DREAM Malaysia: A Vision for the Young-Jesus when He was 12

You know, I have a vision for our young people

and the vision is in the form of Christ. At

the age of twelve years old, the parents were on

their way home. They lost Jesus for probably about three

to four days. They had to back track, and I

believe it's also time for the Church of Malaysia to

back track, back to basics, back to where we lost

the life, the passion, back to where we lost the sun.

And so they found him. And when they found him,

they found him in the temple. They did not find

Jesus as a young child year old in the arcades.

They did not find Jesus in the disco. They did

not find Jesus playing video games. They found the Son

of God. Chelve year old pre teenager. Don't make excuses

for your child year olds. Please stop making excuses, Nola.

They cannot lie. No that they cannot listen to a

long message. No that they cannot worship God so long,

nor that they hate you know, old songs. No, stop

making excuse us. Look at Jesus. He was trying to

model to us that a child year old can sit

with elders, can sit in a group speaking about the

things of God, dialogueing, discussing. All right, the elders there

were amazed and the way Jesus was listening and the

way Jesus was contributing to the discussion. Are you all

still with me? I have a vision for our young

people in Malaysia and around the world, that the way

we build them, the way we grow them, the way

we develop them, the way we believe in them, the

way we sow into them and have them so back

into us is that child year old kid Jesus. In

the time of the Bible, Jesus is trying to say

to us all that we can also have chwelve year

olds like that. So it's time I'm going to repeat again,

stop making excuses and start seeing exploits. The Bible says

in Daniel eleven thirty two B. And those that know

their God shall be strong and do great exploits. In fact,

what we have today is great excuses. Change those great

excuses into great exploits for the glory of God. We

can see child year olds. All right, imitate me as

I impnate Christ, follow me, Jesus say, is all right,

don't just follow him at thirty and thirty three, follow

him at twelve. Can I believe this for ex Church? Yes,

I told my leaders here ex CHURCHA this is the

vision I see. All right. It's not just the music,

the sign that, the sound, the lights, all right, the

ice cream and the candy. Yeah, these things are fun,

but these things don't build great youth and great youth

meetings and great youth ministries and more importantly, young people

that will make a real difference among their friends in

their schools, in their universities, in their communities, in their country.

All right, this is my vision. All right, do it

for the young people, do it for our future.
