Why Japan?

I wanted to just chanelate thing because you mentioned that

I shared with you about Japan twenty many years ago,

so many of you watching might not know that Japan

was on my heart since I was nineteen going on twenty.

I was at a y WHAM conference, small conference.

It was like a little get together, and I got

invited by one of our youth leaders, then paston Michael

Raj who was part of them, seeing himself as he

was growing up.

So he's just kind of come out. I know, let's

go together to sample.

You know, I've got all this old gang, you know,

and I want to meet some of these old leaders.

But you know, I don't want to go alone. I

want to bring a team, so I think about four

of us.

When and then I got a chance to meet with

this hyrammer, a very very friendly guy. He's like, you know,

even though you have never seen him before, he's like

immediately your friend. The first ten seconds, you know, he

talks to you. So I really got impressed with his friendliness.

But I got even more impressed when I sat down

with him and he shared about Japan, shared about how

he teaches English, and I think he was half Hawaiian

half something else I can remember, but he was American,

very very friendly, and in our conversation, I caught the

heart for Japan. But the thing is, God never allowed

me to even step into Japan except for those transits

to America, no plane transits.

But I know you can say step into Japan with you.

We were just at the airportland, you know.

But twenty eight years later, when I was forty eight,

that's when the Lord says, okay, I opened the door

for you to go to Japan, and you go with

the chaide, you know, James and Shame from Saintapore because

they studied here and they're very good with their Japanese language.

Past I've heard about your Japanese heart or your heart

for Japan. Come come along with us, you know. And

so my first time is twenty eight years after I

first had that stirring, and my wife just.

Reminded us tonight when we were having dinner.

There was one time where that particular year, you know,

everywhere I turned was Japan.

Visit Japan.

We were in a plane and there was the magazine

in the aeroplane that has Japan, you know, and so

you know, God has ways of getting all attention, and

so the Lord's time.

So I want to tell.

People, some of you could be waiting for months, if

not years, for something that God has seemed to have problems,

seemed to have put on your heart, but it's never

come to pass. Don't lose hope, don't give up so easily.

God's timing is perfect that he will show you signs

enough science to show you that it's you.

It's times you know here, it's now, it's you know.

So I think the twenty eighth year came in and

then two years later the thirtieth year was when we

were ready to send Benji and Michelle in. So it

almost reminded me like Jesus, you know, all those years

of prophecy, all those years, you know, even at twelve,

were really he said, don't you know, I must be

about my father's business. But it wasn't until thirty that

he actually stepped out. And so that was when I

was fifty. So the thirtieth year of having Japan in

my heart was when I was fifty, and fifty is

a year of jubilee and you.

Know, it was significant.

It was very significant, and so of course we sent

both of you, and you just told me that you

have been here for about five years years fives, So

it's correct. It's correct because you know, I'm fifty five now,

so I think the timing sort of like adds up. Okay,

So just for our people who following up to know,

Japan has been on our hearts for a long time,

and something might be on your heart for a long time.

If it's truly for the Lord, don't give up. Trust

the Lord. His timing is always perfect.
