Passion Week 2025 - Good Friday - Luke 23:32-34

hello today is Good Friday the day Jesus

was

crucified it doesn't feel good when you

read what happened beaten mocked nailed

to a cross luke

Luke 23:32–34

23:32-34 says "Two others were who were

criminals were led away to be put to

death with him and when they came to the

place that is called the skull there

they crucified him

and the criminals one on his right and

one on his left and Jesus said "Father

forgive them for they know not what they

do." And they cast lots to divide his

garments it's called Good Friday because

of what is accomplished jesus willingly

took our place he bore the weight of our

sin my sin your sin so we could be made

right with God at the cross love and

justice meant jesus paid the price we

could never pay he didn't deserve the

cross but he chose it for us take time

today to sit with that let it break your

heart and build your faith because the

cross isn't the end of the story but it

is the center of our hope
