God Has A Plan For You

You're listening to an ex church podcast. We hope this message will light up

your thing. We have a plan and it's your maturity. We're not just

after your ministry, because ministry without maturity is disaster. You want to make

the man into a selfless man, because if he enters ministry selfishly, he

will destroy it. So you want to make the men more like Jesus.

That's why I pray every morning the same prayer. I said, Lord,

give me a double portion of your spirit. So plan P L A N.

God has a plan for you. I want everybody to walk into acts

knowing that God has a plan for you. I'm not here just for fun.

I'm not just here for games. I'm not just here for dancing,

for singing. All this is good, it has his place. But I

just want to, you know, because we all have given our lives to

something, and I want us to understand that we have given our lives to

something worth giving our lives for, and that is that God has a plan

for all of us and for everyone who steps into X. So when people

step in, they say, oh, God has a plan for me.

Yeah, we can tell you what it is, and then straight away start

you know, and they go like, oh God, God has a plan

for me. Yeah, from a to that, from pre believer to a

partner, to pioneer to to to parent. You know, God has a

plan. So all those words you know, and I won't go into that,

but just just recognize is that I want to I want to write this

to you. I think you probably have seen it before. Maybe use another

color. So we spell church sometimes like this ch you areh and that just

means that you are the center of the church. Okay. Church is not

a building. Church is not just a program. You know, we know

that system. It is people. You are Okay, point to anyone in

this room and say you are the church. And so of course you start

with is Christ and with Christ. But in the center there God is interested

in you, building you, making you, and I'm more like Jesus,

that's his plan. Otherwise that't that doesn't need to be a church. Say

if you think you stay to heaven, but if it puts you here is

because you God has a plan for Okay. So I'm gonna write another word

down here and you can actually read it when I finish as church plan.

So every church plan here is that you have a plan for the use that

you that comes into our church. The church plan, every church plan has

a plan, I purbosically wrote, the plass signed here is actually across.

So okay, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus end. But there's a plan,

and you are the one that God has in mind when we are writing this

plan Collosians one twenty eight. Here we preach warning every man. Why do

we want Why do we teach every man in all wisdom that we may present

every man perfect or mature in Christ. So we have a plan, and

it's your maturity. We're not just after your ministry, because ministry without maturity

is disaster. You want to make the man into a selfless man, because

if he enters ministry selfishly, he will destroy it. So you want to

make the men more like Jesus. That's why I pray every morning the same

prayer. I said, Lord, give me a double portion of your spirit.

Elijah failed to my reading. Elijah failed when he was running away from

a woman called Jezebel. He had a weakness. We didn't know until Jezebel

threatened him and he ran. And when he ran, he thought he was

alone. He thought he was all that and so when he disciples Elisha,

I think I'm reading into it. When he discipled Elishah, Elisha must have

heard, oh my mentor ran away from a woman blah blah blah. But

he did so many miracles. Okay, so he had power externally, but

internally he had a problem. So Elishah asked for a double portion. I

want the portion to heal, but I also want the portion you didn't have

because to last in ministry, I can't all just have the power externally.

I had to have the power internally and I ain't running from a Jezebel.

So he says, give me a double portion, and Elia said, I

can't give it to you. Just don't be like, how can I give

you what I don't have? But he says, if you see me go

up, you will get it because only God can give it you. And

Elisha didn't have any testimony testimony the way Elijah had. He had all the

external power, but he also had internal power, and he was able to

be the Elisha that we know. Even when he buried him, he was

still able to resident right a man who is there? You understand this is

this is very important. So I ask God every day I said, God,

give me a double portion of your spirit, one for the man,

one for the ministry. I need both. I need me, I need

me to be the man. Otherwise the ministry can be great. But I

fall into money problems. I find the woman problems. Why do I found

that I need I need double portion. I need one portion just for me,

Kenneth chit that I will do my quiet time, et cetera, et

cetera, and I need to be revived. So double portion because a lot

of people will read it and go like, oh, there's a double portion

of anointing and all that kind of stuff. And Elisha had double portion,

more double the miracles. Then no, no, don't go around counting.

You know, first of all, people have counted and found that it's not

true. I believe with all my heart that the double portion just means maturity

and ministry, maturity the man. One portion for my maturity and one portion

for the ministry. We need both. Yes, amen, Okay, so

this is very important. But but why why why why do we do that?

We want to present every man mature or the Word says here perfect.

Okay, so we're all about and I want to write this again, discipleship

is our business and our focus. Okay, not even revival or at least

personal revival in people's hearts. Not dependent on any friends, if you're if

your disciple goes into prison for seven years, what revival? You know?

Basically the guy has to have spiritual disciplines that keeps reading the Word every day

even though he's in prison. You know. So I don't want just to

depend on you know, if God gives it to us from above, it's

a bonus. Otherwise, I'm sticking to what Jesus plan is for me and

for others. He said, go and make disciples, he say, okay,

And I'm going to say something very strong here. I said it that

on the first night is discipleship, not even community. There are many people

who have left church, not just ex change for any church based on things

that I tell you what has nothing to do with discipleship from seasons. It's

not you know, my season is over. Nothing to do with discipleship to

community. I don't feel community to I feel the Word is very shallow here.

Hey, if you were a true disciple, you'll be reading the Word

every day. Why do you wait on the Sunday to get fed? Right?

You know? Don't come on. So so it's not that it's not

that it's not And some someone that will say, oh, the administration here

is not strong. Can you see people leaving church because of administration? And

Jesus didn't say I'll go into all the world and be the greatest administrator.

No. Now I'm not saying that the user excuse to not be good.

But you don't leave church because of administration, you know. So we've got

to get our business correct. What is a what's a core business is discipleship.

So we have a plan. And just to disciple you, my plan

is not even to be your best friend. I know, I know it's

not nice to say that when you put up people with I said, no,

there's all God's plads. Now I can, in the midst of it,

become your best friend. See Jesus says, no longer that I call

you servants. I call you friends. Right. So, but it was

in the journey of them being servants that they found a friend. It wasn't

the other way around. And not only there. I tell you what,

if you're reading scripture properly, he says, you are my friend if you

do the things I tell you. Hey, Hello, what our friend is

that you understand one times day you gotta read scripture. You gotta know.

You know, the Lord is in the business of making you more like him,

because that's the only way you can ender heaven. The Father will be

able to recognize, Oh, that's my son. I can see my son

in you. That's why he says good and faithful, because why do you

call me good? Only God it's good. If he told you good,

he sees God in you. So so where's that? It's so important?

So important? Just see when we really just get completely crystal clear and sure

about business. We've got to prosper, guys, We've got to prosper.

And then you know, let those people leave you if they have to leave

you, because if they at least you say I got a plan, you

say I don't agree with the plan, and they's say life. You know,

yeah, but we don't even know what we're here for them. You

know, one day we're trying to be their best friend, and now day

we're trying to be their family. Another day we're trying to be their wife.

Nowaday we're trying to be their husband. Now in our day, if

we're trying to be a servant. That's why I want to change our name

from service to worship. So you got a elevel across service. I'm not

here to service you, so a pastor in pilectomy, I want to change

the word service. Everyone thinks I'm here to serve them, you know,

so I said, oh, say, yeah, you're right, it should

be so if it's a ten am worship, people come to worship right,

and worship is also giving and serving. So you know, this service on.

I don't know how who used it first, but after a while I

go like, oh, yeah, you know, and you know say,

and it makes every pastor like the people's No, the past is all the

people servant. The past is God's servant. Don't just have a vision because

the vision is good, Uh, don't just have a dream. A dream

is great. Don't just have an idea, have a plan, because you

know, a vision without a plan, a dream without plan, idea a

plan is really nothing. So I don't want ask leaders to just be so

good with the vision statement. Mission said, no, no, I've got

a plan. God has got a plan for you and to make you more

like Jesus. Okay, And I think as a leader, I'm going to

be responsible for that. Only when I come before Jesus, He's not gonna

ask me about anything else. He's gonna ask me, did you did you

do what I told you to do? And you gotta say yes, Lord,

I did my best. Sorry if I did, I did not do

it well. But God, I was focused. I gave my life to

it, and people left church because of it. I know. I just

kept my eyes on you, Lord. I know they left you too.

In John sixty sixty six that they all left Jesus, I know he only

traveled was left. He said, did I not choose? You? Say?

Yes, you had the words of eternal life. Great, but let's

all I don't. It doesn't matter. But you're five people in church,

fifty people, five hundred people. We have a plan. I tell you

what I want. You're faithful to that plan. Focus with the planner and

investigate plan that people will come because God will know that you're serious, and

he will know how because in the Bible in X two, he says God

added daily to the church those to being saved, meaning that he added daily.

We think we add, No, we don't. You can invite your

family members a thousand times and they still won't step into the church. Is

God who adds daily, and he adds to a church that's faithfully doing his

will. Not just numbers are I'm not talking but just numbers. Oh,

this church is ten thousand, therefore they must be doing cause we know.

No, No, I'm not just looking at numbers. I'm looking at quality.

I'm looking at you know, even if you have five, would you

be faitful with five and ten and fifteen? That's it? Okay, So

I'm just going to continue to say that. Before I finish, I want

to say we have a plan. Now, let me write down the plan

very quickly. So the plan. The plan is to raise more people and

to reach more people. Okay, if you wanted to, you can add

some aromatics, is okay. Raise more people like Christ Okay, you want

to add that, that's fine. Reach more people for Christ okay, fine.

But I'm just gonna go with that because I know that you know what

I'm trying to say, raise more people. Now, Listen, people,

when I ask myself honestly, whether I'm looking to the mirror or not,

I wanna know that since starting ex church, people have been raised to their

God given potential. And if I went through one cycle in this room.

I think all of you can say that once upon a time you were not

Yeah, I mean I like the way Ronson is that he wasn't even Christian.

Now he's a pastor. And not only that, he has helped to

also raise Lazarus and h Man. Know I I really believe at the end

of the day, it's not the thousands of lies, it's not the millions.

Is where the people that God has brought you are. Have you raised

them to another level? Or did anyone in the last ten years not go

anywhere after seeing you? I really believe that's our call business. You understand,

no one remains the same after seeing you. That's exactly right. Like

Jesus, he's fire and fire changes everything. It touches everything. There's nothing

that remains the same. And it touches fire. Even metal turns hot and

you are all fire, fire brands. Fire in God says you change everything

you touch, shake your hand change. Okay, So when a person steps

into acts you have a plan for me. Yes, you will not be

the same again in one year's sign, that's exactly what you're about. Three

months, give me three months with this boy. He will not be the

same. Give me six months with this girl, she will not be the

same. I really believe. That's why it says we preach we want every

man so that we can present every man mature, perfect, better than they

were before. I tell you what, guys, you can go to sleep

peacefully every night knowing that it's it's not again. It's not about. Don't

compare us with BILLI, Graham and all that. Guys. If it happens,

it happens, you know. Otherwise, be faithful with the people God

brings you, ten, fifteen, twenty, you know, and just tell

yourself, you know, after a year, I can see people change as

they come in touch with this fire. Why so that they can reach more?

And are they not reaching more? In this room, everyone has been

touched by God, raised to a level that you never thought you would be.

I mean, I like what ping goes earlier. I never dreamed of

this. God dreamed it for him, and he is and reaching for many

more. And I can say that for every single person in this room,

Selena would be one. And I never dread about example, you know,

and now she's leading example like she was a natural. It takes a gangster,

for example, maybe all right, and most other people here either either

say inherited or whatever it is. But whatever it is, you guys ruse

you know, very disciplined in doing this because we want to capture all those

stories and have more people hear it so they too will be raised, and

they too will reach more people. We're reaching more people now than I've ever

reached in ten, ten years ago, twenty years ago. More and more

will come. And when they come, they get elevated again. Raise them

so they can reach, raise them so they can reach. Raise it keeps

going until the whole earth is field with the knowledge of the glory of the

lot. Are you also with me? This is our business? And then

at the end of the day, my dear friends and brothers and sisters and

people that I honor and love so much, you know, I just want

us to before we go off to sleep to night, just just catch this

thing about this. This, This is a summary of what we're about,

who we are, and never look down on what you're doing. Never think

you're doing is too small. No, don't, yeah, don't, don't.

Just remember this is what we're about. Maturity, ministry, going higher

with the lot and Haber Croup two fourteen as the closure of it. All
