  1. (Transcribed by TurboScribe. Go Unlimited to remove this message.) Morning in church.

  2. Give someone a high five before you sit

  3. down.

  4. Yeah.

  5. Thank you very much, worship team.

  6. Thank you everybody.

  7. Thank you so many people who make this

  8. all fantastic.

  9. Ooh, that was a nice echo, eh?

  10. Sounds like God speaking.

  11. Yeah.

  12. Thank you to everybody who makes these services

  13. happening, though.

  14. Right from the car park, right in on

  15. the door, all the ushers and people who

  16. serve us all and make church fantastic.

  17. Make church fantastic.

  18. And thank you for those who are looking

  19. after sound and all this.

  20. I don't thank you guys a lot, but

  21. we've got an awesome team at the back

  22. there that make it all happen.

  23. You guys are amazing.

  24. And I can never see you, but I

  25. know you're there in the shadows.

  26. But thank you.

  27. Thank you to everybody.

  28. Thank you.

  29. It's awesome.

  30. Awesome.

  31. Great to be in church.

  32. Okay.

  33. And we're talking about a spirit of faith.

  34. All right.

  35. There it is.

  36. How many are enjoying this series on a

  37. spirit of faith?

  38. Okay.

  39. How many, just as a thought, we preach

  40. these messages, but sometimes you wonder if they're

  41. actually getting through.

  42. We have got to live by faith.

  43. Okay.

  44. The Bible says we walk by faith and

  45. not by sight.

  46. I think that's our verse for this, 2

  47. Corinthians 5, 7.

  48. We walk by faith and not by sight.

  49. Actually, we need to do the full version

  50. of that verse, please, in Psalm 92.

  51. Can we get that up?

  52. We all need to quote that together just

  53. to stir faith.

  54. How many know you've got to stir faith?

  55. Okay.

  56. So this is church.

  57. Okay.

  58. It's not the Lions Club.

  59. It's church.

  60. All right.

  61. Just reminding you.

  62. So we have to stir faith up.

  63. All right.

  64. Forsake not.

  65. One of the reasons the Bible is very

  66. clear, Jesus, forsake not the gathering of yourselves

  67. together.

  68. Because there's a lot of thinking out there

  69. today.

  70. I'll tell you what, there's a lot of

  71. thinking.

  72. You can just have church on YouTube now.

  73. You can do church just at home.

  74. It's all cool just doing it at home.

  75. Well, let me just tell you, that's a

  76. lie.

  77. Okay.

  78. I was thinking of other words that you're

  79. not allowed to use in church.

  80. But let me tell you, that's a lie

  81. because people get defeated in the middle of

  82. that.

  83. And not only that, it stops what God's

  84. wanting to do with the congregation of people.

  85. Okay.

  86. So when the people get together, people who

  87. come in who are struggling in faith, we

  88. can stir up that faith.

  89. And we can help people get to a

  90. new level in God where they start to

  91. live in victory instead of defeat.

  92. Okay.

  93. And it's very easy to end up, you've

  94. just got one bad week and just about

  95. take you to defeat.

  96. So that's why it's great to gather together

  97. and stir up faith.

  98. All right.

  99. Remember I did that illustration a while ago

  100. and I had a big jar full of

  101. dirt up here and we stirred it up

  102. with a stick and Jesus popped out of

  103. it.

  104. Remember I had that little baby Jesus in

  105. there and he popped out.

  106. And reality is that see, when we stir

  107. stuff up, it brings stuff to the top

  108. and you want to bring the God in

  109. you to the top.

  110. Sometimes it can get a little bit pushed

  111. down.

  112. Okay.

  113. Stuff happens, man.

  114. When you're paying bills and all the stuff

  115. that goes on in life, sometimes it can

  116. suck the juice out of you, but we

  117. stir up faith.

  118. Hallelujah.

  119. And so today it's about let's stir up

  120. our faith.

  121. So we're going to state this together.

  122. Let's all go on the count of one,

  123. two, three.

  124. I'll sit down.

  125. Let's go.

  126. One, two, three.

  127. The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree.

  128. He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

  129. Those who are planted in the house of

  130. the Lord shall flourish in the courts of

  131. our God.

  132. They shall still bear fruit in their old

  133. age.

  134. They shall be fresh and flourishing to declare

  135. that the Lord is upright.

  136. He is my rock and there is no

  137. unrighteousness in him.

  138. Psalm 92, 12 to 15.

  139. Okay.

  140. So he is my rock.

  141. Stir it up.

  142. You've got to stir it.

  143. Sometimes you've got to stir it up yourself.

  144. Sometimes faith needs you to actually get aggressively

  145. stirring with a spirit of faith.

  146. This is what faith is all about.

  147. So I'm a faith man.

  148. If you haven't already got that, I'm a

  149. faith man.

  150. We walk by faith and not by sight.

  151. If we start walking by just what we

  152. see, we will end up very easily in

  153. a place of defeat.

  154. But if you can lift your eyes up

  155. a little bit and get your eyes on

  156. God in the middle of your storm, if

  157. you've ever been in a decent storm, and

  158. I don't know whether you have, but a

  159. good storm will challenge your faith.

  160. A good storm will always challenge your faith.

  161. I think I've referred to it many times

  162. here, but I was in the middle of

  163. the Pacific on a yacht and we had

  164. a massive storm.

  165. The wind, just to let you know a

  166. little bit of that storm, the wind was

  167. registering on the, what do you call that

  168. thing Dave?

  169. Anemometer.

  170. Anemometer.

  171. Well, I never knew that.

  172. You learn something every day.

  173. The anemometer was reading at 190 knots.

  174. That's a pretty fierce wind.

  175. You can't see wind, but you could certainly

  176. feel it.

  177. Not only that, the waves that were breaking,

  178. I think the waves were something like 15

  179. metres.

  180. That's like, when you're in the middle of

  181. a storm like that, let me tell you,

  182. Paul went through some storms like that, the

  183. Apostle Paul, and I think that's probably, it

  184. helped him stir his faith.

  185. I love being in storms like that.

  186. I like that.

  187. The feeling of it all just gets me

  188. fired up.

  189. A lot of people don't like it.

  190. I was on a yacht one time with

  191. six people in that storm.

  192. I think the waves were like 15, 20

  193. metres tall.

  194. So they were coming clean over the top

  195. of this yacht and people, men, growing men,

  196. were crying.

  197. So if you ever think you're tough, come

  198. with me out on a situation like that,

  199. because a lot of these guys started off

  200. tough.

  201. They were tough.

  202. When I got on the deck of that

  203. boat and said, guys, I think we should

  204. pray before we go to sea.

  205. It's amazing how people will criticise your faith

  206. in God.

  207. They'll rubbish it.

  208. They'll even use bad words in rubbishing it.

  209. But many of them have never experienced the

  210. dynamics that require faith.

  211. They've never been in those situations.

  212. They've never been through the storms.

  213. It's all ho-hum to them.

  214. In fact, I was, I don't know, Josiah,

  215. I haven't even seen Josiah.

  216. I went to Josiah's work day the other

  217. night and I was sitting there with a

  218. couple of men and telling them that they

  219. want to know what I did.

  220. Everybody wants to know what you do.

  221. It's a question everybody asks you.

  222. Everywhere you go, sit on an aeroplane, what

  223. do you do?

  224. It's like they've got it wrong.

  225. Your identity is often found in your work

  226. or in your, you know, if you say

  227. I'm just a, or better not use any

  228. terminology, but if you're in what they would

  229. consider a lower class thing, you're considered nothing

  230. to them.

  231. But if you're like, whatever, a different career,

  232. you can't name them today because whatever you

  233. say is going to upset somebody.

  234. Then it's a good point because then we

  235. can learn to build a bridge over that

  236. and get on the other side of it

  237. and shake off offence.

  238. So they wanted to know what I did.

  239. And I said, well, actually, I'm an agent

  240. of truth.

  241. And it was just cool, you know, because

  242. I'm always asking God, you know, when these

  243. guys, the F word's every second word, I

  244. think.

  245. And some people even get offended at that.

  246. And I don't get offended, so it's nothing

  247. to me.

  248. But anyway, and so they said, so what

  249. about you?

  250. What do you do?

  251. And they were in sales and all that

  252. sort of thing.

  253. And then I said, well, I'm an agent

  254. of truth.

  255. And they really liked that, you know, it

  256. sort of got them fired up.

  257. And then I said, in fact, I'm an

  258. agent of a lot of things.

  259. I'm an agent of faith.

  260. I'm an agent of hope.

  261. And I said, that's what I'm doing here.

  262. And then it ended up when you start

  263. talking about your Christian faith in the church,

  264. then they of course, they say, well, you

  265. might be here this morning.

  266. I don't know, you guys might be here

  267. this morning.

  268. Just thinking of that, I invited you along.

  269. And the reality is, though, it's very easy

  270. to criticise what we have when you've not

  271. experienced it.

  272. And most people haven't experienced it.

  273. So I invited them along today as secret

  274. shoppers.

  275. I said, come along and tell me then

  276. why we're goofy.

  277. So if you're here, I hope you're taking

  278. notes right now.

  279. And come up and tell me after where

  280. we're getting it wrong, because I'm always interested

  281. in that.

  282. And so I invited them.

  283. I said, well, mate, if we're that far

  284. off the track, come and tell us where

  285. we're getting wrong.

  286. But I said, God does miracles in this

  287. place.

  288. People get healed.

  289. People get set free.

  290. Chains fall off.

  291. People come in here who have no hope

  292. at all and they gain hope and they

  293. start to live a life of victory.

  294. People come in here who don't know how

  295. they're going to target or how they're going

  296. to face another week.

  297. And they find hope in the presence of

  298. God and it sets them free.

  299. And when your heart's free, I want to

  300. tell you, man, you can live a great

  301. life even in the hour we're living in

  302. right now, which is a pretty dark hour

  303. out there.

  304. I think some of you would agree.

  305. And yet we can carry hope in our

  306. life and it's all based on, and there

  307. it is there, a spirit of faith.

  308. Everybody yell out a spirit of faith.

  309. Let's say it.

  310. I want a spirit of faith.

  311. And I think if we can get a

  312. spirit of faith, man, we change not only

  313. our world, but we change the world.

  314. See, that's why we're here.

  315. We're here and I don't care if you're...

  316. Oh, well, the kids are all out of

  317. here.

  318. The kids are out.

  319. So whatever, if you're 20 or if you're

  320. 100.

  321. And we need to start believing for some

  322. 100-year-olds in the place, okay?

  323. I sat down with Ruth.

  324. There she is down the back.

  325. I sat down with Ruth on, I can't

  326. remember, what was that, Friday, Julia?

  327. Friday, we went and had a birthday party

  328. with Ruth.

  329. God bless you, Ruth.

  330. And I don't think Ruth would mind me

  331. saying, would she, Julia?

  332. She's 96.

  333. So we celebrated.

  334. We took around a few goodies and we

  335. celebrated Ruth's 96th birthday party.

  336. And man, I'll tell you what.

  337. See, in the world, you've got used-by

  338. dates.

  339. But in the kingdom of God, with a

  340. spirit of faith, there are no used-by

  341. dates.

  342. Every one of us has a purpose.

  343. It doesn't matter who you are.

  344. It doesn't matter what your struggles are.

  345. We all have an incredible purpose in God.

  346. And we sat down and I'll tell you

  347. what, I came out of there on fire.

  348. Like she started sharing with us just her

  349. past and her father and some of the

  350. things that she'd been through.

  351. I mean, stuff that some of us have

  352. never lived through.

  353. We've never lived through the war.

  354. I mean, what the heck?

  355. We take everything for granted.

  356. This generation, we're the most entitled generation that's

  357. ever been, actually.

  358. We think we deserve stuff.

  359. We deserve nothing, man.

  360. I want to tell you right now, if

  361. you're living there, you need to get your

  362. act together and start to rethink about the

  363. people who laid down their lives so that

  364. we can have the freedom we've got right

  365. now, which is being mostly abused in this

  366. generation, incidentally.

  367. That's why we believe the Word of God

  368. is the answer and the key for our

  369. lives today.

  370. And so I want to stir that up

  371. in you this morning as we come to

  372. the end of this spirit of faith series,

  373. which I think is one of the best

  374. series.

  375. I mean, you read the Bible, everybody in

  376. here had a spirit of faith, right?

  377. All the heroes you read about in Hebrews

  378. 11 were spirit of faith people.

  379. So if we want to line up to

  380. these guys, they went through all sorts of

  381. chaos, but here they are registered in the

  382. Word of God as men and women who

  383. withstood the pressure of their day, the struggles

  384. of their day, some of the persecution and

  385. the stuff, which we ain't got nothing, by

  386. the way.

  387. Like the people who tell me we're a

  388. little persecuted today, like, wait, wait, come, come

  389. to Vietnam with me.

  390. Sit down with the youth pastor who's just

  391. had all these fingernails pulled out.

  392. Sit down with some of that and then

  393. tell me that you're having persecution.

  394. We don't even know the meaning of the

  395. word.

  396. We should be the most on fire in

  397. freedom.

  398. Holy ghost, we've got freedom.

  399. We can even in here, we can even

  400. get noisy.

  401. I know a lot of churches today want

  402. to be real quiet about their faith.

  403. And unfortunately they get quiet in church and

  404. they're just as quiet out of church.

  405. Just a thought, just a thought.

  406. But you read about people like Noah.

  407. Noah was a faith man, never seen rain

  408. all the days of his life.

  409. And they never had rain, but God said,

  410. it's going to rain.

  411. And when God gives you a word, he

  412. obeyed that.

  413. And incidentally, I think he was 600 years

  414. old when he started.

  415. Like, like people tell me, I'm thinking like,

  416. I can't even bear the word, like retire,

  417. like, like, like Noah's 600 years old and

  418. he gets a vision from God.

  419. I meet too many people who don't get

  420. vision any longer.

  421. And they're prepared to sit back and just

  422. watch life go by.

  423. We should be the most visionary holy ghost

  424. people on the planet.

  425. We should be stirred.

  426. We not only should be stirred with faith.

  427. We should stir up faith wherever we turn

  428. up.

  429. You know, I just went to the UK.

  430. All right.

  431. And man, I'm just getting so many amazing

  432. testimonies.

  433. Just got a testimony yesterday of a woman.

  434. She's been trying to have a baby for

  435. 14 years and we prayed and she's just

  436. sent me a message and said, yee-haw,

  437. we're having a baby.

  438. Not we, she's having a baby with her

  439. husband.

  440. All right.

  441. And, and so very, very exciting, very exciting

  442. testimonies.

  443. I've been trying to get Julia agreeing with

  444. it, but anyway, um, um, um, and so,

  445. so many testimonies of what God is doing,

  446. but probably one of the most encouraging testimonies

  447. for me, like when, when we would, when

  448. we were, they picked me up to take

  449. me to the conference and they picked me

  450. up in Birmingham and we went to a

  451. city called Doodly.

  452. All right.

  453. Everybody say Doodly.

  454. Great, great city.

  455. There's a church there and it's a great

  456. church and I love it.

  457. And, uh, they've got, uh, I think they've

  458. got like 6,000 people in their church

  459. and they, it's, Doodly is a town of

  460. 10,000.

  461. So hello, we need to get into gear.

  462. And anyway, um, so, but the fire of

  463. God was in that, that conference I spoke

  464. at.

  465. And I want to tell you when you,

  466. so we're driving there.

  467. Okay.

  468. And I'm like, yeah, okay.

  469. Cause you know what it's like.

  470. You go as a, as a pastor, Ken,

  471. you'd know this, you're going, they pick you

  472. up at the airport and they're driving you

  473. to the meeting where you're the speaker.

  474. Now you're the speaker.

  475. So you're starting to feel a bit of

  476. the pressure.

  477. It's been nice flying, you know, 39,000

  478. feet close to God and, uh, having the

  479. time of your life and then you land

  480. and then it's reality again.

  481. Okay.

  482. And so we're on the, on the deck

  483. now and then they pick you up and

  484. we're driving and not, and so you start

  485. thinking, you know, man, what am I going

  486. to say?

  487. Yeah.

  488. Pastor Ken would never say that.

  489. He'd have every message very clearly sorted out

  490. and some of you others, but I'm sort

  491. of a little bit more agile.

  492. There's a good word.

  493. Good word.

  494. Agile.

  495. Anyway.

  496. So I said, oh, who was your speaker

  497. for the last two years?

  498. And just to see what you've got to

  499. line up with, well, how clever do I

  500. have to be?

  501. Sometimes you're asking, do I even need an

  502. anointing?

  503. That's a terrible statement.

  504. But anyway, I said, oh, who's your new

  505. speakers?

  506. And they start rattling off names like TD

  507. Jakes and like right there, I just, Lord

  508. is like the rapture could happen right now.

  509. This would be a great time for the

  510. rapture.

  511. Like these speakers they had are like Rex

  512. Crane, like these guys are some of the

  513. best communicators in the world of the gospel.

  514. And I'm thinking, and boy, now, God, you

  515. sent me here.

  516. I felt like Gideon, you know, I'm the

  517. least of the least of my brethren and

  518. all that sort of stuff, you know, and

  519. what am I even doing here?

  520. No, surely not.

  521. And anyway, so, but it was a bit

  522. challenging because you go in there with that.

  523. And then so, but here's the thing.

  524. We operate in, we're a faith church, okay?

  525. So faith would, I can't think of the

  526. right word there now, but faith would recommend

  527. that we operate out of a relational anointing

  528. and a relational spirit with God, okay?

  529. So it's all about, see, it's all about

  530. relationship.

  531. See, it's not, this is not a this

  532. is the real us.

  533. This is why you've got to get faith

  534. on the inside.

  535. If it's something that's outside, it's not going

  536. to affect anything, but if it's inside you,

  537. then it flows out of you like a

  538. river.

  539. And so I arrived there and I'm just,

  540. I just felt the Holy Spirit just said,

  541. just be you.

  542. You know, I don't want to be those

  543. guys anyway, but just be you.

  544. And I'm better looking than either of them

  545. actually.

  546. And anyway, so just be you.

  547. And the Holy Spirit said to me, I

  548. want you to bring these people into a

  549. place of relationship with me.

  550. If you can get people closer to me,

  551. that's what we're about.

  552. We're about actually bringing the entire world into

  553. this.

  554. Why did Jesus even come?

  555. He came and died so that you and

  556. I could be restored in relationship to the

  557. father.

  558. Yet we start to get, it's so easy.

  559. We get religious and we start to be

  560. clever with it and we start to get

  561. off track, but God wants to bring us

  562. back to the power of the blood of

  563. Jesus Christ that we are saved by faith

  564. in the blood of Jesus.

  565. That's why we're free.

  566. That's why we're happy.

  567. That's why we've got a great life.

  568. Anyway.

  569. So I just went there with the relationship

  570. of the Holy Spirit.

  571. Next thing I'm getting an invite to come

  572. and speak to the youth conference.

  573. So all of the, so all these kids,

  574. I had all these young kids, man, they

  575. were painting mows on themselves.

  576. These kids, they had black markers out and

  577. they had big, they were painting.

  578. All these young guys had all these mows

  579. on.

  580. It was the most exciting environment you could

  581. get in.

  582. And you couldn't get rid of them.

  583. Everywhere I went, they're following me around.

  584. And I thought, man, God, if we can

  585. just affect the next generation with the flow

  586. of the Holy Ghost out of us.

  587. See these guys caught a spirit of faith.

  588. And right now I'm getting like they're on

  589. Facebook.

  590. Now they're texting me.

  591. These guys have caught something that is going

  592. to revolutionize their future.

  593. Because when you get a spirit of faith

  594. on the inside of you, you are never

  595. the same again.

  596. Let me promise you.

  597. And so we need that fire.

  598. And I want to say to everybody here,

  599. man, you need the fire of the Holy

  600. Spirit on you.

  601. You need, if you haven't got it, then

  602. this is the place you can get it.

  603. Okay.

  604. Because we should not live ordinary.

  605. Honestly, I started, I never got very far

  606. with my notes, did I?

  607. But Noah, so 600 years old, he had

  608. a spirit of faith.

  609. He got into it.

  610. Okay.

  611. People are telling me that they're thinking of

  612. taking it easy now.

  613. Ruth's down there.

  614. Ruth's on fire for God, man.

  615. She got me inspired.

  616. When I got there, she was talking to

  617. some little kids and she got them inspired.

  618. Their eyes were as big as, you know,

  619. like, man, what can we learn off this?

  620. And we should, we've all got something to

  621. give.

  622. We've all got a message of hope.

  623. We've all, we're all agents of truth.

  624. We're all agents of the Holy Spirit.

  625. We're all agents of victory.

  626. And so I believe that's in this place

  627. today.

  628. And I believe that people are going out

  629. of here today and you're going to become

  630. a supernatural fired up Holy ghost agent of

  631. the spirit of God.

  632. And faith is about to to a new

  633. level in your life in Jesus name.

  634. And I speak that over, I see that

  635. on you right now, even as we're Abraham,

  636. he was obviously the father of faith.

  637. That's who we've been talking about.

  638. We've been talking about Abraham, the father of

  639. faith, who we, I preached that message the

  640. other day, count the stars.

  641. If you can count the stars, come on.

  642. Sometimes you've got to just get out of

  643. your tent and count the stars, get out

  644. of the canopy of restriction and limitation.

  645. Because it's easy for things to limit us.

  646. Our mindset is the greatest weapon that would,

  647. would limit us.

  648. That'll hold you back.

  649. That'll make you, when you're talking to these

  650. guys the other night, you know, there's a

  651. lot of things they say that could intimidate

  652. you if you're not careful.

  653. Like if you're, if you're starting to feel

  654. small about yourself, man, you can get intimidated

  655. easily, but you've got to remember greater is

  656. he that's in me than he that's in

  657. the world.

  658. You've got to remember that I walk by

  659. faith and not by sight.

  660. And so you start addressing those issues in

  661. your life and we start living bigger.

  662. I want to title today's message.

  663. Let's go head first into the future.

  664. Head first into the future.

  665. Anybody got that?

  666. Is it not feet first?

  667. You know, when you, you know, when you,

  668. when you dive into a swimming pool, how

  669. do you go in?

  670. Yeah, head first.

  671. When you jump out of a building that's

  672. on fire, how do you go?

  673. Feet first, right?

  674. Feet first, because you're, you're fearful of what

  675. the, the end result could be.

  676. So your fear takes over and you're looking

  677. at self-protection.

  678. I'm going to look up and I'm going

  679. to land feet first.

  680. Probably if you dived out, God would actually

  681. catch you, because it'd be a faith move,

  682. all right?

  683. Just faith, like you dive into the water

  684. because you feel safe about that.

  685. When you were born, when you were born,

  686. okay?

  687. So when you were born, I think probably

  688. most here would have come out head first,

  689. okay?

  690. So God's idea when you're, so you, just

  691. looking at the crowd, see how many young

  692. women are here, could freak them out.

  693. But, but when a baby is born, the

  694. first thing that goes, so I've been at

  695. a couple of births, I've watched my children

  696. get born without, I remember my mate went

  697. to his, watch his baby get born and

  698. he passed out.

  699. Meant to be helping his wife and he

  700. passed out.

  701. I mean, maybe some of you are like

  702. that, but I'm like, what the heck?

  703. Like, harden up.

  704. Like, anyway, and so I've watched these, and

  705. the first thing that comes out is the

  706. placenta.

  707. Well, when does the placenta come out?

  708. Oh, here we go.

  709. The first, thank you.

  710. Well, it looked different to that when Christie

  711. was born.

  712. Okay.

  713. The head comes out first.

  714. Let's all agree on that.

  715. The placenta comes out later.

  716. Now the idea though, the idea that the

  717. head comes out first, it's a God idea,

  718. okay?

  719. It's a God idea.

  720. The head comes out first so the baby

  721. can take its first breath and begin to

  722. breathe.

  723. The issues come when the feet come first.

  724. I think we call it a breach birth.

  725. You know, when, when, when somebody, when somebody

  726. breaks the rules of a contract and, and

  727. goes sideways on the contract, we call it

  728. a breach of contract, okay?

  729. So it's the same, when a baby's born

  730. breach, there's danger of the baby suffocating because

  731. it's not going to get air before it

  732. comes out of the birth canal.

  733. I believe that God wants us to be

  734. people of faith that take a breath of

  735. the Holy Ghost and go head first into

  736. life, okay?

  737. I believe right now, I tell you what,

  738. some of you are facing battles.

  739. Some of you are facing situations that are

  740. intimidating you and causing you to stand back.

  741. But I believe today, I wanted to say

  742. in today's meeting, let's be people who go

  743. head first into the future, believing that if

  744. God's with us, nothing can intimidate us.

  745. I am not ashamed of the gospel of

  746. Christ because it's the power of God unto

  747. salvation to the Jew first and also to

  748. the Greek.

  749. So Abraham starts off as this man of

  750. faith that birthed this into her.

  751. Then you've got Isaac, Isaac sowed, Isaac sowed

  752. by faith.

  753. He sowed seeds of faith, believing that God

  754. was going to give him a harvest out

  755. of that.

  756. How many of, how many have like planted

  757. gardens and, and I know it's the middle

  758. of winter now, you can't plant much, everything

  759. sort of dies, but you've planted seeds in

  760. the garden and you don't see them.

  761. And I was going to bring a little

  762. pot plant along today, but you can't see

  763. the seed until it breaks out of the

  764. top of the ground.

  765. But that's called faith.

  766. When that seed is under there and you're

  767. watering it and you're believing God, it's going

  768. to come through any day.

  769. And then it pops up and man, I'll

  770. tell you what, how exciting is that when

  771. you see a harvest.

  772. And I believe today, get ready for God's

  773. harvest in your life because the reality is

  774. God is taking us.

  775. See, we've talked about faith.

  776. We've talked about the power of faith.

  777. Now God's taking us into his promises.

  778. Okay.

  779. So we inherit the, Abraham inherited the promised

  780. land by his faith and he believed.

  781. Okay.

  782. So let's be believers that God has put

  783. within us a spirit of faith.

  784. And we're going to go with God's will

  785. in our lives in this next season in

  786. Jesus name.

  787. Okay.

  788. So, and it's a, once again, see, you've

  789. got to understand relationship in this.

  790. So it's all about relationship.

  791. And if you talk about, see, relationship is

  792. a faith word.

  793. This is what churches should really be about.

  794. So the first part, if you break the

  795. word down, the first part is real.

  796. Okay.

  797. Real.

  798. So just change the A a little bit

  799. there, R E, pull the A out there,

  800. real.

  801. So number one, we've got to be real.

  802. See, I reckon if it won't work on

  803. the street, then if what's working here won't

  804. work on the street, there's something wrong with

  805. that.

  806. This has got to be real power, real

  807. love, real touches of God, real heaven opened

  808. on your life, real shackles getting broken.

  809. And then we can go and we can

  810. testify with a real message that changes lives.

  811. And so I believe today that God wants

  812. to bring us back into a real relationship

  813. with him.

  814. God wants us to have a real relationship.

  815. Okay.

  816. So it's got to be something that's got

  817. tangible.

  818. It's got to be tangible.

  819. It's got to be something you can carry

  820. out of here.

  821. See my faith, I can carry anywhere in

  822. the world.

  823. My faith, man, I can get on in

  824. any organisation, in any challenging situation and real

  825. faith will bubble up and have an effect

  826. that will be a fruit.

  827. So it's got to be real.

  828. Okay.

  829. So the second part of that word course

  830. is relation, which is real relation.

  831. Okay.

  832. We got to get related to that.

  833. We got to buy into it.

  834. We got to be all in.

  835. You can't be, you know, in a relationship.

  836. The only reason relationships don't work really is

  837. because you don't get all in.

  838. And we got to be all into that.

  839. We've got to be all in.

  840. I want to be all into what God,

  841. I've been all in for the last 48

  842. years, actually, all in, on fire for God.

  843. George Thomas said to me, Don, you were

  844. born in the fire.

  845. You can never live in the smoke, so

  846. stay on fire.

  847. And I thought that'll do me.

  848. And so I've hung on to that fire

  849. and everywhere.

  850. So God, God's used that.

  851. He's opened up doors.

  852. He's put pathways in front of me and

  853. I've got, so here's the other thing with

  854. the relationship.
