  1247. >> Now, e church, when I say in here, I

1248. mean in here. and in here.

  1249. >> That's right.

1250. >> Us. Now, I don't need you to disqualify

1251. yourself because we need virtual life

1252. groups as well. So, some of you are

1253. listening to me right now and I believe

1254. God is going to tap you on your shoulder

1255. for you to be one of these life group

1256. leaders or discip disciplehip group

1257. leaders and I want you to answer the

  1258. call.

1259. >> But that will be our focus in January.

1260. The third Tuesday in J I'm telling you

  1261. now.

1262. >> Yes. the third Tuesday in January and

1263. the third Tuesday moving forward

1264. throughout the year is going to be

  1265. turned down Tuesday.

  1266. >> Amen.

1267. >> All right. So, you've heard our theme,

  1268. >> you've heard the mission, you've heard

1269. the core values, and you've heard our

1270. kingdom assignments, our goals for this

1271. year. Together, we will discover and

1272. walk out our kingdom identity. Now, next

1273. Sunday, somebody shout, "Next Sunday."

1274. >> Next Sunday. Next Sunday is our

  1275. commitment Sunday.

1276. >> This is where we have taken time to read

1277. through the vision builder. We want you

1278. to take time to think about and pray

1279. about, hey, where am I going to serve?

1280. If you're not serving already, we want

1281. you to take time to think about and pray

1282. about what am I going to give on

  1283. Resurrection Seed Sunday.

1284. >> We want you to take time to pray about

1285. and make a commitment that I am going to

1286. share my faith. I'm going to invite

1287. people to fulfill my part of this

  1288. kingdom assignment.

  1289. >> Amen.

1290. >> And then next Sunday, we will come back

1291. and we're asking you to bring your goals

  1292. back with you.

  1293. >> Amen.

1294. >> Whether you write them in the book, you

1295. bring them back on your phone. We want

1296. you to bring your goals back with you

1297. because we're going to take a moment in

1298. the worship encounter next week to lift

1299. our goals before God, our personal

1300. goals, and pray over them.

1301. >> Why? Because we believe what we make

  1302. happen for God's house,

1303. >> God will make happen for our house.

  1304. >> That's a fact.

1305. >> He told us to seek first the kingdom

1306. >> and his righteousness, and all these

  1307. other things

1308. >> will be added unto us.

1309. >> We believe those things are added.

  1310. They're not sought.

1311. >> We will seek his kingdom, seek his will,

1312. seek his way, and he's going to add

1313. those things to us. So next week, we

1314. will seal that with holy communion.

  1315. >> Amen. Amen.

  1316. >> Amen.

1317. >> The Bible teaches us to commit our ways

  1318. to the Lord

1319. >> and he will establish give us the plan

1320. to knock it out and get it done.

1321. >> I am excited about what God is going to

1322. do in Cornelia through Cornelia and for

  1323. Cornelia.

  1324. >> The work continues.

  1325. >> Amen.

  1326. >> It's the same It's the same mission.

  1327. >> It's the same mantle. It's the same

1328. message. Our response to the will of God

1329. for our life is to let's ride.

  1330. >> Amen.

  1331. >> Let's pray.

1332. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank

1333. you so much for this day that you've

1334. given us a day to pull aside and to to

1335. hear from you and to hear your heart

1336. >> for what you desire for us

  1337. as individuals.

  1338. >> Yes, Lord.

1339. >> But Lord, also what you desire for us as

  1340. a family.

1341. >> Father, we thank you for clear vision.

  1342. Yes.

1343. >> We thank you for where you are pointing

1344. us to and where you're going to lead us

1345. to. Father, we take a moment to pray

1346. over ourselves and ask you, Father God,

1347. that is as this week as we read through

1348. our vision builder, as we take time to

1349. sit quietly in your presence, Holy

1350. Spirit, speak to our hearts.

1351. Father, help us to to commit or to

  1352. recommmit

1353. to the assignments that you have placed

1354. on us individually. Help us to commit

1355. and recommmit to the assignment that you

1356. have given us in our local church.

1357. Father, help us to commit and or

1358. recommmit to what it is that we are

1359. going to give in terms of our worship on

1360. Resurrection Seed Sunday. Father, we

1361. thank you that we hear your voice

1362. clearly and the voice of a stranger we

1363. will not follow. And so God, we thank

1364. you for what you're going to do in us.

1365. Father, we we declare by faith that it's

1366. already done. We declare by faith that

1367. that the $600,000 is already exceeded.

1368. We declare by faith that over 700 people

1369. will come to know you in Jesus name. We

1370. declare by faith that we have more than

1371. 100 life group and disciplehip group

  1372. leaders.

1373. >> And we declare by faith that we will

1374. have more than 500 first and second time

  1375. guests.

1376. >> Father, we declare it by faith. But

1377. father, we also pause to put our hands

  1378. to the plow

1379. >> for we realize faith without works is

1380. dead. So we thank you for the grace and

1381. the strength to get it done in Jesus

  1382. name.

  1383. Amen.
