  1. You're listening to a message to go from at church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. The prayer movement came out from Corea. The praise movement

  4. is coming out of Indonesia. Question came into my spirit,

  5. what will come out of Malaysia? Can anything great come

  6. out of Malaysia? And we believe yes, Amen, I believe

  7. it all my heart, and you are part of that Adelujah.

  8. I believe that God is going to keep a hunger

  9. to this generation. There is the next level that God

  10. was to take us. I really believe that the time

  11. from Malaysia is now. I'm actually going to speak to

  12. you about the fire of God and the passion of God.

  13. Is that okay? Fifteen years ago or sixteen years ago

  14. now or seventeen years ago, but it's a long time ago.

  15. I brought my leadership at that time. It was a

  16. small group elders and some pastors to a huge meeting

  17. in Indonesia, Jakarta, and it ended up after three days

  18. of conference UH. It was an international conference UH, and

  19. it ended up. The climax was at the stadium in

  20. Jakarta and one hundred thousand people showed up to praise

  21. and worship the Lord, and Youngicho pastor Youngi Cho was

  22. the speaker. I wonder how many of you went for

  23. that meeting, but I decided to bring my team there.

  24. It was an investment, to cut a long story short.

  25. We're all, you know, really into it, into prayer, into worship.

  26. And I was praying in tongues and I was, you know,

  27. really wanting more of God. I know many of you

  28. are in this room. I also like that, just we're

  29. hungry for God. And so a lot of us, if

  30. not all of us, want to go deeper with God,

  31. don't we we want more of God. And so I

  32. was really crying. I said, God, I want more for us,

  33. more for me, for more for ex church uh, and

  34. also more for Malaysia. Those of you who know me

  35. long enough will know that I have a heart for

  36. this nation. And so I was praying and then Yong

  37. Kito said something very clearly. I remember. He said, prayer.

  38. The prayer movement came out from Korea, and a lot

  39. of us know that. And he said, the praise movement

  40. is coming out of Indonesia, you know. And so I

  41. was sitting there going like okay, great, but I wasn't satisfied.

  42. A question came into my spirit. I don't know whether

  43. it was my question or whether it was a holy

  44. spirit's question, but this was the question, what will come

  45. out of Malaysia? And it seems to be like that

  46. scripture that says can anything good come out of Nazareth?

  47. You know? And sometimes we think, we say, especially when

  48. it comes to the things of God and the things

  49. of Jesus and the Church, can anything great come out

  50. of Malaysia? And we believe. Yes, Amen, I believe in

  51. all my heart, and you are part of that. Hallelujah.

  52. There is the next level that God wants to take us.

  53. There's a deeper level, a higher level, a further level.

  54. And I really believe it. I really believe that the

  55. time for Malaysia is now. And even those of you

  56. who don't feel Malaysian or are not Malaysian by birth,

  57. you know you're here for a reason. You're here for

  58. such a time as this. If you believe it, say Amen.

  59. And so I close my eyes and I'm gonna pray,

  60. Oh God, pray out of Korea, you know, praise out

  61. of Indonesia. What will come out of Malaysia? God speak?

  62. You know, tell me you know, give us something, you know.

  63. And then the Lord said to me, passion, very clear,

  64. passion will come out of Malaysia. The kind of passion like,

  65. no matter what happens, we are gonna love Jesus. We're

  66. gonna love God with all our heart's, minds, soul and strength.

  67. No matter what happens, We're gonna give to God. We're

  68. gonna serve the Lord. We're gonna be an example of

  69. what it means to be on fire for Jesus. On fire,

  70. you know, for God. And so I went like, oh wow,

  71. you know. And suddenly while half of you rejoice, the

  72. other house says can and not sure and not because

  73. there's America, there's Australia, there's all these different places. There's Africa, right,

  74. Africa is very passionate for Jesus. Also, look at how

  75. they dress right for church, hot sun, you know, but

  76. full suit tie, you know, giving their best to God.

  77. That's another way to say, on fire, you always wanted

  78. to give your best, nothing less than your best for Jesus.

  79. Amen on fire. So I heard from the lords very clearly,

  80. although I had a little bit of doubt in my mind,

  81. passion will come out of Malaysia. I said, really, and

  82. you know, without God, this canld happen. So God is

  83. giving you something that you have to have him. You

  84. have to have more of the Holy Spirit, more of

  85. the fire from heaven. And so I opened my eyes

  86. and guess what I was probably in this posture of prayer,

  87. eyes closed and crying out to God, God, you know

  88. what will come out of Malaysia. And I think it

  89. took about maybe five seven minutes. And then when I

  90. opened my eyes, I didn't know what was going on,

  91. but there was a group running in with what do

  92. you call it, a flame like an obor, you know,

  93. and the finale was to come in and you know,

  94. like the Olympics. L liked the big flame that will

  95. never die. And God was like, see, you know, because

  96. I didn't know that it was going to happen, but

  97. fire came in to the stadium and they enlighted that

  98. whole thing and you know, just went on fire. And

  99. I cried, crying. I cried because the Lord says, I

  100. said passion, I said fire, and there you go. I

  101. give you a visual And I want to tell you, Kenneth,

  102. believe it with all your heart. Now that's sixteen seventeen

  103. years ago. And I've always believed with all my heart

  104. that God can do this, not by mind, not by power,

  105. but by my spirit, says the Lord. It's not because

  106. we are so special, But I believe that God's going

  107. to give a hunger to this generation, even to the

  108. generation that I belong to, and even to maybe a

  109. slightly older generation, you know, but I am sure it

  110. is for the younger generation especially. But you see, there's

  111. a war bring on because the devil knows the potential

  112. of Malaysia and so he's trying to, you know, mess

  113. that up with our young people. I took that from

  114. back from Indonesia, and you know it's not just for

  115. extra you know, it's for Malaysia. God in say, fire

  116. will come out of extray. She said, fire come out

  117. from Malaysia. Malaysia's gift to the war will be passion.

  118. Passion one King's eighteen So Ahab send all or send

  119. for all the children of Israel. And gathered the profits

  120. together on Mount Carmel, and Elijah came to all the

  121. people and said, how long will you falter between two opinions?

  122. That's all opinions? He says, no, Lord, I'll say, let's

  123. read adverse three two. Then Elijah said to the people,

  124. I alone am left a prophet of the Lord. But

  125. Boo's prophets are four hundred and fifty Okay, a Lord. Therefore,

  126. let them give us two bulls, and let them choose

  127. one bull for themselves, cut it in pieces, and lay

  128. it on the wood, but put no fire under it. Wow.

  129. And I will prepare the other bull and lay it

  130. on the wood, but put no fire under it. Then

  131. you call on the name of the of your gods,

  132. and I will call on the name of the Lord.

  133. And the God who answers by fire. Oh, I love this.

  134. Can somebody say with me, God who answers by fire,

  135. let him be God? All right? Then Elijah said to

  136. all the people, come near to me. So all the

  137. people came near to him, and he repaired the altar

  138. of the Lord that was broken down. And Elijah took

  139. twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of

  140. the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of the

  141. Lord had come, saying, Israel shall be your name. Then

  142. with the stones he built an altar in the name

  143. of the Lord. And he made a trench around the altar.

  144. Large enough to hold two sears of seed. Then he

  145. put the wood in order, cut the bull in pieces,

  146. and laid it on the wood, and said, Phil, four

  147. water pots with water, and pour it on the burns sacrifice,

  148. and on the wood. Wow, they are pouring water. Now

  149. for water pots of water, and pour it on the

  150. bird sacrifice, and on the wood. Also that he said,

  151. do it a second time, and they did it a

  152. second time. And he said do it a third time,

  153. and they did it a third time. So the water

  154. ran all around the altar. And he also filled the

  155. trench with water. And he came to pass at the

  156. time of the offering of the evening sacrifice. That Elijah

  157. the Prophet came near and said, Lord, God of Abraham,

  158. Isaac and Israel, let it be known this day that

  159. you are God in Israel. Now I am your servant,

  160. and that I have done all these things at your world.

  161. I've done it at your world. Hear me, O, Lord,

  162. hear me, that this people may know that you are

  163. the Lord, and that you have turned their hearts back

  164. to you again. Oh. Elijah was passionate about the people's

  165. hearts being turned back to the to the Lord that

  166. God Verse thirty eight were about to end our reading.

  167. Then the fire of the Lord fell and consume the

  168. burnt sacrifice and the wood and the stones and the dust,

  169. and it licked up the water. It licked up the

  170. water that was in the trench. Now, when all the

  171. people saw it, they fell on their faces and said,

  172. the Lord he is God, The Lord he is God.

  173. The first thing I want to say to you is

  174. that this God that we serve, he answers by fire.

  175. I want to give it, give you a little bit

  176. of a twist to that thought. It was not only

  177. that day that God was going to answer by fire.

  178. I believe. I believe our God actually answers by fire.

  179. I really believe that when you don't have fire, when

  180. you don't have passion, you miss out. You might miss

  181. out on the very purpose of why and what and

  182. how God is leading you. For example, if you now pray, God,

  183. I want to migrate to somewhere. Okay, it could be Australia,

  184. it could be Canada. Now, to me, migration itself is

  185. not wrong, But this is my fear. My fear is

  186. that you will migrated without fire. Because if you migrate

  187. without fire, the fire wherever you're going will consume you.

  188. The reason why a lot of us are not consumed

  189. is because the fire in us is greater than the

  190. fire outside. Do you remember the furnace heated up seven

  191. times and all three men were not burnt, And then

  192. there was a fourth like the son of God. And

  193. I really believe that the fire did not consume them

  194. because the fire within that was greater. I want to

  195. I want. I hope you understand that God is interested

  196. with fire. Another word for that is passion. I told

  197. you already earlier. But let's talk about fire. If you

  198. are asking God for money that you will make a

  199. lot of money. You know, money itself is not wrong,

  200. yes or not. The love of money is, but the

  201. money making a lot of money is not wrong. But

  202. if you make a lot of money and know I

  203. have no fire in you, the fire of money can

  204. kill you. And I can go on and on. But

  205. money without fire, money without passion, money without purpose, will

  206. kill you. You know that. And when you catch that fire,

  207. and when you're burning for Jesus, you know, if that

  208. plan to go overseas is not from God, that also urban.

  209. But if that plan to go overseas is from God,

  210. you will go with fire. You know, we have three

  211. eight churches going on for Tea Cherches. Now we've got

  212. to plant ex Osaka in January. You know, I want

  213. to I want to tell you, by God's grace and

  214. and and to God's glory that all these churches, well,

  215. let's let's all say all seventy percent of these churches

  216. were planted by students who actually went to Bristol to

  217. study and said to me their pastor, Pastor Kenneth, I

  218. didn't just go to get a degree. I went, I'm

  219. going to get a testimony, all right. Now as a pastor,

  220. I go like, wow, okay. So the question would be,

  221. how do we catch that fire? How do we what's

  222. the word? How do we receive that fire? How do

  223. we continue in that fire? So I'm going to give

  224. you quick points. Number one, the Bible says, or rather

  225. Elijah said, choose, choose who you will serve. If God

  226. is God, serve him, if Ball is God, serve him. Yes,

  227. I believe every single day in the life of a Christian,

  228. we've got to make a choice. This m cr cmc RMCR.

  229. Do you know that many Christians have now to make

  230. a choice? Choices open? Do I come. Don't come now

  231. if you if you don't come because of valid reasons,

  232. are well, okay, a valued reasoner, that's why it's called

  233. value reason. But if you don't come just because of fear,

  234. just because of like maybe I canna, I tell you what,

  235. you can conna anywhere. No if if m c cmc

  236. RMCO is teaching us anything, I was teaching christ It's

  237. time to choose and to choose rightly. Because when you

  238. choose God, you choose his way, you choose his wisdom,

  239. you choose his faith rather than fear, your fire will

  240. keep burning. Okay. Number two challenge, I find more and

  241. more Christians are living a life of comfort instead of

  242. a life of conviction. And while there are challenges in

  243. front of us that we should respond to and make

  244. decisions with, we are not. And it's like it's like this,

  245. like okay, for example, in our church, we have people

  246. who don't want to go missions. Now whatever it is

  247. that they don't want to go to missions. But I say,

  248. maybe this is the challenge you need to take up.

  249. And when you take up, do you know how many

  250. people actually pray more with their own missions? But a

  251. lot of a lot of us believe us. We don't.

  252. We don't respond wealth to challenge. We run away from challenges.

  253. And then you will find that your fire keeps burning

  254. because you keep fueling it. How do you feel it?

  255. Take up God's challenge? How do you feel it? Choose? Choose,

  256. take up God challenge? Number three, consecrate, consecrate. What Elijah

  257. did was he took the stones and he repaired the altar,

  258. repair the altar. I love this because after he mocked

  259. the professor Bow, he said to the people of Israel,

  260. come near to me. And he didn't straight away ask

  261. God for fire. He repaired the altar. I love that

  262. because again I believe the fire of God is attracted

  263. by the fire that's already in us. Do you catch it?

  264. And there was a fire in Elijah's heart and he

  265. didn't just say God, okay. Now the professor Bow failed miserably.

  266. Now God pity. Sure of he didn't do that. He

  267. went straight to consecration. Number one is true. Number two

  268. is challenged. Number three is consecration. Consecration just means set

  269. your life apart to be holy unto the Lord. This

  270. is what Elijah did. First, he had to rebuild the

  271. altar and then he cut the bull in pieces, put

  272. it on. The Bible says he put the wood in order.

  273. I think many of us Christians need to put our

  274. life in order. Put the wood in order. And then

  275. before he even put fire, because he couldn't put fire

  276. right here, he said, put no fire under it. You

  277. know what he did, he said, poor water, ho water.

  278. I love that because they you know, the sacrifice of

  279. the bull wasn't the greatest sacrifice. The sacrifice of water

  280. was bigger because all of you know it was a

  281. time of femine. It was a time of drought. And

  282. so three times of water on the sacrifice, the wood

  283. flowing down to the trench, That sacrifice was greater than

  284. the bull. The buller. Anyone can give water people wanted

  285. to drink. Not enough water. You pour it out to God. No,

  286. I'm asking us that you know fire, I told your

  287. idea is very very important. You either are on fire

  288. or you will be burned by the fire outside. All right,

  289. So how do you keep this fire going? How do

  290. you attract this fire? How do you build this fire

  291. in yourself?

  292. Now?

  293. One every day, choose God, choose his word, choose his

  294. real number. Two, take up the challenge for which he

  295. is putting before you. Number three, consecrate, build this altar

  296. that's broken, and pour your life out as a sacrifice.

  297. Don't just give to God only money. Don't just give

  298. to God that's the easy things, the convenient things. No,

  299. that day, God loved the water so much that the

  300. Bible says he licked it up. I love that. I

  301. love that. So the fire came. And only the fire

  302. of God that can burn wood that's wet, and only

  303. the fire of God can burn the sacrifice as wet.

  304. But not only that. The Bible says that he can't down.

  305. And he licked up the water around the trench because

  306. he wasn't interested in the bull. He was interested in

  307. the water, because the water spoke of the greatest sacrifice,

  308. a deeper sacrifice. Easy to give, easy things, things that

  309. cost you nothing. Number four is call Elijah, called on

  310. the name of the Lord, God, Almighty God of Abraham,

  311. Isaac and Israel. Hear me. Now I've done all this

  312. according to your word. He calls all the Lord, and

  313. Christians must learned to call the Lord every day. Call

  314. the Lord, Call the Lord, and you shall be saying call.

  315. And then number five, number five is this cause c

  316. A U S E. You know, I've come to believe

  317. this year especially, the Lord has shown me something. You no,

  318. that most, if not all, the things that He does

  319. in our lives are most, if not all, has got

  320. to do with the lost. These days I pray for

  321. this sicker. I don't pray for the sick just for

  322. the sick anymore. So there must be a bigger purpose

  323. why you want God to do something. And these days

  324. the bigger purpose is this, we want the laws saved. Lord,

  325. would you heal this person of cancer so that all

  326. the doctors in this hospital will know that Jesus Christ

  327. is Lord. But we don't usually pray that because there

  328. must be a bigger purpose. There must be a bigger cause,

  329. you think, and like that just for mine mind, wh

  330. need want the fry to come down? No, because he

  331. said it at the end, turn these people's hearts back

  332. to you. This new sense of purpose in my prayer

  333. life these days, this new sense of purpose for people

  334. to be heal of cancer. People will be healed of HIV,

  335. people will be healed of you know, whatever ailments. You know,

  336. because they have colleagues who know them, they're family members

  337. who are not yet saved. They have all these prescious

  338. people all around them that God loves and Jesus died for,

  339. and sometimes He allows things to happen in our lives.

  340. Why so that when we pray, we don't pray selfishly,

  341. but we pray God, whatever I'm going through. Now, let

  342. your answer in my life be as a light unto

  343. those who do not know you.

  344. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  348. hit for you. God bless
