  1. You're listening to a message to go from AXT church.

  2. We hope this message will light up your tea.

  3. I'm not here to make an excuses.

  4. I'm here to show that in Christ it can be done.

  5. You know there. Christ has to strengthen you.

  6. That's for sure, because the Bible says I can do

  7. all things through Christ who strengthens. But if you don't

  8. have example, then be one. I want to tell you

  9. something very quickly about my research that I did. Yeah,

  10. so thank you for all the congratulations, thank you for

  11. the prayers, thank you for you.

  12. Know, all the likes and all that. So I graduated

  13. this Sunday by the grace of God.

  14. And let me just tell you very quickly that my

  15. title of my research is on change management. So it's

  16. a DBA right, Doctor of Business Administration. So it has

  17. to be change management because you know, everything I have

  18. done with and through ex Church and a YA is

  19. about change, change of life. So I I you know,

  20. the the bottom line of change management is for change

  21. management to really happen and happen successfully, you have to

  22. change the man. Because the first three letters of man

  23. management is man. If you don't touch the man, there's

  24. no man. Nagement. And so you want to have good

  25. man nagement, you must have good men.

  26. You must you must touch the man, and you will

  27. touch management. You want to change the man, and you

  28. change management. So you know that was really in concise.

  29. Form, uh the uh the core crux of change management.

  30. And I use ay a story, extra story.

  31. I used to huddle and all that, but I had

  32. to also read other people's literature, which I really you know,

  33. First of all, I didn't have all the time. Second

  34. of all, I thought, why must I read other people's dicture?

  35. But it's part and parcel of the way a thesis

  36. should be written.

  37. So I found this man's writing.

  38. His name is John Cotter, nineteen ninety six, that's the

  39. year of the article. And I read his version of

  40. change management and he has eight steps.

  41. And even this man worldly, okay, secular.

  42. I don't know whether he's Christian or not by his

  43. writing from his experience, his research, and he says eight

  44. steps to change management. And the first step is urgency.

  45. If people don't sense urgency to change, they won't change. Okay, fine,

  46. I agree with that number two. The second point is

  47. what I took and begin to build my research on

  48. the second point. Is we need to form a guiding coalition.

  49. What he means is that you need to form a

  50. small group of people, however small that is. It could

  51. be two, it could be five, it could be fifteen,

  52. depending on how large your organization already is. But you've

  53. got to find people who are one hundred percent believe

  54. verse in the vision, in what is to come, in

  55. the fact that the change is needed, is necessary, it's urgent,

  56. it is a mass. You got to find people who

  57. are for you, not against you, for change, not against change.

  58. And when you find a few, you know, you begin

  59. to move it forward. What he's actually saying is that

  60. I'm saying tonight we need examples. So my answer to

  61. that question in SIB Life's conference also called Supernatural Leadership Conference,

  62. is that the way Actras got to ninety percent of

  63. our young adults are serving and ninety five percent you

  64. know of our young family. Actually I want to saye

  65. hundred percent, because again I don't know any young family

  66. is not serving, but you know, hum about myself and

  67. ninety five and how how is because you guys chose

  68. to be an example. You know, ASHU have a big

  69. clap for all you guys to get there's a there's

  70. an elder paying whole year, and there is you know

  71. who else I can sing here, And there is adjacent Martin.

  72. I think you're here.

  73. There is Julian saw here that there are people. Man, Guys, listen,

  74. it's not just about me. If it was me and

  75. just my wife is just two of us, we couldn't

  76. get here on our own. We need to raise examples

  77. because when those names I just mentioned past the mad

  78. and on and on, I could go on. When you

  79. guys rise up and you guys say it can be done,

  80. even with my first child, even with my second child,

  81. even with my third child. When you guys says you know,

  82. I'm not gonna make excuses. I'm not here to make

  83. the excuses. I'm here to show that in Christ it

  84. can be done. God will strengthen me. God will help me,

  85. but I will not. I refuse to say it cannot

  86. be done. I refuse to say, you know, as if

  87. I had no there. Christ has to strengthen you, that's

  88. for sure, because the Bible says I can do all

  89. things through Christ, who strengthens. So definitely you guys are

  90. going to be weak. Definitely, you guys cannot run cannot

  91. for sure, one carrying that baby and trying to, you know,

  92. take care of it while it's almost impossible. And that's

  93. why so few people do it. But we have found

  94. the secret, and the secret is through Christ, who strengthened.

  95. So he has strengthened and he has to strengthen us.

  96. Then we can start one church and two churches and

  97. sixteen services now in kl and on and on. Right,

  98. because you guys continue say in Christ, I can do it.

  99. And because you say you can do it, someone down

  100. the line whose wife is pregnant now is saying I can,

  101. right because I know my baby is not born yet.

  102. But someone led the way and he said can And

  103. when you have two children, you want to say canot,

  104. But you can't say can on because someone with two

  105. children is saying he can.

  106. And then you want to have three children, you say cannot.

  107. But someone with three children, I'm getting excited. Any guys,

  108. he's saying you can't. It can't be done.

  109. And even those without children, like me and my wife,

  110. we are not sitting down and crying, oh when my

  111. child coming. Why is God to know even those without

  112. children are showing the way that never mind love, you

  113. know God has his plan. He's wise, he knows what

  114. he's doing. So we just continue to fly high with God, right,

  115. and we continue to excite each other and ignite each

  116. other and just you know, put fire in each other's

  117. hearts and we continue to you know, look, look and too,

  118. Jesus the author and finish of our faith, the church.

  119. He's looking for examples, are they you know they're looking.

  120. Leadership is an example. Discipleship is an example. Communities is

  121. an example. Missions. You know, I remember Albert and Rachel,

  122. you know they just yeah, you know, they just wanted

  123. to take their baby two months old baby and go

  124. on missions. Now not everybody here needs to do that,

  125. but it's is just that it can be done. It

  126. can be done with God, all right. Everybody's looking for example.

  127. Can it be done? And when they don't have examples,

  128. they might say it can't be done.

  129. You see.

  130. But if you don't have example, then be one, amen,

  131. don't just look B one, B one. You know, once

  132. upon a time nobody started a church with three people. Okay,

  133. but God saying start a church, so I didn't have example.

  134. I look, love, look right, nobody has ever showed me

  135. how to start a church with three.

  136. They probably started a church with ten.

  137. It's probably started at church with seventeen, twenty seven, you

  138. know fifty. I went to New Zealand, you know, for

  139. ten years every year to speak, and one year one

  140. pastor hurt my story and said, Pastor Kenneth, I will

  141. never be able to never be able to do what

  142. you do. I will never start a church until I

  143. get at least one hundred people. Well that's your example,

  144. then that's gonna be your legacy, your example to the

  145. people of New Zealand that you will never start a

  146. church until you get a one hundred. Well that's I'm

  147. gonna I'm not gonna judge you. I'm not gonna blame you, right,

  148. but that's your example. You gotta tell people that until

  149. I reach one hundred, I will not start the church. Well,

  150. for me, my life is different. God said start when

  151. there was three. So right now, everybody seems to want

  152. to start with three. As far as access concerned, they're

  153. not scared. They're not scared in pasaditting with three, we

  154. can do it with three.

  155. We hope you've been blessed by this message. For more

  156. information on our church, please visit as church Org. We

  157. are also active on Facebook and Instagram. We're believing that

  158. this week is going to be a good week. I

  159. hit for you, God bless
