  1. You're listening to a message to go from ex church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. How will

  4. I be provided for? How do I provide for my wife?

  5. And the Lord said to me, you don't worry about provision.

  6. I will take care of you. And so there began

  7. my life of faith. And for the last twenty two

  8. years I've not had a salary. So it's not about

  9. working on your expectations, about working on your perception. If

  10. you really believe that God has something through me, you

  11. would come and you would receive and you would be blessed.

  12. And whoever else who takes this stage. It can be

  13. a young pastor, it can be a young child, It

  14. can be a donkey, because God can use a donkey

  15. to speak. And the Bible says in Hebrews eleven, verse six,

  16. without faith, it is impossible to please God.

  17. You know that scripture. You know that verse.

  18. It doesn't say it's difficult, you know it says it's impossible.

  19. It's really impossible to please God without faith. Now, for

  20. every Christian, I believe we should have at least one

  21. goal in life that is similar and the goal for

  22. every Christian should be that we live to please God.

  23. We live to please God, and.

  24. If you really want to please God, the Bible already

  25. says it is impossible to please him without faith. Now

  26. Christian's listened to me. I have been living by faith.

  27. Someone told me many years ago, don't say you've been

  28. living by faith, because everybody needs to live by faith.

  29. And he says, maybe you should say living by the Gospel.

  30. And what that really means is that when I was

  31. a lawyer, I worked for about three and a half

  32. years and God caught me to the ministry and I

  33. asked the lawyer. I said, Lord, you know, how are

  34. you going to provide for me? And he didn't say

  35. anything the first time I asked him. So I thought,

  36. maybe I wur coach tennis because I used to play tennis,

  37. and I want to be a tennis coach and coach

  38. all the smaller ones because the smaller ones won't complain.

  39. We just collect money from them and have them pick balls,

  40. you know. But I bought the basket, I bought the balls.

  41. I bought an extra record, and I booked the tennis

  42. court for one month, and I began to go around

  43. and knocking on doors, asking people to send their kids

  44. so that I can train them. I'll charge forty ring

  45. kit per head. You know the kind of thing I knew.

  46. I had it all worked out. I will survive serving

  47. the Lord teaching tennis. And then it rained for one

  48. month non stop, only at the time when my tennis

  49. slot was and I knew God was speaking to me.

  50. And it didn't go on well. So I prayed again.

  51. I said, Lord, how will I be provided for? How

  52. do I provide for my wife? And the Lord said

  53. to me, you don't worry about provision. I will take

  54. care of you. And so there began my life of faith.

  55. And for the last twenty two years I've not had

  56. a salary. But you can see that God has taken

  57. care of me really well.

  58. Can you see it? Can you see it?

  59. Some people say my middle name is food. I love food.

  60. I really do love food. So it's Kenneth's food chin

  61. kfc uh and uh uh.

  62. No I I am.

  63. I am a testament of God's faithfulness. We serve a

  64. very very good God who takes care of us. But

  65. that's the way of the Lord.

  66. You know. The Bible says that we should.

  67. Not not honor our people who are serving full time. Uh,

  68. we should not muzzle or ox while it's out treading

  69. the field. A worker is worthy of his wages. I

  70. believe in all that, and I believe that pastors and leaders.

  71. Should be paid well.

  72. But this is my story, My story with God is

  73. God says to me, I'll take care of you, Kenneth.

  74. You don't worry about your salary.

  75. And God has been so good to me and my wife,

  76. and today we are also caring for my wife's parents,

  77. and my parents in law are living with me, and

  78. now I'm able to also care for them.

  79. And God, God is just so faithful.

  80. But what I'm trying to say is that faith is

  81. a very powerful thing. And the scripture carries on to say,

  82. not only without faith it is impossible to please God.

  83. It carries on to say, but he who comes to

  84. God must believe that he is and He is the

  85. rewarder of those who.

  86. Diligately seek him.

  87. So I want to give you Hebrews eleven six, because

  88. it's not just without faith it's impossible to please God.

  89. But I want to deal with something that's really important.

  90. It's what you call perspective. But he who comes to

  91. God must believe that he is. That's why he said,

  92. my name is I am the Great. I am I

  93. am what, I am everything that I want you to

  94. know about me.

  95. I am everything.

  96. I am your all, I am your provider, I am

  97. your protector, I am your father. I am So look

  98. back at Hebrews eleven six, And what do you get?

  99. He is? He who comes to God must believe that

  100. he is.

  101. You see a lot of times we don't get our breakthroughs,

  102. not because we don't have faith, but because of our

  103. perspective of God doesn't allow us to have expectation.

  104. Now, what's that?

  105. Maybe you've heard it before, You've heard it in this church,

  106. I'm sure, But faith and expectation they're merrit. It is

  107. not the magic that comes from the man. It is

  108. the faith that we both have in Christ. I believe

  109. you will hear you, and you believe God will heal you,

  110. and together we join our faith and we expect. So people,

  111. please listen to me. Faith with that expectation is not faith,

  112. you know that.

  113. Now. Let me move on to another deeper thought.

  114. If expectation determines faith, what determines expectation? If expectation determines faith,

  115. what determines expectation. I give it to you. This is

  116. the answer. It's perspective, perception.

  117. Let's use that word. I like that way better.

  118. Perception determines expectation determines reception. You do not receive because

  119. you do not expect, and you do not expect because

  120. you don't perceive.

  121. You see, some of you might be here.

  122. You're thinking, oh, who is this chubby guy speaking up

  123. on stage? And if that's all you think about me,

  124. then you will go away receiving nothing. It's usually our

  125. perspective and our perception of who's on stage. Some of

  126. us are perceiving someone. You know, your favorite speaker can

  127. be said know a stage, and because he's your favorite speaker,

  128. he can do no wrong, No, he can quote wrong

  129. scriptures or ay amen. Because your perception of I don't

  130. know TD Jakes, Russell Evans. You know, you go like

  131. yay right, and when you say yeah, you're just hungry

  132. and you are ready to soak.

  133. In every single thing this man has to say. Are

  134. you all still with me?

  135. But if it's nothing to you, you don't know him,

  136. you won't even buy his book. You know, and and

  137. and and who is you know?

  138. This guy? Comes on you once say yeah, who is he?

  139. Like?

  140. You know who is he? You?

  141. You probably be folding your hands and say impress me.

  142. I don't have to impress you, guys, this was my

  143. prayer this morning. That's anybody. I just want to impress you.

  144. There's only one audience to me, and I just want

  145. to please God, so I will speak his word if

  146. you don't mind.

  147. But perception determ means expectation.

  148. So God is very rarely working on your expectation.

  149. He doesn't have to work on your expectation.

  150. God usually, if not mostly, works on our perception because

  151. if we can have the right perception, we will have

  152. the right expectation. So it's not about working on your expectations,

  153. about working on your perception.

  154. If you really believe that God has something.

  155. Through me, you would come and you would receive and

  156. you would be blessed.

  157. And whoever else who takes this stage.

  158. It can be a young pastor, it can be a

  159. young child, It can be a donkey, because God can

  160. use the donkey to speak. Can imagine if a donkey

  161. was a speaker today. You know how many of you

  162. were already left taken the next bus? You know, I

  163. mean you know you have the chairperson saying, and today

  164. this morning we like to as you can see, because

  165. the donkey is hard to miss. That's right here. He

  166. will be coming to give God's word. Now listen, God

  167. has used donkeys before. Now the way you perceive is

  168. the way you will expect, and the way you expect

  169. is the way you will receive. Okay, God is always

  170. working on my perception. I prayed. Someone else before him

  171. said why do you ask the lot?

  172. How much? How much?

  173. How much do you give? Why do you ask the lot?

  174. So I practiced her, Lord, tell me how much? Tell

  175. me how much you want? No, I remember, and I said,

  176. speak to me, not speak to me, because sometimes are

  177. the person on the stage says, please ask the lot

  178. how much to give? Actually, you don't know how much

  179. to give. You don't even know how to hear. Right,

  180. you're probably already thinking as long as the voice says,

  181. give less is best. Thank you, Lord, you know that

  182. must be you.

  183. Well.

  184. The day I wanted to hear from the Lord, I

  185. took out my wallet and I look into my wallet.

  186. I was seventeen and there.

  187. Were only two notes, two notes, and they were both blue.

  188. One was fifty and one was one, and that was

  189. my dilemma. And I prayed hard. I said, God, which

  190. one is the best? Oh, please tell me, Oh God,

  191. da dah blah blah bah shah lahlah blah blah blah,

  192. whish one?

  193. Which one is the best? Which seventeen years old? And

  194. to make it worse that there's always a challenge. One.

  195. If there's no challenge, there's so faith anybody can do it.

  196. What was the challenge?

  197. I was hungry, ladies and gentlemen. You see this frame,

  198. this frame one? Bring it enough? Now?

  199. Where good enough?

  200. So I look, I prayed, you know some of us

  201. are we know the answer, you know, but we still

  202. want to pray.

  203. Oh Lord, which one? Which one will please you most? Lord?

  204. Which is my best? Lord? And I don't know how,

  205. but I felt the Lord saying, it's your fifty?

  206. Are you sure? Lord? Are you sure?

  207. I tell you I took my fifty and I prayed

  208. so hard, not because I was so hungry and I

  209. knew I only had one ring in there. I was

  210. so hungry, I said, Lord, and I began to pray.

  211. You know, the bag came very slowly, and by the

  212. time he reached me, I think the agon was pressed

  213. so hard that he started to cry.

  214. The argon was crying.

  215. Actually it was sweat, sweat because holy no, so hana,

  216. which one is the best?

  217. Which one is the best? Of course you know which

  218. one is the best? Come on, people know me. It's

  219. almost beauttual. Which one is the best?

  220. Fifty put inside the back, put inside the back, you know.

  221. And then really with fear and trembling, I was saying, Lord,

  222. you know I'm gonna fast. I'm going to fast today. Okay,

  223. Lord Almila. We were we were taught fasting and prayer

  224. in the church. It's good for you, man, hallelujah. It

  225. was not planned, but this one, never mind, it will be.

  226. So my first, my first encounter of a real miracle.

  227. So I got up and everybody's giving high five, and

  228. I was giving high five, no strength to give high five.

  229. Mazie, haven't eaten, you know.

  230. I walked out and just like this, you know, one

  231. thousand people outside right at the foyer, and someone's calling

  232. my name at the other end. I'm walking out. I'm

  233. going to the right. Someone's calling my name on the left.

  234. Kenneth wellal, you know, not shy at all across all

  235. the hits Kenneth. I said yes, and then he's come.

  236. I walked towards him. He says, are yo, where were

  237. you this last two three weeks? I say, I'm humor.

  238. I cannot find you, Tod. I saw you out of

  239. the crowd. I saw you. I've been looking for you

  240. for three two two three weeks. I said, brother, I've

  241. been here. I promise you I've been here. Say yo,

  242. you know I've been recently blessed financially and I could

  243. only be thinking of I'm thinking of you.

  244. You need to take out for lunch, ladies and gentlemen.

  245. God can find you in the midst of one thousand

  246. people at the fire. If it's your time, is your time,

  247. And he says, come, let's go. I said, yeah, let's go.

  248. And he brought me to a team some bouffet.

  249. You know, you think what just one place team some

  250. boofa which ended up to be more than the fifth

  251. During git, I put in, I want to tell you

  252. God is no man's debtter.

  253. That began my life of faith. But I tell you

  254. what my perspective change, my perception of this God who

  255. knows all.

  256. My needs even before I ask him. Do you know

  257. what you underst that God can actually do a lot

  258. of things with our lives, and it's easy for him

  259. to do, except when it comes to perception.

  260. He just wants you and I to know he's bigger.

  261. Every time he's trying to take you from one level

  262. to another level, he's trying to change your perception.

  263. He's still the same God, you know.

  264. With every level of faith and counter and every level

  265. of breakthrough.

  266. You know what he's after.

  267. He's after the change of the way we see him.

  268. Is he really that good of God? Yes? He is?

  269. Is he really that knowledgeable that he knows your need

  270. even before you ask? Yes he is. Is there anything

  271. too difficult for him?

  272. No, that's not. Are you all stay with me?

  273. But when we are challenged, we're not challenged so much

  274. in our faith only or in our expectations. We are

  275. challenged in the way we see God. Can he come

  276. through or not? Will he come through or not? Is

  277. he that good? Is he that loving? Does he really?

  278. Yes? He does? Somebody say amen, and.

  279. So let me fast forward to just five years ago,

  280. and every testimony I tell you what I If I

  281. bring you through, it'd probably be one hundred. When you don't,

  282. when you don't have money. When you don't have a salary,

  283. everyone counts. Pumping patrols will count. You know, everything counts.

  284. So I got too.

  285. Many testimonies to tell you, but let me tell you

  286. one one more before I move on. So my grandfather

  287. he had courage enough to rent a house. When it

  288. came to my father's time, he had courage enough to

  289. rent a house. No, no big deal about rental. I

  290. think rental is fine. Rental is not bad. It's not sinful.

  291. It's okay.

  292. So I was rent It's fine, it's not bad, it's

  293. not evil, it's not wrong.

  294. The only thing that's wrong is that if.

  295. God has something better for you and you settle.

  296. That's wrong. That's wrong.

  297. If God has got something better for you and you settle,

  298. that's short changing yourself and short changing God.

  299. So when it came my.

  300. Turn and I was married, I rented, and then I

  301. rented again because we moved, and I rented again the

  302. time removed. At the third venue, the lord spoke to me, he's, Kenneth,

  303. enough of this renting. Your grandfather rented, your father rented.

  304. I want you to break out of this rental mentality.

  305. I said, God, I'm fine. No, I'm fine. I'm not complaining.

  306. He said, no, I know you're not complaining, but I

  307. want something better for you. I said, yeah, but God,

  308. you know, I'm really quite happy. And you know why, seeah,

  309. quite happy because I know that with every challenge of favor,

  310. it's going to be it's going to be crazy. I'm

  311. going to have to go up to another level. I'm

  312. going to have to pray harder, I'm going to have

  313. to maybe even fast. There's just a lot to do

  314. from one level. So sometimes we shrink back because we say, no, Lah, God,

  315. I know what this would take. It would take a

  316. lot from me to go at the other level, to

  317. go another level with you. And so I said, Lord,

  318. I'm okay renting this semi detached house. Let me tell

  319. you about the semi detached house. When my father had

  320. a stroke, I took him to from a small apartment

  321. to a house. The lord told me, honor your dad,

  322. Honor your dad. Give him a room with a bathroom.

  323. Honor him. I said, Lord, I don't have a salary.

  324. I don't bet I can afford anything more. He took

  325. me to got the commoning. I found a house, and

  326. my wife and I liked it, and the renter was

  327. one thousand, eight hundred in one thousand, eight hundred init

  328. And because we said, if we feel the peace, I

  329. could only afford eight hundred ring it eight hundred and

  330. a ford, meaning that I knew that from my love

  331. offerings and love gifts and speaking engagements I will get

  332. at least somewhere average of eight hundred to a thousand.

  333. The renter was a thousand, eight hundred ring it. And

  334. I said to Sandra, I said do you want this?

  335. She said yeah, could we have it? I said, only

  336. God could make it happen, And so I prayed. I said, Lord,

  337. we feel the peace. And so what happened was we

  338. told the agent we'll have it. And then the next

  339. day I went to speak in a like a food

  340. gospel business man fellowship, and towards the end they took

  341. me out for lunch and they said, Kenneth, we heard

  342. about your dad. I said, yeah, you know, I'm trying

  343. to bring my dad to a new place where he

  344. can heal, where he can recover. I'm trying to give

  345. him a room, a bigger room instead of an apartment

  346. with a bathroom, attached.

  347. Bath room, a big attach back room, because usually.

  348. Homes have got this small room downstairs is maybe for

  349. the helper, the maid, and it's not easy for my dad,

  350. who was a big man, to heal. And so I

  351. wanted to honor my father. I wanted to honor the lord.

  352. And the Lord says, I'll give you this house. And

  353. I remember one of the corporate guys at lunch, he said, Kenneth,

  354. where's your dad. I said, I'm going to get him

  355. to this new house, new house.

  356. Oh yeah.

  357. I told him the story why we need to get

  358. a new house. And he said, oh, that's very good,

  359. very good. Your dad should need some space to heal. Hey,

  360. so have you got the new house? I said, yeah,

  361. I'm getting it. I'm getting it. He says, what's stopping you?

  362. I said, well, they asked for one thousand, eight hundred and.

  363. I can't afford one thousand, eight hundred.

  364. And then the next day his secretary calls me and says,

  365. my boss wants to donate to you one thousand ring

  366. it every month.

  367. I didn't tell him how much I could afford. No,

  368. I didn't tell you how how much I go for it.

  369. I could have ford eight hundred. I didn't tell him

  370. how much, I go for it.

  371. He decided, after listening to the Holy Spirit, he would

  372. give me a thousand ring it every month, and he

  373. did it for about four five years.

  374. All right, Praise God, hallelujah.

  375. But now, but now, the law says, Kenneth, I want

  376. to give you a house. I said, God, h I'm

  377. all right. And then finally my perception had to change

  378. and I look at God and I realized, Wow, God

  379. is not actually giving me an opinion or suggestion. My

  380. father is saying, my son, I want to give you

  381. a house.

  382. I look at my father and my perception has to

  383. change and go.

  384. Like, oh, God, okay, you love me so much, you

  385. want to do this for me. You know that I

  386. need this another level of faith, you know, from seventeen

  387. years old or fifty ring it until the ado is

  388. crying to the day comes when you want to give

  389. me a house. Wow, we've gone through a long journey, Lord,

  390. and today you're telling me, no, it's not because of

  391. jes you know I need it or don't need it. No, Kenneththine,

  392. you need it. And it's not just a house. You

  393. see a lot of people are thinking about the house.

  394. The car is not the item. It's not the property.

  395. It's your own heart, it's your own faith. Sometimes we

  396. can't have fought to do something. Sometimes we can't have

  397. fought not to do it. Do you get that? That's

  398. in one of my courte books, Very very important. Sometimes

  399. you can can afford you, sometimes you can afford. Sometimes

  400. you can't afford. And then you say, oh, I cannot

  401. afford this house, and God is actually taking to me. No,

  402. kennec Chin, your future has brought you to a place where.

  403. You cannot not afford it.

  404. You need this testimony to take you levels higher. It's

  405. not about a house, can e Chin. Please understand, it's

  406. not about the car. It's not about this that. It's

  407. about your own heart, it's about your own mind. It's

  408. about you breaking out of the past testimonies for a

  409. new testimony. Kenna Chin, you cannot remain in the testimony

  410. of nineteen seventy seven. You cannot remain in the last testimony.

  411. When was the last one or about six years ago? No, no, no,

  412. How can we live in a six years old testimony

  413. and just depend on that. God is always about fresh

  414. manner and fresh bread, and God, Sayskenneth, don't say no

  415. to me because you need this. I say, okay, Father,

  416. I get it. I get it. My perception changes. And

  417. when my perception changed, my expectation change. I said, okay, God,

  418. if you want to give me the house, you give

  419. me the house. I said, which house? God, you know what?

  420. He said, this house? Are you and your wife like

  421. it so much? I said, God, please, this is a

  422. semi detached house. My neighbor just told me that he

  423. sold his house. Sold his house are for seven hundred

  424. and seventy thousand. Okay, this is seven, eight, nine, ten

  425. years ago, and so I didn't have.

  426. That kind of money.

  427. Seriously, friends, probably seventy seven ring hit in the bank.

  428. Kay had to add a few more zeros. If you

  429. say that zero do value? I think again, zero put

  430. behind numbers are very valuable.

  431. Ah.

  432. So I said to the law I said, Lord, never mind,

  433. never mind, I say, okay, now, first step, I accept

  434. the fact that you are going to give me a house.

  435. So I went around one month looking for a cheaper house.

  436. I already heard him.

  437. Know. He says, I'm going to give you this house

  438. because you like it. I'm gonna give you this house.

  439. My faith, I believe it got seeah all of us

  440. do descripture. Know, nothing is impossible with God, say Nila,

  441. when the robber means a road can or not? Can

  442. or not fj He wants to take us higher, He

  443. wants to take us further. Amen, he wants to do

  444. something in our lives.

  445. So listen.

  446. I ran around, take second month, looking looking, looking my

  447. wife like something I don't like. I like something she

  448. don't like. No peace, you know, and it's very important.

  449. No husband and wife need to be at peace together,

  450. you know, making a big decision like that. So you

  451. know what happened after four or five months? Are I

  452. still looking and God through me?

  453. Cannon? Is this house?

  454. My perception of God was God, I know you love

  455. me and you want me to have a house. I

  456. at least accept that, but I don't have a perception

  457. that God can afford a million dollar house for me.

  458. And so I went around and God is probably just

  459. look at me, going like son, some hours.

  460. Go around, not a wilderness forty years son, Hey look up, Hey, hello,

  461. you've gone from the fifty ring gate, gone crying.

  462. I want to take you further. Son, Look at me,

  463. Come on, look at me. I want you to know me.

  464. He who comes to me must believe that I am.

  465. I am your God, I am your lover, I am

  466. your father, I am your provider, I am your healer.

  467. And I remember the fifth month, six month, I got

  468. a call from the owner. You know what, the owner said,

  469. mister Chan and mister Chean. I said, yes, can you

  470. get ready to move out of the house? Not because

  471. I plan to sell it? Ten years of being in

  472. the house, aren't He don't even say what he never

  473. even caught me. No. But now after five six months

  474. of going around looking for another houser, God has his ways.

  475. Why no, he has his ways because he loves me

  476. so much. Man, So he send the owner to tell

  477. me you move up.

  478. Now. I feel the fire, No fire, my bump. I

  479. feed the fire.

  480. And I said, I said to him, I remember this

  481. conversation that it was yesterday. I said, I said, uh, hey,

  482. don't like nah, I leave you ten years, did you know?

  483. And then I got so many things.

  484. And then my father and mother in law I said, sorry,

  485. my father and mother in law, and I was like, oh,

  486. Correen movie, Korrean movie, come and and and and telling

  487. all his Korean story and and and then he says,

  488. he says, I'm sorry, Kereta, I'm sorry.

  489. I have to sell it. I have to sell it.

  490. I'm selling all my properties in Quada Comuning. I'm I'm

  491. you know, I'm I'm gonna. I don't know where he's

  492. going on, but basically he's going to just sell all

  493. his stuff in Quota Communing and he wants to move on,

  494. and so please find another place. You know what happened?

  495. Something rolls up within me. No, and I said, hey,

  496. why you don't offer me? You know when when when

  497. that came on my mouth, I'm like, ah, cannot take

  498. back now, why you don't know for me?

  499. He said, huh you want me? I said what yeh?

  500. Then he said, uh, how much you want? Offered me? WHOA,

  501. Now it's getting serious.

  502. No, I said seven hundred and seventy thousand, but seriously, no,

  503. one thousand ring kils. So I was in my bank

  504. at the time. I tell you this is honesty, okay.

  505. Because you live live by face, sometimes you have more

  506. somebody less. And I tell you what, I did not

  507. even have seven hundreds off they Ringgate, I says. I

  508. said seven hundred and seventy thousand. You know why, because

  509. I heard my neighbor's solely for sertain one hundred and

  510. seven thousand. You know what he laughed, you know in

  511. the evil car way more ha, you.

  512. Know he laughed and I said, hey, why you laugh?

  513. Why you laugh? A lot of money? Now? He said,

  514. where you got a number from? Seven and s D?

  515. I said, my neighbor, my neighbors solely, No, don't think

  516. what bla mere? You know he is it when your

  517. neighbors wore it Christian canl Lionel five years ago. Then

  518. he laughing more, stop laughing at you, Canneth, change. I

  519. will offer you nine hundred and fifty thousand. God spoke

  520. to me right that moment. You know why, because I

  521. was about to say, kennon na, you know, but you

  522. know what God said to me, Kenneth. You just offered

  523. him seven hundred and seventy, and then he's offering you

  524. nine hundred and fifty. There is no difference between seven

  525. hundred and seventy and ne hundred and fifty.

  526. For the one who doesn't have anything perception, perception, perception.

  527. He wants to change our perception. That's it.

  528. Because if you can see him the way he wants

  529. you to see him, your expectations will flow. So I

  530. said fifty misstep right. He says, well, take you leave it.

  531. I'll think you'll leave you No, So I got down

  532. my knees. I prayed, as a father, can you do this?

  533. Of course I can leave it to me.

  534. Father.

  535. I've never seen nine hundred and fifty thousand before.

  536. Father.

  537. You know I've seen other things. I've seen other things.

  538. It's gone from glory to glory, strength to trend, but

  539. I've never seen this.

  540. Well, you've never seen me in this.

  541. I am your father, who is who is the god

  542. of so much more. You've got to see me the

  543. way I want you to see me. Perception, perception, perception?

  544. Do you see me? Or do you only think I

  545. can handle Algong who's crying from fifty during kids? What

  546. kind of God do you think I am? Okay, God,

  547. I trust you. I really surrendered and I prayed. I said, God,

  548. you run to give me this house. So sorry, I

  549. had to take five months to go around searching for

  550. a cheaper house. Why he says, for cheap house because

  551. God can only afford cheaper things. See perception, God, your God,

  552. I don't know, but your God might got different way

  553. I know you're come to the same church, but everyone

  554. you got different God here. No, no, not different, got

  555. different perception of God. You think he can only afford that.

  556. That's why the three offerings that I love it. You

  557. know why, because someone to me before, No, I don't

  558. believe in building fun I don't believe in taking money

  559. for for for buildings.

  560. I say, why you don't believe?

  561. Actually, when we collect money, we should collect and give

  562. it to the poor. Echoes power, Let's give it to

  563. the poor. I used to think that for years. Yes,

  564. I think, yeah, how can you church be taking.

  565. Money for this to give money for that? Or the

  566. money should be giving to the poor. And then God

  567. rebuked me.

  568. You know, a couple of years later, he said, can

  569. you think I'm so poor man?

  570. You think I cannot give you the poor and give

  571. you a building and go for missions? You know it's

  572. all here, you guys, do.

  573. You understand that poverty is not in the pocket. Poverty

  574. is in the mind, and we need to break out

  575. of his mindset. I'm not talking about prosperity gospel of please,

  576. it's a difference. I'm talking about God's perception of God.

  577. See God as he is, and he is the reward

  578. of those who diligiately seek him. So I said, God,

  579. I believe you, I trust you. Please please take over. God,

  580. I said, please take over, and.

  581. He did.

  582. I remember coming back from church one Sunday and on

  583. my desk, just two weeks after I said yes, Lord,

  584. I surrendered, I trust you, there was a white envelope

  585. and I saw the white envelope past the Kenneth Chin.

  586. So my father in law brought it back from someone

  587. who he knows from this church, that lady has passed

  588. away recently, but at eighty three years old, she wrote

  589. me a check. She was on her knees and she

  590. heard from God and she wrote a small note on

  591. this check in this envelope, a small note past the

  592. kenna chin. I think it's about time you buy a house,

  593. and I hope that this will be enough for at

  594. least the deposit. And I took out the check and

  595. it was one hundred thousand ring it, one hundred thousand

  596. ring it. I cried, you know, living by faith for

  597. the last tween in two years, I cry a lot.

  598. I remember taking my father for his stroke treatment and

  599. there was no money, and the stroke treatment that I

  600. wanted to give to him cost me a thousand, six

  601. hundred every week.

  602. Every week thousand six hundred he.

  603. Start up and all that I didn't have any money.

  604. And each time when I walked to the hospital to

  605. pay the bill, someone will stop me and say this

  606. is an envelope. Someone will stop me and say, I

  607. paid your bill already. I've seen it over and over again,

  608. and every time I just cry. I cry because not

  609. because I I didn't believe, or not because you know

  610. I'm faint hearted.

  611. No, I cry because of God's faithfulness.

  612. He comes true again and again and again and again.

  613. This God is a good God.

  614. Some of those handshakes, you know, I like those handshakes

  615. where there's paper in the middle.

  616. One I never knew UNTI I only live by faith.

  617. And what's that up?

  618. The first time, I was not so you know proper.

  619. I was just you know, I should have you know,

  620. better manners. But because because I felt people for the first.

  621. Time in my hands, what's this? Oh? Moneyer? Oh?

  622. And the guy felt so embarrassed in like I shouldn't

  623. do that right, actually, just a few people. But if

  624. I don't, don't don't look at the paper in front

  625. of people?

  626. Are you can your money like you.

  627. And uh and and and God vibes, God provides, So okay.

  628. So I'm crying and crying, in rejoicing in joy as

  629. I'm crying.

  630. Then I remember something. Now I remember that, Hey, how

  631. about a ninety percent? Can you imagine? People?

  632. We just got a testimonia of ten percent? Immediately am

  633. mind thinking about a ninety percent? I said, God, thank

  634. you for a ten, but where's the ninety? And God

  635. says you, I tell you, I just give you ten.

  636. Someone you want to ask me for ninety? And now, mind,

  637. I got an answer for you. Ken you go to the

  638. bank and you will ask for a loan, I said God,

  639. somebody I talked to I need to go a couch

  640. or I sorted. I talked to this with God. I said, God,

  641. are you sure not? I don't have a salary. I

  642. don't have a salary slip, I don't have EPF nothing.

  643. God are you sure? And God says, go to the bank.

  644. I've got it alsoted for you. Go to the bank.

  645. This bank I won't name it, and uh, and this this,

  646. I got one bank manager there waiting for you. And

  647. I said, God, he's probably gonna ask me or some collateral.

  648. He's going to ask me for some letter. He's going

  649. to ask me, you know, for salary.

  650. Sleep.

  651. I went to the bank in obedience. I knew an idea. God,

  652. you know, God, if you want to embarrass me, just

  653. embarrass me. That's okay, I know. I just go anywhere

  654. in obedience. And the band marriage said, oh, hallo, Passa, Kenneth.

  655. I've been waiting for you. I said, oh, hello, brother,

  656. And so I was shaking his hand, and then he

  657. set me down. He sat down. He says, so, what

  658. can I do for you, pastor? I said, I need

  659. my knee. He said for what. I said, I'm buying

  660. a house. He said how much? I said, I told

  661. him how much? He said, oh, so how much do

  662. you need? I said ninety percent? He said, no, the

  663. bank's usually only given eighteen.

  664. You know. That was then eighty.

  665. You know, pass especially such a big amount, you know,

  666. I mean, I know him, know, he said, He said,

  667. only they.

  668. Probably only give eighteen, know I look at him. I said,

  669. no I need ninety, No, no, no, no, no.

  670. No, I need ninety. He said to me, oh, okay,

  671. all right, Passa. If it was four hundred thousand, I

  672. can sign it. On the spot because I'm the bad manager.

  673. I can do that, but yours is so much you

  674. have to actually put in a letter to the headquarters

  675. and let them decide. I said, we've gotta do it.

  676. We've gotta do it. Say but there maybe no Christian.

  677. No they're in the committee.

  678. Maybe no Christian? So what to do? No Christian? No

  679. christ No?

  680. You think go Carrols speaking non Christian? You mean got

  681. carrots speaking non Christen only can speak the Christian.

  682. God is amazing. God is awesome.

  683. So he said, But as we put in an application,

  684. you can you give me your salary slip?

  685. I knew, I knew he's coming. Can you give me

  686. your seary slip? Three months?

  687. I said, Brother, I forgot to tell you that I

  688. don't get a salary. He said, ah as, oh, oh okay.

  689. I could see him like going like, okay, what to

  690. say now? What to say?

  691. Now? His eyes rolling, he says, oh, but you know, Pasta,

  692. you've got one to give you the house. He'll give

  693. you the house right or bag manager can talk to

  694. you right now. If God wants to give your house,

  695. he'll still give your house. Passa, you got anything, not

  696. anything to show me any property.

  697. I said nothing.

  698. I was not giving this bank manager a good time.

  699. But he was a faith bank manager and God put

  700. him there. And he said to me, Pastor, give me

  701. a letter like at least that you are from ex Church.

  702. I say, I can give you a letter from ex church.

  703. But he doesn't say whether get a salary or not either.

  704. I'm not hired by ex Church. I'm their pastor, but

  705. I'm not hired.

  706. He says.

  707. Okay, now I just give you to me. I gave

  708. you to him. He says, Pastor, let's pray. If God's

  709. will it shall be done. We put our hands on

  710. the application he's send in one way. Later he calls me.

  711. He says, Pastor, I don't know whether this is the

  712. first time ever in Malaysia to be able to get

  713. a loan without a salary. But passa right. You asked

  714. for a loan, right eight hundred and fifty you cony

  715. of one hundred thousand, So eight hundred and fifty thousand right,

  716. pass a Seriously, I never heard of it in all

  717. my banking life. Okay, asaid this idea, I can retire

  718. it is it? But you just got your loan approved

  719. by the headquarters at the lowest rate.

  720. He cried, I cried us all to Christians, cry over

  721. the phone. God, you're so good. Yes, he's so good.

  722. Did you know? And my perception blown away again blown away.
